Bucky Irving

PositiveUsage0:54

Irving saw a significant usage increase with 21 carries and three targets (24 total opportunities) including goal-line work, rebounding from two weeks of sub-eight fantasy point performances and lower snap shares. While the source attributes some success to the matchup against a poor Dallas defense, Irving is now considered a 'set it and forget it' must-start running back.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

NegativeInjury6:04

Lamb is dealing with a quad injury that limited him to one play in the recent game. While there are reports of it being a quad bruise, his status remains uncertain, creating significant risk for fantasy managers.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveUsage5:15

Godwin is seeing low target volume, recording only three targets in the recent game, which led to him being dropped in some fantasy leagues. The source agrees with the decision to drop him given the current target distribution.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

PositiveRole0:30

Egbuka is the primary target in the Buccaneers offense; he was the first read and received nine targets along with a schemed-up rushing touchdown. Despite the source's low expectations for the overall offense until Baker Mayfield returns, Egbuka is considered a must-start in deeper or struggling fantasy lineups.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveProjection7:01

George Pickens is a recommended start regardless of CeeDee Lamb's status, but he would be a locked-in top-five wide receiver if Lamb misses time. Pickens recently demonstrated high-end potential with 13 targets, 9 receptions, 130 yards, and a touchdown.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeUsage5:16

Williams served as the primary running back for the Cowboys, recording 12 carries and 3 targets. His fantasy production is highly dependent on game script; he struggles in games where the team trails and abandons the run, but is expected to perform better in games where the team leads.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

NegativeDepth Chart3:00

The coaching staff has expressed a desire to get Gainwell more involved in the backfield rotation, which previously contributed to Bucky Irving's reduced snap percentage.

Insight page

Matthew Stafford

PositiveProjection4:51

Stafford is considered an every-week starter in fantasy football; while he does not provide rushing upside, he has the potential to lead the NFL in passing yards and touchdowns in any given week.

Insight page

Ryan Flournoy

PositiveSleeper8:05

Ryan Flournoy is a viable waiver wire pickup and a strong option for deeper leagues if CeeDee Lamb is forced to miss time due to his quad injury.

Insight page

Sean Tucker

NegativeDepth Chart3:01

The coaching staff has expressed a desire to get Tucker more involved in the backfield rotation, which previously contributed to Bucky Irving's reduced snap percentage.

0:00This game honestly changed more. This
0:04game honestly changed more in my mind
0:07about my fantasy football rankings of
0:09almost any Thursday night football game
0:12this season. So coming in, I was very
0:17pessimistic about this Tampa Bay
0:18Buccaneers team. They were eight and a
0:20half point dogs going up against the
0:22Dallas Cowboys. They end up winning by
0:24eight points and they projected to only
0:27score 20 points in this game. This led
0:30to me being terrified of having to start
0:32Ibuka. I ended up putting him in my own
0:34lineup and thank God that I did and I
0:37feel a hell of a lot better now than I
0:39did previously. Now Jaylen Daniels for
0:42fantasy football purposes, this dude
0:44doesn't matter at all, right? You're
0:45never going to consider starting him. Um
0:48the only thing that is relevant here for
0:50Daniels is can he support the production
0:54for Bucky Irving? Can he support the
0:56production for Eggbuka? Those are really
0:59the only two weapons that matter in this
1:00offense. Now, the thing that is crazy is
1:04the Bucky usage we had in this game in
1:08comparison to what we had previously
1:10seen here for Bucky in this Tampa
1:14offense. Like, let me go ahead and pull
1:16up what we had for the Tampa Bay
1:19Buccaneers. Or honestly, f it. Let me
1:21just pull up flockfantasy.com right now
1:23and I'll pull up the Bucky Irving player
1:26card because if you go back and look at
1:28what we saw from this Tampa Bay
1:30Buccaneers team last week, we had seen
1:33Bucky in back-to-back weeks finished
1:35with fewer than eight fantasy points.
1:38And backtoback weeks here, Bucky Irving
1:41from a snap percentage had been much
1:43lower than what he was in weeks one and
1:45two. He only played 52% of the snaps
1:48against the Minnesota Vikings and he
1:50only played 58% of the snaps against the
1:53Green Bay Packers. He ended up getting
1:55vultured by the other running backs in
1:56his backfield. This coaching staff came
1:58out and they said, "You know what? We
2:00want to get gained well. We want to get
2:01Shawn Tucker more involved." But Bucky
2:03Irving looked like the best offensive
2:05player on the field. He looked so damn
2:09good every single time he touched the
2:11ball. Like it is laughable the
2:14difference that you add between him and
2:15these other backs. We get 21 carries for
2:19Bucky in this game, including a ton of
2:22goal line usage, which is incredibly
2:25important to note. And then going down
2:27to what we have with his receiving
2:29usage, he also gets three targets here
2:32as well. So 24 total opportunities and
2:35the goal line roll. So Bucky Irving, it
2:38looks much much better now than he did a
2:40week ago. Now, I will be honest here. I
2:43think a lot of this had to do with the
2:45fact that Dallas Cowboys have a very bad
2:47defense. I don't know if we can be
2:49overly optimistic about this um RB1
2:54level production for Baky Irving the
2:56rest of the season, but he is truly a
2:58set it and forget it must start running
3:00back if this is his role. Even if the
3:02Bucks aren't going to be a great team
3:04and even if this Bucks team's not going
3:05to be a great offense. Now, going over
3:09to the receivers, TZ Johnson, uh,
3:11massive play that blew the game open,
3:13right? But he's not relevant. Um, Chris
3:15Godwin was started in the Flock League
3:17by Sammy and Danny, but he was actually
3:19dropped this past week, and I kind of
3:21agree with the team that dropped him.
3:23Chris Godwin only had three targets in
3:24this game. Majority of it came at the
3:26beginning. Very clearly, Ibuka was the
3:29first read here, and I bua was the guy
3:31they were looking at. Ibuka had the
3:33schemed up rushing touchdown and he had
3:36nine targets as well. Now, as somebody
3:38who has a buuka in fantasy and is
3:40somebody who their fantasy team is
3:42horrible, I'm gonna have to start this
3:44dude every single week. I'll be honest,
3:47my expectations until Baker Mayfield
3:49come back are still going to be rock
3:51bottom. I still think this Bucks offense
3:53is going to be pretty damn bad. I
3:54haven't changed my mind about Abuka all
3:56of a sudden now being a phenomenal
3:58player. Again, he'll be in my own
4:01lineup, but if you're like in a 10 team
4:03league, or maybe you're in a league
4:04where you only have one flex spot, or
4:06hell, maybe you're in a 12 team double
4:08flex, but your team's a hell of a lot
4:09better than mine, I still think that
4:11this would be a player that I'm looking
4:12to get on the bench. Now, going over to
4:15Dallas, Dak Prescott and the Dallas
4:18Cowboys projected to score more points
4:20this week than almost any other offense.
4:23And Dak did absolutely nothing. Now, the
4:25two interceptions, not really his fault.
4:28They I mean the last one to Jake Ferg
4:30literally hit Ferguson's face mask,
4:32popped up in the air. Nonetheless, it
4:34counts as a point against Dak. He goes
4:37for over 300 passing yards. Has a
4:39passing touchdown. Nothing changes about
4:42Dak here. As long as Lamb's healthy.
4:44We'll get to CD Lamb in a second. As
4:46long as CD Lamb's healthy, Dak Prescott
4:49is still in the same exact tier as what
4:51you have with Matthew Stafford. He's
4:53still in the same exact tier as what you
4:55have with Jared Goff. as a quarterback
4:57that's not gonna run the ball, but he
4:59could potentially lead the NFL in
5:00passing yards, passing touchdowns any
5:02given week. So, he's probably an
5:05absolute jam every week he got him. Now,
5:07going over to the running back usage,
5:09the Dallas Cowboys fell behind pretty
5:11damn early in this game. So, they
5:13abandoned the run in the second half or
5:15definitely in the fourth quarter at the
5:16very minimum. Javvante was really the
5:18only running back to ever see the field.
5:20Uh Javvante had the 12 carries. Javvante
5:23had the three targets. So, this is what
5:26it's going to look like in a game for
5:27Javvante where you have this offense
5:30struggle
5:32and they trail and they lose the game,
5:35right? And the games in which the Dallas
5:37Cowboys win.
5:39They are um leading throughout the
5:42entire time, which were that was kind of
5:44my expectation for this game coming in.
5:46This was definitely my expectation
5:47coming for this game. Um because
5:51hell again, they are eight and a half
5:53point favorites. Javvante will look a
5:55hell of a lot better than this. But in
5:58this style environment, it is just much
6:00much worse. Going to the receivers,
6:04it is impossible to say anything without
6:08talking about the CD Lamb injury. So
6:10Lamb came off the field after going out
6:13there for one play. That's it for him
6:15tonight. The report is the quad. Um
6:19again, this can get you into a lot of
6:21trouble. What I typically do is I just
6:24go through, search the name on Twitter
6:26when we don't really have any news and
6:27see if there's anybody talking about
6:29anything. Here's a video of CD Lamb
6:32walking pretty damn normally um after
6:34the game.
6:36Here's a Twitter doctor saying CDL Lamb
6:38came into the game with a quad injury,
6:40likely a quad bruise, as he was able to
6:42practice three times. It appears he may
6:45have reinjured it later in the game. He
6:47left and returned multiple times after a
6:49monster game in week four. He really
6:51struggled tonight and we know the stat
6:53line. It was ugly. Uh we just don't know
6:55the status that we are going to have
6:56with this CD Lamb setup. If CD Lamb
7:01misses time, George Pickkins will be
7:03ranked as a top five wide receiver.
7:08Like
7:10George Pickins comes through, doesn't do
7:11much through the majority of the game.
7:13Once it gets to the very end, I don't
7:15want to call it garbage time, but watch.
7:17They're in catch-up mode where they've
7:18abandoned the run. They're throwing it
7:19over and over again. CD Lambs off the
7:22field. Pickins goes nuclear. 13 targets,
7:25nine receptions, 130 receiving yards,
7:28and the receiving touchdown. Obviously,
7:30Pickkins has been on a lot of the B low
7:32videos we've had so far this season. Um,
7:35this it's going to be tough to rank him
7:37rest of season until we get an update
7:39with Lamb. But again, any game in which
7:42CD Lamb plays, you still start George
7:44Pickkins. He's probably more so just a
7:46high-end wide receiver, too. It's going
7:48to be a little boom bust. Any game in
7:50which CD Lamb misses, George Pickkins,
7:53probably a locked and loaded top five
7:55wide receiver in fantasy. And then in
7:57terms of what we have with the usage of
8:01Javvante, uh we already said he's a
8:03mustart player. Ryan Florenoi would be
8:06your pickup if Lamb misses. And Ryan
8:10Floreno would be a pretty damn good
8:11option in your deeper leagues if you had
8:13no CD Lamb. But I think that should be
8:17it for the game updates that we have
8:21today. Um, y'all know what I get super
8:23excited about every Thursday night is
8:26after our game recap, we get to um open
8:30a couple of the packs on Arena Club,
8:33which y'all know how much I love this.
8:36It's literally all I'm doing all day
8:38looking at football cards. First pack
8:40that we are going to look at opening is
8:43going to be one of these emerald packs
8:45here. In every one of these packs, we do
8:48have the ability to
8:51um go for some of these grails, which
8:54super low probability. Obviously, if we
8:56were to get the Mahomes, if we were to
8:58get the Brady color blast, we would be
9:00losing our mind. But we have some other
9:02color blast in this. The Kabooms. We
9:05actually got a Kaboom on yesterday's
9:07live stream.
9:08Selfishly, that's what I am hoping for.
9:11We get um we have two Kabooms so far. We
9:15have the Jaylen Herz and we have the
9:19um Naji Harris as well. Both of them are
9:21actually on the wall behind me. Let me
9:22pull them up. Let's see what this is. A
9:2623 Brady. What's this worth here? 475.
9:29Um we're going to decide later on if we
9:31want to keep this or not. My general
9:33rule of thumb on if I am wanting to keep
9:36a card is do I want it? What I
9:41personally collect is and of course this
9:43is different for everybody. I personally
9:45collect slabs of fantasy players that I
9:48have watched. So, like if we get any
9:51super old players,
9:54um
9:56if like that I didn't get to play, if we
9:58get any defensive players, I immediately
10:01just resell those. If we look at the
10:04offer that Arena Club gives us and it's
10:06much lower than what we have with like
10:07on card ladder, Arena Club actually does
10:10have a marketplace. So, I'm trying to
10:12sell a few cards on there right now.
10:15But let's see. This is the same pack. We
10:16get a Drake May 24. This is a Drake May
10:19rookie. I have make I have May on the
10:21Flock League. So, I am for sure going to
10:23be keeping the Drake May card, but we
10:26also get to open up one of the super big
10:29packs as well. And this is going to be
10:33the Emerald $1,000 pack. Let me go ahead
10:37and get that up here. Um, this is the
10:40one I think last week we were able to
10:43pull the Kaboom Jaylen Herz.
10:46I am almost certain that was the case.
10:48Now, I apologize. It is the diamond one.
10:52This one, obviously, it's going to be
10:54more expensive. So, they will have
10:55better cards both in the Grail as well
10:58as the chase. But, it's such a low
10:59probability. I've actually never hit a
11:01chase or I've never hit a Grail card on
11:03or off the live stream. But, we also
11:07have a ton of kabooms down here in just
11:10the regular ones. I will say that I've
11:12actually already bought a couple of the
11:17downtowns that are in this list. So,
11:19there are a few of them that if we pull
11:22I already own them. So, I just
11:23immediately be looking to sell them to
11:26be completely honest. But, um hopefully
11:29we don't pull one that I've already
11:31purchased.
11:33Now, let's see what this is. Diamond
11:39pack. Come on. Give us something good.
11:40If we got a Chase or a Grail here, it
11:42would
11:46Travis Kelce 2013. This a rookie Travis
11:49Kelce card.
11:51Rookie Kelsey. I am for sure going to be
11:54keeping the rookie Kelsey. I can't
11:55believe I'm honestly
11:58I have two Kelsey cards, but both of
12:00them are like recent inserts. They're
12:02not rookies. I'm super pumped to get
12:03that. But I think that's all I got for
12:05y'all. Of course, if you wanted to check
12:07out any of the packs on Arena Club, I
12:09will leave a link in the description as
12:11well as the comment section. If y'all
12:14sign up with code flock, you will get
12:1620% off your first purchase. But, um,
12:21yeah, shout out Arena Club. Shout out
12:23the Dallas Cowboys. And yeah, much love,
12:26ladies and gentlemen. I'll be live
12:27streaming tomorrow, the next day, the
12:29day after, the day after, the day after,
12:30answering your fantasy football
12:32questions. I hope I get to see you out
12:34in one of those live streams sometime
12:36soon.
