Matt Harmon on Demario Douglas

Douglas is a complementary slot, not strong enough as full-time starter

Matt Harmon evaluates Demario Douglas as a complementary slot receiver who shouldn't be a full-time slot option. Harmon criticizes Douglas for not being a good enough zone beater, noting he performs well in man coverage situations but struggles against zone coverage. Harmon argues it's difficult for a below-average zone beater to be a high-end starting slot receiver, yet the Patriots keep returning to Douglas in that role.
