The McDaniel scheme is about getting your fast guys the ball in a place where they can do things after the catch. I think that fits McConkie really nicely.

McConkey is a high-upside slot receiver in a YAC-friendly scheme.

Adam Levitan targets McConkey in the fourth round, citing the Mike McDaniel scheme's ability to maximize yards after the catch and the departure of Keenan Allen, which opens up the slot role. Levitan acknowledges injury history as the primary red flag but remains high on his potential in this offense.
