Christian McCaffrey

PositiveValue1:06

Christian McCaffrey is the preferred first-round pick in competitive drafts where running back availability at the 2.07 turn is unlikely, despite Amon-Ra St. Brown being a safer alternative in leagues with softer ADP. McCaffrey provides roster flexibility to target an elite tight end in the third round when paired with a wide receiver like Drake London. He was selected with the sixth overall pick in the draft.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveUsage17:24

Christian Watson is ranked back-to-back with Luther Burden by Mason, serving as a benchmark for evaluating wide receiver value. Additionally, Mcaffrey. Now suggests that a potential suspension for Josh Jacobs would benefit Watson, as it would likely force the Packers to increase their passing volume.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue41:42

George Pickens

NegativeValue28:34

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeProjection24:13

Insight page

Mcaffrey. Now criticizes current ADP data for placing Jonathan Brooks past pick 100, implying he is significantly undervalued.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

PositiveBreakout16:01

Mason believes Jordan Addison is set up to crush this season, citing his historical performance as a low-end WR2 in games where he wasn't playing with J.J. McCarthy. Addison was also identified as a top target on draft sheets, though he was missed in one instance due to an auto-draft error.

Insight page

Jordan Love

NegativeValue28:14

Jordan Love was selected at the 2.11 draft position.

Kyren Williams is viewed as a strong value pick at the 309 draft position with minimal perceived risk.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveValue17:24

Mason ranks Luther Burden back-to-back with Christian Watson and considers his current draft cost appropriate, especially now that he has returned to practice. Previously, Mason drafted Jameson Williams ahead of Burden at the 508 in the Flock League draft because Burden was not practicing and not healthy at that time.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeDepth Chart56:12

Mcaffrey notes the need to draft another tight end alongside Mark Andrews because the team needs someone who can start early.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveValue50:21

MarShawn Lloyd was drafted in the 10th round as a high-upside handcuff to Josh Jacobs; he is viewed as a valuable asset if Jacobs were to be suspended.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeValue13:45

Mason uses Parker Washington as an example for cross-referencing platform-specific ADP, noting he may go three rounds earlier on Yahoo compared to expert ranks; Mcaffrey. Now considers his frequent fourth-round selection in high-stakes drafts to be 'crazy' compared to his sixth-round value in other formats.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveInjury3:01

Puka Nacua has not practiced since August 11th and faces a potential, albeit likely minor, suspension, yet his ADP has not yet reflected these concerns. Despite this, the speaker plans to draft him at pick four as a high-upside 'swing' player necessary to win a winner-take-all league. He is also used as a historical benchmark for a late-round sleeper, though the speaker clarifies he does not expect other players to replicate Nacua's breakout success.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeValue28:57

Rashee Rice was selected during the draft process.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeDepth Chart22:02

Mason identifies Rhamondre Stevenson as the most likely starting running back for the New England Patriots, though he views Stevenson's ceiling as a low-end RB2.

NegativeValue52:15

Romeo Doubs was selected at the 11.05 draft position.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeValue45:25

Stefon Diggs was selected at the 9.03 draft position.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveUsage13:17

Travis Etienne is a massive riser in value following the Alvin Kamara news; Mason notes he is moving up draft boards, serving as an example of why consensus ADP can be slow to react to current news.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

NegativeValue0:50

Travis Kelce was selected at the 10.07 draft position.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveBreakout21:53

Mason acknowledges Henderson is likely the backup to Rhamondre Stevenson but targets him for his high-upside profile, noting that if Henderson starts, he has low-end RB1 potential.

Insight page

Trey McBride

PositiveValue10:24

Mason identifies Trey McBride as a priority target in the middle of the third round, noting that starting with elite skill players allows for the flexibility to draft him; Mason would have taken him at pick 10 if available, though he warns that the team is 'cooked' if McBride suffers an injury due to a lack of backup options; drafting an elite tight end like McBride necessitates playing catch-up at running back and wide receiver in subsequent rounds.

Insight page

Wan'Dale Robinson

PositiveValue49:08

Wan'Dale Robinson is considered a phenomenal pick in the 10th round for a full PPR league.

Insight page

Zach Charbonnet

PositiveValue54:02

Mcaffrey considers Zach Charbonnet a sharp pick at the 11.10 draft position, specifically noting the utility of having an IR spot to stash him immediately.

0:00We are in the peak of draft season. It is August 29th about to be August 30th in a couple hours. And yeah, the vast
0:09majority of fantasy drafts are either done this weekend or next weekend, right? So, we don't have much longer to get these teams in. We don't have that
0:19much longer to get money down on the season. So, what we're going to be doing in tonight's stream, tomorrow night's stream, the next night, the next night,
0:26the next night, the next night. Y'all know we're doing this every single night is I'm going to be opening it up with a
0:30mock draft so we can continue to get some practice and get warmed up. And the draft we're doing after this, I am
0:36putting $500 into the league pot. And then at the end of the season, whoever wins gets all 500. The other 11 people
0:45that I'm going to be drafting against are going to be random people from the YouTube live chat. We're just going to
0:53go ahead send the link out there. first 11 people to join get in and they have a total of0 in buyin so they can have a shot at that
1:02500 for completely free. Now in this mock draft we're going to start it off with McAffrey. Now if you were in a
1:09league in which you were pretty confident you were going to be able to get a running back that you liked at the
1:14207 I would actually take a Monroe St.
1:17Brown here instead. Like if in your league you think there's a chance that you can get Chase Brown, that you can
1:23get Kenneth Walker, that you can get Derk Henry, that you can get Ashton Genty, that you could get any of these
1:29names, then by all means take St. Brown.
1:32He's much safer than Christian McAffrey.
1:35And in a lot of those ESPN Yahoo drafts where the ADP is all out of whack, there's a damn good chance you could
1:41actually get that running back value.
1:42However, I know when I am drafting with y'all on the live stream, this is a mock draft on flockfantasy.com here, that
1:49y'all know what y'all are doing. I would be very, very shocked if we ended up seeing one of those running backs make
1:55it to us at the 207. So, instead, we're going to kind of play it safe. We're going to make sure that we at least get
2:00one running back here. And that one running back that we are going to get is CMC.
2:07But I appreciate everybody for coming out to hang out with us in this stream.
2:12And again, I want to ask y'all, if you have not done so already, make sure you subscribe to the channel. Come hang out
2:20with us in these live streams. I mean, every single day until the season gets here, we're going to continue to do
2:25these fantasy drafts. And then once the season starts, every single day, I'm going to be answering your fantasy football questions as I have done for
2:34years and years and years. Y'all know pretty much every single season I live stream for like 220 days in a row. Um,
2:40just full-blown fantasy. Now, after we take McCaffrey, we have the alternating wide receiver, running back, wide receiver, running back. Maybe we get a
2:49Justin Jefferson pick here at 11, but we will see. But this has been an incredibly standard draft so far. Um, I'll pull this up real quick. Has there
3:01been an update with Puka Nua?
3:04because I believe that Puka still has not practiced since August 11th. And at the same time, you potentially do have
3:14a suspension coming for Puka. I'd imagine it's tiny if anything does happen.
3:21Um, but yeah, I don't see that Puka is back at practice. I would have assumed that he would start sliding in fantasy
3:28draft slightly, but clearly that has not happened.
3:32Now, after we take Macccaffer, we have St.
3:35Brown, Taylor, Lamb, James Cook, Jefferson. Then the running back runs going to happen here at the beginning of the second round as everybody is used
3:43to. Now, um I want to double check this, but yeah, we have actually set up the free flock fantasy.com season pass. So,
3:53if anybody wants to enter in to win a free flockanty.com season pass, the giveaway is set up. All you got to do is
3:59drop a like on this stream and then type season pass into the live chat. You do those two things and you will be entered
4:06in to win a free flockfantasy.com season pass. And if you don't already have your season pass, it's not too late. You can
4:13get access to consistently updated rankings, not only from myself, but all your favorite creators that you watch throughout the entire season, plus
4:21access to all the tools on flockfantasy.com, like the trade calculator, the tradefinder, the my teams page, the power rankings, the whole nine yards. When you sign up, make
4:31sure you use code flock. That way, you get free start and trade questions that you can ask me during the season and
4:37those streams I'm going to be doing every single night. And it's only 34 bucks. Not $34 a month, but $34 for the
4:45entire season. And with that as well, I will give a shout. I didn't know if I want to bring this up on the live stream
4:53because I'm going to give you a warning.
4:56This is the first day ever that it has been live.
5:02Okay? So, because it is the first day ever, you are most likely going to run into some problems.
5:11Okay, fair warning. I'm getting that out there.
5:15But if you have that season pass, the flockfantasy.com app has officially been added to the app
5:27store. Go ahead, download it. I am sure every single day over the next week, the dev team's going to continuously push
5:34out updates to make minor improvements and to squash bugs as they get reported.
5:40So, as long as you're going to be cool about it and you're not going to spaz on me because there's a minor bug,
5:48go ahead and download the flockfantasy.com app. I would imagine that again, you may encounter a bug or two in the first day. It just got live
5:57today, but it should be pretty much seamless in three to four days if you wanted to wait until then. But please
6:05let me know in the chat if you have downloaded the app and let me know how it is for you. For me, it's been working
6:14incredibly well, but um I know that our site issues had like 12 tickets today, which is more than usual. So, I'm
6:24assuming that there is a bug or two that people are discussing. Uh, we're going to take Trent McBride here. McBride falls in the
6:32middle of the third. I'm sorry. We have to take him. Especially if we start off with McAffrey as well as Drake London.
6:40You have the flexibility through the first two rounds to be able to go with an elite tight end. Like that team at
6:46three is the exact same team that Zufa drafted in the Flock League with Jamar Chase Bowers and Rasheed Rice. Taking the elite tight end here is a hell of a
6:54lot scarier if you don't have any running back production because then your hand is kind of forced in the next few rounds. You have to go running back
7:01no matter what.
7:04Now, let's see. Mick Danny says, "Mason, I'm going to print out ADP for my draft tomorrow. Should I print out consensus
7:10ADP or expert league average ADP? Please help." Um, I would honestly print out the expert average ranks on the site
7:19over the consensus ADP. So, if I was going through and mapping out like what was important here, at least in my
7:27opinion, again, this is just my opinion, I would say that looking at consensus, ADP maybe is not the best because ADP
7:38should not be a gauge this time of year of how exciting a player may be to draft or not. Because the fact of the matter
7:46is most of the apps such as ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, their ADP is not good at staying up to date.
7:57Like as we are getting news every single day this time of year where you have guys like ETN moving up draft boards,
8:03Josh Jacobs moving down draft boards, those ADPs are slow to react.
8:09The expert average rankings on the site are updated every single day.
8:16So, I would download the expert average ranks. Say you're drafting on Yahoo though, I would probably draft I mean download the Yahoo ADP as well and you
8:25can cross reference the two. Dumb example to this is say you're looking at Parker Washington and Brian Thomas and they're essentially backtoback in the
8:35flockfantasy.com stuff, but you look at the Yahoo ADP and you go, "Oh crap." Um, a Parker Washington goes three rounds earlier here than Brian Thomas, you
8:46probably should know like, oh, okay, well, let's take Parker Washington and we can get Brian Thomas on the way back.
8:51But I wouldn't bother printing out the consensus ADP. I would print out the expert ranks and then the ADP for the
8:58draft platform that you are drafting on with your league mates. Um, but again, these apps aren't good at keeping their ADP up to date.
9:10Now, um, Steve says, "Mason, the app's amazing, but for some reason, viewing my team on the my teams page forces you to
9:16sort by one of the three Dynasty rankings, Dynasty Rebuilding, contending as dynasty or reddraft leagues." Okay, I will screenshot this and send this over
9:25to the devs, my friend. And I will also put out the bat signal for y'all. Again, if y'all wanted to help, as we just
9:34launched flockfantasy.com into that app, as I already warned you, there will be bugs. If you can email any bugs that you
9:42find to supportflockfantasy.com, that will give the dev team direction immediately on what to fix. And if you
9:52report a problem, I can be pretty damn certain that it's going to be fixed very, very quickly for you. If you have
10:00a problem and you don't report it, um, then maybe it's going to take a little bit longer because then at that point
10:07we're going to be relying on somebody else reporting the problem. So yeah, I would just go through and please, if you don't mind, any bug that
10:15you run into on the app, email supportfantasy.com, or if you're in the Discord, you can open up a support ticket in the side
10:23issues.
10:26Okay, Ian says, "The app's awesome so far. already downloaded on an iPhone. I appreciate you my guy. Um, Sports Boss says, "Congrats on that.
10:36Mason been using it today and it's been great. Shout out to you and the devs for getting it all together. Thank you so
10:40much for hanging out with us in the live stream every day, my guy. And thank you for always hopping in the drafts with
10:44us." Now, we are going to take Luther Burden here. I have Luther Burton and Christian Watson ranked backtoback kind of regardless. We need to be taking a
10:53wide receiver. I think this is an appropriate cost for Burton himself, especially now that he's back at practice. I ended up taking Jameson
11:00Williams ahead of Luther Burden in the Flock League draft at the 508. And that was honestly a pretty difficult decision that I had to make. But um the reason I
11:09decided going with it at that time is Luther Burton was not practicing and not healthy. So I was like, "Okay, let me
11:15just get the safer play with Jameson Williams." But we have had positive updates with Luther Burton since then.
11:22Okay.
11:27B. Cole says, "Didn't even realize the app was live. Hell yeah, Mason. Can't wait to check it out. Appreciate you, my
11:32guy." And yeah, I mean, it just went live today. Like, I'm not making any announcements in YouTube videos anytime soon because I feel like the people who watch
11:42the YouTube videos aren't as dieh hard as y'all in the live stream. So, I want to tell y'all about it first because I
11:51think y'all will be forgiving if y'all run into a bug. That's why first I told the Discord this morning because I'm
11:58like, if you're in the Discord, you're the most diehard person of diehard people. Um, so I was like, well, tell them first, then we'll tell the live
12:05stream second, and then once we get a couple days to iron everything out, then we can go through and start telling the
12:10people on u the YouTube videos.
12:18Now Joe says, "Does the app recognize your account from the flock website or do you need to make a new account for the app?"
12:24Uh, for sure it should recognize your account from the flockfantasy.com.
12:28So um, yeah, definitely. I mean, the vast majority of people have downloaded it.
12:35I've had accounts on flock fantasy.com and already have the season pass.
12:39You should be able to just log in from your account information that's the same on the site on the app and it should
12:44just be easier to use on your phone.
12:48Okay.
12:54Now Marvin Harrison goes off the 605 for us. I we have CMC Buckucky at running back, London Luther Burton at wide
13:02receiver. We have the elite tight end.
13:04When we take the elite tight end, we are never drafting a quarterback here in the sixth round. I think honestly I'm gonna take Trevian
13:14Henderson. I completely understand that I am an idiot drafting Trevian Henderson in the sixth where Trevon Henderson looks like he is the backup running back
13:22for the New England Patriots. I think the most likely starter is Readadre.
13:26Remadre did go ahead of him in this draft. But again, my read on it is even if most likely Ramad is the starter, I
13:35want to be rolling with the upside of Henderson because if Ramadre does start, he's probably a low-end running back, too, in my rankings. Whereas, if Trevian
13:44Henderson starts, he's probably a low-end RB1. So, I'm fine taking the swing with the upside of Henderson, even though he has an incredibly low floor.
13:53He may just be like Blake Cororm. He may just be a pure handcuff back. But I would say the other running backs in
13:59this range, very similar bets. Like Jonathan Brooks has upside, don't get me wrong, but the floor is also incredibly low with Jonathan Brooks as well.
14:10Okay, now Jaylen Warren goes 610, Jaden Daniel 611, Tucker Craft off at 612. For us, obviously when we have McBride, it's
14:22good to see any other tight ends off the board. Our plan once you take the elite tight end like McBride is you have to
14:30play catch-up at running back and wide receiver in the following rounds because typically round three again you're going to be going running back or receiver
14:37right so you're going to be able to build out your skill positional depth however when you take that elite tight end you give up that ability so your
14:44number one priority is in the coming rounds to play catchup at those positions.
14:52Okay, now Caleb goes to the 703 for us. If we only have two receivers
15:03with Drake London and Luther Burden, I'm probably going wide receiver no matter what. Godwin's off the board. I know this is a laughable pick. I know that
15:10there's a chance he makes it back around to us in the eighth, but I think Jordan Addison is set up to crush this season
15:17at this cost. even like historically he's been a low and wide receiver too in the games in which JJ McCarthy has not
15:23been playing in and news today is JJ McCarthy is getting cut.
15:28So there is no that's how bad JJ McCarthy was last season.
15:34JJ McCarthy was so bad last year that he is getting cut one season after starting.
15:44Even if Kyler is a train wreck and Kyler gets injured or Kyler gets benched, we saw last year Carson Wentz be
15:53significantly better than what JJ McCarthy was.
16:01So, we'll take Addison here. I completely understand it's a highly suspect pick, but we're going to make it nonetheless.
16:17Clip says, "Connecting ESPN via the app was so much easier. Thank you, Mason, and of the team. I used my iPhone." That
16:22is great to hear because I know connecting your ESPN account with flockfantasy.com was a pain in the past because you had to go through and
16:30download like the browser extension and stuff, but if it's easy to connect your ESPN account with the
16:39app instead of the site, that is great.
16:43Okay, now we have a little bit of a run on running backs with Pard, Harvey, Dobin, Shorted, Mason going here at the end of
16:52the seventh, the beginning of the eighth.
16:59Trevor Lawrence 804. We're about to be on the clock. Tight ends are my highest ranked players, but we can't take them.
17:06We are only quarterback, running back, wide receiver. I mean, I refuse to draft the tight ends and at any point really
17:13if I have McBride.
17:15Something happens McBride, we're cooked or we're going to go ahead and hit up the waiver wire.
17:25Moses says, "Are you going to add mock drafts on the app?" Okay, we're about to be on the clock. Oh, dear God.
17:33Two teams after us don't have quarterbacks. We're going to take a running back here with Dael. I think Dowel does have the chance to be the
17:38starter in Pittsburgh. So, as of now, version one to get out the app today, we are not launching the drafts on the app
17:47the way that they are on flockfantasy.com, but that should be the only thing that you don't notice on the app that is on
17:54flockfantasy.com will be the mock drafts. The reason we decided not to do that is the mock drafts, it's a lot to
18:02manage. There are like 30,000 mockdrafts done a day on flockfantasy.com and we wanted to make sure we got out
18:12the app as soon as we possibly can. And the mock drafts were only going to be able to be useful in the app for about a
18:19week until the season started. So our plan was get the app out right now, make sure it's good to go for the season.
18:26That way when people are using the trade calculator, the my teams page, the rankings, asking trade questions, asking start questions, all that stuff is
18:34seamless at that point. And then obviously the mock drafts and stuff will be on there um for next off seasonason.
18:41But there's only like one more week left of mock drafting. So our priority was not to do the mock drafts on the app. It was to make
18:50sure that the app was 100% good to go for all the other stuff.
18:57Now Rashad White goes at the 901.
19:07Shoua Hubard 903.
19:21Perfect.
19:25Harold Fannon 905.
19:28We are on the clock again. I think we kind of have to force a wide receiver pick. I hated when Jinxy took Josh DS in
19:37the Flock league because he took Josh Downs in like the seventh round. Here in the ninth round, I think it's completely
19:43fine. So, we're going to force it.
19:48Okay.
19:52Now, Cooper says, "Is the Flock Fantasy app only available in America? I'm from New Zealand." I don't know. Look it up on
20:01the app store. Today's the first day it's live, so I don't know if it's live in America first and then we have to do
20:08the other country second.
20:11All I know is I am in the great state of Texas and I downloaded it and I've been using it all day. So again, I apologize
20:20if it's not in your country right now.
20:23Hopefully it will be soon, but this is a very new development. It just came out today and we'll make sure that's good to
20:30go. But we got Darcy says, "I'm from Canada and it works." Great to know. So apparently it's in Canada.
20:41Now Stafford goes to the 912.
20:46Tyson goes 101. Debo goes 1002. So, we're going to take a quarterback here with our last pick, of course. And we
20:54are going to I think yesterday the way that we did the link to join the $500 draft was just posting it in the live
21:02chat. I think today we are just going to post it on Twitter. I will show the link to the
21:17I will show the link on the screen and post it to Twitter at the same exact time. Again, my goal is every single
21:25night that we do the $500 drafts and fill it with 11 random people from the live stream, I want it to be 11
21:32different people every single time. I don't want it to be the same people joining every single draft with me. So, I think we've only posted on Twitter
21:41ever once before.
21:44I will show y'all what my Twitter is.
21:47This is it. This is where we're going to post it. I will show it on the screen at the same time as well, but let me go
21:55ahead and let's pull it up.
21:58So, I'm going to show it on the screen and post it on Twitter. essentially the same exact time. It's this button here.
22:06I'm going to click this. It's going to full screen this. I'm going to hit copy.
22:12And then over here, where's the little write tweet thing?
22:17Okay. Bam. I have this pulled up. So, we will immediately rip it there. So, bang.
22:23This is the link. Copy, paste, post. So, however it is fastest for you to get into this league. Um, we
22:33got Jay Pizzle. Jvens, I think's been in here before.
22:39I think Jivvens has been in and maybe Jay Pizzle. Let me check for those names.
22:46Something Pizzins and Jay Pizzle, right?
22:48Those were the names. J Pizzle and Jivvens. Let me just make sure that they have not been in a draft with us. Again,
22:58I am trying to make sure that We get as many new people in here as we possibly can.
23:12This is Jay Sizz. Oh, J Pizzle. Yes, J Pizzle was in here. I didn't just make that up. J Pizzle, I am sorry. I have
23:21officially caught you. You're going to be removed from this one. And let me see if we can find anybody else.
23:32I don't see anybody else that's been in one of the recent leagues that looks like they are in this one. Um,
23:41but let's go through and J Pisle again.
23:44I apologize that I have to do this for you. I appreciate you hanging out with us in the live stream. I'm happy you
23:49were able to get into a different $500 draft with us. But this one, let's try to get somebody else in. So, we're going
23:57to remove Jay Pisle and then immediately gets replaced with Zval.
24:04So, perfect. I think we are good to go here. Let me set the draft time for today.
24:10Let's randomize this order. Hope that I get a good pick. And we get pick four.
24:14Pick four is a good pick, but extremely tough to draft from. And y'all are probably going to actually, you know what?
24:23So, the setup with this league, I know we've talked about this a bunch, but obviously I put $500 into this league
24:29pot.
24:31So, I put $500 into the pot. The 11 people that join with us, they all put zero dollars in. And whoever wins this
24:38at the end of the season is going to win all $500.
24:43So, because there's no second place and because there's no third place, I probably am going to take the risk on
24:53Puka Nikkua, assuming Jamar Chase goes here right?
25:00Which I think is a safe assumption. I'd be surprised if Jamar Chase didn't go.
25:04Yeah, Jamar goes, I will take the risk on Puka at four. Every day that goes by, it does look like a riskier pick than
25:13the day before.
25:16I will say that.
25:19Every day that goes by, it looks like a riskier pick than the day before.
25:26But if there's zero dollars to second place in this league, zero dollars to third place, and if it truly is, if you ain't first, you're
25:36last, might as well swing for the guy that could get us first here. And obviously that guy is Puka.
25:45Now we have CMC off at six, St. Brown goes seven, Taylor goes eight, James Cook goes nine. So, about one of the
25:54most standard drafts that you could potentially find.
26:01Now, um let me remind y'all, we are giving away a free flockfantasy.com season pass. So, if you haven't already, if you want to enter in to win, just
26:08drop a like on the live stream and then type the word season pass into the live chat. Drop a like and then type the word
26:16season pass.
26:19Logan says, "Just downloaded the app.
26:21What's your personal favorite feature?
26:24So, I'm going to be honest. Everything that I do from research for the videos, doing my rankings, managing my own team in the Flock
26:35League, literally everything that I do is using the tools that we have built out on flockfantasy.com since 2023. And
26:44I stand by this with 100% certainty that I think we have by far and away the best trade calculator that's ever been made
26:52for fantasy football. And I refuse to make a trade before I throw it in the trade calculator. Now, sometimes if it
26:59says you slightly lose, if I look at it and go, you know what, I really really like the deal anyway, maybe I make it.
27:07But god dang. Um, if you're looking at my rankings, Dererick Henry is the best player. A lot of other people on the
27:15site have Derrick Henry as that top option as well. The FSE guys have it as Nico Collins, but if we started off with
27:21Pukanua, we're going Dererick Henry. But yeah, so the number one thing that I use myself in terms of managing my own
27:29fantasy team is um using the trade calculator. Now, obviously my rankings are on the site. I look at my rankings a lot and I look at
27:37the other guys rankings, but I'm the one who makes my rankings, right? So, I'm sure that my rankings are probably the
27:43most useful thing on the site to y'all, but it's a little bit of a different thing with me. The most useful thing for
27:50me with I keep on saying the site because again the app is brand new that the app is just the site just more mobile
27:57friendly um is the trade calculator.
28:04Now after we take Henry at 9, we have McBride off at 10.
28:14Love goes at the 211. So once we start Puka Henry, obviously we have a lot of flexibility. I would have taken McBride
28:25if he would have made it to us.
28:32Oh, interesting setup.
28:34Pickings goes, what you doing here? Val,
28:53what you doing here, brother?
28:57Go Rashi Rice. Hell, I mean, Nico Collins is easily the highest player in my custom sheets for these league settings, and he's the highest player in
29:08my rankings as well. Nico Collins is just an auto pick here in the middle of the third. And this is effectively
29:17bestcase scenario, Puganua wide receiver one, Nico Collins wide receiver two, and then not falling too far behind at running back points
29:26with Derrick Henry.
29:30Like this is a team where we legit have the upside to win the 500 bucks. Like this team can
29:44get first. And the thing is I'm not stressed about what's going to happen later because we have so much flexibility through the middle rounds
29:51where if it feels like wide receivers is the best pick on the board in rounds four and five, we can go in that
29:57direction. It's a double flex league. We can start up to four wide receivers here.
30:01Now, I will say typically just based on the player pool that's there at the four or five turn, we're probably getting at least one RB.
30:14Okay, Devonte Smith goes at the 306. A lav 307 is great value.
30:20Obviously, I traded away Crystal Lave in the Flock League, which looks horrendous after the Jordan Tyson injury news.
30:32But yeah, Chris Lave at that cost post Jordan Tyson injury news is a damn good pick.
30:44Kyron Williams 309. I like that a ton as well. I don't see much risk in taking Kairen there.
30:56Okay. Lad Maki goes 312.
31:10Loveland 401. They're pulling the Ladster out of their back pocket here.
31:15They're going, "You know what, Danny and Sammy?
31:19They may know a thing or two.
31:22They may know a thing or two." Flowers goes to the 403, McMillan 402. Again, with the wide receivers in this range,
31:29it really, in my opinion, does come down to your personal preference.
31:33ETN 404. I'd have been pumped for ETN to make it back to us.
31:38Again, I think ETN is a massive riser with the album Kamara news.
31:43Eggbuka goes 405. That's exactly where I took
31:50him in the flock league. Um, have we had an update with Eggbuka?
31:5927 says, "App is super nice. 100x better than the site already from a mobile perspective." I appreciate that, my friend. And yeah, the big thing with the
32:08app is um just making flockfantasy.com much easier to use than having to use through like Safari or Google Chrome,
32:17like if you're on your phone.
32:23Okay. Um god dang. The latest quote we have is Todd BS says said he expects Jaylen McMillan and hopefully I bua to
32:33be ready for week one. doesn't think they'll need to carry extra receivers on the 53 to offset short-term injuries.
32:42The god dang that hopeful does scare me.
32:54Bucky Irving off of the 408.
32:57Um top of sleeper ADP, it's Josh Jacobs.
33:00If you look at my stuff, I have McGomery, Judkins, Jarian Price, a bunch of these different running backs.
33:09We'll go ahead and we'll take David McGomery at the 409. We're already in on this Houston Texans offense having Nico Collins. Let's play though. What if
33:20it's a big what if, but what if CJ Strad can get back to his old self?
33:27And by his old self, I mean his rookie season self only lasted one year.
33:38And crap, I need to delete that tweet with a link. I should have done that immediately.
33:47Okay, Cam Scatterby goes to the 410.
33:56Adams goes 411.
33:59Again, it does make sense if there is any risk whatsoever to Puganua for Devonte Adams to be a
34:10riser.
34:13Okay.
34:23Judkins goes 503.
34:38god dang. Do we go with the rookie upside shot of Jadarian Price? I think we're going to do it.
34:46Pair a couple of the old crusty guys with the young rookie who looks like he is set up to be the starter for the
34:53Seattle Seahawks. Week one, round one, NFL draft capital. I know I've said this a thousand times. The main holdup that you have to have with Jadarian Price is
35:03we just simply don't know and don't have a good answer to what the receiving skill set is because he played alongside
35:13Jeremiah Love.
35:15If we knew we could confidently project him to see four plus targets per game year one and he had that receiving skill
35:23set and we weren't just working off a limited amount of film of what film people were telling us, I would have this dude ranked in the
35:32third round. Of course, we have no idea if he is going to be a prolific wide receiver. We can only do our best guess.
35:44Josh Jacobs goes 507 here. Can y'all please spam the chat? Did I mess this up? Would you rather have Josh Jacobs or
35:52Jadarian Price? Please spam the chat and let me know. What would you rather have?
35:58Did I mess this up? Josh Jacobs or Jadarian price?
36:10Price price.
36:13Josh, price, price, price, price, price. Josh.
36:17Well, I mean Josh if no suspension.
36:20Yeah, I mean that's you got to guess if he's going to get suspended or not, brother. I agree. If Josh Jacobs wasn't
36:25getting suspended and Jacob's going to play 17 games, I'd rather have him over, but we don't know, brother.
36:31Looks like most people in the chat are on the Jerian Price side as well, which does make me feel a little bit better at
36:36least.
36:39Marvin Harrison, the 512 seems aggressive.
36:45Mike Evans at the 611.
36:51God the cell turn of Terry Evans just looks brutal.
37:05Henderson goes 602. Watson off the board at 603.
37:10Again, I think if we were to get the Jacob suspension, it helps Christian Watson because I
37:18think they have to throw the ball more.
37:33Okay. Parker Washington, Brian Thomas both go here in the middle of the sixth, which is about where I have them ranked.
37:40But I mean, if you're looking at high stakes drafts right now, Parker Washington ain't making it this far.
37:50Parker Washington's going in the fourth round of a lot of high stakes drafts, which for me I think is crazy, but
38:01again, just my opinion.
38:08Jaylen Warren 606.
38:28PB Bowl says P. Wash went in the third of the $100,000 NFCC I mean NFC last night. Yeah, I saw that as well on
38:38Twitter. I'll be honest that that singular draft doesn't hold any additional weight for me just because it's a $100,000 buyin. Remadre off the board. I
38:50know this is going to look rough, but six-point passing touchdown format. F it. We'll take Burrow here.
39:02We'll take Burrow. And I'll say, is this on record? I think generally the higher the buy in, the
39:13sharper the league as like a general trend. But once you get to the true nosebleleeds, $100,000 plus buyin,
39:23at that point it's no longer like the best fantasy football people are doing this. It's the richest people in the world who like fantasy football are
39:34doing it.
39:38Obviously, I'm not saying it's literally the richest people in the world, but if you take the entire population of people that take fantasy football seriously and
39:48really enjoy fantasy football, it's the richest of those people.
39:56So, if it was like, here's one thing. If we had a sample of all fantasy football drafts that had
40:07anywhere from a $2,000 to a $10,000 buyin and we had like 50 drafts done in that buyin range and we could get the
40:16ADP of all of those 50 drafts, I think that would be incredibly valuable data and I think that'd be incredibly like
40:23useful to look at and reference.
40:26But if we're looking at like only one singular $100,000 draft, I think mainly it's just noise and like, oh, what did
40:37this random rich guy want to do? Oh, this random rich guy um took a Montre St. Brown to pick four.
40:45I don't think it means like, oh crap, the random rich dude's really in on I mean, he really knows something about
40:52St. Brown that we don't. Okay. Um, if you look at the sleeper ADP, here's one deal. I I mean, I'm not I am never going to be one to
41:03talk down about a fantasy football company at all. I mean, me running a little rinkydink flockfantasy.com and a little rinkydink app. I understand how
41:12difficult it is. I understand how many things they got going on. I understand there's probably a lot of stuff that I
41:19don't know about, but how the hell is the ADP not up to date to the point where we have Jonathan
41:29Brooks with an ADP pass pick 100 and Chuba Hubard has an ADP of like 60?
41:42Like, how can we not keep the ADP more up to date than that?
41:52Arc says, "I heard Avery was the organizer of the $100,000 league and fronted everyone's buyins." Um, yeah, I have heard a rumor. I can't
42:03confirm nor deny this, but what Nathan told me, again, this is just
42:11a rumor. I don't know how true it is, but he told me that Avery doesn't care about
42:25the Flock League as much as he cares about his home league. And I was going, not cool, man. Like, how do you not like
42:31the Flock League more than your random home league? Like, why would you care about some random league we've never heard of more than the Flock League?
42:40And then after interrogating Nathan for a bit, I found out that Avery's home league, has a $1 million buyin.
42:50It is a 12 team league. Guys that he knows from the country club. God knows what they do. Probably part of the
42:58Illuminati just like Avery.
43:02That 12 team format, $1 million buyin.
43:06The rumors are according to Nathan, it's $10 million to first place, a million dollars to second place and a Villa in Taiwan for third place.
43:22So, um, I'm going to try my best to keep Avery engaged with the Flock League and keep it as his main league that he cares
43:30the most about or but it is hard to compete when he has another league where he spends a million dollars buying every
43:36year.
43:40Okay, now Chuba Hubard goes off the board at the 805 here. I've been taking a lot of
43:50Hubard in basketball drafts lately because he goes after pick 100.
43:55Let me throw some wide receivers. That's what we need. And then we're going to refresh and pray to God that we didn't
44:01get screwed with.
44:04Okay, we're on the clock.
44:08My draft sheets have Jordan Addison and Pitman as the top names. There's a chance Addison comes back. No chance Pitman comes back. So, we'll take Pitman
44:17here at the 809.
44:21God dang. What is And it freaking autos us. Alec Pierce.
44:26Are you freaking kidding me?
44:31They heard me talking crap about the ADP and they went, "You know what?
44:38Ban this guy. No more picks for him.
44:52Okay, Pitman goes 810.
45:00Addison goes 811. So, the two guys I would have wanted more end up going right after our freaking glitched out auto pick.
45:12Absolutely brutal. Does not get worse than that.
45:23Okay.
45:25Sports Ball says, "Did Avery get the NFL to sponsor his home league?" I actually think the main sponsors of Avery's home
45:33league, I think it's Boeing and Loheed Martin.
45:40I could be wrong, but I think Avery's main sponsors are Boeing and Loheed Martin. I think there are like some lobbyists in Avery's home league. I
45:49could be wrong.
45:52Now, Stefon Diggs off the board at the 903. And again, I want to remind y'all everything I've said is allegedly.
45:59Nothing has been confirmed.
46:02Uh once we get the positive word of KD looking like he's going to go for week one. I'll roll the dice on KD here in
46:08the ninth.
46:17Now there are other interesting players like the Ladster took Jordan Mason at the 801 and we're passing Jordan Mason here at the 904. If you looked at my
46:28rankings for these league settings, I do have Jordan Mason ahead of KD. But when we're already sitting with Dererick Henry RB1, McGomery RB2, Jadarian Price
46:39running back three, Jonathan Brooks RB4, we don't need to take our fifth running back in the ninth round.
46:45Like I think we can't afford to take a tight end here instead.
46:52Gabe says, "How does one get Loheed Martin to sponsor a fantasy football league?" I literally don't know. I would imagine it has something to do with
47:01Avery's dad knowing the CEO.
47:05I think they're like old high school buddies or old fraternity brothers.
47:10Again, everything here is just allegedly, but that would be my guess.
47:21Wealthier Time says, "I refuse to believe that Avery can afford a yearly subscription of $1 million."
47:27Well, I know your YouTube name is Wealthier Time, but I got news for you, buddy. Whatever wealth you have, it doesn't sniff
47:35what the Huffman's got.
47:41Okay. Conception goes to the 909. Jordan Mason made it all the way down to the 908.
47:49Jakori Crossit 910.
47:52I have noticed both of the Washington running backs falling down boards considerably and I think it just has to do with people are scared off of the
48:01commander offensive line.
48:07Okay.
48:12Cory says, "Mason, would you take a Loheed Martin sponsorship?" Um, no. Not for the reason you're thinking though, but just because I don't want to be
48:20anywhere near that Avery Huffman money and I feel like if they wanted a sponsor, it would be directly due to Avery.
48:31So, I don't need any handouts from Mr.
48:35Huffman but I do appreciate the question. I think it's an interesting it's an interesting one.
48:45Okay.
48:47Now, Lawrence off at the 1002. This was the second to last team that had not taken a quarterback yet. Likely goes
48:541003. Whenever we take KD there as our first tight end, I'm probably taking a second tight end if I had to guess.
49:04Okay.
49:08Now, thank you, Fuji. I appreciate you handling it, my guy.
49:16Now, after Isaiah likely goes, we get Debo at the 1004, we're about to be on the clock. Again, if you're looking at sleeper ADP, we're
49:27at the point where it's only kickers, defenses, quarterbacks for god knows what reason. Um, I'm going to go over to my draft sheets, and my draft sheets
49:36actually have a completely different name that I think would be perfect for our team if we can get them. Again, I don't want to ah Wel Robinson goes to
49:47the 106. A phenomenal Wel Robinson pick here for a full PPR league. Kelsey goes to the 107.
49:59White goes at the Who the Who is this?
50:03Reggie White.
50:08Um, we're gonna take a wild shot here.
50:14So these Oh crap. I didn't even realize that we are frozen.
50:21I'm going to take a wild shot at Marshon Lloyd in the 10th. Here's the deal.
50:27We get sniped in the guy we wanted with Wel Robinson.
50:32The Marshon Lloyd pick. This is a real league. So, if Jacobs were to get suspended and all of a sudden we were in a world
50:44in which Marshon Lloyd had a considerable amount of value, what we would look to do is probably look at selling one of the
51:01backs like David McGomery or Marshon Lloyd himself to maybe the team that drafted Josh Jacobs, right?
51:10Or just any team that needed help at running back. So, it is a wild shot for to take a fifth running back in the 10th
51:17round, and we're definitely not taking another, but I think it makes sense in a league in
51:29which we can make a trade.
51:33Let me move this over real quick.
51:43No.
51:57Brandon Aubrey off the board. We are about to be on the clock again.
52:02Running back's essentially off our board. We are just looking at wide receiver, tight end, primarily wide receiver.
52:15We're going to take Jacobe Meyers and pray to God that is not seriously hurt.
52:22Okay.
52:27Now, let's see. How do we do this?
52:34Okay.
52:47Romeo Dobs off the board at the 11:05.
52:54Yeah, this is a team where the main objective of what we would have is how do we trade away one of our running backs to get some
53:06wide receiver help. Like, is there a world in which we could send like Alec Pierce and David McGomery to get a
53:12better receiver, which I may or may not Hey, I'll let everybody know that's watching this that's in this league. I may or may not
53:21be in the wide receiver market after this draft. If you need a running back, hit me up.
53:37Okay, Stafford goes 1107. I really like the Mome Stafford pairing in a six-point passing touchdown format.
53:44Okay.
54:02Charbanet goes at the 1110. Sharp's a good pick considering the fact that we have an IR, so you can just throw him
54:08there immediately.
54:18Goddard 1111 Mike Washington 1112 Denzel Boston 1201.
54:39Okay.
55:01Okay, I just realized why we had the bots. I'm going to be honest. I figured we had this set up this way
55:09for the longest time, but apparently we did not have it on subscriber only mode.
55:16So, we will switch it to subscribers only can chat. It used to be that way for years. And I guess I just
55:23accidentally turned that off a while ago. So, now you have to be subscribed to the channel to chat. So, that should
55:30fix the bot problem. I am sorry about that. I thought that was set up years. I mean, it was set up years ago. I guess
55:37for whatever reason, I accidentally turned it off.
55:40Now, Bsby 1205. I mean, this is the point where you can start looking at kickers and defenses for sure because the majority of these players you're
55:48going to end up cutting anyway.
55:51And typically in this range, what I like to do is I like to draft handcuff running backs, but it's not going to be
55:59possible for our team here specifically because we have too many running backs as is.
56:12Hunter goes the 128. I think we probably need to take another tight end with Andrews considering the fact we have KD.
56:20We may need somebody to start early.
56:23Okay.
56:29Um, Zeraxis, are you looking at trade questions tonight? Um, no, not on this channel. Actually, before this live stream a couple hours ago on the Dynasty
56:39Football Flock YouTube channel, I went through and answered all the trade questions that have been asked over the past few days and reviewed a bunch of
56:47Dynasty teams that have been submitted on the site as well.
56:50So, if you asked like a trade question a day ago or something, check your email.
56:55You should have a link to me answering it. If you just asked a trade question like within the last hour, most likely
57:02that's not going to get answered until the live stream tomorrow.
57:07But yeah, if you asked a question yesterday to me on the site, um just go ahead and check your email address and you should have a link to
57:16see the answer.
57:24Okay, Brilen Allen goes 1301.
57:49All right, brother. Emit Johnson goes, I don't even know what we want here. Um, honestly, we are to the point where it's
57:55like, this is so gross.
57:58If I'm taking anybody, I want to take a wide receiver, but all these wide receivers going to go straight to the
58:03waiverwire after week one.
58:06I think I would rather just go ahead and get my favorite defense for early season matchups. Again, I don't think the
58:13Chargers have the best defense in the league by any stretch of the imagination but in terms of where we stand with
58:24week one and week two matchups, it's hard to compete with them. Like, they get to go up against the Arizona Cardinals week one and then week two,
58:33they get to go up against the Raiders.
58:35So, it's pretty much a perfect setup.
58:38Okay, Katon Mitchell, Fair Baron, both off the board. Keenan Allen goes 1308.
58:49But let me get ready to give away a free flockanty.com season pass. Um, this is the last chance you got to enter in one for
59:00tonight. All you got to do is one, drop a like on this live stream and then two, go ahead and type the word season pass
59:10into the chat. You do those two things and you will enter in to win a free flockfantasy.com season pass. Fuji says, "I like the
59:18Lions defense for the weeks three through four matchup." Let me see what that looks like, my guy.
59:25Yeah, the Jets, Carolina, Arizona.
59:29Thank you for putting me on to this.
59:34I'm not going to Yeah, I'm going to be targeting the Lions pretty aggressively off the waiverwire then in week three if
59:39I get three startable weeks out of them after we get to play the Chargers through the first two here. That makes
59:46so much sense.
59:48Okay. But anyway, let me go ahead and we'll pull up that little um giveaway thing for the season pass.
59:58Let me copy those entries over. Let's pull up the wheel of names and let's
60:05spin this bad boy. Um hopefully the person's still out here to
60:14claim it. Fingers crossed.
60:19user dash UI1GX5N Z1B.
60:30Don't know what type of YouTube name that is, but I'll be looking for you in the chat. Please let me know what your
60:35flockfantasy.com username is so we can go through and set you up.
60:45Okay.
60:48Dylan Samson goes at the 1408 and we're going to take Jason Myers.
60:58Jason Myers was the best kicker in fantasy last year.
61:03Okay. Barty says, "Mason, if we already have the season pass, can we still win the giveaway?" Yes, sir. You can. Uh,
61:10you just wouldn't win a free season pass. You'd win free questions. Okay.
61:14This is the one time that I will spin the wheel again just in case that was one of the bots that was spamming.
61:23Okay, this is the only time I'm ever spinning the wheel again. OG Bradford, who I would guess has a season pass already,
61:34but if you're out here, please let me know what your flockfantasy.com name is, my guy, and I'll go ahead and get you set up with some extra free
61:43stuff if you already got one. So, I know you've been a long time member of the flock. I appreciate you, my guy. But
61:50yeah, please let me know.
61:54Okay.
61:56And then this last pick, I don't even know what we want to do with it. Take some bum wide receiver. Take Cyrus
62:02Allen. Cut him immediately after week one.
62:07But I OG Bradford says, "Let's go. My flock username is OG Bradford." Yeah, which is definitely how I know you from my guy. I
62:16appreciate you. And I'll send this over to Sammy. If you're already like a mother flocker, if you're already a season pass holder, we'll get you hooked
62:21up with something else. But regardless, you're we'll hook you up with something.
62:26Now, let's take Cyrus Allen here with the last pick and just go, what if he's the next Puka Nua? Spoiler alert, he's
62:32not, but we'll take him here just in case. So, we have them on one team. But I think that's all I got for you. Really
62:39appreciate y'all hanging out with us in this live stream. I'll be live tomorrow, the next day.
