Top waiver priority with three-down workload potential

Braelon Allen is the top waiver wire priority due to his size, three-down workload potential, and lack of backfield competition while Breece Hall is sidelined. He is projected as a top-24 running back for the week, with the source noting he is capable as a receiver and has the physical profile to handle up to 30 touches. He is considered a feature back, even within a struggling offense.
