De'Zhaun Stribling
NegativeBreakout0:00
The source argues that De'Zhaun Stribling is being undervalued by the fantasy community due to his name recognition, despite being a massive, athletic player drawing rave reviews in training camp. He is projected to compete for the WR3 role immediately and is expected to ascend to the WR2 spot by the end of the season as the team realizes they need his youth and speed to avoid being 'cooked' by an aging, slow roster.

0:00If the 33rd overall pick, who was maybe
0:03the wide receiver four perceived as that
0:05in the spring, then is thrust into the
0:09number two or number three wide receiver
0:11spot early in training camp and is
0:13drawing rave reviews by beat writers and
0:15is massive and athletic. In any other
0:19case, if his name was not DeSean
0:20Shribling, I think the fantasy community
0:22would be all over it as we see with
0:25round four, five, six, seven guys that
0:27are lighting it up in camp. And yet, I
0:29think people are still being incredibly
0:31slow to react here with Shribling and I
0:33want to be on the opposite end of that.
0:34>> Yeah, I mean almost went in the first
0:36round to an offense that is just like
0:37walks to top 10 finishes every single
0:39season. I think this one could be a slow
0:42September and then by October they're
0:44like, "Okay, our team is so slow, so
0:47old, so banged up. If we don't get
0:48DeSean Shribling more involved, we're
0:50absolutely cooked this season." So, I
0:52think he's going to be one of those
0:53players where you hold the line and then
0:55I think you just wait for the big games
0:57to come. He is really fast. He's big.
0:59He's a good blocker. He's a smart
1:01player. All those type of things. I
1:02think he's going to be in the mix for
1:04the wide receiver three role right away
1:06and then I think long-term they really
1:07have no option. He has to be the wide
1:09receiver two as they close out the
1:10season.
