Webb's first-year play-calling under fire as Broncos' offense stalls repeatedly.

First-year offensive coordinator and play-caller Davis Webb is facing heat after the Broncos' 24-14 loss to the 49ers dropped them to 2-2; the team has scored only three points at halftime in Sunday's game and failed to reach double digits in the first half in all four games this season, prompting questions about whether head coach Sean Payton should resume play-calling duties.
