Avoid drafting Jacobs due to legal issues and exempt list status.

Matt Harmon advises against drafting Josh Jacobs entirely due to his placement on the commissioner's exempt list following battery and criminal damage charges, noting that the potential release of a video could lead to further NFL discipline. Harmon emphasizes that Jacobs carries significant red flags and warns that he cannot be placed in IR spots in most leagues, meaning he would burn a valuable bench spot.
