Player insights

33

Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage15:38

Alvin Kamara is a discouraged start after playing only 30% of snaps last week. The source cites his recent back injury and the Saints' offensive struggles as reasons to avoid him, despite a potentially easier matchup against the Giants.

Insight page

Ashton Jeanty

NegativeInjury7:16

Ashton Jeanty (also referred to as Genty) carries significant risk due to plantar fasciitis and ankle issues, evidenced by limited usage (10 carries, 53% snap share) last week. Despite the injury, he remains a high-upside play due to his receiving role and a favorable game environment with a high over/under, potentially reaching A-tier status if healthy.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveProjection0:00

Bijan Robinson is ranked in a tier by himself for Week 6, solidifying his status as a must-start elite option.

Insight page

Blake Corum

NegativeValue14:43

Blake Corum is viewed as a premium handcuff with limited standalone value. The source advises against over-optimism, noting he is only a viable play if the Rams blow out their opponent, potentially leading to fourth-quarter usage or a random touchdown, despite the Rams' high scoring projection of 32 points.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveUsage10:53

Ranked at 15, Braelon Allen is a strong volume play despite a poor matchup against New England. With Breece Hall expected to miss time, Allen has averaged 90% of snaps over the last two weeks, providing a high floor based on workload alone.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeRole10:03

Irving is a talented back, but his fantasy outlook is dampened by a committee situation involving Sean Tucker and Kenneth Gainwell, combined with the Buccaneers projecting as a poor offense. If Tucker is ruled out, Irving would gain a lock on the goal-line role, increasing his appeal. He recently recorded 30 fantasy points against the Dallas Cowboys defense.

Insight page

Cam Akers

NegativeUsage10:54

The source considers Cam Akers a startable option only out of necessity, citing significant concerns regarding his fumbling issues, a crowded workload, and a lack of targets from Jameis Winston.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveUsage0:14

Christian McCaffrey is a locked-in starter who is in an even better spot for Week 6 due to the absence of Deebo Samuel, which should lead to increased receiving usage.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

NegativeMatchup5:50

Chuba Hubbard is ranked lower than usual for Week 6 because the Panthers face a tough matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles and are projected to score fewer than 20 points.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveProjection5:28

D'Andre Swift is a top-tier play for Week 6, potentially as high as RB5, due to a favorable game environment with Caleb Williams returning and the Bears projected to score 26 points.

Insight page

Dameon Pierce

NegativeUsage12:52

The source ranks Dameon Pierce based on the assumption that Saquon Barkley is out; if Barkley plays, Pierce is considered unusable. The source also expresses skepticism about Pierce's talent and the Eagles' offensive efficiency.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeInjury9:45

David Montgomery did not practice this week, which the source uses as the primary indicator that Woody Marks will take over the lead back role.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveProjection2:30

Derrick Henry is a must-start elite running back who belongs in the same tier as Kenneth Walker, Christian McCaffrey, and Jonathan Taylor.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

NegativeInjury14:11

Dylan Samson is returning to practice this week, though he missed Wednesday's session alongside Judkins. If he plays, his involvement in the receiving game could force a split that lowers Judkins' fantasy expectations.

Insight page
NegativeRole14:11

Dylan Sampson is returning to practice this week, though he missed Wednesday's session alongside Judkins. If he plays, his involvement in the receiving game could force a split that lowers Judkins' fantasy expectations.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveProjection13:49

Wilson is ranked with the assumption that Zach Charbonnet remains out. Market data supports a safe workload, with a 45% chance of scoring a touchdown and a 62% chance of exceeding 12 PPR points, as the Seahawks are favored to run the ball in the second half.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeUsage13:44

The source notes that Jalen Hurts is a threat to vulture rushing touchdowns, which limits the scoring upside for other running backs in the Philadelphia offense.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveUsage5:04

James Cook is set to smash in Week 6, as he continues to command 20-plus opportunities per game despite recent fumbling concerns.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveUsage2:12

Javonte Williams is in a strong position due to high volume, having played at least 70% of snaps in every game this season and 85% last week, while averaging nearly 20 fantasy points per game.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveUsage8:41

Jaylen Warren is ranked at RB13 for Week 6, noting that his previous top-10 status was driven by the absence of Rico Dowdle. The source expects Warren to serve as the starting running back against Tampa Bay, though his snap share will likely regress from the 90%+ levels seen recently to closer to 70% now that the backfield is healthier.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeInjury12:23

Jeremiah Love is a difficult start this week due to an ankle injury that caused him to miss practice, combined with coaching staff concerns regarding his pass blocking.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection0:25

Jonathan Taylor is a top-tier start for Week 6, bolstered by his role as a seven-point favorite against the Tennessee Titans.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection0:07

Kenneth Walker III is considered a top-tier running back, effectively interchangeable with elite options like Bijan Robinson for starting purposes.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveProjection0:44

Kyren Williams is a top-five running back for Week 6, averaging 22 fantasy points per game with an incredible matchup against the Cardinals where the Rams are 12.5-point favorites.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeProjection11:26

Despite the source labeling MarShawn Lloyd as one of the worst running backs in the NFL, he remains a viable start this week solely because the Packers are projected to score 27 points.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeRole14:00

Quinshon Judkins is a risky start because the Browns are a poor offense and he may split work with Dylan Sampson, who is returning to practice. If Sampson plays, his involvement in the receiving game could force a split that lowers Judkins' fantasy expectations.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveProjection3:30

Rhamondre Stevenson is ranked as a top-10 running back for Week 6, assuming TreVeyon Henderson remains sidelined and given the Patriots' status as massive favorites.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeMatchup16:40

RJ Harvey is considered a poor start due to a difficult matchup against Seattle and the Broncos' status as one of the league's worst offenses. He lacks rushing upside and relies heavily on receptions and a potential touchdown.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury13:00

Saquon Barkley is dealing with a hamstring injury, and his status is the primary factor determining the fantasy viability of Dameon Pierce.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

NegativeMatchup12:32

The source advises caution regarding Tank Bigsby this week. While Jacksonville is typically a strong offense, the Texans' defense is being respected by the markets, and the Jaguars' projected point total is lower than usual.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeProjection16:19

Tony Pollard is the clear starting running back for the Titans, but the source notes his fantasy ceiling is severely capped due to the team's poor offensive projections.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeInjury10:52

Travis Etienne is currently dealing with an injury, which has forced the host to seek out replacement options in deeper tiers for their running back two slot.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeRole9:45

With David Montgomery not practicing, Marks is expected to serve as the lead back. The source notes that while Marks may not be the most talented back and faces a tough matchup against Jacksonville, his volume as the lead back makes him a viable start.

0:00The Wednesday practice reports really made me update these rankings. Starting with the S tier, obviously Bejian Robinson's going to be here in a tier by
0:07himself when you have no Jir Gibbs. But frankly, it doesn't matter if I put say Kenneth Walker up in the same tier as
0:14Bejon. You know you start him. You know you starting Christian McCaffrey. I'll say McAffrey in a little bit of a better
0:20spot with no Debo Samuel here. I'd expect that they have to lean on him a little bit more as a receiver. And then
0:25Jonathan Taylor as a seven-point favorite against the Tennessee Titans.
0:28fingers crossed that he can um crack 20 fantasy points because oh dear god, I need it for my own team. Now, going over
0:36to the B tier, you're probably starting these guys in 99.999% of your leagues. If there's one of y'all out here that have one of these players
0:44on your bench, you must have an Avengers level god squad. Looking at Kairen Williams, I am terrified that I have to
0:54play against this dude this week. Kairen Williams is averaging 22 fantasy points per game this season and this matchup is incredible. He is going up against the
1:03Arizona Cardinals where the Rams are 12 and a half point favorites. So they should be able to run the ball in the
1:08second half. And currently we actually have the Los Angeles Rams not only with the largest spread of any team in the
1:16NFL this week, but also projected out to score the most points of any team in the NFL with 32 and a half. So, the Rams are
1:24going to go nuclear. It's the best matchup ever for Kairen. So, Kairen is a top five running back. Puka is going to
1:31be our wide receiver one this week.
1:32Javvante's in a pretty good spot here.
1:35Dallas Cowboys project to one win this game against the Green Bay Packers. Two, score a ton of points. And if we look at
1:41the underlying volume that you have for Javvante Williams, he had 85% of the snaps this past week. Every single game, he's played at least 70% of the snaps
1:50for Dallas so far this season. and he's averaging almost 20 fantasy points per game. Derrick Henry here, honestly, you can put Derk Henry up in the same tier
1:59as Walker, McAffrey, Taylor. I'll be honest, for these weekly rankings, these borderline top five players, I'm not spending that much time thinking about
2:07because if you have Derrick Henry, you know you're starting Derrick Henry regardless of what I say in a YouTube video. Raandre Stevenson does belong in
2:14this conversation. Now, what is very interesting is that we actually have reports that Trevian Henderson is dealing with the high ankle sprain, but
2:26on top of that, Trevian Henderson practiced on Wednesday. So there is a small possibility that maybe the report
2:37of Trevian with the high ankle sprain ends up being an incorrect injury report and maybe just maybe Trevian Henderson ends up playing this week. That seems
2:47like it would be absolutely crazy. So for these rankings right now, I am definitely going to be ranking Raadre as a top 10 running back under the
2:56assumption that you have no Trevon Henderson and the New England Patriots are absolute massive favorite gets against the Jets. So with that in mind,
3:04you have to start this week assuming Trevon misses. James Cook also is set up to absolutely smash. Obviously, James Cook did his best to fumble the game
3:14away against the Los Angeles Rams this past week. But still, this is a running back that's getting 20 plus opportunities a game. And while I know
3:21this coaching staff said it that he continues to fumble, they're going to have to scale back his touches. I definitely don't expect that to happen
3:28this week. And then our last running back in this tier is going to be DeAndre Swift. Again, you could put DeAndre
3:34Swift as high as running back five in a game environment in which the Chicago Bears project to score 26 points and you
3:42have no Kyle Manungi. You should have a massive bounceback spot for the Chicago offense with Caleb Williams coming back in. DeAndre Swift is going to be
3:50dominant against Atlanta here again with the best matchup possible. Now, let's move over to the C tier here. Leading us off, we are going to have Chuba Hubard.
4:01Now, typically Hubard will be higher in these rankings. Typically, he'll be ahead of these guys like Remadre Stevenson, DeAndre Swift, as he does
4:11just have every single touch in his backfield. He had had back-to-back weeks with 84% of the snaps played and 22 23
4:19opportunities. And this is a good Carolina Panthers offense. The problem is going to be this week specifically.
4:27It's not that strong of an offense going up against the Philadelphia Eagles at Philadelphia. The Panthers project to score fewer than 20 total points, which
4:36is fewer than any other offense we've talked about so far in this video. Now, Ashton Genty obviously is a risk with
4:46the planter fascia, with the ankle, whatever the hell is bothering him. We just saw this past week, Genty only have 10 carries and only have 53% of snaps.
4:56But what we were told is that he's for sure playing. We heard this on Wednesday. And the receiving role is still incredible.
5:07Plus, this Raiders team projects to score a ton of points. They have an implied team total of 24. This game has
5:13a crazy high overunder. So, like if it weren't for the injury stuff, Genty would be up there potentially as an A
5:21tier running back, but obviously the injury stuff does make it tougher. Then Jaylen Warren at 13. Jaylen Warren's been a top 10 running back for us in our
5:30weekly rankings um over the past three or so weeks, but that's because you've had no Rico Dattles. So, Jaylen Warren's been seeing 90 plus% of the
5:38opportunities in Pittsburgh. Now, obviously, you can tell by these rankings, my expectations are going to be that Jaylen Warren is the starting
5:47running back with the majority of the work here against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where the Steelers are favored by two and a half points. But
5:57with that in mind, I don't know if he sees 90% of the backfield. I think that does get scaled back a little bit closer
6:03to 70%. And then the last running back we'll have in this tier is in that same game environment. We have Bucky Irving.
6:10Now, Shawn Tucker did not practice on Wednesday. If Shawn Tucker does not play, that does give Bucky Irving a lock on the goal line role here in Tampa
6:20where you'd be more excited about Bucky.
6:22But as it stands, he is still a super super talented running back. Obviously, we need to say that. but in a committee
6:31getting squeezed by both Tucker as well as Gainwell in what projects to be one of the worst offenses in the NFL this
6:38week. Like right now, the Buccaneers project to be the worst offense that we have talked about so far in this video
6:44by a decent margin as well. Not the best matchup, not the best offense. Now, realistically, you're starting all the running backs inside the top 14 of the
6:53rankings. This is where things begin to get a little more important. I am going to rank Braille and Allen here at 15.
7:00This is not a good matchup playing against the New England Patriots. The New York Jets are sevenpoint dogs. So I think we had Brillin Allen as a
7:08borderline top 12 running back in our rankings last week, but that was in the context that they were getting to play
7:14against the Cleveland Browns where obviously they were favored and we could assume that they were running the ball in the second half. Now, the
7:20expectations as of today are that Bree Hall is still going to be missing this week. And if you look at the underlying
7:26volume that Brilen Allen has had in back-to-back weeks here, he has averaged about 90% of the snaps played by the New
7:34York Jets. So, I don't love the matchup, but frankly, from a volume perspective, this is one of the best workloads you can get in fantasy
7:46football right now, which does give him a relatively nice floor, even if this Jets offense is bad and this matchup is
7:52bad as well. Now, Bashel Tutin is also in a little bit of a tough spot here.
7:58Now, typically Bashel Tuton and the Jacksonville Jaguars will project out to score 25 26 total points on the week as one of the better offenses in the NFL.
8:06But while this Texans defense did struggle early in the season, markets are giving the Texans still a ton of credit to be a solid defense here where
8:15the Jags are only favored by two and a half points at home in this game and the Jacksonville Jaguars project only score
8:2222 and a half total. So, I want to be a little hesitant on Tudin. Obviously, we are seeing some Chris Rodriguez goal
8:29line involvement and the Quint Allen receiving work. Now, Emanuel Wilson, this ranking is with the assumption that we are not going to have Zack Charbanet
8:41back in week six. Reports are Zack Charbanet is probably going to be back in week seven. If we look at what the
8:46markets are saying for the Seattle Seahawks Denver Broncos game, this game is being played in Denver right now. We actually have the Seattle Seahawks with
8:54a 57% chance of winning this game right now. The spreads two and a half points, the overs 40 and a half. If we go over
9:01to the player props, you have a 45% chance of Emanuel Wilson scoring one touchdown, a 12% chance of him scoring two or more. And then if we look at the
9:11fantasy points PPR, he has a 62% chance of cracking 12. So very safe workload.
9:17The game environment again isn't supposed to be super highscoring, but the Seahawks should be able to run the ball in the second half as they are
9:24favored. Now, obviously, if you wanted to check out any of those markets, that is Poly Market US. You can find the link
9:30in the description. You can find it in the comment section. If you sign up with promo code Flock, you are going to get
9:35$25 added to your account after you deposit your first 10. Available in every state outside of Nevada. Then, our last running back in this tier is going
9:45to be Woody Marks. David McGomery did not practice this week, so the expectations will be that Woody Marks is the lead back. Now, I'll be honest, I
9:54don't think Woody Marx is the most talented running back in the world.
9:57While at the same time, I don't think this is the best matchup in the world.
10:01Like, this is a very good Jacksonville Jaguars team. The Texans are dogs here as well. But if we go through and pull
10:09up what we have from Woody Marks last season when he had the backfield to himself, like this man had one game with
10:1820 or more fantasy points. Yeah. And again, David McGomery wasn't there last year. And maybe you say, "Oh, well, Mason, come on. It was a he was a
10:25rookie. The dude's about to turn 26 years old." He was the oldest rookie known to man. So, I don't think Woody
10:30Mars is a super special player by any means. But with no Montgomery, he's going to get enough volume where you are
10:36definitely able to consider starting him. Very similar to Brillin Allen. Now, moving to our E tier, this is the range of running backs that if you have better
10:47alternatives, I would like to bench them if you could. Now, my running back to Travis ETN's injured, so I'm hoed. I
10:54have to go down and dumpster dive. Cam Scataboo is definitely a hell of a lot better than what I'm starting at my
11:00running back two slot, but it is very concerning playing him, knowing the fumbling issues that he has had, knowing the workload problem where you actually
11:10do have other running backs that are getting involved here and the fact that Jamus has not checked the ball down at
11:16an incredibly high rate. So, you don't have a ton of targets going in the direction of Cam Scataboo. Now, moving to our next one, Marshon Lloyd. Marshon
11:26Lloyd actually was viable this past week, which is crazy. He scored two touchdowns. I want to be on the same page here with everybody. Of course,
11:35Marshon Lloyd is not a good running back. Like, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that. Marshon Lloyd, I would make the argument, is
11:44maybe one of the worst running backs in the entire NFL. But it may not matter when the Green Bay Packers project to
11:50score 27 points. And if we go through and compare that to other offenses, the only other offense that projects to score as many points as the Green Bay
12:01Packers that we have talked about so far in this video will be the Buffalo Bills as well as the Los Angeles Ramps. And
12:07their two running backs are up inside the B tier. This is just the best matchup you could possibly have. This Dallas Cowboys defense obviously just
12:15let Buck Irving drop 30 on them. So, Marshon Lloyd is okay if you needed to play him this week, but it's really only
12:23a this week type situation. Now, Jeremiah Love missed practice with the ankle injury on Wednesday. And this coaching staff came through and they
12:33said that Jeremiah Love needs to improve with his pass blocking. Sprinkle on the fact that the Arizona Cardinals are 12 and a half point favorites despite me
12:43still believing that Jeremiah Love does have a lot of upside for the second half of the season when these rookies typically break out. Like it's not
12:52looking super compelling to start him this week. Damen Pierce, I am making this ranking under the assumption that Saquon Barkley is going to be missing
13:00with a hamstring injury. However, there is a very real chance that Saquon Barkley is playing in this game. And obviously, if Saquon Barkley plays, then
13:10Damen Pierce is unusable. Um, it's hard to rank Pierce, this is clearly a very untalented running back. I know his rookie season at Houston, he showed some
13:21signs of life, averaging almost 17 carries per game and about 12 fantasy points per game, but he hasn't done anything in the NFL in a very, very long
13:32time. Like, this is going to be his first opportunity he really has since 2023, 2024. So, he'll probably have a decent amount of volume, probably some
13:42targets out of the backfield as well.
13:44But it's not like the Philadelphia Eagles are an elite offense and we know that Jaylen Herz will vulture rushing touchdowns as well. Like the easiest way
13:52to put this is if Saquon Barkley wasn't producing in this offense, what makes us think that Damen Pierce is going to be
13:58at a lock too?
14:00Then going to Quinn Sean Judkins. One, the Cleveland Browns are a bad offense.
14:04I need to get that on record. I know we talked about that in the sell high video with Quinn Sean Judkins last week. two
14:11with this. Dylan Samson is returning to practice this week. So, while Judkins and Samson both missed practice on Wednesday, there's a chance that either
14:22one of these running backs or potentially both of these running backs are going to be playing this week.
14:29And with that in mind, um, if Judkins has to split with Samson, Samson's receiving role is gonna work into this offense. And we will have to lower
14:40expectations here for Judkins, I bet.
14:43Now, going to Blake Cororm.
14:47Cororum looks like he's just a premium handcuffed running back that I really don't want you to get overly optimistic with, but
14:56the Rams project to score 32 points.
14:59They're 12 and a half point favorites.
15:04So maybe in the fourth quarter they just lean on Blake Corum. I mean, honestly, that's what I'm kind of hoping for
15:09because I have to play against the combination of Pukanakua and Ky Williams this week. The Rams offense is about to go freaking nuclear and your hope would
15:20potentially just be that Blake Cororm scores a random touchdown.
15:25Now, moving over to our F tier, these are the running backs that I pray to God are on your bench. We're going to lead
15:31off with the running back that's in my running back two slot. Again, I'm not proud of this. I've made mistakes in my
15:38life, big ones. Alvin Kamara.
15:42This man just played 30% of the snaps for the New Orleans Saints this past week. I'm going to try to make some
15:49excuses for him with it fully known that the fact of the matter is you should not be playing him.
15:58He was injured last week. They played against the Vikings. The Saints offense couldn't move the ball down the field.
16:04yada yada yada. Hopefully, he's removed from this back injury.
16:10Hopefully, this is a big time Saints bounceback, getting to play against the Giants, who still have a respectable defense, but not nearly as good as the
16:17Minnesota Vikings.
16:19Now, going to Tony Pard, the Tennessee Titans this week do not project to be the worst offense in the NFL. They are
16:29tied for the second worst offensive projection. So, um, a little bit of improvement there. Paul clearly is the starting running back for the Titans,
16:36but the ceiling is just severely capped.
16:40RJ Harvey has a horrific matchup having to play against the Seattle Seahawks.
16:45The Denver Broncos project to be one of the worst offenses in the league.
16:49They're right there with the Cleveland Browns in their projections. And Harvey has legitimately nothing as a rusher.
16:55Your only hope is he has five receptions for 40 receiving yards and then fingers crossed he falls into the end zone. Now,
17:04Jacori Kroski Merritt is a first and second down running back that is a seven and a half point dog against the San
17:12Francisco Ners in San Francisco this week. I have no interest assuming that Rashad White's good to go in this game.
17:19Amari Hampton is an eight-point dog. And I apologize. Actually, the Tennessee Titans um are tied for the third worst offensive projection this week because I
17:30completely forgot. The Los Angeles Chargers project to be the worst offense in the NFL this week with an implied team total of about 17 points. The
17:39spread on this game is eight points. So, as you look over to Mari and Hampton, while I understand you maybe took him in
17:45round one, you maybe took him in round two, he played 63% of the snaps in week two. That fell down to 42% of the snaps
17:53in week three. 35% of the snaps in week four, 30% of the snaps in week five. So, this man's in a threeman running back by
18:01committee where we don't even know if he's the lead back, and he's in what's supposed to be the worst offense in the
18:06NFL.
18:08Now, Tyler Algier will get a massive, massive bump here if Jeremiah Love misses practice on Thursday or Jeremiah Love potentially misses this game. But
18:19again, the Arizona Cardinals are 12 and a half point dogs, so don't really want to play too many Cardinals running backs. And then JK Dobbins, first and
18:27second down running back, that's going to have legitimately nothing as a receiver that looks like he runs in mud.
18:35So, not super interested in JK Dobbins either. And then going over to the G tier, Rashad White, I guess you could look at
18:45Katon Mitchell, you could. Kendra Miller, you could. Kenneth Gainwell, you could. Rico Dattle, you could. Taja Spears, you could. Dylan Samson. We'll
18:54see what the practice reports looks like. But for the love of God, I hope that you have Etier and above running
19:01backs in your lineup this week and you're not having to go down to the depths of hell with me and start
19:07somebody like Alvin Kamara. But I think that's all I got for you in this video.
19:11Please, if you haven't already, drop a like on it. Subscribe to the channel.
19:16I'm going to be live streaming answering your fantasy football questions every single day until Christmas. So, hope I get to see you out in the live stream
19:24later tonight, the next day, the next day, the next day. But much love and I'll see you
