Luther Burden is a high-upside breakout candidate in a pass-heavy Bears offense.

The source is high on Luther Burden, comparing his potential to Amon-Ra St. Brown but with more twitchiness. Despite a minor groin injury, the source views him as a definition of upside and a potential breakout star in a Bears offense expected to pass frequently due to a weak defense.
