Offensive coordinator Sean Mannion has led most meetings during early training camp, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise across all offensive positions. Sirianni praised Mannion's ability to command attention, communicate with every position group, and keep the team aligned on the new offensive system. Sirianni stated: 'What Sean [Mannion] just shows, is a very good overall view of the offense. When he comes up here, he has everybody's attention and is able to talk to every position. I've been very impressed by that — obviously, one of the reasons we hired him as far as just his expertise. And, I think the guys have been really impressed by that.' This leadership role makes sense as the team learns a newer system, with Mannion handling the full-group meetings before position coaches split off.

New offensive coordinator tasked with fixing the Eagles' inflexible offense that underachieved last season. The hope is Mannion's new offensive scheme will address what ailed the group. However, his job security is precarious: predecessor Kevin Patullo was fired after just one season when it became painfully obvious he was the problem from early on. If Mannion's offense is a complete disaster, there is no guarantee he will receive more rope than Patullo. That said, if Mannion is a Roseman/Lurie hire, decision-makers would have more incentive to stick by him rather than the Sirianni hire from the prior season.

Mannion, a 34-year-old first-time offensive coordinator, was hired as a big gamble by Nick Sirianni after just two seasons as an assistant coach with the Packers; he was an NFL quarterback from 2015 through 2023 and quickly became a rising star in the coaching ranks upon his retirement; Eagles offensive tackle Jordan Mailata praised him highly, saying 'If I were to lock the three smartest people in the facility in one room, Sean would be there... And I think Sean would just be by himself. It would just be Sean. He's a wizard.'
