Player insights

41

A.J. Brown

NegativeInjury14:56

AJ Brown has a degenerative knee condition and an ankle injury, with less than 20 fantasy points on the season. Faniano is the lowest on him among analysts and feels good about that stance. He expects the earliest Brown plays for the Patriots is after their bye-week (week 11), making week 12 the earliest return date.

Insight page

Adonai Mitchell

PositiveProjection15:40

Adonai Mitchell is averaging 12.1 points per game after a 27-point game and has a better targets-per-route-run ratio than Garrett Wilson when both are on the field. Faniano feels very good about Mitchell's relationship with Gino Smith and his ability to earn targets. Faniano is the only Joey Faniano ranking Mitchell in the top 35 receivers for rest of season, positioning him ahead of Antonio Williams in terms of ability and comparing him favorably to Lad Manki and Jeremy Bernard.

Insight page

Caleb Douglas

NegativeProjection20:35

Despite being the most efficient wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, Joey Faniano explicitly dismisses Caleb Douglas for fantasy purposes, stating 'I just I just don't care,' indicating that efficiency metrics do not translate to fantasy relevance or production in his view.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

NegativeRole13:28

Joey Faniano ranks Carnell Tate at WR29. He missed the game right before the bye but was trending up before that absence.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

NegativeProjection0:26

Placed in the A tier of rest-of-season WR rankings; Joey Faniano notes significant uncertainty across the tier due to backup quarterback situations and injury concerns.

Insight page

Chris Bell

NegativeProjection20:49

Joey Faniano groups Chris Bell with other low-floor options like Malik Washington, Chris Douglas, and Kale Douglas, stating he would rather start Elton Chisum in a given week than Bell due to floor concerns.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveProjection5:36

Ranked WR12 rest-of-season. Joey Faniano calls the two Packers wide receivers (Watson and Matthew Golden) 'total no-brainers' for the stretch run.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveProjection8:00

Faniano ranks DJ Moore as one of his biggest risers for rest of season, driven entirely by Josh Allen's QB excellence. Moore improved from 1.14 yards per route run in Chicago to 2.1 YPRR immediately upon joining Buffalo; Faniano attributes this uplift to Allen's ability to elevate receiver production (comparing Allen's potential to turn Keon Coleman into a 16 PPG scorer) rather than Moore's individual talent recovery. Despite acknowledging Moore is past his peak as a player due to age and injury history limiting full-time snap availability, Faniano would target Moore in redraft leagues for the fantasy postseason. Faniano explicitly states he is 'one of the highest on DJ Moore of anyone on the website,' a notable stance given Moore's decline as a player.

Insight page

DeAndre Washington

PositiveUsage19:28

Joey Faniano notes he's 'pretty into' DeAndre Washington with AJ Brown out, averaging 10.2 points per game; however, he tempers enthusiasm noting Matt Collins is coming back this week, which could limit Washington's opportunity.

Insight page

Deebo Samuel

NegativeInjury19:03

Joey Faniano places Deebo Samuel in the F tier and states he would rank him a tier higher if he knew Deebo was returning soon; however, Faniano indicates Deebo doesn't appear close to returning, noting he didn't get any practice reps between the bye week and week nine game.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeProjection16:53

Faniano ranks Denzel Boston at 40 and expresses concern that his profile is 'so reliant on touchdowns' and questions how many passing touchdowns will be available. He acknowledges the ranking 'maybe this is a hair low' but prefers Mai Lemon, Jaylen Waddle, and Omar Cooper Jr. over Boston.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeRole11:49

The Eagles are talking about shutting down Devontae Smith, though he hasn't been placed on IR yet. In crucial fantasy football weeks, Faniano advises dropping him if necessary to avoid taking a zero in your starting lineup.

Insight page
NegativeInjury12:09

Joey Faniano flags DeVonta Smith as a potential drop candidate despite no IR placement, citing shutdown risk and the Eagles' QB transition to Joe Milton. While the team is discussing shutting Smith down, the lack of formal IR designation creates roster uncertainty. Faniano advises that in 10-team leagues, if forced to choose between starting Smith or taking a zero, dropping him is justified given the fantasy football postseason's importance and the need to bias toward reliable fantasy points.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeProjection13:35

DK Metcalf is averaging 9.7 points per game and has been trending up slightly in snaps and routes, but back-to-back 7 and 1-point games are described as brutal; Faniano didn't know what to do with him in rankings. Jeremy Bernard has a strong chance to outscore Metcalf over the rest of the season because he fits what Aaron Rodgers wants to do so well.

Insight page

Drake London

NegativeProjection5:44

Ranked WR13 rest-of-season. Heading into week 9, has only 1 touchdown on the year and just came off a 1 catch for 8 yards game in a sloppy outdoor game against Tampa Bay. Joey Faniano expresses concern about London's touchdown production despite the ranking.

Insight page

Efton Chism

PositiveProjection20:00

Joey Faniano would rather start Efton Chisum in a given week than Malik Washington, Chris Douglas, Chris Bell, or Kale Douglas, indicating higher confidence in Chisum's floor.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeRole6:40

Faniano ranks Wilson at WR18 rest of season but flags significant uncertainty. Wilson is dealing with concussion concerns heading into a matchup against Kansas City. Faniano speculates Wilson could be traded to Kansas City for a first-round pick, indicating potential roster movement affecting fantasy value. Additionally, Faniano groups Wilson with Adonai Mitchell and Omar Cooper Jr. as part of a frustrating Jets receiving trio where weekly target and touchdown distribution is highly unpredictable, limiting consistency.

Insight page

George Pickens

NegativeRole8:14

Faniano expresses uncertainty about Pickens' fantasy role rest of season. Pickens is banged up and has not been a full-time player in the Steelers' most recent two games. Faniano speculates the Steelers could trade him for a second-round pick rather than manage his bad attitude for the remainder of the season. The team declined to offer a long-term contract this offseason, signaling low organizational confidence in retention.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveProjection0:05

Ranked in the top tier of rest-of-season WR rankings alongside JSN and Pukanua; positioned as a foundational elite option for the fantasy stretch run.

Insight page

Jakobi Meyers

NegativeProjection19:23

Joey Faniano places Jakobi Meyers in the F tier, averaging 9.4 points per game.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveValue7:40

Faniano ranks Coker at WR20 rest of season, ranked back-to-back with Teddy McMillan at WR19. Faniano is higher on Jaylen Coker than consensus, though not by much, suggesting better talent evaluation and upside relative to market expectations despite similar ADP to McMillan.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveUsage9:48

Faniano ranks Williams at WR24 but expresses skepticism about the ranking, citing insufficient target volume despite acceptable overall results. Williams' target share has been highly inconsistent (23%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 13%, 29%, 24%), with recent bounces attributable to Sam LaPorta's increased blocking role rather than a sustainable shift in Williams' role. Faniano concludes Williams is merely okay and not a drop candidate, but the volatility and low baseline target share limit upside.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeProjection16:16

Faniano ranks Jaylen Waddle at 38, noting he is 'probably low relative to everyone else' and is 'indeed the lowest on him.' However, Faniano frames the concern as less about Waddle's performance and more about Sean Payton's conservative play-calling and Ben Knicks' unwillingness to push the ball downfield, comparing Knicks unfavorably to Ryan Fitzpatrick. Waddle has been 'very disappointing' this season.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

NegativeProjection17:24

Faniano ranks Jordan Tyson at 41 and states he 'could see moving this ranking way up or I could see moving this ranking way down based off of what happens in week one,' indicating he is 'right in the middle' on the player with significant uncertainty about durability.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

NegativeProjection4:08

Peak prime WR1 facing significant QB uncertainty. Carson Wentz is replacing Kyler Murray as starter for Vikings-Bills game. Joey Faniano emphasizes Jefferson's elite talent is being wasted without a competent QB, noting Vikings have elite defense and point differential but lack offensive solution. Faniano believes it's very unlikely Carson Wentz is the answer to the Vikings' offensive problems and suggests Vikings should trade for Kurt Cousins or make urgent QB move to maximize Jefferson's remaining prime years.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeProjection18:19

Faniano places Keenan Allen in the F tier of his rest-of-season WR rankings, describing him as a 'nice, you know, fill in the blank guy for PPR,' suggesting he's a reliable but unspectacular PPR option.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole5:37

Ranked WR16 rest-of-season. Cole Kmet's injury directly increases Burden's snap and route rates. Joey Faniano projects 80% route rate upside and emphasizes if Chicago Bears play competitive games with Burden at that volume, he will 'go scorched to earth on the NFL,' indicating significant upside potential from increased opportunity.

Insight page

Malik Washington

NegativeProjection20:49

Joey Faniano receives frequent questions comparing Malik Washington to other low-tier options like Chris Douglas, Chris Bell, and Kale Douglas, but states he would rather start Elton Chisum in a given week than Washington, citing better floor confidence; this indicates low confidence in Washington's fantasy value.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveUsage19:49

Joey Faniano suggests the Texans may force-feed Marvin Harrison Jr., indicating potential for increased volume and offensive priority down the stretch.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveProjection5:44

Ranked WR14 rest-of-season. Joey Faniano calls the two Packers wide receivers (Golden and Christian Watson) 'total no-brainers' for the stretch run.

Insight page

Mecole Hardman

NegativeRole13:42

Before his injury, Mecole Hardman saw 9 and 16 targets in his two best games of the season. Post-injury, the Buccaneers' offense appears to be transforming its identity away from Hardman and Baker Mayfield, instead focusing on Bucky Irving and Kenneth Gainwell in the running game.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

NegativeInjury18:49

Joey Faniano places Michael Pittman Jr. in the F tier, noting he's supposedly returning after the bye week; however, Faniano expresses concern because reports suggest the Steelers may trade for a wide receiver, which could negatively impact Pittman's role and opportunity.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

NegativeRole10:32

Faniano wants to rank Michael Wilson higher but is constrained by multiple headwinds: Cardinals QB transition to Gabe Osborn (whose NFL results over three seasons are worse than Jacoby Brissett), two broken ribs limiting durability, and the team's overall dysfunction (backup QB, one starting RB, meaningless games). While Faniano expects Wilson to have good fantasy games in the short term, the combination of injury risk, poor QB play, and a team with no playoff incentive creates significant uncertainty. Faniano struggles with ranking receivers on bad teams with no reason to compete.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury11:39

Joey Faniano ranks Mike Evans as WR26 despite significant uncertainty around injury severity and timeline. Evans is ruled out for week 9 with both rib and Achilles injuries; Faniano acknowledges the difficulty in projecting whether Evans will miss one week or a month. At 34 years old with dual injuries, Faniano projects Evans will struggle to stay active in games, though he will perform well in the games he does play. The ranking reflects this uncertainty—Faniano would move Evans to C tier if healthy for the season, or lower if the injuries persist.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeUsage0:02

Having a down year with one 30-point game but missed games due to injury; over the last month (as of week 9), has posted 10.6, 10.9, 2.6 PPR points, and a bye. The key issue is his slot rate has decreased; while Joey Faniano doesn't expect this to continue, it has been over a month since a huge smash game, creating uncertainty heading into the stretch run.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

PositiveUsage16:02

Faniano ranks Omar Cooper Jr. right next to Adonai Mitchell but notes that between Cooper, Mitchell, and Garrett Wilson on the Jets, it will be 'really frustrating rest of season' with uncertainty about 'who scores the touchdown, who leads them in targets in a given week.' The weekly target and touchdown distribution is highly unpredictable.

Insight page

Parker Washington

NegativeProjection5:22

Ranked WR10 rest-of-season by Joey Faniano. Had a decent but not great game with 14 PPR points on 7 targets, 2 receptions, 61 yards, and a touchdown in rain conditions.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

PositiveProjection9:06

Faniano ranks Diggs at WR23 rest of season, projecting him as a safe floor contributor with touchdown upside. Diggs' value derives from consistent route-running ability and touchdown-scoring prowess. Faniano notes the Commanders' weak division position (two wins entering week 9) creates playoff opportunity, forcing the team to lean on Diggs more down the stretch.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

NegativeProjection5:33

Ranked WR11 rest-of-season in Joey Faniano's updated rankings.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

NegativeProjection18:39

Faniano places Trey Tucker in the F tier, noting he averages 12.5 points per game but with extreme volatility—games of 4, 87, and zero points—making him an unreliable fantasy option with boom-bust characteristics.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveProjection0:53

Ranked in the B tier at WR7 rest-of-season; Joey Faniano struggled with the ranking but believes Jacobe Brassette's arrival as Ravens QB is the best-case scenario for Flowers' fantasy value going forward, better than Joe Flacco and salvaging his season despite Baltimore's playoff and injury concerns.

0:00My rest of season wide receiver rankings video is out a little bit later than it normally is. I'm not kidding because I
0:05just thought it was too hard. I've spent the last like three hours working on these rankings trying to get them exactly where I want them. JSN, Pukanua,
0:13Jamar Chase in the top tier. I just feel like there are so many large question marks at the wide receiver. Backup
0:19quarterbacks, injuries, when is this guy coming back? When is this guy going to be playing with his real quarterback?
0:24Like it's just there's so much going on.
0:26Even with guys in the A tier, Alman Ross saying Brown, CD Lamb, and Malik Neighbors. Neighbors one of the most interesting guys. What do you do with
0:33him? J.J. McCarthy's playing well. How long will JJ McCarthy be playing well?
0:36Is J.J. McCarthy actually good? Did Did Kev is Kevin Oonnell not a quarterback whisperer? Is Matt Naggi a quarterback whisper? Like, what a bizarre situation.
0:45I want to be above market on Malik Neighbors just because I've already seen proof of concept with him in this offense, so I feel comfortable with it.
0:53guy I struggled with the most was of course Zay Flowers. We saw him play on Thursday night. He got five PPR points
0:58with Joey Faniano playing quarterback.
1:01Derrick Henry got like five snaps, maybe even more out of playing quarterback.
1:06Actually, Derrick Henry even threw a pass out of the Wildcat. Really wish Zay Flowers would have gotten more fantasy points. I think Jacobe Brassette is very
1:13clearly just about as good as it could have gotten for Z Flowers in his future value. We've seen Jacobe Brassette dole
1:20out huge fantasy football numbers to Michael Wilson, dole out massive, gigantic, earthshattering numbers to Trey McBride. Is Jacobe Brassette any good? Not really. Are the Baltimore
1:31Ravens going to make the playoffs?
1:33Probably not. Is Lamar Jackson going to be back this year? No, probably not. Is Tyler Huntley going to be back this
1:38year? No, probably not. But if you were a big Z Flowers guy, this is probably about as good of you could like you
1:44could not have asked for anything better than Jacobe Pett. think you'd rather have Jacobe than Joe Flacco. I mean, obviously the best case scenario would
1:50have them I mean Lamar not getting injured in the first place, but I do think Jacobe is definitely going to save
1:56Zay Flowers this fantasy football season. So, I have him in the B tier, but I have him at wide receiver 7. And
2:00this tier is really large because I don't really know what to do rest of season with these guys. I mean, Nico
2:05Collins for him is actually having like a pretty down year. Um he had the one 30point game, missed a couple games with
2:12injury. Then the most over like the last month of the season, if you have Nico Collins on your team, you've gotten
2:1810.6, 10.9, 2.6, and a buy. The big issue has been his slout, his slot rate has decreased. I don't necessarily think
2:26it's something that's going to continue.
2:28Obviously, you feel really good about Nico Collins, but we are heading into week nine, and it has been over a month
2:33since you've gotten a huge smash game out of Nico Collins. Chris Alav now has to deal with Jordan Tyson coming back.
2:40They are, however, probably getting their left tackle back, which is pretty nice. They're getting Kelvin Banks back, which should really improve the offense.
2:47I have been pretty pretty consistent on this, which is that I think Jordan Tyson is so good that it is going to be net negative for Chris
2:59Ave to play with another target earner who is that good. I could be wrong and maybe the overall offensive environment improves, you know, replacing those
3:06Bryce Lance snaps with Chris Ave, but I I think I'm probably right. I mean, if I had to guess, I would guess it's like
3:1260% probability that Chris Ave's target volume and yardage goes down with Tyson Active. Again, I could be wrong. I'm always open to being wrong, but that is
3:20how I am diagnosing the situation.
3:22Parker Washington a 10. Another decent, but not great game for him last night.
3:27Ends up with 14 points. Does so on seven targets in the rain. uh only has two receptions, 61 yards, but does score
3:33that nice touchdown. T. Higgins at 11.
3:36Uh we have my guy Christian Watson.
3:38Really Mason's guy. Shout out to Mason's guy Christian Watson at 12. I have Drake London at 13 and I have Matthew Golden
3:44at 14. I think the two Packers wide receivers are just total no-brainers here. Really hoping that Drake London starts scoring some touchdowns soon.
3:52Kind of crazy, man. We are heading into week nine and Drake London has one touchdown on the year. He is coming off
3:57a one catch for eight yard game in that absolute slog outdoor slopfest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moving to the Ctier, another guy I really did not know
4:08what to do with, Justin Jefferson. So Carson Wentz is now going to be playing quarterback for the Vikings in their game against the Bills. Apparently Kyler
4:16Murray has a hamstring injury. We have all seen this movie before. The hamstring injury is not real. Kyler Murray is totally fine. The reason why
4:23they are starting Carson Wentz is clearly they are hoping to get something different going on with this offense.
4:29The offense is not making Kevin O'Connell and the other coaches happy.
4:33Do I think that Carson Wentz is the answer to this? I think it's really, really unlikely that Carson Wentz is the
4:39answer to the problem. What should the Minnesota Vikings do? They probably should have had a little bit more foresight and realized that Kyler Murray
4:46was not going to be the answer to the problem. Now, I'll again will admit I thought there was a chance that Kyler
4:50Murray would have been an answer to the problem. I have been higher than consensus on Kyler Murray. I was wrong about that. Doesn't look like he is a
4:57particularly efficient NFL quarterback anymore. Should they do a trade? I mean, should they trade a third round pick for Kurt Cousins? I don't know how that
5:04works moneywise. I assume that it's possible for them moneywise to get that done. I think it would be a big mistake
5:11for them to not make a move at quarterback. In fact, Adam Sheper was just on ESPN saying the same thing. This
5:16is a team that's clearly in a Super Bowl window in terms of their defense. They have either the best or the second best
5:21defense in the NFL. They have this unbelievable point differential. They have this unbelievable yardage differential for their offense and their defense. It it would be a shame to waste
5:30this defense and frankly, you know, to waste another season of peak prime Justin Jefferson without a quarterback.
5:37I I do think we probably need to add a quarterback in relatively soon. Luther Burton at 16. The injury to Cole KT is
5:45going to be nothing but good for Luther Burton. is going to increase his snap and route rates. And if the Chicago
5:50Bears ever play a competitive game and we get Luther Burden with an 80% route rate, you guys better watch out because
5:56this dude is going to go scorched to earth on the NFL. Rashi Rice saw a big rebound in his target involvement in his
6:02first game back from injury. With Taekquin Thornton being injured and the ground game, you know, Kenneth Walker not scoring 60-yard touchdowns every
6:10game. I I I'm regret to inform you guys that Rashi Rice is just fully back. He just is the the PPR scam is fully back.
6:17Rashi Rice is going to be scoring, you know, 14 15 points per game. That's what he's going to do for the rest of the
6:22season. He's going to lead their pass catchers in touchdowns. Like, despite the fact that we know that Rashi is not as good as his fantasy stats are, that
6:33is not going to stop him from scoring those fantasy stats. Garrett Wilson at 18. Hey, maybe maybe when he comes to
6:39Kansas City this weekend, although he's not playing with a concussion, maybe he just ends up staying. Maybe he gets traded for a first round pick to Kansas
6:44City. Tedoy McMillan down at 19. Outside of that Detroit Lions game where he was the wide receiver one on the week, 16
6:51targets, 14 receptions, 192 yards, and two touchdowns. He's been very underwhelming both in terms of his overall target volume and his yards per
7:00route run. So, his ability to get open, his ability to earn targets, and his ability to be efficient with those targets. Obviously, part of this is
7:06Bryce Young, who's playing behind a bad offensive line with a bum knee. But part of it is that Ted Roy McMillan might
7:12just not be as good as Jaylen Coker, who I have them ranked backto-back, wide receiver 19, wide receiver 20. Looks like in terms of overall ranking, um,
7:21I'm a little bit lower than consensus, but not much lower than Consensus on Cheddar Roy McMillan. I wonder on Jaylen Coker if I'm higher or lower than the
7:29rest of the guys. Look like I'm actually a little bit higher on Jaylen Coker than the rest of the guys, though. Again, not
7:34by much. George Pickkins. Really wish I knew what to do with George Pickkins.
7:37He's a little bit banged up right now.
7:38Or at least that is what the team is saying that he's a little bit banged up right now. He has not been a full-time
7:43player for their most recent two games.
7:45I wonder if there's a chance he gets traded. There's got to be a slight chance that instead of just dealing with
7:50his bad attitude for the rest of the season, they just take a second round pick for him because he is not going to
7:55be on the team next year. They had the ability to offer him a long-term contract this offseason and they did not
8:00do it. In my opinion, they should have done it, but they did not do it. Hey George, we would love to have you in
8:05Kansas City. And actually, one of my biggest risers, DJ Moore, who I do have rest of season. I never thought in my
8:12life that I would be one of the highest on DJ Moore of anyone on the website, but the reason why I am actually has
8:18nothing to do with DJ Moore. It's all about respecting my goat, Josh Allen. I think it's very, very clear that DJ
8:24Moore is past his best as a player.
8:26These these consistent injuries, I think, are part of his age. I think the fact that he just is not able to ramp up
8:32and play full-time snaps is is part of it. But Josh Allen is just so good. Like if Josh Allen wanted to turn Keon
8:40Coleman into a 16 fantasy point per game scorer, I certainly think he could, you know, if he wanted to. And he's going to
8:46do it with DJ Moore. You know, DJ Moore coming off a 1.14 yards per route run season comes to Buffalo and just like
8:53immediately is like a 2.1 yards per route run player. I I got a spoiler alert. That ain't DJ Moore, man. It was
9:00a very bad move by the the Buffalo Bills front office to do what they did to acquire DJ Moore, but it's not even
9:07going to matter and no one's even going to realize how bad of a move it was because Josh Allen really is that good.
9:12So, honestly, like thinking about guys I'd like to acquire for my teams in the fantasy football postseason as someone who drafted like on maybe none. I'd have
9:20to go through and look at all my teams, but like truly on my reddraft managed teams, maybe no DJ Moore teams. He would
9:26be a guy I would be interested in acquiring. The Dtier is absolutely massive. Stfan Diggs wide receiver 23 would know Terry McLuren. I just think
9:36he's going to be a very safe floor guy for the rest of the year. No, huge value that he is going to provide is going to
9:41be all touchdown related. But guess what? Stfan Diggs pretty good at scoring touchdowns, pretty good at running routes. And the Commanders are like
9:48low-key pretty live to get into the postseason.
9:52It's crazy how bad their division is. I mean, we're heading into week nine. They have two wins, but they're pretty live
9:56and they're going to have to lean on Diggs a little bit more as they as they uh, you know, get through the rest of
10:02the season. Jameson Williams, wide receiver, 24. I just cannot be that high on Jameson Williams. Like, his overall results are fine, but the target volume
10:12is just not there. Look at this. 23% 10% 12% 15% 13% 29% 24% target share. I mean, sure, they bounced in these two
10:21games. I think the reason why his target share bounce in those two games is Sam Laora was used more to block in those
10:26games. That's not going to be his normal role. Obviously, you're not like dropping Jameson Williams or anything like that. I just think he's he's okay.
10:32Michael Wilson, I honestly want to have him higher than this. It feels like every time I buy in on Michael Wilson,
10:38he then immediately has his worst game.
10:40But they have now turned the offense over to Gardenner Mchu, who for whatever you think about Gardenner Mchu, his NFL results have been worse than Jacobe
10:48Brassette over the most recent three seasons. We are also probably in the fantasy football postseason gonna end up seeing Carson Beck. The range of
10:55outcomes there is very wide. We've also seen incredible low floor from Michael Wilson. And he has two rib two two broken ribs now. Like do I think Michael
11:04Wilson will probably have good fantasy games over the next month? Yeah, absolutely I do. But I just think there's so much weirdness surrounding
11:11him now. Like they're down to just one starting running back. They they're down to their backup quarterback. Like it's just I have such a hard time with these
11:20bad teams. Like Wilson is a guy that I sat here and debated about. Like what do you do with a guy who's on a bad team
11:25that has no reason to do anything in any game? Like the the Cardinal season is truly entirely worthless. So what do you
11:33do with that? What do you do with a guy who's who's playing on a team that their games mean nothing? You know, I I think
11:39that's a hard thing to do. Uh Mike Evans is not going to play in week nine. I still have him at my wide receiver 26.
11:45kind of hard to know what to do with this. Like, is he going to be out for a month? Is he gonna be out for a week? Is
11:49he gonna like what is happening with him? If I knew he was healthy for the rest of the season, I would have him in
11:54the C tier. If I knew he was going to keep struggling, I would move him down a tier. Like, I I don't know. I'm not from
11:59the future. I can't perfectly predict these things. My guess would be a 34 year old wide receiver with both a rib
12:04and an Achilles injury is going to struggle to stay active in these games, but Evans is going to be really good in
12:09the games that he does play. Dvontto Smith, same deal. They're talking about shutting him down, but they haven't placed him on the IR. and Joe Milton is
12:15starting at quarterback. Like I don't know if you had to drop Devontto Smith today. Like if you were asking me a
12:20question in a 10 team league and you were like, "Hey, I'm going to take a zero in my starting lineup unless I drop
12:25the Vontto Smith." I'd be like, "Do what you got to do, man." You know, we're in such a crucial part of the fantasy
12:30football season right now. You guys have to be as much as possible biasing yourself towards fantasy points in your lineup right now. Uh Casey Conpsion, I
12:38have a 28. Uh, very similar to what I've decided with the Jets players is I just think Casey Conpion is going to score
12:44more fantasy points the rest of the season than Harold Fannon and then Denzo Boston. Maybe I'll be wrong. I I'm very
12:51curious to watch the Shadur Sanders offense. Like I'm really curious who gets better volume between Conpion and Boston. I have a strong feeling Shadur's
13:00game profiles itself to play better with Conpsion than it does with Boston. It profiled itself to play with Fan very well last year, but we will find out.
13:08Carnell Tate at wide receiver 29. He did miss the game right before the buy, but was trending up before that. DK Metaf
13:159.7 points per game, though again has been trending up a little bit uh in terms of his snaps and his routes.
13:22Back-to-back seven and one-point games though is pretty freaking brutal for DK Meaf. Another guy I didn't really know what to do with Mecha Ibuka. So before
13:30he got injured, he saw nine and 16 targets, his two best games of the season. Then he got injured. uh the team
13:37actually, you know, like looked pretty competent running the ball. So, I wonder if this is just going to be an overall
13:42offensive identity transformation, like the team instead of viewing itself as a team defined by Ibuka and by Baker Mayfield as a team that's going to view
13:50itself as being defined by Bucky Irving and Kenneth Gainwell. There was a good coach speak on Gainwell last week where they were basically like, "Oh yeah, we
13:58actually didn't realize how good Gainwell was until we played him a bunch in these games where we didn't want to throw the ball." Actually, turns out
14:04Kenny Gainwell is pretty good and that's going to result in more rushing attempts there. Now, moving to the E tier, another relatively large shield, Jeremy
14:11Bernard. Honestly, in my heart of hearts, I do think there's like a strong chance he can outscore Metaf over the rest of the season. He just fits what
14:19Rogers wants to do so well. But after his 14 and 25 point games, you know, basically like very middling games against the New Orleans Saints and
14:26Cleveland Browns, though not as bad as Metaf. AJ Brown, another guy who I'm like, I don't know. Shouldn't you just drop AJ Brown? He has a degenerative
14:33knee condition. He's got an ankle injury. Uh, you know, on the season, he has less than 20 fantasy points. I wonder, am I high on him? No, I'm
14:40actually the lowest on him. And you know what? I feel really good about being the lowest on AJ Brown on the side. He's
14:45another guy very similar to Damont Smith where like if you needed to drop him for whatever reason, just drop him. I I
14:52would guess the earliest that we see him play this season for the Patriots is after their bye-week, which I believe is
14:57week 11. So week 12 would be the earliest that you would see AJ Brown on the field. Vlad Makonkey. You want to
15:02drop him, go ahead and drop him. The Chargers are the worst team in football.
15:05You're not getting anything good out of Vlad Manki. Adnai Mitchell averaging 12.1 points per game coming off a 27 point game. When he has been on the
15:14field this year with Garrett Wilson, he is a better targets for route run. He is going to play without Garrett Wilson
15:19this weekend. I think there's obviously meat on the bone for both him and Omar Cooper Jr. to have a good game. Maybe
15:25Sadique comes in here and catches a touchdown. I just feel so good about Ady Mitchell's relationship and ability to earn targets from Gino Smith. I I want
15:33to have him high in my rankings. I wonder how much higher on Mitchell in our rest of season rankings. Yeah, I'm
15:38the only one who has him in the top 100.
15:40I'm the only one who has him as a top I'm really the only one who has him as a top 35 receiver. And you know what? I
15:47feel very good about that. You guys go tell, you know, everyone else that they're wrong and that I'm right about 80 Mitchell. Antonio Williams, who I
15:54also really like. Um, abilitywise, I don't think he's as good as Ada Mitchell. I certainly don't think he's as good as Lad Manki or even Jeremy
16:02Bernard, but he landed in a really good spot to soak up some volume. Omar Cooper Jr. have him right next to Adie
16:07Mitchell. I think there's honestly it's just going to be really frustrating rest of season between Garrett Wilson, Ad Mitchell, and Omar Cooper Jr. will
16:15probably be, you know, pin the tail on the Jets wide receiver in terms of who scores the touchdown, who leads them in
16:20targets in a given week. Jaylen Wadd at 38. Again, this is probably low relative to everyone else on the site. I am
16:26indeed the lowest on him. I just It's not really so much about Jaylen Wadd, although he has been very disappointing.
16:32It's so much about Shawn Peyton, and it's so much about Bon Knicks. Like, Ryan Fitzpatrick had the greatest line of all time. Bon Knicks is disrespecting
16:41the game of football. And he really is disrespecting the game of football. His inability and his unwillingness to push the ball down the field really is
16:48insane. Uh Mai Lemon big time trending up the most recent two weeks with no Dvontto Smith. He has got 17 targets and
16:55a touchdown over his most recent two games. I I really like Mai Lemon. I liked him as a prospect. I don't think
17:00it's going to go very well playing with Joe Milton. I'm I'm really curious what that's going to look like. However, I
17:06also don't think that, you know, Dallas and Zack Herz and Eli Sters are going to be huge target competition for him now
17:13that he's been installed as a full-time player. Denzel Boston down at 40. To me, he seems like a profile that was so
17:20reliant on touchdowns and I just don't know how many passing touchdowns are going to be left there. This maybe this is a hair low. But is it really though?
17:27Like would I really ra I would rather have Mai Lemon. I would rather have Jaylen Model. I would rather have Omar
17:32Cooper Jr. So maybe maybe I'm just being a hater or maybe I just am not utilizing the tier function correctly. Looks like
17:38I'm kind of right about in the middle of of ranking on him. So I don't feel that bad about this ranking. Jordan Tyson at
17:4441. I could see moving this ranking way up. or I could see moving this ranking way down based off of what happens in
17:50week one. I'm again right in the middle.
17:52Mason is so funny, by the way, ranking him at 68 overall just because he drafted him in the Flock League. Like,
17:59come on, Mason. Mason, you got to you got to you got to keep it real with the people. Uh and then Roman Dunay at 42.
18:05Roman Dunes stinks. Never been good, but uh shout out to him. He actually did have back-to-back a couple pretty decent games. Four for 69, four for 84. Shout
18:13out to Roma Dunes. Still no touchdowns halfway through the season. The F tier, we have got Keenan Allen, just a nice,
18:19you know, fill in the blank guy for for PPR. Trey Tucker averaging 12.5 points per game, but with games of 4,87
18:29and zero. That's basically what you get with Trey Tucker. Michael Pitman Jr. is supposedly coming back after the buy.
18:35Although I don't know how that's going to work because also according to reports, we also are expecting the Steelers potentially trade for a wide
18:43receiver. So, that doesn't feel great for Michael Pitman Jr. I guess I'll learn more here in about a week. Debo Samuel, again, if I knew Debo was coming
18:50back, I would have him a tier higher, but it doesn't sound like he's actually all that close to coming back. Didn't
18:55get any practices in between their by-week and their week nine game. Uh, Wale Robinson just, you know, honestly, what's the difference between Wale and
19:03Keenan? It's like the same thing. Jacobe Meyers, same deal. 9.4 points per game.
19:08Uh, Deario Douglas, 10.2 points per game. I actually am pretty into him with no AJ Brown. Although Matt Collins is coming back this week. Uh not the
19:16highest or lowest on Demario Douglas.
19:19That feels just about fine. Xavier Worthy, I do feel comfortable being low on him. Xavier Worthy is not any good.
19:25Uh Keon Coleman at 51, Kosha Kir at 52, Jordan Addison at 53. I am I am not buying on Jordan and I'm not buying on
19:33Carson Wentz helping him all that much.
19:35Though maybe I'll be wrong. Josh DS really hope he gets traded. Fton Chisum, you could really do worse than like a
19:41one, two week by, you know, fill-in injury, whatever, than Chisum. He's playing a lot of these outside wide receiver snaps, though he's very
19:47vulnerable to losing snaps to M.
19:49Collins. Marvin Harrison Jr., maybe the Texans force-feed him. Caleb Douglas has been the most efficient uh wide receiver for the min for the Miami Dolphins, but
19:58I just I just don't care. I get a lot of questions about Malik Washington and Chris Douglas or Chris Bell and Kale
20:03Douglas. like these are I would rather start Eftton Chisum, you know, in a given week than those guys because I feel better about the floor. Travis
20:10Hunter, uh, you know, we'll see Trey Harris. Trey, if one Chargers wide receiver ends up making a difference, it will be Trey Harris. And then Jacobe
20:18Lane could be in a potential good spot to be, you know, the new Marvin Harrison Jr. basically with Jacobe Brassette. But
