A.J. Brown

NegativeProjection8:07

Ron Stewart speculates that the second round could be a 'landmine' where AJ Brown, Nico Collins, and George Pickens 'all suck,' suggesting significant downside risk in that tier. This reflects concern about the volatility and potential underperformance of elite receivers in that draft range.

Insight page

Adonai Mitchell

PositiveRole24:24

Ron Stewart indicates Adonai Mitchell is outplaying other receivers in the Eagles offense, earning a more prominent role; Mitchell is outperforming both Isaiah Williams and another unnamed player, suggesting he has established himself in the depth chart under Kell Moore's up-tempo, high-volume passing system.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

NegativeInjury58:19

Alec Pierce is banged up, which impacts the Indianapolis Colts' receiver depth and contributes to the case for repositioning Anthony Richardson.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

PositiveProjection62:03

The source explicitly selects Alvin Kamara as a draft pick, indicating confidence in his value at the point of selection.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

NegativeValue5:00

Ron Stewart moved Amon-Ra St. Brown down in rankings relative to Christian McCaffrey and Jonathan Taylor due to running back scarcity concerns. Stewart explains: 'I moved CMC and Taylor ahead of JSN and Aman Raw for this exact reason that I think in a lot of settings you're going to get this running back run.' This ranking adjustment reflects draft strategy to avoid being forced into zero RB construction. Stewart initially favored St. Brown over Jalen Skinner due to the Lions' better situation with less turnover, but has since reconsidered and moved Skinner ahead of him after recognizing that 'what JSN did last year was pretty remarkable.'

Insight page

Anthony Richardson

NegativeRole57:38

Ron Stewart has been advocating to move Anthony Richardson out of the quarterback position, suggesting he should play tight end or wide receiver instead. The core issue is that Richardson lacks eyesight as a quarterback; with Alec Pierce banged up and no other established receiver, Richardson should be running routes rather than playing quarterback.

Insight page

Antonio Gibson

PositiveValue49:54

In a half-PPR zero-RB team context, Ron Stewart considers Antonio Gibson acceptable as a late-sixth-round pick.

Insight page

Ashton Jeanty

PositiveValue48:24

Ron Stewart ranks Ashton Jeanty over CD Lamb among running backs he prefers at that tier, listing him among several backs (Gibbs, Bejan, McCaffrey, JT, James Cook, Ashton Jeanty, Gentry) ranked ahead of Lamb.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

PositiveRole18:18

Brian Thomas has elite per-route efficiency over his entire career, but Ron Stewart views him as a perimeter receiver who must be a top-tier outside target (like Mike Evans, Terry McLaurin, or Nico Collins) to succeed. His role is similar to Roma Dunay's, making him less of a layup target than Parker Washington or Luther Burden, who operate in easier motion and Z-flanker concepts.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection59:40

Ron Stewart explicitly selects CJ Stroud as a draft pick, indicating confidence in his value at the point of selection.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeDepth Chart64:09

Caleb Williams was drafted as one of the quarterback selections for this team, indicating his availability and draft position.

Insight page

Cam Ward

PositiveProjection60:22

Ron Stewart explicitly selects Cam Ward as a draft pick, indicating confidence in his value at the point of selection.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveProjection44:13

Ron Stewart notes Olave projects 'really cleanly' with a favorable Saints environment; Stewart indicates he was previously overcautious about Olave's blood clot injury concerns and has since moderated that fear, viewing the player more positively.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveValue4:23

Ron Stewart ranks Christian McCaffrey ahead of Jonathan Taylor in the running back tier, stating 'Holy running back run. This is what I'm talking about with why I I would have McAffrey JT right here. This is exactly how I would have it for this reason.' Stewart lists McCaffrey as a running back ranked over CD Lamb and notes he could be sold on Taylor over McCaffrey in certain contexts, but McCaffrey remains the preferred option. At the 10-spot in consecutive drafts, Stewart debated doing a McCaffrey thing but found it 'really tough to pass on Chase' instead.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole44:01

Ron Stewart selects Loveland as an elite tight end in a zero wide receiver strategy, describing it as 'locking in an elite tight end' after securing three wide receivers; Stewart views him as a premium tight end option in this draft construction.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeValue44:45

Ron Stewart would pass on DJ Moore in favor of Parker Washington as a mid-fifth round pick, once DeVonta Smith and Mike Evans are gone; this suggests Moore is overvalued or less preferred at that draft stage.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveProjection60:31

In a direct draft decision between Swift and Montgomery, Ron Stewart chooses Swift, indicating preference for Swift's value at that draft position.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeDepth Chart64:12

Dalton Schultz was drafted as the tight end selection for this team, indicating his availability and draft position.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeProjection60:31

In a direct draft decision between Swift and Montgomery, Ron Stewart passes on Montgomery in favor of Swift, indicating lower preference for Montgomery's value at that draft position.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeValue53:49

Ron Stewart questions whether taking Deshaun Watson as the fifth quarterback is way too early, suggesting poor value at that ADP.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection23:37

Ron Stewart places DeVonta Smith in an elite tier with Odell Beckham Jr. and Zay Jones, projecting 14+ PPR points per game, above George Pickens and Nico Collins; also prefers Smith over Chris Olave, noting that once Smith and Mike Evans are gone, Parker Washington becomes a viable mid-fifth round option.

Insight page

Drake London

NegativeRole5:18

Drake London's fantasy viability is heavily dependent on league format. In a two-wide receiver one flex league, starting Drake London alongside Jaxon Smith-Njigba is a 'no no'; however, in a two-wide receiver two flex league, Ron Stewart could be talked into it. This indicates league construction significantly impacts his fantasy value and starting lineup viability.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveProjection27:27

Garrett Wilson projects to 14+ points per game, matching the production tier of Z Flowers, Crystal Lobby, and DeVonta Smith; Ron Stewart likes Wilson significantly despite acknowledging undoubtedly more downside variance in his projection compared to those peers, using projection as a skeleton framework rather than pure ranking determinant.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveValue4:28

Ron Stewart indicates George Pickens is part of a preferred draft stacking strategy, stating 'I have probably a billion Jamar Chase, Nico Collins, George Pickin starts,' suggesting confidence in pairing Pickens with Chase in multiple draft scenarios. Pickens is placed in a tier below Olivia, Devonte Smith, and Z Flowers (14+ PPR tier), alongside Nico Collins.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveSleeper60:33

Isaiah Likely is named as an example of a player fitting a high-floor, early-season production strategy in draft construction.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveValue1:20

Ron Stewart selects Jamar Chase as a first-round pick in a $25 Best Mania draft on Underdog and drafts him back-to-back at the 10-spot in consecutive drafts, demonstrating strong conviction in his value. Chase was the first receiver selected in an actual draft team construction. At 102 ADP in full PPR with three wide receiver and one flex scoring format, Stewart views this as acceptable positioning. When comparing Chase to Puka Nacua, Stewart states 'I think they both have similar upside' but is 'pretty comfortably chase over puka,' indicating a preference for Chase despite comparable ceiling. Stewart also debated doing a McCaffrey thing at the 10-spot but found it 'really tough to pass on Chase.'

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:59

Ron Stewart prefers Chase over Puka Nacua, citing a cleaner projection as the reasoning for the preference.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeUsage45:46

In half PPR scoring, the running back dead zone is less pronounced because running backs and wide receivers become more even in value at that point in the draft, per Ron Stewart.

Insight page

Jalen Nailor

PositiveValue47:27

Ron Stewart recently moved Jalen Nailor (JSN) back over Amon-Ra St. Brown in his rankings this morning. While St. Brown is in a better situation with less turnover, what Nailor did last year was pretty remarkable, justifying the ranking flip.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveValue48:24

Ron Stewart ranks James Cook over CD Lamb among running backs he prefers at that tier, listing him among several backs (Gibbs, Bejan, McCaffrey, JT, James Cook, Ashton Jeanty, Gentry) ranked ahead of Lamb.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

NegativeValue5:00

Ron Stewart moved Jaxon Smith-Njigba down in rankings relative to Christian McCaffrey and Jonathan Taylor due to running back scarcity concerns. Stewart explains: 'I moved CMC and Taylor ahead of JSN and Aman Raw for this exact reason.' The strategic concern is roster construction: if you take JSN at pick five and a running back run occurs, 'in a home league you're starting JSN Drake London which like in a two wide receiver one flex league that's a no that's a no no.' This reflects draft strategy to avoid being forced into zero RB construction with weak secondary receivers.

Insight page

Jayden Higgins

NegativeDepth Chart64:09

Jaden Higgins was drafted as one of the wide receiver selections for this team, indicated by the roster listing.

Insight page

Jaylen Johnson

PositiveSleeper61:00

Jaylen Johnson is named as a sleeper fitting a high-floor, early-season production strategy in draft construction, grouped with Isaiah Likely as a target for teams prioritizing reliable early-season output.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveValue5:31

Ron Stewart selected Jeremiah Love in the draft, explicitly preferring him over Bree Hall due to 'a little bit more upside with Love as a talent' and a better environment on the Cardinals. Stewart notes they are ranked back-to-back but favors Love's floor as a play designer. While the initial pick was partly for thumbnail purposes ('should we do Jeremiah love just for the uh thumbnail yeah let's do it'), Stewart's actual ranking preference and talent assessment support the selection.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

NegativeRole13:33

Joe Burrow was selected over Caleb Williams in an actual draft as part of a stacking strategy, indicating Ron Stewart preferred Burrow as the quarterback pairing for the team's receivers (Jamarr Chase, Malik Neighbors, Jeremiah Love, Luther Burden). Additionally, Stewart notes that Joe Burrow has the Browns in week 17, which creates a nice stack or week 17 correlation opportunity for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveValue4:23

Ron Stewart ranks Jonathan Taylor alongside Christian McCaffrey in the preferred early-round running back tier, stating 'Holy running back run. This is what I'm talking about with why I I would have McAffrey JT right here. This is exactly how I would have it for this reason.' Taylor is listed as a running back Stewart has ranked over CD Lamb. Stewart notes he has been 'actually coming around on JT' and could even be sold on Taylor over McCaffrey, indicating recent positive recalibration of his ranking.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeValue12:38

Jonathan Brooks is identified as one of the two players with the most ADP variance across platforms, alongside Parker Washington; where you draft him depends heavily on the expertise level of your draft room.

Insight page

Josh Allen

NegativeValue5:47

Ron Stewart expresses skepticism about early Josh Allen quarterback selections. Stewart states: 'That's an early Josh Allen. I suppose Allen never gets back. So, it's like kind of a fun idea. It's not something I would do.' This indicates concern about reaching for Allen early when he typically falls back to later rounds, making early picks inefficient. At pick 34 (103-104 overall), Stewart notes it's 'not a bad option' but he's 'still not in love with it.' However, at ADP 307 in shallow-roster formats (two-wide receiver, one flex), Allen becomes 'probably a great pick' because 'the less players in your starting lineup, the more Josh Allen gets elevated.'

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

NegativeValue53:49

Ron Stewart expresses concern about Justin Jefferson's value at pick 108, stating he cannot take him at that ADP.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveValue21:27

Ron Stewart's favorite late-round flyer quarterback, though he acknowledges it's a boring pick; represents solid late-round value at the position.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveBreakout15:07

Ron Stewart likes Luther Burden's upside more than Roma Dunay's, citing his role as a Z flanker slot guy with explosive upside in year two. Burden's yards-per-route run is elite even accounting for small sample size; Stewart compares him favorably to Tyreek Hill and Chris Godwin, who had small-sample yards-per-route runs that proved sustainable and ended up being really good, suggesting Burden is on that trajectory. Burden's 290-route sample in year two is comparable to Dunay's 215-route sample from his best stretch (week 1-8 last year), but Burden's came earlier in his career with more upside potential.

Insight page

Malik Willis

PositiveValue21:27

Ron Stewart mentions Malik Willis alongside Kyler Murray as a late-round quarterback flyer option, representing a potential upside swing at the position.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveProjection16:48

Marvin Harrison Jr.'s per-route efficiency over his entire career is decidedly better than Roma Dunay's, establishing him as a more reliable efficiency-based target.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveRole17:17

Ron Stewart approves of how Team 12 is building Michael Wilson into their stack in the draft, noting they're building it the correct way to leverage Wilson's role in the offense.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveValue44:45

Ron Stewart positions Evans as a threshold player in the wide receiver tier; once Evans is gone, Parker Washington becomes a viable mid-fifth round option over DJ Moore, indicating Evans is preferred in that range.

Insight page

Mike Gesicki

NegativeRole34:50

Ron Stewart selects Gesicki as a third tight end option in the draft, indicating he is a viable target at that position tier.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeValue4:28

Ron Stewart indicates Nico Collins is part of a preferred draft stacking strategy, stating 'I have probably a billion Jamar Chase, Nico Collins, George Pickin starts,' suggesting confidence in pairing Collins with Chase in multiple draft scenarios. Stewart drafted Collins over Malik Neighbors, indicating a preference for Collins' role and upside. Collins is highlighted as a strong early second-round pick option; Stewart notes Collins was an early second-round pick in a 2023 Ron Style draft alongside Chase (first overall) and Drake (second round). However, Stewart speculates that the second round could be a 'landmine' where Collins, AJ Brown, and Pickens 'all suck,' suggesting significant downside risk in that tier. Collins is placed in a tier below Olivia, Devonte Smith, and Z Flowers (14+ PPR tier), alongside George Pickens.

Insight page

O.J. Howard

NegativeProjection22:07

Ron Stewart cautions that OJ Howard had a strong stretch before injury but it was a small sample size of games; warns against overweighting early-season performance, comparing the concern to Luther Burden's small-sample production.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

NegativeProjection20:05

Omar Cooper is not showing out at all in camp; Ron Stewart was not high on him as a prospect and is now concerned about both his ceiling and floor. As an older prospect out of Indiana, Stewart expected at least a high floor, but now the floor is not even there. Stewart places him in the same tier as Kobe Lane and Cyrus Allen rather than treating him as a reliable first-round NFL pick.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveRole18:18

Parker Washington is preferred over Brian Thomas because his role features easier, more consistent targets (motion and Z-flanker concepts) compared to the perimeter-receiver demands of Thomas; Ron Stewart capitulates to the 'drum beat' on Washington despite preferring large-sample analysis, viewing him as a more reliable layup target. Additionally, Stewart has Parker Washington reasonably ranked but notes people are starting to outdo themselves on him; he would take Parker Washington over DJ Moore as a mid-fifth round pick once DeVonta Smith and Mike Evans are gone, but not earlier than round five. Parker Washington and Jonathan Brooks are identified as the story of the offseason in terms of who can push their draft stock higher.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeProjection2:16

Ron Stewart expresses hesitation about Puka Nacua as a fourth overall pick despite his upside. Concerns center on character and focus issues—specifically referencing Aiden Roth streams, biting incident in the offseason, and anti-semitic comments—combined with past injury history. Stewart states: 'I don't want to overthink it because wide receivers are the one position that can get away with being a little bit weird, but... I would prefer my superstar fourth overall pick to like just lock in.' While not moving him down from fourth yet, Stewart explicitly says 'I don't love it.' When comparing to Jamar Chase, Stewart is 'pretty comfortably chase over puka' despite both having similar upside. Stewart is not worried about Nacua falling off but simply prefers Chase. Even if Nacua were confirmed to miss week one, Stewart would not move him, viewing him as coach-proof and worth holding despite injury concern.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeValue24:54

Ron Stewart ranks D'Andre Henderson over Rhamondre Stevenson, indicating Stevenson is ranked lower in draft preference relative to Henderson.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeBust3:39

Ron Stewart reflects on a past draft decision to fade Saquon Barkley with clear regret, stating 'The Barkley fade will always sting. The Barkley fade will always sting,' indicating this was a costly mistake in prior seasons.

Insight page

Skyy Moore

PositiveProjection54:50

Ron Stewart prefers Skyy Moore over Jaylen Judkins in draft rankings.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

PositiveProjection23:37

Ron Stewart places Diggs in a projection-upside tier below the elite 14+ PPR group (Olave, DeVonta Smith, Z Flowers) and alongside Tee Lad and others; however, Stewart is starting to really come around on Diggs and feels good about him giving points in the flex spot, indicating a positive shift in his evaluation.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

NegativeDepth Chart60:16

Tank Bigsby was taken in the draft, indicating his availability and draft position in this league format.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeDepth Chart64:09

Tony Pollard was drafted as one of the running back selections for this team, indicated by the roster listing.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

PositiveValue26:01

Ron Stewart selects Tyrone Tracy as his highest-ranked available player at the time of the draft, indicating Tracy is a preferred draft target relative to other available options.

0:03What's Oh, we got to show our face here.
0:05What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement. Omron, and we are here for yet another $25 Best
0:20Mania draft over on Underdog. And I have something serious to talk about here. A little bit ago, I had a friend reach out
0:27and he texted me out of the blue and he says, "Get get a load of this." He says, "Are you going to be streaming tonight?
0:36You have any plans to stream tonight?"
0:40I told him, "Does the bear [ __ ] in the woods? Did you check the calendar and it says August on it?" Then I'll be
0:46streaming. If I'm breathing, I'm here every night streaming in the month of August. This is what we do. I am August.
0:55every night streaming fantasy football drafts, whether it's underdog, high stakes, talking with the chat.
1:04Make sure you're in here. Subscribe if you're new. All that good stuff. We are out of the 103.
1:10I don't know. I'm just I'm just talking fellas. I'm I'm feeling time before we're on the clock here. What's going on? How are we? [laughter]
1:20What's going on? Uh let's take Jamar Chase.
1:26I I was offended. I was offended. You You would think I was actually I'll be real with you guys. I was looking back
1:33at it, man. Pause. Um we've been doing this for a while, bro.
1:40Like I was just looking back because I don't know, August sometimes you get stuck in a loop and I'll look back and
1:46be like, what was I doing back in like 2022, man? We were doing this. We were streaming every night. Uh, I think that
1:50we made it official in like 2023, 2024 area, dude. But we used to do this for we used to do this for like 35 people
1:58and we would do it like damn near every night. So, uh, it was a good uh, it was a good perspective to have here. Senator
2:07August never disappoints. Who's in here?
2:08Who's in here? We got Coupe in here.
2:10What's going on? We got DTP top four.
2:15Smash the like button. Three is the best spot. Eh, I'm okay with number three.
2:19I'm not. It depends on what gets back to us.
2:23Miz are in here. We got Josh Gordon in here. We got BQ Sports in here. Jay Beasy Wrongus. That's what I'm saying,
2:29bro. That's what I'm saying. We don't miss. We don't miss. Any concern with Puka? Slightly, bro. I'll be real with everybody there. Look, I'm not going to
2:36move him down the rankings just yet.
2:37Puka, but I'm thinking about it. I'm thinking about it.
2:43He has all the upside in the world, but the there is, look, I don't want to overthink it because wide receivers are
2:50the one position that can get away with being a little bit weird, but the Aiden Roth streams, the biting a chick's neck
2:56in the offseason, the uh anti-semitic stuff or whatever. I guess that's the Aiden Raw stream, but like
3:06I don't I would prefer my superstar fourth overall pick to like just lock in in some just lock in, brother. Please.
3:15And somebody like I don't know if he's not 100% laser focused. Someone that has picked up injuries in the past. I don't
3:19know. I'm not moving him down from number four yet. I'm just saying I don't love it. That's all I'm saying.
3:266 minutes early. Look. Look, man. This what we do. Any book recommendations, dude. But all the books behind me are for show, brother. For show. I don't
3:33really read.
3:42Been here since 24th. Hell yeah, bro.
3:44Hell yeah.
3:46Is there in spirit going to cook your joint? You in this you in this draft?
3:52Been watching you for three to four years now. I feel always it takes. Yep.
3:55The Barkley fade will always sting. The Barkley fade will always sting.
3:59Crazy Ambassador. Yep. That's a That's a a series we used to do. W title. You ever thought about a third round T
4:06Higgins with Chase? Eh, not really. What you know about high school basketball player? Yo yo yo.
4:12What? What the hell? What the hell?
4:16What do you mean, bro? How do you know that information? It is on my Instagram.
4:23Holy running back run. This is what I'm talking about with why I I would have McAffrey JT right here. This is exactly
4:28how I would have it for this reason.
4:32Uh, and we get All right, so we're getting forced into zero RB. We're gonna pull up neighbors here just for fun. I
4:38don't have nearly enough neighbors. You guys can see that. I mean, that's just that's just not enough neighbors. So, let's have some fun. Let's live a
4:44little. I I have probably a billion Jamar Chase, Nico Collins, George Pickin starts. So, let's do that. But yeah, we've been this has kind of been a a a
4:53topic the last few streams for us is that I I moved J or I moved CMC and Taylor ahead of JSN and Aman Raw for
5:00this exact reason that I think in a lot of settings you're going to get this running back run where Achan goes right
5:06here and if you find yourself in a spot where you took, you know, Aman Rash Brown at the 106, you you would luck
5:12into Bowowers here, which is nice, don't get me wrong, but then at this five spot, you find yourself in a spot like
5:18if Bowowers goes here and you took JSN at the five then in a home league you're starting JSN Drake London which like in
5:25a two wide receiver one flex league that's a no that's a no no in a two wide receiver two flex league
5:31you could talk me into it I I would prefer full PPR think we're going to go should we do Jeremiah love just for the just because
5:39of the uh thumbnail yeah let's do it let's let's do love just for the thumbnail we telegraphed it we got the third spot
5:49but I'll be honest Like this is why I don't really like this pick that Oh, wow. That's an early Josh Allen.
5:55I suppose Allen never gets back. So, it's like kind of a fun idea. It's not something I would do.
6:04Um, so let me think. This happens.
6:09Lob goes here.
6:14But yeah, this is why the three spot I'm starting to I know when we first did like I just kind of like did a blanket
6:20when we first did some of these streams for August. I was just like, "Yeah, give me a top four pick. Let me have one of
6:24these elite options."
6:27But the guys that come back like I don't me wrong, I think Jason Puker are tier ahead the other receivers in this range.
6:31But the guys that come back, 34 is not fun. I I I really don't know how I would attack this in a home
6:37league.
6:39You know, full PPR where I can start four wide receivers. I'm I'm comfortable doing this, but if you're in a home
6:45league that's half PPR, two wide receiver, one flex, I don't know how you get yourself out of this jam.
6:52I I guess the answer is you just go chase neighbors love and then you just double tap running back in four, five.
6:57Uh I'm just not crazy about that.
7:02Why Love over Bree? Um I just think there's a little bit more upside with Love as a talent. I think that they're
7:08both pretty comparable back to back.
7:14I think the environment in on the Cardinals could be more fun as well. I I like the floor better as a as a play
7:19designer, but to be fair, I have them literally back to back. Uh, and it's also just a play that I have so much
7:24Bree Hall and Jeremiah Love that like if I start drafting Bree over Jeremiah Love, that I'm just going to have a
7:30billion bags of Bree.
7:37I I I hear what you're saying, but I also just think that that's overrated.
7:40the idea that other BBMs have uh have neighbors at cheaper prices. Like at the end of the day, if he hits, he hits, man. You know, it
7:50just kind of comes down to that. Uh it's so like it's just there's so many teams like in a basketball mania tournament
7:59like this. It's I don't know. There's also the other side of that where like maybe the second round area is like a landmine. You know,
8:07maybe AJ Brown, Nico Collins, Pickins, they all suck and like Neighbor's the only guy who works and you stack on like
8:11a free fourth rounder. I don't know.
8:13It's just I'd rather not overthink it.
8:15You think Abuka dodged a bullet? It sounds like he did. It sounds like he did. Um I don't know. Those ones are like We
8:24keep on running into these, right? It was Z Flowers, it was Luther Burton, it was Josh DS. We're like something happens and then we're kind of in the
8:30dark for the whole day. It seems like he walked off on his own power and is all right, but I would like a I would like a
8:36update.
8:39Two wide receiver, two flex, half PPPR is tricky as well for I'd be I'd be fine with a two wide receiver up top start
8:45there, but it just wouldn't be as comfy is what I would say.
8:50We got Burden to come back to us. Let's say Burden.
8:54You'll see my rankings say one thing.
8:56The rankings are it's like a conversion thing for my half PPR set. Um, I don't follow them strictly.
9:04Burden in the late fourth just feels like a pretty easy click for me.
9:12I think you're right. Pat Farm as well. Garage. What's going on, brother?
9:19We go. No, no, no.
9:22I can't do Kairen Dvonte the 23 turn.
9:25You can talk me into Kiran at the 303 if you wanted to, but it's just pretty nasty. Damn, the two running backs I would have liked
9:33went.
9:35Uh, but we'll take two in. We'll take two for some. People starting to cool off on Toton, but I'm I'm pretty fine with the 503. There was a
9:44time there for a second where he had so much steam he was going like mid4.
9:49That is a 312 McBride is a late McBride.
9:51Damn.
9:53I don't love the idea. He has no receivers through four rounds. All right.
10:00I think I think that that's going to be on the to-do list for the weekend. I will say the legendary running back
10:05video. I recorded it and edited. Like that's why this was so late as I was uh finishing that up. That'll be out in the
10:13morning. Something like that. Maybe in the morning, maybe around lunchtime.
10:16Depends on when I got around to making the thumbnail and stuff.
10:20We're back in the groove, man. We're back in the groove.
10:29Earliest I would take Bowers in full PPR.
10:34H, the earliest I could take him, honestly, the earliest I could take
10:44Bowers is anywhere in the second round.
10:47If you want to take him at the 2011, you absolutely can. Uh I'm not going to do it. But if you have one if you have one
10:51draft for the rest of your life and you love Bowers, just don't pair him with Genty is all I would say.
10:59Uh I'm personally still Chase over Puka.
11:01I just think Chase is a cleaner projection.
11:05Ranking offensive lines. Uh no, I I think it's just not my uh forte. I'm not an O line guy. I couldn't name you the
11:12five starters on most teams. Uh, I would just recommend my my goat for offensive line stuff is Brandon Thorne over at
11:19Establish the Run, I believe. Uh, and it's not even one of those things where I could like bring him on as a like I
11:26could in theory ask him to guest and like I could ask him or whatever, but he literally did that exact video for
11:30establish the run. So, I would just say watch that video.
11:36Five football games tomorrow. Yes, sir.
11:41Am I dense for having Rome over burden?
11:42Honestly, no. I I get it. I get it.
11:45Indiana Bears dropped tomorrow. What the hell does that mean?
11:48Brock, what's going on, brother? What's going on? A lot of upside on this team.
11:52Many many many such cases.
11:55Got Derek in here. Burden over. Oh, I already answered this. How's momentum feel for Jay Brooks? Feels a little wild, man. I It's tough. It's tough
12:03because uh there's so many different like pockets where like the high stakes bros, you guys have like we've done a few of these drafts now where Brooks is
12:11a six round pick. Uh even too rich for my like I'm not taking I can't take Brooks over Raandre. You could talk into
12:18Brooks over Pard. Uh in these underdog drafts he's not too bad. He's probably around the seven eight turn which to me
12:26is reasonable. But then on sites like ESPN Sleeper Yahoo he is a like straight up like 10th round pick. So uh depends
12:34on where you're he's he is probably him I would say Jonathan Brooks and Parker Washington are the most where are you
12:39drafting players out there. Uh depending on the expertise of your draft room will base how high those guys are going.
12:50Got your homely draft on Sunday? Hell yeah. Uh no. I I had Pickkins and Nico Collins over neighbors. I just don't
12:56have a lot of neighbors and wanted to mix them in here just for some fun.
13:02The solver wants us to go Burrow here, but we have a Caleb. We have Caleb and Burrow outs.
13:07So I think we're going to go with a running back.
13:10Let's go Raandre.
13:14Let's have some fun. Not that Raandre is like inherently a fun pick, but feel good about receiver. Feel good at tight
13:20end. And then one of our our two stacking options at quarterback will come back to us here.
13:29If your 34 spot does taking Josh Allen makes sense. Are you saying 103, 104?
13:34Um, that's not a bad option. It's not a bad option, but I'm still not in love with it.
13:45I think I spook at the 102. I wonder if he moves him down after the I don't know. I guess there's talk of
13:51like a oneame suspension. Is a one game suspension going to really kill him?
13:54Probably not. But let's go Burrow over Caleb. It's a fun team through seven rounds. Here we have Jamar Chase, Malik Neighbors, Jeremiah Love, Luther Burden,
14:04Basil Tune, and Randre Stevenson, Joe Burrow. Uh, and I will say this is a $25 best baseball mania draft. Of course, if
14:11you want to draft with us all summer long, we will be streaming every night in August. Make sure you hop on underdog
14:18with us. When you use promo code Ron and you play $5, you get $50 on the site. I have a link in the description live chat
14:26and the comment section down below where you can get in these draft room with us or draft rooms with us uh all
14:35summer long.
14:37We got Hunter Ericson in here. What's going on? We're already have 400 plus people in here. Damn. Leave a like, fellas. Leave a like. Subscribe if
14:43you're new. That's what I'm saying. I'm I'm not going to and I'm not going to like present I I would just essentially
14:50be giving you a TLDDR of of Brandon Thornne's article genuinely. Uh he's awesome.
15:02Um what did I have next I want to talk about?
15:07So Luther being around her.
15:11Um I I just like Luther Burton's upside more. You could definitely make the case that like, oh, Luther Burden's banged up. Like, maybe you're, you know, being
15:19a little bit wild about it. I I have close and level in the head of all of them first and foremost. Uh, I've talked
15:24about Burden in the breakout wide receiver video that we posted a few days ago. Um, it just comes down to the idea of like
15:33what he could be. I just really like the role that he plays as this like Z flanker slot guy with like yak explosive
15:39upside year two. The yard sprout run is awesome. Even if you want to say like I understand it's a small sample but we've
15:46seen guys with small sample like Tyreek Hill uh comes to mind as somebody Godwin as well guys who had small sample yards
15:52per out runs and it ended up being really good. Uh Burden seems like he's on that trajectory and Roma Dunay he had a stretch last
16:00year that was good but it was also a small sample trap. Uh but Dunay is a tough one because it gets really
16:06contentious with Roma Dunay. The issue I have with him is that sure he's been in a bad situation, right? Like the first
16:11year with uh Shane Stiken was bad, but his per out numbers over his entire career are pretty rough. Uh he essentially just has that week one
16:18through eight last year on a 215 route sample, whereas like the Odun guys throw stones at Luther Burden that he only has
16:25like a 290 route sample. Like they both have small samples to hang on to. Odun's came in year three. Burdens came in year
16:32one. Uh or no, Odun's came in year two.
16:36Well, if you look at like the the per out run numbers for Roman Dunesan his whole career, it's pretty rough. Uh not
16:43that that's like super fair, but he on a per out basis like he over his entire career is decidedly worse than Marvin Harrison
16:53on a per out basis over his entire career.
17:00Am I going to do some superflex drafts?
17:01Maybe I'll do one mock Maybe I'll do one mock superflex draft before the uh URL league mates draft with the BDG guys.
17:09This is Wow, that's as far as I've seen Lemon go. 78.7. We're going to get him at 94. I'll scoop that up all day. I'll
17:16scoop that up real quick.
17:20Rival fantasy football content creator.
17:23Um, not really. No.
17:28gonna do some I already read that Price in the six round seems Oh, way better than Brooks.
17:37Yeah, Team 12 is doing his thing. Double tapping the Jags. Getting Lawrence to set up the stack is fun. Michael Wilson,
17:42I mean, he's building it the correct way if you're going to build it the way he's building it is what I was what I'll say.
17:48Let's Let's do this.
17:55The solver wants us to take dart.
17:58I think I want a tight end. Let's go Fannon. I'm starting to really I want to start being pretty aggressive on Fannon.
18:05So, we'll take Fannon. And now we have this is just a really nice balanced team. We We have everything filled out.
18:10We have wide receivers, we have flex, we have running backs, we have a flex, quarterback, tight end. Bang.
18:18In the front of the draft, not the back three picks. I've seen a different team.
18:20Hell yeah.
18:23I've capitulated, man. I I um it's not like me because I'm someone that I mean we just talked about it with um Roman
18:30Dunay. I like to cling on to a large sample of routes to kind of gauge especially a wide receivers's talent and
18:38Brian Thomas over his entire career is awesome per route. Parker Washington has this small stretch of time but at a certain point the drum beat is just too
18:45loud. Uh and their roles very similar to Roma vers Burden. Uh Brian Thomas being the Odunce here as like a perimeter
18:54exceiver, which is good, but you have to really be top dogs. You have to be Mike Evans. You have to be Terry McLaren, um
19:03Nico Collins, like real deal George Pickkins, real deal real steel, like winner on the outside. Uh which I'm sure Brian Thomas and OJ have the upside for.
19:12It's just it's just a lot more difficult than the more fun uh layup targets, got the guy in motion uh like Z flanker
19:19stuff that you get for Parker Washington and Luther Burden.
19:22So, I'm Parker Washington over at a certain point. You can't uh you can't you can't quiet the noise on it.
19:34I'm bro over Caleb.
19:37I would say Neighbors is is coach uh proof. I know you said Greg Groman, but I don't know.
19:46That's all I'm saying. I wouldn't be I wouldn't be that crazy. Uh like if Puka if it was confirmed, okay, he's missing
19:52week one. It would suck.
19:55I don't know that I would move him.
19:59Oh yeah, dude. At the the one two turn, double hero RB is a is an awesome idea.
20:05Uh I am I am worried about Omar Cooper.
20:09I'll be honest with everybody here. Uh, as a Jets fan, like he is, uh, he is not showing out at all. He was a prospect I
20:16wasn't high on. And you would think he was like an older prospect out of Indiana, so you would think that he
20:20would come in at least like give you somewhat of a high floor. I was concerned about the ceiling, but now the
20:25floor is not even there. So, I don't know. I I I would have him in the same even though he's a first round pick in
20:29the NFL, I'd have him in the same bucket as like the Kobe Lane, Cyrus Allen. Uh, I'd have I'd probably have Don
20:36Stribbling ahead. You said, "What are your thoughts on Dean Stribbling?" I think he's a fine upside swing, especially with the uh Ricky Ricky
20:42Pieraw injury.
20:46You're driving to work right now.
20:49I did see Mike Clay. I did see Mike Clay. That's the thing. That's why I like Mike Clay's stuff. It's that I I
20:56don't follow him word for word. It's that I know him to be a conservative guy who is going to project the young
21:05players and the upside targets with a level head and conservatively. And I would prefer my projection source to be doing that. I don't know if that makes
21:14sense, but I think it does.
21:19Let's do should take Jacobe, but Conpion's just a way more fun pick. We'll take Inpion
21:28here.
21:33See, I have slight regrets about that pick, but we'll see what comes back to us.
21:40No, not crazy for Bejon over Gibbs. You can absolutely take Gib or Beison 101.
21:46Favorite late round flyer quarterback?
21:47Probably Kyler.
21:49That's probably a boring pick. Kyler Malik Willis.
21:54Would you I guess you would you could count uh Brock Pury. I actually really like Brock Pury.
22:01Uh in a best doubling up on the Jags receivers and then getting Trevor Lawrence I think works.
22:07I I understand OJ was going crazy before he got hurt. I'm just saying it was a small stretch of games in the same way
22:12that like the Luther Burden's a small sample.
22:21Video tomorrow. Yes, sir. No matter what video tomorrow. No, South Veterary is not my rival. Sound's a good dude.
22:28Are you still drafting downs? Um, yeah.
22:35I don't hate that idea. It's just a higher bar to clear the true X receiver stuff.
22:44We got Ernie the Truth in here.
22:47When's the order for your main drop? I think we're doing some kind of I would assume in the draft video we'll have the
22:52uh the order. We're going to do some kind of like some kind of derby for the order. Some kind of like uh I should
23:01really know this to be honest and I really need to press uh gut in them about it just to know if I have to like
23:07hire a sitter to watch my dog or whatever. But there's going to be some kind of softball game. There's going to
23:14be a softball game and then there's going to be some there's going to be some aspect of a home run derby after uh
23:21and then that is going to uh feed us into who gets to pick their draft pick. I don't know. I wish I could
23:30um I wish I could give a better explanation, but that's where we're at.
23:37Uh I moved Olavia up. I I was talking about the other night. I was a little bit spooked on the blood clot stuff.
23:42Apparently, he's full go. It's It's all good. You start to look at his projections. He projects in this like 14 plus point per game PPR area, which is
23:50essentially it's like it's like him, Devonte Smith and Z Flowers are kind of in a tier of their own uh between the uh
23:57George Pickkins, Nico, and then your more projection upside base, you know, Wadd uh Tet Lad, all those guys. So, I moved up a lot. I also really just like
24:08the offense with Kell Moore. Like sure, Jordan Tyson is there, but there's going to be enough volume for everybody. Uh Kell Moore is somebody that always
24:14pushes way up tempo, a lot of pass attempts, uh no huddle, all that. So, I'm cool with just getting the pass
24:22catchers in that offense.
24:24He's just been bad. He's just been bad, bro. He He's like getting outplayed by not only Adonai Mitchell, but Isaiah Williams, who's like our specialteamer
24:32kick returner guy.
24:36I agree. I was screaming that from the mountain tops.
24:40I'm way behind on the chat right now, by the way. Trey Cobin here. That's a That's a OG, man. What's going on?
24:47What's going on?
24:50Uh I have Henderson over Stevenson.
24:55Chase 102 in a full PPR, three wide receiver, one flex is acceptable.
25:04Yeah, Becker might be the best pro of the bunch. He at least certainly looks like it in terms of his like metrics and
25:08stuff.
25:13Let's definitely need to think about quarterback.
25:30Guess dimes. Dimes. We'll figure that out later.
25:36Yeah, Dimes has the the Browns in week 17. So, that's actually a pretty nice pretty nice little stack there or week
25:4317 correlation there. Uh, what do we kind of need to do here? What do we what are we lacking? We're actually we're
25:48pretty even across the board. This is probably a What are the tight ends available? Eh,
26:03could be a Gaseki three tight end team could do.
26:14I don't know what I want to do.
26:16Got running back, receiver.
26:21Terms of my highest ranked players, we got Tracy up here.
26:25Let's do Tracy. Let's do Tracy. This is after all a team that is weak at running back.
26:34They'll probably take a stinky quarterback when it comes back to be honest. Like a Rogers, Mendoza, something like that.
26:41For anyone just now tuning in, the team looks like Jamar Chase, Malik Neighbors, Jeremiah Love, Luther Burton, Basil Tune, Randre Stevenson, Joe Burrow, Mai
26:48Lemon, Harold Fannon, Casey Conpsion, Kenny Gainwell, Daniel Jones, Tyrone Tracy.
26:57Man, I don't even have a I I don't I was never a baseball guy.
27:05Who's your most drafted player? My It's probably Garrett Wilson would be my guess. Oh, damn. And now we're going to get exposed. Now we're going to get
27:12exposed.
27:14Garrett Wilson. Yeah, my exposures are pretty flat, man. They're they're pretty flat. We also have all those slows that still need to catch up.
27:22Damn. Now I got to find this draft.
27:24Oh boy.
27:27Everybody, this is this is HIPPA, by the way. Everybody, please look away. This is none of your business.
27:34That is none of your business. Um I'll make those picks later.
27:41Yeah, dome team. Lots of plays. It's it's a good spot. Where does Garrett Wilson rank in those tiers? Garrett Wilson's a tricky one because he's a 14
27:47plus point per game. Like he projects the same amount as those guys and it's why I like Garrett Wilson so much, but
27:52there's undoubtedly way more downside to his projection than Z Flowers, Crystal Lobby, Devonte Smith in that 14 plus area.
27:59Now, we've talked about this before, but I don't rank just like purely off the projections, but it definitely gives me kind of like a skeleton to, you know,
28:07just like a uh I don't know, stress test or like logic test of just this is how things look on paper from a median
28:14perspective and then I kind of tinker with things based on upside or downside, situation, all that.
28:21I think Mendoza is that dude when it comes to like I I was kind of out on Mendoza in Dynasty just because I just
28:27because he doesn't really scramble as much as I would like him to. Uh but I I think I I think from a real life NFL
28:33standpoint like he has CJ Stradier one upside.
28:36We'll do we'll do one more potentially.
28:38Potentially.
28:41How is pawns looked? He's been banged up.
28:50Everyone chill. Everyone chill. Everyone chill. Bro, the issue with projections, here's the issue with projections is I don't do my own projections. I think it's a hopeless
28:59endeavor.
29:01But um that's the issue. My my projections are an average across three different sites, only one of them being free. So, I would feel weird about like
29:11using those and then like selling that as a product. Um, but you can at least like rest assured knowing that my
29:16rankings are built from projections because I I like to like just, you know, you average the three of them together
29:26and you figure, okay, there's no personal bias in here. It's it's across three different sources.
29:39Let's do We really need a tight end.
29:42You know what, dude? If Gadson's gonna fall like this, who am I kidding? I'm going TJ Hawinson.
29:50I'm going T.J. Hawinson. I I almost talked myself into it.
29:54Almost.
29:56I think we probably need a third quarterback on this team.
30:00Should we reach 15 picks on Mendoza?
30:05Should we wait for Bassette? Should we do the Shador thing to Harold Fannon?
30:12Huh?
30:13What do you guys think?
30:18Mendoza goes anyways. Okay.
30:22Guess we'll see what comes back. I mean, I don't know. Worst comes worse. Borrow Daniel Jones can maybe get the job done
30:26for us.
30:29Trey Harris.
30:39You know what? We'll take Adai. We were just talking about Omar Cooper. I don't know. Mitchell's had an awesome camp.
30:48Uh I don't think he's going I think he's going to play week one. Uh burden want Carson back on this team. I don't
30:56know, dude.
31:03Thoughts on Jacob's legal problems? I I dropped a video yesterday talking about my fades. He's like at the top of the
31:07list. I'm just not super interested. Um, oh, damn. You have him as your RB1. I hate when you guys do that. I don't
31:15know. He's on your team now. I don't want to make you feel bad about it. Um, I don't think you can trade him. I would
31:22wait for some sort of positive news.
31:26What round you take him in?
31:41But yeah, I think like the legal problems are an issue. And then I think that he's an aging running back who has
31:46injury concerns and then he picked up a groin injury which was the same thing that held him back last year. It's just
31:53a lot of bumps and bruises and touches and off the- field stuff. It's just not my uh not my preferred thing there. I
32:01have him I have but like late third's fine. I have him in that three four turn area.
32:07Leonald James. That's crazy.
32:12Thoughts on a Bua injury? I wish I had something uh insightful to say about it, but it seems like it seems like it
32:18wasn't a huge deal. I mean, he still went pretty highly in this draft, right? Seems like it wasn't a big deal.
32:34I'll do a Twitter search for you guys.
32:46I don't know. It seemed like he was It seemed like he was probably fine.
32:50It's a good shot, though.
32:59It's a toe injury.
33:02Toe sprain. Imaging still pending. Okay, that's not great. Potential turf toe.
33:12Edwin Porus is saying his week one status shouldn't be in question, but that's still not great. I probably will be moving him down a little bit.
33:22Probably bump him down just ever so slightly.
33:27Would Sadur be crazy on this team?
33:32Probably shouldn't do the thing, huh?
33:36We'll do three Titans instead. We'll do the Gazaki thing.
33:42That's what we'll do. Oh, I wanted Jacobe Lane. Damn. Okay, so PCO starting to fall in these
33:54I I mean I I guess I can turn down PCO here. He goes at what pick?
34:02He goes at pick 157 point or Yeah, we got him at pick 190. All right. I know he's like banged up or whatever.
34:10But I'm fine just taking that.
34:19Yeah. Body cam video apparently it's a it's a bigger issue if you uh somebody else called the cops which I is an
34:26issue. I don't know. I don't even like getting into it to be honest.
34:30Worried about Rashi. Yeah, Rashi is not for me, man. I I It's not even so much like the It's just a combination of a
34:36bunch of things. The The one thing is like he looks terrible. Uh his knee's a real issue. Can't stay on the field. And
34:43then I I just I have real concerns about them running their whole offense through a five-yard ADOT Rashi Rice. Like I I
34:50just don't see it happening. I I can't picture it. All right, we're going to go Gaseki to get a third tight end here, I think,
34:59is the play.
35:03I'll be real with you guys. You could talk me into a 3663 here where our third quarterback is a Browns quarterback.
35:09You really could. I know that you guys might gag at what I just said there, but I think you could uh just to recap this
35:15team.
35:17Just to recap this team, uh we went from the three spot. Jamar Chase, Malik Neighbors, Jeremiah Love, Luther Birden, Basil Ton, Randre Stevenson, Joe Burrow,
35:25Mai Lemon, Harold Fannon, Casey Conpsion, Kenneth Gainwell, Daniel Jones, Tracy Hawinson, Ad Mitchell, Isaiah Pacheco, Mike Gaseki. We are
35:34going to hop into another draft here.
35:37Leave a like if you're enjoying the stream. Subscribe, all that stuff. We're trying to grow this summer. This is the time to do it.
35:47Oh, wow. I would say join up in this one, but this is going to be a little bit tricky.
36:00Let me go. Let me do this.
36:08All right. So, we are nine picks away in this one.
36:12I'll make my first round pick on my phone. I mean, it's nothing crazy.
36:19actually. I'll probably make this last round pick on my phone and switch it over.
36:24That's probably the sharp play.
36:30And I'll hide uh I'll hide my Deshun Watson pick from you guys.
36:38Really? It would be the Shador. You could talk me into Shadore on this team.
36:41Is it that crazy? What do you guys think? Maybe it should just be another quarter or another wide receiver. 2663.
36:48I just feel like I don't know. Chase Neighbors Burden. Okay, we'll take another receiver. Actually, we'll just It just feels a little bit thin with
36:53Burrow Daniel Jones. I guess that's all receiver.
37:12Guess we'll do booty.
37:19Probably going to get autopicked our first. Oh no, we got time. No, we got the three spot again.
37:34All right, see what we can do.
37:44All right, so that was that. Let's Let's pop this draft board out. Damn. So, back-toback 103's here. Another Jamar Chase. I debated doing a Macaffrey thing
37:52there, but it's just really tough for me to pass on Chase, man.
38:02What good books have I been reading?
38:04Wisdom of the Crowd by James. After the August rush, I'll see what's going on.
38:09I struggle to read or like find time for it.
38:18No puka. Not with the stuff going on today. I'm also just pretty comfortably chase over puka. I think they both have
38:24similar upside.
38:31Say if you Ron, if you tell me the draft guide is worth 30 bones, I'll get it.
38:35I'll say it is. Uh, but I will say you get it half off if you're on the Patreon, which of course if you're on
38:39the Patreon, you get my inseason content like my weekly rankings, rest of season rankings, waiverwire article, uh, all of that. Make sure you check it out. The
38:50basementdraftguide.com, uh, my tier top 200 is on there, my target rounds are on there, my player notes, my targets, my fades,
39:00everything you could possibly want. My player notes, every format you could think of. Um, the reviews have all been super overwhelmingly positive. I'm very
39:09appreciative that people have been buying it and then also really enjoying it. And like I've always said, uh, if there's anything wrong with the
39:17site or there's anything that you would love to see on the site, let me know.
39:21Um, and I I've been we've been working with you guys to make it better, make improvements. Uh, and you can sync it
39:28with your Sleeper League. You can't sync it with your draft on ESPN or Yahoo.
39:32That'll be a 2027 edition. I know it's not. It sucks, but the draft guide is still awesome. Just put it in another
39:40screen or monitor, whatever. Um, check it out. The basementdraftguide.com.
39:45Uh, it's really everything like I it's literally all my notes, everything put into one thing. Uh, you can also compare, you know, if you're drafting on
39:55Yahoo, you can see who I have ranked higher than the Yahoo default ranking instead of the ADP. So, all that stuff.
40:01the ESPN sync. The ESPN sync works in that the ESPN sync is it'll sync your league settings from ESPN, which like
40:09isn't that crazy. Um, so that's kind of the only issue with the ESPN stuff.
40:17So, London gets back to us. Let's take London.
40:23If you buy the monthly Patreon now, will I get the draft guy for half off? Yes, sir. That's like essentially the point
40:28is that you can uh like I know some people in my Patreon has put people off in the past. I know some people just
40:34don't like Patreon or the monthly stuff, but if you want my inseason content, you can sign up for the Patreon and then you
40:40can make an account on the basementdraftguide.com sync the Patreon.
40:44You get the draft guide half off and you get all my content in season on the Patreon.
40:56zero RB, something like that. I'm not sure what we're gonna do. We probably Let's go I think we're gonna go Breeze
40:59just to change it up.
41:03Could talk me into just fully going into Oh, with Nico coming back. We're going to take Nico now. We might just go full
41:13zero wide receiver.
41:18Can you import the draft guides ADP into Yahoo? I'm not sure what that means.
41:23No, you have to do it manually. The ESPN sync only syncs your league settings.
41:28The sleeper is the one that uh crosses it off uh for you.
41:43Are we drafting Darren Waller? No.
41:46Honestly, no.
41:52Uh, where is Winnie? Sleeping behind me.
41:54Sleeping behind me. Just chilling. She is right over here like on the floor.
42:01Well, she has like a a dog bed behind me. Yeah, if I'm going to start three wide receivers, it's going to be three
42:06awesome ones to be honest.
42:09London Nico Chase is sweet.
42:14That was the what, the 2025 first overall pick in Chase. Uh Drake was a second round pick. Nico Collins early second round pick. 2023 Ron Style draft.
42:25Yeah.
42:51Said ETR has him in the low 200s.
42:53Interesting. So, I guess he's he's an interesting flyer.
42:58Rice over Collins if you draft. I'm I can't do I'm just out on Rice. I I just brought it up. It's just not for me. The
43:07injury, him being like I'm not sure there's a greater disconnect between a player's talent and their projection than Rashi Rice.
43:22like he's maybe the most least talented or like the least talented 15 plus point per game projection on the board.
43:30Uh yeah, this is the last draft for me.
43:34What Arby's are left?
43:37What the hell?
43:39Wow. A 405 Parker Washington. I'm telling you, those are the two Parker Washington and Jonathan Brooks are like the story of this off seasonason so far
43:48of who who can uh play a game of chicken more and push them up more, outdoing each other of like who who can
43:56spend the highest draft pick possible.
43:58All right, let's lock in. Let's lock in.
44:01Oh, we're going to sprint to take Coloulston Loveland. Take Coloulston Loveland. So, now we lock in an elite tight end. We have three wide receivers.
44:13Uh I mentioned the Olave thing earlier, but it's just he he projects really cleanly and I like the Saints environment and I think I was over uh I
44:21think I was overdoing it on the fear about his blood clot stuff.
44:28ZB in the big 2026.
44:31Dude, there's a there's a there's a uh you know, there's a chance that this is the year like the last two years has been pretty
44:37unbelievable for running back health.
44:41I'm always down to throw a curveball with zero RB just in case something something goes sideways this year.
44:54Yeah, I can't do I I have Parker Washington reasonably ranked, but people are like starting to outdo theelves.
45:00Like I I none of the like Parker Washington over this tier of like McLaren J. Oh, I wanted Swift bad. So
45:07Swift and Montgomery go. That sucks.
45:16Let's go. Basil tin.
45:28Could have talked me into Bucky Irving there or something, but I like this start.
45:39Yeah, exactly. The Leo Lave thing is fine. He to me he's like I prefer Devonte Smith and Flowers but then after
45:45him you can sell me on a lava. Damn, these people just aren't budgeting on Ibuka.
45:52What's the earliest you're fine taking Parker? Um fifth round. Like let me see the receivers on the board right now. This
46:00is about it. Like once once Devonte and Mike Evans are gone, you could sell me into Parker Washington over DJ Moore as like a mid-fifth round
46:08pick. That's fine by me. Why Toutin over Bucky? Uh I'm just much I I just think Kenneth Gainwell is a is a real
46:17hindrance as a passing game threat.
46:20Whereas with Tuton, like Chris Rodriguez is there, but I I I don't fear him in a passing game role. I I know that they
46:26have Quinn Allen who's going to be on like third downs and stuff, but that's not really what I'm I'm worried about.
46:33It's probably the design stuff, like the screen game and all of that. Like Kenneth Gwell could just take a lot of
46:37that from Bucky.
46:42And they're both solid picks, though.
46:49Isn't this the running back dead zone?
46:51Uh, in half PPR, no.
46:54That was also part of that video is like in half PPR, this is about where the running backs and wide receivers
47:00uh become even.
47:03Full PPR, it's a dead zone. It's It's a dead zone.
47:08But yeah, like I said, in Happy PBR, this is where, you know, you can kind of take a dip on the dead zone.
47:13And then also, like, you know, it's a zero RB team, so at a certain point, you know, I already missed my the optimal
47:20window to take a running back, so you got to do what you can do. Uh yeah, double her RB will be out sometime this
47:26weekend, maybe even before then.
47:32It's a goated start. Yeah, we just got to um got to just lay in the plane. I actually just recently moved JSN back
47:38over Aman RA. I think I did that this morning.
47:43I think at first I was just like, "Oh, well Brown's just like in a better situation with less turnover." But what JSN did
47:51last year was pretty remarkable.
48:06Let's do Pard here. I think we'll see what comes back. This is a fun zero RB team.
48:18What's going on? Nacho.
48:20What running backs do I have over CD?
48:24That one's always tricky. Um, but for certain it is Gibbs, Bejian, McAffrey, JT, James Cook, Ashen, Genty.
48:40What do you mean the change tracker on the draft doesn't work with 100% of the changes? What does that mean?
48:46I think it only does like the uh the biggest changes. No, now you got me stressing out.
48:54Pull this up.
49:11Like it only does the big changes is what I would say.
49:24Where you taking, pal?
49:31All right, let me take Caleb.
49:33I'm loving this team.
49:49Two hits. His team is a monster. You like pard? H. Not really. Not really.
49:54But in a half PPR zero RB team in the late six, he's fine by me.
50:03Just got to lay on the plane. Yes, sir.
50:07Going to bed. Good night, brother.
50:10You have CD over JT. Wow. Feel like for a Colts guy. That's crazy. I've been actually coming around on JT.
50:17You could sell me on JT over McCaffrey to be honest.
50:22First True Zero RB on stream this year.
50:24And it probably won't be the last.
50:26Hopefully not the last. Honestly, I'd like to do a true zero RB on on one of our high stakes. Preferably NFC where
50:33full PPR, three wide receiver, one flex is like damn near daring you to do zero RB.
50:39Second round is a hidden dead zone in my opinion. Full of overhyped players. The hit rate will be lower than people
50:43think. Second round is always a little bit tricky.
50:48J from the 103 seems hard because you have to take chase and then you tend to get starved out. Yeah, I agree. I agree.
50:54Uh, that's like on on the to-do list as well is one of those, you know, my favorite spots to pick from. I'd
51:00probably put the three and the four spot pretty low.
51:07Wow. You think stiking gets Wow.
51:13Interesting.
51:16I kind of like the Colts, but I will say as a Jets fan who's holding your 27 first, I'm I'm I'd love it. Worried
51:21about Puka fall off? Not really. Not really. I just like chase over him. A handful. Handful of ghoul.
51:29The hell. What the hell does that mean?
51:33Preer 106 or 112.
51:40Probably 106.
51:43I used to hate 106, but 106. Probably take Macaffrey or JT.
51:52And then just see what comes back to you.
52:09Let's see.
52:15Kind of hate the receivers here.
52:23I guess let's lean into the Chicago thing. We'll take Manonga at running back trying to catch up there.
52:46Our whole franchise is fired. Yeah.
52:49You're right that it is the it is the hottest seat in the league.
52:54Dude, Colts fans got so mad at me the other day because I was uh I was victory lapping the Sauce Gardner uh rep against
53:00AJ Brown, which I get. It's like it's a practice rep, whatever. Um but it's crazy. I'm not sure a single team in the NFL pay a 27 first for Sauce
53:08Gardner right now. I don't think so. I don't know. I don't know if anyone even pays a 28 first.
53:21Let's take digs on this team. I'm starting to really come around on digs.
53:24I want to have more and he goes in our flex spot. And I feel
53:38good about Digs giving us points in the flex.
53:45JT or Aman Raw?
53:49JT for me. The thoughts of Justin Jefferson. No, I can't do it at 108. Am I crazy to think that Watson the fifth
53:55is way too early? Eh, it's not great.
54:00We got Nigel in here. What's going on?
54:08I don't think so. I mean, he's like I don't know. He's fine to, you know, if you want to do a 18th round pick in one
54:13of these on underdog, sure. But it's about it. Yeah. No, Chris Chris Ballard having a job is is one of the craziest
54:21things. I'm not sure how he is. Uh, and it's I don't know. It's really tough with the Colts. I think that Stiken's a
54:28great coach or a great offensive play caller at least, but it's really tough with um like giving giving Daniel Jones all that
54:39money off an Achilles tear. The Alec Pierce thing two first for Sauce Gardner.
54:50Sky over Judkins for me.
54:55Could the suspension hit four plus territory?
54:59So I I don't think so yet and then Ballard like grew hair out of nowhere as well.
55:12I have number eight this weekend.
55:15Caffrey, Chase Brown, Rice Bree seems like a fun team.
55:30Pat loves Ballard as in McAfee.
55:39Wow, Brock. I can't even say that I remember them being in the Stafford conversation, but I think you're right.
55:47Now that you say it, I do kind of remember them. Oh, I wanted Worthy to come back. Damn.
56:08Damn, he took Rashad White Jacobe Myers.
56:24I don't have anything set up at quarterback.
56:41I got some ideas.
56:44Staffford would have retired on the Colts.
56:47It's fine going to India, but the Rams offered more. Lions weren't interesting.
57:02I'm gonna go Higgins. And that might be like our last receiver on this team.
57:22This might be like a 3663 team. H something like that.
57:36Um the two wide receiver, one flex. Josh at the 307 is probably a great pick.
57:43The less players in your starting lineup, the more Josh Allen gets elevated.
57:51What fourth round or what fifth round receivers are you looking at uh on ESPN?
57:58Dude, I've been saying move Richardson.
57:59If not tight end, then wide receiver, bro. Dude, Ally Pierce is banged up and you don't got an ex receiver, go run
58:05some routes, bud.
58:07I genuinely mean that.
58:10At certain point, you got to look yourself in the mirror and just be a football player, man.
58:21team sweep.
58:23Gibbs, AJ Brown, Nico, you get Jacobs to come back. Parker Washington. Yeah, I think the biggest issue for Anthony Richardson is that he doesn't have
58:32eyesight.
58:35I love the Williams uh level stack. I wouldn't like reach for it um or anything crazy in a manage league, but
58:42I'm fine with it.
58:56Where did Zaire Franklin go? Where did Zaire Franklin go, Brock? And how how in tune are you with like the the Indiana
59:03area? Like I love uh during the NBA playoffs, I listen to Club 520 like every morning.
59:11Zire Franklin came on the show and like him and Jeff Teague like went at it for real like Jeff really hit him with like the
59:20who is this guy running back room of Cook and Genty good. Yeah, Packers, you're absolutely right.
59:40All right, I'm gonna go CJ Strad, bro. As an indie guy, you got to listen
59:57to Club 520.
60:00It's like Behan, Jeff Teague, Jeff Teague's brother, Maris Teague.
60:07Some DJ, the [ __ ] host. I can't think of his name.
60:16Damn, it took Tank Bigsby.
60:22Give me Cam Ward.
60:31Swift or Montgomery. I'm Swift there.
60:33Like KD, I don't mind him. I don't mind him. I would just build I would build with some high floor in mind or like even like
60:41early season production in mind like Isaiah likely.
60:50Trying to think of who else kind of fits that bill.
61:00Isaiah likely, Joan Johnson.
61:05You going that route.
61:09Damn. Marshall Lloyd Tank basically on the turn stung on this team. We don't have We got to like hammer out running
61:15backs here soon.
61:24I've been taking any floor.
61:27Uh only when I have cowboys to be honest.
61:32I don't mind that.
61:36Yeah, man. Do those. Dude, if I was an Indiana fan, what a run. I do love at Big 10 media day that uh uh signetti just hops on the
61:47mic and just starts talking his [ __ ] to everybody.
61:52Uh do I do a main yearly reddraft league like Funk Fantasy? I do the uh content creator league with the yearly league
61:58mates guys. That is uh BG and Snapback Sports and Nerd Sash as well if you're familiar with them. Uh I have my home
62:06league with my buddies.
62:09Uh we have another reason to sign up for the Patreon in addition to the basement draft guide is uh I run subscriber
62:16leagues. Uh it's a really fun format.
62:18It's called the basement invitational where we do four sleeper leagues. $100 buyin for everybody. uh half the pot goes to your individual
62:29league, half the pot goes to uh the overall prize winner in like a tournament setting where like it's like a Champions League sort of
62:39idea where the the playoff teams I I pretty much I track it all in a spreadsheet. It's it's a lot of extra
62:47work for no reason. Well, the the reason is that it's it's a community building thing and it's fun to play with you
62:52guys. um pause where um so you could like in theory win your own league and then win it all and like a $100 league
63:00you can come away with like damn near $2,000 which is pretty sweet. Got my brother asking who won the home league last
63:08year. Yes, my little brother did win the home league last year but he's lucky I lost in the semis because I would have outscored him in
63:15the championship. But who who's counting?
63:20And we are on the clock like a dumbass and take Kamara.
63:28Got to spam some running backs here.
63:31This might even be like a weird build.
63:38Like we might go like 3762 on this team.
63:52go Dolan Schultz and then we'll be done at tight end. We might take we might do uh three.
64:01It's actually funny. We're not the only set of brothers to have won the league.
64:07Um I got to win soon though, bro. I haven't won since 2019.
64:19I'm trying to think. We might we might do a 3762.
64:23I almost never do something like that, but feel pretty damn good about this receiver room.
64:35You could talk me into a 3672 or a 3663 as well.
64:44Let me know what you guys think. Here's a team so far. Or actually, I'll show you guys this view.
64:49We have 3462. We have Caleb Williams, CJ Strad, Cam Ward. We have Basil 2 and Tony Pard, Kongai, Alvin Kamara, Chase,
64:57London, Nico Collins, Stefan Digs, Kobe Myers, Jaden Higgins, Coulson Love, and Dton Schultz. What do you guys think? We have three picks left. Where should they
65:03go?
65:06I'm thinking at least two of them at running back. At least two of them at running back. You could talk me into all
65:11three.
65:14Oh, I know for a fact more people in the league use my guide than not.
65:21Like that's just that just is what that is.
65:26All right, so maybe we do a 3663. That's not a bad That's not a bad shout.
65:56you're saying good at quarterback and tight ends. Well, obviously quarterback This is baseball. This is underdog best
66:24baseball. We have three picks here.
66:27Might as well do a little promo before we get out of here. Use promo code Ron.
66:33When you sign up on Underdog, you can draft with us all summer long. You have a link to that in the description
66:38comment section live chat right now. Uh when you play $5, you get $50 in credits on the site to draft with us all summer
66:46long. This is a $25 best baseball mania draft. Uh with like millions of dollars up top being the winner. Um,
66:59let's do this.
67:13Guys, give me Sean Tucker. I'm not crazy about it.
67:34I go seven running backs.
67:36The issue is all these running backs suck. That's really the issue.
67:49Shawn White's going to take Bill's spot.
67:51I can see it. Who's the highest risk in round two?
67:55Damn. You take Gunner Helm. Damn, bro.
67:59With Trey McBride and Tucker Craft, that's just foul, man. Damn.
68:08Damn.
68:14Take Ray Davis. I don't know what we're going to do with this last pick.
68:25I think the seventh running back, but there's not really any on the board that I'm crazy about.
68:32Phil Mafa be Phil Mafa, Malik Davis.
68:43Uh I talked about it earlier. Uh I prefer Luther Burden, but I think they're both good picks where they go
68:51is how I would uh is how I would put it.
69:00Just got to do it. I should have honestly gone Gunner Helm to um Gunnar Helm to Cam Ward. I thought maybe
69:06I could push it.
69:09Pushing it for Jean Tucker probably wasn't the play though is what I'll say.
69:18Do I take Love in the early third for Dynasty? I like that.
69:23I think like the midse going back to PPR monster. I could see it. I don't know about monster, but like 16 plus points per game. I could see
69:34uh talk me into lad. Uh his rookie year, he had like 15 plus points, which would have been like the wide receiver 10 in
69:40points per game last year. Uh year three breakout attached to Mike McDaniel, move him around the formation, PPR upside.
69:48He's really good down the field as well terms of like yards per run on go route.
69:53So, uh he could be kind of a chess piece for Mike McDaniel, but uh there's certainly downside. There's downside.
69:58He's not in two wide receiver sets or probably not one wide receiver sets either. Things get mixed around. He's also a guy who's been banged up since
70:07his days at Georgia. So, it's tricky.
70:17Solver wants a wide receiver, huh?
70:38Yeah, that is interesting. I I don't see Carson Beck go very often.
70:46Who are the running backs even available?
70:49Actually, I know what I'm doing on this team.
70:55player I'm highest on relative to his price.
70:58Probably Garrett Wilson.
71:03Garrett Wilson.
71:09Josh DS is up there.
71:15Taking Brayen Allen on this team.
71:17Brilland Allen. We'll go seventh running back.
71:21Bang.
71:22A little bit weird to take seven more running backs than receivers, but I think on this team, just given the three
71:26receivers we got up top, uh, we can survive. So, that's the squad. Very weird squad, but I think that it works.
71:34Caleb Strad, Cam Ward, Tin, Pard, Manangai, Alvin Kamar, Shawn Tucker, Ray Davis, Brilan Allen, uh, Jamar Chase, Drake London, Nico Collins, Stefan
71:42Diggs, Jobe Myers, Jen Higgins, Coulson Leland, and Dalton Schultz. Uh, a weird team, but a fun team. But thank you everybody for hanging out with us
71:53tonight. Of course, we go live every single night now through week one. Make sure you're subscribed. Make sure you leave a like. Make sure if you have a
