From the episode

Kirk Cousins just limits some of what the offense can do compared to what Kubiak could do with Sam Darnold. Kirk is 38 years old. Kirk wasn't an explosive player when he was at his physical peak. And so when you're watching him, you just, you feel that lack of oomph with what he can bring to the position.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Cousins' age and immobility limit offensive ceiling vs. Darnold.

Kirk Cousins limits what the Raiders offense can do compared to what Kyle Kubiak could do with Sam Darnold; at 38 years old, Cousins was not an explosive player at his physical peak and lacks the mobility and arm talent to execute the boot-heavy, outside-zone-based scheme the way Darnold did with Seattle; this lack of explosiveness and pop will lower the ceiling for what the offense can achieve.
