Burrow is a fade in round four; wait on QB to prioritize skill positions

Hayden Winks is fading Joe Burrow in round four, preferring to wait on quarterback and draft wide receivers or running backs like DeAndre Swift. Winks notes that while Burrow has been a top-five quarterback since 2022, the scoring gap between him and the rest of the top 20 is minimal, making it more efficient to double up on quarterbacks later.
