Carnell Tate reddraft is a flimsy flex play at best. In Dynasty, I feel pretty strong about him as a target earning real deal wide receiver in the NFL

Flimsy redraft flex but a strong dynasty target with high target rate

Carnell Tate is considered a flimsy flex play in redraft leagues due to poor quarterback play, but he is a strong dynasty target because he is earning a 22% targets per route run rate, proving he can command volume as a real NFL receiver.
