A.J. Brown

NegativeProjection0:42

A.J. Brown managers are not being congratulated in Week 7, indicating disappointing fantasy performance or output from the wide receiver.

Insight page
NegativeInjury5:28

Coming back from high ankle sprain; players with high ankle sprains aren't necessarily the same every time. Speaker notes he hasn't shown the same speed for a while and questions whether it's old age or injuries catching up with him. High ankle sprain recovery is a known concern for performance regression.

Insight page
NegativeProjection5:28

Speaker watched his routes and noted he still showed some burst and quickness, but hasn't shown the same speed for a while. Doesn't see the speed anymore. Recommends lowering expectations moving forward; Patriots may not need to throw as much in some games, creating weeks where starting him won't feel good. Volume will need to carry him in non-shootout games.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup8:59

Bears have faced elite number one wide receivers most weeks and done well against them: Tedderola McMillan, Garrett Wilson, Justin Jefferson, Drake London, DeVontae Smith, and A.J. Brown. Brown was worse against them. Bears defense may not be a layup for number one receivers.

Insight page

Aaron Jones

NegativeRole29:48

Jones is expected to split work with Jordan Mason in the Vikings backfield for Week 7 against Indianapolis, with the workload split anticipated to be around 50-50 based on their Week 1 matchup. Both had similar snap counts inside the 10, though Mason's fresh legs give him a slight edge.

Insight page
NegativeInjury30:06

Playing through a sprained MCL since Week 2 or 3, which reduces his appeal relative to Jordan Mason despite both backs being in the low-end RB2/high-end non-PPR flex range; the 49ers' bye week may provide some relief.

Insight page
PositiveProjection62:12

Jones is ranked third among Vikings running backs, part of a back-to-back sequence with Dobbins, Mason, and Harvey in RB rankings.

Insight page

AJ Barner

NegativeProjection44:46

Ranked lowest among Parkinson and Ferguson in tight end start-sit ranking.

Insight page

AJ Dillon

PositiveProjection50:52

Speaker is starting AJ Dillon in week 7 against Detroit; Dillon is part of the easy preview where the Packers offense is expected to perform well against a Lions defense that gives up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks and third-most to wide receivers.

Insight page

Bam Knight

NegativeProjection61:08

Knight is ranked behind Wilson in start-sit rankings.

Insight page
PositiveUsage68:28

Got 15 carries and 2 catches last week; played on third down with even route distribution with Tyler Algier, though Algier had a snap count edge (not quite 60-40 split) and an edge inside the 10-yard line; Knight had a long run and fresh legs that may give him more juice than Algier at this point.

Insight page

Bo Nix

NegativeMatchup62:28

Bo Nix faces Arizona's league-worst pass defense in Week 7. For Superflex or two-quarterback league managers stuck with Nix, this matchup against Arizona offers hope that he can look competent and not appear scared, per Ryan Fitzpatrick's assessment.

Insight page
NegativeProjection64:20

Nix has been gun shy all year and is facing a Cardinals defense that successfully blitzed aggressively against Matthew Stafford last week. Against Nix's underperforming offensive line, aggressive blitzing will force him to get the ball out quickly, take sacks, or throw it away. No one fears Nix's passing game right now, which limits upside for his receivers and suggests Denver will lean heavily on the run game.

Insight page
NegativeProjection67:27

No one fears Bo Nix's passing game right now; this weakness means defenses will load the box against the Seahawks running game and dare them to throw, creating a difficult offensive environment.

Insight page

Brandin Cooks

NegativeProjection46:06

Explicitly mentioned as a lower-tier receiver that should not be started over George Pickens; speaker advises against making roster moves to start Cooks.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

PositiveProjection32:07

Ranked sixth among QBs this week despite Mike Evans' injury; deserves the start based on his accuracy and Kyle Shanahan's offensive scheme; still has George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey as primary targets, with Christian Kirk potentially seeing five targets to help offset the loss of Evans.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection44:54

Recommended start over Dak Prescott in quarterback comparison.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveRole27:24

Irving is the primary play in the Tampa Bay passing game for Week 7 against Carolina, especially with uncertainty around Buccaneers receivers. If Bucky is out, the Bucs passing game is largely untrustworthy, but Irving remains the focal point of the offense in this matchup.

Insight page
NegativeProjection44:10

Considered as alternative to Devontae Smith at Flex; ranked in similar range as Saquon Barkley (13th-17th range), suggesting mid-tier flex consideration.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveProjection6:42

Williams posted back-to-back 300-yard games and an 8.7 air yards per attempt (A dot), which is significantly higher than the previous week. He was started in 68% of leagues and had five carries for 18 yards, showing encouraging rushing ability and explosion in his legs.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveProjection25:58

CeeDee Lamb is the only Dallas player in the Dallas-Philadelphia matchup that Year Up United's feels confident starting without reservation; he is the clear exception to the general lack of confidence in the Cowboys' offensive weapons for this game.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveProjection27:27

Godwin could be in line for a super target game in Week 7 against Carolina. There has been significant talk in Tampa Bay media about his slow start to the season, which historically has been good for Godwin when brought up. Additionally, Baker Mayfield's early-season tendency to force deep shots is giving way to taking easier, available targets, and Godwin is 71% rostered. Carolina's secondary is very beatable, missing their two top corners, with one starting corner being a magnet for defensive pass interference penalties.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup62:56

Godwin had three catches for 25 yards against the Vikings, illustrating the Vikings' defensive dominance against receivers.

Insight page

Christian Kirk

PositiveUsage32:07

Could see increased volume with up to five targets following Mike Evans' injury, helping to support Brock Purdy's fantasy output in Kyle Shanahan's offense.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveUsage32:07

Remains a primary target for Brock Purdy despite Mike Evans' injury; CMC will continue to get targeted in Kyle Shanahan's offense, supporting Purdy's sixth-ranked QB projection.

Insight page

Cole Kmet

NegativeInjury9:14

Kmet suffered a serious knee injury in the game; Ben Johnson said it didn't look good. The severity and timeline are unknown pending official updates.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole6:20

Loveland is hyper-targeted and performing well against a strong tight-end defense; he's now ranked among the top tight ends for the rest of the season (behind only Bowers, McBride, and Likely, with Kittle conditional on Mike Evans' availability). The source notes Loveland should not be evaluated using traditional tight-end matchup metrics because he functions as a receiving downfield type rather than a typical tight end.

Insight page
PositiveUsage10:13

Bears offense is back to being what was hoped with main pieces doing exceptional things. Loveland is getting hyper-targeted and doing the thing that (transcript cuts off but indicates strong usage and performance).

Insight page

Courtland Sutton

NegativeProjection62:51

Despite Arizona allowing the most points to receivers in the NFL, Year Up United's cannot trust Cortland Sutton in Week 7, suggesting concerns about his individual role or consistency that override the favorable matchup.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveUsage6:24

Swift is the lead rusher by a significant margin, playing over 80% of snaps with three straight games of 17.3+ PPR fantasy points. However, much of his production is touchdown-dependent; he averaged only 44 yards on 16 carries in the most recent game.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveProjection24:38

Recommended start over Kirk Cousins; speaker prefers Dak and advises against dropping him for Cousins; positioned as must-start quarterback despite Eagles defense concerns.

Insight page
NegativeProjection24:43

Dak Prescott has scored under 21 fantasy points in five of his last six games this year; his deep throw rate has collapsed to 1.9% most recently with an ADOT of 6.9% last week, down from early-season attempts at deeper throws. While Philadelphia's defense has allowed multiple touchdowns to most quarterbacks faced, Prescott's lack of chunk plays and reduced downfield aggression keep him outside the top 12 quarterback options despite the matchup, with other quarterbacks offering higher ceiling potential.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup64:11

Prescott is preferred over Kyler Murray against the Colts, who are ranked 23rd against quarterbacks and recently gave up 28 points to Aaron Rodgers; the Colts are vulnerable to mobile quarterbacks.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeMatchup63:06

Jones is projected to have extremely limited passing yards (under 150) against the Vikings' elite defense; the source suggests he may only exceed this in garbage time. The Vikings held the quarterback with the most pass attempts in the NFL to just 96 yards.

Insight page

David Montgomery

PositiveProjection50:52

Speaker is starting David Montgomery in week 7 against Detroit; Montgomery is part of the easy preview where the Packers offense is expected to perform well against a Lions defense that gives up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks and third-most to wide receivers.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection5:53

Ranked highly and recommended as a must-start at Flex in PPR; speaker has significant ownership and confidence despite concerns about Eagles' overall performance.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup42:57

Smith has a favorable matchup against Dallas' defense, which has struggled to generate pressure or rattle opposing quarterbacks all season; McKee's limitations on throws beyond 10 air yards mean Smith will need to make contested catches, but the weak Dallas pass rush creates an incremental improvement opportunity for the Eagles' passing game.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:22

Speaker prefers Devontae Smith over Josh Jacobs in head-to-head start-sit comparison.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection0:42

Drake May managers are being congratulated following a strong performance in Week 7, suggesting positive fantasy outcomes for the quarterback.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveProjection61:08

Wilson is selected over Bam Knight in a start-sit comparison.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveUsage32:07

Remains a primary target for Brock Purdy despite Mike Evans' injury; Kittle will continue to get targeted in Kyle Shanahan's offense, supporting Purdy's sixth-ranked QB projection.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveProjection19:53

Ranked highest among Kittle and Laporta at Flex; recommended as a must-start; speaker advises against dropping Pickens for lower-tier receivers like Brandon Cooks.

Insight page
NegativeProjection25:58

George Pickens is giving Year Up United's significant pause for Week 7; concerns about Dak Prescott's performance and the overall Dallas passing game contribute to hesitation on Pickens.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

PositiveRole63:24

In two games since Sean Payton took over play-calling duty, Dobbins has gotten a good amount of carries, scored in both games, and added a couple of catches. He's now in the number two receiver range for the first time in a long time, possibly all season, with Denver facing Arizona's league-worst pass defense.

Insight page
PositiveUsage66:00

Dobbins is the next-best flex option after Trey McBride in the Cardinals-Broncos game. He has 2-3 targets in four straight games and has carried the ball 17-18 times in three of Denver's four wins; in the other win, he left early with injury and Jonah Coleman combined for 20 carries. Even with Coleman active, Dobbins' workload has remained consistent. He's looked adequate given the weak passing game threat and difficult run-defense opponents (Chargers, Seahawks).

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection50:52

Speaker is starting Jahmyr Gibbs in week 7 against Green Bay; Gibbs is part of the easy preview where the Lions offense is expected to perform well against a Packers defense.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveMatchup26:42

Williams is in play for Week 7 against Green Bay, coming off two very productive games in different ways: a two-touchdown game in his last outing and a 100-yard game before that. The matchup is expected to be one of the best games of the slate with a shootout-type performance, making Williams a strong start in three-receiver leagues despite not being in the top 24 overall.

Insight page
PositiveProjection26:42

Jamison Williams is a start recommendation for Week 7, particularly in three-receiver leagues; while not ranked in the top 24 wide receivers, he is coming off two very productive games in different ways and represents good value in a week with many quality wide receiver options.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:53

In head-to-head start-sit comparison with Josh Jacobs, speaker ranks Jacobs slightly ahead but notes it's close; speaker has Jameson Williams ranked a little higher overall. Williams is coming off a two-touchdown game with four targets but has downside due to limited target share and route running close to the line of scrimmage.

Insight page
NegativeUsage51:59

Jameson Williams doesn't get a ton of targets and doesn't run a lot of routes close to the line of scrimmage; his role is defined and unlikely to change unless the offense adjusts after the bye week.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeProjection7:02

Ranked lower than Jonathan Taylor in this week's start-sit decision.

Insight page
NegativeUsage67:27

Ranked fourth among Broncos running backs in a game against the Chargers; part of a committee approach with other backs in the game.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

NegativeMatchup62:59

Reed had three catches for 20 yards on seven targets against the Vikings, showing limited efficiency against their defense.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveMatchup28:57

Waddle is the preferred start over Michael Wilson in Week 7 against Denver. The matchup is much easier for Waddle than what the Broncos have faced in the last two weeks, positioning him for a potential breakout game. This is a chance-taking play on the matchup.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup60:40

Waddle is the preferred start if Rice plays; one panelist goes Waddle either way, indicating confidence in the matchup regardless of Rice's status.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup62:28

Arizona allows the most points in the NFL tied with New Orleans; 10 receivers have scored 12.4+ PPR points against them through six weeks. Waddle faces a secondary that has been historically generous to wide receivers, presenting a strong opportunity for success in Week 7.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup64:20

Waddle has more upside than Robbie Anderson this week based on matchup considerations; he's a must-start in three-receiver leagues as a number three receiver, though the speaker expresses hesitation about his reliability given Bo Nix's inconsistent play.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup64:20

Waddle faces a Cardinals defense that blitzed Matthew Stafford aggressively last week with success; if Arizona employs the same strategy against Bo Nix and his underperforming offensive line, Nix will be forced to get the ball out quickly, get sacked, or throw it away. Nix has been gun shy all year, which creates downside risk for Waddle. The speaker ranks Waddle outside the top 20-24 receivers for this week and prefers other flex options like Dobbins.

Insight page
PositiveValue70:32

Preferred over Xavier Worthy and Jordan Mason in PPR; multiple analysts prefer Waddle in this three-way decision, with one Year Up United's going Waddle either way regardless of Rasheed Rice's status.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

NegativeProjection61:05

Coleman is ranked behind Algier P. Ryan as of now in start-sit rankings.

Insight page
NegativeRole62:20

Jonah Coleman's potential activation could create a messy backfield situation for Denver, complicating the workload picture for JK Dobbins in Week 7 against Arizona.

Insight page
NegativeRole66:40

Coleman's status is a consideration for Dobbins' workload; however, Coleman's presence has not materially impacted Dobbins' carries since Dobbins' injury in week two. If Coleman is active, the speaker notes it hasn't mattered to Dobbins' usage so far.

Insight page
NegativeDepth Chart68:28

If Coleman plays, he would rank fifth in the Broncos-Chargers running back hierarchy behind Dobbins, Harvey, Algier, and Knight.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection44:38

Ranked higher than Javante Williams despite tough matchup; speaker notes Taylor has back-to-back top-10 matchups coming, supporting the start recommendation.

Insight page
PositiveProjection62:30

Taylor is the primary running back for the Colts in the Vikings matchup; the source indicates he's the clear lead back for the team.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

PositiveRole29:46

Fresh legs give Mason an edge over Aaron Jones in the 49ers backfield; workload split expected around 50-50 based on Week 1 snap distribution, but Mason preferred as the starter despite both being in low-end RB2/high-end non-PPR flex range.

Insight page
PositiveRole29:48

Mason gets a nod over Aaron Jones for the Vikings running back split in Week 7 against Indianapolis. Fresh legs for Mason are enough to give him the edge, with the workload split expected to be around 50-50 based on their Week 1 matchup, where both had similar snap counts inside the 10.

Insight page
NegativeValue70:32

In a three-way PPR decision with Jalen Waddle and Xavier Worthy, Mason is not preferred; analysts choose Waddle or Worthy over Mason.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveProjection49:34

Dave Richard projects Josh Jacobs as a number two fantasy running back in Week 7 against Detroit. Despite potential easing-in concerns, Richard expects Jacobs to receive approximately 15 touches given Green Bay's weak run game, his fresh legs, and the Lions' mediocre defense. With 15 touches against Detroit, Richard believes Jacobs delivers RB2 value.

Insight page
PositiveProjection50:02

With 15 touches against Detroit and fresh legs, ranked as a number two fantasy running back for the week; speaker has him in the low 20s in start-sit rankings and prefers him over Woody Marks, Quinshon Judkins, Vikings running backs, and Devontae Smith in head-to-head comparisons.

Insight page
NegativeUsage50:35

Scott Turner projected under 21 touches for Jacobs; speaker notes Las Vegas is one of the most pass-heavy teams in the NFL with the worst run game in football, raising questions about how much Jacobs will cure the run game and what that means for receiver value.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeProjection45:05

Ranked below Dallas Goddard in tight end start-sit decision.

Insight page
PositiveValue68:28

Preferred over Bam Knight in PPR leagues; Year Up United's has a decision between the two but leans toward Johnson in PPR scoring.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

NegativeRole8:00

Raymond had a role in the Bears offense but is no longer a reliable target; the source indicates his time as a featured receiver has passed with the concentration of targets shifting to Burden and Loveland.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeMatchup62:34

Allen is described as an easy short area target for Daniel Jones against the Vikings, though Wilson is preferred in the start-sit comparison; the Vikings' strong defense limits passing opportunities.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeProjection60:55

Miller is ranked behind Harvey as of now, with the potential for this ranking to flip if Coleman is activated.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

NegativeProjection44:34

Considered inferior to Dak Prescott; speaker advises against making roster moves to start Cousins over Dak, suggesting Dak is the preferred option.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

PositiveProjection30:06

Pitts is producing at a high level with three touchdowns over the last two games as Falcons QB Marcus Pennix gets high volume (33 and 32 pass attempts in recent games); the Pitts-Pennix-Stefanski connection is working, and Pitts should be started against San Francisco despite the 49ers' fourth-best tight end defense, as the game is expected to be high-scoring.

Insight page
NegativeProjection45:02

Ranked below Dallas Goddard in full PPR tight end start-sit decision.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

NegativeProjection64:08

Murray is ranked 12th among quarterbacks for Week 7, indicating a lower tier ranking.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole6:20

Burden is generating big plays and exceptional production in the Bears offense; he's one of two receivers (alongside Loveland) the source can reliably count on from game to game, with concentrated target share over the last two weeks.

Insight page
PositiveRole10:13

Bears offense is back to being what was hoped with main pieces doing exceptional things. Burden had big plays and the speaker is excited about his numbers.

Insight page

Malachi Fields

NegativeProjection44:41

Ranked below Flannoy in start-sit decision.

Insight page

Malik Washington

NegativeMatchup62:52

Washington had five or six catches for 67 yards against the Vikings, demonstrating limited production against their strong defense.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeRole63:15

In the one game where Denver was playing with a lead two weeks ago, Harrison was basically non-existent in the passing game, raising concerns about his ceiling when the Broncos have game script advantage.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveValue5:48

Michael Wilson is ranked slightly ahead of Jalen Waddle for Week 7 based on matchup considerations. With Sertan and Cofango unlikely to play, Wilson should benefit from increased opportunity, though he remains a number three receiver in three-receiver leagues.

Insight page
NegativeUsage28:57

Wilson has been frustrating despite receiving seven targets in each of the last two games, catching only eight passes for under 90 total yards across those two games. Without Marvin Harrison Jr., the formula that worked last year hasn't translated, and even without Patrick Surtain, the Denver matchup remains tough for Wilson in Week 7.

Insight page
NegativeProjection44:41

Ranked below George Pickens in start-sit decision at Flex.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup62:34

Wilson is selected over Keenan Allen in a start-sit comparison for the Colts-Vikings matchup.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeRole27:24

With Evans out, the Buccaneers passing game becomes largely untrustworthy for Week 7 against Carolina. Godwin would be a bye-week receiver at best, and Ted Hurst would be a dart throw receiver at best without Evans in the lineup.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon II

PositiveValue69:38

Preferred over RJ Harvey in PPR leagues; Gordon is the choice in a PPR scoring format.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeProjection50:16

In a direct comparison between Quinshon Judkins against Tennessee and Josh Jacobs against Detroit, Dave Richard favors Jacobs for Week 7 start-sit purposes, implying Judkins is the less preferred option despite both being available.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:16

Speaker prefers Josh Jacobs over Quinshon Judkins against/at Tennessee in week 7 start-sit decision.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeRole60:35

Worthy's start recommendation is contingent on Rice being out; if Rice plays, the preference shifts to Waddle.

Insight page
NegativeInjury70:32

Xavier Worthy's value is contingent on Rice's status; if Rice is out, Worthy is preferred over Jalen Waddle; if Rice plays, Waddle is the preference.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveUsage0:14

Ramondre Stevenson scored a 48-yard touchdown catch at the end of the first half in Week 7, demonstrating receiving upside and big-play capability; the touchdown came on a catch where he evaded defenders and reached the 20-yard line before scoring, showcasing his ability to generate explosive plays.

Insight page
NegativeRole9:34

Played 70% of snaps in Week 7, including every third-down snap and half the snaps inside the 10-yard line; locked into a high-value touch role in the passing game despite limited rushing production. The source views him as the best running back on the Patriots from a production standpoint, though not from a talent standpoint, and expects him to continue scoring touchdowns and being involved in the passing game.

Insight page
NegativeProjection9:34

Should be treated as a low-end RB2 or high-end flex player going forward when the Patriots roster is fully healthy; will become a top-15 caliber player only if Henderson misses time. The source notes he's finding a way to be productive (12-15 fantasy points) despite inconsistent rushing volume, and his value depends on roster health and bye weeks.

Insight page
NegativeUsage9:43

Stevenson had only six carries but caught five passes and scored a 48-yard touchdown run in the most recent game. The source questions whether there is faith in Stevenson moving forward, suggesting uncertainty about his role consistency.

Insight page
NegativeInjury12:24

Got hurt late in the Week 7 game against the Chargers; status for Week 8 is uncertain pending injury update.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveProjection60:55

Harvey is ranked ahead of Kendry Miller as of now, though this ranking may flip if Coleman is activated, indicating Harvey's role is contingent on Coleman's status.

Insight page
PositiveValue69:38

In a PPR league choice between RJ Harvey and Ollie Gordon, Harvey is ranked second in the Broncos-Chargers game behind Dobbins; Gordon is preferred over Harvey in PPR.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeRole6:24

Odunze has a perimeter role in the Bears offense and made a great catch on a tight-window throw last night, but he is not someone you can start consistently. The source expects Loveland and Burden to be the two reliable targets from game to game.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveProjection38:28

Ranked 13th-17th across analysts (Jamie 13th, Dave 15th, Heath 17th); positioned as a must-start running back; ranked higher than Woody Marks and in similar range as Bucky Irving; speaker notes he may flip ranking slightly higher.

Insight page
PositiveRole40:14

Barkley is expected to handle goal-line carries for the Eagles going forward; he's been running the ball well this season and will likely take over short-yardage work from Tanner McKee's passing game, positioning him as the primary option near the end zone against Dallas.

Insight page

Tanner McKee

NegativeProjection44:07

Recommended start in Superflex over Josh Jacobs; speaker expresses concern about Eagles' offensive performance and predicts Monday Night Football will prompt trade speculation, but still favors McKee as the start.

Insight page

Ted Hurst

NegativeRole27:24

Hurst is a dart throw tight end option in the Buccaneers passing game for Week 7 against Carolina, but only if Evans is out. He could be a bye-week tight end at best in that scenario, though he could benefit from defensive pass interference penalties drawn by the Buccaneers against Carolina's secondary.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeMatchup67:27

Facing the Chargers and Seahawks defenses; the Seahawks have struggled to run the ball this year, and no one fears Bo Nix's passing game right now, meaning defenses will load the box and dare the Seahawks to throw, creating tough scenarios for Pollard with limited passing game support.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveMatchup30:54

Kraft has played well in two of his last three games and is favored over Kyle Pitts based on matchup; the Lions defense has not solved their tight end woes and will face a multifaceted Falcons offense, making Kraft a strong play despite Brian Branch's return.

Insight page
PositiveProjection50:51

Despite being tight end 16 per game for the season, Kraft is ranked as a top eight tight end for week 7 and is liked as a start against Detroit, which gives up the most fantasy points to tight ends.

Insight page
PositiveValue70:28

Preferred over Bam Knight in a start-sit decision.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeRole63:49

Warren would be a start if he plays, but with low expectations; however, the source notes he hasn't practiced yet this week, making it difficult to assess his role.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

PositiveValue70:21

Preferred over Bam Knight and Jonah Coleman in a start-sit decision; Year Up United's is going on hope that Tracy gets the majority of touches for the Giants because it's unknown right now, and he'll catch more passes than Bam Knight will.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeProjection45:23

Ranked below Saquon Barkley in running back start-sit decision.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:08

Speaker would start Josh Jacobs over Woody Marks in head-to-head start-sit comparison.

Insight page
NegativeProjection50:10

In Week 7 start-sit analysis, the host confirms that Dave Richard is starting Josh Jacobs over Woody Marks, indicating Marks is the less preferred option despite both being available running backs.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

PositiveMatchup60:35

Worthy is the preferred start over Tate if Rasheed Rice is out; however, the source expresses hesitation about trusting Worthy against Seattle's defense.

Insight page
NegativeValue70:32

In a three-way PPR decision with Jalen Waddle and Jordan Mason, one Year Up United's prefers Worthy but only if Rasheed Rice is out; if Rice plays, the preference shifts to Waddle; another Year Up United's doesn't want to trust Worthy against Seattle.

1:50And we've got six NFC home games to get to today.
1:54Dallas at Philadelphia on Monday night. Yeah, I'm sure we're all pumped for that one.
1:59Green Bay at Detroit. Tampa Bay at Carolina. Denver at Arizona.
2:02Colts are at the Vikings. And San Francisco is at Atlanta.
2:05Did the game of the week live up to the game of the week?
2:10Yes, you did a great job. Oh, okay. And I knew that Ramondre Stevenson was going to get his numbers on one big catch.
2:17Like, everybody saw that coming, right? Like, one big catch where he weaves around a defense and defenders are inexplicably running away from him.
2:25It's, yeah, easy. Yeah, we saw Dave notified me watching the tape of Malik Muhammad, cornerback for the Bears.
2:31I don't know what he was doing. I think he turned as Ramondre Stevenson.
2:35He ran away from Ramondre Stevenson. He did the exact opposite thing that you're supposed to do as a defender.
2:41He would be a terrible firefighter. So, Ramondre was at the 20-yard line, basically, on his 48-yard touchdown catch at the end of the half.
2:49And the guy, he just turns his back and starts running the other direction, Malik Muhammad.
2:54I think he thought that Ramondre might lateral it across the field.
2:58I thought he thought that he was cutting it back.
3:01So, there was probably a legitimate reason for him running away from him.
3:05I'm just making fun. But if you go back and watch it, it's funny.
3:10It's weird. And it's not the reason. It's not the sole reason why Ramondre scored.
3:14Nope. But he probably could have made the tackle if he had kept going.
3:19Could have slowed him down and maybe made the tackle and kept him out of the end zone.
3:24What are your other takeaways from this game? Let's talk about A.J.
3:28Brown because I'm sure people who started him are upset with the numbers.
3:32And people who drafted him had high expectations. I watched his routes this morning already.
3:37I thought he still showed some burst, still had some quickness in his routes.
3:41I don't see the speed anymore. We really haven't seen it for a while.
3:46And I don't know if it's old age or just injuries catching up with him.
3:50Remember, he's coming back from a high ankle sprain.
3:53We know that players, when they have the high ankle sprain, aren't necessarily the same every single time.
3:59I mean, he's an example of that. Jeremiah Love is an example of that.
4:03And maybe Ashton Gentry is too. And so I think you do have to lower expectations for A.J.
4:09Brown moving forward. And if we see that he's slowing down and he's not the same type of guy, and maybe he
4:16hasn't been for a while, Patriots see it too.
4:18And so there could be some games coming up where they don't have to throw that much.
4:24And those are going to be weeks where you don't feel good starting A.J.
4:28Brown. It's going to be the shootouts when you'll go back to A.J.
4:32Brown. And just cross your fingers that volume will carry him.
4:36I think I'll have no choice but to go back to A.J.
4:39Brown basically every week. I can't sit here and compare his speed from years ago, but I still think he looks fast enough.
4:47I don't think he looks slow personally. No, I didn't say slow.
4:50No, right. I said he's – So he may not be what he once was.
4:55Fair. That's what I think is fair. I wonder – because I thought he looked better.
5:00I watched this tape too. I thought he looked better last week than last night.
5:05I'm just wondering if maybe the short week coming off a full workload and the high ankle spank.
5:10And also – Yeah. I was just going to say maybe the long layoff after the short week will help him.
5:17Yeah. And I know that like I think they've got Miami next.
5:21Yeah. And then Green Bay, Detroit. I don't know if I'm going to feel great starting on them, but those games against Green Bay, Detroit.
5:29Yeah. Buffalo they've got later this year. And Jamie, one other thing – Someone's asking if Christian Gonzalez covered A.J.
5:35Brown last night. He did that. One other thing is like look at the Bears.
5:39And I think I brought this up on the Wednesday preview that we did.
5:44Like they have faced a pretty much elite number one wide receiver most weeks.
5:48And they've done pretty damn well against Tedderola McMillan, Garrett Wilson, Justin Jefferson, Drake London.
5:53One more I'm forgetting. A.J. – Devontae Smith, A.J.
5:56Brown. Now Brown was much – was worse. But the Bears, maybe we just need to look at them and say they're
6:03not a layup for number one receivers. But what are your takeaways here?
6:07For A.J. Brown or the game? Yeah, for anything you want.
6:10Well, I mean look, obviously it was disappointing for A.J.
6:13Brown. But I think the fun thing is the other side of the ball really is just like the Bears offense is
6:20back to being what we hoped it was going to be with the main pieces doing exceptional things.
6:26And so Luther Burden and Colston Loveland are – I know Burden was big plays, but still you've got to be excited about the numbers.
6:34And Loveland getting hyper-targeted and doing the thing that he did against a really good team that defends tight ends.
6:40And DeAndre Swift being the lead rusher by a lot – by significant margin.
6:44And so Odunze will come around. He'll have some games.
6:47He's not going to be somebody you can start consistently, but that was a tough cover for him last night.
6:54And I thought he still made some plays. It's just fun.
6:57It's a really fun offense to be a part of and have players attached to.
7:02And Caleb Williams looks awesome right now. Back-to-back 300-yard game is for Caleb Williams.
7:06Caleb was started in 68% of leagues. He had five carries for 18 yards, which was encouraging.
7:11Obviously, you want more yards, but the fact that he was able to run, looked pretty fast in that one play late in the game.
7:19I don't know. Just good to see some explosion back in his legs.
7:23DeAndre Swift played over 80% of the snaps. He has three straight games with 17.3 or more PPR fantasy points, but so much of it is touchdowns.
7:32That's good. We like touchdowns. I'd like to see him get more than 44 yards on 16 carries, but whatever.
7:38And, okay, that's the – are we just – The A dot for Caleb Williams was higher?
7:43Had to have been, right? I mean, I'll double check.
7:46I thought maybe you had that information. No, I didn't look at that today.
7:51Give me 30 seconds, but I'm assuming it was significantly higher from where it was last week.
7:56And that's really good. So, Colson Loveland, how many tight ends would you take over him the rest of the season now?
8:03Bowers, McBride, likely. That's probably it. Kittle, maybe if there's no Mike Evans for a while.
8:088.7 A dot for Caleb Williams. Yeah, Colson's right back in there.
8:12And the one thing that we've now seen over the last two weeks for Chicago is some concentration on Burden and Loveland as far as targets go.
8:20And so, Khalif Raymond was fun while it lasted.
8:23Romo Dunze has his role on the perimeter, and he made a great catch last night.
8:28The one he had to turn back for, it was a tight window throw.
8:32That was great. But I feel like those are the two, and that's how we had it pegged coming out of the preseason.
8:40Those are the two that I think we can reliably count on from game to game.
8:45And the other thing I would mention is, and Jamie, you've said this a lot.
8:49When you view Brock Bowers, you don't view him as a traditional tight end.
8:54I think you call him a wide receiver, and I'm not going to get into that.
8:59But I almost think that we have to say that about Loveland, too, is that he's just not your typical tight end.
9:06And he's much more of a receiving downfield type of tight end.
9:09And the receiving average doesn't reflect that, but that's something he can do.
9:13And so, therefore, when you look at the matchups for tight ends, I don't know if it's necessarily appropriate to apply them
9:20to Loveland the same way you wouldn't apply them to Bowers.
9:24And by the way, the worst news that came out of yesterday was a serious knee injury for Cole Komet.
9:30We don't know. It looked serious, they said. We all saw it.
9:34Yeah, Ben Johnson said it didn't look good, I believe.
9:37So, hopefully, he's okay. We'll wait for that. There were a couple of other injuries, but don't worry about that.
9:43Ramondre Stevenson, only six carries, but he had the five catches.
9:47He had a 48-yard touchdown run. Does anybody have faith in Ramondre Stevenson moving forward?
9:51This will be our last note on this game.
9:54Do you have faith? I think you treat him how you drafted him, which was a low-end, number-two, high-end flex type player.
10:01And teams on a bye, injuries, you'll be happy to start him.
10:05When everybody's fully healthy on your roster, you'll have a decision to make probably with him versus somebody else.
10:11But, look, these are the type of players, we go through this every year, where they don't get enough work or they don't do this.
10:19They don't do that. And then they get you 15 fantasy points or 12 fantasy points, whatever it is.
10:24He's finding a way to be productive. And I think that's just kind of what the end result is.
10:30It's not going to look pretty all the time.
10:33But he's still the – I would still view him, not from a talent standpoint, from a production standpoint, the best running back on this team.
10:41And this is still going to be an offense that moves the ball well and is productive more times than not.
10:48So I'm not going to – I don't want to overvalue him if everybody's healthy on that team.
10:54If there's ever a Henderson absence like we thought going into week six and we got overexcited about Ramondre, like then he'll
11:00be top 15 caliber player at least going into the week.
11:04He's just – he's going to have to score touchdowns and be involved in the passing game.
11:09And it seems like he's going to continue to do that.
11:13Right. That's been his role all along. That was the reason why I was encouraged to start him.
11:18But it's as a number two fantasy running back.
11:21It's not as anything more than that. And yesterday it was 70% of the snaps about every single third down snaps, half of the snaps inside the 10.
11:30They didn't really get down there very much. You got lucky if you started him.
11:35But I think that he's got that role, the high value touch role on lock.
11:39And I got the sense – I don't know if you guys got the sense – but at some point in the
11:46second quarter, I almost felt like the Patriots realized, what are we doing?
11:50By rotating in Kiner for a drive and Travion.
11:53Travion had work on their first drive. Let's just go back to Ramondre.
11:57And Ramondre rewarded them to a degree. He rewarded them in the passing game.
12:01His rushing sunk. And they gave up on that pretty quickly.
12:05But I think that he's got his role locked up.
12:08And we can count on it. They also had the offensive line issues.
12:12So running the ball is going to be tough.
12:15And they're going to continue to because Vera Tucker was put on IR.
12:19And they were already on a third string right guard.
12:22So that's going to be a little bit of a factor moving forward.
12:26Yeah. Played 70% of the snaps basically, Ramondre Stevenson.
12:29All right. Last thing on this game. Here's your screenshot.
12:32If you look at the 15-yard line, the right hash mark, that is cornerback Malik Muhammad running away from Ramondre Stevenson, who is at the 19-yard line.
12:41Very puzzling moment there. But he's been really good for them.
12:44And he got hurt in this game actually late.
12:47So hopefully he can come back for week eight.
12:50Wow. We're going to be in week eight next week.
12:53All right. That's it for Thursday Night Football. Na-na-na-na-na-na.
12:56Yeah. Sunday morning. Oh, wow. I'm going to be honest with you all.
13:00Sam, maybe you can help me. I don't know.
13:02Are we back to noon? Or is it going still 1230?
13:061330 on Sunday? That's a great question. Fire it over to Schaefer and let's see where we go.
13:12But I do know that we're 830 to 930 a.m.
13:15Sunday morning. YouTube.com. 830 to 930 a.m. Eastern. YouTube.com slash fantasy football today.
13:19Don't just go to YouTube. You won't find it there.
13:22YouTube.com slash fantasy football today, though. You will find it.
13:25There are a few other videos on YouTube. Not CRs.
13:28But anyway. Are all your clothes intact today? I was laughing all day yesterday.
13:32That was one of the funniest things we've ever done.
13:36I was crying. Not laughing. Crying. Oh, man. Yeah.
13:38I addressed it with you off air. That's it.
13:41As long as the people... I can't wait. 1030?
13:441030 is going to be a lot of fun.
13:47Oh, yeah. Mailbag? Yeah. But join us Sunday morning, 830 to 930.
13:51And then either 12 to 1 or 1230 to 1, we'll let you know ASAP.
13:55But we're having a great time. You all are doing a great job with your questions there.
14:01News and notes. Looks like Baker Mayfield. Are you guys ranking Baker?
14:04Yes, we are. Okay. Looks like he's going to play.
14:08And Lamar Jackson. Are you ranking him yet? No.
14:10Yeah. Let's see what the injury report says Friday.
14:13Let's see if he practices again on Friday. I think three limited practice and a questionable tag might lead us into ranking him.
14:20But we just... Let's wait and see. Sportsline has given him projections.
14:24So if you're looking at your league pages on CBS...
14:27There was somebody that is definitely out that Sportsline was giving projections to also.
14:32So I'm not sure if that's... Well, they weren't up until yesterday.
14:35Oh, that I did not know. Yeah. And they love the Ravens over there on Sportsline.
14:40Well, yeah. It's a huge game against the Bengals.
14:43So I'm sure they're going to want him back.
14:46Meanwhile, the Raiders face the Rams. And Mike Washington Jr.
14:49Missed practice yesterday. So you might feel more comfortable with Ashton Gent.
14:53I mean, probably going to start him anyway. But Ashton Gent, if Mike Washington Jr.
14:58Doesn't play. We'll keep an eye on that. Saquon Bartley is expected to play.
15:02Brees Hall got a limited practice in yesterday. Are you ranking him yet?
15:06No, but I have contingency plans for the start of the week.
15:10So we'll maybe update in the column by the end of the day.
15:14What are the contingency plans? I'll just switch it to Woody Marks.
15:18Ah, that's a good one. Because David Montgomery is not expected to play.
15:22And Jeremiah Love is not expected to play. And I think we talked about that game yesterday.
15:27Yeah. So first of all, let's say Brees Hall does play.
15:30Would he be a top 24 running back against the Dolphins?
15:34Definitely. Yeah, and in the case of Braylon Allen, I think he's still a high-end flex.
15:39You know, we haven't seen a lot of two backs have success against Miami.
15:43If you recall, almost every Dolphins game early in the season, I kept saying, oh, yeah, this backup will do well.
15:50Or that backup will do well. You know, hey, Emmitt Johnson would be a good flex.
15:55Or this, you know, Kalen Black, I think it was the back-to-back weeks of 49ers and Chiefs.
16:00I was like, oh, Kalen Black will be a flex and Emmitt Johnson will be a flex.
16:05And it didn't work out. Then we get to the week five game, and the backup running back was the best running
16:12back when Samajay P right now performed Chase Brown.
16:15So who knows which running back will have success against the Dolphins.
16:19I would still consider Braylon Allen a flex if you are stuck this week.
16:23But I would start pre-sall over him if you have both.
16:27Come to think of it, the reason why P Ryan had at least an efficient game against Miami was because the Bengals
16:34found themselves just like running him downhill out of shotgun.
16:37And physical runner, powerful runner. If I had to classify Braylon Allen as those things, I think that would be the truth.
16:44And so if that's what it takes to run on Miami, then Allen would get some good efficiency at bare minimum.
16:50So I like the flex call on Braylon Allen.
16:53Would you play Ali Gordon or Brees Hall? I might lean Ali because I just think he's going to have the volume in his favor.
17:01Yeah, I don't disagree with the volume, but I think the matchup is just so much easier for any of the Jets running backs.
17:08Would you start both of them over Ali? No, I think it's going to be a volume issue for one of them.
17:15And I would assume if they're going to play Braylon Hall, they're going to play Braylon Hall.
17:21So I would probably think it's going to be in the neighborhood of 15 total touches for Braylon Hall.
17:27And that's usually what Ali Gordon's been getting anyway.
17:29We've got more injuries to get to here. But with Jeremiah Love not expected to play, which Cardinals running back are you ranking higher?
17:37Algier. Still Algier, but they're back-to-back. Yes. Got a question here.
17:40Bam Knight or Tyrone Tracy in PPR? I'd gamble on Tracy there.
17:44Me too. Interesting. I don't think I'd go with Bam, but okay.
17:48Sean Tucker practiced in full. Jordan Mason should be back this week.
17:52Jonah Coleman is practicing. All right. Puka Nakua left practice with a calf injury.
17:56Unbelievable. Jamie, what do we think here? First of all, you have to make alternate plans.
18:01If you have Stafford, should we be adding Kanata Mumfield or anyone else?
18:05What the heck is going on here? So I saw just before we went on the air that Ian Rappaport said it's a minor calf injury.
18:13So hopefully that's just, you know, hey, I tweaked something and put you in a bubble wrap and go sit down.
18:20But we have to keep an eye on what the practice report is today.
18:24So if he gets in a limited session, he'll be fine.
18:28If it's no practice, then he should panic. It's not a bad idea to pick up Mumfield regardless of Puka's injury because no Damonte Adams.
18:35So I think you're just looking at it. If you're desperate, the tight ends are still in consideration with Thigby and Parkinson.
18:42That's the order I would rank them. Mumfield is going to be a desperation play no matter what.
18:48But I would guess it would be Jordan Whittington that's going to benefit the most if Puka's out if they're missing everybody.
18:55So it would be Whittington kind of in Puka's role and Mumfield in Adams' role or vice versa.
19:00Or Tutu Atwell gets more play. I don't know.
19:03I wouldn't want to trust a Rams receiver, but I'd want to roster Mumfield at this point just to see what happens.
19:10I'd be way more excited about Tyler Higby if Puka's out because Higby has been running downfield routes.
19:16Jamie, you talked about this on our show yesterday on Sports Network.
19:19I would imagine that his target volume, which has been kind of low to begin with, his target share, would increase considerably
19:26as an intermediate area target for Matthew Stafford, whereas Parkinson's much more of a short area guy.
19:32So that would be the pivot I would make.
19:34I don't know if I can trust anybody else other than Higby and then Parkinson if Puka's out.
19:40All right. And yes, Adam, I'm sorry. You asked about Stafford.
19:44You should absolutely plan to replace Stafford if there's no Puka.
19:47Emeka Puka right now not looking like he's going to be able to play still in the concussion protocol.
19:53Brian Schottenheimer, coach of the Cowboys, he called out George Pickens.
19:56He said he needs to block better. I'd love to see him get motivated here.
20:01Dontavian Wicks and Devontae Smith and Dallas Goddard, they all missed practice for the Eagles.
20:06That was their first practice of the week, though, so I assume those guys are going to play.
20:11Rasheed Rice probably not going to play at this point.
20:15Dalton Schultz got in a limited session, which was encouraging.
20:18Brock Bowers practiced in full, and Tyler Warren missed practice.
20:21Giants got a good practice report yesterday with their two offensive tackles being limited.
20:25The Eagles got Landon Dickerson and their center Drew Kendall as limited.
20:29That's good news for them. And on defense, both safeties are going to be out for the Texans.
20:35The Giants got some of the—I talked about the Giants' injuries in the secondary.
20:39Those two guys were limited, but they're both in the concussion protocol, Javon Holland and Greg Newsome.
20:44The Rams are super beat up on defense with Nate Landman and Trent McDuffie missing practice and two defensive linemen out already.
20:51So those are some of the ones we're keeping an eye on.
20:55We're going to take a break. One question for each game for the six NFC home games we're talking about today.
21:01When we come back, we'll be right back. Fall is here, and that means football, fantasy football, and, of course, caramel apples.
21:08You know, I'm a big fan of the flavor, so when I heard about the new caramel apple five-hour energy shot, I
21:15had to give it a try, and you get that sweet and tart apple flavor, followed by a smooth, buttery caramel finish.
21:22It's basically that classic fall caramel apple flavor in a convenient, portable shot, and I love this.
21:27It's sugar-free. Whether I'm getting ready for a podcast or taking my son to his flag football game or just trying to
21:34keep up with everything on my schedule, I love having one ready to go.
21:39And if you're a caramel apple fan like I am, this is a pretty easy way to get that fall flavor without all the sugar.

23:12We recently took a trip to Kansas City to catch a football game, and we made a full weekend out of it.
23:18We spent some time exploring the city, made sure to get some classic Kansas City barbecue, and of course, headed to Arrowhead Stadium to take in the game.
23:27Between tailgating the crowd and the energy inside the stadium, it was an awesome experience.
23:32There's just something about a game weekend. Great food, great football, and getting to experience it all together made it a trip to remember.
23:39But while I was surrounded by fans taking in the atmosphere like I was, what hit me was just how many people
23:46were making a weekend out of it in Kansas City like I was, needing a place to hang their head after a night of tailgating and celebrating.
23:55For the local Kansas City folks, or anyone who lives in a stadium city, football season is a perfect time to consider listing your space on Airbnb.
24:03Especially if you have travel plans yourself, why let your home sit idle while you're away?

24:33One question for each game. Dallas is at Philadelphia.
24:35Dave, are there any tough calls in this game?
24:38I might be in the minority here. I'm a little nervous about Dak Prescott.
24:43It's not just each of his last four games.
24:45It's five of six games this year where he's been under 21 fantasy points in six point.
24:51I'm looking at his numbers now. The one game he had where he was awesome was against the Commanders.
24:57And he had a modest ADOT. He tried a lot of deeper throws in that game.
25:02He started the year actually trying a lot of deep throws.
25:05And that's gone away. Most recently, his deep throw rate was 1.9%.
25:09His ADOT last week was 6.9%. And I wonder if that's starting to catch up with him statistically because he's not getting enough of those chunk plays.
25:17I don't know if I'm ready to say that Philly's defense is good.
25:21I think they're sort of mid. They've allowed multiple touchdowns to pretty much every quarterback they've gone up against.
25:27That's what keeps him in my top 12. But there are definitely some quarterbacks that I'm looking at and I think have
25:34a higher ceiling than Dak Prescott at this point just because of how Dak has played this year.
25:40All right. I think it was a stupid question on my part because I honestly feel like so many of these guys
25:47are tough calls in the Dallas-Philadelphia game, unfortunately. But that'll be the first game we get into in just a moment.
25:53Well, give us a teaser. Who are the other names that you think are tough calls?
25:58Literally every single player except CeeDee Lamb. I mean, the thing is, you're going to start them.
26:04Right. No, Javante's not. You're going to start them because you have to.
26:08But I would say they're not necessarily tough calls in my lineup, but I don't feel that confident.
26:13I don't feel that confident in Javante Smith. I don't feel that confident in the Eagles passing game.
26:19George Pickens is giving me a lot of pause.
26:22Because, you know, Dak, all the reasons you said.
26:25I think Dak will be fine. I think he's had some bad luck.
26:29I mean, three of his last four interceptions were basically tipped by his own team or CeeDee Lamb slipped on the route.
26:36You know, so I think he's probably better than his numbers.
26:39But I don't know. I mean, I'll get into it.
26:42Green Bay at Detroit. Jamie, starters at Jamison Williams.
26:45Start. Certainly in three-receiver leagues. He's not in the top 24, but this is a week where there's a lot of good wide receivers.
26:52He's coming off two very productive games in very different ways.
26:56You know, two-touchdown game in his last outing, a 100-yard game in the game before that.
27:01I think this is going to be one of the best games of the slate, and we're going to see a huge
27:08back-and-forth type of, you know, shootout that we love, a bonanza.
27:11So Jamison Williams is definitely in play in those type of performances.
27:15Too bad you already used the game of the week because this would be an easy game of the week.
27:21Yeah, it would have been fun. Tampa Bay at Carolina.
27:24Dave, can you trust anyone in the Bucs passing game?
27:28Especially with a Bucca out. So if we're working under that assumption, I would say no.
27:33Godwin would be a bye-week receiver at best. Ted Hurst would be a dart throw receiver at best.
27:38You can make the case for Kate Otten as a bye-week tight end, I suppose.
27:43But I think this is Bucky Irving, and that's it.
27:46Okay. I think we may be getting, even if a Bucca plays, a Chris Godwin super target game.
27:52There's been a lot of talk in the Tampa Bay media about what's wrong with his start of the season.
27:58And that's historically been good for Godwin when it's brought up.
28:01Yeah. Yeah. And I think if you would go back to what we said about Baker Mayfield the first three games of the year, it was Godwin's open.
28:10Just take the easy stuff. Baker Mayfield trying to throw a 60-yard touchdown on every single play.
28:15And he needs to just be disciplined and take what's available.
28:19Godwin is 71% roster. Good note, Jamie. Thank you.
28:22It's also, we should keep mentioning it. They're still down their two top corners.
28:26So this is a secondary that's very beatable. And one of the corners that they are starting is like a magnet for defensive pass interference penalties.
28:34So you know that they're going to take, Baker's definitely going to take some downfield shots against Will Lee.
28:40That's the name of the corner. Denver at Arizona.
28:43Maybe the receiver that gets those targets could actually catch them instead of drawing the flag and just end up being good for fantasy.
28:50That would be Ted Hurst first and foremost if there's no Abuka.
28:54Denver at Arizona. Michael Wilson or Jalen Waddell? Jamie.
28:57I'd go Waddell. I'd just take a chance on the matchup here.
29:01I think Wilson is going to get his opportunities.
29:04I mean, seven targets each of the last two games.
29:07It's been very frustrating. He's got eight catches in those two games.
29:10He's been under 70 total yards in those two games.
29:14Like it's under 90 total yards, excuse me. It's been frustrating without Marvin Harrison.
29:18You would expect that this was the formula for success last year and it just hasn't worked.
29:23So maybe it does. But then even without Patrick Sertan, it's still a tough matchup.
29:28And I just think this is going to be a game where Waddell has an opportunity to break out because it's a
29:35much easier opponent than what the Broncos have faced each of the last two weeks.
29:40Okay. Dave, just go to you on the Colts game.
29:43Indianapolis at Minnesota. How do you approach the Vikings running backs?
29:46With trepidation. I would imagine the split will be around 50-50.
29:50When they played in week one, the workload split was pretty close.
29:53There was a slight nod toward Jones as their third down back.
29:57They both had the same amount of snaps inside the 10.
30:01I feel like the fresh legs for Jordan Mason is enough to give him a nod.
30:06Whereas Aaron Jones, did I read that he's been playing through an MCL injury?
30:10Yes. Sprained MCL in week two. Yeah. So I'm much more interested in starting.
30:14I shouldn't say much more. I'm interested in starting Mason ahead of Jones.
30:18But they're both in that low-end number two, high-end non-PPR flex range.
30:22Yeah. I read that on ESPN yesterday. And it was like, oh, of course he's been playing.
30:27He hurt his knee in week two, I think.
30:30And Jones has been playing with a sprained MCL week two or three.
30:34They did just come off their bye. So hopefully that helps him.
30:38But would you start a Minnesota running back or Michael Wilson or Jalen Waddell?
30:42I think I'd go the receivers. Jamie? Uh, Jones, Waddell, Wilson, Mason.
30:46Last game is San Francisco at Atlanta. Starter sit Kyle Pitts.
30:50Jamie, the 49ers, their fourth best against tight ends.
30:52But they really haven't faced anyone. I mean, McBride had 75 yards.
30:56Chico Conqua was good last week. So I don't really look at that.
31:00Starter sit Pitts. Let's start him. I mean, you know, he's getting going the last two weeks.
31:06It's, I still think, you know, I've said it from the beginning that I think this is going to be a high-scoring game.
31:13Even though San Francisco is banged up offensively, that they'll put up points.
31:17And that was kind of the formula for success last week for Pennix.
31:21A season-high 33 pass attempts. The game before that, they went to overtime.
31:25He threw 32 passes. So as long as you're getting volume from Pennix, that's going to benefit everybody.
31:31And Pitts is kind of, I think, Pitts, Pennix, Stefanski, they're all kind of figuring out what the tight end role in Stefanski's offense is supposed to be.
31:39Obviously, Stefanski knows that. But you get my point.
31:42It's like, you know, hey, let's make things easy for Pennix and Pitts to connect.
31:47And it's working. And so three touchdowns the last two games.
31:50Like, don't ignore when a talented player is starting to produce.
31:54Kyle Pitts or Tucker Craft? Pitts. So I would go Kraft just based on the matchup.
31:59Kraft actually has played well two of his last three games as well.
32:03I know Brian Branch is going to return. But I still don't think this Lions defense is going to solve their tight
32:10end woes, especially facing a multifaceted offense like Detroit.
32:13So I have them back-to-back, six and seven. Okay.
32:15And Dave has them back-to-back, too. Kyle Pitts, seven.
32:18Tucker Craft, eight. So both Jamie and Dave have Pitts, seventh.
32:22Heath has him, 14th right now. And just because it's our last game.
32:26And we won't get to that for a while.
32:28How do you rank Brock Purdy this week? After Mike Evans went out, Brock Purdy in the second half, he threw a
32:3535-yard completion on his first pass to George Kittle.
32:38And after that, he was three of six for 15 yards and was sacked twice.
32:43So where do you, Dave, where do you rank Purdy this week?
32:47I rank Purdy sixth. I still think that he deserves the nod and fantasy starts for how good he's been, how accurate he's been.
32:54And I'm always going to give the benefit of the doubt to Kyle Shanahan to come up with ways to make do
33:01with his offense, even if he doesn't have one or two of his star players.
33:06Still has Kittle. Still has CMC. Those guys will get targeted.
33:09Christian Kirk could end up being five targets, and that can help Brock Purdy out a little bit too.
33:15Purdy might even take off and run a little bit.
33:18And we know that the St. Atlanta secondary is vulnerable.
33:21So I'm still starting him as of now. Not a top five quarterback, but top ten.
33:26I think to Dave's point, the best example was the Mac Jones games last year.
33:31Yeah. No Kittle. The Debo was, I think, a factor in those games, if I'm not mistaken.
33:36No, he wasn't on the team. He wasn't on the team.
33:40He was in Washington. Because Kendrick Bourne had like two 150-yard games or something.
33:44Right. It was. He just was making do. But that was Mac Jones with nothing, and he was producing at a very high level.
33:52McCaffrey was extremely involved in the passing game. And so, like Dave said, they'll get production somewhere here.
33:57It's a little bit different, like to go back to your first question.
34:01If Stafford doesn't have his guys, it's much tougher to trust him.
34:05Not that the offense won't still work, but it's just a little bit more touch and go, I think.
34:11As long as at least one of the guys are there being Kittle, you want to factor in McCaffrey as well.
34:18That's certainly part of it. But I think there's still enough faith, or at least I have enough faith in Purdy to
34:25still start him and not really have to make a move.
34:28Now, if you are concerned, they do have their bye next week.
34:32So you might want to start just planning ahead your quarterback anyway.
34:36Purdy or Goff from the chat? Goff. Goff. Purdy or Murray from the chat?
34:40Purdy. Brock Purdy. I'm going to add Christian Kirk or Devon Vele from the chat.
34:45I have Vele higher. I would go Kirk. And I'm going to ask you this now, and we'll get into the games in a moment.
34:52You know, a lot of people, myself included, we're in three receiver leagues, whatever.
34:57We're desperate this week. We got injuries. We've got bye weeks, all this stuff.
35:01And now we've got guys like Christian Kirk. I picked up Ted Hurst in two leagues.
35:06Who are some, who are the best replacement wide receivers right now based on developments this week?
35:11Dave? Jalen Noel is at the top of the list for me.
35:15He's been playing well the last several weeks and he's taking on the Giants now.
35:20And CJ Stroud is a quarterback. I would start ahead of Brock Purdy, even if Mike Evans plays.
35:26Stroud has been outstanding. Noel's been a big factor for it.
35:29And as of yesterday, Noel was still out there in like 60% of leagues.
35:33He would be the first name that I would go to.
35:37If we're taking upside shots, Trey Tucker would make the case.
35:40Although I think he's rostered in too many leagues.
35:43I don't think Kendrick Bourne is though. No, he's not.
35:46And if we're working under the theory that Michael Wilson is drawing doubles at a much higher rate now than he did
35:53when Marvin Harrison was on the field, that's opening things up for Kendrick Bourne.
35:57There's evidence of that in the film as well.
36:00And in a game where I think Arizona is going to need to throw short and Denver's going to force them into
36:07just getting the ball out quick, that's where Kendrick Bourne can win.
36:11So I'm not as excited about him as I would be in Jalen Noel, but that's another receiver that you might be
36:18able to find off the waiver wire and put right in your lineup.
36:22The first name that I would go to without question would be Mumfield.
36:26Just because of the absence of Adams we know is out and there is no Puka.
36:31Last time we saw him play without Puka, he had five for 93 on nine targets.
36:36He was at a touchdown. So that would be the first place I'd go.
36:40Check Malik Washington if he's available coming off his bye week if nobody picked him up and he was dropped because he's
36:47been 11 PPR points or more in three straight games.
36:50You mentioned Kirk. Obviously that's an easy one. You mentioned Ted Hurst.
36:54That's an easy one if there's no Abuka. I'm trying to think of anybody else.
36:59I think that's... Cooper's already been picked up in too many leagues, right?
37:03Who? Omar Cooper. Oh, yeah. The junior. I was like, Darius Cooper?
37:07Yeah, Omar. Darius Cooper isn't terrible either if there's no Dontavia and Wicks, but he's behind, I think, literally every name we've said.
37:14All right. Good stuff. Well, let's go to Darius Cooper.
37:17And Dallas is at Philadelphia on Monday night. Oh, Flannoy's another one.
37:21Flannoy is another one. Yes. It's very Flannoying what's going on over there with George Pickens.
37:26Dallas at Philadelphia. You're stat of the game, and this is about George Pickens.
37:30CeeDee Lamb has a career-high 31.5% target per outrun rate.
37:33It was 25.8% in 2025. And that is directly related to George Pickens not getting the targets we want, not getting the production we want.
37:41And also, George Pickens lines up at left wide receiver, outside wide receiver on the left side, 70% of his snaps.
37:48And that is where Quinion Mitchell lines up. So I don't think Quinion Mitchell is going to follow him, but if things
37:54stay the way they've been, George Pickens is going to see a lot of Quinion Mitchell.
37:59Philadelphia does allow the fourth most fantasy points to wide receivers.
38:03It's typically, it's Stefan Diggs, Antonio Williams, Jalen Coker, Kalief Raymond, Luther Burden, Puka Nakua, Parker Washington.
38:08Yes, Ted Rowe and McMillan too. But it's less the outside guys like Terry McLaurin and Romo Dunze weren't good, for example.
38:15Neither was Adams, so that was more about Adams dropping balls.
38:19So I don't know. I don't see how I can sit George Pickens.
38:23But Jamie, just speaking overall, like what I said earlier about, I'm nervous about Devontae Smith.
38:28I'm nervous about Saquon Barkley. I'm nervous about George Pickens.
38:31I'm nervous about Dallas Goddard. I'm not starting Jake Ferguson because he's been terrible.
38:35Like, even though this is Dallas and Philadelphia, I don't know.
38:39I'm not really feeling it all that much, are you?
38:42And even Dak Prescott, I feel okay with Dak.
38:45But what about you? Like, how do you feel about this game offensively?
38:49I think, you know, the game that we got from Tanner Mackie.
38:52McKee. McKee. McKee. I always pronounce it wrong. So it should help you feel a little bit better about Devontae Smith and Dallas Goddard.
39:00And I know it was a lot of volume, but you would expect if the Dallas offense shows up, then we're going
39:07to get a lot of volume again. Now, granted, it was Damian Pierce versus Saquon Barkley, so they're going to hopefully lean a little bit more on Barkley.
39:16The encouraging thing, at least for me with Barkley, is that we saw volume to the running back in the passing game last week.
39:23And that is clearly something where Barkley can win.
39:26We haven't seen it in this Philadelphia offense. Good call.
39:29Since he's been here, and I think that just kind of speaks to the two previous coordinators, there will hopefully be some
39:36of those chances this week, which, look, like you said, you have Saquon Barkley back.
39:41You're starting him unless you're just in such a great spot where you feel great about Chuba Hubbard and Jalen Warren and
39:47those type of guys start over Barkley with whoever else you may have paired Barkley with.
39:52I kind of view Barkley like a similar version of Chase Brown.
39:56Like, you're starting him, and you just got to hope that this is going to be one of those games.
40:02Devontae Smith, again, Dallas Goddard, they got targets last week.
40:06I'm going to start them against this defense. Goddard's a low-end starter.
40:09Devontae Smith's a solid number-two receiver. And the same thing with George Pickens.
40:13Like, you just, at this point, you're starting him based on the hope that this will be a shootout, the hope that
40:20this will be a game, the hope that maybe what Schottenheimer says motivated him.
40:25I'm with you on Ferguson, and then you're starting Lamb and Devontae without question.
40:29And Dave's right. You know, Dak is still a starter.
40:32He's just a low-end starter until he starts to play a little bit better.
40:37His history against Philadelphia, surprisingly, is actually amazing. You know, so he's missed a bunch of games in the last five years,
40:43but when he's played them only once has he been under 20 fantasy points.
40:48So he should have a good floor if that continues.
40:51And you're right, Adam. The interceptions have been a little fluky.
40:54The lack of production in the last two weeks has been frustrating, but he's still going to give you volume, and I think that's what counts.
41:03And to your point, last week it was almost a 16% target share for Phillies running backs from Tanner McKee.
41:09And one other thing, what's going to happen now when the Eagles get near the goal line?
41:14Yeah, it's Barkley. It's going to be Barkley now.
41:17I don't think it's going to be a tush push with Tanner.
41:21Maybe it is. You need to change a word in that question.
41:24What's going to happen now if the Eagles get near the goal line?
41:28They're playing Dallas. They're going to get near the goal line.
41:32You watched Tanner McKee. I thought he was awful.
41:35Like, awful. I mean, he can't move, and he can't throw.
41:38Other than that, he's great. I'm very nervous about it.
41:41I'm laughing because I think you're mostly correct. I'm not saying he won't be better because he made a start in Week
41:4818 last year, and I think he threw 40 passes in that game too, so maybe that's just what they do.
41:55But now they have Barkley back. Barkley's been running the ball well this year.
41:59I mean, if it's 30 passes, then we're in trouble here.
42:03But I can't get away from – I can get away from Dallas Goddard.
42:07I don't know how you – you guys have Goddard, I think, pretty high.
42:11Yeah, I like him in full PPR. Less than half a non-PPR, but I think he's an easy check down guy for McKee.
42:19And what McKee's strength is, and this isn't much of a strength for a quarterback, he can read coverage pre-snap.
42:25He can get an idea of where the best place to go with the football is, and then he'll do it.
42:31So that quick passing game, we saw it in the preseason.
42:35We saw it last week. Tanner McKee can handle that.
42:38He can throw with accuracy pretty much all the time on those short throws.
42:42It's anything long – 10 air yards downfield, the receiver's going to have to help to make those catches happen like Devontae
42:49Smith did on his big catch last week, his touchdown catch last week.
42:53I think having Saquon back there is obviously a good thing for them.
42:57I'd love to see Landon Dickerson back as well and boost that offensive line just a little.
43:03But Dallas' defense, there is no reason to be worried about them and how will they match up against Philly and could they rattle Tanner McKee?
43:11Man, they haven't been able to rattle anybody. So I think that there could be an incremental improvement for McKee and the
43:18passing game in general because of the matchup and because Dallas just hasn't been able to piece it together this year on defense.
43:25You know what could be fun? And if you have an open roster spot in Superflex or two quarterback leagues, just pick
43:32up Joe Milton and what if McKee – Oh, people have been doing that in deeper Superflex.
43:37And they turn to – I think if they feel like they can win the division, I think they're going to have to try to make a trade.
43:46I just – I can't see them winning with the quarterbacks.
43:49But listen, maybe I'm wrong. This is my evaluation of McKee.
43:53It doesn't mean I'm right. My prediction is everyone's going to see him on Monday Night Football and say the Eagles need to make a trade.
44:01But that's just – well, I hope I'm wrong.
44:04Obviously, you know I have a lot of Devontae Smith.
44:07I hope I'm wrong. But let's read some questions here.
44:10Would you start Josh Jacobs or Tanner McKee in Superflex?
44:13Read the first part. I need more help than Adam Sox.
44:16Would you start Josh Jacobs or Tanner McKee in Superflex?
44:20Tanner McKee. I think I'd go with McKee. Bucky Irving or Devontae Smith at Flex?
44:24PPR, I'd still go Smith. I think I'll go Bucky.
44:27George Pickens or Kittle or Laporta at Flex? Kittle.
44:30I bet I have Pickens ranked the highest of the three.
44:34Cousins or Dak? Nope, I don't. It's Kittle. It's Kittle for me too.
44:38Cousins or Dak? Dak. Kirk. Jonathan Taylor or Javante Williams?
44:41Wow. Taylor. Jonathan Taylor or who? Javante. I believe I have JT a little bit higher.
44:46Yeah. JT has a tough matchup, no doubt. They said they want to get the one game.
44:51Back to back. Top 10. But it's Taylor. Pickens.
44:54I mean, never mind. That's not what I meant.
44:57Pickens or Michael Wilson? We're going Pickens. Yes. Flannoy or Malachi Fields are going Flannoy.
45:02Flannoy. Ferguson, Parkinson, AJ Barner. Rank them. Parkinson, Ferguson, Barner.
45:05I'm with you. Flannoy or Jalen Knoll? No. Avoid the Flannoy.
45:08Dak Prescott or Bryce Young? Bryce Young. All right.
45:11Any Dallas Goddard? Let's see. Dallas Goddard or Kyle Pitts?
45:14Goddard and full PPR. Dallas Goddard or Jawan Johnson?
45:17Dallas Goddard. Got it. Goddard or Kelsey? Kelsey was healthy.
45:20Agreed. And would you start a DST in this game?
45:23No. Give me Goddard over Kelsey. Okay. Dallas or DST?
45:26No. And then I just, I think I got to talk more about Barkley here and where you have him ranked.
45:33Barkley is 13th for Jamie, 15th for Dave, and 17th for Heath.
45:37So right in the Bucky Irving range. Woody Marks or Saquon Barkley?
45:40Barkley. I have Barkley a spot higher. I might flip that.
45:44All right. So in summary, I think maybe I'm a little more nervous about this game than you guys are.
45:50But the thing is, like, these are guys that you want to start.
45:54You have to start them. I don't think you have to start Dallas Goddard.
45:58They have them top eight. But you have to start Devontae Smith.
46:02You have to start Barkley. You have to start Dak and Pickens.
46:06And, of course, I'm using the word. I don't think you have to start Dak.
46:11I'm using the word have to. It could depend on your roster.
46:14But these guys are going to be starting. You shouldn't be making roster moves that are drastic to pick up a backup court.
46:22Like, don't drop somebody to start Cousins over Dak.
46:24Yeah. And don't, you know, don't start Brandon Cooks over George Pickens or something like that.
46:29All right. Well, what if it's a dead spot on your roster and you can pick up Cousins and use him over Dak?
46:37You can. I mean, I like Dak better, so I wouldn't do that to begin with.
46:42And I would. Yeah. Go ahead. The Eagles defense just hasn't been anywhere near what it's been in the past.
46:48They're an average defense that's on the field all the time.
46:51They have three forced turnovers this year. They get almost no pressure.
46:55They have the second fewest sacks in the NFL.
46:58So it could be a good game for them, for the Cowboys.
47:02And then hopefully it is. And hopefully the Eagles have to keep pace and throw a lot.
47:07And we'll be right back. Speaking of throwing a lot, Green Bay is at Detroit when we come back.
47:13A few weeks ago, a neighbor down the street had someone walk right up onto their porch in the middle of the night.
47:20And it was a massive wake-up call. It made me realize that standard cameras are only good for replaying a crime after it happens.

49:23Dave? Hi. I'm not even going to talk about the quarterbacks.
49:26They're both top three. Start them. Top two for me.
49:29Start or sit Josh Jacobs? I would consider him a number two running back.
49:34I understand that he's probably not going to get every single touch, and there could be a little bit more easing in
49:41for him than we would normally like. But think about how bad this run game is for Green Bay.
49:47And if he's practiced all week, and these coaches have seen that he looks like even 80% of his former self, and
49:53he's got fresh legs on top, and we know this Lions defense isn't that great, then I would expect him to get in the neighborhood of 15 touches.
50:02And Josh Jacobs with 15 touches against Detroit fresh legs equals a number two fantasy running back in my book.
50:08Okay. So you guys both have him, I think, in the low 20s, Josh Jacobs.
50:13So you're starting Woody Marks over Jacobs, right? Mm-hmm.
50:16Would you start Quinch on Judkins against Tennessee or at Tennessee?
50:19I'd go Jacobs. Jacobs. How about Vikings running backs?
50:22Jacobs. Jacobs in one spot ahead of Jones. Devontae Smith or Jacobs?
50:26Smith. Okay. We'll do some more Jacobs as things go on.
50:29I'm sure people are going to have a lot of questions about Jacobs, but excited to have him back.
50:35If you want to, Scott Turner and I led off reality versus fantasy with Jacobs, too, and he thinks that he's going
50:42to see a good amount of work, too. I asked him over under on 21 touches, and he said under, and I think that that's pretty fair.
50:51So you can get a little bit more insight on Jacobs by finding that show here on YouTube.
50:56It's going to be interesting to see which of their running backs are inactive.
51:01It's going to be interesting to see how much they throw the ball.
51:05They're one of the most pass-heavy teams in the NFL.
51:08They have the worst run game in football. How much of that will Josh Jacobs cure?
51:13And what's that going to mean for these receivers who have been two of the best value picks in fantasy?
51:19Of course, you're starting both of them. Tucker Craft this week we like, even though he's tight end 16 per game for
51:26the season, but he's a top eight tight end.
51:29I think I asked this. I'm very sorry, but Goddard or Craft?
51:33Goddard pits Craft for me. Craft for me. Jimmy really likes Craft.
51:36Are you worried at all about Brian Branch coming back for the Lions?
51:40It definitely makes them tougher, but still, he can't cover the whole field, and he's got a lot of guys to worry about.
51:48So, this is a bad defense in terms of stopping passing games, and so he makes them better, but Kirby Joseph's still
51:55out as well, and I still think there's going to be a...
51:58I mean, this should be the game that lights up the scoreboard.
52:02He also is working back into game shape, branches, and I'm not sure what his track record is covering tight ends.
52:09I don't know if that's his usual assignment or not.
52:12Usually, they put him in the nickel. I mean, from what I've seen, tight ends typically don't get covered by a specific player or position.
52:20They do when it's man coverage, and this is a team that plays a lot of man-to-man coverage.
52:25But even teams that play a lot of man still play more zone than man.
52:30Sure. Also, you know, what type of personnel the offense is in.
52:34If he's in line, it's not going to be like there's a guy over the top that's shadowing him.
52:40Yeah, right. For sure. Exactly. All right. Anywho, the Lions give up the most fantasy points to tight ends.
52:46They give up the third most to wide receivers.
52:48Yeah, they give up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks.
52:51So it's just obviously we like the Packers. We like the Lions.
52:55We're starting Gibbs. We're starting everyone. It's just Jameson.
52:58Jameson Williams or Josh Jacobs? Jacobs, but it's close.
53:01I have J-Mo a little bit higher. Honestly, like this is such a such an easy game to preview.
53:07You're basically starting everyone. But Jacobs and J-Mo are the tough calls here.
53:11And it is worth noting, like his target share.
53:14I mean, he's coming off a two touchdown game.
53:16He had four targets in that game. Jameson Williams.
53:19He's got a lot of downside. So I'll see if we have any J-Mo.
53:24Doesn't he doesn't get a ton of targets against his own coverage.
53:27He doesn't run a lot of routes close to the line of scrimmage.
53:32He's got his role. And unless they come out of the by changing it.
53:36And they did something like that last year. I think that you have to be at least a little bit worried.
53:42But picking pieces from this game is always a smart choice because it's high scoring.
53:47Okay, let's read some questions here. If Brees Hall plays, would you start George Pickens, Josh Jacobs, or Braylon Allen?
53:53Half PPR. Pickens. George Pickens. Christian Watson or Malik Neighbors?
53:57Oh, you got a great one. Choose between one of them?
54:00Watson. I'm taking Malik. All right, go Neighbors. All right.
54:03Pessimistic Giants fan here. Although, again, both starting safeties for the Texans are going to be out this week.
54:09I think. It's supposed to be. J-Mo. I don't know if that makes any difference for Malik.
54:14It's got to make a difference for someone. All right.
54:17J-Mo or Malik Washington? J-Mo. Crafter Laporta? Sam. Laporta.
54:20Jacobs or Adam Sox? Half PPR. They both have posted zeros all season.
54:24I'd go Jacobs or Sox. Jamie thinks it's a real question.
54:28Jordan Love or Lamar Jackson? That's a great one.
54:31I'd go Love, but that's close. I'd also go Love.
54:34J-Mo or Kraft? I'd go Kraft. I believe I have J-Mo.
54:37J-Mo or D-K Metcalf? D-K. D-K. Goff or Love and Kraft or Laporta?
54:41Love over Goff. And I'd go Lions. I'd go Love and Laporta.
54:45I'd go L's. Okay. All right. Enjoy the game, everyone.
54:48And let's go to Tampa Bay at Carolina. Fun fact.
54:51Jalen Daniels has averaged more fantasy points per game than Baker Mayfield.
54:55That's in the three starts that Daniels has averaged.
54:58That's not very fun. But your stat of the game, I think Tampa Bay has an underrated defense.
55:03Jordan Love, Dak Prescott, and Joe Burrow all had their worst or their second worst game of the season against the Bucs,
55:10who have seen the seventh most pass attempts per game in the NFL, but they're 12th best against quarterbacks.
55:16Is there any hesitation, Dave, to start Bryce Young?
55:19He's not a top five quarterback, but he's a top 10.
55:23And it's based on how much he throws and how aggressive he and the Panthers have been throwing the football.
55:29It's based on the two receivers that he has that are both awesome.
55:33They're making some numbers with their running backs and tight ends on top of that.
55:38The offensive line is healthy. I think that'll buy him an extra second against the blitz that the Bucs will bring.
55:44So I don't mind being okay with Bryce Young this week.
55:48All right. Other than that, the Panthers are pretty easy.
55:51Chuba Hubbard's a must start. Chuba Hubbard, I would say this is his toughest matchup.
55:55He's had a pretty easy schedule, but last week was also at the time his toughest matchup, and he scored 19 fantasy
56:02points against the Eagles with 120 rushing yards. We'd like to see him catch the ball two straight games with one catch,
56:09but he's still running a ton of routes. You're going to start Tedrow McMillan and Jalen Coker.
56:15They're both top 16 guys. Jamie, any interest in either Darren Waller, who actually got open for a deep ball, it was
56:21a little under thrown last week, and or Tommy Tremble, who is 4% rostered.
56:26Got to be desperate at this point for either one.
56:29I'd probably lean Tremble over Waller just based on what the targets have been the last two games, but it's close.
56:35You know, Waller's got more upside, but Tremble's a red zone threat for them.
56:40Okay. So then let's talk about Tampa Bay here, and what's your outlook for the Bucs offense?
56:45And I actually think if a Bucs, yeah, no, I think we have some interesting decisions to make, Jamie, with or without a Mecca Bucs here.
56:53What do you think? So a Bucs plays. I think he's a good number two receiver.
56:58He's gotten 25 targets in his last two games.
57:01He's got a rushing touchdown over that span. He caught a touchdown.
57:05He's doing a great job, and now I think they're getting a passing upgrade with Baker Mayfield stepping in for Daniel, so
57:12that should help him against the secondary. Bucky Irving's a must-start guy, so that's, you know, just no matter who's playing for Tampa at this point.
57:20So if there is no a Bucs, I think Godwin and Ted Hurst become viable number three receivers, as Dave alluded to before.
57:27Kate Ottens in the streaming conversation also. So just keep an eye on what the news is.
57:32If a Bucs plays, I probably would avoid everybody else unless you want to take a shot on Godwin as a number
57:39three receiver if you're desperate, because it has to be desperate at this point.
57:44He's been under 50 yards receiving every game. You have to score a touchdown.
57:48The targets have actually been decent, but you just, you know, not getting anything from him from just an explosive play touchdown potential type scenarios.
57:56So maybe that changes with some of the squeaky wheel scenario or Baker coming back, but you just can't bank on it.
58:03Okay. And yeah, I think the fact that I had to pick up Ted Hurst in two leagues yesterday was an indictment of my fantasy season.
58:11So, but look, I, Baker and him had seemed to have some type of connection and a book is a target hog.
58:18Kate Otten, by the way, Kate Otten had five or six targets in every game with Baker Mayfield.
58:23So he didn't do much with it, but you can imagine if, if someone, someone is going to be good if Baker's
58:30out, I think anyway, if a book is out.
58:33Yeah, I'm sorry. If a book is out, if a book is out and Baker's in, someone's going to be good.
58:40And Godwin, I guess would be the best bet here.
58:43Okay. Dave, anything to add on the Bucs or do you want to, should we answer some questions?
58:48Questions. Okay. Got to read this one. We'll get to that in a minute here.
58:53By the way, just facing Todd Bowles, his last four games against him, he's been over 20 fans, he's been watching all of them.
59:01Okay. Nice. And two of them came at the end of last year when Coker got going.
59:06If you recall, they didn't play each other until it was like week eight.
59:10I think it was like week 15, week 18, week 14, week 18.
59:14Something like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's when Coker was healthy and playing well.
59:19And that week 18 game decided the NFC South, right?
59:22Yes. Mike Evans or Emeka Abuka rest of season?
59:25I'd go Abuka. I think you almost have to go Abuka with the injuries.
59:29Mm-hmm. If both are healthy, it's Evans, no question.
59:32I agree. Godwin or Michael Wilson? Wilson. I would go Godwin if Abuka's out.
59:37Godwin or Omar Cooper Jr.? I would go Godwin if Abuka's out.
59:40Cooper. Even if Abuka's out, Dave? Even if Abuka's out.
59:43Baker or Geno Smith? Geno. Geno, but that's close.
59:46Is Trevor H. And Chuba Hubbard's handcuff now? No.
59:49Is Gainwell droppable? Yes. Yes. Pick two. Baker Mayfield, Bo Nix, Michael Penix.
59:53Setting next. Agreed. Best matchup so far for Bo Nix.
59:56We'll talk about that game shortly. See if that means anything.
60:00It might be the best matchup for the other two also.
60:03Yeah. Well, I don't know if I'd call San Francisco a good matchup, but more pass attempts, hopefully.
60:09Yep. Bryce or Aaron Rodgers? Bryce. Bryce. Godwin or Cortland Sutton?
60:12Godwin even. I'll go with Godwin if Abuka's out.
60:15Adam is a better host than Steve Harvey and Phil Donahue.
60:19Finally. Wow. Finally that Phil Donahue is what I've been aiming for.
60:22Coker. Coker, J-Mo, Jeremy Bernard, and I'm guessing Keenan Allen.
60:25Pick two in full PPR. Coker, J-Mo, Bernard, Allen.
60:28Coker and Bernard. Yeah. Does Sam know who Phil Donahue is?
60:32Yes. Yes. Nice. Sam knows. Does Dan know? Does Dan know?
60:35I would say no. No. No way. You say no?
60:38All right. I'll go yes for our dollar bet.
60:41Okay. Excellent. All right. Loser has to wear the socks.
60:44I think that's it for this game. The only thing I would say is.
60:49What's that? You throw out the sock? No. What?
60:51I should. I should. What? I should. I will buy you some new socks.
60:56Please. Just for the love of everything. I already bought them.
60:59I bought new socks. For the love of fashion, Adam.
61:02I bought new socks yesterday. I bought new socks.
61:05Did? I will pay you back for them. I mean, what's the sentimental value behind those socks?
61:10No, I don't know why I didn't throw them out.
61:14I should have thrown. Were they like given you by your great grandpa?
61:18Honestly, man. Like I love Bomba socks. You cannot play sports in them.
61:22Almost all of my socks have some type of hole in them.
61:25It's very. It's a shame. That's why you buy athletic socks.
61:29I know. I thought they'd work. They don't. Says a guy who doesn't play sports.
61:34A couple of things on this game. Please listen to our.
61:37Now we know why you continue to lose the Dan because your socks are always bad.
61:42Yeah. Please listen to our Sunday morning show because if a book is out, there's going to be a lot to talk
61:49about with this game in terms of who could be a replacement.
61:53And Carolina's DST, they've been good like sometimes. And Tampa Bay allows the most fantasy points to DSTs.
61:58That's all I would say. Every DST except Dallas has been good against Tampa Bay.
62:03Denver is at Arizona. Denver has faced teams that currently rank second, third, 17th, fourth, 22nd, and seventh in points per game allowed.
62:10The team that ranks 17th is the Rams. The team that ranks 22nd is the Chargers.
62:15Arizona is tied with New Orleans for allowing the most points in the NFL.
62:20This is, this has been a really tough schedule for the Broncos and by far their best matchup.
62:25Jamie, did they get going this week? The Broncos offense.
62:28I hope so. I hope so. For the people that drafted Jalen Waddle.
62:32I hope so. For the people that invested something in JK Dobbins.
62:36Although it could be messy if Jonah Coleman is active.
62:39And for anybody that still has to start Bo Nix and Superflex or two quarterback leagues, you hope that this is a
62:46game that he can actually look competent and not be scared according to Ryan Fitzpatrick.
62:51So this is one of those. Okay. If I'm stuck and I have a Broncos player, maybe I pivot to it.
62:57I mean, the, the, the secondary and what they've allowed to wide receivers, it's 10 guys that have scored 12.4 PPR points or more.
63:05Wow. Like that's insane that, you know, we're, we're only six, six weeks into the season going into week seven.
63:11So hopefully there's an opportunity for Waddle here to have some success.
63:15I can't trust Cortland Sutton. So he'd be the only receiver.
63:18And then they should be playing with a lead and should give Dobbins more of an opportunity than Harvey.
63:24But we saw last week a direct snap to Harvey, you know, in, in, in a goal line opportunity and he scored.
63:31So just keep that in mind. I think Harvey's a flex.
63:35The one game where they were playing with a lead two weeks ago, Harvey was basically non-existent in the passing game, which sucked.
63:42So that's the, the only, I think concern you have with him, but Dobbins in two games, since Sean Payton has taken
63:49over play calling duty has gotten a good amount of carries and has scored in both of those games and a couple of catches as well.
63:57So I think he's a, I don't want to say safe number two receiver, but he's in that number two receiver range
64:04for really the first time in a long time.
64:07Maybe all season. And Dave, you said you'd rather have Michael Wilson than Waddle.
64:11I believe I have Wilson ranked slightly ahead of Waddle.
64:14Jamie said Waddle. Yeah, not, not by much, but I, you know, just based on matchup and we'll see it.
64:20It doesn't seem like Sertan's going to play. It doesn't seem like Cofango is going to play.
64:26So that should help the, the, the Cardinals, but Wilson has just been so frustrating.
64:30So he's still a number three receiver. You're still starting with three receiver leagues, but I agree.
64:36I think there's more upside with Waddle this week.
64:39Who's the best flex option in this game. Other than Trey McBride, you've got the Denver running backs.
64:44You've got the Cardinals running backs without Jeremiah love.
64:47You've got the receivers. We just talked about. It's the receivers.
64:50We just talked about it's Wilson hoping that he gets maybe a little bit more volume or at least catches more of
64:57his passes and doesn't just immediately stop. Maybe get some yak on top of that.
65:02It's Waddle. Jamie really laid it out. The thing that I can't trust Waddle.
65:06I've seen so much terrible play from Bo Nix and a little bit of bad from Waddle too, if we're being honest,
65:13that it just, it, it's really hard to cannonball into starting him again.
65:17I, I think the Cardinals might've learned something about their defense last week because they blitz Matthew Stafford like crazy.
65:24And it worked. That was against Matthew Stafford and the Rams and Sean McVay and Pukenikua.
65:29This is Bo Nix in an, in an, in an underperforming offensive line.
65:33If they do the same thing and make Bo Nix uncomfortable, you know, he's going to get the ball out super quick.
65:40You know, he's going to get sacked. You know, he's going to throw the ball away.
65:45He's been gun shy all year long. That's the reason why I have a hard time trusting Jalen Waddle.
65:50Now, if we had seen for weeks and weeks and weeks that Arizona just didn't have it with their pass rush and
65:57they couldn't get to the quarterback, even if they blitzed a lot, I'd probably feel a little bit better about Waddle.
66:04But what we saw last week is, is a factor for me.
66:08And that makes me nervous to start Waddle top 30 receiver.
66:11I'm in top 24, top 20. No way. I would actually go as the next best flex would be Dobbins just based on, you know, he's getting carries.
66:20Yeah, I'm going to I'm going to make a case here for Dobbins.
66:24First of all, he has two to three targets in four straight games.
66:28Is that great? No, but he's probably going to give you one or two catches.
66:33He's got he has played in three. The hell is this that when they've won when they've been in wins?
66:39He's got 17 or more carries in three of the four games.
66:43And then he left the other game early with an injury.
66:46I believe. Yeah. OK, I'm sorry. J.K. Dobbins has 17 to 18 carries in three of Denver's four wins in the other win.
66:53He left early with an injury and he and Jonah Coleman combined for 20 carries.
66:58So so that's so if they're four and a half point favorites.
67:02That was Jacksonville. That was Jackson. That was Jacksonville.
67:05That's fair. What happens if Coleman is active? That's yeah, that's the next thing.
67:09I mean, it hasn't mattered. It hadn't mattered up until the point where Dobbins got hurt in week two.
67:15You know, do you think Dobbins has looked bad the last two weeks?
67:19I think he's looked I think he's looked adequate given the opponents and the fact that there was no threat of a passing game.
67:27Yeah, I played the Chargers in the Seahawks. He struggled to run the ball this year.
67:32They've struggled to run the ball this year. They right.
67:35That's the better way to say it. They have definitely struggled.
67:38But no one no one fears Bo Nix right now.
67:41No one fears this passing game right now. So they're going to see loaded boxes and they're going to see, you know, defenses daring them to throw.
67:50So, you know, until that changes and Nick's challenging down the field.
67:53So, you know, the the shell is even closer.
67:56It's it just lends itself to tough scenarios for Dobbins.
67:59But this should be, you know, tried and true formula.
68:03Have a lead in the fourth quarter. Lean on your back.
68:06Rank the running backs in this game. Dobbins, Harvey, Algier, Knight.
68:09That I have it the same way. And if Coleman plays, it's Dobbins, Harvey, Algier, Knight, Coleman.
68:15Who plays? Jonah Coleman. Oh, if Coleman plays. Bam Knight was so much better than Tyler Algier last week.
68:21It's like wasn't even close. But, you know, I look, I have a I have a decision.
68:26Bam Knight or Jawan Johnson in a PPR league.
68:29And I think Jawan. Right. I have to. Right.
68:32Yes. Yeah. Yeah. But Bam Knight, I mean, look, he got he got 15 carries last week and two catches.
68:38And not only that, he actually played on third down.
68:41He split the third down role evenly with Tyler.
68:44No, he didn't. It was 10 of 15 for Algier on third down.
68:48The routes, the routes were even. Routes might have been even.
68:51And Algier had like a not quite 60 40 split in terms of snaps.
68:56Algier had an edge inside the 10. So based on just how they use these guys last week, Algier has an edge.
69:03If we're talking just how did they look last week?
69:06I mean, Knight had that long run. Maybe he's got, you know, he had fresh legs.
69:11So maybe he's got a little bit more juice than Algier at this point.
69:15It's a factor, but I feel gross starting either one.
69:18Let's read some questions here because this game has a lot of like flexi guys.
69:23Let's get flexi. With Josh Allen on a bye, would you go with Rogers, Bo Nix, Brissett or Mayfield?
69:29Yeah, we don't want to start Brissett. Put it that way.
69:32Rogers by a lot. I agree. Would you go with RJ Harvey or Ollie Gordon in PPR?
69:38Ollie, Ollie Oxenfree. Still Gordon. Coleman, Tracy or Bam Knight?
69:41I think Tracy. Why? I mean, like he's facing the Texans.
69:44I don't know. Like, I just don't get it because Bam Knight had 15 carries last week.
69:50Like Tyrone Tracy had, I don't even know, eight touches or something like that.
69:54Right. I'm going on the hope and it's hope because it's not like Bam Knight is exactly great.
70:00I'm going on the hope that Tracy gets the majority of the touches for the Giants because it's unknown right now.
70:06And I think he'll catch more passes than Bam Knight will.
70:10I agree. I agree. Adam is turning his socks into puppets and going to host a fantasy football show.
70:15Yes. Jalen Waddle. That'll be the scariest show ever.
70:18Jalen Waddle or Jeremy Bernard? Bernard. Jeremy. Will your fingers be poking out of the sock puppets eyeballs?
70:24Of course. This one is we're going to go Tucker Craft over Bam Knight.
70:28Jalen Waddle, Xavier Worthy or Jordan Mason PPR? I'd go Waddle.
70:32I'd go Worthy. I'd go Worthy if Rasheed Rice is out.
70:35Yeah. Yeah. It's contingent on Rice being out. Now, if Rice plays, Jamie's going Waddle.
70:40Dave, would you go? I'd go Waddle too. I'm going Waddle either way.
70:44Jamie's Waddling. That's what I'm – yeah, sorry. Yeah, I'm not going to – I don't want to trust Worthy against Seattle.
70:51Sorry. Waddle or Tate? I'll take Tate. Tate. RJ Harvey or Kendry Miller?
70:55Harvey. I have Harvey ahead of Miller as of now.
70:58That might flip if Coleman is activated. Broncos DST or Browns DST?
71:02Broncos. I believe I have Denver higher. I do.
71:05Algier, P. Ryan or Jonah Coleman? Algier, P. Ryan or Jonah Coleman?
71:08Algier. As of now, it's Algier. Bam Knight or Emmanuel Wilson?
71:12You'd think we're in bi-week hell with some of these questions.
71:15I'll take Wilson. We got to see what Tyler – what Charbonnet's role is going to be.
71:21That's why you got to watch on Sunday. And by the way, we're at 1230 on Sunday.
71:26When there's a football game going on, people just don't really show up.
71:30So the game will be over hopefully by 1230.
71:33But 1230 to 1. So 830 to 930 and 1230 to 1.
71:37You know, there is another show that will be on at 12.
71:40Oh, yeah. We do a Sunday pregame show. That'll also be on YouTube.
71:44That's produced by CBS Sports HQ. And we do answer fantasy questions there.
71:48Just not as many. Yeah. We'll make sure we answer a ton of your questions for that half hour.
71:54Colts are at the Vikings. What did we get, about 500 questions answered last week?
71:59That's awesome. I don't know, man. It was crazy.
72:02Colts are at the Vikings. Okay. So we've talked a lot about the Vikings running backs.
72:07How are you ranking – how are you ranking the Vikings running backs versus the Broncos running backs?
72:12Ahead of – no, not ahead of them. I think Dobbins is my favorite right now.
72:17Jones, Dobbins, Mason – no, Harvey Mason. Indeed. I've got a – you would say a Viking sandwich, Adam, because it's Dobbins, Mason, Jones, Harvey.
72:25And they're literally back to back to back to back in my RB rankings.
72:30Okay. So I think for the Colts, it's pretty much just Jonathan Taylor.
72:34But if you had to start – Keenan Allen or Michael Wilson?
72:38Wilson. But I think Keenan Allen is an easy short area target for Daniel Jones to hit.
72:43I'll go Allen or Wilson. Like, you know who else is an easy short area target?
72:48Like Devon Vele. He's had four catches for 26 yards against this team.
72:52But Malik Washington had five or six. I barely have the ball.
72:56Malik Washington had five or 67. Chris Godwin had three for 25.
72:59No Bears wide receiver had more than 43 yards.
73:02Jaden Reed had three catches for 20 yards on seven targets.
73:06The Vikings are just so good. And this could be a game – I mean, I'm going to be honest here.
73:12Over or under 150 passing yards for – that's not even a joke.
73:16For Daniel Jones, 150. I think the only way he goes over is it's in garbage time.
73:22That's what I'm saying, right? I mean, they held the guy who came in with the most pass attempts in the NFL to 96 yards.
73:29Who would – would you start Tyler Warren if he plays?
73:33Yeah. I would, but it wouldn't be with super high expectations.
73:36Would you start him over Dallas Goddard? No. No.
73:39I don't even know if the questions with him are worth answering because he hasn't practiced yet this week.
73:45All right. So then let's talk about the Vikings.
73:48Kyler Murray or – He might be 12th for me.
73:51Kyler Murray or Dak Prescott? Dak. Dak. Colts are 23rd against quarterbacks.
73:55Just gave up 28 points to Aaron Rodgers recently.
73:58So the two quarterbacks who run against them – two quarterbacks who run, who played against them, Lamar Jackson and Marcus Mariota, both had 35-plus yards.
74:06Yeah. It's just – it's a really good setup.
74:09Aaron Rodgers or Kyler Murray? Kyler for me, but they're back-to-back.
74:12Rodgers. Did you ask Rodgers? Yeah. Yeah, Rodgers over Murray.
74:15How about Ty? I have Rodgers well ahead of Kyler.
74:18Kyler over Chuck, too. I've got Chuck one spot ahead of Kyler.
74:22Start Jefferson. Do you guys want to start Addison or Hawkinson?
74:25No. I would prefer not to, but I'd like to roster them.
74:29They're playing Detroit next week. Yes. And, you know, it could be really good for both those guys.
74:35So just keep an eye on – Addison was like in the 70s in terms of his roster percentage, and Hawkinson was like in the 40s.
74:43So, you know, both could still be out there.
74:46Yep. And this would be – I mean, this is the first game where we're going to get a healthy everyone unless someone leaves with an injury.
74:54But that includes their left tackle, Christian Darasaw. But there's just – It includes both running backs.
75:00Yeah, you're right. I mean, it's amazing the injuries they've sustained, and they're undefeated.
75:04It is crazy. It's a good coach. Brian Flores has done a fantastic job in, you know, how this defense has performed.
75:11And they've managed to win some ugly games offensively.
75:14But like you said, you know, last time we saw Kyler against New Orleans, 51 rushing yards.
75:19And if he can get to his average coming into this year, which was 36, if he can get anything consistently like
75:26that, like he's going to be a really good fantasy quarterback.
75:29And so this is the first week where it starts this fun run of good schedules.
75:34So I'm excited about Kyler. Did you mention Darasaw, Adam?
75:37Yeah, I did. If you did, I missed it.
75:40Okay. Sorry. I'll say very briefly I mentioned it.
75:43All right. San Francisco at it. And just to, you know, Ken just mentioned in the chat, if for whatever reason, Will
75:50Reichert might be the best fantasy kicker. Yeah, he's been really good.
75:54All right. San Francisco's at Atlanta. I already gave the stat of the game.
75:58It was about Brock Purdy. First pass of the second half was a 35-yard completion.
76:03Then he went three for six for 15 yards and two sacks.
76:07And, you know, their pass protection just wasn't that good in the second half for whatever reason.
76:12But I'm getting upset vibes in this game. It's only a two-and-a-half point spread.
76:16I am, too. I'm getting – I like the Falcons.
76:19Like, they're not bad. I didn't like them for the first three quarters last week.
76:24The Bears did a great job of hounding Michael Penix.
76:27There were a lot of three-and-outs. Their special teams was terrible.
76:31Their defense wasn't great. But then they managed to hurry things up in the fourth quarter.
76:36And maybe there's something that can spark them. You know.
76:39And the Niners playing on Monday, flying across the country.
76:42This is usually, like, where teams are ripe for the upset.
76:45I think I'm wrong here. I think I'm wrong.
76:48I think the 49ers will be fine. They're going to get Bosa back, it seems, which is good.
76:54That would help quite a bit. If you want to hear about Brock Purdy, please rewind to one question for each game.
77:01He's top six. I think he's sixth for both of you.
77:04Start McCaffrey. We finally got a real Christian McCaffrey game.
77:07Not that he's been bad. But we finally got the nine catches and the massive usage, two touchdowns, 30.7 fantasy.
77:13They have no choice at this point. Right. Yeah.
77:16Start Kittle. And, Jamie, your thoughts real quick on the 49ers wide receivers?
77:20It does not look like Evans is going to play.
77:23Yeah, or Debo. So, I would think that you're going to see, you know, sort of this hodgepodge of Kirk and Watkins and Brandon Cooks.
77:31You know, so Kirk and Cooks can get confusing.
77:34Kirk and Brandon Cooks, you know, be involved in, you know, they'll use second and third tight end options here.
77:40And they'll probably involve Kalen Black in the passing game too.
77:44Like, there's going to be a lot of different moving parts here.
77:48So, for me, it would be Christian Kirk as the flyer based on George Kittle talking him up in the postgame last week.
77:55He's clearly got the most – I hope Brandon Cooks has the most experience.
77:59But he has, I think, the most upside of the experience guys because I think just Brandon Cooks has shot at this point.
78:06But it wouldn't be surprising if one of those guys just has a, like, four for 58 and a touchdown type of game.
78:14And that kind of boosts Brock Purdy's production and helps the 49ers.
78:17But this could easily be a two-touchdown game for Kittle and a touchdown for McCaffrey through the air.
78:23And Purdy's still fine. So, really, the only safe starts are Purdy, Kittle, and McCaffrey.
78:28Purdy, Kittle, McCaffrey. Okay. And then would you start Jahan Dotson or a 49ers wide receiver?
78:33Kirk over Dotson. He would be the only one.
78:35And Jordan Watson's not someone we're interested in. I see a question about him.
78:40We'd go with Jalen Knoll over Jordan Watson. Yeah, Watkins.
78:43Watkins. Watkins. Sorry, Jordan Watkins. It's okay. He played a ton last week.
78:47He had, like, a 91% rot rate. I think he's got three targets on the season.
78:52It might be. I don't know if he's building towards something or not, but this is a matchup where you can win with your perimeter receivers.
79:00Kirk or Mumfield? Kirk if Puka is in. Mumfield if Puka is out.
79:04I think I'd lean that way. Michael Penix or Kyler Murray?
79:08Murray. Murray. I do like Penix. I like Penix more than Mahomes this week.
79:12Oh, wow. Okay. Michael Penix or... Oh, who did we just talk about?
79:16What was the previous game? Jahan Dotson. No. Not a Mumfield.
79:20Michael Penix or... What the hell was... That was...
79:22I don't know. We had the Vikings Colts as our previous game.
79:26Baker Mayfield. I go Penix. I currently have Mayfield a couple of spots higher.
79:30Oh, Brissette. That's what I was going with. Penix or Brissette.
79:34Penix or Nix. I'll go Brissette, Penix, Nix. Penix over both of them.
79:38We talked about Kyle Pitts. You're going to start...
79:41Nix has been playing very well. Like, it's just...
79:44Mm-hmm. The volume had not been there for him.
79:46And then we finally saw it. And I think if he had stayed...
79:51Huh? It was 33 pass attempts. Yeah, well... For him, that's a lot.
79:55That's a lot. You know, so... They're going to...
79:57Maybe have to throw if they're chasing. Yeah. Only nine carries last week for Bijan.
80:02Michael Penix, I was trying to say... He averaged almost seven yards a carry.
80:06He's just... He needs more opportunities. I shouldn't say they're not running well.
80:11They didn't get many... Right. They didn't get... Which was a little confusing.
80:15And some of it had to do with how the game unfolded, obviously.
80:19No, Penix only 33 pass attempts. Turned into 29 fantasy points.
80:22He's third in the NFL in yards per attempt.
80:25He's fifth in passer rating now. Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy, Jared Goff, Trevor Lawrence, Michael Penix Jr.
80:30That's your passing rating leaders. But this 49ers defense is pretty good.
80:34It's been tough on wide receivers. Obviously, you're starting Drake London.
80:37And we talked about Kyle Pitts. He's seventh for both of these guys.
80:42So you can start him. Heath doesn't like him as much.
80:45Has him 14th. I just want to say something about London.
80:48I said earlier in the week that I would take London over Malik Neighbors.
80:53And I want to believe that. But I'm looking at London's schedule.
80:57San Francisco is tough, not unbeatable. Tampa Bay has been pretty tough against the number ones.
81:02Cincinnati's got DJ Turner. Kansas City, then a bye, then Minnesota.
81:05This is not a sit Drake London thing. But the next six weeks are five matchups that aren't favorable and a bye week.
81:12So I don't know. I just feel like relevant information.
81:15I love the guy. I mean, I think I love everything about the...
81:19Tell hi. I don't know if I'd be fine.
81:22I think if you can get good for him, sure.
81:25But I don't know. Maybe I'm talking myself. Maybe I'm just being stupid here because he's so good.
81:31Yeah, right. You're not giving him up for nothing.
81:34And he's so heavily targeted. I mean, 10 or more targets in three or four games with Penix.
81:39Okay. That's it for the show. We have an arrest.
81:43Niners. Yeah. Anthony Richardson. Yeah. Yep. Marijuana possession. Niners DST is in play as well.
81:47They're top 12. They're usually pretty good. They struggled this year against Arizona and Denver.
81:52But Atlanta... Atlanta's bad against DSTs, but much of that was...
81:55They haven't been so bad since Penix came back.
81:58Right. I'll see if we have any questions for this game.
82:02And if you're, again, looking ahead and you want to move on from the 49ers, they're on a bye next week.
82:08Christian Kirk or Vele? Right now, currently Vele, but I would consider Kirk.
82:12It's Vele for me. Christian Kirk or Addison? Same.
82:15I think Addison has more upside. Addison or Corum?
82:18Addison. Addison. Purdy or Kyler? Brock. Purdy. Didn't we answer that one earlier with four points?
82:23Yeah, probably. All right. Thanks, guys. Great show. Good job.
82:26Have fun. Have a good weekend. Yeah, good. Mailbag in 30 minutes.
82:30What is it? I'm not even going to move.
82:33Dan, know what? Who was it? Oh, Phil Donahue.
82:35Phil Donahue. Yeah, no chance. Let's just continue this.
82:38So we got, what are the other like 80s, 90s talk show hosts that he made?
82:43Sally, Jesse, Raphael. There's no chance. Ricky Lake. There's no chance.
82:47Geraldo. Could he name anybody on The View? Yes.
82:49Right now? No. Yes. No, 100% he could. Oh, okay.
82:53I love it. Wait, wait, wait. Is Whoopi still on The View?
82:56Does he even know who Whoopi Goldberg is? Does he know who Whoopi Goldberg is?
83:01That's okay. You say no, Adam. I'll say yes.
83:04I've heard of her. I'd know her if I saw her.
83:07He definitely knows who Whoopi Goldberg is. All right.
83:10So you're waiting. I can't name anybody else on The View, but I know that Whoopi's on there.
83:16Phil Donahue, you say no, I say yes. The View, anybody in The View, you say no, I say yes.
83:22Okay. Yes. I love it. He's going to be like, wait, I know Whoopi Goldberg.
83:27I'd know her if I saw her. I'd be like, oh yeah, I know her.
83:31Yeah, yeah. All right. We'll talk to you all on the Mailbag.
83:35And have a great weekend, everybody. See ya. Podcasts.
