consistently putting a guy in Jordan Love, who you can debate where he ranks among the quarterback pantheon or whatever, but I think he's verifiably like a a really good starting NFL quarterback.

Good starter whose performance depends on a functional run game

Matt Harmon views Jordan Love as a verifiably good starting NFL quarterback, though he notes that his performance is heavily dependent on the team's ability to maintain a functional run game to avoid negative down-and-distance situations. His current ranking among quarterbacks remains a subject of debate due to the Packers' inconsistent offensive output and struggles to establish the run.
