Fantasy Football Today on Devin Singletary

Singletary's passing-down role makes him the only waiver RB worth adding.

Singletary is the only running back worth adding on waivers and is available in many leagues. He has a defined role as the passing downs back for the New York Giants; if the game script goes wrong for the Giants, he will see increased playing time over Saquon Barkley into the second half.
