Parker Washington. This might be a little bit of a surprise here. Just kind of pushing this one as high as I can possibly put him. Since week 16 of last year, including the playoff games, he's a wide receiver seven on wide receiver five usage. This year he's been the wide receiver 12 in points. He's looked excellent on tape. He's averaging a 31% target share, 122 air yards since that week 16 game. I'm treating Parker Washington not as a fantasy wide receiver 2, but as a fantasy wide receiver one this week. They have an awesome number one corner in DJ Turner. There's a pretty big drop off from DJ Turner to the rest of the secondary. The linebackers and safeties have been very getable on tape. Liam Cohen moves Parker Washington all across the formation. This is the perfect game environment for the real breakout to hit. Like, I'm talking like 25 points in this one.

WR1 projection with 25-point ceiling; elite usage and tape; perfect Bengals matchup

Aman Ross St. Brown is pushing Parker Washington as high as possible in rankings, treating him as a WR1 rather than WR2 this week with a ~25-point projection. Since week 16 of last year (including playoffs), Washington is WR7 on WR5 usage; this year he's WR12 in points. He has looked excellent on tape and is clearly the focal point of the offense, averaging a 31% target share and 122 air yards since week 16, with seven straight games of at least 11.5 DPR points. Against the Bengals, he faces an elite CB1 in DJ Turner who will likely shadow Brian Thomas, but there's a significant drop-off to the rest of the secondary; linebackers and safeties have been getable on tape. Offensive coordinator Liam Cohen moves Washington all across the formation, creating the perfect game environment for a real breakout. Jacksonville is projected for 24.5 team points.
