Vertical X receiver with potential in developing Dolphins WR room

Matt Harmon likes what he's seen from Caleb Douglas so far as a vertical X receiver in Miami's developing wide receiver room. Harmon acknowledges the Dolphins are currently a D-tier receiver team with a collection of role players rather than high-end starters, but notes there is developmental potential in the room over time.
