Video: 8 League-Winning Fantasy Football Sleepers (Matt Waldman)
If you're looking at he's like 13 or 14 games, Jaylen Noel will get enough targets that you could see a high end ceiling. And I'm this isn't what you're going to draft to, but you could see one where he gets 100 targets. Where he's like 100 targets, 65 to 70 catches, 800 to 900 yards, and and four to six touchdowns.

Waldman projects a high-end ceiling for Noel of 100 targets, 65-70 catches, 800-900 yards, and 4-6 touchdowns, which would make him a viable WR3/flex in fantasy if Nico Collins plays around 13-14 games.
