It's Cousins, Rogers, Winston, and it's Strange, Fryermuth, and Higby. They're all going to be potentially great or they're all going to suck.

NeutralProjection

Winston is a high-variance waiver QB with boom-or-bust potential.

One of three waiver wire quarterback options (alongside Cousins and Rogers) with high variance; all three could be potentially great or disappointing with no middle ground based on performance.
