Raymond available everywhere at 1% rostered; potential PPR sleeper if targets materialize.

Raymond is 1% rostered on CBS and available everywhere; he could be a free agent pickup on Thursday/Friday if PPR scoring matters in your league. The speaker notes that while everyone hates Raymond right now, he might still get a lot of targets and could be worth adding in shallow leagues if you can't land other wide receiver options.
