From the episode

Parker Washington, I think there's some concern about the Denver defense being great, which it is. But Washington's start was part of his great run last year was a 19-point game against the Broncos last season... This one is an easy one. Just start him. Don't even think about it.

Negative signalProjection

Parker Washington is an easy start vs. Denver with slot role and prior success.

Parker Washington is an easy start against Denver despite the Broncos' strong defense; he had a 19-point game against Denver last season and is coming off a strong game. He plays enough in the slot to avoid shadow coverage concerns from cornerbacks, and the source explicitly recommends starting him without hesitation.
