Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue0:53

Recommended pivot target from DeAndre Swift in trade discussions. Deandre Whip is not concerned about Jonathan Brooks taking 50% of the backfield in Carolina the way he is with Kyle Monangai's return in Chicago, making Hubbard a more stable long-term option than Swift.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeProjection0:24

Top 10 RB through three weeks with 86% snap share (career-high workload), but sell-high candidate once Kyle Monangai returns from injury. Swift is currently RB12 in expert consensus and RB15 in Deandre Whip's personal rankings; while he remains a must-start in a strong Bears offense with Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson, he should not be penciled into top 10 rankings every week going forward due to incoming backfield competition. Whip observed someone in the live stream successfully trade Swift for Derrick Henry and stated 'I think that would be great, and I'd absolutely love to make that pivot.' Suggested trade targets include Kalen Javante Gentry and Derrick Henry.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveValue0:33

Successful trade target for DeAndre Swift. Deandre Whip observed someone in the live stream trade Swift for Henry and explicitly states 'I think that would be great, and I'd absolutely love to make that pivot,' indicating strong endorsement of acquiring Henry in exchange for Swift.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

NegativeRole8:00

Backfield competition with Quentin Judkins in Cleveland Browns offense; playing 46% of snaps with 3 receptions for 32 yards in week 6. Assigned third-down back role while Judkins handles first and second downs. Deandre Whip notes this split but does not recommend targeting Samson given the overall weakness of the Browns offense.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeBust16:56

Deandre Whip issues a strong sell recommendation on JK Dobbins; he is touchdown-dependent and functionally benched. Over the past three weeks, Dobbins averaged double-digit fantasy points only because he scored a rushing touchdown in each game; in the four weeks prior, he failed to crack eight fantasy points because he doesn't catch the ball. Most critically, with Jonah Coleman's addition to the Denver offense, Dobbins' snap share collapsed from 52% in weeks five and six to only 23%, signaling he is done. Two likely outcomes: cut from fantasy rosters or traded to another NFL team. Best case scenario is a two-for-one trade upgrade, possibly landing with the New York Giants.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

NegativeValue0:47

Comparison tier for Luther Burks' profile; speaker groups Coker with Burks and Jameson Williams as WRs with lower floors but high ceilings due to volume inconsistency, suggesting similar risk-reward profile.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

NegativeValue5:03

Sell-high candidate grouped in WR19 tier with Luther Burden; averaging 6.3 targets per game in a great offense but limited snap role creates inconsistent volume. Deandre Whip recommends pivoting away from Williams to higher-volume alternatives like Parker Washington rather than simply swapping between similar-usage players in the same tier.

Insight page

Kyle Monangai

NegativeRole0:47

Injured RB who was averaging 15 carries per game and nearly 15 fantasy points per game through the first four weeks before injury; had 30 carries and 28 fantasy points in Week 4 against the Jets. His return will significantly reduce DeAndre Swift's current workload and snap share, making Swift a sell-high candidate.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeValue4:58

Sell-high candidate ranked WR19 despite recent strong performance against New England; underlying metrics show limited role with only 60% snap rate and 6.7 targets per game, similar to Jameson Williams (6.3 targets). Deandre Whip recommends pivoting away from Burden to higher-volume alternatives like Parker Washington (8 targets per game, 25.7% team target share) rather than treating him as a tier-breaker.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveValue6:25

Recommended pivot from Luther Burden and limited-volume receivers; significantly higher volume with 8 targets per game and 70 receiving yards per game; holds 25.7% team target share in Jacksonville Jaguars offense. Deandre Whip is very confident Washington will provide a floor this season and is closer to an every-down player compared to Burden's limited snap rate.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeBust13:43

Deandre Whip cautions against buying into Tony Pollard after his 36-point performance; Pollard was drafted in 2019 (same class as AJ Brown and Debo Samuel) and has not cracked 30 fantasy points in a game since 2022 Week 11—a span of five seasons. Over the past four years, Pollard has hit 25 points only twice, indicating his ceiling is severely limited and this performance is a rare outlier. As a Tennessee Titan, Pollard has shown no special receiving work or upside in a garbage offense with 17% win probability vs. Cincinnati. His snap count surge from ~50 to 75%+ was entirely dependent on Tajae Spears' injury; usage will regress significantly upon Spears' return. Pollard should be used primarily as a throw-in piece to upgrade to higher-tier receivers like Drake London, Crystal Laporte, or Justin Jefferson.

0:00I just answered your trade questions for
0:01like two hours on our live stream and I
0:04want to go through and talk about some
0:05guys that I'm consistently saying you
0:08should probably trade them away. Now,
0:10I'm also going to be very clear with
0:11this. I'm going to be talking about
0:13talented players. I'm going to tell you
0:16to trade away some guys that have scored
0:18a ridiculous amount of fantasy points
0:20and you probably don't want to put them
0:22on the trade block, but let's just go
0:24one by one. Starting with DeAndre Whip.
0:26Now, DeAndre Swift Whit was in our
0:28CellHive video last week, and DeAndre
0:31Swift at the same time has been a very
0:34big conversation topic because he has
0:36been a top 10 running back in our weekly
0:39rankings every single week over the past
0:42three. Now, there's a very clear reason
0:44in this, right? If we go over and look
0:47at Kyle Manungai, Kyle Manungai in week
0:51four against the New York Jets went
0:53nuclear. Kyle Manungai had 30 carries.
0:57He had 28 total fantasy points. And if
1:01we look at the points per game and just
1:03the per game numbers for Kyle Manungai,
1:06Kyle Manungai was averaging 15 carries
1:09per game through the first four weeks,
1:10he was averaging almost 15 fantasy
1:13points per game. And when you remove him
1:15from this offense, well, trust me, I
1:18like Roshan Johnson. Hook him horns.
1:20He's a player I want to root for. Let's
1:22be real here. Roshan Johnson's not a
1:24good NFL running back, so DeAndre Swift
1:26has no other option but to come through
1:29and command a ton of volume. We actually
1:32saw that this past week where DeAndre
1:34Swift had 86% of the snaps. The last
1:38time DeAndre Swift had 86% of the snaps
1:41in an NFL game, whether he was with the
1:43Bears, whether he was with the Eagles,
1:46whether he was with the Detroit Lions,
1:48was never. That was the best workload
1:51DeAndre Swift has had in his entire NFL
1:54career. And keep in mind, this is now
1:56his seventh season. Well, it's been
1:59great if you've had DeAndre Swift to use
2:01him as that threeown bellcow. That's
2:04just not going to be the expectations
2:05that you should have for him going into
2:07the future. Now, I still very much
2:09believe that DeAndre Swift, he's going
2:11to be a mustart running back every week.
2:13This is a great Chicago Bears offense. I
2:16love Caleb Williams. I love Ben Johnson.
2:18and they want to run the ball
2:20consistently. So, DeAndre Swift still
2:22going to be great, don't get me wrong. I
2:24just don't necessarily think you can
2:26pencil him in inside the top 10 rankings
2:29every single week once Kyle Manungai
2:31gets back, regardless of matchup. Now,
2:33going over and looking at where we stand
2:35with him in our current running back
2:38rankings, he's currently the RB12 in the
2:41expert average consensus on
2:43flockfantasy.com.
2:44I personally have him at running back
2:4715. a few names that I would be
2:49interested in pivoting off of DeAndre
2:51Swift for. I would really like to look
2:53over to Achuba Hubard where I'm not
2:55really concerned about Jonathan Brooks
2:57coming in and taking 50% of the
3:00backfield in Carolina the way that I am
3:02with a player such as um Kyle Manungai
3:06this upcoming week. The other names I
3:08could look at would be maybe a Bay Shell
3:10Toutin, right? With Bashel Tutin, we
3:12actually see the usage expand where he's
3:16finally getting used as a receiver in
3:18also a very good offense. So, I think
3:20you could look at Bashel Tutin. I think
3:22you could look at Chuba Hubard. The very
3:25obvious names that if you could sell
3:26DeAndre Swift for Kairen, Javvante,
3:29Genty, and I saw somebody in our live
3:31stream tonight actually manage to sell
3:33him for Derrick Henry, I think that
3:36would be great, and I'd absolutely love
3:37to make that pivot. Now, moving over to
3:40the other player in this Bears offense.
3:42We're primarily going to be focusing on
3:44running backs in this video, but it is
3:46worth talking about for Luther Burton.
3:49Now, Luther Burton had very similar to
3:51DeAndre Swift, an incredible Thursday
3:54night performance where he went for 23.7
3:58fantasy points. He had 130 receiving
4:02yards. This was the second most
4:04receiving yards he has ever had in his
4:06NFL career in a single game. And this
4:08was the second best game he's ever had
4:11from a fantasy points perspective. And
4:13Luther Burton continues to be one of the
4:15most efficient wide receivers in the
4:18entire NFL. This dude is incredible. He
4:20is averaging over 10 yards per target in
4:23back-to-back seasons. He's one of the
4:25most explosive athletes at the wide
4:27receiver position. That's very clear.
4:29Now, where I am coming from with this
4:32Luther Burden sell high call is I
4:35actually talked about Luther Burton
4:37being a wide receiver that still has a
4:40lower floor in fantasy. I said after
4:42that Thursday night game that I was
4:44viewing Luther Burton in a similar tier
4:47to what you have with guys like Jaylen
4:49Coker, Jameson Williams, and that's
4:52because the volume isn't exactly there,
4:55but the ceiling is crazy high any given
4:58week. Now, I figured, hey, having Luther
5:01Burden around wide receiver 19 in the
5:03same tier with Jameson Williams, those
5:06were going to be the expectations of
5:07other people as well, but based on the
5:10YouTube comments, it sounds like I was
5:13um much lower than where the comment
5:16section currently is for Burden. Maybe
5:18it was just the heat of the moment
5:20coming off of the New England Patriots
5:22performance. But I will point out that
5:25if we look at the underlying snap rates
5:27that we have for Burton, he's still not
5:29an every down player for the Chicago
5:31Bears. He's still only playing 60% of
5:34the snaps for the Bears this season.
5:36He's still only averaging 6.7 targets
5:39per game. And if I go over and look at a
5:41player that I said was in that similar
5:43tier that was supposed to be um a
5:45blasphemy uh with Jameson Williams,
5:48Jameson's also in a great offense. He's
5:50also a great player and he's also
5:52averaging a similar amount of targets
5:54per game at 6.3. Now, while I have
5:56Luther Burden ranked a few spots ahead
5:58of Jameson Williams, the comment section
6:00saying that they should be um in a
6:03completely different tier, maybe you
6:04could pivot from Luther Burden to
6:06Jameson Williams and get an extra
6:08sweetener on top for your starting
6:10lineup. Um I don't necessarily think
6:12that's exactly how I would try to treat
6:14Burden, though. What I think maybe would
6:16be a little more interesting is trying
6:17to pivot off of to a wide receiver
6:20that's getting significantly more volume
6:23coming out of his by-week. Like if we go
6:25over and we look at Parker Washington,
6:27I'm very confident that Parker
6:29Washington's also going to be giving you
6:31a floor this season based off of what
6:33we've had with his usage so far this
6:35year where Parker Washington's averaging
6:38almost eight targets per game. He's up
6:40to about 70 receiving yards per game and
6:42he has a 25.7%
6:45team target share in this Jacksonville
6:46Jaguars offense. I think he's also in a
6:49great offense, but he's just closer
6:51being used to an every down player in
6:53comparison to Burton's not on the field
6:55in every package. So, I would be
6:57interested in seeing if we could pivot
6:58from Burton to Parker Washington. Now,
7:01moving over to our next name, we are
7:03going to look at Quinn Sean Judkins.
7:04Now, um Judkins, I hate to mention this,
7:07but I I feel like I honestly have to.
7:10Yes, he's coming off an incredible
7:12performance. And actually in the flock
7:14league, we did see a trade go down for
7:16Judkins right before the game on Sunday
7:19that led to Zufa winning his matchup
7:22because Judkins ends up smashing. But I
7:25am concerned with a couple different
7:27things. The first thing is I am worried
7:30that the addition of Dylan Samson in
7:33this offense is going to lead to Quinn
7:35Sean Judkins getting used slightly less
7:38as a wide receiver. Because when we go
7:40back and we look at when Quinn Sean
7:42Judkins was by himself with no Dylan
7:45Samson in this backfield, Judkins had
7:47some of the most impressive receiving
7:49games of his NFL career. I mean, he had
7:51seven targets in week four, which was a
7:53careerhigh. He had five targets in week
7:55two. He had four targets in week five.
7:59But this past week with Dylan Samson
8:02back, Quinn Sean Judkins had one target
8:05out of this backfield. And if we go over
8:06and we look at Dylan Samson, Dylan
8:08Samson had three for 32 receiving yards.
8:12Plus, if we look at the underlying snap
8:14usage, we actually have Dylan Samson
8:17playing 46% of the snaps for the
8:19Cleveland Browns this past week and
8:21Quinn Sean Judkins was at 53%. So, this
8:25backfield kind of was broken into Quinn
8:27Shawn Judkins being the first and second
8:30down running back and Dylan Samson being
8:32the third down back. Now, if we sprinkle
8:35on the outlook that we have for the
8:37Cleveland Browns offense, I don't think
8:39you want the first and second down
8:41running back here. Now, I completely
8:43understand, right, the Cleveland Browns,
8:46they're currently sitting at 5-2. I
8:48mean, right now, the only teams that
8:49have better records than the Cleveland
8:51Browns are the Buffalo Bills, which I'm
8:54not telling you to sell the Bills, the
8:56Kansas City Chiefs, the Minnesota
8:59Vikings, and the San Francisco 49ers.
9:02So, the Browns have been incredible.
9:04They've been winning football games. But
9:08if we look at how markets are pricing
9:10out this Browns team going into the
9:12future, again, I am a believer that
9:14markets are generally efficient and we
9:18should believe in them a lot when it
9:20comes to projecting out team success
9:22with NFL spreads with overunders. Right
9:26now on the Poly Market app, the
9:27Cleveland Browns only have a 36% chance
9:30of beating the Pittsburgh Steelers this
9:32week. I mean, this is a game where the
9:34Steelers are favored by three and a
9:36half. And most concerningly, the
9:38overunders only 39 and a half points.
9:42So, this projects to be the lowest
9:44scoring game of the week where the
9:45Browns are dogs. And is this that
9:48different than what we see week in and
9:49week out with Cleveland? No, it's not. I
9:51actually think the Cleveland Browns in a
9:53small sample to start the year have been
9:56overproducing in comparison of what we
9:58should be expecting going into the
10:00future that this isn't a great football
10:02team. This isn't a great offense.
10:04They're definitely a hell of a lot
10:06better than people including myself were
10:08expecting, but I'm now viewing Quinn
10:10Sean Judkins as a first and second down
10:11running back on a bad team and a bad
10:13offense. So, if I go over and tried to
10:16move off of Judkins, right, I actually
10:19did see that trade in the flock league
10:20happen this week where we saw Quinn Shun
10:22Judkins be traded for effectively
10:24Rasheed Rice and Trevon Henderson. If
10:27you're playing in a full PPR league
10:28where you can start three, four wide
10:30receivers every week, I think that makes
10:32a lot of sense if you have the
10:33flexibility at the running back position
10:35to make a move just like that. I think
10:38some other interesting trades that could
10:40be used with Quinn Sean Judkins, maybe
10:42you try to parlay him with Luther Burton
10:45if you have both of those guys and try
10:47to move up to an uptier running back to
10:49like James Cook, right? Maybe you try to
10:51get up to a Derrick Henry level player.
10:54The other names that I think would be
10:55very interesting is if you could pivot
10:57from Quinn Sean Judkins to Chase Brown
10:59rest of season. I'm gonna be more
11:01confident with Chase Brown's receiving
11:03work and I'm going to be more confident
11:05in the Cincinnati Bengals offense
11:06overall. Now, going over to a couple
11:10other running backs that I project out
11:12to be in pretty bad offenses going into
11:14the future. Olly Gordon we have had on a
11:17sell high video in the past and Olly
11:19Gordon yet again had another very good
11:21game against the New York Jets. I
11:23actually had a play against Olly Gordon
11:25this week and it was nerve-wracking,
11:27right? Olly Gordon goes out there, he
11:29has over a 100 rushing yards and at the
11:32same time he has 25 carries playing 83%
11:36of the snaps for the Miami Dolphins and
11:38he has cemented himself. He is the
11:40starting running back for Miami. He is
11:43the main guy for this offense. Jaylen
11:46Wright is an afterthought.
11:48But there's a big caveat with this. It
11:52is still the Miami Dolphins offense. The
11:54Miami Dolphins week in and week out are
11:57going to project to be one of the worst
11:59teams and one of the worst offenses in
12:02the NFL. And again, a lot of running
12:04backs, they can exceed a bad offense.
12:06They can go out there and they can find
12:08success regardless. But the problem that
12:10you're going to run into when it comes
12:12to um a player like Olly Gordon, very
12:16similar to what we just discussed with a
12:18player like Quinnshaw Judkins, is you
12:20can succeed as a running back in a bad
12:22offense if you are getting target
12:24volume. But if you're not going to have
12:26target volume, you really do turn into a
12:29touchdown or bust player. And if we look
12:31at Oi Gordon so far, he has had four
12:34games with the backfield pretty much to
12:36himself. He had week three, week four,
12:39week five, and week seven. And out of
12:41those four weeks, he has had a combined
12:4414 receiving yards. He is averaging
12:47about three receiving yards per game.
12:49So, this is a running back that's giving
12:50you zero. And I repeat, he's giving you
12:54zero as a receiver. If we go through and
12:56look at what his stat line could
12:58presumably be if he doesn't score a
13:00touchdown, week three, he would have
13:02scored eight points. Week four, he would
13:04have scored 12. week five, he would have
13:06scored eight. In week seven, he would
13:08have scored 11.
13:10Now, if you think the Miami Dolphins
13:13will continue to win football games, if
13:14you think that one of the worst offenses
13:17in the NFL will continue to get their
13:19starting running back rushing
13:20touchdowns, by all means, you should
13:22feel great about Olly Gordon. I just
13:24think that the ceiling's going to be a
13:26little bit capped because the offense is
13:29very clearly not in a a good spot going
13:33into the future. And of course, if you
13:35don't have the receiving work, your
13:37floor is just going to be so much lower.
13:40Now, moving over to Tony Pard, I am sure
13:43that you are going to have a very
13:45difficult time selling Tony Pard if you
13:47try to do so. When we're looking at
13:49Pard, he is coming off a week in which
13:52he just scored, I want to say, a total
13:55of 36 fantasy points. Let's go through
13:58and look at his NFL career. Keep in
14:00mind, he was drafted in 2019. This is
14:02the same year that you had AJ Brown,
14:05Debo Samuel drafted. He's been around
14:07for a while. And the last time you've
14:09had Tony Pard crack 30 fantasy points in
14:12a game was 2022.
14:15Week 11. That is what a total of five
14:20seasons ago was the last time we had a
14:22performance like this from Tony Pard. if
14:25you wanted to lower the threshold,
14:27right, and go, okay, well, what about
14:29games that he has scored 25 points in
14:32over the past four years? Over the past
14:34four seasons, Tony Pard has hit 25
14:37points twice.
14:40So, we have not seen Pard have any type
14:43of ceiling whatsoever, ever when he has
14:46been a Tennessee Titan. On top of this,
14:49do we expect the Tennessee Titans to be
14:52a much improved offense going into the
14:55No. Right now, if we look at markets,
14:58the Tennessee Titans have a 17% chance
15:00of beating the Cincinnati Bengals. The
15:02spread in this game's 10 and a half.
15:04This is still a garbage offense. Tony
15:06Pard is still a not special running
15:08back. And the big reason why he had this
15:12massive bump this past week is Taja
15:15Spears got banged up, right? Spears
15:17going down led Tony Pard from averaging
15:20about 50 snaps per game in the first
15:23five weeks this season to over 75% of
15:26the snaps in back-to-back games here for
15:28Tennessee. So the usage will be worse
15:30when you get Spears back in and this
15:32offense is still very bad. And now I
15:35understand you're not going to be able
15:36to sell Tony Pard for much. What you
15:38would mainly do is you would mainly try
15:39to use Tony Pard as a throwin, right?
15:41Like say again you go back to that
15:43example with Luther Burton. If you had
15:45Luther Burden in, maybe you can throw in
15:47Tony Pard. Possibly, just possibly you
15:49can pivot up to like a Drake London
15:52level player, a Crystal L player, a
15:54Justin Jefferson level player, I think
15:56that'd be very compelling. Now, the last
15:59name that you're also not going to be
16:00able to get much for, and I completely
16:01understand that, but I would just say if
16:04you can find a league mate that is
16:05desperate, that has legitimately nothing
16:07at running back, right? Maybe they dealt
16:09with the Devon Aan injury. Maybe they
16:12are in a very very awkward spot. If
16:14there is a world in which you could sell
16:16JK Dobbins, you absolutely should. There
16:19are two outcomes for JK Dobbins. One, he
16:22is going to be cut off of your fantasy
16:24football team very very soon. Or two, he
16:28is going to be traded off of the Denver
16:30Broncos. While JK Dobbins over the past
16:32three weeks has averaged a double-digit
16:34fantasy point, the setup that's taken
16:38that to happen is he has scored a
16:40rushing touchdown in each one of those
16:41games. Three straight games with a
16:43rushing touchdown for Dobbins. If we
16:44look at the four weeks prior, he had yet
16:46to crack eight fantasy points in a
16:49single contest because he doesn't catch
16:51the ball. So, he's touchdown or bust.
16:53Very similar to what we were talking
16:53about with some of the other running
16:54backs in this video. But most
16:56concerningly, this past week with the
16:59addition of Jonah Coleman in this
17:00offense, we saw Dobbins drop from 52% of
17:04the snaps in weeks five and six down to
17:06only 23% of the snaps. He's benched.
17:10It's over. JK Dobbins is completely
17:12done. He's going to be cut off your
17:14fantasy team very soon or he is going to
17:17get traded to a different NFL team. So,
17:20um, maybe best case scenario for you
17:22here, if you have Dobbins, you can see
17:24him end up in maybe the New York Giants
17:28organization, which obviously give you
17:30some usability there. But, I mean, if
17:32you could use him in a two for one deal,
17:34upgrade anything in your lineup, I think
17:35it would be interesting. But, that's all
17:38I got for y'all. I really appreciate
17:39you. I hope I was able to help you out
17:41in some way with this. And I'll be live
17:43every single night until Christmas
17:45answering your fantasy football
17:46questions. So, please, if you haven't
17:47done so already, just make sure you
17:49subscribe to the channel.
