From the episode

now you don't have Jaden Higgins in the passing game. And he was, I think, primed for a pretty big year next to Nico Collins. Losing Jaden Higgins is huge.

Losing Higgins is a major blow to the Texans' passing attack

The loss of Higgins is described as 'humongous' for the Texans' offense; the source believes he was primed for a breakout season as a key complement to Nico Collins, and his absence leaves a void in the team's skill set.
