A.J. Brown is receiving significant hype and is ranked as a WR1 across the industry due to his move to a more pass-happy offense, which serves as a benchmark for the market's inconsistent valuation of Jaylen Waddle.

Jaylen Waddle is the best wide receiver value in fantasy football. Despite Miami ranking 29th in neutral passing rate last year, Waddle demonstrated elite efficiency on a per-route basis. He has a proven track record, including a rookie season with over 100 receptions and a 1,350-yard campaign in his second year, and is poised for a potential breakout season.

0:00Is Jaylen Waddle the best wide receiver
0:03value in fantasy football right now?
0:05>> Theo, he easily is, man. I don't
0:07understand what everybody is missing
0:09with Jaylen Waddle. Last year Miami,
0:1129th in neutral passing rate. Denver was
0:13fourth, and they're not slowing down.
0:15Like I hear all these Bronco fans in my
0:17replies and mentions, and they're like,
0:19"Oh, yeah, but Denver's not going to
0:20throw the ball or da da da da. Their
0:22defense is good." Didn't stop them from
0:24throwing last year. And Waddle crushed
0:26on a per route basis, Theo. Everybody is
0:28all in on A.J. Brown season because he
0:30goes to New England, and he goes from a
0:32more run-centric offense to a pass-happy
0:34offense. Everybody's in there.
0:35A.J. Brown is ranked as a wide receiver
0:37one everywhere you look at. And he's
0:38getting tons of hype, deserve it.
0:40But then but then you turn it on and you
0:42say, "Well, why aren't you doing the
0:44same damn thing for Jaylen Waddle?" AND
0:46EVERYBODY'S LIKE, "WELL, I
0:48I GOT EXCUSES AND PROBLEMS and
0:50questions." And it's like, "Why?"
0:52>> Yeah, and Jaylen Waddle's had multiple
0:53seasons in his career where he's just
0:54been terrific, and we've seen it in
0:56different ways where we saw the rookie
0:58year where it was like the low red dot
1:00usage, high target earner, over 100
1:02receptions. Then we saw him like flip it
1:04around and [music] have I think it was
1:05three hit 1,350 receiving yards in year
1:08two. And it's like this great track
1:10record of traded wide receivers in the
1:13off season where we get hit after hit
1:15after hit. We saw it last year with
1:18George Pickens. We saw it the year
1:19before with Jerry Jeudy. We saw it the
1:21year before that with D.J. Moore. It's
1:23been a trend that we have followed in
1:25fantasy football. I think there's a
1:27chance that he explodes this year.
