A.J. Brown

PositiveProjection19:19

The source includes AJ Brown in a 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability and Brown's role within it.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

NegativeValue30:57

Ron Stewart considers Aaron Rodgers as a quarterback option if other targets are taken, noting he's not particularly enthusiastic about Rodgers but the team could afford another QB given weak wide receiver options in this round.

Insight page

AJ Dillon

NegativeValue9:00

Ron Stewart mentions AJ Dillon (referenced as 'Etienne' in the late round four tier) as one of several running back options available in late round four alongside Swift and Montgomery. Stewart notes he's not crazy about taking running backs in that range, suggesting Dillon is available but not a preferred target at that ADP.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

PositiveProjection3:24

Ron Stewart ranked Amon-Ra St. Brown 10th overall in his Superflex rankings. When asked to choose between Christian McCaffrey, Jamarr Chase, and St. Brown for the third overall pick, Stewart selected Chase, indicating St. Brown is in the tier just below the top two receivers.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveValue0:27

Ron Stewart highlighted Bijan Robinson as a premium value at pick 103 in best-ball, explaining that while picks 3-4 are typically poor positions, they become excellent if Bijan or Gibbs falls to you. Stewart ranked Bijan 2nd overall in his Superflex rankings and selected him as the anchor of his constructed team alongside Breece Hall and Malik Nabers, demonstrating strong conviction in his draft value across formats.

Insight page

Brandin Cooks

PositiveRole9:55

Brandin Cooks's presence on the Jets limits Breece Hall's target share; Hall's receiving upside increased significantly in games without Cooks last year, when he was on pace for 40+ receptions. This suggests Cooks competes for targets in the passing game.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveValue2:00

Ron Stewart loves Breece Hall at 303 overall and ranks him as the latest RB1 he'd be comfortable with in a 14-team league. Stewart selected him as part of a constructed team with Bijan Robinson and Malik Nabers, suggesting the sixth-round price point is acceptable. Hall was used as a bell cow in preseason and projects well as a pass-catcher; Stewart expects him to catch 50-60+ passes this year (up from 40-reception pace last year without Brandin Cooks) and flirt with 16+ points per game. Stewart notes Hall paid off as a third-round pick last year in games without Cooks and is surprised people don't like him more.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

PositiveRole51:46

The source explicitly does not label Brian Thomas as a 'sacrificial act' in the Packers offense, contrasting him favorably with Matthew Golden and implying stronger role security and production expectations.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeValue36:18

Ron Stewart loves Brock Bowers but explicitly avoids drafting him, citing that in half-PPR best-ball formats he becomes 'pretty tough to have on a lot of my teams,' indicating format-specific value concerns despite positive regard for the player.

Insight page

Calvin Ridley

NegativeValue30:44

Ron Stewart explicitly rejects Calvin Ridley as a draft target in this round, indicating a fade on the wide receiver.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeValue25:19

Stewart identifies Chase Brown paired with James Cook as his favorite one-two turn pairing in the draft, indicating strong preference for this RB combination. However, Stewart also notes 'I would think about it long and hard' when comparing Brown to CeeDee Lamb in half-PPR double flex, suggesting Brown is viable but not the preferred choice at that spot. At pick 111, Stewart notes 'price of the brick is going up,' acknowledging rising ADP, and warns that the Colts could implode, introducing downside risk to the pick.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeInjury0:45

Christian McCaffrey experienced a significant ranking change due to veteran rest and tightness reported over the weekend. Ron Stewart currently ranks him 6th overall but indicated he would move CMC down behind Jonathan Taylor and James Cook if more negative information emerges. Stewart emphasized this is not yet full panic mode, as there is no specific body part mentioned and it's described as veteran rest for tightness. Stewart noted McCaffrey received similar injury reports last year and advised against moving him down significantly, suggesting cautious but not panicked positioning.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveProjection54:30

The source expects Christian Watson to be a core engine of the Packers' top-10 EPA per play offense, alongside Jordan Love, Tucker Kraft, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden, indicating strong confidence in Watson's role and production.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveValue8:00

Ron Stewart includes Colston Loveland in a draft strategy where he doubles up on tight ends (McBride and Loveland), indicating both are viable targets in the same draft and suggesting Loveland offers value at his draft position.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveValue9:00

Ron Stewart ranks Swift in the low 50s overall as an early fifth-round pick, reflecting strong valuation for a running back in the dead zone. Stewart explicitly states he doesn't like taking running backs in late round four (where Swift is available alongside Etienne and Montgomery), but he sees Swift as a value at his ADP and has positioned him as a preferred target despite general hesitation about the position in that range.

Insight page

Dalvin Cook

NegativeRole51:46

The source drafts Cook as a running back in the team construction, indicating acceptance of Cook as a viable option in the draft despite the source's general skepticism of the dead zone running back area.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeValue49:24

Draft tool recommendation flagged Davante Adams as a value target at a specific draft position, with the source noting the tool suggested Adams over other options.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeValue9:00

Ron Stewart would like to take more of David Montgomery but notes he gets taken ahead of where Stewart would draft him, indicating the running back is overvalued relative to Stewart's preference. Montgomery is mentioned as one of several late round four options (alongside Swift and Etienne), but Stewart's explicit statement that he'd take more of him if available at his target ADP suggests a fade at current market price.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveValue8:35

Ron Stewart maintains he hasn't moved Drake London down significantly in his rankings ('moved him down a few spots, nothing crazy') despite London falling in drafts, likely due to Tua Tagovailoa concerns. London had strong performances with Desmond Ridder, and Stewart is not moving him down further despite committee backfield concerns. Stewart includes Drake London in a draft strategy that allows flexibility to defer running back selection; taking Drake London early enables you to wait on running backs and still have quality options available later.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

NegativeInjury6:00

Emeka Egbuka has a toe issue that is iffy for week one, grouping him with similar week-one concerns for players being drafted in rounds three and four, including Jeremiah Love's ankle sprain and Luther Burden's groin injury.

Insight page

Evan Engram

PositiveProjection19:19

The source includes Evan Engram in a 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability and Engram's role within it.

Insight page

George Pickens

PositiveProjection25:05

Stewart states 'I actually like George Pickens more' than Nico Collins, positioning Pickens as a strong receiver prospect. Both are ranked as 'really strong picks at the two-three turn.'

Insight page

Ihmir Smith-Marsette

PositiveSleeper35:54

Ron Stewart selects Ihmir Smith-Marsette as a late-round flyer for the Titans, noting he's 'been getting some of the buzz,' indicating emerging sleeper status and late-round upside.

Insight page

Isaiah Davis

NegativeRole9:55

Source notes that Isaiah Davis is expected to return from injury, which could impact Breece Hall's bell cow usage. Source is waiting on Davis's return before fully committing to Hall's best-case scenario.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

NegativeRole22:02

Selected by Ron Stewart in draft construction; Stewart indicates satisfaction with tight end and quarterback positions after this selection, suggesting Likely fills the TE need adequately.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveValue10:54

Chase is highlighted as a strong anchor pick at positions 3–4, enabling a best-player-available strategy that allows for early wide receiver accumulation followed by middle-round running back targets; described as part of a 'pretty good blueprint' for navigating early-round draft constraints.

Insight page
PositiveProjection21:46

Ranked 3rd overall in Ron Stewart's Superflex rankings, reflecting elite wide receiver status in the format.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection21:46

Ranked 1st overall in Ron Stewart's Superflex rankings, establishing elite tier-1 draft positioning and projection.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeProjection38:18

Ron Stewart identifies the Eagles as a potential surprise disappointment team with multiple structural concerns. He flags Jalen Hurts regression risk, concerns about Saquon Barkley's sustainability, an aging offensive line, and the absence of offensive line coach Stoutland as contributing factors to downside risk for the Eagles offense.

Insight page

Jalin Hyatt

PositiveValue16:56

Ron Stewart considers pick 105 a good spot for Hyatt, suggesting he offers value at that ADP.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveValue3:18

Ron Stewart expresses strong affinity for James Cook across multiple draft contexts. At pick 1.07, Cook goes pretty high in Stewart's rankings; if CMC's injury worsens, Stewart would move CMC behind Jonathan Taylor and then behind James Cook, indicating Cook is in the tier just below McCaffrey. Stewart considers Cook at 106 overall as 'crazy' in some formats but reasonable in Underdog drafts. At pick 109 or later, Stewart describes Cook as 'beautiful stuff' and emphasizes having 'a lot of James Cook' in his portfolio, ranking him 8th overall in half-PPR. Stewart identifies Cook-Chase Brown as his favorite one-two turn pairing and also likes Cook-Kenneth Walker. Stewart states 'I'm still I'm a big James Cook guy' and 'I love James Cook,' indicating high conviction in his value despite acknowledging that taking him over Jonathan Taylor is 'a bridge too far' for his own preferences.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeBust37:16

Ron Stewart expresses low conviction in Javonte Williams despite Evan Silva's recent promotion of the player. Stewart states 'I'm comfortable sleeping on Javonte' and 'I'm pretty certain Javonte can't kill me,' indicating willingness to fade him in draft construction.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

PositiveProjection21:46

Ranked 8th overall in Ron Stewart's Superflex rankings, reflecting elite wide receiver projection.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveRole51:46

The source is not concerned about Reed's role despite limited two-wide-receiver set usage, as the Packers are expected to pass out of three-wide-receiver sets frequently with Reed on the field, supporting his fantasy relevance.

Insight page

Jaydon Blue

NegativeRole27:28

Selected as the eighth running back in Stewart's draft construction, marking the final RB selection in this portfolio.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveRole4:36

Ron Stewart expressed strong personal preference for Jaylen Waddle, citing elite per-route metrics throughout his career and highlighting his new role as the number one option for a team with strong scoring potential and a good offensive line, indicating significant upside at his current valuation. However, recent injury concerns emerged with Waddle banged up and not practicing ahead of pick 105, raising availability questions. Despite this, Stewart included Waddle in a 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that he believes 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeInjury0:45

Jeremiah Love was identified as one of the two biggest ranking change stories from the weekend. Ron Stewart moved him down approximately 30 spots due to an ankle injury. While the ankle sprain is relatively low-grade (not a high ankle sprain), it will keep Love out 3-4 weeks with no practice time between now and week one, though he will attempt to return for week one. Preseason showed a 70-30 split favoring Love over Tyler Allgeier, which Stewart wanted to see; the injury murkies this split outlook. Stewart still ranks him 303 overall and views it as comparable to Emeka Egbuka's toe and Luther Burden's groin injury—week-one concerns in rounds three and four.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection7:50

Ron Stewart ranks Jonathan Taylor 7th overall in his Superflex rankings and prefers him over James Cook in any and all formats. Stewart highlights Taylor's expanded receiving role as the biggest difference from last year, noting he set a career high in receptions. With no competing pass-catching backs on the Colts roster, Taylor is positioned as a bell cow. Stewart projects him for 18+ PPG baseline and 21+ PPG ceiling, with upside comparable to his 23+ PPG performance last year. Taylor demonstrated a receiving ceiling last year that James Cook hasn't matched at the top level. He has two legendary seasons on his resume—both drafted in the second round or at the one-two turn—making him a reliable high-floor, high-ceiling option. However, Stewart noted that 2023 JT was problematic, cautioning that even 2024 JT had issues.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection21:46

Ranked 5th overall in Ron Stewart's Superflex rankings; Stewart indicates at the eighth pick, Allen is one of the preferred targets alongside Lamar Jackson, JSN, JT, and McCaffrey. Selected in draft as part of a Bills-Chiefs stack with James Cook; described as 'a fun way to do things here.' However, early QB selection created roster construction challenge—source notes 'After taking Josh Allen here, we really got behind the eight ball at receiver,' indicating the pick forced a reactive receiver-heavy strategy later in the draft.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeBust17:00

Ron Stewart explicitly declines to draft Josh Jacobs, citing multiple concerns: age, high touch volume, a groin injury that hurt him last year, and potential suspension risk. Stewart does not expect the Packers to run their offense through Jacobs and instead expects them to lean on the passing game with Jordan Love.

Insight page

Justin Fields

NegativeMatchup9:55

Justin Fields is referenced as one of the quarterbacks in games where Breece Hall was on pace for 40 receptions last year, providing context for Hall's receiving upside in specific matchups.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveProjection3:24

Ron Stewart selected Jamarr Chase (Justin Jefferson) as his choice for the third overall pick, ranking him ahead of both Christian McCaffrey and Amon-Ra St. Brown. This indicates Jefferson is among the elite tier of fantasy assets in Stewart's current rankings.

Insight page

Kadarius Toney

PositiveRole51:05

Ron Stewart expresses a positive view of Kadarius Toney's role and fantasy relevance, stating 'I like Kadarius Toney' and confirming he sees him 'a lot,' suggesting confidence in Toney's usage and production potential.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveRole36:08

Ron Stewart selects Kenneth Walker in the draft as part of a 'double hero RB start,' indicating comfort with early running back allocation and viewing Walker as a viable lead-back option. Stewart views Walker's addition to the Chiefs as a strategic move to diversify the offense away from reliance on short-range passing, noting 'James Cook Kenneth Walker is sweet' as a favorable RB pairing.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

NegativeRole52:20

The source selects Kyle Pitts to fill out the lineup, indicating a neutral view of Pitts as a roster filler at tight end without specific commentary on his role or upside.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

PositiveProjection21:46

Ranked 9th overall in Ron Stewart's Superflex rankings; Stewart indicates at the eighth pick, Lamar is one of the preferred targets alongside JSN, JT, and McCaffrey, suggesting strong value at that draft position.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeInjury6:00

Luther Burden has a groin injury that is iffy for week one, grouping him with similar week-one concerns for players being drafted in rounds three and four, including Jeremiah Love's ankle sprain and Emeka Egbuka's toe issue. Despite the injury concern, Ron Stewart selected Luther Burden in his draft strategy, indicating he's a viable target at his draft position.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveValue4:09

Ron Stewart selected Malik Nabers as part of a constructed best-ball team strategy, pairing him with Bijan Robinson and Breece Hall in the early rounds. Stewart explicitly endorsed this combination: 'Bijan, Breece, Malik Nabers. I think that that'll work.' Stewart also ranks Nabers as his 22nd overall player, indicating strong confidence in his draft position and value.

Insight page

Malik Willis

PositiveValue38:46

Ron Stewart endorses a QB punting strategy, stating that pairing Kyler Murray with Malik Willis is 'absolutely fine,' indicating comfort with late-round QB strategy and confidence in Willis as a viable late-round option.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveSleeper17:06

Ron Stewart calls Marshawn Lloyd 'a real guy' and pushes back against the narrative that he can't stay healthy, suggesting he's a viable sleeper despite durability concerns. Stewart adds conditional optimism: if Lloyd stays healthy, the Packers will genuinely use him, positioning him as a potential breakout candidate with significant upside.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole51:46

Ron Stewart explicitly does not label Marvin Harrison as a 'sacrificial act' in the Packers offense, contrasting him favorably with year-two receiver Matthew Golden and implying stronger role security and production expectations.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

NegativeRole51:46

Ron Stewart characterizes Matthew Golden as a 'sacrificial act' in the Packers offense—a year-two receiver who hasn't proved production yet and is more of a vertical burner. Stewart expects the Packers to pass out of three-wide-receiver sets frequently with Jayden Reed on the field, limiting Golden's role and fantasy upside.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeValue9:20

Ron Stewart considers Mike Evans as one of several interchangeable wide receiver options (alongside McLaurin and Devonte Adams) in a particular draft spot, suggesting they're all reasonable choices to 'shrug your shoulders and take one of them.' Stewart also includes Evans in a 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability with Evans in it.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveProjection8:35

Ron Stewart ranks Puka Nacua 4th overall in his Superflex rankings, positioning him as an elite wide receiver prospect. Stewart discusses Nacua as a viable early-round pick in a draft strategy that allows flexibility to take running backs later; if you take Puka early, you can defer running back selection and still have quality options like Jeremiah Love or Breece Hall available.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

PositiveValue17:11

Ron Stewart repeatedly pushes Quentin Johnston up in rankings and questions why he's being drafted so low, indicating he sees undervalued upside at his current ADP.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeBust33:54

Ron Stewart states 'I'm completely out on Rashee Rice this year,' citing his knee injury and off-field issues. Stewart criticizes reliance on Rice's 5-yard aDOT as an offensive engine for the Chiefs, noting this has been a crutch since his rookie year rather than a true offensive strength.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeValue17:22

Ron Stewart considered drafting Stefon Diggs but ultimately decided against it, feeling it wasn't necessary at that point in the draft.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveValue24:51

Stewart calls Tank Bigsby 'a great pick' and notes he could carve out a role or serve as a handcuff to Saquon Barkley, providing upside in a backup capacity.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveValue19:19

Ron Stewart projects Tee Higgins to score 10+ touchdowns in half-PPR, arguing the market is overthinking his value by pushing him down in favor of shiny toys like Ladd and Abuka; indicates Higgins is undervalued relative to his scoring potential. Stewart also includes Higgins in a 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeValue9:20

Ron Stewart considers Terry McLaurin as one of several interchangeable wide receiver options (alongside Mike Evans and Devonte Adams) in a particular draft spot, suggesting they're all reasonable choices to 'shrug your shoulders and take one of them.' McLaurin is presented as a tier-mate with no strong differentiation from Evans or Adams at that ADP.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveUsage15:57

Travis Etienne led all running backs in points per game through the screen game last year. Ron Stewart notes this production is driven by offensive coordinator Liam Cohen's design targets and screen-game usage, which is described as 'a cheat code.' Etienne's screen-game production will be further boosted by Tua Tagovailoa's explosiveness in that area.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveProjection19:19

Included in Ron Stewart's 12-man two-wide receiver two-flex roster construction that 'is going to play,' indicating confidence in the roster's viability and Kelce's role within it.

Insight page

Trey McBride

PositiveValue6:00

Ron Stewart ranks Trey McBride ahead of Jeremiah Love in his rankings, with Love moved behind McBride due to ankle injury concerns. McBride is part of a draft strategy where Stewart doubles up on tight ends (McBride and Colston Loveland), indicating confidence in both as viable targets in the same draft.

Insight page

Tua Tagovailoa

NegativeRole12:42

Ron Stewart is not worried about Tua and endorses fifth-round Tua as an RB1 in a zero-RB build, indicating comfort with his role and production in that context. This suggests Tua offers viable value in zero-RB strategies despite some market concerns.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveProjection54:30

The source expects Tucker Kraft to be a core engine of the Packers' top-10 EPA per play offense, alongside Jordan Love, Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden, indicating strong confidence in Kraft's role and production.

Insight page

Tyrod Taylor

NegativeMatchup9:55

Source references Tyrod Taylor as the quarterback in games where Breece Hall was on pace for 40 receptions last year, providing context for Hall's receiving upside.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveValue38:57

The source highlights Zay Flowers as having strong clout-wise value in the draft context, suggesting he is a preferred selection at his draft position.

0:00What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement.
0:06I'm Ron, and we are gathered here for another fantasy football draft, half PPR, best ball over on Underdog in the Best Ball Mania, $2
0:21million to first place. We finally get a draft pick that isn't the 12 spot. We are drafting from the 103. Honestly, one
0:27of the worst places to draft from, but we are here. We are ready to go.
0:32It's Sunday night.
0:35How is everybody doing?
0:38In the chat, we have a lot to go over. I did just drop a video today talking about all of the rankings changes from
0:45over the weekend, whether that was preseason usage, injuries, all of that and more. I'm sure I'll get questions about Jeremiyah Love and Christian
0:53McCaffrey felt like the two bigger stories that happened, of course, after I got done recording.
1:00Um How are we? What's going on? What's going on?
1:08Let's see who's in here. We got Nathan Weaver. We got Nathan Weaver. What's going on? Always sleep on your preseason reactions before you come to any
1:14conclusions. What the hell are we on about in here?
1:16Locked in. What's going on? What's going on? Another day. Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
1:20We got OD Hesson here.
1:27What's going Oh, oh, little gift. A little gift. Give me a Bijan at 103.
1:36Now, here here's the funny part, fellas, is when we talk about best and worst draft positions, I would have the three
1:42and the four spot as two of the worst, but they become two of the best if Bijan or Gibbs falls to you. And it's also a
1:49good lesson of why draft position matters, but in any given draft, anything can happen.
1:56Such a beautiful month. Yes, sir. It's August, we're streaming.
2:01Let's keep eating, for sure. Another great video today, thank you, man. Thank you. We got M Measor in here. Happy Sunday to Hemslinger, what's going on?
2:07We got Google.
2:08Ellie Case.
2:10Thoughts on Breece dude? I got him in the middle of the sixth round right now.
2:13We got Mom Stealer in here.
2:15We got just got pick three in your home league, hell yeah.
2:20MTX, Mr. August, what's going on? We got Tim in here.
2:23We got Logan in here, finally away from the wheel. What the hell, Eli?
2:27Do you have a superflex strategy video?
2:28I don't. I don't. But, we'll probably do a superflex stream. Like, I'll do a superflex mock draft the night before your redraft league mates, and it'll
2:39kind of be me talking through uh some strategy stuff.
2:43Double hero RB has been really working well in the mocks, hell yeah. Called the Love situation perfectly.
2:51Enjoy the streams. Any opinion on Tyson?
2:53Uh a lot of that's covered in today's video, but yeah, I moved Tyson down probably like 30 or so spots.
2:58My stream is tomorrow, come on now.
3:01I wanted to chase there to watch the man at work.
3:04Who's hungover today, yo? Love your work, just bought the basement draft guide, hell yeah.
3:08>> [clears throat] >> You met DeMarco Murray today?
3:11How far to CMC? I still have CMC at the six for now. For now. Or no, no, the five for now.
3:18Uh look, we don't have a body part mentioned. It's as of right now, it's simply just veteran rest rest for tightness. So, that is the description
3:26we have.
3:27For now, I'm going to have him at the five, but the more and more info we get that's negative, I'll move him behind
3:33Jonathan Taylor.
3:34And then I'll move him behind James Cook. And then I think that's really the furthest I could move him down.
3:40Uh unless if it's like, yeah, he's missing the first four weeks of the season. And that is full-on panic mode.
3:45Uh but I don't think we're there just yet. I don't think we're there just yet.
3:50Turning up the AC as you guys know. For whatever reason, I turn on the bright lights and all of a sudden it gets it
3:55gets hot.
3:57Uh, but yeah, we had uh James Cook goes pretty high here at the 1.07. I'm trying to see if anything else sticks out here.
4:04See what comes back. See now, what I don't like doing, I'm not going to do the London Bijan starts. We're actually
4:09going to go Malik Nabers.
4:11Yeah, let's go Malik Nabers.
4:13That's a fun start.
4:15And we'll see what comes back around.
4:23I have Brooks Yeah, I have Brooks ahead of Stevenson and Jaylen Warren, but behind uh Treyvion Henderson and Kendarian Price.
4:33What's up? We got Odell Beckham here.
4:34Pick three McCaffrey, Chase, or St.
4:36Brown. For me, it's Chase.
4:38What's up? What's up?
4:40Thoughts on Loveland? You could take him 3.01. I have him as like a 3-4 turn pick.
4:46Not fading what You're having a hard time not fading Waddle. Why is that?
4:51I like Waddle personally. Uh per routes, like per route metric wise, he's been amazing throughout his entire career.
4:58And now he gets to be the number one option for a team that'll score points and have a good offensive line.
5:03I'm pretty excited about it.
5:06So, Pickens goes. Dang.
5:10Oh, this guy just This guy took Jeremiah Jeremiah Love 21st overall. He said, "I don't care at all about this." Let's do this then. Let's take
5:20Let's take Breece.
5:22Let's do a Breece team.
5:25Bijan, Breece, Malik Nabers. I think that that'll work.
5:28Is J. Love's ankle worse than thought?
5:30Honestly, no. That was kind of the interesting part. Like, in today's video when I recorded, like I think people are double counting.
5:36Like the I know that they kind of reported on the ankle, but when I made the video, I was pretty certain it was like um about
5:42about as low grade or not a big deal ankle sprain or high ankle sprain as you could get. It sucks though because
5:53that's going to keep you out 3 to 4 weeks. Essentially, he's going to have no practice time between now and week
5:57one. Uh I think that he will try to shoot up for week one.
6:00>> [clears throat] >> The issue now becomes someone that maybe could have out of the gates been the lead back. The Tyler
6:06Allgeier stuff is going to come to fruition where he's probably going to be much more of a split in the first few
6:09weeks. I think he still has a season-long upside that I've been betting on. Uh he was drafted very highly. If this
6:15isn't a major major injury, uh I ended up moving him behind Breece, behind Trey McBride. He's still my 303 overall. Uh I'll kind of see how the
6:24market reacts and goes go from there, but it's not something that I'm super super spooked off by. Like I I think
6:30it's in the same category as uh Emeka Egbuka's toe issue that's like iffy for week one, Luther Burden's groin injury that's iffy for week one. These
6:41guys we're drafting in rounds three and four with like similar concerns. So, uh really putting Jeremiah Love behind Breece is as as good as I could do. Uh
6:51and I think if you need a running back in round three, I can't really push him down much further than that.
7:02But I'm certain I'm going to be asked about Jeremiah Love like 14 more times.
7:06My uploading hero RB strategy before Wednesday night, it's going to be close.
7:18Yeah, it's at least enough to impact week one and really the biggest thing is just the Allgeier split was always the
7:23worst of our concerns, but we saw in the preseason it was a 70-30 split. It was everything we wanted, and if we could
7:28have just had a healthy Jeremiah Love in week one with that exact split, uh he'd be a smash in the third. Uh and now it
7:34just kind of murkies things. Murkies the water there. Uh being cautious with CMC is what I heard. Yeah, that's what I'm
7:39saying. I wouldn't go crazy on uh moving down McCaffrey.
7:44Yeah, McCaffrey got the same thing reported last year.
7:50Uh for me, I'm JT over James uh yeah, I'm JT over James Cook.
7:54In any and all format.
7:56James Cook at the 106 crazy uh to a certain extent, it's crazy.
8:01Uh in these Underdog drafts, no. I also have Malik Nabers ranked as my 22nd overall player.
8:10Odds of the Pats backfield swings to high usage for either guy?
8:14I think it's about 50/50.
8:21Your favorite start you've seen for me?
8:23I thought people I thought people don't like Breece at all. So, I'm surprised by that. Wow, so this guy doubles up on
8:27McBride and Loveland here.
8:29We're one pick away.
8:32This guy puts us in a spot where we can just take Luther Burden here. Yeah, let's take Luther Burden.
8:39And keep it pushing to the turn.
8:43I will say though, a note I'll have in the three spot, I know it's like it's whatever cuz, you know, but I'll say
8:48like with this Puka pick here, let's say you don't go love, you take Puka, you take Drake London, you come back around,
8:54then you can take here, it would have been Jeremiah Love or Breece Hall, right? Like if Love makes it all the way
8:58back, you can go running back here or you can go McBride. I think you could probably go Jeremiah Love here. And then
9:03in this late four, even in a home league, you're going to have your pick of like Etienne, Swift, Montgomery.
9:09Not crazy about taking running backs in that range, but if you can start your draft Puka, Drake London, uh you you now have afforded yourself
9:15the opportunity to bite on a running back in the dead zone, which it's not impossible for running back in the dead zone to hit, it's just
9:22not my preferred uh strategy. Uh let's go Mike Evans here, I think.
9:29Even though it wants McLaurin.
9:31No, let's go McLaurin.
9:34Screw it. I I I Mike Evans, McLaurin, Devonte as like, I don't know.
9:38Shrug your shoulders and take one of them to be honest.
9:43Who's the latest RB you'd be comfortable with as your RB1 in a 14 teamer?
9:47Probably Breece.
9:55I love Breece at the 303. Um, he was used as a bell cow in the preseason game. I will say I wouldn't I wouldn't
10:00run out the best case scenario just yet because we're waiting on Isaiah Davis to come back from injury.
10:04Um, but I don't know. I just think that Breece Hall projects really well to catch a lot of passes. Last year he
10:08looked the part and was explosive. Uh, and he paid off as a third round pick last year in his games without Brandin
10:14Cooks. And those were games with Tyrod Taylor and Justin Fields where he was on pace for like 40 receptions. I think that he's going
10:20to be on pace more for 50 plus, 60 plus this year. Uh, and can flirt with like 16 plus points per game and be a pretty
10:25big hit in the third round.
10:31Didn't fall here.
10:34No, at the 102 I'm pretty firmly one of the two running backs. Yeah, hit the like button, why not? Smash the like
10:40button.
10:41Sunday night.
10:43CMC went in the second round on NFFC.
10:45Wow.
10:50Let me get Let me get up to date on what's going on in these, uh, First time catching you live, what's
10:54going on? What's going on? Second team is nuts. What? Chase, London, Pickens, Swift, Toon? Yeah, that's pretty sweet.
10:59That's This is a pretty good blueprint of what to do if you find yourself stuck at three or four and you take Chase.
11:05You can just take best player available.
11:08It's of course like not ideal, but you know, you take these wide receivers early, then you can hammer out some running backs in the middle.
11:16You are, you know, you are wading into rough waters taking two stabs in like the dead zone, but if you take three straight wide
11:26receivers, you can you can afford it.
11:33Why is London falling? That's actually a good question. I think yeah, it's two is a good answer.
11:41Yeah, I talked about love at the top.
11:44Um, I moved him down a few spots, nothing crazy.
11:49Yeah, Breece at the 406. That's That's not especially in an RT Sports draft.
11:53Yeah, CMC still at 105.
11:57We got a super chat here.
12:04Let's see. So, I got the 103 in two of my main leagues, which sucks. Should I try to move to back half of the draft if
12:09I can?
12:12Um, I think the 106 is more than fine.
12:15Uh, one 106 I'm absolutely fine with, but if you can move your 103 to the back half of like literally anything besides
12:20the 103 or 104, I would.
12:23But, that's just personal preference.
12:28Let's stack Daniels to McLaurin.
12:37Just finished RT Sports. Am I worried about Tua? No, not really.
12:41Not really. I I like Tua.
12:45Fifth round Tua as your RB1 in a zero RB build, I think that works.
12:49Also just had a draft or cook one inside the top seven. Uh, I wouldn't read too much into it. Wow, so there goes Tyson.
12:57Am I the only person nervous about London because of Tua? Uh, no.
13:01But, I don't know.
13:04Yeah, here's the thing. Everyone gets so so scared of the C-word. Every backfield is a committee by and large outside of the top two
13:12rounds of your draft.
13:18Everyone gets very spooked by the by the C-word.
13:23Take Metcalf here.
13:26Also funny, I don't know. You can say one thing like it was a committee it was a committee last year and Travis Etienne
13:30was the RB 13. Like go and look at the snap counts between two and Lequinte Allen and Travis Travis Etienne. Like
13:38just how it works.
13:41Go here. You can look at the snaps from yesterday where Skyy Moore got out snapped by Tyron Tracy. Etienne's going to have Kamara eating into his work. Um
13:50and Amon-Ra St. Brown is healthy so you're going to have Swift, Amon-Ra St.
13:52Brown, Montgomery, and Woody Marks.
13:53Jadarian Price is going to have to fend off Charbonnet at some point. Um if you I I I mean Judkins is going to have to
13:59fend off Dylan Sampson but even not like I guess you can get a bellcow in Cleveland's offense if that's something that's interesting. Bucky has of course
14:07Sean Tucker on the goal line kind of kind of Gainwell through the air.
14:10Henderson has Rhamondre. Warren has Dowdle. Rhamondre has Henderson. Like I don't know. Once you're outside the top four rounds, I think fading somebody
14:17cuz they're in a committee is kind of crazy.
14:28And I'm also fine just taking shots out of a committee or an ambiguous backfield on a team that's going to be top 10 in
14:33scoring.
14:37Uh I don't mind the 112.
14:45Uh I am still ahead of Kyren Williams but I moved him behind Breece.
14:48Uh Jeremiah Love.
14:50You think Cook and CMC flip? So you you're saying CMC after JT and James Cook?
14:59We got Brandon Rafferty in here. What's going on? London had great games with Desmond Ridder. Yeah, I agree. I'm not moving down. I haven't really budged on
15:05London.
15:07On the go and have unique content. Thank you, man.
15:09Thank you for tech checking in.
15:13Yeah, Fant made us a lot of money last year. Fant on like I had him on all of those FFPC tight end premium leagues. He
15:18he genuinely won me leagues.
15:22Yeah, I get it. I get it. I mean, we've been burned on every player and then players end up hitting, you know.
15:27JT had burned everybody and since 2021 and then was awesome last year.
15:36Yeah, exactly. Like it's not a scary committee. It's It's Chris Rodriguez and Laquon Allen. There's There's worse committees to be a part of.
15:50Yeah, exactly. And the ambiguous backfields to target are the ones in good offenses. Liam Cohen is also a guy that you can go back to when Bucky Irving was
15:57a league winner on the Bucks. He was in a committee with Rashad White and Sean Tucker that year. But Liam Cohen is very
16:03pointed with his running back usage with design targets in the screen game, which is like a cheat code. I I had a tweet
16:09last week that Travis Etienne no other running backs added more points per game through the screen game than Travis Etienne. The other guys were
16:18Bijan Gibbs and maybe Achane.
16:22And a lot of that's going to go to Tu and I think Tu is the explosive guy in the screen game,
16:26which is going to really boost things for him.
16:31Let's take what tight ends are available. Okay, we can Now, let's take a tight end. Let's take Fant.
16:42Take Fant and see who comes back.
16:51Can Can you send Deebo a win if you wasn't like banged up and not practicing? Thoughts on 105? I think 105
16:57is a good pick.
17:00Thoughts on Josh Jacobs? I can't do it.
17:02I can't do it. Groin injury, off-the-field stuff. I think Marshawn Lloyd's a real guy. I know everyone's going to say, "Oh, he can't stay
17:06healthy." But can't stay healthy until you can.
17:11Why is Downs being drafted so low? I mean, I keep on pushing him up.
17:15Will I uploading another video before tomorrow at 8:00? Probably not. Probably not, but we'll see.
17:22Um Let's do Dart to Neighbors here. I was debating doing Diggs, but didn't feel necessary.
17:37I like this though. We're done at quarterback. We have two running backs. We got wide receiver to the flex. We got a tight end.
17:44Very balanced team right now. Anyone that's just tuning in, wow, we're over 500 people in here on a Sunday night.
17:49Thank you for everyone that's coming out here. Subscribe. Leave a like on the stream. Uh we went Bijan, Neighbors, Breece Hall, Luther Burden, Terry
17:56McLaurin, Jayden Daniels, DK Metcalf, Harold Landry, Jackson Dart, of course.
18:01If you are new around here, subscribe, hop in these drafts with us, do Underdog drafts all summer long.
18:10When you pay $5, you get $50 when you use promo code Ron. I have a link in the description, live chat, comment section,
18:16all of the above.
18:17Uh how often do I update my rankings, dude? Damn near daily, man. Damn near daily. Anyone that's in the basement draft guide, which is just a shameless
18:23plug, shameless plug on the basement draft guide.com, but uh I update it literally at I'm not going to say every day, but damn
18:31near every day. I updated it today, updated it yesterday. Uh when I update them, you can see like last updated here.
18:37And then you can also see uh the change log that shows you like how players are moving up or down in my
18:45rankings. Uh so make sure you check out that.
18:49basementdraftguide.com, also found down below.
18:54I got the third pick. No, I haven't got the third pick. Put any premium on McCaffrey insurance if you draft him. Uh
18:59I guess. I mean, Kaylin Black is so cheap, you can definitely do it if you'd like to.
19:07Yeah, 2024 JT, but even like 2023 JT was a [ __ ] show.
19:15In a 12-man two wide receiver two flex.
19:19Gibbs, Hampton, AJ Brown, T. Higgins, Jaylen Waddle, Mike Evans, Evan Engram, Kmet. Yeah, I mean that's going to play.
19:22That's going to play, brother.
19:24More bullish or bearish on anyone after they updated some of the player photos.
19:28Shut up.
19:29You like the most out of Mims, McConkey, Abuka, Smitty, Flowers? I am Smitty Flowers tier break Abuka, McConkey.
19:53Yeah, chat's fine. I'm trying to keep up right now. My bad, fellas. This is ultimate boom bust, I suppose.
19:58Would I take Montgomery? Uh I'd like to take more of him, but he just gets taken ahead of where I would take him.
20:05My favorite pick?
20:07Um One or two. I would say one or two.
20:13That's a lame answer, though.
20:15Uh if not one or two, like I'm a little bit weird. I think people really like the turn.
20:19I'm not as big a fan of the turn. My next favorite pick would probably be like the 10 spot or the nine spot,
20:23something like that.
20:24Something where I could catch a value, maybe eight eight through 10. If I could catch a value uh or lock in James Cook at minimum, I
20:31feel pretty good.
20:37Let's do Let's do Rashod White for the stack to JD.
20:44And then we'll see what comes back.
20:46What's this overlay? This is the solver.
20:48I have a link in the description. If you use promo code Ron, uh you get 20% off on the solver.
20:56I'll have to get a NFFC Abuka. Literally zero, bro. He went 201 over there.
21:02We got a we got a FFPC Abuka last night, I think.
21:06I agree. Darts really nice in Best Ball.
21:08And we got Neighbors there, so why not?
21:11Best draft strategy at the 108 in a Superflex. Man, thank you for the super chat, but it's a tough one. Uh, let me get back to
21:19you in a second here.
21:22Let's do Isaiah Likely to D'Onta, I think.
21:25And I think we're done at tight end and quarterback. I mean, maybe we take a super late flyer on one or the other, but
21:32feel pretty good about that.
21:34Uh, what was I about to say? Oh, yeah, super chat.
21:36Damn, man. I I haven't done much Superflex drafts.
21:40Um, I have Superflex rankings on the Basement Draft Guide.
21:44Uh, I'll pull that up on my other screen and kind of tell you Let's see. Let's actually see what those look like right now, cuz I I don't touch
21:51them much. I I kind of did an initial like this is how I would do things, and then it just automatically updates based on my one
21:58quarterback rankings.
22:00Who do I have ranked eighth overall?
22:01Let's see.
22:06So, here's my top 10. I have Gibbs, Bijan, Chase, Puka, Josh Allen, McCaffrey, JT, JSN, Lamar at the nine, Amon-Ra at the
22:1610.
22:17So, I think at the eight, if you could get one of Lamar, JSN, JT, or McCaffrey, I feel pretty good about
22:25it. And then what, you come back around?
22:29If I could get one of James Cook. If I could get James Cook to come back, I would love that. I don't know if you're
22:33going to be able to.
22:35Um, I'd be thinking about one of like Maye, Daniels, Burrow, Caleb Hurts.
22:41If not, you could talk me into a position player like Jefferson, Lamb, JSN, Chase Brown. And then like round three, four is kind of just a wild west
22:47in a Superflex, man, because you don't know I I'd say my biggest point of emphasis with the Superflex draft is just kind of
22:53be aware of the quarterback thirst.
22:57Like just really monitor how how everyone's playing quarterback, cuz every room is different.
23:03How do we get into your league and what's the structure? This is a Best Ball Mania draft over on Underdog. Uh so
23:08you have to get in here with me.
23:10Uh but I I'm I'm usually pretty open with when I join it, but they're tough.
23:20If I double tap the wide receiver with the one-two turn, how would I land the plane?
23:25That's an interesting question. I probably take a running back at 3-4 paired with a quarterback or tight end.
23:32Uh come back around, take another running back, take another receiver.
23:36Uh and then kind of just laying the plane from there.
23:40I What's all this James Cook over Jonathan Taylor stuff going on? I I'm still I'm a big James Cook guy, but
23:44that's that's a bridge too far for me.
23:48I I have to be honest, I I I talked about him briefly today, but I'm out on Tyron Tracy after that I
23:53think that there's a chance, dude.
23:55You can do You can do worse.
23:57Man, am I taking Okonkwo? Nah, I'm not going to.
24:05I don't even like Naylor, but we'll just take our medicine and draft a Naylor here.
24:14And then I don't know. I'm trying to think of what we going to do here. We're definitely a little bit light at
24:17receiver still.
24:20Who's our next best ranked receiver right now?
24:24Yeah, we have We just have guys a lot cuz these are my like redraft ranks converted to Best Ball where like I'm
24:29much more ceiling oriented with a guy like Pat Bryant. But I know in Best Ball like he's probably not going to give you
24:34a great floor.
24:36We have what? So we have Jacksonville and Cowboys. Do we have Is Flournoy around?
24:43Flournoy goes in 20 picks, though.
24:48Okonkwo went.
24:51I'm going to take Bigsby, actually.
24:52Let's just take Tank Bigsby. Tank Bigsby is a great pick, by the way.
24:56In case anything happens to Saquon, he also might just carve out a little role.
25:04Uh I'm in on Nico Collins this year. I I actually like George Pickens more, but I have them both as like
25:10uh really strong picks at the two-three turn. Would you take Chase Brown over CD in a half PPR double flex?
25:19Man.
25:27I would think about it long and hard is what I would tell you.
25:31I would probably still prefer CD Lamb, but if you wanted to take Chase Brown there, you absolutely could.
25:36Uh what I would like to know what pick you'd be at. What pick would you be at?
25:40Was this in the second round? Who did you take in the first round? What's going on there?
25:44Gassing up the Basement Draft Guy, I appreciate it, man. Yeah, the live sync is good. I I will say, look, full
25:49transparency, it does suck. I have gotten comments of like, "What about Yahoo?" or "What about ESPN?" "What about CBS?"
25:55It's year one of the Basement Draft Guy.
25:56I promise you guys, I'm actually so stoked because the Basement Draft Guy has been awesome, right? Uh it's August 16th.
26:04You guys have been buying it, loving it, using it. Uh I've been using it, loving it on the back end, making tweaks. Uh we
26:12actually did a an update the uh 2 days ago.
26:15Where now what it used to be like you could get my ranking, and then without going to the ADP Edge Tool, it would be
26:19like uh the consensus ADP, and it would just be like it would just kind of show who I'm higher or lower than without
26:23having to go to ADP Edge. But now, you can actually toggle between consensus ADP or the Sleeper ADP or the Yahoo
26:29expert ranking. Uh so you can actually click it to that as you're drafting and have it like the guys I'm higher or
26:34lower on than the site you're on. Uh so we're just like continuing to make it better, and continuing to use it.
26:40Uh and it's just really fun to you know, have my hands all over this and like it, you know, in a not a weird way.
26:49Uh and just make this a really good tool that I'm using myself, that I making for you guys. So, uh but what I all of that
26:54is saying is that I'm even more stoked for when we kind of really build this thing out next season. We will
26:59definitely have it across every site you could think of. Uh I'm going to probably build something out so that I can use it
27:04on my own damn the the boomer FFPC drafts and stuff. So, uh I'm very excited to for kind of where the um the
27:11direction of this is going. It's it's definitely a lot better than the uh the Google Sheets I've used in the past,
27:17which is like look, we we love and appreciate that Damn, he takes Trey Harris.
27:28Let's do Jayden Blue and then that's going to be our last running back.
27:32We'll take Jayden Blue.
27:33And then that's eight at RB.
27:37Then we're quarterback, wide receiver, tight end rest of the way.
27:41I don't We might even be We're probably fine at tight end.
27:44We It really wants us to make up ground at wide receiver here. Uh this is the solver kind of telling me what to do.
27:52So, let's take another receiver. Yeah, we're pretty weak at receiver, no doubt.
27:57This might be like a a very classic like this is from back in the day like a 2592 build.
28:02If anybody remembers when that used to be like one of the metas.
28:13All right. So, I was ranting for a while. What's going on in here? Let me skipping Chase is asking for trouble.
28:21Like skipping Chase Brown for CD?
28:26Talk me into JT. I'm dude, really the biggest difference last year is his receiving role. He I think he set a
28:32career high in receptions.
28:34And they didn't add or like you know what I mean? If they signed a Kenneth Gainwell or you know, they don't have a
28:38Laquon Allen on their team. I don't see Seth Magowan as that coming out of school, same with DJ Giddens. So, I
28:43think he's going to be like one of the bell cows of the league.
28:47And I also just kind of trust Shane Steichen to like run a good offense. I think that he's pretty easy to pencil in for like 18
28:54plus points per game. And we already saw the upside last year of like, yes, he had like 23 plus points per game, but
28:59even if the offense isn't that sustainable, you can still scale the offense back to like a fringe top 10 offense, which is still asking a lot,
29:05but we're talking ceiling outcomes here.
29:07And JT's probably like a 21 plus point per game guy in that scenario.
29:11Like JT last year showed a receiving ceiling that James Cook hasn't at the the top level.
29:17He's a guy JT now has two legendary seasons under his belt. I'm not saying that that means he's going to do that
29:21every time, but there's very few guys in the modern era that can touch a legendary season. He's done it twice so far. One time from the
29:28second or actually both times. One time from the second round and one time from the one-two turn.
29:32Um So, I did at 4:01. What I do at 4:01?
29:39Oh, Abuka. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
29:47How many drafts did I do? We got a 500 plus in here. We'll we'll run up a second one.
29:52How prepared are you for the year to leave me each draft? Not very prepared.
29:54I like superflex is definitely out of my element. I'll I'll be honest with everybody.
30:00How are the start sit streams going to work this season? Uh it'll be on Patreon. So, I'll I'll blast out on
30:04Patreon like uh hey, here's a link. Uh and I think just depending on like how many people come to the chat, what I got going on that
30:11morning, we'll do anywhere from like 30 minutes to an hour. And just kind of rapid fire bounce off questions in there.
30:27What the hell is this guy on about? Love out for at least 2 months now. Got to be around six plus guy now. No, sir,
30:32brother.
30:33Uh no, sir. Let's do this.
30:37We got to take a receiver here.
30:41I might take Jerry Bernard. I don't know why the solver doesn't want us to do it.
30:44I'm not taking Calvin Ridley, bro.
30:47Let's do Jeremy Bernard.
30:50Well, we already have another Steeler.
30:54Do Jeremy Bernard.
30:57Then I might do Rodgers. If none of these guys go Rodgers, I'm not a crazy about Rodgers, but this team could afford one more
31:03quarterback and these wide receivers aren't really offering us anything crazy.
31:09Let's see if they if they bite on Rodgers.
31:14Malachi Fields, good pick.
31:18Yeah, no, no doubt. The Achilles thing is tough. You Someone said they don't have a good backup quarterback. Riley Leonard is kind of capable. I'm not
31:24saying I want to rely on Riley Leonard, but he's kind of capable.
31:30Yeah, no, look, I we've been pounding this drum the receiving drum all off season, but like what we don't want to
31:36do is price him, you know, and then draft him somewhere where the receiving role has to happen, you know? Right now, at
31:44the one two turn, he could pay off and then if the receiving role happens, good, that's awesome. Like he he pays
31:49off in a huge way. But if we start steaming him up and steaming him up, all of a sudden, if he doesn't have the receiving role,
31:56uh things get a little bit spooky, you know?
32:00If we start if we start putting him at a JT and McCaffrey, pricing him as the RB3 overall, uh that's where
32:08things get a little bit tricky. Look, and I love James Cook. I have a lot of James Cook.
32:12Let's not get that twisted. Um all right, let's do this. All right, again, everyone, please, when you click into my live stream, we
32:19both sign an agreement that when I pull up my drafts like this, you do not look at what I have going on.
32:26That is between me and the best ball gods, me, the solver, and the best ball gods. Uh we're going to have a BBM right now if anyone wants to
32:34hop in with us. Promo code Ron, of course.
32:37Bang. Appreciate everyone that's in here. Leave a like, man. You guys are going crazy. 545 people in here for just a casual Sunday stream where we're just
32:44drafting on Underdog.
32:46Uh it's in the air, fellas. Preseason week one happens.
32:50Streams are picking up.
32:52I think next weekend's a huge a huge uh fantasy draft weekend.
32:57So, I'm stoked.
33:03Give me uh super chat. What the hell's going on here? Give my Brooks and Nader from my league get three quarterback and
33:09superflex. What the hell is going on here?
33:12I would give up Brooks and Nader from my league neighbors, yes.
33:15I'm not quite sure what else you asked there.
33:20111 James Cook's fine by me.
33:28Which NFL team has the biggest has the chance to be the biggest surprise this appointment? I could see it being the
33:32Eagles. I could.
33:35How do I rank A.J. Brown, Nico Pickens, and Neighbors? I have that A.J. Brown, Neighbors, Pickens, Nico.
33:43Uh I'd have Chase Brown comfortably ahead of A.J. Brown in full PPR.
33:48Yeah, it's tough. It's tough, Henry.
33:50Uh it was funny at the time, and I'm glad we got the better part of that, but I I will say it's slightly on Pete for not
33:57setting a queue.
33:59But also, like we shouldn't have gone autoed. So, I don't know.
34:04What's going on, Ron?
34:07Yeah, I'd say James Cook at the James Cook anywhere after like the James Cook at the 109er or later, I think is like
34:12beautiful stuff.
34:15Uh yeah, I just wanted to take two running backs up top there. I'm also just not crazy about McBride or Rashee,
34:19especially in a McBride in a half PPR isn't that fun, and Rashee Rice I'm I'm completely out on this year.
34:28Who are you taking 101?
34:32You know, JT season last year for a guy that was only pacing for like 50 plus catches was nuts. Now, of course, his
34:38team's not going to be, you know, the Colts aren't going to be the best offense in football uh again here, but
34:46Who do you guys want as elite round flyer? We have Jaguar correlation, Cowboys correlation, Tennessee Oh, we'll take one of the
34:54Titans fun guys.
34:59Take uh Ihmir Smith-Marsette, I think. I think he's been getting some of the buzz, yeah.
35:04We'll do Ihmir Smith-Marsette here.
35:06Uh here's the final team. We go Daniels, Dart, Rodgers.
35:11We're on the clock over here. Wait up.
35:12All right, we're talking so much about James Cook in a half PPR. He's my eighth-ranked player. The solver wants me to go receiver. Screw it. But, you
35:18guys can see 14.2%. I got a lot of James Cook, fellas. I got a lot of James Cook.
35:22Don't ever get that twisted. But, putting in Adam Thielen or Christian McCaffrey or JT, I don't know. I don't know that I could do it. Um
35:29but here's here's the squad. Final squad from that draft. Uh Daniels, Dart, Rodgers, Bijan, Breece, Rachaad White, Tank Bigsby, Jaylen Blue, uh Neighbors,
35:36Burden, McLaurin, Metcalf, Naylor, Pat Freiermuth, Jeremy Bernard, Alec Ingold, Ihmir Smith-Marsette. Definitely weak at receiver here.
35:43Uh and then Fant and Isaiah Likely. Fun team. We threw quantity at receiver with eight of them. Uh but let's get going to
35:50our new draft here.
35:52Chase Brown at the 111. Good lord.
35:55Not that I think that that's crazy, but you know, price of the brick is going up is what I'll say.
36:01Colts could certainly implode.
36:03Colts could certainly implode.
36:08What's going to come back here? So, there goes Achane.
36:11Let's do Kenneth Walker.
36:13We'll do a little double hero RB start here.
36:18Yeah, we'll do Walker. I debated pretty hard about Brock Bowers here, but I can't do it.
36:24I love Brock Bowers, but half PPR best ball he becomes pretty tough to have on a lot of my teams.
36:32Happy Sunday substitute teacher. I don't know how I'm going to I don't know what I'm going to wear pulling up to
36:37Yardi league mates this year. Evan Silva was talking up Javonte today.
36:41I'm I'm comfortable sleeping on Javonte.
36:43I'm I'm pretty certain Javonte can't kill me.
36:48I'm pretty certain.
36:55How many thousands of dollars? I will say I I get this question often.
36:59This is my job. It is my job description. I would feel like a fraud if I wasn't, you know, putting my money where my mouth is and
37:05playing. Um you guys see the FFPC ones.
37:08We still haven't done a solo main event.
37:09We'll do a couple of those this off season. Uh this thing's kind of ratchet up here.
37:14Um I don't know. I I I I can't give you a firm answer.
37:18Uh I'm trying to think through it.
37:21Underdog's a little bit trickier because full transparency, uh I've been playing for a while, so I just have winnings that sit in there. And then of course,
37:30you know, get some slight credits as someone that's front facing with Underdog. Uh with the stuff that comes out of my
37:35pocket, um is the FFPC like the any of the high so like the 350s, the 2000s, whatever.
37:42Um it'll probably be a little over 10,000. That'd be my guess. That'd be my guess. But again, like I really do this
37:46Like that is the the whole point.
37:49Uh last year we placed well. Uh shout out Harold Fannin for winning us two individual main events. Harold Fannin was placed 20th.
37:56Uh we did well last year. Not, you know, not well enough that I'm going to retire off of a uh 13K win or whatever, but
38:13Uh dude, I was just giving like one of the top guys. It could be the Eagles. It could be the Eagles. Jalen Hurts could
38:20regress.
38:21Manning could be not be as good as expected. The offensive line is old.
38:24There's no Stoutland.
38:26Just saying.
38:30Punting QB and going Kyler Malik Willis, I think is absolutely fine.
38:42Why you out on Rashi? I mean, his knee is all [ __ ] up. He's got uh off-the-field issues. And I I just can't
38:48see the Chiefs putting their whole offense through Rashi Rice's 5-yard aDOT yet again. They They've done it since he was a rookie.
38:57Uh and it's just been more of a crutch than a a real engine of an offense.
39:04I think bringing Kenneth Walker in was to not have to run that offense back.
39:13I agree. James Cook Kenneth Walker is sweet. I I would say my favorite one-two turn pairing probably James Cook Chase Brown, but uh I think James Cook Kenneth
39:21Walker is sweet as well.
39:29Man, clout-wise, honestly, it's Zay Flowers.
39:46Even though No, I'm going to take T.
39:50This is pretty sweet, by the way. Like this start uh I passed on Abuka here.
39:53Tee Higgins in a half PPR is just like I think we're maybe overthinking it. Just like pushing him down and like wanting
39:59to you know, the the shiny toys of like Ladd and Abuka and everything. Like Tee Higgins in a half PPR, he's going to
40:04score 10 plus touchdowns. Uh but we're we're now invested in the Bills, Chiefs, and Bengals offenses. That feels pretty sweet.
40:13The 1.02 going to cook my joint.
40:21>> I don't play DFS, no. Um funny story, I actually wait I'm sure I could I could mend the relationship, but way back when
40:30I'm telling you guys, I've been in these streets for a long time. Way back when I was in high school, not of age,
40:36using like my mom's name and ID to play DraftKings like when it first came out, like the the huge boom of DraftKings.
40:45Uh playing it through my mom, uh her name, image, and likeness, if you will. Um and got caught.
40:55And then banned on DraftKings. And even still, if I try and like sign in on DraftKings, they're like uh like you
41:00know, you have to like give you give them your ID and stuff, and they're like my my shit's flagged. Um Let's do
41:09Let's do Josh Allen to James Cook.
41:14I think that's a fun way to do things here.
41:17Uh what was I about to say though?
41:20I'm sure I like even in into my 20s, I I tried to reach out and be like, "Yo, like this was a mistake. I was a kid.
41:25Like like get me back in."
41:27Nah.
41:29Slurp wide receivers. Now, I could have just spammed receivers, but I decided I want to take Josh Allen there.
41:36Uh this is BBM. But uh if I could win one thing, if I could win one thing, probably would be BBM, but it's really
41:47close between the main event. The main event winning the main event would be awesome.
41:52Uh I don't have a laptop. I've had your ranking rankings. Uh you can either print them out, or you can uh like I
41:58have a cheat sheet to print out, or you could pull it up on your phone.
42:03You should have the target round still on your phone.
42:06Uh yeah, I think your phone should work.
42:08I would just pull it up beforehand and just kind of see what you're looking at.
42:17Yeah, someone tell tell me what banned means.
42:24Almost didn't have a job.
42:26How do I get caught? I think I was just being stupid. There must have been like a discrepancy between either like
42:32uh there's probably a discrepancy between like email and uh phone number and all of that. I don't know.
42:41Don't retire when I win BBM.
42:45Man, I'm trying to blow up and act like I don't know nobody.
42:48>> [laughter] >> It would be fun It would be fun to have less pressure to
43:00cuz I don't know, like to peel back the curtain. I mean, in this job in this industry essentially I'd say like 80% of what I make comes
43:10August, September, which just puts a lot of pressure on me you know, videos doing well, me posting as many videos as I can.
43:20Doing the stream every day.
43:23But I don't know, it's also part of the fun. I was saying I was saying that like if I won a BBM, I I would
43:28feel less pressure overall.
43:31When it's peak season like this, I'd be able to just kind of make what I want to make and post whenever, but it's also
43:36good to have a little fire under your ass as well, is what I'll say.
43:44Stock up, down videos are godsends.
43:46Thank you, man. I I I I feel like in the past people don't really come to me for the stock up, stock down stuff, but it
43:51was a unique spot today where I felt I could be one of the first to the punch.
43:55Uh we need to just spam receivers here.
43:59Let's go Christian Watson and see what comes back.
44:06I don't know. You'd be shocked. I I like I don't know. It's interesting.
44:14It's interesting cuz I guess you could say Liam doesn't try, you know? Like chess Liam, he's built uh you know, he could go live
44:23at any point and get like 200, 300 plus people in his live chat.
44:27Um So, I don't know.
44:35It would be just It would just be a great bit of credibility is what I would say.
44:39You know, every time I push the But it is tough. Now that Now that you got I kind of say it out loud, I do think it
44:44would probably be main event winner.
44:46Um that I'd be able to say like you know.
44:51Cuz to me that's much closer to a home league than than a best ball.
44:59What's We can't do the elite tight end and quarterback and double running back up top. So, we're going to just take
45:04Brian Thomas here.
45:09What was I trying to say? Um Yeah, I think Honestly, Jimmy, you might want to just
45:22do both. You might want to You might want to print it out, but then also look on your phone just just in case.
45:29The phone the the mobile interface is is pretty solid. I definitely think I would prefer I prefer it on desktop, but the
45:35the mobile interface is solid. You can click around, read the notes and stuff, but if you're clicking around and reading notes and then also crossing
45:40players off and adding to your team, it might get a little a little I I I would bring I would bring
45:45the back up, you know, I I'd print out the cheat sheet, fold it up in the back pocket just in case, but I think the
45:49phone you'd be all right.
45:51So, yourself sure. I appreciate it. It's just I don't know. There's just a lot of different voices in this space.
45:56And I don't know I've never My special My specialty has never been um first to the bunch uh reaction stuff.
46:04Like uh uh I think honestly the under or Yahoo guys, the Yahoo guys, Josh and Hayden uh are the best at that. Like I
46:13I would rather shoot myself to be completely honest with you guys than do what they do where like after an entire day of watching NFL football
46:24uh Sunday night, they go live and talk about like the biggest takeaways. So, they do like their top 10 takeaways video, but they do it Sunday night. Uh
46:31and they don't I don't think they live stream. I think they record it, edit it, and then post it. Um it's a little bit easier for Hayden
46:39who's on the West Coast, but I don't know. It's just a lot. Like I'm sure you guys feel it as well, but like when you
46:43and I'm very lucky to call this a job and I'm just kind of ranting to nobody right now. Um Nobody cares about this.
46:51But there is a bit of a uh energy suck when you're watching from 1:00 p.m.
46:55through the Monday night football game for me to then like get up, turn the camera on, and like be on.
47:02And then wake up the next day, do the rookie receiver report and all that. I don't know.
47:09So, that's That's my nice way of saying Hayden and Josh I think do some of the best like uh reactionary stuff in the
47:15football space.
47:29Print math quest for direction just in case.
47:31I do have to make a good note though, like um the cheat sheet's been giving me some issues of like it's still not exactly where I want it
47:38to be. So, I'm going to double-check it in the morning.
47:41Cuz I know it like, you know, probably like 1 to 5% of users are actually printing out the cheat sheet, but I'm
47:46going to give it another check tomorrow, make sure uh it all look It's really just formatting more than anything. Like it'll it'll print out the ranking, just
47:53a matter of like the numbers looking right and things like looking good, I guess.
48:09Yeah, I appreciate it. That That like I think that I I'm one of the best at that. Like the deep the the nerdy stuff,
48:14the stuff that nobody asked for of, you know, looking at the wins above replacement and going back to 2010. Like that I all have I enjoy a lot. Um that
48:22that's all I was saying. It's just that like the, you know, the biggest movers from week one of the preseason isn't
48:26quite what people come to this channel for. Um but it is still a video I make.
48:33Uh let's do Jayden Reed. We've been doing a lot of yapping.
48:40Let's do Jayden Reed.
48:45Yeah, we got to make up ground at receiver right now.
48:53Walking into the draft with a couple pieces of paper is a piece piece move.
49:01Yeah, dude. That's like Look, you I mean I've never been a guy that's like, yeah, I watch all the film in the world. Like
49:08going back to watch the, you know, every every snap all 22 from half the games to crazy.
49:16>> [clears throat and cough] >> Let's see what comes back here.
49:24I'd be tempted to go No, I'm not going to go quarterback. I was going to say, oh wait, did someone took Trevor
49:29Lawrence? I mean, respect.
49:34Let's do Hmm, the thing wants us to go LaPorta.
49:39Oh no, it wants us to go Addison, actually.
49:44Yeah, let's make up ground at receiver.
49:48Now Now we should feel pretty good about where we're at with receiver. After taking Josh Allen here, we really got behind the eight ball at receiver, but I
49:54think we I think we recovered well. T Watson, Brian Thomas, Reed flex option, Addison flex option.
50:05All right, that's enough about getting into the meta the meta of my content here.
50:11Will we be going uh live at all? Yes or no. Outside of the start/sit on Patreon, probably not.
50:16It It's tough, fellas. I mean, all of the high-stakes drafts I do, like I have to set those on Sunday. So, essentially,
50:21I block out like an hour of time for the stream.
50:24That is my It's something I I've had to be uh more conscious of with the uh Patreon is It's something I've had
50:30conversations with, you know, the big dogs, like literally the big dog Nick uh Nick Ercolano of like something that I think I I lost sight of
50:37for a little bit is part of the Patreon is like, yes, you get my rankings and all the cool stuff, but you also get
50:41access to me.
50:42Um and it's really tough to scale of like, "Hey, I'm going to answer every question in the Discord or whatever."
50:47So, giving you guys unfiltered access on a live stream to me on the back end uh is one of the more valuable things I
50:53could offer on the Patreon. So, uh yeah, it's really only there that I can make time for it.
51:05I like Kadarius Toney. Do you like to see him a lot? Oh, yeah. You're moving Swift up? Uh I got Swift in a I got Swift in a
51:11I got Swift in a high spot for a guy like me who doesn't like the dead zone running back area. I got him like
51:18low 50s. I have him as like an early fifth.
51:22Weekly recaps, rookie report. Yeah, the rookie report video I'm I'm stoked about. The rookie wide receiver report, that's always very fun.
51:30Beyond the box score. Uh Jacob Gibbs is a monster.
51:35Now, you you would print out the rankings, people would then ask to use them. That's great.
51:46I'm fine with Reed for now. Not being out there in two wide receiver sets isn't great, but it was kind of my base
51:52assumption and I think when we talk about the sacrificial act, I think that that is where Matthew Golden is drifting towards. I would not use sacrificial act
51:59when it comes to Brian Thomas and Marvin Harrison, but we're talking about a year two receiver, hasn't proved he can produce yet, more of a vertical burner.
52:06That's what I would call Matthew Golden.
52:07So, I think that this team is going to play or is going to pass out of three wide receiver sets a lot with Jayden
52:11Reed on the field. So, I'm not super concerned uh just yet. Uh let's take Kyle Pitts here to fill out this lineup.
52:20The world that's a great that's a great point. That is the world famous rookie receiver report.
52:32I agree. Gibbs and Ryan Heath are awesome.
52:41Wide receivers are looking mid, but I mean that's kind of like uh you know, Our wide receivers look mid so that our
52:46quarterback is Josh Allen and our running backs are Cook and Walker.
52:49Uh but I think we draw I think we threw enough quantity at it in these high leverage rounds that receivers looking
52:53better for us now.
52:58I agree. I think they're going to pass the ball more in general. I'm very bullish on this Packers passing game. I
53:04think they're going to lean more into Jordan Love. I don't think they're going to want to run their offense through uh
53:10through Josh Jacobs anymore. I just can't see that being the case.
53:25Uh we're going to take Jordan Love here and I think just be done at quarterback.
53:28We have both the Packers receivers, so we really should take Love.
53:32Bang.
53:35DJ Moore or Burden? I'm personally Burden over DJ Moore, but they're both in like the same tier area for me.
53:42Yeah, we'll probably do the rookie RB report. Probably talk about all the rookies.
53:45>> [clears throat] >> That to me is like the most fun.
53:49That's what I'm saying. I think we're going to get I think we're going to get Packers higher tempo, more plays, more
53:53pass attempts.
53:56Why are we out on Jacobs? Old, a lot of touches, already has a groin injury that hurt him last year, and then he's also
54:04uh could get suspended.
54:07I think I think that the the I I will say though on the suspension thing, the more days with that go by that he's
54:13not suspended, the probability of him being suspended goes down.
54:19But I don't know. I'm just not super interested in him.
54:24I think they're going to dude, I think Now, don't get me wrong. It's a massive if. It's a massive if to say if Marshawn
54:30Lloyd can stay healthy, but if Lloyd stays healthy, I think that they genuinely are going to use him.
54:36Yeah, exactly. Like this is an offense La Fleur is always a super efficient play caller. Like their offense is also is always really good.
54:44And I just can't I I can't envision the engine of like their EPA. Like when we get to the nerdy stuff of EPA per play,
54:50I can't envision the engine of this like top 10 EPA per play offense coming from Josh Jacobs. I think it has to be Jordan
54:59Love. It has to be Christian Watson, Tucker Kraft, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden. I I I think it has to be.
55:07>> [clears throat] >> People hate on Jordan Love, but Jordan Love I think it's a stat that I always pull up. Um
55:17I think Jordan Love like uh leads I'm actually going to pull it up on the side here. I think he leads
55:22every quarterback ever in adjusted net yards per attempt. I think that that's genuinely a thing.
55:31Like career adjusted net yards per attempt, which is just like an uh efficiency stat.
55:39We'll do quarterbacks with like minimum 500 pass attempts.
55:50At a certain point, if you're going to be that efficient on a per attempt basis, let the guy throw the ball.
56:13I'll pull this up in a second. It wasn't the highest ever, but it's the highest ever is Brock Purdy. That's the stat
56:17that I always throw out for Brock Purdy.
56:20Uh let's see what comes back.
56:24I think we would like a uh There goes Chris Rodriguez.
56:31Any of the tight ends come back here?
56:34No, we would miss out on Kincaid.
56:37But we got Kyle Pitts though.
56:39Forgot about that. I've been doing a lot of yapping this draft.
56:47All right, let's do close to here.
56:50Here's the stat I was talking about though, fellas. Uh just net yards per attempt. It's Purdy, Autogram, Mahomes, Lamar, Rodgers.
56:57Peyton Manning, never heard of this bull.
57:00Uh Norm Van Brocklin.
57:02Drew Brees, Jordan Love, Tom Brady. To me, that's a pretty awesome list to be a part of. Drake Maye is in there, too. Uh
57:07on a per attempt basis, Jordan Love is really solid. That's all I was trying to show.
57:12Just a matter of like can we get his attempts up to like top 20?
57:22Amari Montgomery over TuTu.
57:24Trade target videos are decent.
57:41>> I'm taking Tank.
58:04Am I drafting any Steelers or Titans?
58:05Yes.
58:08But I'm starting to get spooked off of both.
58:11Um, I was drafting a lot of Uh, I mean, I've been drafting a lot of Metcalf and Michael Pittman, but it
58:15seems like Metcalf and Pittman are both hurt.
58:19Yeah, EPA, QBR, all of that. Jordan Love is an analytic darling.
58:29Do you ever keep tabs on the QB School videos? Oh, I love his stuff. In season in season, I'll throw his stuff on 2x
58:35and watch a lot of his like breakdowns.
58:39Especially the young quarterbacks. Like I remember I watched a good amount of Caleb Williams ones when Caleb was a rookie.
58:56Think Kyler Murray and Vikings make the playoffs? Yeah, I think that's in the range of outcomes. What do you think he
58:59pulled the trigger on Concepcion?
59:01Probably 10th round. Uh, this is a half PPR Best Ball Mania team over on Underdog. Uh, we started from the nine
59:07spot, half PPR Best Ball, three wide receiver, one flex. We got James Cook, Kenneth Walker, Tee Higgins, Josh Allen, Christian Watson, Brian Thomas, Jayden
59:14Reed, Jordan Addison, Kyle Pitts, Jordan Love, Khalil Shakir, and Tank Bigsby.
59:22Every time I draft Tank Bigsby, I think of the uh there's a really niche guy on Instagram There's 500 of you in here. I pray that
59:30at least one of you guys have seen the um How can I explain this? He's a little bit special is what I would say, but
59:37he's like this tank of a guy.
59:39Uh maybe his name is Frankie or something, but he just like lifts stupid heavy weights in the comfort of his own
59:45home, and he quietly re-racks them every time.
59:48Um and he'll put he'll do like 315 for eight, and he'll be like, "In the tank."
59:55"Get it up." And then he gets it up, eight reps, silently re-racks it, and that's it.
60:05Someone in here is going to have to confirm that I'm not going crazy.
60:14That was strong those like the Steelers.
60:17I'm with Malik Willis.
60:25If you haven't heard of that guy, do yourself a favor and find him. I don't know what to even tell you to find him,
60:29but do yourself a favor and find that guy.
60:37Let's do >> [sighs] >> Let's do Zonovan or actually Let's do Tyjae Spears.
60:51He seems to be getting so We have I have so much Tyjae Spears though, but he is getting steam right now after getting
60:56some some good work with uh with Pollard, so we'll take him there.
61:01We only need one more running back after that.
61:03Feel good. We don't need another quarterback. With Josh Allen and Jordan Love, we're fine there.
61:08You know that dude? Hell yeah. Hell yeah.
61:13I love it. He did Dude, he must have did like 225 for like 30 reps the other day.
61:19He's a tank.
61:22Brooks or Scat Bow? Uh Scat Bow for me.
61:25Yeah, it's literally in his grandma's house.
61:30The quietest re-rack of weights you've ever seen. And it'll be a stupid amount of weight.
61:37Uh Chase and Burrow works this year.
61:38Yeah.
61:41Cuz you're just betting like if Chase wins another triple crown, then Joe Burrow is going to throw for 40 touchdowns. It's kind of it is the
61:47thought process there.
61:53Let's do Green Bay, Buffalo, Miami, Houston.
62:03Uh so we have some Dalton Schultz correlation.
62:10Let's take McMillan.
62:13This is going to be a two a two five eight three.
62:21Two five eight three, I believe.
62:29People forget, I think it was 2024 that he was a league winner in the playoffs.
62:36Puka Bowers Breese, no you could absolutely do that.
62:39If all the second round running backs get wiped, I actually love that start.
62:42It's just a matter of probably taking one of like Montgomery Swift at that four five turn, and then I think you're probably set from there to
62:49be honest.
62:52Denzo Boston's right at the cliff at this point. Boston and Stribling are like you missed on the cliff, but they're both
63:00they're they're both guys where if you miss on the cliff, you can swing for upside with them, but I wouldn't consider them before the cliff.
63:07I think I'm Stribling over Boston, but I'd have to double check the rankings.
63:13Spears did deserve better, but I think that there's a There's a he could beat out Pollard.
63:18Zay Flowers is a sleeper this year worth drafting. He's 14th rounder right here.
63:24I'm Bijan over Allen at the two. I'm not taking Allen until the five in a superflex, I don't think.
63:32But it's close. You could talk me into taking him as high as as high as two, yeah.
63:39Cuz I don't know when the with the quarterbacks in the mix, I feel pretty good about going if I go Puka.
63:44I think I'm going to like a running back that comes back to me and then I'll play late round quarterback.
63:50That'd be my inclination.
63:54Can I get a shoutout for what's going on 2X Shay? You like it at the 106?
64:00I would have like my fourth ranked player is Puka, then McCaffrey, then JT.
64:06So one of those three.
64:17It's honestly crazy superflex like I was saying every superflex league is its own its own thing.
64:24Where like some of these are going to you know some leagues it's going to be Josh Allen up top and then maybe even a
64:28quarterback at two overall.
64:30Whereas others there might be not be Josh Allen taken until the fifth overall pick.
64:40Best backup running back in the league?
64:44Probably Trayveon Henderson.
65:08Damn, T-Ferg goes there.
65:12Let's do Hock and see what comes back.
65:17Braelon Allen, I could see that.
65:23You can get Lamb at the 1.11 then Jefferson at the 2.10, are you taking Jefferson or one of the RBs?
65:28Depends. It depends if it's full PPR and I can start four receivers at a time, I'm probably doubling up on the
65:33receivers there.
65:35But it's tough.
65:47Uh I moved Jordan Love I'm I mean I moved Jeremiah Love after Breece Hall and Trey McBride, but he's still like an
65:53early third for me. I can't really move him much further unless if we get some really negative news.
66:03But if you're more into floor than than ceiling, I could see moving him all the way down past Javonte and Kyren.
66:09I just can't do it personally.
66:14Bowers at the 2.03 in redraft, I think that that's absolutely fine.
66:33I'm taking Caleb Douglas here, I think.
66:35Actually, thing wants us to take Charbonnet.
66:44Fine, I'll take Charbonnet.
66:48You want me to pick 184 when his ADP is 159 and a half? It's fine by me. All right, so now we're done at running
66:52back.
66:54Now we just need receivers and tight ends here to finish it out.
67:01If I hunger can I try for six wide receivers before the wide receiver cliff or should it be build dependent? It
67:04should be build dependent. The plus one or two, honestly, if you want to take it a step further, something I'll probably
67:09explain in another video here soon, is the plus one or two is really plus one if you drafted your receiver your wide receiver in round one or two,
67:20and it's plus two if you drafted your first receiver in like round three or later, if that makes sense. Like if I
67:26have CeeDee Lamb up top, you don't have to do plus two.
67:34Superflex soon, probably next Sunday.
67:36Probably a week from today will or No, no, no. Probably next Monday. The we'll do August 24th, we'll do a superflex stream. We'll do
67:44a mock or two superflex on Sleeper and kind of get a feel for things.
67:51Uh I'm not crazy about RB RB RB, but if the value's there, the value's there.
68:04Yeah, I wouldn't call Kamara the best backup running back.
68:08I'd put Keaton Mitchell up there.
68:20I'd put I don't know. It depends on like who you consider a backup.
68:23>> [clears throat] >> I'd probably put I'd be tempted to put DeWayne McBride.
68:30DeWayne McBride and Tank Bigsby I like a lot.
68:43Uh Yeah, in the video I said it was neutral. It's still like it's not great, but I ended up moving him down only two
68:52spots. I I couldn't really move him down much further than that. I mean, maybe I'll think on it and, you know,
68:59read some more reports, but for now, Jeremiah Love it. him to my 27th ranked player.
69:06Uh so I essentially just moved Breece Hall ahead and Trey McBride ahead.
69:10But I don't know. Zamir Love is still a target for me in the third round, I think.
69:15Maybe I'll do some drafts and think a little bit differently. Like we'll see we'll see like ultimately I want to see
69:20how ADP adjusts over the next few days, but I mean we did two drafts tonight and Love hasn't fallen past I mean he went
69:25he went 210 in our first draft, he went 302 in our second draft.
69:32Bob Fagala and here your draft guide is amazing. Thank you, brother. Thank you.
69:35I appreciate it.
69:39Of course, anyone that has a draft coming up make sure you check it out.
69:41thebasementdraftguide.com Fully updated for all the news today.
69:47Everything you could possibly think of.
69:48ADP edge tool, sleeper league sync, all the above.
69:52thebasementdraftguide.com check it out.
69:56Uh let's make a pick here.
70:05Let's do probably Dulcich on this team.
70:08Yeah, we'll do Dulcich and a wide receiver.
70:14What was I going to say? But I was going to do the re-draft Patreon league. Uh yeah, I think he always loves doing that
70:19league. I'm glad that you guys are fine with him doing it, but yeah.
70:24Uh that's something else as well.
70:26Of course, if you join the Patreon you get my weekly rankings rest of season rankings.
70:31Dynasty stuff, start sit streams. Uh the draft guide for half off and then you also get entered into the lottery when we're
70:38going to draw names probably early September. I'll I'll put something out uh on the Patreon to do uh we do our the
70:45basement invitational. We do four different sleeper leagues. Half the pot goes to the overall winners, half the pot goes to the individual leagues.
70:52Uh and it's a really really fun format.
70:55Uh that's like super competitive and very similar to what high stakes is.
70:58It's like a a small field high stakes tournament uh, that is really fun to do.
71:05And my brother insists on always being in it.
71:11You'll be using the draft guide tomorrow. Hell yeah, dude.
71:16No, I like love for the ceiling. I was thinking floor is more your flavor, you can go Javonte or Kyren, but you can
71:21argue Jeremaih Love has a really high floor, too. Cuz every running back drafted where Jordan Jeremaih Love was drafted in the NFL draft uh,
71:30has been like a top 15 producer at running back.
71:36Uh, we're going to take a faller and Tesla here. Actually, no we're not.
71:39We're going to take Keaontay Ingram.
71:41Ingram's like a Ingram's like a low-key riser from the preseason, so take him here. 2583 is what we land on with this
71:50team. We went Josh Allen, Jordan Love, James Cook, Kenneth Walker, Tank Bigsby, Tyjae Spears, Zach Charbonnet, Tee Higgins, Christian Watson, Brian
72:00Thomas, Jayden Reed, Jordan Addison, Quentin Johnston, Jaylen McMillan, Keaontay Ingram, Kyle Pitts, T.J.
72:04Hockenson, and Greg Dulcich.
72:07Two quick drafts. Appreciate all you guys coming out here, supporting, subscribing, leaving a like. Uh, of course, again, if you want to draft with
