I don't think LaQuint Allen will ever be totally fancy relevant ever. He is, again, saying the coach's catnip, coach's favorite to a T special teams ace, one of the best pass protection backs.

Elite pass-protecting back who lacks fantasy relevance

Nate Tice identifies LaQuint Allen as the epitome of a player better in real life than fantasy. While Allen is a 'coach's catnip' and an elite pass-protecting back who contributes on special teams, he is not expected to be fantasy-relevant.
