Waddle's three-target Week 1 was frustratingly low despite draft investment.

Waddle received only three targets for two yards on one catch against the Chiefs in Week 1, with a bad drop; the limited volume came despite the Broncos chasing points and despite Waddle being a significant draft investment, though the source expects improvement against Jacksonville.
