A.J. Brown

PositiveValue12:48

AJ Brown is part of a difficult decision-making tier alongside Drake London, Brock Bowers, and Derrick Henry, where the choice often depends on whether a wide receiver was already drafted in the first round. Ron Stewart ranks Brown as a top-tier priority in current draft strategy.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

PositiveProjection19:47

The source prefers Amon-Ra St. Brown over Jaxon Smith-Njigba due to the stability of his environment and prefers him over Christian McCaffrey in full PPR. Additionally, St. Brown and Jameson Williams were both top-six wide receivers by PPG following the Lions' bye week last season.

Brenton Strange

NegativeDepth Chart67:33

The source mentions drafting Brenton Strange as a roster consideration during the draft process.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

The source believes Brian Thomas Jr. would benefit from a trade to a new team for a change of scenery, though they acknowledge he could still be fine in his current situation.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveValue12:48

Brock Bowers is considered in the same draft tier as AJ Brown, Drake London, and Derrick Henry, with selection priority often dictated by previous roster construction. Ron Stewart ranks Bowers third among elite pass catchers but notes he is a strong consideration in home leagues where receiver value can be found later; he is a preferred tight end target.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveUsage22:18

The source targets Stroud for the quarterback position, noting a week 17 matchup with Matthew Golden, though acknowledges he lacks ideal late-round stacking partners.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveValue63:16

The source identifies CeeDee Lamb as a high-end draft pick that is difficult to pass up, even in leagues that are heavily focused on drafting running backs early.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeValue5:46

Ron Stewart ranks Chase Brown behind Saquon Barkley, Kenneth Walker III, and Marian Hampton, stating he is not in the same tier of talent. The source explicitly calls his third-round ADP on ESPN 'nuts'.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveValue14:35

The source actively targets Chris Godwin in drafts, noting that he feels like the right pick in the current draft flow. He was debated against Sam LaPorta as a roster-filling option.

Insight page

Chris Olave

NegativeValue32:17

The source considers Chris Olave overvalued at his current 2-3 turn ADP, citing concerns regarding a reported blood clot issue that could impact lung capacity.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveValue13:57

The source is actively targeting Dak Prescott to complete a 'Cowboy stack' in their draft, often pairing him with Jake Ferguson to solidify the quarterback and tight end positions.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveValue44:47

Dalton Kincaid is described as the perfect mix for fantasy rosters, particularly in full PPR formats, representing a dream double-tap selection.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

PositiveUsage22:42

Dalton Schultz is selected as the team's final tight end, with the source noting they have options at the position and pairing him with other Texans players.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeUsage22:27

Mentioned as a potential draft option in a specific quarterback-stacking scenario.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeValue13:40

Davante Adams is currently slipping in drafts, with the source noting he is being selected in the late fifth round.

Insight page

David Njoku

NegativeBust17:42

The source cites David Njoku as a historical example of a tight end who was pushed up draft boards and failed to provide sufficient value, similar to T.J. Hockenson.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeProjection12:41

Ron Stewart ranks Derrick Henry ahead of De'Von Achane in full-PPR home league formats.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveUsage8:38

Ron Stewart notes that if Derrick Henry is utilized in the screen game as rumored, it would unlock legendary RB1 upside. Henry already leads all running backs in yards per target over the last four years.

Insight page

Dontayvion Wicks

NegativeDepth Chart20:41

The source notes that the Packers shipping off Wicks signals a move toward a more consolidated full-time role for the remaining receivers.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveValue12:48

The source identifies Drake London as a top-tier priority in current draft strategy, ranking him alongside AJ Brown and Brock Bowers. He is part of a difficult decision-making tier where the selection often depends on whether a wide receiver was already drafted in the first round.

Insight page

Fernando Mendoza

NegativeUsage29:49

The source selects Fernando Mendoza in the draft with the intention of building out potential Raiders stacks later, and notes that drafting Mike Washington provides useful correlation with Mendoza.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeValue11:52

Ron Stewart notes that Garrett Wilson is starting to fall in drafts, which he finds understandable in half-PPR formats given the current wide receiver landscape. He also notes high existing exposure to Wilson, leading to a decision to pivot to other players in specific draft slots.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeValue6:47

Jamar Chase is ranked behind Bejon Robinson in full PPR formats by Ron Stewart.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

NegativeUsage20:25

Jahmyr Gibbs is noted as a source of target competition in the Lions' offense, which the source believes makes it difficult for Jameson Williams to reach his full fantasy ceiling.

Insight page

Jakobi Meyers

NegativeValue54:35

Ron Stewart identifies Jakobi Meyers as a late-round consideration during the draft process.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveUsage6:22

Ron Stewart places James Cook in a mini-tier ahead of other running backs, noting that his potential for increased pass-catching usage could unlock significant fantasy upside. Stewart also noted he moved another player ahead of Cook specifically because that player's receiving role was perceived as even clearer.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveBreakout20:47

Ron Stewart expresses high conviction in Jameson Williams as a breakout candidate, citing his evolution from a deep threat to a more versatile receiver with a lower aDOT and noting that he is entering his peak production years.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveBust7:07

Ron Stewart labels Javonte Williams a bust candidate due to historically poor efficiency, specifically citing a 0.4 yards per route run and poor yards-per-target metrics. While previously viewed as a bet on a high-quality offense comparable to Garrett Wilson, the source warns that such poor efficiency often leads to losing receiving roles.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

PositiveValue19:34

The source ranks Jaxon Smith-Njigba lower than others due to concerns about the stability of the Seahawks' passing environment and potential variance, yet prefers him over Christian McCaffrey in full PPR formats.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeProjection5:33

Ron Stewart has slightly downgraded Jaden Daniels in his rankings, moving him behind Drake May and Joe Burrow following recent injury news.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveValue21:46

Jaden Reed is identified as a potential value target available in the 10th round of drafts, though the source notes they are cooling off on his overall outlook, projecting him to play in the slot during three-wide receiver sets while Matthew Golden takes the X receiver role.

Insight page
NegativeRole21:46

The source is cooling off on Reed, projecting him to play in the slot during three-wide receiver sets while Matthew Golden takes the X receiver role; however, he remains a potential value target in the 10th round.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveInjury6:48

Ron Stewart reports that Jaylen Waddle appears to be healthy, noting this as the only positive wide receiver injury news of the day. The source is actively targeting Waddle in drafts to boost team performance.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveValue39:53

The source suggests that in half-PPR formats, Jonathan Taylor is a viable draft pick over other options at the six spot.

Insight page

Josh Allen

NegativeUsage16:45

Mentioned as a quarterback drafted by a league mate in a draft strategy context.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveBust13:50

The source is currently fading Josh Jacobs, preferring to wait for his situation to settle before considering him as a viable draft target.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeValue19:25

Justin Herbert was drafted in the sixth round, which the source characterizes as part of a weird draft lobby.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveValue63:16

The source identifies Justin Jefferson as a high-end draft pick that is difficult to pass up, even in leagues that are heavily focused on drafting running backs early.

Insight page

Kaleb Johnson

NegativeUsage22:27

Mentioned as a potential draft option in a specific quarterback-stacking scenario.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeInjury48:54

The source references Keenan Allen's historical lower-body injury as an example of a preseason issue that persisted and became a significant problem during the regular season.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection3:54

Ron Stewart has moved Kenneth Walker up to his 2.11 ranking, citing a 'marriage of talent and offensive environment.' Stewart is firm on Walker's talent and notes he is guaranteed the goal-line role, unlike Saquon Barkley. Despite consensus ADP often placing him in the second or third round, Stewart expects to end up with significant exposure to him.

Insight page

Ladd McConkey

PositiveValue9:47

Ron Stewart prefers Ladd McConkey over Terry McLaurin in his current draft rankings.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeValue14:04

The source considers Lamar Jackson a 'pretty big fade' in home leagues due to his consistent third-round ADP. Additionally, the source is reluctant to draft him as a 'naked' pick, preferring to pair him with his primary receiving options.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeInjury0:56

Ron Stewart expresses significant concern regarding Luther Burden's status after he was observed limping in practice. The situation is described as 'radio silence' regarding official updates, which Stewart characterizes as 'pretty scary' and 'concerning.' Stewart has even initiated a 'prayer circle' for his health, noting that while his fantasy 'bags' are not necessarily busted, the lack of information is worrying.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

NegativeUsage30:08

Mike Washington is drafted to provide correlation with Fernando Mendoza.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveBreakout45:34

The source selects Parker Washington in their draft and highlights him as a stacking candidate, suggesting that if he emerges as a top-12 points-per-game wide receiver, it would correlate with high production for his quarterback, Trevor Lawrence.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeValue10:27

Ron Stewart admits he does not personally like Quinshon Judkins but selects him because he is the highest-ranked player available on his board; Judkins is currently falling in drafts, leading to a strategy of cutting off running back selections after four players. He was also considered as a stack option with Daniel Jones.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeBust45:46

The source expresses concern over Rashee Rice's current price, noting that while he was a successful pick last year, he is now being drafted in a range where they prefer to target breakout receiver candidates.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeValue45:12

The source selects Rome Odunze as a contingency pick in their draft.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

NegativeDepth Chart20:41

The source notes that the Packers shipping off Doubs signals a move toward a more consolidated full-time role for the remaining receivers.

Insight page

Sam Darnold

NegativeProjection19:55

The source questions if Sam Darnold can maintain his performance level, noting that his potential regression creates variance for Seahawks receivers.

Insight page

Sam LaPorta

NegativeValue14:47

The source expresses skepticism about drafting tight ends early, noting that while Sam LaPorta isn't necessarily a bad pick, the position often sees players pushed up draft boards who fail to deliver value. There are also concerns regarding a potential back injury and target competition in the Lions' offense.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeProjection5:33

Ron Stewart acknowledges Saquon Barkley's upside but expresses hesitation due to the offensive line's fragility and Jalen Hurts dominating the goal-line role, which limits Barkley's fantasy ceiling. He is compared to other backs with similar pass-catching limitations.

Insight page

T.J. Hockenson

NegativeBust17:42

The source cites T.J. Hockenson as a historical example of a tight end who was pushed up draft boards and failed to provide sufficient value, similar to David Njoku.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveValue25:33

The source identifies Tank Bigsby as their final running back selection for the draft.

Insight page

Tank Dell

PositiveUsage22:35

The source explicitly targets Tank Dell as a draft option to stack with C.J. Stroud and considers him a no-brainer pick when available.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeValue9:51

Terry McLaurin has slipped in Ron Stewart's draft rankings, marking one of the later spots he has seen the receiver go.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection60:29

Ron Stewart selects Trevor Lawrence as a draft pick and highlights his potential for a strong season, specifically noting that Lawrence would likely perform well if his receiver, Parker Washington, achieves a top-12 points-per-game finish, illustrating the upside of stacking.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeValue10:53

Ron Stewart mentions Tyler Warren as a potential alternative draft pick during his selection process and identifies him as a preferred tight end target.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeInjury6:40

0:00What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement.
0:07Omron and today we are here because it is yet again another day in August. It is another day that we are drafting
0:15fantasy football teams on stream. Today we are in a $25 best baseball mania draft over on Underdog. We are yet again
0:25drafting from the one-two turn. We are at the 111. Absolutely brutal. We can't hop into one of these without drafting.
0:35I I can't remember the last time I drafted inside the top nine picks. But here we are. I guess uh you know, you
0:43get the hand that you're dealt and that's that. But how is everybody doing?
0:48How are we? We got Henry Mudo in the chat. Smash the like button. Why not?
0:51Smash the like button. Why not? We got Mahome Steeler in here. What's going on?
0:56Uh yeah, we have Luther Burn on the thumbnail. We don't know what's going on. Uh he came off the field limping in
1:02practice. Usually when that happens, they come out and they say, "Hey, everything's all good." Like he just twisted his ankle or whatever or he
1:11pulled something or uh you know, he got hit in the nuts and he just needed a breather. We've got it's been radio
1:18silence and to me that's very concerning. Uh, I don't want to go to worst case scenario, but we need something soon. We need
1:28something soon. Can't wait for the season. What's going on? How's everybody doing? How are we? I will say as well, uh, we
1:36I was a little bit late. I updated the basement draft guide. We, of course, had more injury news as well. Uh, Larie
1:42Tonsel going down for Washington is a really big deal. He's their cornerstone left tackle. Uh, and this was a team that was supposed to have a good
1:48offensive line this year. Now they don't. Uh it's not a death sentence, but I certainly moved all of my Washington commanders down in the rankings and also
1:56just tweaked some things as well uh looking around at home league ADP today.
2:01But that's where I was. How are we?
2:05What's going on? Who's in here?
2:11Finn Mcmissell, what's going on? Uh yeah, let me just get let me just get CD Lamb here. Let me make sure that we are
2:18using my rankings. By the way, if you're curious what this green stuff is, this is the solver over on the solver. It's a
2:27uh draft assistant that just keeps you within the lines of what you should be doing. Uh let's go CD Lamb Kenneth
2:34Walker. Why not? We actually made an update today. I moved up Kenneth Walker to my 2011.
2:39And I'm sure I'll tinker 13 more times until week one between the the four.
2:46Honestly, in the chat, fellas, tell me how you rank uh Saquon, Kenneth Walker, Marian Hampton, Chase Brown, because I have flip-flopped in that order a billion
2:56times. I think that I the last time, you know, the the rankings I just put out, I went uh Walker, I think I went Walker,
3:06Saquon Hampton, Chase Brown. I'm pretty firm on Walker one, Chase Brown last of that list, and then I think Hampton versus Aquin is really difficult. 111
3:16again, man. What's up? We got Tanner in here. We got Salma in here. Me turn off my ringer. My bad. Yeah, torn triceps on
3:25tonsil really bad.
3:30We'll see. We'll see what happens with We'll see what happens with uh Luther, man. How far did you take Jaden Daniels
3:35down? Not too much. I just moved him behind Drake May and Joe Burrow. That's all. Like, so we're talking slight.
3:41We're talking slight. We got Jay Eagle in here. What's going on?
3:45Uh, let me know like what's your format?
3:46What's your format? We got General John in here. Any plans for more drafts today or just the one? We'll probably do two.
3:51Two. We'll we'll kind of see how things go after two.
3:56Lot of injuries, man. A lot of injuries.
3:57We got Micaia Lemon like missing practice. You got Zay Flowers gets hurt today. You got Josh DS missing practice.
4:06tough.
4:07Uh, I have Bejon over Jamar in full PPR.
4:12Barkley, Walker, Hampton Brown, Saquon, Hampton, Walker, Brown. So, everyone likes to have Saquon first. You got Walker, Walker, Hampton, Brown, Barkley.
4:22It's a really difficult range, man.
4:24Hampton, Brown, Walker, Saquin.
4:28I mean, I I just have I just have PTSD from 2024, man. I don't want to discount Saquon too heavily.
4:37because I I understand the upside case.
4:38It's that like he's not washed. He's going to catch passes. Um the offensive line is pretty good.
4:46Though the offensive line's pretty fragile is kind of my biggest concern there.
4:52And then it's like the goal line role is Jaylen Herz. And it's it's so funny because it goes back to 2024 again where
4:58the reason we faded him because he doesn't catch passes and then the goal line work goes to Jaylen Herz. But he
5:04killed us on just scoring touchdowns from 40 yards out a billion times.
5:11I have a hard time believing he can do it again, but I also don't want to look like a jackass again.
5:19Walker for me, I I've landed on Walker over Saquon because I I am pretty firm on Kenneth Walker being a very talented
5:26running back. Uh I think he proved that with his playoff run. So there we have a marriage of talent and offensive
5:33environment very similar to Saquon uh with like very similar limitations of is he going to catch passes but we know he's going to
5:39have the goal line role. Uh and then Hampton and Chase Brown I'm pretty certain that Chase Brown is obviously not even in the same tier of talent as
5:47Saquin and Walker. Hampton more of your mystery box. So uh Landon Walker I think I went Walker Saquon Hampton Brown but
5:55I'd have to double check.
5:58Genty over all those guys for me. Yeah, high stakes tomorrow. We'll see. We'll see. Potentially. Fourth year watching.
6:10Can't wait for the Patreon started streams. Yes, sir. We're bringing those back.
6:14Bringing those back. Have some coffee.
6:17Hanging out with the fellas. Yeah, that's why I didn't list Genty. To me, Genty and James Cooker are in like a
6:22mini tier ahead of those guys.
6:26So Josh Allen comes back.
6:30Yesterday we did the Chairen thing.
6:38Today we'll go Waddle and see what comes back here. Seems like Wadd's all good.
6:42Waddles is the only positive injury news we got today. I think I know he's in the best offense, most favorable schedule, but like at a
6:50certain point I want the talent to be there.
6:57So, he goes Josh Allen Kiran there.
7:00You know, let's go Javvante and bet on some We'll bet on some Cowboys here. I don't mind that.
7:07Why not just have some good offenses?
7:10Denver, Dallas, KC.
7:13Just bet on some good offenses.
7:27equals up this year. Kind of old and Herz isn't good. You're the person I've seen rank Walker ahead of the other
7:32three. Uh it's not all that rare to see that. Um I mean when I do my rankings, I look around the industry just kind of to
7:39see where everyone's at.
7:41I will say though, like me putting Walker at 2011 in my rankings, uh I was looking around at kind of the consensus
7:47ADP today and Walker is like a two three turn on some or two three turn pick on some sites. So I think we're going to
7:54end up with a lot of Kenneth Walker.
7:58Derrick Henry behind all four for me in full PPR and half PPR. If you want to put him ahead, you absolutely can. I
8:04will say Dererick Henry is a guy Dererick Henry I have behind all of them but I have him as the next best running
8:12back if that makes sense. Uh and I I'll be honest like it is pretty funny. I I've tweeted about this before. I know
8:19my my exposures aren't anything crazy.
8:22Um but I wanted to show my Derrick Henry like I'm you know happy PR underdog. I'm drafting him 8.8% for me. For me that's
8:30drafting Derrick Henry. guys. Uh, for anyone that's been around for a while knows, uh, I've been betting against it for a while, but Declan Doyle coming in,
8:39Lamar bounced back, uh, and then they keep really talking up the idea of Derrick Henry catching screens, and that would unlock legendary upside
8:47for Derrick Henry. Um, you know, it's up and down whether that happens, but very similar bet to James Cook in that way that like maybe, you
8:56know, Carmichael uh ends up having Derrick Henry catching passes or whatever or um James Cook catching passes or whatever. And if he does, then all of a
9:08sudden he can hit 20 plus points a game.
9:10Same thing for Derrick Henry.
9:19How does my double flex team sound? Uh, Mahomes, Jacobs, Jadarian Price, Jamar Chase, Rice, Leaporta, Makoni, Parker Washington off the bench, Jonathan
9:26Brooks.
9:33Not bad. It's a little It's a little light on running back for me in a home league, but not bad.
9:39Uh, fancy colors. That's from the solver. Promo code Ron. I have link in the description. It's just a uh extension overlay that kind of steers
9:47you in the right directions. I guess I'm a Con over Dvonte. Yeah. Wow. So, that's a little bit of a slip for
9:55McLaren here. That's that's, you know, not a huge slide, but that's one of the later spots I've seen him go.
10:06Yeah, I moved Bill down a little bit.
10:09Yeah, I know the underdog underdog guys love him. here to link prayer hands for all our guys. Dude, I we need it, bro.
10:15We need it. I'm begging. Like, can we just get something?
10:22I need someone to tell us that Luther Burton's in stable condition.
10:27All right, let's I don't even like Judkins, but he's my highest ranked player here. Screw it. Let's do it. Why not?
10:37And then I We only take one more running back on this team now that I'm looking at it. We only take one more running
10:42back. We did lock in CD Lamb up there.
10:47We're going to take PES.
10:53Let's do it. Could talk me into Tyler Warren in there, but we'll take Washington.
10:58Didn't have any quarterback stacks.
11:02I like where we're at. I like where we're at. We'll see who comes back.
11:08This is another one of these teams where I get a falling Judkins and then cut it off at four running backs. But if I knew
11:12Judkins would come back, Javvante is probably uh Garrett Wilson if I'm being honest with you guys. We got Danny watching me draft some
11:21Cowboys. What's going on, brother? Chase Brown in the third round on ESPN is nuts.
11:30Uh quarterbacks in a six-point passing touchdown format. For me, that just simply means that I'm elevating pocket passers and discounting the scramblers.
11:39Garrett Wilson is starting to fall. He's starting to fall, but in half PPR, him falling makes sense. But there it's also
11:44just like he's in this range of wide receivers that everybody is starting to really get excited about. Whether that's Burden or Wadd or Lakoni or Ibuka,
11:55Flowers. I mean, some of these guys are now like just getting banged up out of nowhere, but makes sense to me. Then you're seeing
12:02some of these running backs like Scatabo climb.
12:09Exactly. It comes down to there's been a lot of buzz about Henry in the screen game and it is kind of funny like uh I
12:15think over the last four years or something Derrick Henry leads all running backs in yards per target which is actually pretty impressive
12:21considering that none of his receptions are downfield. So he's getting it all after the catch. It's just that he doesn't get used there a bunch. Uh, but
12:29if Doyle starts to implement them that way and we see like a 40 plus catch Derrick Henry season, uh, he has like
12:35legitimate RB1 upside in that role. So, I don't want to discount that too much.
12:41For me, I would have him ahead of Achan.
12:43Uh, you know, right like here in a full PPR home league. For me, it gets really tough between AJ Brown, Drake London, Brock Bowers, and Derk
12:54Henry. Whether you It would honestly probably come down to uh if I took a wide receiver in the first round, I
13:00probably break the tie of Derrick Henry, you know, across those four. Wise Neighbors is just full on a mid-sec round pick in these, huh?
13:10We'll do two drafts tonight. Like the scream, why not?
13:15What happened to Burden? He like twisted his ankle or something.
13:18That would be like the best case scenario would be him twisting his ankle, but uh he got hurt today and we
13:23are yet to get an update. And we're when we're yet to get an update, that's pretty scary.
13:30Uh why didn't I try to get in the flock league? Uh I'm already in your league mates.
13:40Devonte's kind of slipping. We got Devonte. Yeah. Late Devonte is going like late five.
13:47We got Devonte late five yesterday.
13:50Uh I'm not really touching Josh Jacobs right now. I'll be honest. I kind of want to see things settle uh before I uh
13:57buy in. Then we'll take Dak. We'll do the Cowboy stack.
14:04Said fade Lamar in recent video, but said he's a bounceback. Are you drafting him much? Uh I'm actually drafting him.
14:10Uh I'm drafting him in baseball. Uh and we drafted him on a high stakes stream the other night. The issue is that in
14:16home leagues he goes in the third round.
14:17So I think he's a pretty big fade in home leagues is what I would say.
14:26Do we have any wide receivers that make sense here?
14:35Give me Godwin, please.
14:42Quick fingers. Quick fingers, fellas.
14:46Holy.
14:47I was debating between Godwin. I was between Godwin and uh Leaporta.
14:52I don't know what the right pick was there. Maybe it should have been Leaporta.
14:57We had three receivers, then we had a running back in the flex. I don't know.
15:01I'm I'm always curious. Like I I never know if I want to get my second flex piece. So, this is my my first player
15:08off the bench uh or my tight end one in this like eighth round range if I don't get Lovelind or or one of the elite guys
15:21when we get in the legendary running back video. That's going to be early this week. Early this week. Yeah, the Parker team's getting in so loud that
15:27it's just it is what it is. We're drafting him. What a world we're watching goes over Thomas. Isn't that crazy? Not really. It's just like really
15:35sad. I I would love to see Brian Thomas get traded. I think he just needs a a change of scenery, but I don't know. I
15:42could see I could see both guys being fine this year.
15:46Yeah, Jin Jinxy joining the the Flock League is awesome. That's what I was saying. It's like a big boost to fantasy
15:52football in general if he starts like the same way that he's like revived Siege. Not that like fantasy football was dead. He's not reviving fantasy
15:59football, but uh if you can kind of generate the same excitement as he does for the other stuff that he's revived,
16:05it'd be a big deal.
16:20Yeah. What? Zufa is getting a lot of hate or whatever.
16:24Zufa. Um, I've interacted with him on like Twitter before. He like follows me and stuff. I I thought he's all right. But I also
16:32don't consume his content, I'll be honest.
16:37Can we check in with Team 12? Wow.
16:42Wow.
16:45All right. Yeah. I mean, he just goes three straight running backs, Josh Allen and Lamar. takes a running back that can't start over these three and then
16:54two receivers. All right, 12 team the the 12 spot is on one.
17:04That went right over my head.
17:08He said Godwin felt right but Sims like tight end to fill out the lineup but with Fann and Pitsky next up at turn. I
17:13prefer wide receiver before tier break.
17:15That's where I'm at, too. But I don't know because now now all the top guys went and we're going to definitely I
17:22mean, but I'm also fine just like running three tight ends and Sims probably don't like it for like week one, but like I don't know, maybe I just
17:30feel burned, but I also feel not that Leaport is a bad pick per se, but we have seen a lot of just like
17:36straight up useless tight ends that get pushed up. like whether that's been like TJ Hawinson or uh I think like David and
17:42Jooku last year was in this range of like it just kind of feels cozy to take a tight end there but it's like maybe we
17:47should just wait.
17:52Let's do I think I'm gonna take Matthew Golden.
17:58Matthew Golden's been getting a lot of hype. I'm starting to just be in on all of the the Packers receivers if I'm
18:03being honest.
18:07Let's do Golden. We're going to push tight end is kind of what I decided here.
18:12We might even take four tight ends on this team because we because we had the luxury to only have four running backs
18:17if we want here. We might get funky, man. We might get funky. I don't know.
18:23Oh my. He takes both I thought Bicks was for sure coming back after he took Allen and Lamar. It wasn't even I was like
18:30I'll take B next to Waddle later. It won't even be an issue. Unreal. All right, I guess we'll just take a tight
18:36end then. I think that that's what has to happen. All right, we'll take our KD.
18:41Unreal.
18:44Like a part of me is mad and the other part of me is like he's just paying the rake and that's kind of good for EV, but
18:48what the hell?
18:58I was never mad about the area league mates playoff committee uh committee idea. I'm just a little bit skeptical of people buying in. uh the audience buying
19:07in, but uh I also trust like Nick and Jack, you know, the the guys up top at Snapback and BDG, like they're much more
19:16successful than I am, and if they want to dream big with a content idea, I'm not going to drag my feet about it.
19:28My team kind of boooo official.
19:33I love the content. Been around for a few years. Hell yeah, dude. Thank you.
19:36Good luck to you, too.
19:45Herbert went in the six in this. Jeez.
19:47Yeah, I don't. This is a weird lobby.
19:51Weird lobby.
19:54Thoughts on JSN? I have him a little bit lower than others.
19:57I have I'm on RAW ahead. I just prefer I just prefer prefer the stability of his environment. I think that there's a
20:05little bit um I think there's a little bit more variance there with like can Darnold come back down to Earth, Kubak's gone.
20:16We'll see.
20:20You say in a home league that starting more players each week increases the skill gap? Uh yeah, I would say so. Hit
20:25100 picks at 101. How many go to Gibbs?
20:27100.
20:30Yeah, 100. Um, I mean, Packers receivers have been brutal, but it's because they've been such a a deep rotation. Them like
20:41shipping off wicks and shipping off um dos to me signals that we're going to get these guys in a full-time role. Um,
20:47unless you're high on I mean, Savon Williams and Bo Melon are two fun receivers in terms of like ball and hand
20:53stuff. Uh, Savon Williams, this like running back convert, but he's probably more like Cordell Patterson.
21:01uh early career Corduro Patterson than anything else. And I'm doing him a lot of favors saying that, I would say.
21:07And then Bill Milton is just like a guy who's, you know, he he he was an awesome Rucker receiver. Played receiver for the
21:15Packers. Their room is so deep he actually played DB, I think, last year, and now he's coming back to wide receiver. So, I think we're going to get
21:21the top three guys playing a full-time role. I think really what it's going to come down to is if Golden or Reed are
21:26going to get uh two wide receiver sets.
21:29And I'm actually sort of starting to cool off on Reed because I think that Golden uh is starting to really lock in
21:35as like the main X receiver in three wide receiver or two wide receiver sets.
21:40Uh and then Reed coming on the field for three wide receiver sets in the slot.
21:43That'd be my guess.
21:50What is your favorite style in draft style in baseball? I'm I'm a vanilla guy, bro. I'm a vanilla guy.
21:58I've long said this, but I'm not looking to do anything crazy.
22:06Let's take Jake Ferguson to Dak here.
22:10Jake Ferguson to Dak. How dry is quarterback getting? Quarterback has dried up. So, this is going to be a three quarterback team. Three
22:15quarterbacks, three tight ends.
22:18Wow. We got no stacks available to our quarterbacks here.
22:26We just have to take one of these and stack him later.
22:38Take Straoud and figure something out. I guess he is the week 17 match up with Golden.
22:47That's like the only thing that I that sort of stuck out to me. Who do the Colts play Cleveland? That was my other one was
22:55Judkins and Daniel Jones, but I don't think Strad has any late partners. I mean, we'll take Tank Dell.
23:02I guess Woody Marks, Woody Marks, Tank Dell, Daltton Schultz. Yeah, we got options. We got options.
23:08We got options.
23:10Your toxic league mates.
23:15Um, I certainly see that part of it that Superflex is kind of alienating. That's just like my only concern with the
23:25league is like I think at its core of a content league, you would like it to be as close to like a home league among
23:37friends that other people are drafting similarly for. I think the more like quirks and uh leak settings you implement, the more you alienate the
23:46audience. Um, but there is also the thing, one that's Nick's preferred way to play, so he kind of just gets a final
23:54call, which is fine. Uh, and then two, there's also an aspect of like differentiating our like we don't want to just be like the shitty version of
24:02the flock league. So, I think that that's like one of the aspects where it'll be different this committee idea, uh, all of that. KD in the 10th. Yeah,
24:10in a best ball I'm fine with it.
24:12Gain well as a sleeper I'm not as high on.
24:16Clicking Genty at 111. Why do you like Genty over them? Um I just think he's a good player in line for a lot of
24:22touches. I'm also pretty confident uh in Kubak calling plays for this offense.
24:29You going to the Vegas Grand Prix this year? I didn't have plans to uh looked elite in practice. Just feel like they didn't use him enough last
24:36year. that. But then also there were certainly times and I'll say this is someone that has been pretty critical of Matthew Golden. There were some there
24:44were some he he definitely left a lot of yards out on the field and it wasn't only his fault. Part of it was Jordan
24:49Love as well where there was just like a couple there's maybe like three deep balls that uh either like Jordan Love
24:57threw weird or I'm trying to think of it. I think Matthew Golden also had a catch down field where he like just went
25:02out of bounds.
25:05>> [cough and clears throat] >> My god.
25:27I don't know what just happened. I like choked on air.
25:30Hate to see that. Yeah. Ask Kurt Rambus.
25:33He'll he'll um he'll go crazy for Genty, but I like Genty this year. Actually, before I went live, I I moved him over
25:41James Cook because his receiving role is also super clear compared to Saquon Walker, all those guys. Um he already had like 65 catches last year, I
25:49believe, is the number.
26:02Let's do this.
26:06I think our last running back will be Bigsby.
26:22I think we we might just cut off running back there, fellas. Walker, Javvante, Judkins, Bixsby.
26:28That might just be enough.
26:31All right, then we're going to take Daltton Schultz. That'll be our final tight end. And then I think what? We have four picks left. Oh no, we need a
26:39quarterback. Why was Why did it have so much red on quarterback?
26:45We need a third quarterback on this team.
26:49Big uh Oh boy. I don't know what we're going to do at QB.
26:58Guess we'll see what comes back. We have we uh we actually we got some options. I don't know why. Um we got some options.
27:03We'll see what comes back.
27:09Opinion on Loveland this year. I'm all in, man. I'm all in on Loveland. Kale Douglas, he's become becoming fun.
27:21How was your Saturday? Uh good, man.
27:23Good. Just honestly a lot of work. We got some uh got into the gym and then some work, small nap,
27:33some more work, and now we're here. But when I say work, I just mean like I don't know, like outlining tomorrow's
27:39video, moving around, some ranking stuff, working on the flight or uh the site. I don't know why I said flight, but it's
27:48actually great little transition. Make sure you check out the basementdraftguide.com. the draft guide is up and running if you have a draft
27:55tomorrow over I was gonna say over the weekend but tomorrow's Sunday. Uh that's all there 200 tier target rounds, all of
28:03that. Uh and on the Patreon is your inseason stuff, weekly rankings, waverwire article, rest of season rankings, all of that. Patreon members
28:12of course get the inseason stuff and then they also get the draft guide half off. Annual members get it for free. You
28:18can get that in the description and the comment section down below. Actually, maybe not in the uh run in the Chad
28:24Pennington. That's crazy.
28:28After the round two running backs going full PPR, do you like Bowers or London Brown Nico? Uh I probably order those AJ
28:34Brown London Bowers Nico.
28:37But it Bowowers is a really tough tough one to wrestle with in a man or yeah, like a home league where I'm pretty
28:44confident I can get some wide receiver value later. I might lean into Bowers and then catch up at receiver, you know,
28:50because you might get like a Jaden Reed in the 10th round or Casey Conpsion in the 10th or the 11th. It kind of comes
28:56down to how competitive you see your league being.
29:00But for me, but for me, it's AJ Brown, London, then Bowers, and
29:10then a pretty big tear break to Nico.
29:16How often do you do non-slows off stream or high stakes off stream? Um, I don't do high stakes off stream unless it's
29:22like uh I've only done high stakes off stream, but those are the ones that are like after uh the Wednesday game. Like
29:29those those ones that happen right before the Sunday game, so the games have already happened and it's like weird and nobody really cares. So, I
29:35just do them off stream. Uh, and then non-slows. I'll especially this time of year, uh, I try to wake up at like the
29:42the moment I wake up and I'm ready to get out the door, uh, I'll fire one up is kind of how it goes.
29:49All right, we're going to take Mendoza here, I think.
29:53Let's take Mendoza.
29:56Yeah, we'll take Menoza. We'll figure out some raider stacks later. Uh, I think Tank Del is probably a no-brainer here if he comes back. What can I even do
30:07with the Raiders?
30:08I guess Mike Washington if I wanted another running back.
30:12How do you guys think I should land this plan? We're going to go Tank Dell here if Matt O lets me. This This team is
30:16outrageous here, by the way. Seven running backs on this team. Five receivers, only one tight end. Uh we're going to go Tankell.
30:26Here's a team so far. For anyone tuning in here, I'm curious what you guys think we should do. We have We have two more
30:30picks here. What What position should they be? Uh we have CD Lamb, Kenneth Walker, Jaylen Wadd, Javvante Williams, Quinn Sean Judkins, Parker Washington,
30:38Dak Prescott, Chris Godwin, Matthew Golden, George KD, Jake Ferguson, CJ Strad, Tank Bsby, Daltton Schultz, Fernando Mendoza, and then we have Tank
30:46Dell here on the bottom.
31:00Uh, like 500 drafts would be nice. I think we're going to do Yeah, we'll do probably what one running back, one
31:05receiver. I like that call. I like that call. We'll end this thing out with a 3573.
31:12That's what I'm thinking.
31:20We're able to get target rounds on the principal sheet. I'm not sure if we have that just yet, but know that I I gave
31:25the note to my web designer.
31:31What the hell did you just say? Is it risky to take out a mortgage on a home to play fantasy football? No. No. It is
31:36weird is what I'm saying. No is like don't do that. Five should be the minimum. Yeah, but sometimes four is a little Sometimes
31:44four is fun. That's the thing. How's the golf game a [ __ ] show? I don't really golf much these days.
31:51Why do I have Javvante in a as a voids?
31:53Uh Javvante, the yards per run is so brutal. Uh, and this is research that JJ Zachares did in last year's draft guide
32:00is those guys not only get their receiving role yanked, but they oftentimes just are busts as picks. So, I think Javvante, I have him on this
32:07team because he fell in a half PPR setting.
32:10Uh, but he's just not somebody I'm looking to draft in a home league. Uh, and then Olive is really expensive in
32:17home leagues, man. He's like right at the 2-3 turn. I have him closer to the 34 turn. Uh, and I don't know, we we'll
32:23I I got to do a a follow-up on that, but the last thing I saw from the injury analysts is that he had like this blood
32:29clot issue, which of course is going to have him miss any games, but there's something like the uh I don't know if I
32:36don't think it's CO2, but something with like your lung capacity gets screwed up by the blood clots. So, that could be an
32:42issue. Then you have Jordan Tyson coming in, who I think could be really really good out the gate. Uh, I just think
32:47there's a lot of downside if you're going to take him like in consensus ADP.
32:51He's like the 301 or something. Uh, going there. I don't know that I'll have any of them.
33:03Scouting report on Cen Hall. Dude, I got nothing, bro. It's just It's sad, Brock, but what NIL has done is because they
33:10just like scrap the team every year.
33:12Like, I don't I don't know who's on the team until the first game really. I I like they're not working at with enough
33:19NIL that they're getting any of the top dogs, you know. Uh we're going to go Mike Washington just for the uh Mendoza
33:27correlation and then we will go with We will go with Darnell Mooney. Bang. I actually like
33:42that team a lot. Uh here's where we're at. Uh, final team. Actually, I'll just show you in this view. I prefer this
33:48view more, but we go Dak Straoud, Mendoza, Walker, Jvante, Judkins, Tank, Bakesby, Mike Washington, Lamb, Wadd, Parker Washington, Chris Godwin, Matthew
33:56Golden, Tank Del, Darnell Mooney, Kill, Jake Ferguson, Daltton Schultz.
34:00Beautiful stuff.
34:04Oh, my bad. I don't know why I just willingly uh exposed my slow drafts there, but let's hop into a BBM. Of
34:11course, if you're new here and you're like, "What the hell is underdog? What the hell are these drafts? This is a $25
34:15Ball Mania draft. You can hop in with me right now. We're waiting for six people here. Uh if you are new, make sure you
34:21check it out. Use promo code Ron when you sign up. And when you play $5, you will get $50 on the site to mess around
34:28with and play with us all summer long.
34:31All summer, I'll be streaming every night from now through week one. Uh make sure you check it out. I have a link in
34:36the description, comment section, and pinned in the live chat right now. I swear to God, you can't make this up, fellas. Fellas, you cannot make this up,
34:46fellas.
34:49I mean, we are trolling, bro. We are trolling. This is insane, dude. Enough, bro.
35:14I've just about had it, bro.
35:19We are from the 11 spot once again. The 111. I think we've got it three of our last four drafts that I've done on
35:26stream here.
35:29Just the way she goes, I suppose, man.
35:37feel like I just talked about why I like uh Ashen Genty.
35:41Uh Ashen Genty, I think is just a clearly better player than both. I think he's going to get more touches than both
35:48of these guys. I think the offense is going to be better with Clint Kubak calling the plays. They made big improvements to the offensive line. I
35:54think Mendoza could be better than people think. Uh, and I think that he just has a better workload that he's in
36:00line for. The stream just started. This is our second draft here. You're in the 12 spot. Hell yeah.
36:10What's up, Daniel Cook? What's going on?
36:12What's going on? Do any of the BDG guys play baseball or strictly reddraft? Um, I think they dabble here and there. It's
36:19a little bit more tricky for them now that they're not signed with or I say now like they've been with Bet MGM
36:24forever. Uh, not forever, but you get what I'm saying. for a couple years now.
36:28Uh so I don't think they really do. I'd also say like Gut and J. I think they really just play uh the reddraft league
36:37and that's it.
36:39Nick might be in a similar boat. I think Nick uh Nick probably has the lowest volume um of like any fantasy analyst,
36:52but it makes him like all in on the uh the idiot league, which is really good.
36:57I think you're right. I think he does mess around a little bit. I think he messes around here and there on some
37:03underdog.
37:10Damn, that's not what I was looking for.
37:18I don't I don't like how this is showing. All right, we are on. Let's go.
37:22Genty cook. Hell yeah.
37:33This what I want.
37:36No, it's not what I want, bro.
37:39My bad, fellas. I'm just trying to figure out what the hell I'm doing.
37:45I haven't I haven't been liking how this has showed the entire time.
37:53You think I should reach out to Jinxy?
37:56You think what? You think I should send him a DM?
38:01What should I tell Jinxy?
38:09I wouldn't say your burden bags are busted. I I'm It's just It's a little concerning. It's a little concerning. We should We should have an update by now
38:16if it was if it was nothing.
38:19Your ideal opener Cook Genty Nick said ontoxic tower Mary Dynasty [ __ ] reddraft. Interesting.
38:30Yeah, I think you're right. Nick's interesting. He didn't do an ounce of um he did no dynasty content this season, but I think he also really likes dynasty
38:39at the same time. He just uh I think that he was just super busy uh with like the Claude Code trivia stuff and his
38:47trivia rips the trivia does so well like in terms of pushing memberships to the site. It like I think it genuinely
38:53competes with the fantasy product now.
38:55Um, but I also think that he still deep down likes Dynasty.
39:05It's wild. He's also he's also like very bullish on the outlook of Dynasty. Like he he sees Dynasty being because for me,
39:11I'll be straight up with you guys, like if I did like a a revenue pie chart, for me, Dynasty probably pulls in like under
39:2010% of my overall revenue on the given year. whether that's from like YouTube ads, people actually like going to my Patreon during the Dynasty season. Like
39:28I I make no money during Dynasty, but he's bullish on the idea that like Dynasty is kind of an untapped market.
39:35But I know some guys crush like the uh the Dynasty domain guys. Like those guys those guys pull during the Dynasty season. I blame
39:50everything on you. Yo, chill. Chill.
39:53Chill, bro. Chill. Is Luther in my chat right now? You're a god at reading chat.
39:58I suppose I just got nothing else. I got I mean, I guess that's how I I you know, this guy takes Josh Allen and then Lamar
40:04and then I completely miss it. But uh especially when we're picking on the turns like this. Like I'm just I'm just
40:09killing the time trying to see what you guys are saying.
40:14I don't think you have to go CMT at the six spot. I think especially in half PPR, you can take JT over him.
40:20Tell them to join the basement.
40:29Let's see.
40:32All right. We'll probably do waddle again here. Do waddle and then we'll see what comes back.
40:42I would just say like I just don't think running backs ever really have a high floor.
40:51Like I know they've been healthy the last two years, but that's not been the case historically. I also want to like
40:56shoot for upside, but I think Chase Brown has upside. I'll be honest, I I have them all in a very similar range.
41:05We'll go T. We'll switch it up. We have so much Garrett Wilson. go waddle tap think he's going to take their views to
41:17the moon.
41:18That's what I'm saying like overall that I'll be honest like probably early on in my career um never like um I don't know you see other
41:30guys doing well and you're like I want to do well I want to do that and uh you know why is his video popping off when
41:35my video is not popping off but it really is like a rising tide lifts all ship situation where like the bigger
41:41Flock gets the bigger fantasy footballers get the bigger Nick BGE gets people call him Nick BDG like that's never, you know,
41:49he's Nicer Colano and his brand is BDGE.
41:52Um, but the further they take us, they kind of they kind of drag the rest of us with them, you know,
42:03full PPR. Sixbot. Yeah, probably. Or no, honestly, sixb spot. I'm still taking I think I'm I'm on RAW and JSN over
42:09Macaffrey in full PPR.
42:22player. Do you just come in here and like give give me funny uh player titles? That one's too long, but it is
42:28funny.
42:36Yeah. I I mean, people like tap in with it, but it's just I don't know. Like, we're getting into the the business stuff of it. But what I
42:44guess what I'm trying to say is like the dynasty content is for the love of the game for now. Um, but I don't know. Nick's a very sharp
42:51businessman and if he says that there is untapped business potential with Dynasty, I'm not going to, you know, I'll make stuff for the love
43:01of the game.
43:05Looking at strength of schedule here and there, but it's like I don't know. strength of schedule is pretty finicky. Like it's it's not super
43:15sticky. Even if you want to look at the thing is people don't look at the correct strength of schedule. The correct strength of the schedule is you
43:21go to uh sharp football analysis and they have the look ahead Vegas lines. Um they have the look ahead Vegas lines and
43:31then they can kind of derive a strength of schedule from that. That's decently useful. But even still, it's not like those look ahead lines told us last
43:38year, oh my god, the Patriots have the easiest schedule of all time. they're all going to rip. Uh it's just not that
43:43obvious. Teams get hurt. Defenses especially are up and down every year.
43:54Yeah, I think I I think it's a good tiebreaker. I think I think strike the schedule if you want to use it, it's a
43:58tiebreaker consumed by salt, but I I hope it is a rising tide. It is. It is. Trust. If you go back, like go back to the top dogs,
44:06whether that's fantasy footballers, whether that's Nick, uh, even Flock, just go back to their stuff in like 2022 and see what views they were pulling.
44:14They were still the top of the line in the industry, maybe. H, yeah, I'll say I'll say I don't know. My my timeline's
44:20all over the place, but you can go back to like 2022, 2023, see the views they were pulling in, uh, and now they're
44:28like triple, quadrupling all of them.
44:30Like what used to be only the the top guys could touch is now like what I'm touching as like not even one of the
44:37headliners.
44:47Genty Cook is like the perfect mix.
44:48Yeah, that that's a a especially in Happy PPR. This is a a dream little double tap here.
44:58Whoa. Hate when that happens. I got no clue what that shows you guys.
45:04All right, let's see. What do we got at the turn here?
45:08Damn, he goes Devonte for real, bro.
45:12You know what? Let's do the Rome thing.
45:14Let's do the Rome thing. If if Burden's actually hurt, which I hope he's not, you know, let's do a little prayer
45:18circle here. Let's take Rome just in case, I suppose. I don't know what I want to do with this next pick, though.
45:26I don't want to take a naked Lamar.
45:28Tight end is gone.
45:34You going to do Parker?
45:41Yeah, let's do Parker Washington then.
45:43Screw it.
45:46My high on Scott.
45:50I'm like right where he's at. I'm right where he's at. You know what I mean? I I I got him exactly where he is. I know
45:56that. That's like the boring take. Uh, but when it comes to Scatterabbo, we were all over him last year. We would
46:01take him in the high stakes streams. We would get clowned. He was an awesome pick through seven weeks and he gets
46:05hurt. And it's just like now you're paying a pretty penny for him in a range that I want to be taking the breakout
46:11receiver candidates. Uh, I mean, I guess he goes in this draft at at a pretty good price where, you know, Burden, Ted,
46:19all these guys are gone.
46:26The roll's good. I'm just concerned about the ankle, man.
46:36Oh, you saw Connor text me.
46:42You think he'll be okay? We'll see. Uh, MF Doom of Fantasy Football. I'm not sure what that means. I know. All caps
46:49when you spell When you say his name.
46:51All caps when you spell the man name. I know that.
46:56But I only know like I only know like two MF Doom songs. It's that one. That might be it. Give me
47:03draft picks of Parker.
47:08Jay Jonah Jameson. What the hell are you talking about? Emo. What the hell are you talking about? What does that even
47:14mean?
47:19Uh, Waddle seems to be absolutely fine.
47:21That's the only like positive wide receiver injury news we got today is that Waddle should be all right.
47:38You don't like taking early tight end, but round five, Ty Warren just looks good. I'm starting to really get behind uh I like
47:47I honestly like I like Bowers, Lovelin, and Warren pictures of Spider-Man and Parker. I see. I see. Tyson or Tate? I'm Tate over
47:57Tyson, but I think they're both fantastic picks.
48:13Not going to lie, I've been craving some ice cream.
48:19Might have to go grab some.
48:22Would be a pretty crazy move at this time of day.
48:33But I may just go get some ice cream.
48:36Nice little Saturday night treat.
48:40I go Jacob Lane. Yeah, Jacobe Lane. I mean, the Jacobe Lane stuff sucks because I um Look at this, fellas. I mean, the Jacobe
48:50Lane buzz when I got 17.4% Elijah Serat.
48:54Not fantastic, but we'll see. Culver's ice cream. Wow, that's real. That's real steel. Have we ever had a groin injury that actually takes out a player's
49:02season?
49:06Um, there's one that comes to mind, but I can't think of who the player was.
49:19There's certainly been nagging injuries from the preseason that end up being super annoying during the season. Uh, I remember one back in the day was like
49:26Keenan Allen had some lower body injury that ended up being a real issue. Uh, we'll go Trevor Lawrence here and we'll see what comes back. We'll
49:34probably take one of those two tight ends.
49:43Would have Jordan Tyson just a better football player than a lav? I think it's genuinely in the cards.
49:48I think it's genuinely in the cards.
49:52It's part of the reason why I'm not crazy about him.
49:58Let's take a look here. through it. Have some 17 correlation with it, too.
50:06We have a Dunay versus Leaporta.
50:09Nice build so far. Thank you, man.
50:11Thoughts on J Mo and Terry?
50:13Dude, I'm I actually almost rode up Jameson Williams for the breakout wide receiver videos. Yes or video yesterday?
50:21Jameson Williams is interesting, bro.
50:23It's just tough.
50:25It's tough because he has so much talent in his way, but I'm so convicted in him being a really good player and there's also just like
50:37it's funny because we just took Leaporta, but what if Leaporta isn't a big point of emphasis?
50:47What if Dan Kimble like kind of tips the scale like he did last year? He took the over the play calling duties and then
50:52immediately people forget after the the Lions bye-week both Aman Rosane Brown and Jameson Williams were top six wide receivers by points per game. Uh and
51:01Jameson Williams ADOT has come down a ton the last two seasons where he's no longer just a deep threat. Uh like he is
51:07not Alec Pierce. He is somebody who's running like horizontally and getting out in space and catching the ball and running and uh he's like a special
51:15special talent. And he's heading into year five, which is where wide receivers usually peak.
51:23So, I don't know. We're doing candidates of guys that I think can uh hit a top 12 finish for the first time in their
51:28careers. I really do think Jameson Williams can do it. Even next to uh St.
51:31Brown, it just gets difficult when you have Gibbs and Leaporta also in that offense. If if Gibbs wasn't there or if
51:39Leaporta wasn't there, really mainly uh Leaporta, I'd be pretty all in.
51:45Yeah. No, I I know Leaporta was out.
51:47That that was the big uh hindrance, but I guess I mean he still even had his what 14 plus point per game season in
51:532024 with Leapora there.
51:57And even still, like even if it is a Leaporta issue, like there's there is a chance that off the back injury that
52:02something flares up. Like I I uh I've talked with Matthew Betts, the uh injury analyst over on the Fantasy Footballers.
52:07He's great. He's not concerned about Leaporta, but I don't know. You ask me, dude, and it's like a 25year-old dude like just pulling the plug on an NFL
52:16season to say, "Hey, I need like immediate back surgery."
52:20I don't I mean, that's that's nuts to me. You know what I mean?
52:30Biggest issue with Javvante is point4 yards per out run. He is a zero in the receiving game.
52:41And why that matters is one like receptions matter in PPR. And then two, uh, JJ Zach Reasonz had a really good
52:46study last year in his, uh, draft guide talking through why, uh, really poor yards prop run for a running back in the
52:55previous season, they end up being a, uh, a bust in the next season. A lot of the times should we do here?
53:20Let's do Nicks to Waddle and then then I think we're done at receiver or we're done at quarterback there.
53:34Like literally I think I think Javvante if like you look up his like yards per target which is like a really simple
53:40efficiency stat. It's like the worst in a long long time.
53:45Uh it's like it was like historically bad last year.
53:54I guess Jacobe Myers.
54:05I like both of them. Uh between Leapora and Fannon.
54:12Do I bet spreads lines week to week? I mean, just like little side bets for fun.
54:17See, this is a big misconception that I probably need to talk about on uh an upcoming strategy video, but if you go
54:24back in your league and you look up um like just the weekly scores, I did a I I actually did it with my home league uh
54:31maybe a year or two ago, if you look at like the average point differential, and this is an old, if you guys want to get
54:37into like the founding fathers of fantasy football, uh one of them is Adam Harstad, one of the founding fathers of fantasy football. Um,
54:47most games in fantasy football are blowouts. It's kind of just our uh bias where like when you lose by 0.9, like it
54:54sucks so bad. And it's like if I could could have just had a consistent uh score, I would have won.
55:02But most of the time it's a blowout, which means week to week consistency is probably one of the more under one of
55:08the more over it's probably like the most overrated thing in fantasy football even in a managed league setting. Uh it all comes out in the wash. The spikes
55:17will hit your lineup. Uh and it's also not sticky yeartoear. Like there was a year uh I remember showing it. Tyler Lockett used to be like the
55:27biggest boom bust receiver ever and then I think it was 2020 two or no let me think through it. It might have been
55:38uh I think 22 was was Debo AJ Brown the 2019 class. Maybe it was a 2021 year. I think it was a 2021 year. Uh when like
55:49when Russ was DK Mechaf's second year uh Lockit was like one of the most consistent players on a weekly basis. So
55:57it's just it's not sticky year to year and then most games are blowouts anyways. So uh it just doesn't matter that much.
56:06I'm doing stacks uh constantly. I feel like I've I've explained my Javvante stance like a billion times in this stream.
56:13Uh I'm doing stacks pretty much every time. Even in a home manage league.
56:16That's another one where people overrate consistency. People also underrate stack and like it's a home that you don't have to stack. You're right. You don't have
56:22to stack. But like here, if Parker Washington ends up being a top 12 point per game wide receiver, I would bet that
56:29Trevor Lawrence probably ends up doing pretty damn well as as well. So you can just kind of correlate your bets and
56:34make it so you don't have to get uh you have to get the least amount of things correct. That's like the whole point of
56:40of stacking.
56:43Essentially making it a parlay.
56:46We're like, okay, if this, you know, if Jamar Tracer the wide receiver won overall in fantasy next year, then Joe Burrow probably threw for 40 touchdowns.
56:57People say, "How do you tear your triceps in
57:07practice?"
57:23Tyrone Tracy, I I had nothing there. I I I don't I didn't have a thought between my ears on what I wanted to do on that
57:29pick.
57:33Our receivers are weak.
57:36It's probably going to be a 25, maybe like a 2583,
57:45something like that. 2592, something along those lines.
57:58If you know your home league is super running back hungry, should you just draft at the back end so you can double
58:02tap running backs? Uh, I suppose, but a guy like me, if you're in a super running back hungry league, uh, and
58:12you know, all the fun running backs go and you're staring Justin Jefferson and CD Lamb in the face, it gets really
58:17tough.
58:20Not super plugged in on the SIMs.
58:34It's hot out there.
58:45Penny Parker, man. Yo, chill.
58:52Marvel Rivals had a good run. My biggest gripe with those games, they add too many damn heroes. They had too many.
59:09What you think of our Jets this season?
59:13I think it's going to be like low-key a fun brand of football. I don't think it's going to be as bad as some might
59:18think. Uh I don't think they're going to win a ton of games, but I also don't think it's going to be like I think it's
59:23gonna be for the first time where we don't have like uh a terrible like watching product. I think that Aaron Glenn kind of sucks as a D
59:35coordinator. So, we're going to see uh the defense kind of suck. I think that Gino is going to at least air it out and
59:40that'll be fun.
59:44That that's my that's my biggest issue, dude. I understand that like the game has to keep on dropping heroes and like
59:49I don't know. I guess like make things more I don't even know what I would call it, but they just like have to keep on
59:54making things for people to care about and like I don't want to learn the new hero. I don't want to know what the counter is.
60:02And like all of a sudden you stop playing for two months and you come back and like half the other team is is using
60:08guys that you have no clue.
60:11the the day one release of Marvel Rivals was awesome. It was awesome. I had a lot of fun. But like the same thing happens in like
60:23Siege, the same thing happens in Overwatch, like all them, they they feel this pressure to like release these seasons with like new characters and
60:28stuff. And it's like, dude, just just let it rock, bro.
60:36Uh I wouldn't force a sack stack is what I'm saying. For me, it's just more like when it, you know, when it's convenient.
60:41If it's not convenient, you can just not stack. Especially in a home league where you can just like play quarterbacks off
60:46the waiver wire as well.
60:53Let's do Breton Strange. And I don't know what I want to do elsewhere.
60:58I don't think Leaport is Leaporta Strange enough at tight end. I I would venture to say no.
61:10I don't like any of the receivers available.
61:14Could take Trey Tucker. I guess Solver wants us to take Jonah Coleman
61:24here. Nah, let's take Trey Tucker, man.
61:28Ryan Heath made a compelling argument for Trey Tucker when we had him on the channel. And if we're going to bet on
61:33Genty and this offense being serviceable, why not? Um, how do I feel about Worthy this year? Last year we were kind of in on the talent and had
61:39him as a borderline third rounder and this year we're pretty bearish on Rice.
61:43I think he's of value if he's healthy. I I was actually really in on Xavier Worthy moving him up the rankings as we
61:48go this off season and now he's dealing with a shoulder injury. I know it's not it's not like a labum issue which is
61:54what he got I think maybe he got surgery for. I'm not sure. It's an AC joint sprain, which like really in it really
62:00isn't a big deal, but at a certain point, this 160 pound receiver who constantly has shoulder issues, it's an issue. Um, so I I have a really hard
62:09time I I draft him here and there, like I'm not fading him, but he's also not a target of mine, but if you if you guaranteed me 17
62:16games, I would be pretty excited about Xavier Worthy as like a year three breakout.
62:30I gotta be honest, man. You you you said you saying this. Maybe check my phone to see if we got like a a chef tweet or
62:36something.
62:43And rivals my main. I'd have to look at the roster, but uh I enjoyed I'm trying to think of uh
63:00Oh, I liked Magneto. I was good at I was good with Magneto.
63:06I was good I was really good with Doctor Strange. He was like Doctor Strange was obviously like the easiest main in the
63:11game. But I would say Doctor Strange was my main. Uh in those games, I'm not a good uh shooter at all, so I just play
63:19tank and occupy space.
63:22But I mess around with like all the tanks were fun to play. I defin I main strange but I would like Magneto. I
63:26would like Thor, Captain America, and then sometimes I mess around with the uh the supports and attack, but it's been so like I haven't played that game
63:35since maybe like the the 2025 to 20 2024 to 2025 like winter.
63:43I'm going to collab with Jinxy and Rainbow 6.
63:48This year you're dear Ryan and Joe. I'm not sure. I don't even know if my if my team is competing in that one. I feel
63:53like yes.
63:55Yeah, Trey Tucker's fun.
63:59Yeah, it seems like it's not an issue, but like I don't know. Like the the more of these like uh bruises and bumps like kind of
64:07accumulate here, it's like I I don't know, man.
64:16Uh, no. I'm I'm all set on Gadsden these days. To be honest, I don't really want Mendoza.
64:26I don't think we need a third quarterback on this team. Or should we?
64:32Should we do it just for fun?
64:35I'm going to take Mendoza because I don't have a better freaking idea of what I want to do. Maybe that's bad
64:40process, but it's probably going to be a three.
64:44We'll probably draft another tight end, right? Leaporta or is Leaporta strange enough? What do we think on that?
64:57Do any of these receivers make sense for my stuff?
65:01We have Arizona, Washington.
65:08Let's go.
65:13I guess we'll go B Rob. I don't really feel strongly there.
65:23Oh my god. My little brother coming in to say that I'm not really good, dude.
65:26He Dude, my little brothers literally see me main as Doctor Strange and put in work, bro. That's the thing.
65:36But I I've said before like the like I'm just not good at shooters. So when I play those hero style games, whether
65:40that's like Overwatch or uh Rivals, I just I play tank tank and occupy space. Uh when's the BDG draft? I want to say August 25th,
65:52something like that. Don't sleep on I'm sleeping on Tyreek this year. Going to move Tutin. No. No.
66:00when you draft like the running backs in his range are either dead zone projections like Montgomery and Swift, which don't get me
66:06wrong, those guys can still pay off, or uh like Tin, Henderson, and Bucky are all in potential committees.
66:15And then Judkins is a is a lead back in a shitty offense. They all have their drawbacks.
66:23I'm drafting from the 11 spot again, bro. We done we did two drafts tonight, both from the 11 spot.
66:30See you later, Emo.
66:35Dude, he he pops by just just to hate, bro. It's insane.
66:49Like, I had a poor showing in the BDG trivia tournament and I got a text from him saying that I'm buns. Like, dude,
66:55it's the man in the arena.
66:59Yep. We're doing an FPC with Liam and Jacob. We haven't nailed out a date yet, but we will.
67:06Slock league victory. Downright stunning. S's been doing this for a while. He's up there as one of the top dogs.
67:31But here's the team so far or we have two rounds left. So I might as well just tell you what the team is. We have James
67:36Cook, Genty, Wadd Mcccl McMillan, Roman Dunes, Parker Washington, Trevor Lawrence. Actually, we're on the clock now, so let me shut up. Uh, we're not
67:45taking a running back. We need a receiver.
67:49I guess we'll do the Calvin Ridley thing.
67:54Is there any like serviceable tight ends left? We might I'm going to do Evan Ingram. I think I think I'm going to do 3573 here and
68:04live a little at Yeah, I think we're going to do that. Do Evan Ingram to Bo Knicks.
68:11Evan Ingram in the 18th round. You can do you could do worse than that. Uh but here's the final team.
68:18We drafted another second 3572. Uh, Trevor Lawrence, Bone Knicks, Randall Mendoza, James Cook, Ashton Genty, Chris Rodriguez, Tyrone Tracy, Brian Robinson,
68:27uh, Jaylen Waddle, Tedo McMillan, Roman Dunay, Parker Washington, Kobe Myers, Trey Tucker, Calvin Ridley, Sam Laaporta, Brettton Strange, Evan Ingram.
