Diggs is obviously a little less certain because it's a rental situation in Washington and he's dealt with some injuries, but when he's been on the field, he's still a guy who can get open and be a really nice layup target for Jaden Daniels.

Diggs remains a high-end technician and reliable target

Matt Harmon identifies Diggs as a veteran rising in his personal rankings, citing his status as an elite technician who can win off the line of scrimmage and age gracefully. While his situation in Washington is a rental and he has dealt with injuries, he remains a capable separator who attacks the football well and serves as a nice layup target for Jayden Daniels.
