Dillon, Panthers' backup RB, has strong preseason; rain forecast could create opportunity.

Dillon is Hubbard's top backup and the Panthers' secondary running back option. The former ACC rookie of the year and Boston College all-time rushing yards leader has not done much since entering the league in 2020, becoming a semi-productive RB2 for Green Bay after being drafted in the second round. With rain in the forecast, he can expect to get an opportunity regardless of game score. Walker Clement notes he had a strong preseason and will try to translate that into production this week.
