George Pickkins is the wide receiver 16 on wide receiver 11 usage in those 16 games... This year, he's the wide receiver 40 on wide receiver 12 usage... the usage is the exact same from last year to this year. He just hasn't been quite as good... the Texans. By the way, teams facing the Texans have the lowest neutral pass rate in the NFL.

WR40 on identical usage; tough Texans matchup but boom-bust upside remains

Pickens is WR40 on WR12 usage this year, down from WR16 on WR11 usage in 2025-2026 (16 games with CD Lamb). Usage is identical year-over-year, but production has declined; Aman Ross St. Brown expects this to even out. However, the Cowboys project for only 23 points against the Texans, a difficult matchup. Teams facing the Texans have the lowest neutral pass rate in the NFL, potentially favoring a Javonte Williams game. Despite the tough matchup, Ross St. Brown still views Pickens as boom-bust with upside given his talent and Dak Prescott's quality.
