Aaron Rodgers

PositiveProjection20:00

With the Steelers receiving corps improving—Jeremy Bernard emerging, Roman Wilson returning eventually, and Michael Pittman potentially healthy—Rodgers becomes a playable fantasy quarterback option. The offense now has multiple receiving options, which should elevate Rodgers' fantasy value.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveRole13:20

With Jaylen Burks potentially sidelined by concussion, Antonio Williams is positioned to get an opportunity in Washington's passing game as the team looks to develop younger receiving options.

Insight page

Brenton Strange

NegativeUsage62:25

Strange is now the third target option for the Jaguars alongside Jacoby Myers, indicating a shift in the receiving corps hierarchy.

Insight page
PositiveRole67:45

Brenton Strange is now the Jaguars' third target alongside Jacoby Myers and is a playable tight end going forward, getting into starting lineups comfortably; represents a depth chart shift in Jacksonville's receiving corps.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeUsage60:38

Thomas is down to 20% snap share and is droppable unless he is traded before the November 10th deadline. He is the most tradable asset among struggling teams, with potential landing spots including Kansas City, the Rams, the Raiders, or San Francisco. However, he would only fetch a fifth or sixth-round pick in a trade, far less than what Marvin Harrison Jr. commanded (a second-round pick).

Insight page
PositiveBreakout67:27

Brian Thomas emerged as the clear winner in the Parker Washington versus Brian Thomas draft debate, which the source describes as one of the biggest draft season farces; Thomas proved significantly more productive than Washington, validating the selection over Washington in the third-to-fourth round range.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeRole78:20

Bowers is a tight end who lines up in wide receiver roles and has not played the tight end position for most of the season, similar to Ferguson's usage pattern.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection28:00

Stroud is positioned as a viable fantasy play moving forward with improved weapons around him; Houston added multiple receiver options and Tank Dell's return to give Stroud the best possible chance to succeed after his strong playoff performance last year.

Insight page
PositiveProjection30:15

Stroud has been playing at an elite level with no running game and multiple weapons; the source notes he turned down a 50 million per year offer before the season and will make significantly more after this year based on his performance.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

NegativeRole46:46

Lamb is dinged by Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz's involvement in the offense; Schultz gets too much involvement and limits Lamb's opportunities alongside Pickens.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeProjection61:46

Chase Brown's outlook is uncertain as there is a prediction that the Bengals will bring in a new starting running back before the trade deadline to replace a first-round draft pick, which would directly impact Brown's role and fantasy value.

Insight page

Chigoziem Okonkwo

PositiveSleeper11:51

Akonkwo is positioned to have a strong rest of the season in Washington's offense, which will play from behind frequently. He is expected to be the second option to Stefon Diggs in the passing game and should benefit from increased target opportunities.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole80:09

Loveland's role improved with Trapilo's return at left tackle, allowing him to leak out more rather than chip blocking. This shifts him from a late-pattern, desperation option to a regular target. The source is significantly more bullish on Loveland after this week's performance, reversing a more skeptical stance from two weeks prior.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeInjury45:17

Swift is in a holding pattern where he doesn't practice for a few days each week, creating weekly uncertainty about his availability.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

NegativeRole46:55

Prescott looks lost the last two weeks; the Cowboys offensive line cannot pick up blitzes, leaving him without hot receivers and forcing him to backpedal and throw under pressure. The coaching staff has not adjusted protection schemes week after week despite repeated blitz issues.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

PositiveRole26:13

Schultz is getting phased out in Houston's offense due to a crowded target tree with too many options; he's expected to have sporadic production (e.g., 'six for 75 game') rather than consistent weekly role, similar to Trey Tucker's inconsistency with the Texans.

Insight page
NegativeProjection26:20

Will have sporadic high-output games (six catches for 75 yards) every three to four weeks due to Houston's crowded receiver rotation; not a consistent weekly option.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeInjury74:41

Adams suffered a knee injury requiring surgery with a 6-10 week recovery timeline; the source characterizes him as an easy drop for most owners, with the only exception being teams leading their league who could stash him on the bench for a potential week 12-13 return into the playoffs. The surgery and knee injury suggest a longer timeframe than shorter, with ramp-up time potentially pushing his return to week 14-15.

Insight page

Devin Singletary

NegativeRole52:23

Singletary's involvement in the Giants backfield creates a messy committee situation; if he remains in the mix alongside Scadaboo and Tracy, it becomes problematic for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection60:00

With Jalen Hurts sidelined, Devonta Smith benefits from the upgrade at quarterback to Tanner McGee; the source is a big Smith owner and believes McGee is a better thrower than Hurts. Smith received 14 targets in the game following Hurts' injury, and the source was unfazed by the QB change, actually viewing it as positive for Smith's production.

Insight page

Foster Moreau

PositiveRole26:55

Moreau is becoming increasingly involved in the red zone for Houston and has scored two touchdowns; he appears to be emerging as a consistent touchdown threat in the Texans' offense.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveRole11:28

With Terry McLaurin and other top receivers going down, Kittle enters the top three or four tight end conversation for the rest of the season and is expected to see increased target volume.

Insight page

J.J. McCarthy

PositiveProjection33:22

McCarthy showed dramatically improved performance in his fourth-quarter appearance against the Saints compared to his Minnesota start, displaying confidence, better footwork, and ball placement that the source had not seen before; the source notes he could be a league winner in the second half if he gets fully healthy and becomes the starter, with potential to win shootouts in the playoffs.

Insight page
PositiveRole33:54

The source expects McCarthy to become the starter moving forward after Jameis Winston's poor performance, which would significantly improve McCarthy's fantasy outlook; the source previously feared McCarthy's fantasy value would collapse if Winston remained the starter, but now has optimism about McCarthy's role.

Insight page

Jake Ferguson

NegativeDepth Chart49:12

Ferguson appears to be fading out of the Cowboys tight end room as the team turns the position over to younger options like Peyton Barber, signaling a potential decline in his role.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeProjection60:18

The source is a notorious Hurts hater, believing he is a terrible thrower of the ball. With Hurts sidelined, the source views the QB change to Tanner McGee as an upgrade for Eagles receivers like Devonta Smith.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeProjection35:02

Jameis Winston had an extremely poor performance against the Saints despite a favorable game script and situation (home game, bad defense, coming off a win, playing from behind for most of the game), resulting in a disappointing fantasy outing for those who spot-started him; the source describes it as an 'absolute shit show' and notes Winston's time as the starter is running out.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeUsage48:25

Williams has been used as a dump-off option in the Cowboys offense when attempting hot reads, though these plays often get blown up due to poor pass protection.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeInjury21:00

Warren was just announced as the Steelers' featured back but immediately suffered a RICO injury in Week 6, ending hopes for a featured role in the backfield.

Insight page

Jeremy McNichols

NegativeUsage15:00

McNichols is getting involved in the Falcons backfield committee alongside Rashad White and Austin Eckler, limiting the opportunity for any single back to establish a featured role.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeRole60:32

There is a rumor that the Colts may trade Jonathan Taylor to a contender before the deadline; the Colts season is over and they need to make up for draft picks. However, the source questions whether the interim GM and owner have the stones to trade the face of the franchise.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeValue61:49

Harrison Jr. was traded for a second-round pick, establishing a high trade value benchmark. Brian Thomas Jr. is expected to fetch only a fifth or sixth-round pick if traded, significantly less than Harrison's value.

Insight page
NegativeDepth Chart67:49

Marvin Harrison was traded away from Arizona, removing a focal point of the offense; despite his poor performance this season, Harrison had drawn defensive attention and opened up opportunities for other receivers like Michael Wilson; his departure has shifted defensive focus onto remaining receivers.

Insight page
PositiveUsage70:50

Marvin Harrison Jr. was only seeing two or three targets per game before being traded away from the Cardinals, indicating limited offensive role and target volume in Arizona's offense.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

NegativeInjury20:30

Pittman is dealing with plantar fasciitis or a similar foot injury and is likely done for the year, limiting his fantasy value for the remainder of the season.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveProjection19:27

Michael Wilson is a high-end wide receiver two or wide receiver three for fantasy purposes, not a league-winning asset. While really solid and reliable, he does not reach the upper echelon of receivers like Malik Neighbors; the source cautions against overestimating his ceiling, noting the general population may have gotten ahead of itself expecting him to be a PPR monster with 17-target games.

Insight page
NegativeRole19:27

Michael Wilson was already receiving significant targets before the Marvin Harrison trade; the source notes Harrison was only seeing two or three targets per game, meaning Wilson's target volume likely won't substantially increase with Harrison's departure. Wilson was already getting the work done in the offense, so the trade doesn't represent a major upgrade for his fantasy outlook.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup67:49

Michael Wilson was bracketed by the Lions defense in a game where he was expected to perform well, limiting his production; in the following week, Wilson received more defensive attention with Marvin Harrison gone, suggesting defenses are now focusing on him rather than spreading coverage across multiple receivers.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury8:23

Evans is dealing with Achilles tendonitis and is not healthy; he is expected to miss multiple weeks and likely will not play in Week 7. The source notes that Achilles tendonitis is painful and dangerous when playing a physical sport like football, as pushing off risks serious injury. Evans still managed 94 yards despite the injury.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeValue62:12

The Parker Washington versus Brian Thomas Jr. debate in the draft was one of the biggest farces of the draft season, with things being way off. Washington has underperformed relative to expectations.

Insight page
NegativeBust67:27

The source was not a Parker Washington truther this year, believing the three-to-four round ADP was too early; felt Washington would not be a focal point in an offense that spreads the ball around, leading to inconsistent weekly production (six points one week, 20 the next) due to Trevor Lawrence's tendency to distribute targets widely rather than force it to one receiver.

Insight page

Peyton Barber

PositiveRole49:12

Barber is more athletic than Ferguson and can get up the field better; he's an under-the-radar pickup for fantasy as the Cowboys appear to be turning the tight end room over to him, potentially becoming a third option in the offense.

Insight page
PositiveRole50:00

Barker is starting for the Cowboys tight end position and is more athletic than Ferguson, capable of getting up the field better; he represents an under-the-radar pickup for fantasy as the team transitions the tight end room.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeUsage73:41

Puka Nacua was out in week three against Denver, when the Rams' receiving corps saw elevated target distribution. This game serves as a reference point for understanding target allocation when Nacua is unavailable.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

PositiveRole73:57

Johnston had his spike week in week three against Denver playing pretty much full snaps with Puka Nakua out; the source identifies him as the logical guy to take over for Devante Adams and start seeing extra targets following Adams' injury.

Insight page

Roman Wilson

NegativeInjury20:00

Wilson broke or injured his wrist and is out for weeks. This injury has allowed Jeremy Bernard to seize the receiving role that Wilson was expected to fill in the Steelers offense.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury60:01

Barkley is breaking down at this point in his career; he suffered a hamstring injury that looked worse than initially reported, raising concerns about his health and availability going forward.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeInjury12:53

Diggs has been dealing with a hamstring injury but played well in Week 6 despite the injury concern.

Insight page

Tank Dell

NegativeRole22:50

Returning to active status and expected to play slot role, which directly overlaps with Jalen Noel's current role; source expresses concern about how coaches will manage both players in same receiving role.

Insight page
NegativeInjury27:42

Dell is returning from a knee injury; the source expresses uncertainty about his impact given the lack of game film and the typical concerns around knee injury recovery, though acknowledges he's part of Houston's receiver additions.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveRole74:19

Ferguson is identified as the other beneficiary of Devante Adams' absence, especially in the red zone; the source recommends stashing him away if available.

Insight page
NegativeInjury77:20

Ferguson is on IR and described as a wasted pickup; the source recommends dropping him. However, there is a contrasting take that if he becomes available, he's a sneaky pickup to stash given expected return in one to two weeks, with potential to see more red zone targets that were previously Adam's forte.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury8:08

McLaurin suffered a ruptured tendon injury to his knee in Week 6 and is expected to be out for the season.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection30:30

Lawrence delivered 38 fantasy points in a high-scoring game, finishing as QB1 for the week; the source had initially avoided playing shares in this game but was pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

Insight page

Trey McBride

NegativeMatchup68:29

Trey McBride is receiving double-team coverage from defenses in Arizona, which is opening up opportunities for other receivers like Zay Jones; part of the defensive strategy against Arizona's passing game.

Insight page

Tyler Higbee

PositiveRole77:22

Higbee gets a big boost with Ferguson's injury. The source has been playing Higbee in multiple lineups over the last three weeks where he's been performing well, picking him up immediately when Ferguson went down. This week was his first poor performance, but the source remains confident in his role.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

PositiveUsage50:51

Tracy produced this week with two touchdowns and a nice pass catch for 17 yards into the end zone; he has the most value going forward in the Giants backfield and could be a desperation RB/flex play going into week seven, particularly as a pass-catching back versus Houston.

Insight page

Zay Jones

PositiveRole68:29

Zay Jones (referred to as 'Bone' in the transcript) appears to be benefiting from defensive attention being drawn away by the double-teaming of Michael Wilson and Trey McBride; described as a solid piece going forward, though not necessarily a league winner.

0:00Alright, Week 6 is in the books. If you play the FFPC tournament, your season's half over.
0:06In FFC gamers, you got the halfway mark next week.
0:09And we know a lot about how the rest of the season might unfold, but at the same time, we know nothing.
0:16The NFL is going to give us curveballs, we know that.
0:20But you know what? I can't hold these guys back any longer.
0:24I mean, before the show was even going, they were ripping.
0:27They're ready to go today, so we're going to get right into the Empire.
0:32Yep, we're all jacked up on Mountain Dew. Everybody's got the macchiatos and the, yeah.
0:37We got the iced coffees going today. Got out to the Duncan King.
0:41We're representing Duncan. That's where I'm talking about, Chris.
0:44Got out to the Duncan King. Alright boys, six weeks down and we're heading into week seven, almost at the halfway point.
0:51And hope everybody had a nice week. Get busy scoring and get busy dying.
0:56Yep. Lowest scoring week I can ever remember, right guys?
0:59I know obviously, you know, a little- Like this week?
1:03Yeah. No, there are a lot of low scores.
1:05Well, at least like week four was awful, I think.
1:09That was just horrendous. Yeah. I know just looking through all my leagues, like I've never seen more teams out of 12
1:16be under 100 points collectively than like, you know, like 89 to 83 games and 97 to 92.
1:22Like, that was the story of week four. And then if you're the team that in each league dropped the 160, if
1:29you scored 160 this week, you made up a lot of ground or you pulled away or, you know, 160 was like a 200 for this week.
1:38Do you all agree with that? I do agree with that.
1:42No, I agree because I think other than last night with McCaffrey, I don't think there was any 30 point scorers.
1:49And I think that was the first time this year, right?
1:52That is correct. Going into last night's game, what did McCaffrey finish with?
1:56I have no McCaffrey. Like 32 or 31? So he just snuck over the 30.
2:01It was the first time a skilled position player didn't go over 30 points in for fantasy in who knows, maybe eternity.
2:09But as of going into last night, there was nobody that scored 30 points.
2:13You know, in my fantasy world, Chris, Matthew Golden went over 40.
2:17Yeah. Oh, my God. He was like, he was like AJ Brown, but he actually put up points.
2:23You know, AJ Brown dropped. I can't remember a time watching Jordan on Sunday.
2:28They were everywhere. That potential second touchdown. I never, I'll never forget.
2:32The ball was going. He had the, he had the separation.
2:35It was the easiest touch. I celebrated it before he caught it.
2:39And then as I watched the ball drop, I just dropped to my knees, dropped to my knees.
2:45It was crazy watching that. And then Watson dropping his touchdown.
2:49I mean, the game could have been so much bigger, but I can't remember a game where three touchdown passes were dropped.
2:56And obviously we're all big on Golden and love and Watson.
3:00So it was a collective hurt Sunday night. Yeah.
3:03I mean, my takeaway from this week real quick was just like, I was worried about like week, like the even weeks have hurt me.
3:11And I didn't have any sub 100 weeks. So I was happy with that.
3:15I had, I did have some really nice scoring.
3:18So it was a good week. Uh, I just needed that back to back because that's been the problem.
3:25You know, getting those back to two weeks. Consistency, man.
3:28You had no teams sub 100? That's like rich people problems.
3:32Yeah. I mean, week four, I was putting up eighties and nineties, you know, that was some rough times, man.
3:38Yeah, I just, it was jelly that week in the Modica household.
3:42Well, it was, I thought it was telling because in the FFPC, it was all play week.
3:48And don't ask me why they do all play week on week six.
3:52I mean, it's the stupidest thing ever. They should be doing it.
3:56One of the first four weeks when everybody's lineups are at full strength rather than by weeks and stuff like that.
4:03But, um, you know, I, I had teams that were scoring in the, you know, the high one twenties, like one 25
4:10to one 30 that were getting the win on all play week.
4:14And, you know, if I had a team that was, had a one 40 or more, it was like, Hey, I'm second or third place.
4:22Um, can't just really weird. I thought, you know, I, this one of the lowest scoring all play weeks in FFPC I've seen in a while.
4:31I got a question now that Dan just brought that up in NFFC.
4:35There was a couple of years where the, the last week of the regular season was all play.
4:41Am I making that up with Nelson? Do you remember that, Matt?
4:45I don't remember exactly, but I remember they did have it at a different point.
4:50Now it's like weeks one, two, and then the final week.
4:54There was in the first three. And now that I think about it, I mean, it's really smart to make the final
5:01week of the regular season all play in my opinion.
5:04I mean, I wish they would go back to that.
5:07I don't even know if I think like to Dan's point, do they do it?
5:12Cause there's no buys. That's what I think about it.
5:16Just bang it up the first three weeks, you know?
5:19Yeah, of course. Yeah. That's the reason why. Well, week 14, you're going to have like, I mean, the Cowboys, it might
5:26not matter the way this offense looks, but. I would, I'm saying do it because you might get that team that hasn't
5:33set their lineup in three weeks in week 14.
5:36And you know, it's a big matchup. Uh, Jeff cars are trying to change it when the schedule expanded.
5:43Okay. That makes sense. I'd rather them go back to that last week, be an all play.
5:48And you got to depend on your own team and not get lucky with playing, uh, you know, a shit team that isn't setting their lineups.
5:57How about this one? Call me not old fashioned.
6:00And I'd rather be in leagues where it's all play the whole season.
6:04I agree with you, Nelson. Awesome. I don't really think you're going to beat this guy.
6:09I just want to put a point. Yeah. That's the way I look at it is give me points.
6:15And if I finished top six, I get a win.
6:19All the rules the same, but there's no like head to head.
6:23Yeah. I think they got to cater to the fish too.
6:26I mean, you know, you, and you know, these, these head to heads, they definitely cater more to the fish than the
6:34sharps because, you know, as we, we know that, you know, you can, you can run into a buzz saw any given week.
6:41You know, there's no, there's no mercy in a head to head.
6:45You know, and I think the fish like it more, you know, the, the people aren't used to it or just getting
6:52their feet wet in the, in the format. They like that head to head format that attracts in new people.
6:59So yeah. But the problem is the NFFC is really a points leak, you know, outside of that, you know, you do
7:06get, you do get in with the best, you know, best record, but it's really a points leak.
7:12And, you know, maybe it takes some people, maybe a couple of years to realize that, but I mean, I agree.
7:19The way I look at the best teams are the teams that score the most points.
7:24Oh yeah. You can go whatever 12, 12, 12.
7:27If you can pull in more people, if you can attract people, that's the, that's the key, you know?
7:33Yeah, but you're attracting these people. Even if it's kind of a, you know, a little bit of a bait and switch.
7:41I get it, I want fish, but you need to know the format.
7:45Like, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Like FFPC is different because the record does matter more than that.
7:51Yeah. Because two teams are getting in by record on FFPC.
7:55Yep. All right. All right. Well, let's, let's dive into what we saw, Chris.
7:59What do you got? Ah, let's start off with the old guard.
8:03I had a rough week six. The old guard went down.
8:07Speaking of the old guard, Nelson, right? Straight across the board, we lost, let's go to last night's game.
8:13Terry McLaurin goes down. He's going to be out for the season.
8:17I would assume. I don't know if there's an update yet, but he's going to be done.
8:23I think it was like a rumor of a, like a ruptured tendon, the way he was holding his knee, whatever.
8:30Yeah. Yeah. He's done. Um, you know, Mike Evans, Mike Evans did not look, uh, good.
8:35He's not healthy. I expect him to miss some time, maybe even an IR spot after today.
8:41You won't see him this Sunday. I highly doubt that.
8:44Yeah. I think. You put an opinion on that.
8:47Oh, so here's my opinion. They have the bar.
8:50We can. Yeah. I'm a step below in Mike Evans athleticism.
8:53Okay. Yeah. But I've, I've had Achilles tendonitis before.
8:56And listen, I, I'm, I'm telling you the truth.
8:59I'm just below Evans though. In athleticism. Okay. I'm just, all right.
9:03But I've had it before and it's no joke.
9:06Like it's, it's painful. You got to manage it.
9:09Uh, you, you got to get like cortisone shots, but it's dangerous like to, to get the cortisone shot.
9:15And if you're playing like football, a physical sport and pushing off, you run the risk of like, like a serious injury.
9:23And which is still crazy that, you know, like he caught that, you know, crosser and then he, he's limping up the sideline.
9:30He would have been gone for an easy touchdown.
9:33Uh, you know, but he looked like he got shot in the, in the back there.
9:38Uh, still came out, made another couple of catches, gave you a decent stat line just to get through the night.
9:4594 yards. Yeah. But you know, you won't, you won't see him, um, for a couple of weeks if not longer.
9:52And then. Right next week. Matt, is that true?
9:55Week eight. Week eight. They have the ball. Okay.
9:58So forget it. Atlanta this upcoming week. No team short week.
10:02Yeah. I think Atlanta is going to give them a real run this week.
10:06Matt, I want to put this out. The first thing that jumped into my mind when Evans went down, I was like six and O team.
10:15The buy is next week going to Atlanta. I can't wait till the line comes out on this game.
10:21I haven't looked this morning. I am backing the bucket bus up on Atlanta.
10:26And I really, I, I'm that's all leave it at that.
10:29As bad as Atlanta played in that game, but like, uh, what's his name?
10:34Zachariah branch. Mm-hmm. Those two fumbles was ridiculous. Yeah.
10:37So, uh, the Adams was the final piece of that puzzle guys.
10:41Uh, Chris. Yeah. Yeah. Plus three and a half Falcons and 15 and a half total.
10:46Oh, that's crazy. All right. Money line Atlanta plus the points.
10:50Um, I'll be on that page. Uh, so that's it.
10:53You know, like, listen, these were all guys that were like fourth, fifth rounders.
10:58Right. And, and we were all fading most of these guys because they're the older wide receivers.
11:03And it's just ironic that the, you know, some of them got off to a great start.
11:09Mike Evans, great start to Vante Adams, great start.
11:12And they all went down in the same week.
11:15You know, it's just, uh, really crazy, but you know what, they made it six weeks.
11:20Some of these guys and, uh, you know, add DJ more into that mix, a little older receiver struggling with his health.
11:27This is why you fade guys like this. You know, sometimes we're right on it.
11:32Sometimes we're wrong on it. Um, but they all went down and, uh, just to back up to the Terry and Mike
11:40Evans points of losing these guys for a little bit.
11:43Uh, George Kittle, I think in my opinion, enters the top three or four tight end overall for the rest of the season here.
11:51Kittle is going to eat. Um, and, uh, Chig Akonkwo.
11:54I think he's another guy that you got. I caught a lot of crap for Chig early in the.
12:00I was picking up, I was picking up Chig in my leagues this past week in a lot of leagues started him as well as Michael mayor.
12:09Uh, those are my two under the radar tight ends, uh, for the week to help me out, especially when Tyler Warren got ruled an active.
12:18Uh, I threw in mayor and Chig in all my leagues.
12:21Uh, Chig is Chig's going to have a nice rest of the season here in my opinion in Washington, bad defense playing
12:29from behind, probably be the second option to digs in the past game.
12:33Um, so that's, uh, that's one of my main observations.
12:36We'll stay in Washington for one second. Yeah. You mentioned digs and digs is really good, but he's another old guy.
12:43Yeah. That's always banged up and injured. He's dealing.
12:46He's been dealing with the hammy though. He played really well last night.
12:50Um, Antonio Williams is probably going to get the opportunity.
12:54Now trail and Burks got banged up in the game.
12:57And I'm really excited to see what this kid could do in the second half if he does.
13:03Yeah. I think Burks might be a little bit underrated here too.
13:07I mean, assuming he comes out of this. Okay.
13:10I'm guessing he's probably, you know, probably why he got taken off the field is concussion.
13:15Uh, check would be my guess, but, but yeah, I mean, you know, Burks, he was, uh, you know, he was a
13:22mid round, uh, mid first round pick of the Titans.
13:26And he had a lot of injury problems, you know, on his first contract.
13:30And then all of a sudden, you know, now he's, he's healthy.
13:34Um, he's in a spot where he can get a little bit of opportunity.
13:39I mean, uh, you know, the commies season is circling the drain already.
13:43They might as well see what they got with Burks and, uh, you know, spend a little bit more time on him
13:50on, uh, Antonio Williams, of course on Chig, you know, that's, that's where their passing game should be going.
13:56But, and I want to move digs for a pick or something.
14:00Yeah. Yeah. They should move on from digs, uh, at the trade deadline for sure.
14:05Turn it over to Antonio Williams and Burks and whoever, but another little bright spot in last night's game was Rashad white.
14:13You know, they put your Corey Krosky merit on IR before the game.
14:17Um, and now it looks like a, you know, it, it kind of was more disappointing honestly, because the game, you know,
14:24you saw Jeremy McNichols in there, you see Eckler in there and you were hoping to see like a Rashad white kind
14:31of takeover where he hasn't really produced much this year.
14:35But, you know, once merit goes on, I are here, you're hoping that, all right, maybe I have a piece on my
14:42bench and Rashad white that I didn't use all year, but he could be my solid RB two now going forward in this team.
14:50Again, another team that's going to be playing from behind a lot, catch the ball out of the backfield.
14:56But if this is going to be another shit show backfield of three guys rotating in and out, like we're seeing across
15:03fantasy and across the NFL, uh, you know, maybe the expectations need to be halted a little bit.
15:09Yeah. I don't know, Chris, cause I'll say one thing when he scored that touchdown and there was a flag, I was like frozen in time.
15:18Cause I needed those nine yards to go over 10 and a half, 12 and a half.
15:23And then they picked it up. But I mean, I can't see Austin Eckler really sustaining anything.
15:29I mean, I, I think McNichols could be involved bills on the IR.
15:33And I mean, what does that forget like, you know, a few plays a game anyway.
15:38So if he's going to be on the field, 60, 70%, then yeah, also all, you know, like let's go, but I
15:46don't know if Washington is going to give them that, uh, you know, the green light here.
15:51I think Eckler will probably get the nausea treatment pretty soon.
15:55I don't know. It could be though. I think he's probably a better locker room presence than Najee.
16:01You got to think. And they definitely need some locker room presence.
16:05That team, cause the head coach is a moron and the quarterback has no idea.
16:10I got to, uh, I got to meet Eckler out in Vegas, uh, for the, uh, the legacy draft, uh, uh, back in August, August 28th, whatever.
16:19And that dude, super nice guy, like really easy to talk to.
16:23And he was approachable and everything. And we talked for a little while.
16:27Um, so I, I wish him the best of luck, whatever he does, but he, he's a cool dude.
16:33He, he gets, the thing is he's a football player and he gets fantasy.
16:38Yep. Yep. Definitely makes a difference. All right, guys, before we get back into the observations, we're going to get this, uh,
16:45commercial thing out of the way right now. At player profile.
16:49We love dynasty. We love seasonal leagues. We love DFS.
16:52We love it all. And finally a game exists that combines everything into one in dynasty.
16:57You want shares of players for their careers. Sport dot fun has that.
17:01We want to beat our friends this Sunday and for the full season.
17:06Well, sport dot fun has that as well because sport dot fun is a fantasy sports trading game where you're not going to be a game.
17:14The knowledge of NFL player performances this week, this season, and for their career matters.
17:19So I like to acquire the depressed assets that I know will increase in value specifically players that are working through injuries.
17:26You get those players when they're on the upswing, ride them, cash them out, do it again, ride them up, cash them out, do it again.
17:35It's a place you build a long-term portfolio, but you win weekly, just like a dynasty team.
17:41If you sign up for a sport dot fun account now with the link in the description, you build a portfolio, you
17:48hold it for three weeks, and they'll give you a 50% rewards bonus.
17:52We have a channel for it in the discord.
17:55It's going to be a good time. See the trolls have entered the comment section.
18:00Spateri and the Greek are in here. Spateri's texting me nice things, telling me my hair looks good today.
18:06Just buttering me up to break me down, I'm sure.
18:10But we move on, boys. What else did we notice, guys?
18:13All right. Nelson, you got anything? I think there was...
18:16I usually don't overreact to players in performances, whether it's a bad performance or a good performance.
18:22But, you know, one guy that's starting to look like he could be like a total difference maker to me is Jeremy Bernard with the Steelers.
18:31Like, I try not to like get too crazy or whatever, but like, he looks like he looks the part and he's playing the part.
18:39And he's got Rodgers confidence, which Rodgers typically doesn't usually trust like young guys, rookies, no less.
18:44And he just looks like he's a pro. Like, he gets it.
18:48And I've seen like, I've been reading like a lot of stuff about with like the film room and like he knows his assignments.
18:56He knows the defense and everything. So like all those things are pointing towards like, I think like arrows up for Bernard.
19:03I don't know if this is a flash in the pan.
19:07I don't either. It was one of my observations as well, Nelson.
19:11The kid jumped off the screen and is the real deal.
19:15And for everybody that went in and overpaid, it's not an overpayment.
19:19He's going to be a big part of the offense.
19:22The fact that he came out and got double digit targets, 25 fantasy points.
19:27He's here to stay. My one thing that I was thinking about in this offense is eventually they're going to get Roman Wilson back.
19:34They're going to get Michael Pittman back. They already have Muth, not Patty, but Muth.
19:39And thank you. All of a sudden, this Steelers offense that always has been in recent years like, ah, this is shit.
19:47They have a bunch of options here. And I think that brings Rogers into the picture as a playable fantasy quarterback here.
19:54So the only thing that can happen, I mean, for the foreseeable future, it looks good if you're the DK and Jeremy
20:01Bernard owner here in the pass game for the Steelers.
20:04When these other guys enter the offense, I don't know how the pie is broken up.
20:10So as we're talking Steelers, I mean, how sad was it that Jalen Warren got Rico this weekend?
20:16They came out and finally said he's going to be our featured back.
20:20Yeah. As far as Bernard, I agree with you guys.
20:23I know that was a favorite of the Greek.
20:26He was, you know, he was picking them up the week before.
20:30So we give him a shout out for that.
20:33But if you were a Roman Wilson owner, you got to be like devastated.
20:38You went in, you picked up Roman Wilson. He seemed to be the guy that was going to get that role and that part.
20:45And then he breaks his wrist or whatever, injures his wrist.
20:49He's out for weeks. And I think Bernard just snatched his soul and Pittman.
20:54I don't think it's a Pittman year. You know, it seems like he's got the whatever plantar fasciitis or some shit with his foot.
21:02Mm hmm. Yep. Yeah. Pittman is done for the year, I think.
21:06OK. All right. Matt. I mean, I'll say this.
21:09I'll start off with the, you know, Christmas is coming in two weeks.
21:13The Modica household will have the tree up. I might even put a tree up here.
21:18Wait, did I miss the calendar here? I was just about to say, oh, my God.
21:23First week and other. I better start shopping. And then we loop Christmas Vacation.
21:28There's like three movies I can get my mom to watch at any time.
21:33Godfather, Godfather 2, and Christmas Vacation. Matt, since I've known you, I've never met anybody that loves Christmas and celebrates it more than Matt Modica.
21:41It's literally amazing. I am the anti-Matt. I don't put up the tree until about the middle of December.
21:47It's like, let's get this thing up. Like Trevion, I'm a child of Christ.
21:52No, but Jalen Noel, the reason I want to touch on this is it seems like you had this coming out party
21:59and things are going to get interesting in Houston.
22:02We wanted to save this for the show. I know Nelson, I want to hear his points on it.
22:08But he's somebody that I thought was going into the season after Higgins went down, was their second best receiving option, dynamic player on the team.
22:17Week one, he won me a lot of money.
22:20I've been playing him pretty much, you know, all season.
22:23But they don't throw the ball to him that much.
22:26It was going to Hutchinson. They had this Wayne Jarrett guy, you know, what the bitch was that?
22:32And this week, I've been listening every week. You know, I've been searching Texans stuff.
22:37And every week, it's been a slow drip. You've heard it from the quarterback, from the OC, from the GM head coach, the confidence, they're giving him more.
22:46And he really delivered. I mean, he looked the part this week.
22:50Now, Tank's coming back. They traded for Marv. How does this shake out?
22:54You got Nico, who's an alpha. I don't know, but I'm happy to have him.
22:59And I'm hoping that, you know, good things continue with this player.
23:03Because every time he touches the ball, I think in the last three weeks, he's leading the league in yards per target.
23:11So. Yeah. I like Jalen Noel. I like what I've seen out of him.
23:15I wish the snap counts would increase a little bit more.
23:19He's been like right around like 50%. I feel like he's the type of player that should be out there way more.
23:26They're involving like Hutchinson and Booty, like way too much.
23:29And even like Nico is playing like 70% of snaps, which is crazy.
23:34Like he should be like in the high 80s or like mid 80s.
23:38But, um, my, my concern is this. Um, cause I'm trying to be, I'm trying to be a little bit cautious, but
23:45I'm pretty hyped up for, uh, for Noel. Is that you bring in Harrison.
23:50Okay. Which was kind of an interesting ad. Cause you gave up like second round pick, which is, which is not nothing.
23:57And he's going to start getting ramped up. So once he gets ramped up, he's not going to play 12 snaps every game.
24:05He's going to play close to, you know, full snaps.
24:08I think what ends up happening. And then you got Noel who's playing really well.
24:13You have tank Dell that they're saying like, he's going to be active and, and he's going to be back.
24:19Like something's got to get, you can't, I say you can't rotate all these guys, but I'm not giving these coaches too much credit here.
24:28I, I worry about these guys. What are they going to do with Hutchinson with Kayshawn Booty?
24:33Um, you guys aren't mentioned in Harrison. Did I miss that?
24:37Yeah. You missed it. I was saying that he's, he's going to get ramped up here in the, in the next couple of weeks.
24:45He's not going to play 12 snaps every week.
24:48So what ends up happening here? I feel like, like there needs to be like another like trade where they ship one
24:55of these guys out because it just doesn't make sense.
24:58And then like tank Dell, like, he seems like he would play like more of like the slot role, which is what Noel is playing.
25:06So it's like, are you going to really like screw up like a good thing here?
25:12I don't know. Well, that's why Nelson, I thought it was so important that he had this game this week.
25:18Cause like I said, he's, it's been building up, building up.
25:22And for him to put on that show, I mean, was something else.
25:26Cause I'm worried about tank Dell as well, but.
25:29What are you going to do with Jalen Noel going forward though?
25:33You guys are Jalen Noel. Is he in your lineup?
25:36Uh, I mean, I had him in pretty much all my lineups that AJ Brown became active.
25:42I put AJ Brown in luckily slim saved the day.
25:45Cause that was, wasn't looking good at one point.
25:48I put Smith in for him. All right. But with the bi-weeks, I think he's a real bi-week replacement.
25:54Yeah. I compare him to another guy that we saw blow up on Sunday.
25:59And I think it's comparable in terms of, uh, what you're going to get from Jalen Noel each week.
26:05And that's Trey Tucker in Vegas. You know, it's either going to be a four or it could be a 22, you
26:13know, uh, depending on, on the week. I don't think it's a consistent thing with Jalen Noel just because there's too many
26:20options in Houston, like Nelson was saying. So, you know, Dalton Schultz has to play a role every three or four weeks.
26:27Dalton Schultz is going to have his six for 75 game and, and a whole rotation of guys.
26:33It's just a too big of a target tree there.
26:36But, you know, it was a great call this past week.
26:40And let's see if he can be consistent on, on a weekly basis, or if he's going to turn into the Trey Tucker of the Houston Texans.
26:49Yeah. I mean, I think the best case is like, I think Schultz is kind of getting phased out.
26:55Who's the guy? Foster Moreau. He had the two touchdowns.
26:58He seems to always be involved in the red zone now.
27:02I mean, it's becoming a thing with Foster Moreau and touchdowns.
27:06And you, my hope is that Harrison's like that sacrificial X and they, they put, uh, Nico in motion and, uh, Jalen in the slot.
27:14But it sounds like what they're going to do is they're going to put, uh, they're, they're going to put, uh, leave
27:21Nico at X and they're going to put, uh, Harrison in the Z and then, you know, whoever in the slot.
27:28And, you know, to me, I, I think that Noel has at least proven that, you know, he can do something with limited touches.
27:36And so hopefully that continues to be the case going forward.
27:39Cause it might be limited touches. I don't know.
27:42I guess I'm probably less concerned about tank Dell than anything.
27:46I mean, no, none of us have seen him play.
27:49So, you know, I don't know, but, uh, coming back from a knee injury like that, um, I, I, I don't know.
27:57I mean, I, you know, I put my money on Noel to, uh, to still be the best wide receiver between the two of them.
28:05But I think the, you know, the real thing is CJ Stroud, he's got the weapons.
28:10I mean, you know, Stroud is going to be a real viable play, uh, moving forward.
28:15Uh, you know, and he has been a couple of weeks already in the past.
28:20So, uh, you know, kudos to the Houston brass for, uh, you know, they, they did not say, oh, we're gonna, you
28:27know, we had a problem with wide receiver. We're going to go get a guy.
28:32Uh, you know, they went and got a couple of guys and then they got tank Dell coming back.
28:39I mean, you know, they, they're, they're putting a lot of options at the wide receiver position out there so that, uh,
28:46you know, Stroud has the best possible chance to succeed, which is great after how he looked in the playoffs last year.
28:53I was getting ready to drop Harrison over the weekend.
28:56I, that's how close I was to, to saying, I really think that he's never going to play a role on any
29:04of my fantasy teams that I have them, but it was promising.
29:08The fact that they got him out there for the plays and actually threw to him, I could see stashing him on
29:15the bench and maybe in two, three weeks as he starts ramping up and getting more plays.
29:20Maybe they actually have a, you know, they, they use the draft capital for him.
29:25They gotta get him out there and, and let him be a second round pick and not, and not have a plan
29:33to use the guy is how I'm looking at it.
29:36And what I didn't like as a Jalen Noel owner is the fact that in Arizona, all you saw was targets outside the numbers.
29:44And in that game with Houston and his limited snaps, he was going over the middle.
29:49And I don't like that. I mean, I agree with that, but what, what, what I liked as a Jalen Noel owner,
29:56I don't think he looks really good. I don't, he, he, he doesn't have any kind of like separation or any kind
30:04of speed to his game, at least from what I saw.
30:07And going back to Dan's point, I thought CJ Stroud was insane to turn down that offer before the season of 50 million per.
30:15And CJ Stroud's going to make a lot more than that after this year.
30:20I mean, the way he's been playing and he's basically, they have no running game and he's, you know, he's got all these weapons now too.
30:28That was a crazy game, by the way, to start the day off.
30:33It was a game that actually was the game of the day.
30:36Yeah, it was a game of the day. Two teams you think could play like a 13-10 game with good defenses and defenses didn't show up.
30:45The quarterback shined. I didn't want to play my Trevor Lawrence shares in that game and wind up getting 38 fantasy points,
30:52which I think he was QB one for the, the day, the week.
30:57That game was great on just every level. Yeah.
30:59Yeah, for sure. All right. What else we got guys?
31:03All right, Chris, you got any more? I'll just say Ken Walker is this year's, you know, 2026 Ken Walker equals 2025 Jonathan Taylor.
31:11Just every week, consistency, just a monster. Probably the guy that you need to win fantasy.
31:16You know, listen, there's a bunch of guys, the handful of guys that you need, but you don't want to see the
31:23Ken Walker owner when you log into your leagues that you're playing up against right now.
31:28You know, he's just, he's the offense in Kansas City, gets it done on the ground and through the air.
31:35And, you know, he's the home run pick this year, 2026, 2025 Jonathan Taylor.
31:40One observation I have real quick that is, I'm real nervous about is, uh, Gentty.
31:45I'm a Gentty owner. You know, I do have Washington on the teams, but Mike Washington is like in that, he's coming closer.
31:52Like that mirror is the object is a lot closer than you think.
31:56It's just after that Miami game, I know he's got the touchdowns and the yards per carry is like 2.8.
32:03It's just, then they don't play him in the second half.
32:07I, it's, I don't know. Yeah. And yet again, another 15, 16 point week for Gentty.
32:12So he's not murdering your fantasy team. No, he's not.
32:15He gives you like, you know, high end RB two, or just sneaks in the running back position so bad right now
32:22that, you know, he probably was an RB back end.
32:26Just don't watch the game. Just look at the box score.
32:29Gentty's getting it done. It's just, it's just like you want to tell you.
32:34It's, it's ugly how he gets there at the end of the day.
32:38Yeah. Weird, but it happens until, you know, the bottom falls out and it gives you the four point week and sits
32:45on the bench in the second half. But he looked, he looked spry to me early in the game.
32:52I don't know what happened in the second half, but.
32:55Yeah. I don't know either. I thought he was going to actually have a big game.
33:00Yeah. He was set up for that too. Yep.
33:03All right. Nelson, anything else? Um, I think I touched on this last week.
33:08And so I'm going to sound like a broken record, but I think when I was drafting Malik neighbors, he was a
33:15guy that early on, I was fading throughout the summer.
33:18And I was like, you know, injury, this and that.
33:22Um, and then I thought about it and I was like, you know what?
33:26In the second half of the season, this guy could be like a league winner where he gets a hundred percent healthy and he turns it on.
33:35And if somehow like you were able to sneak into the playoffs, like he's a guy that could win a shootout for you.
33:43And this is happening a lot sooner than I thought.
33:46And so my observation was two things. One, like Malik neighbors is like another guy that similar to what Chris is saying with like Ken Walker.
33:55Like if you have like Malik neighbors, like he looks really good a lot faster than I thought he was going to look this good.
34:03The other thing I was scared to death that if Jameis Winston got benched, that McCarthy, it was going to be like rest in peace, likely and neighbors.
34:12And that fourth quarter actually gave me some, uh, you know, I have some optimism that if McCarthy's named the starter here
34:19moving forward, which I think a lot of us are assuming that's going to be the case.
34:25That freaking kid, man. Holy crap. NFL record in those 11 minutes for me.
34:29Totally different than Minnesota. Like not even close. He looked confident.
34:33He was stepping back. And like he was just driving the ball.
34:37Like there was no like and layering throws. Where did that come from?
34:41I didn't see him where a single throw in Minnesota was crazy.
34:45Was it his first pass or second pass? He was like, this, this is not JJ McCarthy.
34:51I don't know who this is, but this is not JJ McCarthy.
34:55I've seen JJ McCarthy. But one question. Do you think, I think they start Jameis this week, sacrifice Jameis versus Houston.
35:02They get the bye and then have him come in.
35:05That's the smart thing to do. I think, I think you're right, Matt.
35:09That's the smart thing to do, but I don't know if they'll do it.
35:14I mean, I think Jameis is kind of earned enough and.
35:17He was so bad. I can't believe how bad Jameis was.
35:21And it was a dreams. It was a dream situation for him.
35:25Not only going into the game versus a bad defense at home coming off the game versus Washington.
35:31But then you get into the game script where you're like, all right, you know, you have two and a half quarters
35:38to play from behind and light up the defense and get your numbers.
35:42And for all of us that spot started, Winston hand up.
35:46I did in a bunch of leagues an absolute shit show.
35:50And I don't know what they do, but the time's ticking on Winston.
35:54They're going to go to McCarthy. And I have no clue who that was on the field because, you know, JJ McCarthy, I still will stand by sucks.
36:03But he earned it on for fantasy. I always thought this kid's got, he's got the profile you want.
36:09He can run. He has a strong arm. The problem was in whatever happened in Minnesota, you know, him and the coach
36:17didn't get along or he didn't want to listen.
36:20He couldn't put any touch on it on a pass.
36:23Some of those throws, some of those throws on Sunday were not like simple throws that that he was making.
36:30Those are throws that I did not see at all zero when he was in Minnesota.
36:35That that's the difference that I'm saying is like, I don't know if a light bulb came on, if it was just
36:42the perfect storm in that fourth quarter. But like he was playing out of his mind, like some of the throws that he was making.
36:50And I mean, it helps to that. Like they were.
36:54I don't even think the Saints. I'm trying to remember the game and I was watching and I was like, are they
37:01running more of like a prevent because, you know, they're up by so much.
37:05Right. So it's it's it's going to be easier for him to like kind of dink and dunk and get down the
37:13field and put up, you know, some garbage stats.
37:16Probably the case half true, but I'm still going to say like some of those throws that he was making.
37:22I was like, really? He surprised me. How about this?
37:25Let's bring it back to fantasy here. He's now an option, you know, on the waiver wire for everybody this week.
37:32And he comes attached to an elite wide receiver and an elite tight end.
37:37And he's a quarterback that runs. So now if you're the Bo Nix owner, if you're the.
37:43See ya. Yeah. If you're. I do think you guys.
37:46There's a lot of shit quarterbacks out there underperforming.
37:49You know, you have an option now to go in on a J.J.
37:53McCarthy and whether he starts or whether he doesn't.
37:56It's like stashing a running back. You know, you're stashing a quarterback that could potentially down the stretch with a bad defense attached to it in the Giants.
38:05Be a guy that maybe hits the board as a top 10 quarterback.
38:10We listen, Chris. Life comes at you fast sometimes.
38:13Goodbye, Justin Herbert. Bo Nix. Hello, J.J. McCarthy. Herbert.
38:15Hey, Chris. Yeah. The year is 2030. You're the Hurt owner.
38:19Yep. Yeah. The year is 2030. The World Cup is going on at the GST.
38:24And who walks in? J.J. McCarthy. Signed jersey on the GST wall.
38:28Hanging out. Crazier things have happened, Matt. Crazier things have happened.
38:32I show him right to the kitchen. I tell him, I know you still suck.
38:37He gets the security. So he's not getting a preferred booth then is what you're telling me.
38:42No, he doesn't get a booth. Paul doesn't like the Bo Nix slander.
38:46No. Definitely not. We'll get to Bo Nix, Paul.
38:49He's still dying in his orange pajamas. Yeah, I got a lot to say about that.
38:55He's taking orange pajamas over there. Should have seen how sad he was at his little party the other night.
39:01Watching his Broncos shit the bed as usual. I heard, I heard, I heard Vicaros getting 10% of all the clients signed that night.
39:09Paul, with all due respect, fuck Bo Nix, fuck Sean Payton.
39:13I can't stand any of those guys. I'm done.
39:16I'm done with that offense. Well, hold on. Since we're talking about this, the first thing, look, Bo Nix has been terrible.
39:23I'm not defending him. But the first six weeks, they did have a tough schedule.
39:28Really tough schedule. This week, Arizona and the rest of the schedule is really nice.
39:33I think if you have Bo Nix, you got to hold him at least one more week.
39:38I am with you, Matt. And see what happens versus Arizona and that upcoming schedule.
39:43Because that schedule's great. You got Arizona, then Kansas City, tough one, okay.
39:48But then Carolina, Vegas, Pittsburgh, Miami, Jets, Vegas again, Buffalo, New England.
39:52I mean, you know, it's not all cupcakes, but there's quite a few of them in there.
39:57I mean, I don't understand what the hell's going on in Denver, neither.
40:01Like, RJ Harvey looks really, really good. I don't have RJ Harvey.
40:05Yeah, but J.K. Dobbins is Payton's boy. Oh yeah, no, no, I'm happy.
40:10I have J.K. Dobbins and Dobbins got Arizona this week.
40:13What about when Coleman gets back? I mean, you know.
40:16It's going to be a shit show. It's just going to be a committee.
40:21Coleman is probably going to get involved a little bit also.
40:24Well, the hope is at some point. Payton loves rotating these freaking guys, man.
40:29But I mean, this week at Arizona, I mean.
40:32All right, so you have Bo Nix. Oh, you're not going to play J.D.
40:37Dobbins? Are you starting Bo? Are you starting? I am, Matt.
40:40Yeah. I'm playing. You're starting Bo Nix this week?
40:43I don't know the places where I got him.
40:46I don't necessarily want to. I'd rather, you know, put him on notice, see what he does against Arizona, and then go from there.
40:54But, you know. Yeah, I'm saying you got to hold him one more week and see what happens.
41:00You know, because a lot of these guys like Brissette could possibly, probably going to get traded at some point.
41:07Yeah, he's going to get traded or wrenched. Jameis is gone.
41:10So you got to either get J.J. Jameis is gone.
41:14I think there's going to be some nice bidding for him.
41:17You know, people interested in that. So like, what are your backup?
41:21You know, Aaron Rodgers is probably gone. The guy's been putting up and he has New Orleans this week.
41:27So if he was smart, you were buying him for this as well.
41:32So, rest of the year, who would you rather have, Bo Nix or Baker Mayfield?
41:37That's a tough question because I was a big Baker guy.
41:40And Baker sucked last year. We all said the injuries.
41:43I get it. We gave him the pass. That's the call this week.
41:48Baker's available in a couple of weeks. But before Baker hurt his phone.
41:52How about Geno? He really sucked. You got Omar Cooper back and he looked really good.
41:57Eventually, A.D. Mitchell comes back from injury. And all of a sudden, this offense, now he's got some serious weapons.
42:04Yeah, no. I have this in my notes. Like the Jets wide receiver core going forward, if they have those three guys,
42:11plus if they settle on one of these tight ends and Mason Taylor is playing well or Sadiq could ever, you know, shine again.
42:19You got those guys. I mean, Braylon Allen's just like taking over.
42:23I'm shitting my pants with my Brees Hall shares because I don't know if he's ever getting, you know.
42:29I just want to see him back this week, Matt, as a big Brees Hall owner.
42:34I think, you know, last week he got on the field the last couple of days.
42:40I know I'm sure people picked up on that.
42:43And, you know, you were hoping that that's a sign that he comes back.
42:47Usually coaches say, hey, listen, you can't lose it to injury.
42:51Braylon Allen looks good, though, but I still think Brees Hall comes back.
42:55And maybe he's not that RB one that you hoped for, but he's going to be at least with, again, how bad
43:02the running back position is right now in fantasy.
43:05He's going to be in everyone's starting lineup. And let's add Jordan Mason hopefully this week as another one.
43:12Get Ollie Gordon back into the mix. So a couple running backs coming back into the mix here in week seven.
43:19Yeah. Yeah. And on that point, I mean, this has been the year of the Saturday running back pickup.
43:25I think, you know, like last week you had Jawar Jordan, Roshon Johnson, Bam Knight, Audrick Estame, Jaleel McLaughlin in some places.
43:32I mean, you know, guys that you could just pick up off the waiver wire on Saturday night and throw your starting lineup on Sunday morning.
43:41And Dan, how bad are your teams that you were picking these guys up and putting them up?
43:47I got some teams that got problems at running back.
43:50Dan just listed my whole fucking roster. Yeah. I mean, all seriousness, Roshon Johnson is not getting nearly the amount of love that he deserves.
43:58And even if, you know, what's his name comes back in the next week or so, and he goes to the bench,
44:05in our format, he's a great bench guy to have if one of these guys goes down eventually.
44:11And he actually looked really good on Sunday. He outrushed and he outreceived Swift.
44:16Swift got, you know, the extra text. Roshon Johnson was available in one of my prime times, and I bid $123 on him.
44:23And I thought, all right, it's a fair bid.
44:26The backup bid was zero. 11 owners didn't bid $1 on Roshon Johnson going into this week.
44:32That my bid looked obviously ridiculous. I don't know what everyone else was thinking with Monunga ruled out.
44:38And Roshon Johnson gave what, 15, 16 fantasy points again?
44:41And he could have scored another touchdown. He went down at the end.
44:45I was like, bastard. Yeah, yeah, exactly. That's a good point.
44:49Trust me, I'm heavily invested in Roshon. That's a guy that we were picking up.
44:54He's my most owned player in NFFC now. He's my, put it this way.
44:59I just looked. He's 49% owned. He's my most owned player that I have in NFFC for a total investment of $313,000.
45:06That's it? We got your game on Roshon? That's it?
45:09I have over $300,000 worth of Roshon. All right.
45:12But listen, let's go backfield, mate. You know, Swift will look really good again.
45:17And Swift is in this weird holding pattern where every week he doesn't practice for a few days.
45:23Everybody's like, oh, is he out? All the medical doctors.
45:26Oh, by the way, moment of silence. Shout out to losing Jesse Morse this past week.
45:31Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. What a big hit.
45:34The world is the most. Big loss for the fantasy community losing.
45:38I don't know who's going to jump on Twitter and say, oh, that's a hamstring.
45:43He's out three weeks now. A second after the guy goes down and probably be wrong.
45:49But no, no, no, no. It actually his thing is he lists like five different injuries.
45:54Yeah. It's going to be one of them. Yeah.
45:57One of them is going to be right. I remember him arguing with Christian Watson's father was the greatest Twitter interactions ever.
46:04He blocked me. He blocked me last year because I brought up the point that on every Friday he would wait until
46:11the, you know, the injury report would come out.
46:14Each team would send out, you know, like, all right, this guy's not playing this week.
46:20This one, it would be. And then he would tweet out a whole list of players and his prediction for the weekend of if they're in or out.
46:2990% of them already had a designation of in or out.
46:32And then he would come back on Saturday and give his accuracy out of like, oh, these 50 players.
46:39I was 49 out of 50. I was like, everybody knew.
46:42Everybody knew 45 of these. So, you know, it's like, what are we doing here?
46:47Oh, man. Sorry. That guy's too easy to dunk on.
46:50All right. What else? Anybody else? Anybody else? Can we talk about the Cowboys and their Flournoy problem?
46:56Yes, please. Because he's really good. Why is that a problem?
47:00He gets way too much involved. What's the problem?
47:03Is he a problem for Pickens owners? He's a problem for Pickens owners.
47:07And he dings Lamb a little too. I think he's a problem for both.
47:12You know who dings Lamb and Pickens? Fuck Dak.
47:15That's who he is. Oh, I mean. Blank's terrible.
47:18That guy looks lost the last two weeks. And his line cannot pick up a blitz.
47:23The whole, all you have to do is blitz the Cowboys because the line can't pick it up.
47:29They have no hot receiver. Dak looks totally lost every time.
47:33And the coaching staff does nothing week after week.
47:36It's like, you know, Groundhog Day, the same thing over and over.
47:40You know, it's like teams are just coming in and going.
47:43I agree with you, Dan. It's bad coaching in Dallas.
47:46Okay. Okay. Schottenheimer is not a very good coach.
47:49Okay. I think he's just above average. Okay. Because you can't, this offense, it has too much talent for it to fail two weeks in a row.
47:58You had a cupcake matchup last week on Thursday night and at home and you couldn't get it done.
48:05Okay. You struggled. And then Sunday night should have been a, as Chris says, a fantasy carnival.
48:10Okay. Or is Dan, Dan, which one when you, you son of a bitch, Nelson.
48:15Which one? Both of you guys. Whatever. Yeah. I started and Chris picked it up.
48:20It should have been a fantasy carnival. And, and they, the O-line coaching is terrible because they actually have a good O-line.
48:27So I'm going to say it's, it's scheme and coaching that that's the problem because I agree with you, Dan.
48:34I've noticed that when they're blitzing, they're not picking up the blitzers and they're not adjusting the protection, which is not giving Dak enough time.
48:42So I agree with that part in giving Dak a little bit of a pass there where he's just backpedaling and throwing it.
48:50But like something, this has got to get fixed because if not, like, you know.
48:55And Nelson, doesn't it seem like there's no hot read ever?
48:58I mean, the, the hot read almost looks like they tried a couple of times where they were trying to dump it
49:05off to Javante Williams or whatever, but like, it just gets blown up or whatever.
49:10But like, you can't have Pickens and CD running deep routes when you know the defense, that's all they're trying to do is constantly blitz you.
49:19You got to make them pay, man. Like you, you got to be able to set up the protection and then those
49:26two receivers should be able to, there's only like two or three corners in the NFL that should be able to cover those fuckers.
49:34Okay. Other than that, those guys should win one-on-one every single time.
49:38I mean, I think Minecraft is coming to Dallas.
49:41I think Mike Tomlin is going to get paid a lot of money.
49:45I, yeah, you, you're probably right with that. One thing I noticed with that game on the Dallas side is I think
49:52they're trying to turn that tight end room over to the kids span.
49:57Yeah. And kind of fade out, you know, Dan's boy Ferguson.
50:00Kids more athletic, could get up the field a little bit.
50:04So he's a little bit of an under the radar pickup for fantasy.
50:08Maybe he becomes the third option with four noise mixing and matching.
50:12Maybe that's what they need as an offense is, you know, a third option or that sneaky tight end.
50:18That's a, you know, a move tight end all around the field.
50:22Ricardo giving out possible anytime touchdowns this weekend. There you go.
50:26Backup tight end. Backup tight ends. Monday night in the elimination game.
50:30Well, he's not even a backup tight end. They started span forces.
50:34Yeah. I mean, he's taken over, but I'm saying it really is a thing to look at.
50:39Yeah. Yeah, for sure. All right. Well, let's, let's dive in.
50:43We want to talk about the Giants backfield. Yeah, that's exactly right.
50:47With Najee getting, getting cut right before the show.
50:50Yeah. So go ahead, Nelson. What do you, what do you got?
50:54What are you, what are you thinking here? I don't have it.
50:58Obviously Steve is not going to listen to you.
51:01The Greek is, you know, he thinks you're wrong, but.
51:04Listen, he was right on Tyrone Tracy. Like that's the guy that produced this week and, and has the most value going forward.
51:12Um, with Scadaboo, I, I looked at it as it was more punishment.
51:16Okay. Despite Harbaugh saying it wasn't by design or whatever.
51:19Yes, it was like, don't, don't try to make like us try to like you're smarter than us.
51:25Okay. You punished him because of the fumbling. Uh, he's missing on past protections and, and, and not picking up, you know, the, the protections properly.
51:34So they, they wanted to make a change. They wanted to make a move.
51:38My worry is Scadaboo is now going to come back into the mix.
51:43And is it going to be a committee where they involve Singletary?
51:47If Singletary is involved, I think it gets real messy.
51:50If, if, if they say like, okay, Singletary is out of the equation and it's just going to be Scadaboo and Tracy.
51:57Then I think now you've got like, you've got viable options.
52:01I think Scadaboo moving forward could be good. I think Tracy moving forward could be good, but like if Singletary is in
52:08the mix, I think it, it just becomes a little bit of a shit show.
52:13Yeah. I, I gotta think, uh, Scadaboo is the bet.
52:16Look, Tracy got the two touchdowns. He had that one nice pass catch.
52:21He got 17 yards around into the end zone, but he's not really good running back in.
52:26And he's not a guy that can take that load too.
52:30I think Scadaboo is better. You know, hopefully they got the bar coming up.
52:34He gets, you know, that rest and look, Tracy fumbles a lot too.
52:39So both of them, you have issues there. So Nelson's right.
52:42If, if Singletary is involved, then it's just shit show for everyone.
52:46But hopefully it's, you know, uh, Scadaboo Tracy and we go from there.
52:50I was, I was going to say before this Najee Harris release 10 minutes ago, the whole backfield is unplayable, obviously.
52:57Uh, even though Tracy came in and, um, you know, got a nice 19 point game out of nowhere.
53:04This guy was an active early in the season.
53:07He was the fourth guy. Um, it's, it's a mess.
53:10And, you know, it's similar to the Broncos backfield.
53:13It's similar to the chargers backfield where all three guys, you look at them, you're like, oh, they should be, you know,
53:20can we get them in the lineup? And you can't play any of them, you know, right now in, in charger land,
53:27Hampton Mitchell and by dollar all unplayable, you know, the same way.
53:31What do you do as a Scadaboo owner, this going into this Sunday, do you play him again?
53:37You know, it could be Tracy and Singletary with Scadaboo.
53:40It's just a wing and a prayer. I'll say this though.
53:44I think Tracy is a guy that I guess if you're going to look at the three of them going into week
53:51seven would be the guy that maybe you could sneak in as a, as a desperation, RB to a flex play.
53:58I would like him this week if he's going to be the pass catching back versus Houston.
54:04I mean, Houston's now what 10 point favorites in this game.
54:07The Greek says, yeah, Tracy was in the doghouse early in the season.
54:12Yeah. But you know what? Now Scadaboo is in the doghouse.
54:15Tracy's out of the doghouse. Singletary. What the hell is he?
54:19He's just, you know, uh, He's just a mess.
54:22He's a mess. You know, you just need one more guy to get out of the mix there and maybe you're talking here.
54:30Harbaugh has no allegiance to any of these guys.
54:32He didn't draft any of them. He didn't bring any of them onto the team.
54:37You know, they were there. Listen, they're in first place in the NFC East, right?
54:42So they're, they're competing. Okay. So this is not a lost season.
54:46We're not talking about a team that's like, you know, in rebuild mode.
54:51They're, they're here to win. They, and they have a great opportunity to take this division.
54:56I wouldn't be surprised if they, if no one develops like a hot hand and kind of takes the bull by the horns.
55:03I wouldn't be surprised if they bring in a running back to kind of like be the guy because Scadaboo to me,
55:11like I was invested in Scadaboo a little bit, like nothing crazy, but I was interested in him in the fifth round.
55:18Not, not invested in him as much as State Farm.
55:21Not at no, not as much. So like for me, like, listen, I got him in some key, like some spots that
55:28I would like for him to perform. I've got Tyrone Tracy, I would like for him to perform, but I could, I
55:36could see a situation where like Scadaboo has not looked good all year.
55:40Okay. And it goes back. It, it actually, I went against my, my whole process of fading running backs that have the tight rope surgery.
55:48And this is dating back to Tony Pollard when he had the surgery with the Cowboys, those kinds of running backs the following year, they don't do good.
55:57Okay. Judkins is the same thing. He's gotten the fantasy points for you, but if you're really watching the game, Judkins does not look good to me.
56:06Okay. Scadaboo does not look good to me. So I could see a situation where they bring in a running back.
56:13So that's just my, that's my thought. And, but Nelson, here's the crazy part.
56:18Remember week one versus Dallas Scadaboo look great. It's, it's the adrenaline.
56:22It's, you know, there's, there's some factors. Okay. It's week one.
56:25It's against freaking Dallas. Ever since then, as like, he's been getting touches and everything.
56:30I think he's kind of gone downhill. Like, like he just doesn't look like he's got the same explosion as he did last year.
56:38I agree. I think coming out of the bar is going to be interesting.
56:43I think the Giants are going to get hosed this weekend.
56:46And we see how things come out after week eight.
56:50I mean, look, the NFC East, they tied a record or whatever.
56:54Back to back weeks, the division won zero games and they played each other.
56:58Yeah. I still think Dallas winds up winning this division.
57:02I mean, Dallas? It's going to, yeah, Dallas. I still think that Dallas wins this division.
57:07Why? Philly's gone. Philly might not win a game the rest of the year.
57:11Hold on. Philly? No. The Philadelphia Eagle defense deserves so much credit for what they've done these last three weeks.
57:18First, the Rams, where if they get in, they win that game.
57:22Instead, they get stopped at the goal line and the Rams won it on the march down.
57:28Jacksonville, they should have beat the coach kicks in the end zone.
57:31Sure. And against Carolina, they played good defense. I mean, they played with McGee, but, you know, this is going to turn
57:39into the old NFC North, you know, division where at the end of the year, you know, the team that's eight and
57:46nine wins the East and is the four seed and hosts the home game.
57:51That's most likely the case, Chris, where it's going to be a team with a 500 record that wins this division.
57:57But what I will say, if we're talking like real football, I believe teams that end up, you know, performing well and
58:05winning their division, they usually have a legit defense.
58:08And the Eagles at least have that. And I don't think McKee is like a total shitter.
58:13Like, I think he's capable when this offense is healthy and they get the offensive line right and they get Saquon back.
58:21There's, there's a possibility that this offense is just good enough and that the defense carries them with Dallas.
58:27I look one thing with Dallas, their defense sucks is, is the problem with the Giants.
58:32I think the Giants can be competitive because I actually think their defenses like they got some pieces, like it's somewhat decent.
58:39It's a team that sells off like Philly did already and loses their starting quarterback.
58:44They traded off their offensive lineman guy retires. This team is not going to win a division, a team like Dallas, even
58:51though they're struggling right now, they're at least still pushing for, you know, they, they still have their starting franchise quarterback under center.
58:59They still have their star players. You know, they trade for Joey Porter.
59:03They're making moves to win the division. I still think Dallas wins this division pretty easily by the, by the time the season ends.
59:11I just, I just, yeah. Listen, it sounds crazy right now, but every one of these teams, Washington just lost Terry McLaurin
59:18and they're a bunch of shit and, and the Giants suck and they're on their third string quarterback.
59:24Uh, and you know, so we'll see. The only thing I will, I will say about the Eagles, cause I, I had
59:32that same thought process, like where you connect the dots and you're like, all right, they're just gonna fire sale and, and call it a season and rebuild.
59:41There's certain cities that you just don't rebuild them.
59:44And, and I feel like Philly is one of those cities where you're not gonna, you're not rebuilding the Eagles that like they weren't set up that way.
59:53And I don't think that that's going to be the case.
59:57I will say one thing when the hurts news injury broke.
60:00And I think I put this in the group chat.
60:03Um, I said upgrade at quarterback. Like if I, you know, like I'm a pretty big Devonta Smith owner.
60:10Uh, we have got our chairs, Nelson. I know you're big on Goddard.
60:14I'll take, I'll take, uh, Tanner McGee, um, instead of hurts.
60:18I am a notorious Jalen hurts hater. I think he's terrible.
60:21I think he's a terrible thrower of the ball.
60:24Um, uh, and, and it showed, you know, right out.
60:28He double digit target Devonta Smith, 14 targets. I know the game script played, uh, well for that, but if I'm a
60:35Devonta Smith owner, I wasn't like, you know, like neighbors was when, um, you know, dart went down.
60:41And maybe that's a bad example. Cause Winston, I was like, all right, that's good.
60:46But I'm talking, but I'm talking when the starting quarterback goes down, you usually like, oh shit, my wife's fever's in trouble.
60:53But I was unfazed with that. I actually was like, all right, good.
60:57This is good for Devonta. I mean, for Devonta, I think it is.
61:01Even with like Saquon. I mean, he's kind of one of those older guys that seems to be breaking down at this point in his career.
61:10Uh, I don't know how healthy he's going to be coming back from this hamstring injury that looked a lot more, I
61:17guess, a lot worse than maybe what it was.
61:20But, uh, and if they get like tank back at some point or their other running backs, I, I still think like
61:27this, like Nelson said, division is just so awful.
61:30I don't think the giants are a good team.
61:33They got a couple of, like Nelson said, that draft pick they got that landed into their lap with the pit with the fifth pair.
61:42Nick, uh, Reese, that kid looks legit. Yeah. But I mean, the saints went in there and basically blew their doors off.
61:49Which was crazy. They were lucky to come back against Washington.
61:52They were getting dominated. This is a fraudulent, fraudulent team.
61:56With as bad as the saints had looked with as bad as the saints have looked at the past bunch of weeks
62:03to come into New Jersey and below the doors off a division leader like the giants in a good spot like that.
62:10And they were favored by a point. For the giants.
62:13A hundred percent. And just for the, the, you know, someone in the comments said say Quan Barkley's bags are packed.
62:20The giants should call them. Uh, there's no way the Eagles are trading Barkley back to the giants, uh, for running back help.
62:28But I will say this about big names to look out for.
62:32Uh, it was starting to a little bit of a rumor yesterday.
62:36Don't be surprised if the cult ship out Jonathan Taylor to a, to a, um, you know, contender, you know, the cult
62:43season's over and they got to make up for those picks.
62:47I don't know if they're going to trade the face of the franchise though, Chris.
62:52Yeah. I mean, listen, uh, that's a team that looks like it's, it's in rebuild mode.
62:57It's, it's, they are. I mean, you know, and on a, on a certain level, they definitely should.
63:03I mean, you know, that's the right football move is to, to send out Taylor, but I don't know if the front office has got the, the stones.
63:12I mean, how many, how many years is Jonathan Taylor in the league now?
63:17This is probably his luck. But you're going to, you're going to, this is a, this is a, you know, an interim GM in there.
63:25He's going to have to get the permission of the owner.
63:28Well, the owner, she's going to make the call.
63:31If she's going to be the one to make the call.
63:35Exactly. And is she going to be willing to do that?
63:39For a first round draft pick to send them to Denver or, or one of these teams?
63:44Yeah. I don't know if you're getting a, I don't know if you're getting a, Jonathan Taylor.
63:50You just want it. Yeah, you are. Yeah. Fuck.
63:53Yeah, you are. Depends on the deal, I guess, but I am, I'm, I'm not holding my breath waiting for that trade.
64:00Um, I, I, I do think to, uh, to the point that Matt made in our, our group chat, um, BTJ is
64:07probably the most tradable asset out there. It, as long as you're talking about teams that aren't in fire sale mode, um,
64:15it, it just seems like the Jaguars. I mean, Kansas city seems like the perfect spot for that guy.
64:21They lost Thornton. He could play that role. Perfect.
64:24They got the run. They got the explosive running back.
64:27You got the Kelsey and rice guys that can play over the middle short range.
64:32And it's, you know, even, or even the Rams.
64:35I mean, the Rams don't ever shy from draft picks.
64:38So, you know, I think the, it was competitive this year and, and they're missing that.
64:44I think they need a legit wide receiver. Who was that Nelson?
64:47Who was that? The Raiders. Yeah. Yeah. He would, he would, he would be nice there too.
64:53I agree with that. Yeah. I think, I think he's definitely a very tradable asset.
64:58You know, I don't, I don't know if anybody.
65:01What do you, what do you get from? What do you give up for Brian Thomas?
65:06A sixth rounder? Like fifth, sixth rounder. Oh yeah.
65:09All from great. Why would, why would he go for a fifth or sixth when Marv went for a second and he
65:16had a, he had a great year. That was a, that was a bad, that was a bad trade for you.
65:23Yeah. I know, but there's not another team that's going to make a stupid mistake out of these 32.
65:30At least here's the thing. At least Marv was playing full time in, in Arizona's offense.
65:35Uh, Thomas is down to 20% snaps. He is.
65:38I hear that. He is droppable. Droppable. Yeah. I would say I wouldn't drop him.
65:43No, no, no. If he goes to Kansas City.
65:46Droppable. Not until after November 10th. Yeah. He's got it.
65:49Yeah. You can drop, if he's still on the Jaguars November 10th after the trade deadline, then you can drop.
65:56Or what about this? What about like San Francisco?
65:59If Mike Evans is done. That's another. All the receivers.
66:02That's a good call, Matt. Brian Thomas out to San Francisco for the, you know, to, to, to.
66:08I think there's going to be some moves. Uh, this trade deadline.
66:12There should be. There should be. There should be more trading in the NFL.
66:16The NFL trade deadline has gotten a lot better.
66:19I mean, last year we saw what? Uh, Myers.
66:22Who was, uh, we saw another receiver. We saw a couple of receivers move.
66:27Mm-hmm. You know, it's getting better and better this year.
66:30Yeah. It's got a long way to go though.
66:33No doubt about that. I'll give, I'll give you guys a prediction.
66:37That is going to be a little shocking. There's going to be before the trade, by the trade deadline, there's going to
66:44be a new running back in Cincinnati, a new starting running back.
66:48Ooh. I mean. I mean. First rounder. Yeah. Bringing in a running back.
66:53Bringing in a running back to replace a first round draft pick.
66:56P. Ryan. In fantasy. First round draft pick in fantasy.
67:00I obviously, yeah. Yeah. But. That's my pitch. Over P.
67:03Ryan, you know, especially if you have Chase Brown.
67:06Yeah. You know, things. It's just not looking good.
67:09Yeah. No, no, no. I like that. I dropped a couple of P.
67:13Ryan shares just before week five. And then, of course, P.
67:17Ryan goes nuts in week five. And it's like, okay, now I got to, had to go spend money and get them back.
67:24You know, the, the, one of the biggest farces of a draft season was, you know, the, the Parker Washington versus Brian Thomas debate.
67:32It's, it's almost as bad as you know, it is bad.
67:36It's worse than the Michael Wilson versus Marvin Harrison fifth round, sixth round debate.
67:41Things couldn't have been way off more than, than the Parker Washington versus Brian Thomas.
67:45To the point now where, you know, I'm bringing this up because Brenton strange is actually their, their third target or to be, you know, with Jacoby Myers.
67:55And he's a playable tight end as well going forward.
67:58So another tight end that's, you know, getting in starting lineups comfortably.
68:02So I will, I will say this, Chris, I didn't think there was a debate between Parker and Thomas for me, but
68:09I was not a fan of Parker Washington. Okay.
68:12Like I thought like the three, four turn was too early for Parker.
68:16I was willing to take them like later in the fourth round.
68:20I was more interested in him. So I, I'm, I'm not a Parker Washington truther this year.
68:26Last year I was, is the funny thing. Okay.
68:29So I, I should have just doubled down, but my issue was this.
68:33I, I knew he was a better option than Thomas.
68:36It was the fact that I felt like this offense was going to spread it around and that Parker Washington wasn't going
68:44to be like a focal point of the offense.
68:47It was going to be one of those, like, just it's maddening.
68:51Like you're starting them. He puts up six, one week, then he puts up 20 the next week.
68:57And, and they, you know, Trevor Lawrence just wants to spread the ball around.
69:01It's kind of like the theory with like the bills and Josh Allen with when they shipped out Stefan digs.
69:08It was kind of like, let's get some weapons for Allen, but let the dude just spread the ball around.
69:14He doesn't want to be forcing it. Yeah. Yeah.
69:17Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Can we talk about Arizona real quick?
69:21Since we are, since you mentioned Michael Wilson, it looks like the bone identity.
69:25It might be the guy right now to own cause they're double team in Wilson.
69:30They're double team in McBride and born is, you know, seems like the beneficiary.
69:35Not that I'm saying he's going to be like some league winner, but.
69:39Solid piece, man. Yeah. Yeah. The one thing about Marv, as much as he could have been dog shit, he did draw
69:46attention and open things up for everybody. It's a two, it's a two game sample size, Matt.
69:52Uh, so I'm going to say it's still kind of small, but I agree with you that it's starting to look like that.
69:59Even if we, we have all this negativity towards Marvin Harrison, he in NFL real NFL football terms, he kept the defenses on us.
70:07And in these two games, the lions, they don't, they bracketed Michael Wilson in that game.
70:13That's why Wilson didn't get shit done in a game that was like, what was like, he was going to smoke, you know, the, the lions defense.
70:21And then it's been, and then it was the same thing last week where you're like, okay, you figure Wilson's going to
70:29do something like he's getting the targets or whatever, but he's got more defensive attention the last two weeks with Marv gone.
70:36Yeah. I think principal there, he's been kind of, you know, brought to the point where he's just fairly competent.
70:43Yeah. I think if you're the Michael Wilson owner after the Harrison trade, if you, uh, you know, I said that, you
70:50know, huge upgrade from Michael Wilson, I still think that, um, you know, going forward.
70:55I thought that was, I thought that was so not the gun.
70:59Is that what you're saying? So Chris, I'm going to disagree just a little bit because I didn't think the Marvin Harrison
71:06trade was like Michael Wilson to the moon. Michael Wilson was already to the moon.
71:11Like he was getting it done. Harrison was only seeing two or three targets a game.
71:16Like, so like, yeah, sorry. Again. No, I'm just saying like, I didn't think anything was going to change really in the offense for Wilson.
71:24Like it wasn't going to be better for Wilson.
71:27I looked at it as like, Wilson was already getting the targets.
71:31He was already getting it done with Harrison there.
71:34You're talking about like two to three, four vacated targets with Harrison gone.
71:38Yeah. Fair point. Can't argue it. I thought, you know, maybe you look at Wilson as like a high end wide receiver
71:46too, after that trade, but you know, maybe he is just what he is and it's a wide receiver three for your fantasy team.
71:54And, you know, uh, he's really good. He's really solid, but he does not have his weeks.
71:59He'll have his weeks, but he does not enter the territory of like, like, you know, the Malik neighbors and those guys.
72:06Like, I feel like, I think we got ahead of ourselves though, a little bit, like in, in general, like the general
72:14population probably was like Wilson, like 17 targets in a game.
72:17Like he's going to be a PPR monster. And that's not who he is.
72:22Like he's really good, really solid, but he's not in that upper echelon.
72:26Well, we're touching on, uh, NFC West teams in Arizona.
72:29Could we flip it over to the Rams? And I want to tie in, uh, Nelson, uh, you know, is your article,
72:37your fab article up at FTN yet this week?
72:40Yeah. What is the Rams fallout of losing Devante Adams in fab this week?
72:44We got, uh, I'm going to give some free stuff.
72:48Let me, let me give out some free stuff.
72:51Give people a taste. Let them get a taste.
72:53Let them get a little taste. Not the whole case, but give them a little taste.
72:59I'm a subscriber. I don't know about this. It's like going to, it's like going to Carvel.
73:04Yeah. Like a little sample of the ice cream.
73:07And you're like, here, you like this rocky road?
73:10Yeah. And then you're like, oh, give me a whole cone of rocky road.
73:15Give me a little dump. We're going to give them just a little bump.
73:19Oh, well, Nelson, we just turned it into a, yeah.
73:23Chris was going with the ice cream take. I was going with the ice cream.
73:28We've got his college days over here now. Yeah.
73:31Nelson's talking his college days. Uh, Dan's all excited.
73:34Look at Dan. Dan's all excited. Remember Woodstock? We were partying though.
73:38I think I spooked him. Fuck him. Hey, come on.
73:41We, we know I was too old for Woodstock.
73:44Ooh. Let's go. Um, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Is the, is the pickup of the week.
73:49And I think that he warrants, uh, a bid range of 30 to a hundred dollars, depending on how desperate you are at wide receiver.
73:57I think he had his spike week in week three against Denver.
74:01So you've already seen him. I believe Puka was out that game and he was playing pretty much full snaps.
74:08So I think that he's the logical guy that comes in and takes over for Adams and starts seeing some extra targets.
74:15And then the second guy. Okay. I, I, I'm giving away free stuff, man.
74:19Uh, the second guy is Terrence Ferguson. Okay. You stash him away if he's available because I think he's the other guy,
74:27especially in the red zone, that's going to benefit from Devante Adams, uh, absence.
74:31All right. And, and one last question on this.
74:34I won't let you sell the farm here, Nelson, but what do you do if you're the Devante Adams owner?
74:41Is he an easy drop? Easy drop. Easy drop.
74:44Okay. Easy drop. Okay. Six to 10 weeks. Uh, um, the only slight hope I would give to people is if you're
74:51the team that's up top in your league and you're the Adams owner and the top, you know, one or two and
74:58points, and it comes back that your, um, you know, that, that is diagnosis is six weeks and you get them back in week 12 or 13.
75:07And you're taking that team into the playoffs. Do you, do you want to be that guy that dropped Adams?
75:14I mean, I guess that's the only way you keep a Devante Adams is if you're in a good spot right now
75:21after six weeks and maybe you could keep them as the 20th man on the bench.
75:26That's a big range, right? Six to 10. You know, you, so the, the way I look at it is we're in
75:33week seven by the time he comes back and he ramps up.
75:37Okay. Cause this is something where like it's to his, his knee, you know, he's not going to be running.
75:44He's not doing anything. Yeah. So by the time he comes back, you're talking week 14 or 15 for, for this guy.
75:51Yeah. I don't know. I remember he's going to have surgery too.
75:55They're going to like do some kind of clean out of the area or something like that to try to promote faster healing.
76:03But, um, I don't know, going under the knife on that, that, that to me seems like they're probably talking a longer timeframe than a shorter timeframe.
76:12Just the disaster for the, uh, the Ram season, uh, you know, for the perennial Super Bowl favorites, uh, complete disaster wiping out.
76:19Right. Right. Chris. That's more losing at home. Uh, you know, to a 13 point dog, uh, just a absolute disaster right now.
76:27I still think they're better than most of the teams out there though.
76:31All these three and off four and two teams or this and that.
76:35Oh, that's the end of the week though. The Rams.
76:39Cause they're, they're probably not winning the division, right?
76:42Are we, are we in agreement? 49ers. Yeah. 49ers.
76:44Right. Right. Yeah. Okay. So what happens that do the Rams make the playoffs this year?
76:50I think so. Yeah. More than likely, but it's going to be against, um, you know, whoever's in second or third place
76:57in the NFC North is, is basically what it comes down to.
77:01Um, my favorite stat of the week though, is that the Cardinals have more wins and, uh, in the, in LA stadium than the Chargers and Rams combined.
77:10My favorite one that I, that I saw Dan, I liked that one, but my favorite one was miles Garrett gets traded
77:17to the Rams and the Rams become the Browns.
77:20That was a good one too. Uh, my internet froze up.
77:24What did you say about Ferguson? I heard that.
77:27I didn't like him. Uh, that's using a fake internet froze up.
77:31He wants. Yeah. No, no, no. I'll repeat what I said.
77:35I said, Terrence Ferguson sucks and he's on IR and he's a, he's a wasted pickup and hold drop them, you know, move on.
77:42I think Higby gets a big boost. I know he didn't have the game this week.
77:48He'd been pretty awesome for the last three weeks.
77:51I've been playing Higby in a lot of places.
77:54I mean, I picked him up right away when Ferguson went down.
77:58I've been putting him in my lineup where I need him.
78:01And, uh, he's been coming through this last week was the first time he did.
78:06I think Higby Parkinson is definitely. He's listening to Davis Allen.
78:10They got 42 tight ends and Ferguson hasn't even, uh, you know, come back yet.
78:15But see, I think the difference with Ferguson is like with, uh, like Bowers and those types, they are tight ends, but
78:22they line them up in the wide receiver roles.
78:25Like they don't play the tight end position. Like Brock Bowers has not played the tight end position probably all year.
78:32And he's a tight end. Mm-hmm. I'm just waiting to see if Nelson will ever let Matt off the hook here.
78:39With what? Ferguson. Oh, with Ferguson? I'm not. What's, what's, what's the hook to get off?
78:44Ferguson did shit week one. He looked awesome versus the Giants.
78:48Yep. And then, then against the Broncos when he got hurt, if he doesn't throw the ball to Higby and throws it to him, he throws a touchdown.
78:57He was wide open. There was nobody there. Oh, so Matt, you, so you're, you were being serious that your internet froze and you didn't hear what?
79:06I'm serious. I'm using a hotspot. I thought that was like your, I thought that was like your plate at getting to talking about Terrence Ferguson again.
79:15Okay. I'm using a hotspot, which seems to be for the most part better than Dan and Chris's internet.
79:21So listen, listen, I, I said, if he's available in your league, he's the sneaky pickup to grab right now, stash him.
79:28He's going to be back. I believe in like one or two weeks.
79:32I think it's, it's been all right. I've been picking up Jonathan Brooks and him the last couple of weeks.
79:39Yeah. So I, I think he's a good pickup because I think he'll see more targets in the red zone where like,
79:46that was kind of like Adam's, you know, forte.
79:49Okay. And now I think Ferguson will see a lot of those.
79:53Yeah. Poor Matt was looking like a lost puppy when you were dissing Ferguson there for a minute.
79:59No, I think you are joking. Yep. All right.
80:02Let's, let's talk a little bit about the bears offense, which I thought looked, um, you know, better than it did.
80:09Well, Colston Loveland season started. Yeah. Yeah. Colston Loveland season started.
80:12I thought, I thought Caleb did a better job this week than he did week one.
80:18Um, and I think part of it probably is, um, they got Trapilo back, um, at left tackle, which meant Loveland could
80:25leak out a little bit more and wasn't having to go in there and chip and all that kind of stuff.
80:32Um, and so he was more like a regular target rather than somebody who was getting into a pattern late and then,
80:39you know, was becoming kind of a desperation option for, for Williams.
80:43Um, so to me, this kind of changes the narrative on Loveland a little bit.
80:48That just what I saw this past week, I mean, you know, we still need to confirm it, but I'm a lot
80:55more back in on Loveland than I was two weeks ago.
80:59Is this that true from Sunday that Caleb's a doubt was 3.6?
81:03Cause I keep seeing things hold on 36. So yeah, they were just trying to get, there was a lot of easy
81:10completions, Matt, but still 30 for 36. I'm just move the offense.
81:14People are open. Let's do it. Yeah. I mean, the only guy that's really suffered this year.
81:20I mean, pretty much every week it seems is, uh, Rome.
81:23Yeah. He seems to be- But Rome's time is coming.
81:26I'm not worried about Rome. Rome is on the field more than anybody.
81:31Yeah. I mean, he's on the field way more than- I know, but isn't that a bigger indictment?
81:37Well, well, this weekend it wasn't even close. Like Rome played like all the snaps.
81:42Like a hundred percent of snaps. And they play like 40% of the snaps.
81:46And then Burden. Yeah, exactly. And then Burden and Raymond played like 40% of the, of the snaps, which is crazy.
81:53Like that's yeah. And to Matt's point, that's Rome's role though.
81:57I mean, he's going to be that deep guy.
82:00He's going to be the guy that, you know, He's becoming the Marvin Harrison.
82:04That's what it looks like. Yeah. Yeah. He, he's the guy that keeps the defenses honest, but the offense is going to
82:12move with the running game, Caleb's legs, and it's Loveland and Burden that are going to move the chains.
82:18Yep. Yeah. I'll say that I'm excited now about the bears.
82:21It's been, you know, a bumpy road after week one with injuries, bad weather, yada, yada, whatever.
82:27They're all healthy in the wide receiver and tight end room.
82:31Caleb's back to being under center. O-line solid. I think, I think if you're the bears investor in their skill position players going forward.
82:39Now I think you're going to get what you hope for.
82:42I agree with Chris. I just, I just hate having a root for this corn ball.
82:47Like that video he posted. He's just such a goober.
82:51And that's me being, being nice. Yep. All right.
82:54I think we covered most of the things. Any curious, do you guys see any players on the, the downswing that you're getting nervous about starting?
83:02Yeah. I, I gotta consider, I gotta, I keep putting Josh downs in my lineups each week and getting disappointed.
83:09And you know, every week it looks like this is going to be a huge Josh downs game.
83:15And then this week past week comes, they rule out Tyler Warren.
83:19You think there's going to be more targets and, and everything for him in a great matchup.
83:24And it's just eight shit points again. And it's, it's just a disappointment.
83:29You know I keep making the comparison cause they were right there neck and neck on the draft board this year.
83:35You know, if you drafted Josh downs, you were hoping he was going to be the Matthew golden.
83:41You know, that guy that you drafted as your wide or slash five, but became your wide receiver two and production.
83:48Only one of them did. Golden's been one of the best picks.
83:52And speaking of gold, that golden just pops off the screen.
83:56I know he dropped a couple of touchdowns, so maybe that sounds stupid, but just, he looks the part, he gets the targets.
84:03He's in the right offense. Golden's a smash pick.
84:06Uh, downs is not, and I gotta figure out what we're doing.
84:10I will say this. Um, what it was brutal because obviously I have a lot of Matthew golden and key spots and everything.
84:18So I was hoping for that huge 40 point type of type of game and he didn't drop those, but I don't
84:25necessarily like, I don't concern myself too much when guys are dropping passes necessarily.
84:30Uh, because yeah. At other points in the game, he made like some really great, like tough catches.
84:36So I, and everything I've, I heard throughout the summer was like, he's got awesome hands.
84:41He's catching everything. Yeah. So I think, you know, those things you're going to have those type of games or whatever, but
84:48the key to it all that I, I worry more about a wide receiver.
84:53Is he getting open? Okay. Can he get himself open?
84:56If you can get them open, you know, the drops, you know, they'll take care of themselves.
85:02That's the key. If a receiver can't get open, you're not, you're not getting targets.
85:07Right. Yeah. Uh, going back to that Indianapolis, Tennessee, I, I, which is name had a great matchup too.
85:13Uh, what the hell is his name? From the Giants.
85:16I'm sorry. Carnell Tate. Not Tate. He had a great game, but the other guy.
85:21I mean, on the Colts. No, on the Titans from the Giants.
85:25Wondell Robinson. Wondell and Josh Downs had two, you know, on paper, fantastic matchups.
85:30They both disappointed. That game was so insane. The Colts had 399 yards of offense to 187.
85:35They held the ball for almost 39 minutes to 21 minutes.
85:39And that first down, they crushed them on and they lost.
85:42Yeah. Yeah. Carnell Tate, by the way, just a real quick note.
85:46Carnell Tate starting to look like a nice piece for your fantasy team.
85:51I actually think that the Titans won that game.
85:54I actually think because for fantasy, I, I think they were not too far away from benching Cam Ward and, and, and trying something else different.
86:02And I think with that game, with winning that game, that was big for fantasy.
86:07If you own Carnell Tate, because Cam Ward, I think like it's starting to develop some chemistry.
86:13Yeah. Unfortunately though, we have Cleveland and Tennessee this weekend, which might be one of the worst games of the season to watch.
86:20Yeah. That's gross. That won't, hopefully they'll keep that off red zone too much.
86:25Yeah. Yeah. Let's see if Denzel Ward is up on Carnell Tate, you know, I'd slow him down a little bit.
86:32Other than Josh Downs, my arrow pointing down, I am a frustrated Harold fan and owner, another boss game.
86:38And again, I say it every week, guys, it's tough to eat these two point games in your lineup, man.
86:45And it's just, I don't know if you guys are experiencing this, but you know, two or three guys in your lineup
86:52that are less than five points, when they bust out like this, you can't overcome it.
86:57You can't get over one 25, one 30. If, if you're eating two or three of these bust games in your lineup.
87:04And when your tight end is Harold Fannin and it looks good going into the week and he gives you a two, it's, you know, it's rock bottom.
87:14I mean, this is like three weeks in a row now for Harold Fannin.
87:18Yeah. He, I don't know. I faded him completely, but I totally get you because this is what I was afraid might happen.
87:26They might be looking at their wide receivers. The quarterback might be a little bit of a shit show and, you know, I don't know.
87:34I w I wasn't feeling Fannin at his price.
87:37Um, who else has got, uh, I I'll throw out there, uh, Ramondre Stevenson is a guy that, you know, I don't
87:44feel great about starting any given week, but also, uh, tough to leave him on your bench because he's one of those
87:51guys who get you a five one week and he'll get you a 16 the next week.
87:57I can't believe I'm saying this. I think Kyler might be the best back.
88:02The kid, the kids looked good in limited action.
88:05He's got, he's got some burst and, and the thing is he's got burst and he runs more physical than Trevion.
88:12So it's like, it's like the best of both worlds.
88:15And he, he could fuck up that whole backfield situation there because like Vrabel seems to like him.
88:21Yeah. Can I say, I mean, for me, the downturn is basically every running back except for like after cook and not
88:28including Kenneth Walker, cause he's been great, but that whole backend, I mean, Chase Brown, as, as we mentioned, I'm nervous about him.
88:36Genty. I'm nervous about him. Saquon looks like the old guy that was breaking down.
88:41Even if he comes back, I'm not excited about him.
88:44Uh, Hampton. I mean, the doll and him have the same amount of catches and targets every week.
88:50And for dollar at least puts up close to 10 points or just over 10 points a week.
88:56So he's even more usable. I just, it's a total shit show in that, that, you know, that area and how that shakes out rest of season.
89:05Does any, maybe these guys come back. We saw Chase Brown last year.
89:09He was awful the first seven games. And then he went on a 10 game run where he was incredible.
89:15Uh, does Hampton come out of the bar and be the Hampton thought he was going to be?
89:21So, I mean, let's see what happens. But I mean, that whole thing has me like terrified that whole backend outside of Kenneth Walker.
89:29Yep. Yeah. Um, yeah. Mark Andrews, another one that, uh, the bottom is kind of falling out of.
89:35Hey, we need to talk about the Ravens though.
89:38While you're, while you're on there. And, um, you know, the Jacoby lane, uh, walked right back into this lineup.
89:45He was available in a lot of leagues last week on, on free agency.
89:49And I, I bid up on him to get them on my rosters, uh, back.
89:54I was surprised that people weren't going. I haven't dropped them.
89:58Yeah. I'm surprised that he was available in as many leagues as he was.
90:02And then his bids weren't as high. And then, you know, he puts it, he comes right back in.
90:09Uh, Bateman gets hurt. Andrews looks like dust and maybe Jacoby lane season is back on here as the second option in the Ravens passing game.
90:17We have Lamar coming back most likely, uh, in week seven.
90:21And if Bateman misses some time or whatever, um, you know, and Andrews is dust, Jacoby lanes is serviceable player.
90:27Now that we could put in all lineups. Yeah.
90:30Chris, being that you mentioned like lane, lane, Omar Cooper, Antonio Williams, we could see a second half surge.
90:37Mom field. Like of all these rookie, like wide receivers.
90:40Yes. Yes. Yeah. I just want to be, I just want to see Lamar take all the time he needs to heal
90:47up and be fully healed because the, the, I don't want to back in my line.
90:52I don't really need, I don't need him to sit out any more weeks.
90:57But, but the thing is, I mean, you know, it, the whole team looked like crap after he came back last year, because he couldn't play.
91:06Um, if he rushes himself back and it's the same, you know, more of the same that we saw last year after his injury.
91:14I got no interest in that. I would rather see a couple more weeks of, uh, Huntley and have Lamar really get right.
91:21But I don't know that they're going to do that because you know, it's Cincinnati this week, Buffalo next week.
91:28Uh, so I expect they're probably throwing them in no matter what.
91:32I hope so. It must be a little bit more of a high ankle or something with this guy because I mean, he's hopping around on the sideline.
91:41He's laughing and joking with his team. It looks like what, like, why aren't you playing?
91:46You know? Right. Let's see if he gets out there this week.
91:50Uh, you know, unfortunately my Lamar teams, I had to go to Winston and Bursette and you know, that was fun.
91:57So. Oh, mentioning Bursette. I, if you have him, I would not drop him.
92:02Of course, after this week, he's got Dallas. Dallas.
92:05Yeah. Matt. Matt. It's the same thing. Like I picked up Bursette a few weeks ago, everywhere, like in a lot of my leagues to actually play him.
92:14He had the good matchup versus Detroit. He gave 34 fantasy points and NFFC.
92:18And then if you looked, you wanted to get rid of them maybe after that, but then you look down the line
92:26and you saw you at Dallas and you're like, maybe I can hold him there.
92:31It's kind of the same thing that you guys were talking about earlier with Rogers, you know, Rogers has a good matchup this week versus the saints.
92:39And then another one in, in a, you know, a week or two, you know, just looking ahead and trying to plot
92:47and play it blew up on you. If you were the Winston owner when I was doing it like two weeks ago
92:54with my eyes on the saints game. But you know, these are the shots you got to take to spot start injuries and, and by weeks.
93:02I mean, for streams, I would start Rogers over Gino this week.
93:06At least the dolphins defense has been a competitive bunch this year.
93:10They've come to play at least. And I mean, I do like Gino's matchup, but I'm starting Rogers versus that saints defense.
93:18And, and you know what? That's you're talking to the Josh Allen owners right here.
93:23Cause if you're the Josh, Josh, the Jags, you know, you got, you got a few teams.
93:28Yeah. The other quarterback that we didn't touch base on is Michael Penix.
93:32Uh, he, he's a guy that I think is viable to, to pick up an either stream.
93:38If you're already have a good quarterback solution, like Josh Allen or whatever, or as just having a backup quarterback.
93:45Cause he's got, he's got weapons there in Atlanta.
93:48The guy on that team that stood out for me, I had picked them up in one week for a dollar the previous week.
93:55Then I caught him this week, but it's three straight weeks for John Dodson over 50 yards.
94:01He's got a touchdown in two of the last three.
94:04He's getting some targets now. He's not like, you know, where he was banished in Philadelphia and stuff.
94:10He's becoming a, you know, not somebody, but as a bi-week replacement, he might be somebody that could be usable.
94:17Yeah. A little piece off of waivers. You'll see people bid on him, Matt.
94:21I thought you were going to say Kyle Pitts, uh, actually, because, uh, as bad as a season I saw you get
94:29him in one of the leagues, Matt. I don't know if you're in that league with me.
94:34Um, uh, but he was available in that prime time.
94:38I bid $185 on Pitts. I didn't expect. I didn't have that kind of money to bid.
94:43Are you saying like too much or too little Nelson?
94:46No, listen, I, it's probably, you know, he was a rage drop and probably shouldn't have been dropped in this tight end landscape.
94:54I mean, there's some viable tight ends, but you're rage dropping.
94:58If Pitts, if you're dropping Pitts, you're kind of rage dropping them to a certain degree.
95:03Okay. Absolutely. $185, I thought you could, I would think that you could get them for less.
95:08I, what was the, what was the runner up?
95:11That was my point. The runner up was 61 bucks.
95:15I overbid, but you know what? I don't think fab, you know, you're not getting names.
95:20Listen, he sucked for the first four weeks, right?
95:23He was brutal. No, but then he did it last year too.
95:27All the time. We just started with Loveland on the thing last year.
95:31Kyle Pitts was a top five tight end down the stretch.
95:35Things could change like that. And guess what? I picked him up for $185.
95:39Yeah. I overbid, but I stuck them right in my starting lineup with some banged up players out and he gave 23 fantasy points.
95:47You're not getting that off of waiver wire. So if I had the money, I would have been like two 50.
95:54Yeah. So there you go. And if you overbid, you overbid.
95:58But like you said, there are certain talents that go on the wire that you got to bet on.
96:04There you go. Whether it pays out or doesn't.
96:07And that's what like people are so afraid of sometimes when they're picking up guys on waivers.
96:13Oh, this guy. And sometimes you got to pick somebody up and be willing to hold them for a while.
96:19Like everybody's not going to pop the minute you pick them up.
96:23So you can't judge it. Sometimes you just need a body to place in there.
96:28I get that. Yeah. And again, you know, you look at a Kyle Pitts.
96:33Yeah, it's been bad. And now these last two weeks, he's given you some good production.
96:38Maybe he sees in the starting to turn around with Penix under center and he's looks like the clear two option.
96:45But you know what? With wide receivers so banged up as well and injuries and everything like that.
96:51Kyle Pitts, like I just said, I flexed him out.
96:54He could be my wide receiver three. My, you know, my de facto player that if my wide receiver room is a
97:01little short, I stick him in as a flex and he gives me 23 fantasy points.
97:07So I mean, I had Dallas Goddard in the flex on so many teams this week.
97:12You got to do it in the bottom weeks.
97:15Yeah. All right. What else we got guys? What do you want to hit on Dan?
97:20I know we're running low. Yeah, I think we, I think we've pretty much covered everything.
97:25Yeah, I think we've got. So. All right. Good show guys.
97:29Uh, and for our audience, uh, we just want to say thanks for joining us this week.
97:35Uh, we, we love the feedback, so make sure you're hitting the like button, leaving us a comment, give us a review,
