From the episode

David Njoku was pretty horrible when Deshaun Watson was the quarterback... David Njoku averaged 1.22 yards per outrun with Deshaun Watson. That was one of the things is like Watson's tight end target rate looks okay in the league context and looks pretty miserable in the Stefanski context... I do think Concepcion and Boston make this receiving core, especially if Deshaun Watson's the quarterback, more appealing for quarterbacks to throw to.

STACKED’s take

Jacob notes concerns about Deshaun Watson's historical performance with tight ends under Kevin Stefanski, citing David Njoku's poor 1.22 yards per route run with Watson, and worries that new WRs Casey Concepcion and Denzel Boston could reduce Fannin's targets.
