Allen is a poor value in round two; target him in rounds three or four

Hayden Winks is fading Josh Allen in round two due to a pricing issue on Yahoo. While acknowledging Allen's status as a fantasy rock star, Winks notes that Allen has historically finished between 18th and 30th overall in full PPR formats, making him a poor value in the second round compared to the third or fourth round.
