A.J. Brown

NegativeBust4:00

A.J. Brown is not performing as expected despite 10 targets last week. Source attempted to trade for him before this game, viewing him as having higher ceiling potential than Jameson Williams, but after watching his performance, concluded he doesn't look right: he's unable to generate separation, looks slow, and doesn't resemble his typical elite form. Post-high ankle sprain performance concerns; appears too heavy at current weight and lacks the explosiveness of early career. Source notes he could lose 15 lb to regain speed. Despite these concerns, source still plans to start him going forward, attributing recent struggles to early games back from injury with 10 days rest potentially helping. Source is lowering A.J. Brown in rankings after reconsidering initial optimism.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveProjection5:57

Caleb Williams ranked 2nd in source's QB rankings behind Lamar Jackson. Top-five QB with elite efficiency projection; has rushing upside and explosive weapons in Luther Burden and Colston Loveland. Offense runs the ball heavily which may cap passing volume slightly, but source projects Caleb Williams will be one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the entire NFL. Scheme is described as a great Ben Johnson offense. Source recommends starting him pretty much every week.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole9:15

Skyrocketing up the source's rankings after a 12-target performance, the best usage he's had all season. Loveland was tight end 25 in fantasy points per game coming into this game, averaging only 7.1 fantasy points per game. Cole Kmet's injury (carted off) creates significant opportunity for increased volume going forward; the source expects the Bears to lean even heavier on Loveland with Kmet potentially done for the season. Over the past four games, Loveland has received 9, 5, 7, and 12 targets respectively, showing accelerating target funnel.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeProjection6:36

Projected as a top-10 running back this week due to Khalil Monden's absence, with the source noting he is getting absolutely everything in the backfield. However, the source expresses long-term concern: once Monden returns, the backfield will transition to a running back by committee situation. Swift is characterized as elite in his current standalone role, but his value will diminish significantly once the backup returns. Current opportunity is temporary and dependent on Monden's continued absence.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection0:16

Flock Fantasy predicted Drake Maye to exceed 20 fantasy points in this game via prediction market analysis. Over a large sample through weeks 4–7, Maye is performing as QB1 in fantasy points per game (compared to QB2 last season in his rookie year). Ranked 3rd in source's QB rankings behind Lamar Jackson and Caleb Williams. Characterized as a set-it-and-forget-it top-three quarterback with rushing upside, and source expresses strong confidence in his sustained performance.

Insight page
PositiveProjection5:57

Ranked 3rd in source's QB rankings behind Lamar Jackson and Caleb Williams. Compared favorably to Caleb Williams as looking incredible with rushing upside at NFL level. Source notes he hasn't rushed as frequently as Caleb Williams at NFL level but still has rushing upside component to his game.

Insight page

Hunter Henry

PositiveRole5:12

Hunter Henry leads the Patriots with seven targets and continues to be a viable streaming tight end option. Source classifies him as a streaming low-end TE1 or high-end TE2, indicating consistent target volume and role stability at the position.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeBreakout6:30

Luther Burden posted explosive 130 receiving yards and 1 TD performance on just 4 targets, demonstrating hyper-efficient low-volume profile with best yards per route run and yards per target in the NFL. However, scheme-dependent concern: didn't receive a single target in the second half. Source ranks him back-to-back with Jameson Williams as big-play wide receivers with low floors due to inconsistent volume but crazy-high ceilings. If the Bears prioritize getting him the ball, he could be a straight-up league winner in fantasy. Source recommends starting him every week and rolling with the variance, but notes talent is off the charts while volume just isn't consistently there.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeRole0:27

Rhamondre Stevenson operates as the lead back in a three-man Patriots running back committee. While Ty Montgomery Patterson has been essentially unused over the past two weeks due to high ankle sprain recovery and Corey Clement has seen field time, Stevenson maintains lead-back status. However, source expresses concern about committee depth and cautions against starting any Patriots RB with confidence due to the committee structure. Scored a touchdown in the game discussed but source expresses uncertainty about projecting consistent production from him going forward.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeProjection8:15

Despite hitting double-digit fantasy points for the second time this season, the source notes Roma Odunze does not look good and is still averaging approximately 8 fantasy points per game. Limited opportunity in the game with only some targets at the very end suggests inconsistent usage and production going forward.

0:00Super fun game. I'll be honest. I have a
0:02little
0:04mixed emotions on how it ended, but
0:06regardless, let's go position by
0:08position here and talk about the fantasy
0:09football update and
0:11adjust some rankings going into the
0:14future. Now, starting off with the New
0:16England Patriots, I was starting Drake
0:19Maye coming into this game. If y'all had
0:21seen our prediction market TikToks and
0:23stuff, we went through and we actually
0:25took Drake Maye to have over 20 fantasy
0:27points in this game as well. As Drake
0:29Maye we have seen over a large sample at
0:32this point, he is back to the
0:33quarterback that he was last year when
0:35last year in his first season ever
0:37starting, he was the quarterback two in
0:40fantasy points per game. This is now
0:42four straight games where I'm sure at
0:44this point if you're going to look at
0:46weeks four through seven, he will be the
0:49QB1 in fantasy points per game unless
0:52something crazy happens on Sunday. He's
0:54been absolutely incredible. He looks
0:57great. The rushing upside's there. He
0:59even got the rushing touchdown today.
1:01So, yeah, Drake Maye, um
1:03I am super happy to have him on my team.
1:05He is a set it and forget it top three
1:06quarterback. I really have no idea what
1:09the hell happened that made him so bad
1:11at the beginning of the season, but I am
1:12very happy that we are far past that.
1:15Now, going over to where we stand with
1:18the running back usage.
1:21I was so happy. You have no idea
1:25to get the receiving touchdown from
1:27Rhamondre Stevenson at the very end of
1:30the first half, right? It is a
1:32completely busted play. The Chicago
1:35Bears should be embarrassed that they
1:37let it happen. And within like 38
1:41seconds, um Drake Maye drove down the
1:43field with two balls, one to A.J. Brown,
1:46one to Rhamondre that he ended up taking
1:48to the house.
1:50I love to see it. I am ecstatic about
1:53it. And going into the future, it's not
1:55something that we can predict to
1:57continue to happen. Is if we do look at
1:59the underlying usage, while Ty
2:01Montgomery Patterson has essentially not
2:03been used at all over the past 2 weeks,
2:06we've seen Corey Clement out there on
2:08the field. Ramondre Stevenson has
2:11operated as the lead of a three-man
2:13running back by committee. But what I am
2:16maybe a little bit concerned about here
2:18is is there reason to believe when we
2:21were told 2 weeks ago that Ty Montgomery
2:24Patterson was going to be out for
2:27multiple weeks with a high ankle sprain,
2:29that he is straight up dealing with a
2:31high ankle sprain, and that's why he's
2:33not getting on the field. Now, don't get
2:34me wrong. I think no matter what,
2:36Ramondre Stevenson is the starter at
2:38this point. But I am concerned that
2:41Corey Clement seeing the field at all,
2:43and if we get another 10 days rest here
2:45from this New England Patriots offense,
2:47maybe Ty Montgomery Patterson does take
2:49a little bit more. So, I am not super
2:51excited about starting any New England
2:54Patriots running back. Again, it's a
2:56three-man running back by committee
2:57where I don't know if any of these guys
2:59are incredibly talented, but thank you
3:01so much Ramondre for that touchdown at
3:03the end of the first half. It's kind of
3:05a scam touchdown, but I am so thankful
3:08you did it as somebody who started Drake
3:09May.
3:10Now, going over to the pass catchers,
3:12Hunter Henry leads this team with seven
3:15targets. He continues to be a viable
3:18streaming tight end, a viable guy that
3:20you can look at at the tight end
3:22position. Eli Ruckus, who is the second
3:25tight end, this is player that they
3:27drafted in the third round of the NFL
3:29draft this year.
3:30Um he scores the touchdown, and he also
3:32almost had another touchdown. That's
3:34what led to the Drake May interception.
3:35It was just a bad ball by May. But I
3:37think Hunter Henry is still more like a
3:39streaming low-end tight end one,
3:41high-end tight end two. The big thing to
3:44talk about with the pass catchers here
3:45in New England will be A.J. Brown.
3:49Now, I personally tried to trade for
3:52A.J. Brown before this game. I sent a
3:54trade offer to last night in my league
3:57as somebody who has Drake May. I really
3:59like Drake May. I wanted to be able to
4:01root for the Drake May A.J. Brown stack.
4:03I sent an offer of Jameson Williams and
4:07Egbooca for A.J. Brown and Jakobi
4:10Meyers. I was looking at
4:11flockfantasy.com. Trade calculator said
4:13it was the Jameson Williams and Egbooca
4:15side easily. And I was like, "You know
4:17what? I think A.J. Brown has a higher
4:19ceiling if you were to get right than
4:21either of these two guys." So, I sent it
4:23to the owner in my league who has A.J.
4:26Brown, and that was actually the Dev
4:28Team. And the Dev Team, they pretty much
4:30use flockfantasy.com for everything for
4:32their team. So, I sent them the trade
4:34calculator screenshot as well, where it
4:36said, "Hey, um you 100% should trade
4:39away A.J. Brown." They said they didn't
4:41like Jamo, and they helped me dodge an
4:45absolute bullet. Because A.J. Brown at
4:48this point, where I was trying to go
4:50through and trade for him, seeing that
4:51he had 10 targets last week, thinking
4:54that all of a sudden he was going to be
4:56able to turn things around here. He
4:58doesn't look right.
5:00He's not able to generate separation.
5:03He looks slow. He doesn't look like the
5:06young, big, explosive playmaker that he
5:08was early in his NFL career.
5:10He looks like he's too big. I I mean,
5:13obviously, I wish I was built like A.J.
5:15Brown. That goes without being said. The
5:17dude looks like he could lose 15 lb.
5:19Get a little bit faster. I don't know if
5:21you need to be this big, A.J. Brown.
5:24Um regardless, I am still going to be
5:26starting A.J. Brown going into the
5:28future. I think you can very easily make
5:31an argument that this is just a small
5:34little setup that you have where
5:38he came back from the high ankle sprain.
5:39These were his first two games. He's
5:41going to get 10 days to rest. Maybe he
5:43does get better as time goes on. But,
5:47he's definitely not nearly as good as I
5:49was initially thinking that he was.
5:52Now, let's move over to the Chicago
5:54Bears end of things.
5:57And looking at Chicago, Caleb Williams,
6:01very similar to Drake May, he looks
6:03incredible, right? In my quarterback
6:04rankings, we had Lamar at number one
6:07this week, and then we had Caleb and May
6:10back-to-back at two and three.
6:12Caleb
6:14He has the rushing upside. We haven't
6:16seen him at the NFL level rush as
6:18frequently as Drake May, but regardless,
6:21this is a great Ben Johnson offense.
6:24Caleb Williams has some of the most
6:27explosive weapons in the NFL with Luther
6:30Burden and Colston Loveland. The problem
6:33that you'll have here is this is a team
6:35that just runs the ball so so much, then
6:39maybe it caps the overall passing volume
6:41just a smidge.
6:43Frankly, um it doesn't matter cuz Caleb
6:46Williams is going to be one of the most
6:47efficient quarterbacks in the entire
6:49NFL. He looks incredible. This offense
6:50looks incredible. Caleb Williams is a
6:52top-five QB that you are starting pretty
6:55much every week.
6:56Now, going to running back, De'Andre
6:58Swift absolutely dominates. Obviously,
7:01De'Andre Swift projected out to be a
7:02top-10 running back in fantasy this
7:04week, and it was very simple why. You
7:06have no Khalil Mondon guy, right? So, no
7:08Khalil Mondon guy, De'Andre Swift is
7:10going to be getting absolutely
7:13everything in this backfield, and he is
7:15going to smash. Now, I do think in the
7:16long run, once Khalil Mondon guy comes
7:19in, this is going to transition a little
7:20bit more over to a running back by
7:22committee, and that'll be something that
7:24does concern me just a bit.
7:27And going to the receivers,
7:30Luther Burden goes nuclear, right?
7:33Luther Burden, 130 receiving yards and a
7:37receiving touchdown.
7:39If you started Luther Burden in fantasy,
7:42you are over the moon.
7:45Now, if you look at the underlying
7:46usage,
7:48he had four targets.
7:50Right? So, he continues to be a
7:53low-volume,
7:55hyper-efficient wide receiver, right?
7:57Where when he is on the field,
8:00his yards per route run, his yards per
8:02target, going to be the best in the NFL.
8:06But, he didn't have a single ball in the
8:07second half. It is a little bit
8:09concerning that, again, he seems like he
8:12is very scheme-dependent, almost. And if
8:15this team decided to prioritize getting
8:17him the ball, he could be a straight-up
8:18league winner in fantasy. But, I have
8:20him ranked back-to-back with Jameson
8:22Williams, and I think they're very
8:24similar. They're big-play wide receivers
8:26that the floor is going to be low
8:27because the volume's not consistently
8:29there, but they have crazy-high
8:31ceilings, and you probably just got to
8:33start them every week and roll with the
8:34punches.
8:35Um Roma Odunze, had some balls at the
8:38very end of the game. Roma Odunze does
8:39not look good.
8:41Um
8:42He hits double-digit fantasy points for
8:44the second time this year, but I'm
8:46pretty sure this dude's still averaging
8:47like eight fantasy points per game.
8:49The big, big thing that changes from
8:52this game for me, cuz I don't really
8:54change my mind much on Caleb. I don't
8:55really change my mind much on May or the
8:57running backs. Um the two things that
8:59change. One, I should not be this
9:01optimistic about A.J. Brown. Me going
9:04out there and trying to trade for A.J.
9:05Brown last night, I dodged a bullet that
9:07my trade offer didn't get accepted, and
9:09I probably need to lower A.J. Brown down
9:11in my rankings. The second thing that is
9:15changing for me is Colston Loveland
9:19is
9:20skyrocketing up my rankings.
9:25Two things. One, Colston Loveland
9:27already had the usage in this game
9:31that was better than anything we had
9:33seen at any point this season for him.
9:37He was incredible. 12 targets and he had
9:41already moved up dramatically in my
9:44rankings
9:45um before we even had
9:48at the very end of the game, Cole Kmet
9:51go down and Cole Kmet get carted off.
9:55So, if Kmet's done,
9:58reason to believe that they are going to
10:00lean even heavier on Cole Kmet Loveland
10:03going into the future. And whereas
10:05Loveland so far this season had only
10:07averaged 7.1 fantasy points per game and
10:10he was the tight end 25 in fantasy
10:13points per game coming into this.
10:15After this New England Patriots game
10:17where he has 12 targets, 69 receiving
10:19yards, seven receptions and a receiving
10:21touchdown, he is the biggest riser of
10:24anybody in this game for me and it's not
10:26close. Again, Luther Burden looked
10:27incredible, talent off the charts, the
10:30volume just isn't consistently there.
10:32Loveland, talent off the charts, looked
10:34incredible, but
10:36we're starting to see the targets funnel
10:38his way. Over the past four games now,
10:40he has had nine targets, five targets,
10:42seven targets and now 12 and with no
10:45Cole Kmet, it's going to be even better
10:48going into the future. So, yeah. If you
10:51have Loveland, you should be ecstatic.
10:54Again, Caleb May, elite quarterbacks.
10:57De'Andre Swift, an elite running back
10:59until the young guy comes back. Once the
11:00young guy comes back, turns a little bit
11:02more into a committee. And then with the
11:04New England Patriots, it's a big running
11:06back by committee that Rhamondre is the
11:08leader of, but while I'm very thankful
11:11for the Rhamondre touchdown as somebody
11:13who started Drake May and I'm sure if
11:15you started Rhamondre, you were going
11:16crazy just like I was. I'm going into
11:19the future, I don't know if we can
11:20project this out consistently.
11:22But, it is Thursday night and you know
11:24what that means. That means we get to
11:28open up some packs from Arena Club,
11:31which I have been legitimately waiting
11:33to do this all week long. Let me see,
11:36can I move my screen like this? Let's do
11:38it this way. That way it's a little bit
11:40bigger here for today's stream. But, let
11:43me go ahead and pull this around. We get
11:47to open up two Emerald Football packs. I
11:50have yet to pull a grail on or off the
11:54live stream, and I have yet to pull a
11:55chase on or off the live stream, as
11:58well. So, hopefully, tonight's our lucky
12:01night. This one, what I'm going to be
12:02looking for is I already have purchased
12:05a decent amount of these cards myself.
12:06Like, I already own this Jonathan Taylor
12:08downtown. I already own this own this
12:10Lamar Jackson downtown. I already own
12:12this Calvin Ridley. I already own this
12:13Quinton Johnston. So, I'm going to be
12:15wanting one, a player that's I do not
12:19already have that same card. Again,
12:21y'all can tell with the wall behind me.
12:22I've been going crazy with the cards as
12:24of late. And two, an offensive player
12:27that I have seen play. I am not somebody
12:30who is very excited about getting
12:32players that are from the '70s and '80s
12:35that sadly I did not get to see. I'm
12:37sure a lot of other people would like
12:38that. That's just not necessarily for
12:40me. But, we get the option to sell it
12:42back if we don't like the card. So,
12:45let's go ahead and let's see if we get
12:49anything that we like here. This is a
12:53Garrett Wilson card. I actually really
12:55like this Garrett Wilson card.
12:58I bought it before the season started,
12:59though. So.
13:01I already have this one. This one I am
13:02going to have to be selling back just
13:05cuz I again, I already have it. But, um
13:08decent little value on that. So, not the
13:11end of the world there.
13:13But, let's open up another one, and
13:15let's see if we can get one that's I
13:17have not already bought.
13:21Let's see if we can go ahead and get
13:25this. Yeah, we have been going crazy
13:28with the cards already. So, a lot of
13:30these I already own, but let me see if
13:33we get one here. This is Derek Carr,
13:36Brock Bowers. This is actually a rookie
13:38Brock Bowers as well. And this is
13:40probably going to be a hold for me just
13:42with how well Brock Bowers has been
13:43playing this season. I wouldn't be
13:45surprised if this goes up. I think that
13:47is most likely going to be a hold.
13:50But, let me pull over. We get to do one
13:53more. And this next one we get to do is
13:56the bigger one between the two. This is
14:00going to be a diamond pack, and there is
14:04one card in this that
14:06I have been wanting to buy, but it's
14:08just not for sale anywhere. So, if I
14:10were to be able to pull it, I would
14:12legitimately lose my mind. Um but, the
14:15sad thing is it is under one of the
14:17chase cards, I believe. And again, I
14:19have never pulled a grail. I have never
14:21pulled a chase. Like, you only get a
14:230.21% chance to pull one of these chase
14:26cards. It's like 1% total. So, 99% Not
14:2999% of the time, but about 98% of the
14:32time, you are pulling one of these. I
14:34would love the Trevor Lawrence downtown
14:36or the Baker downtown, either. Um based
14:39on tonight's game, anything but this
14:40TreVeyon Henderson card. I'll tell you
14:41that much. Um but, let me see if we can
14:46go ahead and get it. If we get the
14:47Stafford 2018 downtown, I will
14:51legitimately lose my mind cuz it's just
14:53a card that isn't anywhere. There's one
14:55for sale on eBay right now for like
14:57$20,000, but
15:00um obviously, I cannot do that. So, let
15:02me move this over. This is the big one.
15:05Please, please, please, please, please.
15:10Jordan Love. Which Jordan Love has been
15:12balling. This is a rookie ticket card,
15:14PSA 10.
15:15Honestly, with how Jordan Love has been
15:17playing, this is probably going to be a
15:18hold as well. This This actually a
15:20really good get.
15:22But, um I'll leave the link to Arena
15:24Club in the live chat description
15:26comment section. If you sign up with
15:27code flock, you'll get 20% off of your
15:30first pack. Um and again, you get to
15:32decide if you want to ship them to your
15:33house, just sell them right back. But, I
15:36think that should be it for tonight's
15:38live stream. Really appreciate y'all
15:39hanging out with us, and I really hope I
15:41get to see y'all in the live stream
15:43tomorrow night.
