Bucky has participated in some degree in OTAAS and appears to be on track for camp. I'd be shocked that the shoulder surgery shows any setbacks during camp and very surprised if he's not full go in week one. Shoulder surgery should be stable, unlikely to be a big issue. The foot's a mild concern, but not nearly enough for me to meaningfully downgrade him in reddraft or dynasty.
