Puka Nakua is currently injured, making the Rams difficult to evaluate, but Matt Harmon rates them as S-tier because when healthy, Nakua is one of the best receivers in the NFL. He is a better route runner and technician than credited, took a significant step up in his second season as both a man and zone coverage beater, knows the right spots to settle, and excels on in-cuts key to the Rams offense. Long-term, his role should remain quarterback-friendly even if the Rams transition away from Matthew Stafford.
