Alvin Kamara

NegativeInjury9:48

Alvin Kamara is dealing with an MCL sprain and is expected to miss at least one month. Matthew Berry has downgraded him to RB50, noting that he was already showing signs of inefficiency and hitting a wall before this injury.

Insight page

Ashton Jeanty

PositiveValue26:53

Alex Cupps identifies Ashton Jenty as his personal 'ride or die' candidate for the 2026 season, specifically targeting him at the end of the first round.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveValue31:03

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps view Blake Corum as a significant value on ESPN, where he is drafted at pick 140 compared to their rankings of 86-93. Corum is considered a usable flex with league-winning upside should Kyron Williams miss time, and the analysts note his increased workload down the stretch in 2025.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeProjection48:35

Brock Bowers is identified as part of the elite tight end tier alongside McBride and Loveland, representing the ceiling for high-end tight end production.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveValue17:17

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps identify Caleb Williams as a major value on ESPN, where he is being drafted as QB11 (93rd overall) despite both analysts ranking him as a top-seven quarterback. They highlight his year-two improvements—specifically his reduced sack rate (from 10.8% to 4.1%) and increased touchdown rate—and his dual-threat ability as reasons to target him for upside.

Insight page
PositiveValue21:30

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps are all-in on Caleb Williams, viewing him as massively mispriced on ESPN. They project a 4,000-yard season, citing his second year in the offense, improved pocket awareness, a strong offensive line, and the addition of Luther Burden as factors that could lead to increased passing volume early in the season.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveValue22:14

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps rank Chase Brown as a top-16 overall player (RB8-RB9), yet he is currently drafted at 26 overall (RB13) on ESPN. They highlight his top-five usage among running backs last year—trailing only Bijan Robinson, Jahmyr Gibbs, Christian McCaffrey, and Jonathan Taylor—and note that the Bengals' backfield competition is weak following Zach Moss's departure.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveValue39:41

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps identify Chris Godwin as a massive value on ESPN, where he is drafted near pick 148 despite their rankings in the 69-76 range. With Mike Evans gone and other receivers banged up, they expect Godwin to serve as the primary slot receiver and potentially the WR1 for Baker Mayfield.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveBreakout37:07

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps are extremely high on Luther Burden, ranking him in the 40s overall while he is drafted in the late 70s on ESPN. They cite his elite efficiency metrics—ranking behind only JSN and Puka Nacua in fantasy points per route run—and expect him to be a primary target in the Bears' offense.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeRole10:01

Matthew Berry notes that Najee Harris signing with the Giants muddies the backfield outlook, particularly for Cameron Skadaboo. While Harris is an older back coming off an Achilles injury, his presence, combined with Greg Roman's historical aversion to bell-cow running backs, suggests a committee approach that limits the standalone value of all Giants running backs.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveProjection10:00

With Alvin Kamara sidelined, Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps are bullish on Travis Etienne. Berry moved him up to RB16, while Cupps notes that the absence of Kamara opens up a three-down, dual-threat role for Etienne, as neither Devin Neal nor Kendry Miller possesses a strong pass-catching profile.

Insight page

Trey McBride

NegativeProjection48:35

Trey McBride is categorized in the top-tier group of tight ends alongside Bowers and Loveland, serving as a benchmark for elite production.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveValue45:48

Tucker Kraft is a major target on ESPN where he is currently drafted outside the top 100 as the TE9; despite concerns regarding his efficiency coming off a severe knee injury, his role as the primary tight end in a high-powered Green Bay offense provides an incredibly safe floor, making him a high-upside value play.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeValue48:41

Tyler Warren is considered in the same tier as Tucker Kraft, with the analysts noting that drafting Kraft over Warren is a reasonable decision given their similar outlooks.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

NegativeRole8:54

Matthew Berry suggests that Tyrone Tracy's fantasy value is significantly diminished following the Najee Harris signing. Due to perceived pass-protection struggles and the presence of other options like Devin Singletary and Cameron Skadaboo, Berry advises against drafting Tracy in redraft leagues unless they are very deep.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveBreakout34:06

Matthew Berry and Alex Cupps project a potential breakout for Zay Flowers, noting he is the clear lead receiver for the Ravens with minimal target competition. Despite concerns about his touchdown upside, they highlight his 29% target share and sixth-most receiving yards among wide receivers last season as evidence of his volume-hog status.

0:00It is noon on YouTube, which means it's 5 o'clock somewhere.
0:03The Happy Hour Bar is open. It is your pal Matthew Berry here serving up drinks.
0:09And I'm very excited about today's show. I often talk about the fact that ADP, if you go and look at my
0:15draft day manifesto on FantasyLife.com, it's for free. I'm a company man.
0:19If you look at that, one of the big things I've said, and I've said this for years, is that ADP on
0:26any site that you draft on greatly influences how the draft goes.
0:30And so that the ADP that might be on ESPN, for example, is different than the ADP on Yahoo or CBS, Sleeper, wherever else you might play.
0:39GuillotineLeagues.com, for example, which is free, by the way.
0:41The app is awesome. No fees whatsoever this year.
0:44If you play in a paid league, everything you pay goes into the prize pool.
0:49I know a lot of other sites take a healthy cut off the top.
0:53No such deal at GuillotineLeagues.com. So please give it a try.
0:57And we have some cool announcements with GuillotineLeagues.com coming up very soon.
1:01It's the best way to play, by the way.
1:04But back to ESPN ADP, back to ADP in general, wherever you draft, that can be exploited.
1:09Because if you have different ranks than what the current ADP is, you're going to be able to arbitrage against that and get a lot of great value.
1:18And who better to discuss that with me today?
1:21We're going to exploit ESPN ADP. We're going to give you a bunch of players that are going way too low on ESPN that you can exploit.
1:29And who better to do that than Alex Cupps, who is the newest member of Fantasy Life, of our team at Fantasy Life.
1:36Alex came to our attention because my buddy and colleague at Fantasy Life, Peter Overzet, did a reality show this summer called
1:43So You Think You Can Tout, where I believe, I don't know the exact numbers in front of me, but I believe
1:508 billion people apply to be in this contest.
1:53And emerging from it all, the winner of So You Think You Can Tout season one, because I'm sure there'll be a sequel, is my friend Alex Cupps.
2:02Alex, welcome to the Happy Hour show. Thanks so much for joining us.
2:06Yeah, thank you so much for having me, Matthew.
2:09It's been a pleasure. I've been at Fantasy Life now for a couple weeks and it's already been just some of the
2:16best weeks in my history of creating fantasy football content, albeit very short.
2:20But yeah, it's been great. Like you said, So You Think You Could Tout, hosted by Peter Overzet, just an awesome opportunity,
2:27really just served as a springboard for me to get involved in the fantasy football community, creating content.
2:33And I'm super stoked to join you for this topic specifically, considering one of the first tools I noticed at Fantasy Life
2:40once I became an employee over there was the awesome ADP comparison tool between the various platforms that you just talked about, CBS, Yahoo, ESPN.
2:48And being a data scientist and data being the main thing that drives me in fantasy football, I immediately was thinking, my
2:55brain was turning, how can we take all this data, compare it, drop the average across all platforms, compare it to individual platforms and find the biggest deltas?
3:03Which players are values going on which platforms? And I think, like you said, ESPN is one that has some of the
3:10most value to find across the entire fantasy landscape in 2026.
3:14So I'm stoked to have that conversation with you and talk about some of our favorite players over on ESPN.
3:20So we're going to get to that very soon, but let's get to know you a little bit.
3:26And we'll start with Exhausted Texas fan who says, Alex, what's the secret to your teeth?
3:31The secret to my teeth. People are blinded by your smile.
3:34I think Pronto Joey just said, you know, too much hair for this podcast, which I think is fair.
3:40You absolutely have too much hair for this podcast.
3:43Candidly, and better teeth. You know what I mean?
3:46Like it's, it's, uh, right. Five years of braces.
3:49Five years of braces will do it to you, man.
3:52It worked out well because raise the flag says minus 110.
3:56The berry says, you have a nice head of lettuce.
3:59You do have a nice head of lettuce, raise the flags.
4:02But, um, it's like you're in a prediction market there.
4:05Um, uh, you know, uh, and nailing that one.
4:08Uh, hey, so Alex, but you mentioned you're a data scientist.
4:12So let's real quickly before we dive into ESPN ADP and we've got some news with some, some older running backs.
4:18Uh, but tell us a little bit shortly, briefly here, but your background, where are you from?
4:24You mentioned you're a data scientist. How, what science were you data-ing before, uh, becoming a member of Fantasy Life?
4:30So just talk to me a little bit about your background here.
4:34Yeah, for sure. So I'm originally from, uh, the East Bay in California, about an hour outside of San Francisco.
4:40I live in Sacramento now. But I'm actually still a full-time software engineer and data science scientist for my normal job.
4:47Uh, but what got me into fantasy football data science was actually I did my master's program, uh, in 2023 and finished
4:54up in 2025, writing my thesis on creating a predictive model to help me figure out which players are going to be
5:01the best NFL fantasy players at the NFL level, based on how they were in college, their production metrics, their athleticism, all that advanced data.
5:09I've always just loved fantasy football and trying to get a competitive edge, like however I can to take down my leagues.
5:16So figured I might as well, you know, do my, my thesis on it.
5:20And yeah, ever since last September, when I started creating content, it's just been an absolute roller coaster and happy to be here.
5:27Yeah, well, listen, you've done a great job. And again, uh, you were the clear winner to me on, uh, So You Think You Can Tout.
5:35And, uh, we're thrilled to have you. Of course, everyone follow him at Cups Analytics.
5:40At Cupps Analytics. And we're thrilled to have you at FantasyLife.com.
5:44So if you want Alex's rankings, you want his dynasty thoughts, you want his, um, his analysis, it's all available at FantasyLife.com.
5:51We're thrilled to have you, especially today. Um, and you did write a couple of articles about exploiting ADP, including ESPN.
5:57So we're going to talk about that a little bit later today.
6:01But first off, we had some breaking news during the show yesterday, uh, Alex, that, uh, Najee Harris, again, Undertaker gif, like, whoo, Undertaker gif, right?
6:09Najee Harris rising for the dead. He has been signed by the Giants to a one-year deal, played just three games with
6:16the Chargers last season, you know, tore that Achilles in week three.
6:20Running backs coming back from Achilles are always tough.
6:23Especially older running backs that have had as much work as Harris.
6:27Uh, but I guess, you know, when you, uh, when you blow a blitz pickup, uh, the way Tyrone Tracy did, um,
6:34you know, uh, any port in a storm. What are your thoughts here about Najee Harris, um, joining the New York Giants?
6:41Not the San Francisco Giants. Come on, Barry. Yeah, no, I think it's, it's interesting and it's tough for me because I've
6:48been drafting the absolute, you know, what out of Cameron Skadaboo this season so far.
6:52Um, he's one of my favorite running backs in the league based on what we saw him do in his rookie season.
6:59One of the things I do from a data approach to things is I generate year one and year two statistical comps for these players.
7:07And Skadaboo, based on his prospect profile and what he did in his rookie season before he got hurt, he came out
7:14with some unbelievable comps for a fourth round running back.
7:17He's got guys like Kareem Hunt and Devon Achan all the way at the top of the list.
7:23So, you know, very rarely, not very rarely, but, you know, occasionally we'll see one of these fourth round running backs that
7:30really hits in a big way for fantasy football.
7:33And I've always felt like Skadaboo is that guy going into year two.
7:37So seeing Najee Harris get added to this backfield, it definitely muddies things a little bit for me because I think the
7:44bet on Skadaboo being that true workhorse in year two gets a little stickier here.
7:49Um, I went back cause I was curious, you know, we have that Greg Roman to Najee Harris connection from last year, like you mentioned on the chargers.
7:57And I went back, I was curious what Greg Roman was thinking, like what his idea was bringing in Najee to, uh,
8:04be with, you know, the first round rookie O'Marion Hampton.
8:08And there was a quote from last off season saying that from Greg Roman saying that the day of one running back,
8:14taking every rep, it's kind of gone the way of prehistoric creatures.
8:18So I think Greg Roman is safe to say he thinks that, you know, the bell cow running back, or at least
8:25he hopes that he can take his team in a way that's not using a bell cow running back, which is not
8:32what you want to hear for fantasy football. Uh, obviously last year, things were a little complicated in LA with obviously the
8:39Najee fireworks incident back in July and then quickly terraces Achilles.
8:43So I don't think it ever really went according to plan for what Greg Roman wanted in, in LA, but I'm a
8:50little worried that he tries to implement that in New York this year.
8:54Yeah. And I think that Najee Harris signing hurts Tracy Moore because Tracy was always going to be behind Scadaboo.
9:00Um, and again, it's one clip that gets blown out of proportion, but you know, they need Jackson Dart up healthy.
9:07And if they've got zero trust in Tyrone Tracy and pass pro when he's the passing down back, right?
9:13Again, you, you can use Najee Harris on third down.
9:16You can use Devin Singletary on third down. Honestly, you can use camp Scadaboo on third down.
9:21He caught a lot of passes at Arizona state.
9:24So honestly, I just, it'd be tough for me in a redraft league to draft Tyrone Tracy, except unless it was a very deep league.
9:32I don't think you have standalone value, as I said, for Harris or Singletary, but it does.
9:37I think you will see those guys. I think you'll see Harris, you know, maybe he vultures a goal line carry here or there.
9:45Um, and it does hurt Scadaboo just a little bit.
9:48Speaking of older running backs, Alex Alvin Kamara, um, uh, has an MCL sprain.
9:52He's going to miss at least one month. And so, you know, look, uh, the obvious answer here is that this helps Travis Etienne.
10:00Uh, in terms of just more touches, I moved Etienne up a few spots.
10:05He's now my running back 16. I'm at 39 overall moved Alvin Kamara down to running back 50.
10:10Like he wasn't super efficient last year, sort of kind of hit a wall as it was.
10:16You bring in Travis Etienne and the fact that now he's going to miss at least a month and maybe more for
10:23an older running back that had an uncertain role.
10:25I guess, you know, there's not much, um, that we can talk about here, but let's use this as an excuse to
10:32talk a little bit about, uh, Travis Etienne. Uh, I think that in the absence of Kamara, it'll be some sort of
10:39a committee between Devin Neal and Kendry Miller to spell Travis Etienne, but it just might mean Etienne just gets a little bit more work.
10:47Honestly, I don't know that there's another, there's this is number two pass catching running back on the Saints that you feel good about.
10:55And, you know, you add Kamara to Jordan Tyson's injury and all of a sudden it's, you know, it's, it's, you know, it's a lobby and Juwan Johnson.
11:04Um, uh, I'm trying, I know, I'm listen, uh, Travis at you, uh, you know, thanks Martin's world.
11:09Like is it HN, ATN? I mean, I don't, it's so weird because his brother on Carolina, I believe is still ETN.
11:16He is. So yeah, right. So what, you know, Travis, HN, ATN, ATN, I don't know.
11:21Um, I apologize. Um, uh, anyway, but let's talk about, um, Travis here, uh, and your thoughts on him in the Saints
11:28offense over 1300 yards from scrimmage through the past four years for ETN, who quietly has been very productive since he's come to the league.
11:36Yeah, no, definitely. And I think him getting signed by the Saints, they definitely wanted to fill the role of their, you know, number one running back.
11:45They see Alvin Kamara getting older every year, clearly losing some juice, especially in the run game.
11:50Um, and you know, Kamara's big calling card his entire career has obviously been the receiving ability.
11:55I think this definitely does benefit ETN. Like you said, you moved him up to RB 16.
12:01I did as well. He was previously my RB 20.
12:04Now he's my RB 16, moved him up four spots, which might not seem like that much in the grand scheme of things.
12:11But for me, that was actually a jump, like in two rounds of value into like that next tier of running backs towards the top of the draft.
12:20So I'm definitely bullish on what this means for the outlook for ETN in new Orleans this season, just because I think
12:27it opens up more of a lane for him to be involved in the receiving game than it did with Kamara.
12:34You know, Kamara being that veteran that's gonna, you know, he's going to get his veteran touches just out of goodwill from the Saints.
12:41And he was always going to be involved on those long down and distance snaps on the third downs in the receiving game.
12:49So I think with ETN, you mentioned Kendra Miller and, um, the, the other one, Devin Neal, the two guys behind, uh,
12:56Kamara and ETN in the depth chart. Neither of them really have a pass catching skillset from their prospect profiles.
13:02So what you're seeing is I think now ETN, not only is he the 1A in this backfield, he's also just the
13:09most talented receiving back with Kamara hurt. So I think that opens up the three down skillset, the dual threat skillset for
13:16ETN to really hit a big ceiling as long as Kamara sidelined.
13:20Yeah. Stuntman Chuck saying his brother is eight ETN and I'm still drinking it.
13:24So, uh, well done Stuntman, Sean, uh, always bringing the fire, uh, there.
13:28Yeah. I mean, that's exactly right. And again, just without Jordan Tyson, I think just it's, it's a fairly narrow, uh, target tree, right?
13:36I mean, it's going to be, it's literally going to be Olave, uh, you know, Juwan Johnson and Travis ETN.
13:42I'll do respect to the Devon Veles of the world.
13:45I think, you know, it's basically those three guys going to be the main part of the offense for at least the
13:52first month for the Saints and, um, possibly longer because the Kamara and Tyson injuries could easily last longer than a month.
13:59So let's move on now. Uh, Alex, you wrote an article on, on fantasylife.com for free, where you talked about exploiting ESPN ADPs, right?
14:07And that I think one thing that we should sort of talk about here is that I think this is important.
14:13What the default league, the default league on ESPN is a 10 team standard league, two wide receivers, two quarterbacks, full point PPR, right?
14:21Um, uh, with, uh, yeah, one, one point PPR, uh, you know, one quarterback, sorry, one quarterback, two running backs, two wide
14:28receivers, tight end, one flex, a kicker and a defense.
14:31So it means when you're, when you're, when the, the team at ESPN is creating their top 200, they have to include
14:38kickers and defenses because you can't leave the draft without them.
14:41Okay. So like, I think, uh, and I'm going to ask producer Damien here in the back to correct me if I'm
14:48wrong, but I believe like the default on Yahoo, for example, are 12 team half point PPR leagues.
14:54All right. So again, it just, just to give you an example of like, you know, in terms of, I think that's
15:01important because when the, when the people that are doing the rankings and the projections for those two particular sites, um, and
15:08I don't know actually what the default is on, uh, on some of the others, but that's the, like, just those two differences sort of tells you, right.
15:17In terms of how you draft in a 10 team full PPR league is different than how you might draft in a
15:2412 team half point PPR league, especially because, you know, the depth is so much greater in a 10 teamer.
15:30So maybe you take more chances. You might go with a more of an injured player, right?
15:36So, um, Brian Hickman saying the math is strong in today's show, you know, it's only from Alex guys.
15:42It's, you know, I like the, here's my math.
15:44The math that I know is one margarita, two margarita, three margarita shot, uh, shout out, uh, to, um, uh, that song, the country song.
15:52And of course, Jimmy Buffett, um, Luke Bryan, I think Luke Bryan sings that song.
15:57All right. Um, all right. So anyway, you looked at a ESPN ADP and then I compared my rankings to ESPN ADP
16:04and we came up with a bunch of guys where you and I both agree.
16:09What is ESPN smoking here? Essentially. Yes. Yeah. I mean, well, but the truth is, or ESPN users, I should say, but
16:16again, I rank our default ranks on, on fantasylife.com are for half point PPR.
16:20Right. And we rank with the idea that these are ranks that can be used across multiple things.
16:26One of the, this is one of the, it's a plug for fantasy life plus, but if you get fantasy life plus
16:33and you can use promo code Barry for 10% off, but, um, uh, at ESPN, uh, fantasylife.com, if you have a fantasy
16:40life plus subscription, what you can do is you can say like, I'm in a super flex league.
16:45I'm in a, you know, I'm in a, you know, four flex league.
16:50I'm in a half point PPR. I'm, I'm in tight end premium, whatever your scoring system is, our ranks will then you enter your scoring system.
16:58And then our ranks are specifically designed exactly for your league.
17:01This ADP again is, is purely for 10 team, uh, one quarterback, a full PPR league with only two wide receivers.
17:08Even if you play in a different style on ESPN, you're in a 12 team, three wide receiver league, understand that the
17:15ADP is for 10 team, one quarterback, two wide receiver leagues.
17:18So to me, um, I'm going to start here.
17:21I have Caleb Williams at QB seven cups. So do you, we both have Caleb Williams at QB seven.
17:27You're actually higher on him in the overall. You have him at 65, I'm at 73, but both of us are massively ahead of him on ES ESPN.
17:36He's going 93rd overall. You and I both have him in the top 73.
17:40So you and I each have at least 20 spots ahead of where he's going on ESPN in the overall and he's QB 11 on ESPN.
17:49You and I both have Caleb Williams as a top seven pick.
17:52He's being drafted after Matthew Stafford, Bo Nix and Jackson Dart.
17:56Yep. Yeah. That was, that was one of the things that caught me so off guard too.
18:01When I first saw this one and I, I went and looked, you know, what's the difference in terms of who are
18:08the guys going between QB seven and QB 11, a guy like Matthew Stafford there, it kind of blew my mind, you
18:15know, cause that, that rank is just so different than you'll find on any other platform right now.
18:21And I think one thing that you just mentioned that I think was a really good thing to highlight is the fact
18:28that with this ADP being defaulted to 10 team, you know, two wide receiver, just a very run of the mill format.
18:35You want to chase upside, right? Because like you said, the depth is always going to be there in a shallow league like that.
18:42You're always going to have guys on the waiver wire that you can pick up and start on a weekly basis.
18:49If you're shooting for upside, in what world are you going to take Matthew Stafford over Caleb Williams?
18:55Who's going into year three with Kate, with Ben Johnson at the helm.
18:59He showed major improvement in year two, touchdown rate bumped up from 3.6 to 4.9% in year two yards per attempt up from 6.3 to 6.9.
19:07And probably the most important thing that we saw Caleb Williams improve on in year two was reducing that sack rate, reducing
19:14those catastrophic losses that we saw him have in year one.
19:17In year two, that sack rate dropped from 10.8%, which was one of the league worst in 2024 down to all the
19:24way down to 4.1, which is one of the top eight best among, among a quarterback.
19:29So, I mean, everything's trending upwards for this Ben Johnson offense and Caleb Williams.
19:34You have Ben Johnson on record saying he wants to be the highest scoring offense in the history of the NFL, which,
19:41you know, when someone like Ben Johnson says that, I'm going to listen.
19:45Most of the other, you know, coaches in the league, I'll probably just chalk that up to normal coach speak.
19:51But Ben Johnson, you know, I definitely trust listening to what he wants to do.
19:56And when he says something like that, my ears perk up around Caleb Williams.
20:00And especially if you're getting him at QB 11, I mean, it's just, it's a great upside swing over on ESPN right now.
20:08Yeah. Stanley C. Bynes says, because Stafford doesn't run.
20:11Yeah. That's the thing that's crazy. And that's one of the things I think that's so important about Caleb Williams is that
20:18I don't know if he gets enough credit for his rushing.
20:21Again, last year, he was one of only two quarterbacks to rank top seven in the NFL in both passing and rushing yards.
20:28Drake May being the other one, right? He's, he had each of the past two seasons, he's had at least 3,500 passing yards, at least 350 rushing yards.
20:37He's one of only four quarterbacks in the NFL that can say that.
20:41And so, and I think you bring up a really interesting point cups, which is that if you're swinging for upside, which
20:48is in a, and especially in ESPN, where again, in a 10 team, one quarterback league, why wouldn't you swing for upside?
20:55Because in a world like that, if Caleb Williams doesn't work out, well, there's going to be like six or seven very
21:02usable guys on the waiver wire any given week.
21:05So you always want to swing for upside, but you mentioned the one thing I do want to say here is that
21:12yes, he's going as QB 11 on ESPN. I don't know that you need to wait for QB 11, even though you
21:19and I have him at QB seven, but you know, you think about the overall, right?
21:24Again, I'm at 73 overall, you have him 65 overall.
21:27So we think he's like a sixth or seventh rounder.
21:30He's going in like, you know, basically the 10th round on ESPN.
21:34So if we have him as a sixth or seventh rounder, draft him in the eighth, you know, maybe early in the ninth.
21:41Again, just because we're exploiting ADP doesn't mean anyone else isn't as well.
21:45DM Gazuz says, well, Caleb threw for 4K this year.
21:49I think so. Again, just second year of Luther Burden.
21:52I know he's a little banged up, but you know, second year of Colson Levin, second year of the offense overall, to
21:59your point, getting the sacks are down more pocket awareness to really good offense, good offensive line, no Manungai as well.
22:05So maybe they throw a little bit more earlier in the season.
22:09So we're all in on Caleb Williams. We think he's massively mispriced on ESPN.
22:14Another guy that you and I both think is mispriced on ESPN is Chase Brown.
22:18You met running back eight. I'm at running back nine.
22:21He's going as running back 13. And you know, I both have him about a round ahead of the overall.
22:28I'm at 15 overall. You'm at 16 overall. He's currently going at 26 overall on ESPN.
22:33Just massive utilization for an offense that we think is going to explode this year.
22:38Yeah. Yeah. This one, this one really confuses me because I'm not sure what people are seeing that's changed from 2025 when it comes to the Bengals.
22:46It's the exact same backfield. In fact, it's maybe even arguably an easier backfield for Chase Brown to compete with considering Zach Moss is now gone.
22:54It's strictly 30 year old Samaj AP Ryan and late round rookie from 2025 Taj Brooks, who hasn't done anything.
23:01So the competition is just simply not there for Chase Brown.
23:04He finished as the RB seven in points per game last season, but he had a top five usage.
23:10Like you mentioned among running backs last year, only behind Bijon, Jameer Gibbs, Christian McCaffrey, and Jonathan Taylor.
23:16And all four of those guys are going in the first round.
23:20So the usage is there for Chase Brown. He's on what's projecting to be one of the best offenses in the entire league this year.
23:28And considering you're getting him on ESPN and in the third round, that feels unbelievable to me.
23:33So like you said, I mean, there's probably going to be other people in your league that are sharp enough to exploit this ADP to know the values.
23:42So, you know, you don't have to really push it, in my opinion, to 26.2 overall to RB 13 on ESPN, just snag him in the late second.
23:51Like if you could pair up a Bijon or a Jameer Gibbs with Chase Brown at the top, at the top of
23:58your draft through two rounds, that sounds like probably one of the best starts you could have across the entire landscape this year.
24:05I tend to go, I prefer to go running back heavy early on if I can, just because I feel like the
24:12position gets, the wide receiver room is deeper than the running back position as you get later into the draft.
24:18But since week nine of 2024, he is the sixth best running back in fantasy on points per game basis.
24:24SEC man says, Chase Brown goes early in every draft I've done so far.
24:29Well, you're probably not on ESPN with the general public, but SEC man, it's important to know your league, but we're just
24:36saying like it will, I bet you Chase Brown goes later on ESPN than he does go on other sites.
24:42I think, you know, it's tough start to the season for Chase Brown last year, as people that watch this show know,
24:49because I was complaining as the whole thing. Pronto Joey, of course, mentioning that Chase Brown, baddest man in the whole damn town.
24:56Sorry, Pronto Joey, I screwed up your joke. But you know, bad, bad Chase Brown, baddest man in the whole damn town.
25:03He is the Brown gobbler, as the show knows.
25:06I just, I think it's a bet on also just the Chiefs off, the Bengals offense.
25:11I got to get back to the Pino here.
25:14I'm all over the place. But anyway, we, you and I both have Chase Brown as an RB1, and I will tell
25:21you that Chase Brown is on the shortlist for ride or die.
25:25Tomorrow, Alex Cupps, tomorrow is ride or die day.
25:28I just want everyone to know tomorrow, Thursday morning, ride or die.
25:32The article will be up on fantasylife.com. And of course, we'll do it here.
25:36Tomorrow's show will be the ride or die show for fantasy football happy hour.
25:40We announced it today. Chase Brown is on, is on the shortlist.
25:44Wolf John saying, take another shot of Pino that helps clear the throat.
25:48I really do. It's, you know, it's never too early to drink for me, clearly.
25:53Yeah. Ride or die day, best day of the year.
25:56I'm looking forward to that. I will be, I will be tuned in.
26:00Do you have a pick for me? Do you have a suggestion, Alex Cupps?
26:05Oh, man. By the way, this is for the regulars.
26:08I want you to do a quick video, like 20 seconds.
26:11Don't go crazy. But I want you to pitch me your, um, uh, your ride or die candidates.
26:17My ride or die? Right. Just, you know, take a phone out and just be like, Matthew, I think it should be
26:24Chase Brown because of this and because of this two sentences and send it to me.
26:29And we're going to play some tomorrow on the air before we reveal the, uh, uh, the answer here.
26:35So I would love to hear it because I haven't actually decided.
26:39I've got a short list. Chase Brown's one of them.
26:42Uh, but who would you be your pick for my ride or die?
26:46Oh, my pick. If, if anyone in here listens to my content, they'll know it's, it's Ashton Jenty for me at the
26:53end of the first is my ride or die.
26:56Yes, absolutely. And I will, I will gladly send you a little pitch as to why that should be your guy in 2026.
27:03All right. So we'll hold on to that, but I want to talk about another running back and that's Bayshall Tootin.
27:10You know, you and I both have them actually, we both have them at running back 23.
27:15He's going as running back 25 on ESPN. So not that much of a difference, but the, where the biggest difference here
27:22is in the overall, I have him at 55, you have him at 59.
27:27So we both have him in the mid fifties.
27:29He's going as pick 80 on ESPN. Again, 55 for me, 55 for you, 59 for you, 80 on ESPN.
27:36This is a Jacksonville backfield cups that averaged over 21 fantasy points per game last season and at least 13 fantasy points
27:43in two of the three games that Bayshall Tootin has had where he's gotten double the touches.
27:48Obviously we talked about it, Travis, A-Chan or whatever is in new Orleans.
27:52And so, you know, it's Bayshall Tootin and Chris Rodriguez, who has only six receptions in 35 career games.
27:58So one of the better passing offense in the NFL, Bayshall Tootin should be the passing down back.
28:04I'm sure we'll see some Lakeen Allen, but yeah, you and I both think Bayshall Tootin is a value compared to where
28:11he's going in the overall on ESPN. Yeah, he's, he's definitely a value.
28:15This one's a little more interesting for me because the first few guys we've talked about, I'm taking really big stands on this season.
28:23Bayshall Tootin, I am a little more wary about, you know, we're like you mentioned, we're not super far off when it
28:30comes to the, the ranking at the RB position specifically 23 versus 25 on ESPN.
28:34But yeah, what makes Tootin interesting for me is I was never a super big fan of his prospect and some of
28:41the big concerns I had coming out or what I had about him coming out as a prospect in 2025 all revolved
28:48around his receiving production and his receiving profile in college.
28:51And I was, disappointed to say the least with what we saw in year one on that front specifically, because as you
28:58and I both know, you need receiving production to be like a league breaking fantasy running back.
29:04And for Bayshall Tootin, he averaged 0.7 receptions per game.
29:07This was towards the bottom of many running backs in the league.
29:11And it kind of really hurt his year two comps in my model, the guys that it compares him to, uh, based
29:18on those prospect profiles and the production in those rookie seasons, it showed that he has one of the wider range of
29:25outcomes of any running back this year. You have guys that he compares to like at the very high end, you have
29:31guys like James Cook and Kyron Williams, but then you have a whole slew of guys that never proved to be like fantasy relevant to any extent.
29:40So it's, it's quite the range for Tootin. And I think the big question that everything hinges on for him is can
29:47he consolidate enough of this backfield to make himself fantasy relevant?
29:50And I think there's a little bit of a concern this year of him getting squeezed from both ends, whether that's Chris
29:57Rodriguez in the goal line work, in the red zone work, potentially volstering some of those touchdowns and the aforementioned LaQuint Allen
30:04that you said, you know, might come in for some receiving work as well.
30:09If LaQuint Allen's getting all of the long down and distance snaps, and we also see Chris Rodriguez taking rushing work and
30:16potentially valuable rushing work in the red zone, I think we could potentially be looking at something kind of reminiscent of what
30:23we saw last year in Tampa Bay towards the end of the season with Bucky Irving getting vultured in the receiving game
30:30by Rashad White in the red zone by Sean Tucker.
30:33I think there's a chance that's what we see out of Bayshal Tootin.
30:37So it does make me a little sick to my stomach taking him in that 40 to 50 range in drafts right now.
30:44But like I said, the ceiling is there. If he can consolidate the backfield in one of the best offenses in the
30:51league projected in 2026 with Jaguars, then the ceiling's the roof for a guy like this.
30:56But I just think we have to recognize how wide this range of outcomes could possibly be.
31:02Dave M says, 4'11 says, the new nickname, the Toothler.
31:05Look at those pearly whites. I got that, Cups.
31:08You're the Toothler now. Look, I get it. Although, you know, we're supposed to be talking these guys up and you're talking them down.
31:15The fact is, is you and I both have him as a sixth rounder.
31:20He's going as he's going as like a basically an eighth rounder on ESPN.
31:24Somebody I think Jay Woogie asked if he's a solid RB2.
31:28No, we don't think he's a solid RB2. You and I both have him ranked as a high end flex, but there is upside to Tooth.
31:36And there's some downside, which is why we have him just as a flex.
31:40But certainly in the overall, in terms of the potential range of outcomes because of the upside, we think he's going too low on ESPN.
31:48All right, Toothler. We don't have a ton of time left.
31:52So I want to go a little bit quicker on the remaining guys.
31:56Make sure we get to some more here. So we'll try to be a little more concise, both of us in our analysis.
32:03But Blake Corum is somebody that should be going a lot higher.
32:07I'm at 93. You have him at 86. So you like him even more than I do.
32:12But he's going at pick 140 on ESPN. Again, 86, 93, 140.
32:16So like five rounds after we have him here, you have him at 32.
32:20I'm at 34. He's going as running back 39.
32:23So I don't understand this one just because to me, Blake Corum is like the perfect kind of guy to get in that range.
32:31He's a usable flex, certainly during bye weeks, right?
32:34This is a guy who week nine on averaged 55 rushing yards a game.
32:38And in a world, and we think he'll get, you know, eight to 10 shots this game because we think the Rams
32:45will be leaning a lot and running a lot in the second half.
32:49And obviously then there is legitimately league winning upside if something were to happen to Kyron Williams.
32:54Yeah, definitely. And I think you summed it up very well that he's kind of the best of both worlds where you
33:01can plug him in potentially to your RB2 spot.
33:04If you faded RB early and maybe attacked the wide receiver running back or the wide receiver quarterback tight end positions earlier
33:11in your draft, need an RB2 that you can just plug in and not have to really worry about it.
33:18Blake Corum is that guy for you because he's going to project relatively well, even with Kyron healthy.
33:23And then you also get that league winning upside if Kyron does go down.
33:28So a little bit of both worlds there with Blake Corum in 2026.
33:32And I think people are also underrating how much Corum ate into Kyron Williams' workload down the stretch last year.
33:38Corum didn't pass 10 carries in any game through the first six weeks, but then did it in seven of the last
33:4511 going down the stretch of the season. So he's definitely getting more involved in year two in 2025.
33:51And I think Sean McVay has high hopes for what Corum can bring to this offense in 2026 in his third season.
33:58No question about that. Somebody that we also have high expectations for this season.
34:02How about Zay Flowers, the Zaylor? I'm working on that one.
34:06But the Zaylor, you and I both have the big difference here is in the overall.
34:11I'm at 15. You have at 14. He's going as wide receiver 17.
34:15Okay, fine. But you have him at 28 in the overall.
34:19I'm at 32 in the overall. He's going at 42 on ESPN.
34:22So he's going a full round or a round and a half beyond where you have him around after I do.
34:29You know, again, I'm probably a slightly lower on him just because I'm nervous about the touchdown upside.
34:35You know, it's just hard to see him being a big touchdown scorer, even if he gets a little luckier.
34:41But this is a guy who last year had a 29% target share.
34:45And I think that number gets higher this year.
34:48When you look at, you know, Isaiah likely going like, I know there's Jacoby Lane buzz and Rashad Bateman's back.
34:54But honestly, like Zay Flowers is going to be the lead wide receiver with not a lot of competition.
35:00Exhausted Texas Defensing leave the nickname to us, Barry.
35:03Yeah, fair enough, guys. It's on you guys. You guys can do it.
35:07But, you know what I mean? Like, there's just not a lot of target competition.
35:12You know, he's the only player on the Ravens who had at least an 18% target share last season.
35:18Neck Breaks Nation saying, Zay, it isn't so. Not bad.
35:21Not bad. Cups, we think this is going to potentially a breakout year for Zay Flowers.
35:26Yeah. I mean, Zay Flowers is interesting every year to me because I don't think there's really any question in how talented
35:33he is at the wide receiver position. And in a year last season where the Ravens were 27th in total passing yards
35:40per game, Zay quietly put up the sixth most receiving yards among all wide receivers.
35:45So he clearly is a target hog. He's a volume hog.
35:48He creates after the catch as well. The big question is what you said, Matthew, about the touchdown upside.
35:54And from a data scientist background, touchdowns statistically proved to be one of the less sticky things on a year-over-year basis when it comes to pass catchers.
36:03But there is something to be said about, yeah, Zay isn't the biggest body receiver.
36:08He's not going to be the one that's going up for jump balls in the end zone.
36:13So there definitely is something there about maybe he just doesn't have the profile to be a guy that can be a
36:20massive touchdown earner on a yearly basis. But I think that doesn't take out the fact that we could see a spike
36:27year from him in 2026, you know, in terms of just him having some positive regression on the touchdown end.
36:33You know, six most receiving yards in the league last year.
36:37And like you said, the target competition this season, two rookies, Jacoby Lane and Elijah Surratt, but we see Isaiah likely leave.
36:44He's setting up well to be the number one for Lamar again, and potentially a big bounce back here for the Ravens as a whole.
36:52For sure. The touchdown question is just, again, they like Andrews, and I think they'll like Jacoby Lane in the end zone.
36:59Of course, they're getting close. They've got the big dog in King Henry.
37:03Hey, another wide receiver that we think could have a breakout year is Luther Burden.
37:07Now, again, the injuries hurt this a little bit, but still you and I are both there.
37:13You have a 21. I'm at 22. We both have him in the 40s here.
37:17Overall 41 overall, 43 overall for me, he's going 77 overall on ESPN.
37:22He's three rounds behind us in the overall on ESPN, even with the slight injury.
37:26And right now the expectation is we back for week one, but even if he misses week one, I mean, just, you
37:33know, we saw it down the stretch, right? You know, second highest yards after the catch per reception among qualified wide receivers,
37:40three games that he saw at least a 20% target, Sherry averaged 96 yards, top five in both yards per target and
37:47yards per route run among wide receivers that had at least 50 targets.
37:51No DJ Moore. I just, um, no common on guy.
37:54So again, you know, um, like I have Burden ahead of Roma, Roma Dunze.
37:59I think Burden's going to have a monster season.
38:02Yeah. Agreed. I also have Burden ahead of Rome.
38:05And yeah, this one sticks out to me as one of like my favorites.
38:09If I had multiple leagues on ESPN, I would have a hundred percent of Luther Burden at this price, just because like
38:16we mentioned at the top of the show, you want to shoot for upside in a shallow league.
38:22Like these, um, these formats are done on ESPN by default.
38:25And this is probably one of the highest upside wide receiver swings that you can take.
38:30Like you mentioned, all the per route numbers from last year were bonkers.
38:34I think people that might be a little more, you know, casual into fantasy football might see that he had roughly eight
38:41fantasy points per game last year, which ranked, you know, wide receiver 50 or so on the surface.
38:47It doesn't look like anything that special, right? But when you dive into the advanced analytics, you look at how many fantasy
38:54points per route run he had, he was only behind two wide receivers in the league being JSN and Puka Nakua.
39:01So wide receiver in the league on a route run basis when it came to producing fantasy points.
39:06So that's a profile that if you can get that in the seventies on ESPN, I mean, I'm going to have a
39:13hundred percent exposure to Luther burden in my ESPN drafts.
39:16By the way, late seventies, he's going 77. He's going in the eighth round, which is way too late for Luther burden.
39:23Stuntman Chuck says, if you like Luther burden, that makes you a Lutheran.
39:27Absolutely. I am a Lutheran. We're all Lutherans here.
39:30Uh, we are at the church, uh, Luther burden.
39:33So from young wide receivers, young, exciting wide receivers like Luther burdeners, Zay flowers.
39:38Let's go to somebody who's a little bit older in Chris Godwin.
39:41But again, as we sit here and look, no Mike Evans, Mecca Buka is already banged up.
39:47Jalen McMillan, serious injury last year. We'll see what you get out of him.
39:51Ted Hurst is a rookie. So on what we think will be a, one of the better offenses in the NFL, Chris
39:58Godwin, I'm at 33, you have met 35. He's going his 53 wide receiver 53.
40:03I mean, almost 20 spots after he's going exactly 20 spots after I have him.
40:08Um, and the, the overalls that even crazier. So you have met 76.
40:12I'm at 69 and on ESPN, he's going at one 48.
40:15This is Chris Godwin 76 for you 69 for me and one 48 or ESPN last three years with Mike Evans off
40:22the field, Chris Godwin targeted on 25% of his routes.
40:25I just, this rank is very surprising to me.
40:28Like I just, I don't think they're, I know he had a tough year last year, but they paid him for a reason off of the injury.
40:37Second year removed from the injury, Godwin should be, um, much more efficient, especially this year where he's going to get to play more in the slot.
40:45Yeah. This, I thought Luther Burden was my favorite on this whole list, but it's, it's Chris Godwin.
40:51I mean, this is just the cheapest throw this guy in your flex and forget about it that you could ever possibly
40:58imagine going off the board nearly at one 50 overall.
41:01And he's a guy that could hit your starting lineup in week one.
41:05So that for me is just craziness. I mean, like you said, no, Mike Evans, a Mecca Buka, a prospect we really
41:12liked, but did have a little bit of a shaky finish down the stretch started really hot, but sort of petered out towards the end.
41:20So I don't think there's, I don't think it's crazy to say that there is a world out there where Godwin just
41:27serves as the wide receiver one for Baker in Tampa Bay in 2026.
41:31Since Baker Mayfield became the starter in Tampa Bay, Buccaneers are sixth in slot targets.
41:36And again, the expectation here is that Godwin will play primarily in the slot this year with, uh, a Beck, uh, Mecca
41:43Buka on one side and either Jalen McMillan or Ted Hurst on the outside when they go to three wide receiver sets.
41:50Um, okay, let's go back to a young rookie now and John Stribling as just, he's risen up the ranks in the ADP.
41:57Like I've seen this on Yahoo and certainly other places.
42:00He's certainly, his ADP continues to rise, but he's just on ESPN.
42:04They just haven't caught up to him. I'm at, you know, I'm at wide receiver 53.
42:09Yeah, I'm at wide receivers 47. So, uh, you're higher on him than I am, but we both have them right there.
42:16You're at 112 overall. I'm at 169. Okay, fine.
42:19Uh, on ESPN, he's going as wide receiver 68.
42:22So he's going 17 spots after me. He's going 21 spots after you have him.
42:26And more importantly, he's going at 169, which means he's not even being drafted in some leagues.
42:32You know, so he's basically going like in the 17th round, the 16th or 17th round on ESPN.
42:37Again, I have him, uh, you and I both have him as kind of a 12th, you have an 11th rounder.
42:44I'm as a 12th rounder, but we both like the upside of John Stribling who played in the snap.
42:50Let's talk about slot. I should say played in the slot 60% of his snaps the other day.
42:56Yeah. Yeah. Stribling is very interesting to me. And I think this ADP on ESPN probably won't hold.
43:01I think it might just be a little slower to react than the other platforms.
43:06So I would expect to see him rise, but I mean, even where we have him like wide receiver 47, you have a wide receiver 53.
43:14I could move him higher than this, depending on how the remainder of the off season goes.
43:20I mean, Stribling being the 33rd overall pick, there was, you know, a lot of clamor online about how this is the
43:27worst pick in the 2026 draft and how Kyle Shanahan doesn't know how to draft wide receivers.
43:32You know, so much act, so many accusations were being thrown out for the 49ers after taking Stribling 33rd overall.
43:38But, you know, well, I can say that from the data side, I'm not a massive fan of his production profile back at Ole Miss.
43:46I will say the 33rd overall draft capital gives him pretty much a guaranteed role, even without, even if you just put
43:53aside all the injuries that we've seen to, you know, Mike Evans being banged up, Ricky Pearsall out for the season, Kittle
44:00coming back from an Achilles injury, even if everyone was healthy, the data tells me that Stribling has pretty much a runway
44:07out there to a role this season just for being the 33rd overall pick.
44:12At least that's what the historical comps have for him.
44:15And when I generated Stribling's rookie comps, I see a couple other interesting guys.
44:19You might remember 49ers fans. We had Dante Pettis come out as one.
44:23Debo Samuel as well comes out as one of Stribling's rookie comps.
44:27Brandon Iyuk. So we see three former 49ers wide receivers, I guess, with Debo, now a current wide receiver for the 49ers again.
44:34But three of these other wide receivers come out for Stribling's closest comps.
44:39So it's no secret to say that Shanahan definitely saw something in Stribling.
44:43And I could absolutely see him being a smash where he's going this year, particularly given what we've seen from the other
44:50wide receivers in this wide receiver core for Santa Clara.
44:53All these guys, all these guys are hurt, right?
44:56And we know Mike Evans can get hurt at any given moment.
44:59He's already leaving practice yesterday. Yeah. Christian McCaffrey's banged up.
45:03You forgot Christian Kirk. He's on the team. No Juwan Jennings on the team, as you mentioned, Ricky Pierce all out for the year.
45:10So there's certainly a scenario where just, you know, by being on the field in a Kyle Shanahan offense, who, by the
45:17way, since under Kyle Shanahan, San Francisco second in the NFL in yards after the catch per reception, of course, Stribling very good after the catch as well.
45:26So I think he's a good fit. Stribling, of course, young, hasn't been exposed to the substation nearly as much as others,
45:33as Jay Woogie makes a similar joke. So yeah, I mean, like I have it wide receiver 53.
45:39My suspicion is, is that when my final ranks are turned in, like he'll be higher than that.
45:44Absolutely. All right. We got time for one more guy here, Alex.
45:48So Tucker Kraft, I think, you know, currently going as pick 100 and tight end nine on ESPN.
45:54So they got him as an 11th rounder. He's barely a top 10 tight end.
45:59I'm a tight end five. You have a tight end six.
46:02I'm at 74 overall. You have a 79 overall.
46:05We both have him as a top 80 player and he's not a top 100 player on ESPN.
46:11I just, this all comes down to health, but so far it looks like he's healthy and he'll be there to start
46:18the season for the Green Bay Packers. Yeah. So I think in a vacuum, I wouldn't even say that I'm the biggest fan of Tucker Kraft.
46:26He's definitely a target for me on ESPN where he's going at pick 100.
46:30But when it comes to, you know, the type of profile that Kraft succeeds with is predicated on him being super efficient, right?
46:37He needs to be a guy that's effective in creating yards after the catch on a relatively low target share, right?
46:44That's what we saw last year. He was tight in one before he got hurt.
46:49He was tight in one points per game, but he was tight in 11 and expected fancy points per game.
46:55So a big difference there, right? In terms of his role versus what he was actually able to produce given his efficiency.
47:02So I guess the question would be, does Tucker Kraft, or does he have the ability to maintain that efficiency coming off
47:09of a severe knee injury where, yeah, he's, he's going to be healthy in 2026, but is he going to be healthy
47:16enough to be one of the most efficient tight ends in the entire NFL at creating yards for himself?
47:22So that would be my big question. But when you're getting him at tight end nine, pass pick a hundred on ESPN,
47:29the, all those questions go out the window for me.
47:32Now you're getting one of the higher upsides tight ends outside of the top eight.
47:37It's just a free, a free upside swing right now.
47:40Again, I am as a top five tight end.
47:43I understand your metrics, but you know, I do think yards after the catch is a big part of his game.
47:50He's as good as a tight end at that.
47:52I think in the NFL, uh, and you know, last year he, he completed seven games.
47:57He had over 20% target share, no, um, Dontavian wicks, no Romeo Dobbs.
48:02So less target competition for Tucker Kraft, who's not going to come off the field.
48:06He's, you know, their main tight end. And so, um, yeah, I'm, you know, since 2023, Tucker Kraft, uh, averages 2.3 fantasy points per target for his career.
48:15It's crazy. Yeah. Only George Kittle is better since 2023.
48:18So yeah, I'm in on Tucker Kraft at, um, price.
48:21I just think if you, he's got the, he's got a chance at being probably not the number, you know, probably not
48:28a top three tight end, but he could, if everything goes right, uh, you could see him being right there in that
48:35tier with, uh, Bowers McBride and Loveland. Um, and he could leave Prague like a Tyler Warren.
48:41Like I, if somebody drafted him over Tyler Warren, I wouldn't look at them weird.
48:45I have, I have worn it for, I have, uh, uh, Tucker Kraft at five, the tuckler, the tuck daddy.
48:52But if somebody took him for, I'm not being like, what were you doing, dude?
48:57That makes no sense. No, I, I agree. And I think, you know, we, I talk a lot about the efficiency that
49:03he needs to have to be like a top, top end tight end.
49:08I think you said, you don't think he'd be top three.
49:11I think he could, if he's truly fully healthy and he has that efficiency, um, on lock, then he definitely could end
49:18up top three for me, but even say he's not perfectly healthy.
49:22Right. But he's still out there. The floor is just so unbelievably safe with Tucker Kraft because you're getting the number one
49:29tight end and one of the best offenses in the league.
49:32He has the red zone. He's a threat in the red zone as well to score multiple touchdowns at any given week.
49:39So even like, if he's not a hundred percent healthy, I could see him still turning in like at worst, you know,
49:46you're maybe getting like the tight end 10. So you're really drafting him at his floor.
49:51I feel like on ESPN right now. That's, that's a hundred percent correct.
49:55Right. And again, it's, it's a, it's a potentially elite tight end that won't cost you elite tight end prices.
50:02Um, again, you, you could read the whole article on fantasy life.com exploiting ESPN ADP.
50:06I think you also have an exploit an eight Yahoo ADP article, right?
50:11Alex. Yahoo and, and sleeper as well. All three of the platforms.
50:14Okay, great. Well then people should check all those out.
50:17They're all for free on fantasy life.com. Everyone should follow you on X at cups analytics.
50:23Uh, congratulations, Alex. Thank you so much for doing this.
50:26Appreciate the regulars for welcoming you here as well.
50:29Um, I'm excited to see your, uh, ride or die video as to who it should be.
50:34Ashton Chenty is a one I have not heard in a while, but again, uh, ride or die day is tomorrow as well.
50:41Uh, Alex, anything else you want to plug here, brother?
50:44Um, no, thank you so much. Yeah. Just cups analytics on Twitter or X that is a cups analytics on YouTube as well.
50:52I had a really interesting conversation with JJ Zach recent, another guy that I really like in this space yesterday.
50:58Go check out that video. New video is going to be coming all off season as well, along with new articles on fantasy life.
51:06So thank you so much again for having me, Mr.
51:09Barry. It was a pleasure. Uh, when you say Mr.
51:12Barry with that full head of lettuce and those pearly whites, it makes me feel really old and candidly ugly.
51:18Um, so I don't like it. So, uh, congratulations on your one and only appearance on fantasy football happy hour.
51:25Oh no. Um, uh, raise the flag says, okay.
51:27Uh, if you were an animal, what kind of animal would you be and why we only have 45 seconds to go quickly?
51:35Oh man. If I was an animal, I'd probably want to be a bird of sorts.
51:40Maybe like a red tail hawk, I think would be fun.
51:43Just really booming screech, you know, and also being able to fly everywhere.
51:47I think that's probably one of the top ones for me.
51:51What about you? Fair. Uh, if I am an animal, what do you mean?
51:55I'm, you know, I mean, uh, I want to be, uh, I think, I think I'd want to be a lion because
52:02you know, lions, if you ever watch an actual male lion, they just sit there while the woman goes and does all
52:09the work and they just sleep all day and it's awesome, but you're a big lion.
52:14Anyway, listen, it's closing time, which means you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.
52:20Ride or die day is tomorrow. Check it out.
52:23Fantasylife.com and this show at noon Eastern for Alex cups.
52:26I am Matthew Barry. We'll see you tomorrow. Peace out.
