AJ Barner

PositiveSleeper15:41

AJ Barner is a recommended tight end stream in deep leagues, maintaining a 75% route share and earning a 21% target share in his first full game with Sam Darnold.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveValue14:21

Antonio Williams is a recommended stash in deep leagues due to his high efficiency per route, despite fluctuating snap counts and overlapping skill sets with Stefon Diggs.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveSleeper0:26

Ron Stewart identifies Braelon Allen as the top waiver wire priority for week four, recommending a FAAB bid of 10% or more. With Breece Hall expected to miss two to four weeks due to a quad strain, Allen is projected as a firm RB2 and an instant set-and-forget starter, likely ranking in the RB18-24 range.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeUsage16:17

Brock Bowers maintains a high role in the Raiders offense, with the speaker noting that another tight end can still be a viable streamable option while maintaining a 75% plus route share alongside him.

Insight page

Chris Bell

PositiveBreakout13:43

Chris Bell is a recommended stash after a career-best performance in week two, where he saw a 73% route share, 5 targets, 4 catches, and 67 yards.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

PositiveProjection16:24

Despite recent underperformance, Ron Stewart expects Daniel Jones to have a good day in week four for the first time this season, primarily because he is part of an offense projected for top-10 implied points.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveUsage16:04

Darren Waller is a viable tight end option who recorded a 20% target share this past week with Bryce Young at quarterback.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeInjury3:30

Ron Stewart reports that Devon Achane is dealing with a torn ACL, which significantly impacts the Dolphins' backfield usage.

Insight page

Isaiah Davis

NegativeSleeper10:32

Isaiah Davis is a deep-league stash who has fallen out of favor with the coaching staff, currently serving as an RB3 without a clear situational role.

Insight page

Jaylen Wright

NegativeDepth Chart4:28

Jaylen Wright missed the game due to a DNP on Friday and remains a secondary waiver priority. He is expected to return to the Dolphins' lineup soon, potentially as early as week four, but Ron Stewart notes that the backfield will likely be a split between him and Ollie Gordon, limiting his fantasy appeal.

Insight page

Josh Cameron

NegativeUsage14:43

Josh Cameron is a deep-league stash who functions primarily as a blocking wide receiver, but he has been effective as a touchdown scorer when targeted.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

PositiveValue11:36

Kalif Raymond is a recommended waiver add and should be rostered everywhere; he is currently the WR12 in PPR and is projected to finish as a top-30 PPR receiver.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

PositiveUsage11:51

Keenan Allen is a strong PPR start while Alec Pierce is out, as the Colts' target distribution has become highly consolidated among four key players.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeUsage8:36

Kendre Miller is a potential waiver wire add following Travis Etienne's hamstring injury, but his role is complicated by Alvin Kamara's presence and a messy backfield split. He saw five touches in the game where Etienne left, but his immediate fantasy outlook remains uncertain.

Insight page

Konata Mumpfield

PositiveSleeper12:22

Konata Mumfield is an interesting waiver target following Puka Nacua's injury; he recorded 8 targets, 4 catches, 93 yards, and a touchdown against the Broncos, though he remains a tier below Keenan Allen.

Insight page

Malik Washington

PositiveBreakout3:24

Ron Stewart recommends Malik Washington as a must-add following De'Von Achane's torn ACL, noting he is a preferred target over the Dolphins' running backs. Washington saw 10 targets and two carries in week three and is viewed as a poor man's Deebo Samuel, functioning as a viable WR3/flex play.

Insight page

Michael Mayer

PositiveUsage16:12

Michael Mayer is a streamable tight end who maintains a 75% plus route share even while playing alongside Brock Bowers.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon

NegativeUsage4:44

Despite being the primary beneficiary of the Dolphins' backfield injuries, Ron Stewart warns that Ollie Gordon is not a 'free square.' While he saw 17 carries for 41 yards and a touchdown, his efficiency is poor, featuring a 65% stuff rate and -34 rushing yards over expectation. He is projected as roughly an RB28 for Week 4.

Insight page

Pat Bryant

NegativeUsage14:09

Pat Bryan is a stash candidate who scores touchdowns, but he is concerningly earning under a 10% target share in back-to-back weeks.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeInjury8:43

Travis Etienne is projected to miss the next few weeks due to a hamstring injury.

0:00What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement. I'm Ron. And if you're down bad in your fantasy football league, you're one and two, you're 0
0:07and3, scratching and clawing for wins, your whole team is injured, you're in luck because the week four waiverwire is pretty solid. Today, I'm going to talk
0:17through my must add waiverwire targets for week four of the fantasy football season. All of these players are under 50% owned in ESPN leagues. As always, if
0:26you enjoy, leave a like, subscribe if you're new, and our first player, my number one ad on the week is Brilan
0:33Allen. Now, how this video works is I have my priority ads. These first four players are my priority ads, players that I would bid 10% or more of my fab
0:43budget on. I use this video to kind of gather my thoughts, get my notes together, and then as soon as I post
0:48this video, I go over to the Patreon, patreon.com/rrons.
0:53drop a link in the description and the comment section below where I will have my waiverwire fab article where I rank
0:59every single player and give you fab recommendations for everyone. We even go deeper than the players on this list if you want help with your waiverwire
1:09acquisitions. You can find that over on the Patreon. Now with Brilan Allen number one ad on the week, Bree Hall of
1:15course gets hurt in this game. It is a quad strain. This is from Jeff Mueller here saying that quad strains for
1:20running backs are rough. He's expecting two to three weeks minimum. That's big.
1:24When they came out yesterday and said, "Oh, it's week to week." I was expecting maybe he misses one week and then is
1:30back the next. Now, it seems like it could be a two to four week absence. And if that's the case, Brilen Allen is a
1:35firm RB2 in any game that Brilen or that Bree Hall misses. Brilland Allen was the only running back to receive a touch in
1:43this game against the Lions. He will be the everyown bellcow. Now, you can definitely poke holes and say, "Well, this Jets offense isn't great." But
1:50volume is volume. And I think when we talk about week four rankings here, Brilen Allen will probably probably be somewhere in the RB
1:5818 to 24 range as pretty much an instant set and forget player uh in your lineup.
2:04After that, my second must add player is Malik Washington.
2:10My good buddies Hayden Winkx and Josh Norris have been talking about this, but with the Devon Achan torn ACL, I really
2:17do think Malik Washington is the guy to own in Miami, even more so than Oi Gordon, even more so than Jaylen Wright.
2:26This is a team that is bad. Even with all of the volume that Devon Achan had, he was still a mid-range RB2. That is
2:31now going to get split two ways between Oi Gordon and Jaylen Wright, assuming Jaylen Wright is healthy here. But Malik Washington, Hayden Wing says that he's
2:39going to outscore all the running backs.
2:41Uh he also had three backfield carries over the last two games. This is somebody that saw 10 targets and two rush attempts in this week three game
2:48against the Chiefs. He is going to be like a wide receiver three/flex play moving forward where he's going to get he think of him like uh like a poor
2:56man's dbo Samuel in this Dolphins offense. So that's not super interesting, but that's going to be like a wide receiver threeflex play moving
3:04forward. And we're in this age of a lot of these players sucking, right? Odun, Brian Thomas, Marvin Harrison Jr., uh, all of these guys that you can't trust
3:12in your lineup, all these players that are injured, Malik Washington as a flex play, you could do a lot worse. Now, of
3:19course, the backfield will be players that we are targeting as well. Jaylen Wright, Olly Gordon, Olly Gordon is definitely the preferred option here,
3:28right? He's the one who is healthy. He's the one that played in this game. We have some notes here we covered
3:32yesterday on the 10 lesson show. Of course, if you missed the 10 lesson show where we walked through the rookie running back carousel, the rookie
3:37receiver report, make sure you check it out. Make sure you're subscribed, all of that good stuff. Uh, important to note that Jillian Wright and Oi Gordon have
3:43split the minimal backup work prior to Wright's injury, which forced him to miss week three. Seems like he could be in the mix to play in week four. I I I
3:50will double check that now as I'm taping this live if we have any Jaylen Wright injury updates. Uh, but at this point in
3:59time, Olly Gordon is going to be the main man. He is the guy to actually use your fab budget, use your uh waiverwire
4:09priority. As far as I can tell, it seems like Jaylen Wright will be back soon. Uh potentially as soon as this week, but
4:16regardless, it's just not great. Uh it's a bad team. It's a bad offense. This is somebody that we saw with Han where he
4:22just wasn't even all that good with all of the volume. So now we are going to be splitting that. Uh you have some Ryan
4:28Heath here. Essentially, Jaylen Wright gets downgraded to uh DMP Friday, misses the game. I think some of that is maybe he could have gone, but there's no
4:37reason to hold on to a million running backs on your active roster. He had an 89% snapshot. Oie Gordon from the time
4:44that Hchan gets hurt. Uh and then Ollie Gordon ends up in this game with 17 carries, 41 yards, and a touchdown.
4:51Without a touchdown, we're talking 17 carries, 41 yards. He got uh on the entire season 65% stuff rate. Terrible.
4:58minus 34 rushing yards over expectation.
5:00Terrible. This is not a free square.
5:02Kind of like Brilen Allen where Bree Hall goes down. Brilland Allen is going to be startable. Uh Olly Gordon will be
5:07startable, but we're talking about a guy that if I was to predict where I'll have him in my week four running back
5:13rankings, he'll probably be around like running back 28. If I had to guess for Olly Gordon, uh he is somebody that does
5:19not have to go in lineups. He's more of a down bad RB2 spot. And then Jaylen Wright is less of a priority ad, but I
5:24just wanted to mention him here as someone that should get picked up uh just in case. This is a team that spent
5:31a day two pick on Jaylen Wright. I will say that was the previous regime, but he is somebody that was ahead of Olli
5:37Gordon at some points throughout his career. They have been very up and down of if it's Olly Gordon or Jaylen Wright.
5:42It's why none of these guys were drafted in any leagues. One because the Dolphins offense sucks and two because neither of
5:47them have been the clear every down handcuff. And after that, our final priority ad here is Kenyan Sadi. Now, I do want to say, don't go crazy with
5:56Kenyan Sadi. All right? Because yes, I'm excited, right? Eight targets, seven catches, 105 yards, a touchdown, huge breakout, 4.2 yards per out run in this
6:05game against the Lions. The most from a tight end in a single game across the board on the entire 2026 season. Minimum
6:1225 routes run. Super encouraging. But he only ran 57% of the routes. This is a game without Adonai Mitchell, without Mason Taylor, without Omar Cooper. Mason
6:21Taylor, a big big hurdle here. He seems to be back here soon because he's going to play the other tight end spot, which
6:28there's just going to be alignments where Kenyon Sadi isn't as good as an inline blocker of Mason Taylor. So, there's just going to be times where
6:34Kenyan Sadi isn't on the field. this game. Yes, Kenyan Sadique had some injury issues where he went to the 10 I
6:39think a time or two and that definitely is going to bring your route percentage from we're hoping for tight ends to get
6:44the 70% plus 57% in a game where Kenyan Sadique had all the runway in the world is a little bit concerning because then
6:50once we get a roadblock of Adonai Mitchell, we get a roadblock of Mason Taylor, the other tight end on this team, if he hovers in the 50% to 60%
6:58route share range, it's just not enough.
7:00It's not a good enough offense where Dolan Concaid can get away with your 65 to 70% or like under that. I mean like
7:06more like high 60s. We're talking 65% 66% uh route share for Don Concade. You can get away with it when it's Josh
7:11Allen and the Bills offense. When it's a Jets offense, we really need 75% plus of the route share. Uh I do think he has a
7:18lot of upside. This could be a spot where they were slow playing him. Uh he missed a lot of training camp with a I
7:25think hernia recovery.
7:27Maybe he doesn't know the entire playbook and he could be somebody down the stretch that pops off like Harold Fannon in 2025. I think that he is one
7:34of the best tight end stashes, but I wouldn't run to waiverss, grab Kenyan Sadique, and then immediately throw him in your tight end one spot is what I'm
7:41trying to say. Now, after that, that concludes all of our priority ads. Those are guys that I'd be using uh waiver
7:48priority on fab dollars of 10% or more on. Uh the rest of this video are guys that I would be putting small bids on.
7:54Maybe you wait to see them roll through and then you grab them for free after that or put like a $0 bid on. Uh we'll
8:00talk about the running backs first. The number in the parenthesis is just the percentage of leagues these guys are owned in. Right? So Emtt Johnson is
8:06owned in 23.4% of ESPN leagues. Again, all these guys are under 50% owned in ESPN leagues. I think it's laughable that EMTT Johnson, Mike Washington, and
8:14Brian Robinson uh are only rostered in one quarter of ESPN leagues. That is nonsense. If he's out there, go grab them. Uh those are three handcuffs that
8:23need to be owned across the board, right? Emma Johnson is the Kenneth Walker handcuff. Mike Washington, the Ashen Genty handcuff, Brian Robinson,
8:28the Bejian Robinson handcuff, and Brian Robinson himself has made some plays over the last two weeks. Then you have Kendra Miller. Now, he just narrowly
8:36missed my priority ads segment because Kamara is there and he is very annoying for how this backfield shakes out.
8:43Travis Tienne, hamstring injury, is likely going to miss the next few weeks is kind of how I would uh project things
8:51forward. The issue is that when he left the game from John Dagel here, it was six touches for Kamar, five for Kendrick
8:58Miller. So, it's going to be an annoying split. You also have CJ Donaldson in the mix as like their pass blocking back.
9:03It's just not going to be all that pretty, but when we're talking about a player getting touches in this Saints offense, they should be rostered. Then,
9:11I'll also talk about Keenan Mitchell and Kamani Vidal. I wouldn't go nuts here, but we talk about a backfield that all
9:17of us were very high on coming into the year. Hampton has been really shrunk down in his role in this offense down to
9:2542% of the snaps. They threw Kamani Vidal in there. They threw Keen Mitchell in there. Kian Mitchell throws a scores a touchdown. I'm not saying so much that
9:35either Keeon Mitchell or Kamani Vidal are going to win leagues, but I think at this point you're 0 and three. The whole
9:40team sucks. I think the Omarian Hampton three down Bellcow first round pick uh maybe that they felt like they the draft
9:49what I'm trying to say is the draft capital is out the window on Amarian Hampton. Every touch he gets moving forward is earned. Uh and when that's
9:54the case, they're rotating in these running backs. They're trying to find a spark and it wouldn't shock me if one of
9:58these guys emerged ahead of Amarian Hampton. Now, I think it's a really small percentage, but I just think that his role as the Bellcow is much less
10:07secure than what I would have thought offseason through week two is what I'm trying to say. So, I think all these
10:13guys need to be rostered just in case something drastic happens in this backfield. Uh, then we have Caleb Johnson as well. He outnaps Marshon
10:20Lloyd in that Thursday night game. It didn't really end up mattering. Chris Brooks outnapped all of them, but he had no carries, so it's just like an ugly
10:26three-way split. Josh Jacobs is back soon, so I wouldn't go nuts on Caleb Johnson, but he is an interesting ad over on the Packers. And then same deal
10:35with Isaiah Davis. This one's for really deep leagues. I wouldn't go crazy. He's the receiving back next to Brilan Allen.
10:40It seems like he is not as much in favor with this staff as he was previously. Uh he has kind of been a zero the entire
10:50year. Whereas, if you remember back to, I want to say even last year, it was like this nasty three-way split between
10:54Bree, Brilen Allen, and then Isaiah Davis in passing down situations. That has not been the case. So, he is very much uh like RB3 and not even like a
11:02situational RB3, but there is a chance that he has some winkle. He's an efficient guy. A prospect I was high on.
11:07I think coming out of South Dakota State, one of the Dakotas, I'm going to say it was South. Uh fun prospect. Uh
11:13he's got some juice. He's kind of kind got like some Tai Johnson to him, but uh that's about it. Then we can get to our
11:19wide receiver list here where we have our starts and our stashes. If you need a player to get into your flex this
11:25week, you're down bad, you need PPR points, you go to the start section. If you need a stash, right, you could get
11:30some guys, get some depth in, maybe you have a spot freed up on your bench and you just want to stash a receiver, you
11:36go to the stashes. First up, let's talk about the starts. Finally, I'm going to fold the Khif Raymond. He's the wide
11:40receiver 12 in PPR. I've been too stubborn on him. He is probably this year's vet wide receiver waiverwire ad.
11:46I think uh Trey Tucker last year where he's going to end up as like a top 30 PPR wide receiver. He's still out there
11:51in 90% of ESPN leagues. He needs to be rostered everywhere. Then you have Keenan Allen and things are so consolidated now that Alec Pierce is
11:58gone that we had a situation here where the Colts had 35 targets. This is a tweet I uh mentioned on yesterday's
12:04video from Jacob Sanderson. 35 Colts targets went to 11 for Josh DS, 10 for Tyler Warren, nine for Keenan Allen, and
12:12three to Jonathan Taylor. says all but two targets went to those four players.
12:16Keenan Allen is going to be a PPR scam until Alec Pierce returns, which seems like that's not imminent at this point.
12:22Then you have Konado Mumfield. And I'll say a huge tier break from Keenan Allen to Konata Mumfield. Huge tear break.
12:27This is if you're really desperate, but Kamado and we we kind of got burned last week and I will Terren Ferguson uh could
12:35have maybe had an awesome game against the Broncos. He gets banged up. I wouldn't hold it against him. Now, uh, it does feel a little bit cheap to be
12:40like, oh, well, now this is the handcuff to Puka Nua's handcuff because the idea is that Puka goes down and then Terren
12:46Ferguson was awesome on the prime time game against the Giants. Then we followed it up against the Broncos.
12:50Terren Ferguson gets injured and then Konata Mumfield, fun player. I drafted in a Devi league once upon a time uh where I think he went to uh Akan uh was
12:59a really hot commodity in the transfer portal, goes to pit and then kind of flames out at pit and then is like a
13:03late round UDFA guy for the Rams. But he stuck around on this roster. Uh he has eight targets, four catches, 93 yards
13:09and a touchdown versus the Broncos. Of course, a lot of that came on the huge touchdown play. But eight targets is
13:14eight targets and now that Puka is down, if Ferguson misses another week, I think if anybody gets anything after Devonte Adams, I think it'll be Kona Mumfield.
13:23So, he's interesting. Uh then you get to Matt Collins. He leads this wide receiver room in target share, right? AJ Brown is hurt, but this offense is so
13:31bad, it just might not matter. Uh after that we have our stashes which we'll bring up our rookie receiver report report for if you want to see me go in
13:39depth on that again that'll be on yesterday's video. Uh we have Chris Bell somebody that had a disappointing week two uh where he ended
13:47up going from 54% of the snaps or routes to 39% and then 73%. So he has outdone his week one route share. He ended up
13:55having his best game as a pro. Five targets, four catches, 67 yards, three first downs. This is a really good step
14:00in the right direction. I also wonder if we see the pass rate increase on this team without Achan and now we see more
14:06pass attempts and a little bit more tempo from this offense. I think Chris Bell is a good stash. I think Pat
14:10Bryan's a good stash. He scores a touchdown in this game, but we are talking about back-to-back weeks of under a 10% target share. So, he's not
14:16earning targets at the rate you'd want him to, but he is making plays. He is running routes. Uh Antonio Williams only
14:22rostered 8.6% of leagues. It does suck.
14:25You can see him. Uh I'll sort of shrink this down. So, he's right across the bottom there. 29% of routes, then 55%
14:30and then back down to 29%. But he's so good across the board per route that I think he needs to be stashed. Even with
14:37Mariota, even with the uh overlapping skill set of Williams and Diggs, I think that he needs to be stashed regardless.
14:43And then if you're in a deep league, I'm talking like 14 teamer, three wide receiver, two flex, Josh Cameron is worth a shout. Josh Cameron uh at the
14:51bottom here, he's a blocking wide receiver. He has the highest percentage of snaps blocking if he's on the field.
14:5860% or more of the time he is blocking which is which is absurd. I I I I do wonder the Josh Cameron stuff I I've
15:04been fascinated by. I I went on a ra long rant about it yesterday. I wonder if it starts to become a tell where Josh
15:09Cameron's on the field they're going to run the ball but it's been so effective that when they don't run the ball and
15:14he's out there he's been scoring touchdowns because I think the defense has been selling out. So he's a fun player. His per out stuff is definitely
15:20juiced because of that blocking skill set. But when he's out there and they throw the ball to him, good things happen. Uh so he is definitely worth the
15:27stash. So, we're talking about a guy that has never ran more than 30% of the routes in a given game. So, just pump
15:32the brakes a little bit there. Then we have our tight end and quarterback flyers this week. Tight ends really, really bare this week. AJ Barner, not a
15:42bad shout though. Uh 75% route share so far. That was really his biggest issue heading into the year was was he going
15:47to run enough routes next to Elijah Aoyo. He has maintained a 75% route share. We talked about that with Kenyan Sadi. 75% route share is going to play.
15:55he just hasn't gotten the targets, but in his first game with Sam Darnold, like first full game with Darnold this year,
16:00uh he got a 21% target share. So, I really like AJ Barner in deep leagues.
16:04Then you have Darren Waller. He had a 20% target share this past week. Jaylen Coker's banged up. Bryce Young seems to
16:09be a competent quarterback at this point in time. And then Michael Mayer, uh somebody who probably got dropped by a lot of guys who had Bowers. He still hit
16:17a 75% plus route share next to Brock Bowers. I believe he scored a touchdown in this game. I think he's going to be a
16:24fine streamable tight end even next to Brock Bowers in this offense. Then we have our quarterbacks here. Straoud, Darnold, Daniel Jones. Uh Straoud of
16:32course has been the best the entire season. Darnold comes off a game where he goes crazy against Washington. Daniel Jones has been underperforming at this
16:38point, but the reason I like all of these players is because they are all in offenses that are top 10 in implied
16:44points for week four. You have Texans versus Dallas. That's a great matchup.
16:49Seattle versus the Chargers, which I guess Vegas is not scared of the Chargers at all. And then Colts vers Washington. We just saw Sam Darnold go
16:55crazy against Washington. I think Daniel Jones will have a good day for the first time this year. And then Marcus Bariota,
17:01he looked pretty dang good and he gets to be on the other side of that game against Daniel Jones. So those are your
17:06streamers. Those are your desperation tight ends. That is the waiverwire video for week four of the fantasy football season. Again, I will post this video
17:15and then I will write my fab article over on the Patreon.
