A.J. Brown

NegativeInjury21:47

A.J. Brown was limited in practice; the source acknowledges there is a chance he could play this week but expresses surprise at the possibility, suggesting his status is uncertain.

Insight page
NegativeProjection51:31

Brown is ranked as a number three wide receiver option for the Steelers, projected around 30-31 in overall receiver rankings, behind Metcalf and Bernard.

Insight page
NegativeInjury63:58

Practice window being open typically signals players are two to three weeks away from return; the source questions how often a player has actually played the week the practice window opens, suggesting AJ Brown's return timeline remains uncertain despite the window opening.

Insight page
PositiveInjury67:25

AJ Brown is mentioned in the context of practice windows being opened, suggesting he is trending toward a return. The source notes that when a practice window is opened, a player is typically 2-3 weeks away from playing, though there is uncertainty about whether a player will actually play that same week.

Insight page
NegativeInjury67:46

The source discusses a hypothetical scenario where AJ Brown does not play in Week 6, prompting discussion of alternative wide receiver options.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

NegativeMatchup2:18

Facing Tampa Bay, which has been tough against quarterbacks and wide receivers; the source notes this will be a tough game for Rodgers.

Insight page
NegativeProjection28:08

Aaron Rodgers is in a close decision with Kirk Cousins for Week 6 start-sit advice; the source initially favored Rodgers but ultimately switched to Cousins due to Cousins' recent volume and matchup, though Rodgers remains a viable option.

Insight page
NegativeProjection32:00

Reverted to old patterns last week with all super short pass attempts; got lucky with Jalen Warren play; one of three waiver wire quarterback options with high variance and boom-or-bust potential.

Insight page
PositiveProjection46:35

Rodgers has posted three straight amazing games; he's playing so well right now with McCarthy's good game plan and structure. He belongs in the tier with Cousins, Lawrence, and Stroud. A great biweek replacement if you don't have Burrow or Jalen Hurts.

Insight page
NegativeProjection47:17

Rodgers had a very low air-yards total last week, possibly due to a conservative Steelers game plan. He benefited from a Warren catch-and-run and two defenders colliding that left Pat Frymuth open for his second touchdown, suggesting touchdown dependency rather than volume-driven production.

Insight page

Adonai Mitchell

NegativeInjury20:45

Adonai Mitchell is likely out this week; the Jets need a number two receiver due to his absence.

Insight page

Boston Scott

PositiveProjection65:59

Boston Scott is recommended as the start over Craft in a close matchup decision.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveRole8:28

Allen is a high-end RB2 start this week despite a poor matchup against the Patriots. The source emphasizes that given the state of the running back position, Allen's high touch volume makes him a must-start. Last week, he was the only back to touch the ball in the backfield, establishing him as the clear, dominant workhorse back.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:28

The source lists Allen, the Eagles' starting running back, as a must-start player for this week.

Insight page
PositiveRole45:25

The source prefers Braylon Allen over Woody Marks in a start-sit comparison, indicating Allen is the recommended play for Week 6.

Insight page
PositiveProjection68:49

Braylon Allen is ranked as a top 17 running back in the Patriots-Jets game, indicating solid start-sit value.

Insight page
NegativeRole71:02

Braylon Allen is described as a really solid number two running back; the Patriots run defense has declined significantly from last year and is not a good matchup, but they do allow the fifth most receiving yards per game to running backs; Allen had four targets last week with only one catch from New York, including a drop, though he was open in space.

Insight page
PositiveProjection73:18

Source would start Braylon Allen over Tony Pollard; positioned as a preferred option in the start/sit decision for the Tennessee-Indianapolis game.

Insight page

Brenton Strange

NegativeRole27:02

Brenton Strange is a borderline tight end one for Jacksonville against Houston; the source notes that with four teams on bye, he's likely a starting option despite uncertainty about the Jaguars' overall offensive consistency.

Insight page
NegativeRole28:55

Brenton Strange should be benched if available on the waiver wire for Week 6 against Cleveland; the Ravens allow the second fewest tight end targets per game in the NFL and excel at defending short pass attempts, making him a poor start despite earlier borderline TE1 designation for Jacksonville.

Insight page
PositiveRole43:34

The source identifies Brenton Strange as a solid start option at tight end for Week 6, positioning him as a viable fantasy play in start-sit decisions.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeProjection66:38

Ranked at the same tier as Chuba Hubbard in the source's Week 6 running back start/sit rankings.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeMatchup40:18

Stroud's recent 20+ point games have come against weak defenses; he scored 20.5 points against Buffalo (not impressive), 27 against Dallas (terrible defense), and 23 at Tennessee. Jacksonville allows the seventh fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks; Joe Burrow is the only QB to score more than 16 points against them, and he required 54 pass attempts and a rushing touchdown. Jacksonville hasn't given up multiple passing touchdowns in a game yet, presenting a difficult matchup despite Stroud's recent production.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

NegativeProjection30:15

Ranked 20th in consensus rankings for the Colts-Titans game; positioned as the clear top receiver in this matchup ahead of Josh Downs, Wondale Robinson, and Keenan Allen.

Insight page
NegativeRole42:18

Carnell Tate is mentioned in the context of start-sit decisions, though the specific recommendation is unclear from the transcript excerpt provided.

Insight page
PositiveProjection72:54

In full PPR, ranked as the source's next favorite guy after Taylor and Warren in the Tennessee-Indianapolis game; positioned ahead of Pollard and Downs in preference order.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveInjury20:27

CeeDee Lamb practiced in full, indicating full health and availability for Week 6.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

NegativeProjection51:31

The source explicitly states they do not recommend starting Godwin this week against the Steelers defense.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveMatchup30:00

Preferred start over Garrett Wilson given the matchup; source has history with Wilson and Gonzalez that informs this ranking.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

NegativeProjection66:38

Ranked just behind Chuba Hubbard in the source's running back tier discussion for Week 6 start/sit advice.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole11:05

With Caleb Williams' hamstring injury potentially leading to more in-pocket play, the source projects more short-area targets will go to Loveland rather than deep shots, positioning him to benefit from this shift in offensive approach.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury20:16

DJ Moore was listed as did-not-practice; the team had only a walkthrough, raising concerns about his availability for Week 6.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeProjection66:58

Ranked ahead of the running back being discussed in the source's Week 6 start/sit tier rankings.

Insight page
NegativeProjection70:28

Presented as a start/sit option in a multi-player choice alongside Braylon Allen, Ramondre Stevenson, and Emmanuel Wilson; not selected by either panelist.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveRole21:59

Joe Brady wants to get Dalton Kincaid more involved in the offense, suggesting an increase in usage and opportunity for Week 6.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

NegativeRole43:54

The source explicitly recommends against starting Dalton Schultz in Week 6, marking him as a sit candidate at the tight end position.

Insight page

Darren Waller

NegativeProjection31:40

One of three waiver wire tight end options (alongside Freiermuth and Higby) with high variance; all three could be potentially great or disappointing with no middle ground based on performance.

Insight page

Davante Adams

PositiveMatchup68:21

When Devante Adams was on the team and Christian Gonzalez shadowed him instead of Garrett Wilson, Wilson had a huge game with 113 yards, suggesting Adams can draw coverage away from Wilson.

Insight page

Demario Douglas

PositiveUsage68:02

Demario Douglas scored two touchdowns last week and is being targeted as a flex option in Week 6; the source expresses enthusiasm ('I love Demario Douglas. I love him. He's awesome') and notes he has back-to-back weeks with consistent target volume (six targets and five catches mentioned), positioning him as a dart-throw option for teams thin at receiver.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeInjury20:39

Denzel Boston was limited in practice; the source assumes he will be all right, suggesting a minor injury with expected availability.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveProjection60:43

The source recommends starting Henry, positioning him as a top-15 player for the week.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeProjection62:01

The source does not recommend starting Deshaun Watson, noting that other available quarterbacks like Jameis Winston are rostered and preferred. Watson is in a similar range as Winston but Winston has been performing better lately.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeInjury5:00

DeVonta Smith was not at Eagles practice on the day before this episode, which may have contributed to line movement in the Eagles-Panthers game (Panthers moved from 1.5-2 point underdogs to 1-point favorites).

Insight page
NegativeInjury20:30

DeVonta Smith mispracticed, indicating a minor injury concern but not a full absence from practice.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeUsage9:58

With Aaron Rodgers throwing 38 passes per game, the source projects approximately eight of those passes will target Metcalf.

Insight page
PositiveProjection51:31

Metcalf is ranked as the source's top receiver option among the Steelers pass-catchers this week, ranked as a number two wide receiver with a projection around 24-25 in overall receiver rankings.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection68:24

Drake Maye is ranked as a top-five quarterback for Week 6 and is recommended as a start over Jordan Love, though the source notes it's close.

Insight page
NegativeProjection70:28

Presented as a start/sit option in a multi-player choice; context unclear from transcript fragment.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

PositiveBreakout62:43

The source expresses hope that Dylan Sampson gets healthy and becomes the primary running back option. Sampson can play on passing downs without being taken off the field, which is valuable given that none of the other running backs are great rushers. If given 70% of snaps, Sampson could be a strong option. However, he did not practice the previous day, though the team is discussing opening his practice window, which typically indicates a player is 2-3 weeks away from returning.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveUsage42:02

Emmanuel Wilson has back-to-back games with 20+ touches, making him a recommended start over Bajal Tootin in this matchup. His consistent high-volume usage is the primary reason for the recommendation.

Insight page
PositiveProjection71:54

Selected by one panelist in a start/sit choice over Braylon Allen, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Bajal Tootin.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeMatchup2:30

Garrett Wilson is mentioned in the context of Week 6 matchups, specifically noted alongside Christian Gonzalez in the Jets-Patriots game.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup29:18

Garrett Wilson is ranked too high for Week 6 against New England; the source plans to lower his ranking due to Christian Gonzalez's return from injury, as Gonzalez is an elite cornerback who will likely shadow Wilson and limit his production.

Insight page
NegativeProjection29:21

Ranked too high initially and being dropped slightly; will still get targeted and be good enough to start despite Christian Gonzalez's return, but don't expect him to win your week given the receiver position's vulnerability to injury and bye weeks.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup67:41

Garrett Wilson faces a challenging matchup against Christian Gonzalez in the Jets-Patriots game; in their 2024 matchup, Gonzalez shadowed Wilson and held him to five catches, 33 yards, and a touchdown on nine targets. The second time they played, Gonzalez shadowed Devante Adams instead and Wilson had a huge game with 113 yards, but the source notes Gonzalez could do a really good job on Wilson again.

Insight page

Geno Smith

NegativeProjection67:22

The source explicitly recommends sitting Gino Smith in Week 6.

Insight page

Hunter Henry

NegativeProjection68:02

Hunter Henry is ranked first in the source's flex tier for Week 6 but is not considered a slam dunk start; he has back-to-back games with 11 PPR points and one touchdown over that span; the Jets have done a good job containing tight ends, and the source suggests if you could pick up Moose or I like or Strange, they would be better alternatives.

Insight page

Jake Ferguson

NegativeMatchup10:15

Despite Tampa Bay's defense struggling against tight ends, Ferguson failed to capitalize on this matchup advantage, suggesting the tight end matchup advantage may not materialize for him.

Insight page

Jaleel McLaughlin

NegativeProjection62:18

Jaleel McLaughlin is ranked around RB 30 for the week, which the source characterizes as 'pretty bad' given that once you get past the top 18 running backs, the position becomes weak. He is projected to score around 10 PPR fantasy points. If Judkins is ruled out, McLaughlin might move up slightly but will likely remain in the RB 30 range. If Judkins plays, McLaughlin would be in the Omari and Hampton range. The team has thrown the ball to their running backs frequently.

Insight page
NegativeProjection71:54

Presented as a start/sit option in a multi-player choice alongside Braylon Allen, Emmanuel Wilson, and Bajal Tootin; not selected by either panelist in the preference vote.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveRole5:19

Jalen Coker is listed as a player the source loves heading into Week 6, indicating positive sentiment on his role and usage outlook.

Insight page
PositiveRole7:03

Coker is returning from a quad injury and should be started with confidence. In his first two games, he had 9 targets and 8 catches, showing heavy involvement. The source notes that over the last five games of last year and first two games of this year, Coker outplayed Tedderon McMillan, though this may not continue consistently. The matchup against a secondary that has underperformed makes this a great opportunity.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:18

The source lists Coker as a must-start player for this week, indicating strong confidence in his performance.

Insight page
PositiveInjury20:30

Jalen Coker is good to go, indicating full health and availability for Week 6.

Insight page

Jalen Nailor

NegativeInjury25:47

Jalen Naylor is in concussion protocol.

Insight page

Jalin Moore

PositiveProjection73:18

Mentioned as a waiver wire option that would be started over Tony Pollard in the Tennessee-Indianapolis game.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeProjection31:40

One of three waiver wire quarterback options (alongside Cousins and Rogers) with high variance; all three could be potentially great or disappointing with no middle ground based on performance.

Insight page
PositiveProjection62:01

Jameis Winston is preferred over Deshaun Watson as a starting quarterback option. The source notes that while Winston and Watson are in a similar range, Winston has been performing significantly better lately.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

NegativeUsage10:03

The source projects six or seven of Aaron Rodgers' 38 passes per game will go to Smith-Njigba, positioning him as a number three wide receiver option.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveRole45:28

The source favors Jalen Waddle over Woody Marks in a start-sit comparison, indicating Waddle is the preferred play for Week 6.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveRole27:33

Jalen Warren is a definite must-start running back for Pittsburgh against Tampa Bay despite the Buccaneers' tough defense and Todd Bowles' effective blitz scheme; the source identifies him as the one slam-dunk starter from the Steelers offense.

Insight page
NegativeUsage32:00

Benefited from a lucky play that helped Aaron Rodgers' fantasy performance last week; context for Rodgers' waiver wire viability.

Insight page
PositiveRole41:47

Jalen Warren is recommended as a start over Woody Marks and Bajal Tootin, and the source emphasizes that Warren should be started even if Rico (likely Jaylen Warren's backfield mate) plays, indicating strong confidence in his role.

Insight page
NegativeRole48:56

Warren has earned more of a role in the Steelers offense, but he won't have as many touches as he's had recently. The biggest question for the Steelers is what happens to Warren if Najee Harris returns from injury.

Insight page
NegativeUsage49:41

With Najee Harris expected to return, Warren will lose touches; the source projects Warren will drop from his current workload by 10-15%, leaving him with approximately 15-17 touches per game going forward.

Insight page

Jordan Love

PositiveProjection5:30

Love is the start of the week against Dallas; ranked top-ten by the source panel (Dave's lowest projection at 8). Coming off his best game of the season, he faces a Dallas defense that has allowed every quarterback group except Jalen Daniels to score 24+ fantasy points. In 30+ pass attempt games (30 career instances), Love has scored 20+ fantasy points in 19 of those games, establishing a strong floor. Despite Dallas potentially adding Joey Porter Jr. to the secondary, the source expects Love to throw frequently in this matchup.

Insight page
PositiveProjection6:18

Love has immense upside in Week 6; he scored at least 20 fantasy points in 19 of his games this season. The source notes a strong floor due to high passing volume, and while Dallas secondary addition Joey Porter Jr. may create some defensive adjustments, Love's team's passing-first approach remains the priority. Both analysts rank him in the top four for the week.

Insight page
NegativeProjection68:24

Jordan Love is discussed as a quarterback option for Week 6 but is ranked below Drake Maye in the source's tier.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeInjury20:22

Josh Downs mispracticed for hamstring and rest; the source expects he will probably be okay, suggesting a minor injury concern.

Insight page
NegativeProjection30:15

Ranked as a number three receiver in the Colts-Titans game, behind Carnell Tate who is ranked 20th overall.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveProjection64:44

Josh Dobbins is recommended as the start over Judkins, with the note that Judkins is playing Thursday night, making Dobbins the preferred choice.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

PositiveRole11:05

With Caleb Williams' hamstring injury potentially leading to more in-pocket play, the source projects more short-area targets will go to Raymond rather than deep shots, positioning him to benefit from this shift in offensive approach.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeProjection30:15

Ranked as a number three receiver in the Colts-Titans game, behind Carnell Tate who is ranked 20th overall.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

PositiveProjection66:28

Kendry Miller is recommended as the start over McLaughlin and Wondale Robinson if Mark Ingram is out, making him the easy choice in that scenario.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

NegativeProjection62:18

Kenneth Gainwell is not recommended as a start. The source notes that Raheem Sanders has been better than Gainwell, and even if Judkins plays, McLaughlin might be a better option than Gainwell.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

NegativeInjury21:59

Kenyon Sadiq is in the concussion protocol, raising concerns about his availability for Week 6.

Insight page

Kirk Cousins

NegativeProjection28:08

Kirk Cousins is favored over Aaron Rodgers for Week 6; the source initially wavered but ultimately leans Cousins, noting his recent high-volume passing (54 attempts two weeks ago) despite elevated pressure rates in recent weeks. The main concern is early game deficit leading to potential benching.

Insight page
NegativeProjection31:40

One of three waiver wire quarterback options (alongside Rogers and Winston) with high variance; all three could be potentially great or disappointing with no middle ground based on performance.

Insight page
PositiveProjection46:35

The source appears to favor Cousins over Rodgers for Week 6 matchup analysis, positioning him as a viable alternative in the QB tier alongside Lawrence and Stroud.

Insight page

Kyle Williams

NegativeUsage68:02

Kyle Williams scored a touchdown last week in the Patriots offense and is ranked lower than Hunter Henry and Chisholm in the source's flex tier for Week 6.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole11:05

With Caleb Williams' hamstring injury potentially leading to more in-pocket play, the source projects more short-area targets will go to Burden rather than deep shots, positioning him to benefit from this shift in offensive approach.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeProjection60:47

The source advises against starting Mark Andrews, noting that despite the Ravens' defensive weakness against short passes and tight ends (fourth-lowest completion percentage allowed, sixth-lowest yards per attempt on air on 0-7 yard passes where tight ends operate), Andrews is not recommended as a starter this week.

Insight page
PositiveProjection70:17

Mark Andrews is ranked ahead of Hunter Henry in the source's tight end start/sit tier for Week 6.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeBust11:08

Lloyd scored two touchdowns last week but the usage wasn't much better; he's still been awful as a rusher this season and the team still can't run the ball; Dallas is expected to put up a lot of points against Green Bay's defense, leading to more Jordan Love throws and more passing-down work for Pierre Strong; the source rates him as a flex at best and would rather flex Pierre Strong than start Lloyd.

Insight page
PositiveProjection73:33

Identified as a tough call alternative to Tony Pollard; source cites touchdown potential as the key reason to consider Lloyd over Pollard.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole4:00

Marvin Harrison is returning this week for Houston against Jacksonville; the source is excited to see what his return looks like in the matchup. Houston is 1-4 and the source hopes they turn a corner with Harrison back in the lineup.

Insight page
PositiveRole40:26

Marvin Harrison Jr. is now Stroud's wide receiver, which the source believes will help Stroud's production going forward. The source suggests Harrison was unhappy in Arizona and expects him to be a better route runner now that he's with Houston, implying improved role clarity and engagement.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout42:26

The source recommends a 'wait and see' approach for Marvin Harrison Jr., noting he is likely available in 10-team leagues. However, the source is encouraged by the situation change from Arizona to Houston, citing a practice video showing improved route running and believing Harrison was unhappy in Arizona. If forced to start this week in a three-receiver league, the source would start him, expecting better performance now that he's in a better situation.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveRole42:18

Michael Wilson at the Rams is recommended as a start over Bajal Tootin in PPR scoring, indicating he is the preferred wide receiver option in this matchup.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveRole45:03

In a start-sit comparison, the source favors Mike Evans over Parker Washington, indicating Evans is the preferred play in Week 6.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeRole48:56

Harris is expected to return from injury, which will reduce Jalen Warren's touch volume. Without Harris, Warren was a top-five running back; with Harris back, his ranking drops to a question of whether he remains top-10.

Insight page
PositiveProjection49:41

Harris is expected to return and remains a top-tier running back; even with Warren's increased role, Harris is projected to rank between 7th and 10th among running backs, staying above Ashton Jentry, Braylon Allen, and Bucky Irving. The source ranks him as a top-12 running back even if he plays this week.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveRole40:40

Nico Collins has been a key factor in Stroud's recent success; Stroud has scored 20 or more fantasy points in every game with Collins active. Collins missed two games earlier in the season, and his presence significantly impacts Stroud's ceiling.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

PositiveInjury20:50

Omar Cooper Jr. was designated to return from IR, indicating he is nearing availability for Week 6 play.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveRole27:02

Parker Washington is a must-start receiver for the Jaguars against Houston; the source emphasizes his must-start status despite broader concerns about Jacksonville's offensive consistency.

Insight page
PositiveRole45:03

The source highlights Parker Washington as a strong wide receiver play, noting the Texans are giving up the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers; Washington plays in the slot, moves around the formation, and is identified as the Texans' best offensive player, making him a viable start despite close comparisons to other receivers.

Insight page

Pat Freiermuth

PositiveRole9:30

With Michael Pittman and Roman Wilson out, Freiermuth is lining up outside more and playing some wide receiver; Aaron Rodgers is throwing 38 passes per game, positioning Freiermuth for a big day as a start candidate.

Insight page
NegativeRole28:55

Pat Freiermuth should be benched if available on the waiver wire for Week 6 against Cleveland; the Ravens allow the second fewest tight end targets per game in the NFL and excel at defending short pass attempts, making Freiermuth a poor start.

Insight page
NegativeProjection31:40

One of three waiver wire tight end options (alongside Strange and Higby) with high variance; all three could be potentially great or disappointing with no middle ground based on performance.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

NegativeProjection32:25

Low-end QB one if Rashee Rice plays; tough matchup this week; source doesn't think he's a must-start despite being top 12.

Insight page

Pierre Strong Jr.

PositiveUsage11:58

Strong had a big role in the passing game for the Packers offense last week; with Dallas expected to put up a lot of points against Green Bay's defense, leading to more Jordan Love throws, Strong is positioned to see significant passing-down work; the source prefers flexing Strong over Marshawn Lloyd.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

PositiveProjection64:58

Quentin Johnston (Flowers) is recommended as the start, with the note that he's one spot ahead with Huntley at quarterback, making him the preferred choice either way.

Insight page

Raheim Sanders

PositiveProjection62:18

Raheem Sanders has been performing better than Kenneth Gainwell, making him a more attractive option in the running back landscape.

Insight page

Rashee Rice

NegativeInjury20:42

Rasheed Rice mispracticed, indicating a minor injury concern but not a full absence from practice.

Insight page
NegativeInjury32:25

Status uncertain for Chiefs-Chargers game; if he plays, he's a low-end wide receiver two; if out, Xavier Worthy becomes more exciting as a receiver option.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveRole5:19

Ramondre Stevenson is listed as a player the source loves heading into Week 6, indicating positive sentiment on his role and usage outlook.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:18

The source lists Stevenson as a must-start player for this week, indicating strong confidence in his performance.

Insight page
PositiveRole41:47

Ramondre Stevenson is recommended as a start over Woody Marks and Bajal Tootin this week, even if Henderson plays, indicating he remains the preferred running back option despite potential backfield competition.

Insight page
PositiveRole45:31

The source favors Ramondre Stevenson over Parker Washington in a start-sit comparison, with a conditional note that if Henderson is healthy, the recommendation may shift, indicating Stevenson is the preferred play when Henderson is not available.

Insight page
PositiveProjection69:10

Ramondre Stevenson is ranked even better than Braylon Allen, positioned in the top 12-14 range for running backs; he's just behind Chuba Hubbard and on par with Bucky Irving, and ahead of Deandre Swift, making him a strong start option.

Insight page
PositiveProjection70:09

Ranked top 12 right now; projection range 14-15-18 depending on Travon Henry's playing time; source notes Azar loves shadow receivers and identifies him as the goal line back.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeProjection11:05

Odunze has only one game with more than 52 receiving yards this season; in the two games Caleb Williams played, Odunze had a combined seven targets (his two lowest targeted games); the source projects Caleb Williams' hamstring injury may lead to more short-area targets to Luther Burden, Colston Loveland, and Kalief Raymond rather than deep shots to Odunze; the source rates him as a low-end wide receiver three, more of a flex play.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury5:00

Saquon Barkley was not at Eagles practice on the day before this episode, which may have contributed to line movement in the Eagles-Panthers game (Panthers moved from 1.5-2 point underdogs to 1-point favorites).

Insight page
PositiveMatchup9:00

Barkley is a top-12 running back in Week 6 due to an exceptional matchup against the Carolina Panthers, who allow 5.39 yards per carry—the worst run defense in the league. This represents a massive swing from the Eagles' previous matchup against Jacksonville's elite run defense.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup9:25

Facing Carolina's run defense, which allows 5.39 yards per carry (worst in the league), positions Barkley as a top 12 running back this week; the source contrasts this favorably against Jacksonville's superior run defense.

Insight page

Sean Tucker

NegativeInjury26:05

Sean Tucker has a quad injury that may impact his availability.

Insight page

Tank Dell

PositiveInjury4:16

Tank Dell is practicing in full this week for Houston, indicating he is healthy and available for the Jacksonville matchup.

Insight page
PositiveInjury20:16

Tank Dell practiced in full, indicating he is healthy and available for Week 6 play.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeProjection72:58

Source expects Pollard to be started this week unless waiver wire alternatives are available; ranked below Tate, Downs, and Wandale in preference; tough call candidates include Braylon Allen, Jalen Moore, Marshawn Lloyd (for touchdown potential), Damien Pierce, and Woody Marks.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

NegativeProjection32:25

Low-end tight end one if Rashee Rice plays; if Rice is out, Kelce remains a low-end TE1 but Xavier Worthy becomes more exciting as a receiver option.

Insight page

Tre Harris

NegativeInjury20:55

Trey Harris is week to week, indicating he will miss Week 6 and potentially multiple weeks ahead.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

NegativeInjury20:34

Trey Tucker is questionable with a quad injury; the source indicates they will keep an eye on his status heading into Week 6.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup26:37

Trey Tucker faces Buffalo, which gives up a lot of big plays; the source suggests this is a good week to target him for a potential long touchdown catch.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

NegativeProjection40:18

Lawrence is ranked 14th among quarterbacks in the source's rankings, with three 20-point games this season, matching Stroud's output. He is presented as a viable alternative to higher-ranked options in Week 6 start-sit discussions.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveProjection72:38

Identified as an obvious must-start in the Tennessee-Indianapolis game; source states 'Tyler Warren, obviously' when discussing must-start candidates despite Josh Allen being down.

Insight page

Wan'Dale Robinson

NegativeProjection30:15

Ranked as a number three receiver in the Colts-Titans game, behind Carnell Tate who is ranked 20th overall.

2:16Off to the races, and he stays at his feet.
2:19So here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
2:22Welcome to the show. We are getting into week six on Thursday, October 15th with the Seahawks and the Broncos playing tonight to kick things off.
2:30Today we've got seven mostly AFC home games. We've got Houston at Jacksonville.
2:34Really interesting game from a fantasy perspective. Pittsburgh at Tampa Bay.
2:38The Bucs have been pretty tough against quarterbacks, against wide receivers.
2:41It's just going to be a tough game for Aaron Rodgers.
2:45Baltimore at Cleveland. The Jets are at the Patriots.
2:47We've got these running backs we're excited to play.
2:50And also we've got Garrett Wilson versus Christian Gonzalez.
2:53Tennessee's at Indianapolis. Buffalo at Las Vegas. Good news for Ashton Gentry.
2:57Seems to be getting healthier, and the Bills allow the second most fantasy points to running backs.
3:02Chargers are at the Chiefs. And Heath, you know, I can remember Nick Costas, former colleague of ours, singing Andy Reid off the bye.
3:10Andy Reid off the bye. They've actually lost two of their last three games off the bye.
3:15That might be the game I'd have my worst enemy watch.
3:18The Chiefs Chargers. You know, it's going to be a great game.
3:22It's probably going to be a very close game.
3:25Yeah. I traded this game for a season of laughter.
3:28So the Chiefs are going to lose to the Chargers.
3:31Chargers are going to get their first win. And then they won't win another game until they play the Chiefs again.
3:38Actually, it does seem like a lot of these weeks off the bye recently for the Chiefs have been very competitive games.
3:45So probably will be close. Jamie, what's the best game?
3:48Your favorite game on the slate? Favorite game on the slate.
3:51Jacksonville-Houston is very intriguing just because I think you're – I want to see Houston turn a corner.
3:57You know, so I'm excited to see Marvin Harrison and what that looks like.
4:01So that might be my favorite game. Yeah, that's kind of where I was going too.
4:06It's not – we don't have Bills-Rams. We don't have anything like that this week, I think.
4:11But that's – Oh, I mean Sunday night. Yeah, yeah.
4:15I mean that'll be a – yeah, Dallas at Green Bay will be a shootout.
4:19That'll be a lot of fun. But yes, Houston, I think we all are hoping they are better than a 1-4 team.
4:26And they're getting Marvin Harrison back this week. And Tank Dell is practicing in full as well.
4:31Stat of the week for you from our John Breach on Twitter.
4:35John says we're getting – Wait, before you say it, is it a kicker-related stat?
4:40No. Wow. Upset. We're getting an NFL rarity this week.
4:43A team coming off an international game has to play a team coming off a bye.
4:48That would be the Eagles hosting the Panthers. This has only happened four times, and the team coming off the international game is 0-4.
4:55That helps explain something to me. I think Breach is responsible for some line movement because I went through this morning just
5:02to update the projections based on the line movement.
5:05I think the Eagles opened as a 1.5 or 2-point favorite.
5:09The Panthers are currently a 1-point favorite. So it may have also been because Devontae Smith and Saquon Barkley weren't at practice yesterday.
5:16Could have had something to do with it. But let's give credit to Breach.
5:20Okay. There you go. All right. Players we love.
5:23Let's get into the players we love. Brought to you by Stitch Fix.
5:27If you're like me and clothes shopping, it's not your thing.
5:30Check out Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix has you covered.
5:33Get styled today at stitchfix.com slash football. Jamie's got Jordan Love, Ramondre Stevenson, and Jalen Coker as players he loves.
5:39Yeah. Love is our start of the week. Another guy that we're all excited about.
5:44Dave's the lowest one on him at eight. But top ten guy.
5:48And coming off his best game of the season, taking on a Dallas defense that has allowed every quarterback group that they've
5:55faced, except for Jalen Daniels, to score 24 or more fantasy points.
5:59I say group because the commanders combined for it with Jalen Daniels in the first half and Marcus Mariota in the second half when Daniels got hurt.
6:07Love, you've heard me say this stat a billion times by now already.
6:11We're down to 30. So 30 times in his career where he's been 30 or more pass attempts, 19 of those games,
6:18he scored at least 20 fantasy points. So I think the floor is there because he's probably going to throw in this matchup.
6:25I know maybe Joey Porter Jr. changes some things for the secondary for Dallas.
6:29I'm not really concerned. He's throwing the ball a lot while they may have some success running the ball.
6:35I don't think that's the strength of his team by any standard at this point.
6:40So Jordan Love has immense upside. Love it. All right, Jordan Love.
6:44You guys both have him in the top four.
6:47And as Jamie mentioned, Dave has him eighth. From Andre Stevenson.
6:50Now we got this news that Travion Henderson was actually limited in practice, Jamie.
6:54So what's your read on the Patriots backfield right now?
6:58I mean, obviously that will lower some of the numbers or projections for Stevenson.
7:02But still will be a must-start guy. He had one game already this season without Henderson.
7:07It was a brutal matchup against Seattle. He had 23 total touches, five catches, 18 carries.
7:12So I'm guessing that's the neighborhood of workload we're looking at.
7:15You know, certainly I would say 18-plus touches for him in this game.
7:19His last two games against the Jets, he combined for 50 PPR points.
7:23So this is a matchup that he obviously likes.
7:26And the Jets' run defense we know has been very up and down so far this season.
7:32So they've given up two games. I think it was Jameer Gibbs and Monongai combined for 69 PPR points in a back-to-back stretch against them.
7:39So Stevenson should have an opportunity here to perform at a high level.
7:43And then in the case of Jalen Coker, we're just happy to have him back.
7:48Hopefully he stays healthy. Coming back from the quad injury, first two games we know were awesome.
7:53Nine targets, eight catches in both of those games.
7:56Or was it eight targets and seven catches? No, it was nine.
8:00You had it, yeah. A lot of work for him, and I think we'll see him.
8:05Keith alluded to this on the sell high for Tedderon McMillan.
8:08The last five games of last year, first two games of this year, Jalen Coker outplayed Tedderon McMillan.
8:14I don't think that will be the case consistently moving forward, but this is just a great opportunity against a secondary, which is somewhat underperformed.
8:22So not the easiest of matchups, but still a guy you should be excited to start.
8:27Yeah, I got an interesting question in the inbox today.
8:30Jalen Coker or Emmanuel Wilson in PPR? Who would you go with?
8:34Coker. Coker. Hey, that's what I said. All right.
8:37Blame Jamie and Heath if we get it wrong.
8:39Heath, the players you love this week are? Do you have them?
8:43I have them. Yeah, Braylon Allen. There we go.
8:46Which, again, not a great matchup against the Patriots, but the state of the running back position is such that if you
8:53are getting as many touches as Braylon Allen is getting, we're going to love you.
8:57And so you can start him with confidence as a high-end RB, too, this week.
9:02And last week, we finally saw someone besides Braylon Allen touch the football in the backfield.
9:07It wasn't enough to matter. He's the clear, dominant workhorse back in this backfield.
9:12Start Braylon Allen. My second one was not a person yet because we don't know who it is, but whoever starts at
9:18running back for the Eagles, the Carolina Panthers. I don't know if there's ever been a bigger swing between two matchups than
9:25facing the Jacksonville run defense to facing the Carolina run defense.
9:29They are the best team against running backs in terms of yards per carry.
9:33The Panthers have been the worst team. I believe it's 5.39 yards per carry.
9:37If it's Saquon Barkley, he's a top 12 running back.
9:41If it's Damian Pierce, he's a top 20 running back.
9:44He'll be somebody in there sharing touches with him.
9:47But Pierce should get the lion's share of the work.
9:50And then Pat Fryermuth with Michael Pittman out, with Roman Wilson out.
9:53Fryermuth lining up outside a lot more, playing a little bit of wide receiver.
9:58Aaron Rodgers throwing 38 passes per game. I think, yeah, eight of them will go to DK.
10:03Six or seven of them will probably go to Jeremy Bernard.
10:07And I kind of like him as a number three wide receiver.
10:10But it's also going to be a big day for Pat Fryermuth to start him.
10:15Yeah. And Tampa Bay, their defense hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be just based on preseason projections.
10:21But they've struggled against tight ends. They've been good against receivers.
10:25Struggled against tight ends. Don't tell that to Jake Ferguson.
10:28All right. So for Jamie, it was Jordan Love, Ramondre Stevenson, and Jalen Coker.
10:32For Heath, Braylon Allen, the Eagles starting running back, and Pat Fryermuth.
10:36And thank you to Stitch Fix for sponsoring today's players we love.
10:40Stitch Fix takes the hassle out of clothes shopping.
10:43Just take a quick style quiz, share your size, your vibe, and your budget.
10:47And you'll be matched with a real human stylist who will send you a first fix with clothes that fit and make sense for your life.
10:55Stop shopping and get styled today at stitchfix.com slash football.
10:58That is stitchfix.com slash football. And now let's get all negative here and talk about the players we want to avoid.
11:05Heath's got Roma Dunze at Atlanta on the avoid list.
11:08This one hurts my heart a little bit. Marshawn Lloyd against Dallas on Sunday night.
11:13And Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt at San Francisco on Monday night.
11:16Dunze and then those two running backs. Yeah, Dunze has one game with more than 52 receiving yards this season.
11:22In the two games that Caleb Williams played, he had a combined seven targets.
11:26It was his two lowest targeted games. I think there's some hope that Caleb Williams, because of the hamstring injury, might play
11:33in the pocket a little bit more and on time a little bit more.
11:37I'm not sure that's the best thing for Roma Dunze.
11:41That tells me more short area targets to Luther Burden, Colston Loveland, and Kalief Raymond.
11:45I think Odunze is kind of a guy that could benefit if Williams is running around a little bit and then throwing it deep.
11:53Hopefully he does that at least once. And Odunze scores his first touchdown of the season.
11:58But he is a low-end wide receiver three. More of a flex for me this week.
12:03Hopefully you don't have to start him. And then Marshawn Lloyd and Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt kind of both the same thing.
12:09They scored touchdowns last week. Lloyd got two of them.
12:12But the usage really wasn't much better. And Lloyd's still been awful as a rusher this season.
12:17The team still can't run the ball. Dallas, I think, is going to put up a lot of points against this Packers
12:24defense as well, which is going to lead to more Jordan Love's throws.
12:28It wasn't just Marshawn Lloyd handling the passing downs last week.
12:32Pierre Strong had a big role in the passing game for this Packers offense.
12:36So he's a flex. And I'd probably rather flex him than Roman Odunze.
12:40But I don't want to start him. And then Bill had this fantastic start to the game and then didn't play for
12:47most of the fourth quarter and all of overtime.
12:50It was all Rashad White at the end of that game.
12:53And I think that's what happens when the commanders get into kind of a we got to play fast or chase the
13:00score or throw the ball a lot. And guess what?
13:03They're eight and a half point, maybe seven and a half now, point underdogs against maybe the best team in football, the San Francisco 49ers.
13:11I don't think he's going to have a good rushing average against this defense.
13:15And I think probably in the second half, it's not going to be him on the field.
13:21The only thing I would say about Marshawn Lloyd is that the role did change in the sense that they didn't use
13:28Caleb Johnson at all until the fourth quarter of a blowout.
13:31Caleb Johnson didn't play a single snap in the first three quarters.
13:35So that is the only the only balance that he got is he you're right about the passing downs, but he was
13:42the only ball carrier basically for them. I think what you need in the case of both these guys is is fast starts.
13:49Oh, I thought you were going to say a touchdown.
13:52I think it's a touchdown. Definitely touchdowns. I think the two things and he's not wrong in anything with what he said.
13:59The thing about Krosky Merritt, two full games with Jaden Daniels, he scored in both of those.
14:04So hopefully just the threat of a better quarterback and maybe some of the open running lanes that we see.
14:10You know, I think that's what happened on the first round.
14:14You know, 33 hour touchdown run is, you know, that's what you're going to have to need from him is is the
14:21commanders to stay competitive early and that he does his damage early in the game.
14:25And for Lloyd, it's the same thing, because if the Cowboys get ahead early, then it could be problematic.
14:31All right, Jamie, you are sitting Jeremiah. Well, you are trying to avoid Jeremiah Love, who may not even play.
14:38Make sure I'll take a look at Tyler Algier and I'll get you his roster percentage in a second.
14:44Jeremiah Love at the Rams. Jalen Waddell tonight. Trevor Lawrence.
14:47That's the that's a tricky one there. Lawrence against Houston.
14:50So Jeremiah Love, Michael floor. I don't know what he's doing.
14:53You know, doesn't want to play him on on passing downs because of past protection issues, which don't necessarily mean it's him having past protection, past protection issues.
15:02It just was a very confusing quote that he gave.
15:05He's just been very confusing how he's using him.
15:08So this is a borderline starter at best when you're looking at his his production here.
15:13Jalen Waddell tonight. I mean, look, he's I don't know what's going to happen with the second game of Sean Payton calling plays.
15:20Bo Nix looks off. Waddell not getting the amount of targets that we need.
15:24He's had two good games this season. One game where he was hyper targeted.
15:29It was week two after disappointing week one. I just think you're looking at him as a starter in three receiver leagues at best.
15:36But you're talking about still Seattle's defense, which is amazing.
15:39And then in the case of Trevor Lawrence, he said, yeah, it's tricky to sit him.
15:44And I understand how he's played three or five games.
15:48He's been great. Two games. He's been disappointing. His history against D'Amico Ryan's not great.
15:52His history against the Texas overall, not great. Ten meetings against his team.
15:56Two games over 20 fantasy points. Only one against D'Amico Ryan since 2023.
16:00They have done a much better job of facing quarterbacks of late.
16:04So in their last four games against, take it for what it's worth, Joe Burrow, Daniel Jones, Dak Prescott, Cam Ward, two really good quarterbacks, two bad quarterbacks.
16:13They're giving up an average of 13.8 fantasy points over that span.
16:17The high is Joe Burrow at 20.8. So it's not like there's been like a big spike game, a disappointing Cam Ward game, and not much in between.
16:25It's not like they're giving up big performances to quarterbacks across the board.
16:29So this feels like it could be a low-scoring game with two good defenses.
16:34I think Trevor Lawrence is going to struggle. Without his left tackle, too.
16:38Keep that in mind. Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. I forgot to mention that.
16:42Yes. Without his left tackle, Walker Little will be the left tackle taking on Will Anderson and Daniel Hunter.
16:48Good luck. We got another tricky question in the inbox today.
16:51Tyler Shuck or Trevor Lawrence? I mean, it's Shuck by a lot.
16:55Me too. Okay. Hey, that's what I said. Blame Heath and Jamie if we are wrong.
17:00Tyler Algier is 59% rostered. He's obviously done nothing.
17:03But in week one, he had 17 carries. Jeremiah Love's got this ankle injury.
17:07There's a chance he doesn't play. They're trying to rest him to get him right.
17:12And honestly, if you're a Jeremiah Love manager, I think you should be rooting for him to not play.
17:18Like, let's sit him as long as he can.
17:21We don't need this stupid split where they're both useless.
17:24We need a healthy Jeremiah Love. He's obviously struggling with his ankle injury.
17:28And LaFleur said, we got to give him time to rest.
17:31That's what he needs. So, like, get him healthy and get him back to that week three usage where he played two-thirds
17:38of the snaps, where he played in the goal line, where he was the guy.
17:43We're a far cry from that. All right. Players do avoid.
17:46The other part of this is the Rams, last week, first time they've given up a touchdown to a running back, which was James Cook scoring twice.
17:55Yeah. Yeah, sure. Obviously, it's tough. I'm going to name five players here on your avoid list.
18:00Who's the best one? Roma Dunze, Marshawn Lloyd, Ja'Cory Krosky-Meritt, Jeremiah Love, Jalen Waddle.
18:04Who's the best in terms of who would I rather start?
18:08Yeah. It would be Lloyd. Probably going to be Waddle for me.
18:12Okay. Hey, we got a note about Sunday. A little bit of a change on Sunday.
18:17Just this Sunday for now. So, Sunday morning, whenever there's a Europe game at 9.30 a.m., we have a live stream from 8.30 a.m.
18:24to 9.30. And then usually we go from noon to 1 for part two.
18:28Still going to be 8.30 to 9.30, but we're going to go 12.30 p.m.
18:33to 1 Eastern this week. Just a half-hour show.
18:36So, join us there. YouTube.com slash Fantasy Football Today.
18:38This is a great way to get your questions answered.
18:4212.30 to 1 p.m., but also 8.30 to 9.30 a.m.
18:45Join us for that. Okay. News and notes. Michael Penix Jr., Caleb Williams, they're expected to play this week against each other.
18:51And Lamar Jackson missed practice, but he still could play.
18:55Travion Henderson got in a limited session. He's supposed to miss some time.
18:59And he still might, but he was able to practice.
19:02Dylan Sampson and Quinshawn Judkins missed practice. Raheem Sanders is on IR.
19:06Take a look at Jaleel McLaughlin. As of yesterday, he was 19% rostered.
19:10I'll take a look at the updated right now.
19:12Jaleel McLaughlin, 30% rostered. So, people are picking him up.
19:16Playing the Ravens. They have a good run defense, but he could get all the touches.
19:21If Jaleel McLaughlin is the guy, would you start him or Marshawn Lloyd?
19:25Lloyd. I'd probably start McLaughlin. I think one thing you can find if you're in the deepest of leagues is Audra Goste
19:31me too, because that's going to be who he shares with.
19:35All right. I've got Lloyd just ahead of him.
19:38I'm sorry, Lloyd. Okay. My bad. Saquon Barkley mispracticed.
19:41Just mentioned the Jeremiah Love thing. Kyle Menongai mispracticed.
19:43And DeAndre Swift was able to practice, which is good news.
19:47In full. In full, yes. Sean Tucker mispracticed. He may not play this week, and we know he could be a thorn in the side of Bucky Irving.
19:56Alvin Kamara was limited. Ashton Gentry, I teased this.
19:58He's practicing. He practiced in full. They say the ankle's getting healthier for Ashton Gentry.
20:03That's great news. Now, the Bills' run defense hasn't been that bad.
20:07They do, however, give up the most or the second most receiving yards to running backs, and Gentry's been great there.
20:13Wide receiver news. Marvin Harrison Jr. is going to play.
20:16Tank Dell practiced in full. DJ Moore was listed.
20:19They didn't have a practice. They had a walkthrough.
20:22He was listed as a did-not-practice DJ Moore. Josh Downs mispracticed for hamstring and rest.
20:27He's probably going to be okay. CeeDee Lamb practiced in full.
20:30That's cool. Jalen Coker is good to go. Devontae Smith mispracticed.
20:34Trey Tucker is questionable with a quad injury. We're going to keep an eye on that.
20:39Denzel Boston was limited. I'm assuming he'll be all right.
20:42Rasheed Rice mispracticed. Jacoby Lane practiced in full for the Ravens.
20:45The Jets need a number two receiver right now because Adonai Mitchell is likely out this week.
20:50Omar Cooper Jr. designated to return from IR. Every Chargers-wide receiver is questionable.
20:55They're all limited. Sorry, I meant limited. Except for Trey Harris.
20:58No, Trey Harris is not. Trey Harris is week to week.
21:01But Johnston and Lambert Smith, I think, and McConkie.
21:04Limited, limited, limited. And who else was limited? A.J.
21:07Brown was limited. You think there's a chance A.J.
21:10Brown plays this week? There's absolutely a chance. It'd be great.
21:13That would be awesome. I'd be surprised. I'd be surprised, too, but let's keep our fingers crossed.
21:19Kenyon Sadiq's in the concussion protocol. Joe Brady wants to get Dalton Kincaid more involved.
21:23And the teams with bad offensive line situations right now would be the Chargers.
21:28Maybe you could say the Patriots without Will Campbell.
21:30The Giants might not have their right tackle. The Browns might not have their, I believe, right tackle.
21:36The Jaguars don't have their left tackle for at least a month or three to five weeks, rather.
21:42Green Bay could be getting left guard Aaron Banks back this week.
21:45The defensive injuries you need to know about. Tonight, the Broncos are pretty beat up on defense.
21:51Dre Greenlaw. Do you think we should start JSN?
21:54I think so. Well, should we sit the Broncos DST?
21:57I'm not going to carry two defenses. I think just the thing to keep in mind is Darnold's played a couple bad
22:04defenses recently in, or not San Francisco, but the week before.
22:07Turnover, Bron. Also, one more guy you didn't mention I was encouraged slash surprised.
22:11Casey Concepcion, who was in the concussion protocol, was at a limited practice.
22:15So that's a pretty decent sign on a Wednesday.
22:18We'll see where he's at Thursday. Yeah. And like I said, I think Denzel Ball is going to be fine, but he was limited.
22:26All right. Chicago's a little beat up on defense.
22:29Actually, Chicago's very beat up on defense for this game against the Falcons.
22:33I think they're okay in the secondary, but the front seven's banged up.
22:37Chargers have a couple of defensive backs. And Montez but suspended.
22:40Yeah. Right. Exactly. And Christian Gonzalez is going to play.
22:43Carlton Davis did not practice. The other starting cornerback for the Patriots did not practice.
22:48Okay. We're taking a break. One question for each game, and I'm going to catch my breath after this.

25:49What did you say about Trey Tucker? That he was questionable, or that he missed practice.
25:54He's not on an injury report. I'm not sure what you saw.
25:58Jalen Naylor, maybe? Was it Jalen Naylor, quad injury?
26:01Jalen Naylor's a concussion protocol. Okay. I don't know what I saw.
26:05All right, well, that's good. Sorry about that. No, you're fine.
26:08I just caught me off guard because I have to start him in the guillotine link.
26:13Trey Tucker quad injury. I'm going to Google it.
26:16Like, if you're going to have to hope. You know what?
26:19It's probably Sean Tucker that has the quad injury.
26:22Oh, you got the Tuckers confused? I am very sorry about that.
26:26You did say Sean Tucker's injury. I did, yeah.
26:29Oh, man. You're going to have to throw a dart at it one week that Trey Tucker is going to catch a long pass for a touchdown.
26:37This isn't a bad week to do it. Yeah.
26:40It's true. Facing Buffalo, they give up a lot of big plays.
26:44All right. I do have a very quick, it'll be a very quick food review that Heath recommended something and it was
26:51one of the weirdest things I've ever had in my life.
26:54And I'm going to tell you after one question for each game, Houston at Jacksonville.
26:59Heath, how much do we trust the Jaguars offense?
27:02Parker Washington's a must start. Basial Tootin is probably a must start.
27:05He's a number two running back. I'd like to get away.
27:09Brenton Strange is a borderline tight end one. I don't know if trust is the right word, but with four teams on
27:16a bye, you're probably starting most of them. Okay.
27:18Yeah. Their, their offense has been better at home, uh, great at home so far.
27:23And they're, and I mean like truly home Jacksonville, not London.
27:26This is home. Yeah. Uh, Pittsburgh at Tampa Bay.
27:29Is this a tough matchup for the Steelers? Jamie on paper?
27:33Yes. And anytime Todd Bowles is got his blitz working, it's tough for opposing quarterbacks and offenses.
27:38But I think you have one definite must start in Jalen Warren, two potential starting wide receivers, one potential starting tight end and one potential starting quarterback.
27:46So not slam dunks, but four teams on a bye, a lot of injuries.
27:51I think based on how those other players positions are playing, you can turn to them and rely on them in this game.
27:58Yeah. I mean, the Buccaneers is kind of crazy.
28:01They've held Joe Burrow, Jordan Love and Dak Prescott to 17.1 or fewer fantasy points in six point per passing touchdown leagues.
28:08And I am tormented by this Aaron Rogers versus Kirk cousins thing.
28:11I changed my mind every five seconds. Cousins. I've gone with cousins too.
28:16I'm just going to stick with Rogers, but now that Trey Tucker is healthy again, I think cousins.
28:21I'll tell you why there's something about cousins. It's the pressure rate.
28:25The last two weeks, he's been one of the most pressured quarterbacks in football and he's kind of struggled.
28:31Now, two weeks ago, we had a good game, but he threw 52 times or something like that.
28:3654 times. But I don't want to talk you out of Kirk cousins because he could be awesome this week.
28:43I mean, really the only concern with cousins is if they get behind early, do we see Mendoza?
28:48That's that's the other thing. Yeah. Baltimore at Cleveland starters at Harold fan and junior Heath coming off a terrible game.
28:55If you can find Pat Fryermuth on the waiver wire, I would sit him.
28:59If you can find Brenton strange on the waiver wire, I would sit him.
29:04He's not a top 12 tight end for us.
29:06He might score a touchdown. That's pretty much the hope the Ravens see the second fewest tight end targets per game in the NFL.
29:14They do very well on short pass attempts. The Jets at New England.
29:18Are we worried, Jamie, about Garrett Wilson versus Christian Gonzalez?
29:21I do have him ranked too high, so I will drop him a little bit.
29:26This was, I think initially when I ranked him there and I didn't change it with Gonzalez coming off to miss games.
29:33You're not setting him though. It's it's four teams on a buy.
29:36The receiver receiver is the position impacted the most by injury and by weeks.
29:41When you think about the Bengals guys, the Lions guys, Justin Jefferson, he's favorite player of all time.
29:46Malik Washington. You don't have these guys available. Wilson is still going to get targeted and he's been awesome.
29:52So just don't expect him to win you your week.
29:55He'll still be good enough to start. Jalen Coker or Garrett Wilson?
29:59Still was. Okay. Wilson. Tennessee. This is like Wilson.
30:02I have Christian Watson behind him. Like I'd rather start Watson over Wilson just given the matchup, for example.
30:08And I've got some history with with Wilson and Gonzalez that I will share with you when we talk about that game.
30:15Tennessee at Indianapolis. Heath, this is the question that's been on everyone's mind.
30:19Colts and Titans here. Rank the wide receivers in this game.
30:22Carnell Tate, Josh Downs, Wondale Robinson, Keenan Allen. Okay.
30:25Carnell Tate is where for you? 20. 20. Okay.
30:28Okay. That's where he is in the consensus rankings.
30:31Everyone else is a number three receiver. Downs, Wondale, Keenan Allen.
30:34Let's see. Buffalo at Las Vegas. Jamie, you think we can get a big Ashton Gente game?
30:40It'd be nice. It's tough to trust that he's playing at 100%.
30:43You know, you said he practiced in full. There was a little bit of a hubbub in Las Vegas, I guess, when
30:50Dan Graziano of ESPN and the notes column that he does with Jeremy Fowler suggested, I think the report was, internally the
30:57Raiders discussed sitting Gente to get him 100% right because he's got the ankle injury and then the other foot injury on both different legs.
31:05Kubiak said he's playing and then he practices in full.
31:08So, yet to score a rushing touchdown, the majority of his fantasy production, the positive stuff has come from the passing game.
31:15Like you said, the Bills struggle with pass-catching running backs.
31:18So, hopefully that's what you get your numbers from.
31:21Again, four teams on a bye. If you have Ashton Gente, you're thrilled that you have him.
31:26I just don't think that he is a top 12 guy this week.
31:30I think he's just a good number two running back.
31:33I think I might have just changed my mind again.
31:36I think it might go with Cousins over the course.
31:39Look, it's the tight end and quarterbacks that we talked about on waivers.
31:44There's three guys each from each position that you could have pros and cons for and beat yourself up over who you're going to start.
31:51It's Cousins, Rogers, Winston, and it's Strange, Fryermuth, and Higby.
31:54They're all going to be potentially great or they're all going to suck.
31:59I don't think there's any in between with those guys with how they perform.
32:03Yeah, Rogers kind of reverted to old Rogers last week with all these super short pass attempts.
32:08Not to mean he'll do it this week, but he got kind of lucky with that Jalen Warren play.
32:14Chargers are at the Chiefs. How do we feel about the Chiefs passing game this week, Heath?
32:19That will depend on whether Rushy Rice plays. If Rice plays, he's a low-end wide receiver two.
32:25Mahomes is a low-end QB one. Kelsey is a low-end tight end one.
32:29If Rice is out, then Xavier Worthy is a little more exciting as a wide receiver three.
32:34Good, not great. Yeah. Mahomes is tough, I feel like, to me this week.
32:38I don't know how you guys feel about him.
32:41I mean, he's top 12. I don't think you're going to start a waiver wire guy over him.
32:47No, I wouldn't do that. But he's played so well this year.
32:51You know, throwing the deep ball great, but who's he going to throw the deep ball to?
32:56I think the Thornton loss is kind of an underrated thing just for his fantasy value.
33:01He's not really running since week one. He has five rush attempts in the last three games combined.
33:07I don't know. What do you have, around 12th, Mahomes?
33:10I think he's 10th. Who did he get hurt against last year?
33:13Oh, it's the Chargers, yeah. Oh, yeah. He's had this game circled for a while.
33:18Oh, you like him a lot. You have him 7th.
33:21Dave has him 4th. This is with Rice playing.
33:24If Rice is not playing, I will drop him closer where he has him.
33:28Yeah, I mean, he was great last year without Rice.
33:32And Rice hasn't really done that much this year.
33:34You think it's a big deal? I mean, it's not ideal.
33:38But like you said, he hasn't done much with Rice.
33:41He had a great game against the Raiders with Taequann Thornton.
33:44So can Cyrus Allen do that? Can Justin Watson do that?
33:48Can obviously Xavier Worthy do that? That game against the Raiders, Travis Kelsey did nothing.
33:53Well, he wasn't really that great. He scored like 20 points or something.
33:57He scored 21 fantasy points. He actually kind of struggled.
34:0015 of 30. Yeah, I'm not expecting 28 points from Mahomes.
34:03I think he's a good enough start. And again, Kelsey did nothing in that game.
34:08So no Doran James, most likely again. He's got the hamstring injury.
34:12So that helps Kelsey's scenario. Yeah, that's true. All right, real quick food.
34:16I think Xavier Worthy is somebody that, you know, what was the trade you offered me last week?
34:21I can't remember. Was it Shakir? Yeah, it was Shakir for...
34:25Yeah, let's make that trade now. I don't even know who has...
34:28Was that the podcast league? No, that was the Superflex league.
34:32Xavier Worthy. I dropped him. I had to drop him for Kendrick.
34:36Oh my God. I could 1 billion percent use him in the Superflex league.
34:40I have Jefferson. My three receivers from last week.
34:43Justin Jefferson. You picked him up. I did? Yeah.
34:46Oh, let's go. Way to go. That's fantastic. So you tried to trade him with Xavier Worthy.
34:51He declined the trade. No, no, no. He pulled the trade.
34:54He rescinded it. I had to drop Worthy. It was right before kickoff.
34:58I had to drop. You did it for Country Born.
35:02Yeah, it worked out. All right. A food review real quick.
35:05My son was starving the other night. Went to a gas station.
35:09Was trying to get him like a Kind Bar or something.
35:12Very small gas station. Didn't have anything like that.
35:15So I had to go to the Doritos aisle.
35:18And I said, oh, Heath loves late night Doritos.
35:21Yes. Let's give him a try. This is one of the weirdest things I've ever tasted in my life.
35:27The first time it touches your tongue, I think it's disgusting.
35:30It tastes like- Doritos? Late night Doritos, specifically the late night flavor.
35:34It tastes like a taco. And it's just like not what I wanted.
35:38And then you take a bite and it gets so much better.
35:42And you start like feeling it. It's like, oh, this is actually not bad.
35:46But it's one of the weirdest things I've ever had.
35:49I encourage everyone to try late night Doritos. Give me a review.
35:53Jim, I'd love to get you a review of late night Doritos for the mailbag.
35:57I will eat them. I have a great story for the mailbag, by the way.
36:02I'll just give you a little bit of a tease.
36:05So I have to write Starts It every Wednesday.
36:08It takes a very long process. If you read it, you understand why.
36:12And Dan Schneier and Brandon Howard edited it for me.
36:15And they're obviously waiting around, waiting around. So it comes out in segments.
36:19And so I had to do the last part of it, which is the lead of the story, start of the week, tight ends, kicker, defense.
36:27And I had to go drop off my son at an event.
36:31I came back. There was an alligator being dragged across the street.
36:35I'll tell you the rest tomorrow. That's fantastic. Also, if you want the full late night Dorito experience, I don't know if
36:42you eat sour cream or Greek yogurt, whichever one you prefer.
36:45Dipping them in that is fantastic. Because you get a little sour cream on your taco.
36:50Oh, it's fantastic. That's a great idea. Great idea.
36:53By the way, they're- Adam, I'm curious with you because you and I are similar.
36:58You're worse than me as a germaphobe. And I would never do this in public, but only home.
37:03But I make my kids lunch. I give them Doritos quite a bit, Cool Ranch Doritos all the time.
37:09So, um, the only, only, one of the only foods, again, at home only, where I will actually lick my fingers after
37:16I touch it because Doritos on your fingertips are the best.
37:20You have to. I mean, like, Doritos require the licking of fingers.
37:23Absolutely. Yes. All right. Houston at Jacksonville. Stat of the game.
37:27No running back has more than 12 carries against the Jaguars.
37:30No running back has reached 40 rushing yards yet against the Jaguars.
37:34Chase Brown, with a big receiving game, is the only running back with more than 60 total yards against the Jaguars.
37:41They have not faced the toughest competition. They've faced Cleveland, Denver, New England, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia without Saquon Barkley.
37:46Um, we've kind of talked about the Jaguars and our expectations for them, but Jamie, what are our expectations for waiver wire?
37:53Uh, number one guy, Woody Marks. So he's kind of alluded to this, uh, a couple of times.
37:59It's a bad week for running backs. I think if you pick up Woody Marks, given his expected workload, you should be
38:06starting him as a number two guy this week.
38:09So the matchup sucks. The Jaguars number three and fewest fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs.
38:14I'm hoping what we've seen from two games, at least so far this year, he's been involved in the passing game.
38:20And I think that's going to matter here. Like we saw with Chase Brown, not, he's not catching 10 passes, but can he get to four or five?
38:29I think that's realistic. Is he going to have a good rushing average?
38:33Probably not. Um, this is a better Houston offense than we've seen in recent years.
38:38CJ Stroud looks like rookie CJ Stroud again. And now you're injecting Marvin Harrison for what that's worth into the offense.
38:45Maybe tank Dell. Um, I think that Houston will score against Jacksonville and that should lead to Woody Marks having some good enough production.
38:52So, um, don't love it. If this was no teams on a buy and we had everybody available injury wise, I think
38:59Woody Marks is at best of flex. But for this week, I think he qualifies as a top 20 guy.
39:05You know, he got, he kind of gets that.
39:08I think I have, uh, where, where Damian Pierce, Tony Pollard, Marshawn lied where that Bermuda triangle sort of, you know, connects
39:15like that's right where Woody Marks is right in front of us.
39:19I like Woody a lot more in full PPR.
39:21Um, I think I, I didn't, I don't know if Jamie said this because I was having some connection issues over the
39:28last 60 seconds, but you mentioned that Buffalo gives up a lot of catches to running backs.
39:34Jacksonville tied with Buffalo for the second most receptions to running backs per game.
39:38A little misleading with the chase Brown game, but you're right.
39:41You wouldn't start what he marks over, um, basial tootin though.
39:45Cause he has a tough matchup too. I would start basial tootin, but that's close.
39:49Um, I would, I would start just, you know, again, for what it's worth, not that these guys are playing great, but
39:56I would start Woody marks easily over Jeremiah love and, uh, Omar in Hampton.
40:01Oh yeah. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. If someone asked Kendry Miller or Woody marks marks, unless Kamara is ruled out, then it's
40:08closer marks or Romo duns a PPR marks marks marks marks or Luther burden.
40:12It's close. I'd probably still go marks. Me too.
40:15Okay. Uh, CJ Stroud or Trevor Lawrence. I like Stroud better.
40:18Uh, Lawrence for me. Oh, where do you have those guys?
40:22Back to back Stroud at 13 Lawrence at 14.
40:24I think 13 and 15. Yeah. Okay. All right.
40:27So you could start Chuck over them. Uh, who's had more 20 point games.
40:32I think the same three for each. That's a great question.
40:35Yeah. It's a good call. Uh, yeah, it's definitely three for Lawrence and I'm pretty sure it's three for Stroud because he's
40:42had 20 or more in every game with Nico.
40:45It is the only issue I have with, sorry, he's the only issue I have with Stroud is like, look who he's done it against with Nico Collins.
40:54He scored 20.5 fantasy points against Buffalo. That's really not good.
40:57Scored 27 fantasy points against Dallas. That's great, but Dallas is terrible.
41:0123 fantasy points at Tennessee. You know, he's had a really easy schedule.
41:05Well, Jacksonville is allowing the seventh fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks.
41:08Joe Burrow is the only guy to score more than 16 points against the Jaguars.
41:13And he had 54 pass attempts and a rushing touchdown.
41:16They haven't given up multiple touchdowns, passing touchdowns in a game yet.
41:20But didn't he play a couple of games without, was Nico just missed one or did he miss two?
41:26Two. Two. And now Marvin Harrison Jr. Is his wide receiver too, which I think will help.
41:31Um, this week, man, if, if I could be a really good pass offense.
41:35Yeah. He is playing pretty well, man. He's, he's slinging it.
41:39No doubt. All right. So Woody marks and, uh, Bajal toot, and we talked about guys.
41:44You could start over them. Agree or disagree. Start.
41:47Ramondre. Yes. Yep. Even if, if Henderson plays. Oh, okay.
41:50And Bajal tootin, I mean, uh, sorry, Chuba Hubbard and Jalen Warren, obviously you could start.
41:55And, and same with, even if Rico plays still Jalen Warren.
41:58How about Emmanuel Wilson tonight or running back in this game?
42:02I would take Emmanuel Wilson. I mean, back-to-back games with 20 plus touches.
42:06It's hard to overlook. I would start tootin. Yeah.
42:08After all those late night Doritos, I bet you would.
42:12How about, uh, Bajal tootin? That was a good one.
42:15Bajal tootin or, um, Michael Wilson at the Rams.
42:18Uh, I'd go Wilson and PPR. Yeah. Carnell Tate.
42:20I would go tootin. Yep. Okay. Anyone want to start Marvin Harrison or just kind of wait and see?
42:26Wait and see. Wait and see. Uh, he's probably available in some 10 team leagues.
42:31If you play with Dave, you know he's available in one.
42:34Um, I think just the hope would be is that you start to see something.
42:39There was this video posted of him running routes and practice like, Oh, look how much better he looks like.
42:45I'm, you know what? He was tanking in Arizona to get out.
42:49Like it's going to be, it's going to be a better situation.
42:53You know, we'll, we'll, we'll see. This isn't a matchup that you should run away from.
42:58I think you should be encouraged by Harrison. If you have him and you're stuck this week, then start him in a three receiver league.
43:06But I would like to see what it looks like.
43:09I, I do kind of believe that like, he just, like he was really, really unhappy in Arizona.
43:14I expect him to be a better route runner than he was the last couple of weeks.
43:20I think he was just fed up with that role.
43:23Yes. He was definitely fed up with the cardio role.
43:26I, I'm curious because of the comments, like, did Jeremiah love, see this unfold and just be like, I'm going to, I'm not waiting three years.
43:34Like, get me out here. No, I hope not.
43:37I hope not. Okay. Let's talk about the tight ends here real quick guys.
43:41What do you mean? You hope not. You got a hall of fame quarterback because of somebody wanting not to be in
43:48a place that they wanted, didn't want to go.
43:51No, I just like, it's, it would make me sad for the Cardinals if they two of their last three, they're a poorly run organization.
43:59Well, they're trying to change that. Yeah. You know, how I don't know.
44:03They have a new coach and I don't know.
44:06Anyway, Brenton strange adult and shows us a guy.
44:08They're sitting. Don't start him. Brenton strange or Harold fan and junior strange, strange, Brenton strange or Pat Fryer.
44:14I mean, if he said, you love Pat Fryer.
44:17I mean, it's another one I've gone back and forth on matchup is definitely better for Fryer.
44:22But not by much. So, uh, if you want to go for our move, I have no problem with that.
44:29Brenton strange or Juwan Johnson. Johnson. Yeah. All right.
44:32Uh, all right. So you can start Brenton strange.
44:34She's a solid start, but, uh, don't start. Don't start Dalton Schultz.
44:38Which DST do you like better? Texans. Yeah. See questions from the chat and we'll move on from this game.
44:44The left tackle issue could be huge. What do you marks or Marshawn Lloyd?
44:49Marks. Yep. Lawrence or purdy. Purdy. Oh, purdy. Yeah.
44:51Parker Washington or Mike Evans? Evans. Evans. Parker Washington or either starting Packers wide receiver.
44:56Both Packers. Watson, Parker, Golden, but that's all close.
44:59Yeah. I don't think you have to really get away from, from Parker Washington.
45:03Right now the Texans are giving up the second most fantasy points to wide receivers.
45:08We expect them to be better than they would, what they've been, but he's plays in the slot.
45:14He moves around. Like he's not going to get shot.
45:17He's their best offensive players. I don't think it's close.
45:20Trevor Lawrence or Kirk cousins. I would go cousins.
45:23Me too. We definitely like Jordan love over him.
45:26Woody marks or Braylon Allen. We like Braylon Allen.
45:28Yep. Woody marks or Jalen Waddle. Marks. Yep. Parker Washington or Ramondre Stevenson.
45:32Uh, Ramondre. If there's no Henderson Parker, if there's Henderson.
45:36Sure. Okay. All right. Moving on to our next game here.
45:39And that would be Pittsburgh to Tampa Bay, but moving on to our next commercial break, we'll be back with six more AFC home games.
45:47Although Tampa Bay is not an AFC home game.
45:50I get it, but they have an AFC opponent.
45:52So that game and five AFC home games after this.
45:56Sometimes I'm so busy. I feel like I don't have time for healthy meals and I eat a lot of unhealthy stuff.
46:02And I know I'm not alone, but guess what?

46:57A few weeks ago, a neighbor down the street had someone walk right up onto their porch in the middle of the
47:04night and it was a massive wake up call.
47:06It made me realize that standard cameras are only good for replaying a crime after it happens.
47:12They don't actually stop someone from getting to your front door.
47:15That's the exact reason I switched to simply safe.
47:18It isn't just about protecting my valuables. It's about making sure my home remains a safe sanctuary for my family.
47:24Simply safe is built to stop threats before they ever start their smart AI powered cameras actively watch for suspicious activity and alert a live us-based security specialist.
47:33The second something is off in under 30 seconds, that agent can talk directly through the camera to warn off an intruder and call for fast 911 dispatch.
47:42If necessary, having that proactive layer of defense outside my house gives me a level of safety.
47:47I've never had before during the more than 6 million people who entrust simply safe with their home security right now save
47:5460% off and claim a free outdoor camera with professional monitoring.
47:57When you visit simply safe.com slash FFT, that's simply safe.com slash FFT.

48:05It lets them know we sent you and really help support the show.
48:09Simply safe ahead of crime in real time. We're back.
48:12Here we go. Pittsburgh at Tampa Bay and Aaron Rogers versus Kirk cousins.
48:16You guys appear to be on the cousin side now.
48:19Yeah. Oh, yep. Wonderful. Yeah. So Rogers three straight amazing games in a row, Tampa Bay 10th best against quarterbacks and, and, and, uh, Joe Burrow struggled.
48:28Jordan love struggled. Dak Prescott struggled. Now, do they struggle?
48:31Did they just not put up big numbers? That's a separate question, but they didn't put up big numbers.
48:37So Rogers very, very low a dot last week.
48:39Could more conservative game plan. I didn't love seeing that he benefited from the Warren catch and run.
48:45He benefited from two defenders colliding with each other that left Pat Frymuth, open for his second touchdown.
48:51Um, all right. Well, anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same thing.
48:55I mean, you got a blitzing, a defense here and potentially a low scoring offense.
49:00So you might have another conservative week out of the Steelers and you just have to hope that the touchdowns are there.
49:07I think just Rogers is playing so well right now.
49:10McCarthy's got a good game plan, good structure. Um, the, the, the, really the question, I think when you start to, you
49:17know, Rogers comparing him to cousins or Lawrence or Stroud or these guys, you know, that's where he belongs, you know?
49:23So whether you want to make a transaction to pick up Rogers and drop wherever you have, he's a great biweek replacement.
49:30If you don't have Burrow or golf, I think that's obvious.
49:34Um, I'm just curious, like what happens to Warren?
49:36If doubt will come back to me, that's the biggest question for the Steelers.
49:41Yeah. Well, what do you think? I assume doubtles, I assume he's going to be back.
49:46I mean, it seems like he's getting there and they said that Jalen Warren's earned more of a role, but he's not
49:53going to have as many touches as he's had.
49:55So, you know, you're talking about a top five guy without doubt.
49:59Is he still top 10? Is he still stopped?
50:02Top 15? Again, you're not sitting him in any scenario unless you have B.
50:06John Robinson and Chuba Hubbard. Maybe, I don't know.
50:09You know, those, those type of guys Hubbard might be the only one that you consider over him if doubtles there.
50:16So I, you know, I took, I took, I'm sorry.
50:19Just a matter of like how, how I'll finish.
50:22I'm sorry. No, it's okay. I took 10% basically off of Warren's workload with the expectation that doubtles working his way back.
50:28If Dall gets a full practice, maybe I'll take another five to 10% off, but that's still 15 to 17 touches.
50:35And he's been so incredibly efficient that I think he's probably for me going to be somewhere between seventh and 10th in the running back rankings.
50:43You're not going to drop him below Ashton, Jenty, Braylon Allen.
50:47And I'm not going to drop him below Bucky Irving in the same game.
50:51He's, he's a top 12 running back, even if Dall plays.
50:54And four running backs already have five catches against the bucks for what it's worth.
50:59So I don't know. I mean, it's a theory of mine.
51:03I don't have any hard evidence, but you blitz a lot.
51:06It makes sense to throw to the running back in that situation.
51:10Right? So you get the ball out quickly and try to beat the defense like that.
51:15This is definitely a Rogers. Not that he doesn't do his all the time, but run the clock down, try and figure
51:22out where the bullets is coming from. Yeah. It's going to be a slow game for them.
51:27So what about the receivers? Do you like Bernard or Metcalf this week?
51:31And, or, and a book. I'll throw a book in there.
51:34I don't think we're going to start Chris Godwin, but Bernard Metcalf, a book.
51:39Heath, how do you rank them? So I think I'm not, might be the highest on Bernard and Metcalf, but I would go Metcalf, Bernard, a book.
51:47Metcalf's a number two wide receiver. Bernard and a book are number three wide receivers.
51:52No, great. I have Metcalf and Bernard back to back 24, 25.
51:56And a book is like right around 30. 31.
51:58You got lucky last week with the rushing touchdown, you know, nine targets was fantastic.
52:03That's against Dallas. He had six catches for 38 yards, you know, so you'd like to see that type of involvement.
52:10I'd love to see a few more, you know, opportunities down the field.
52:14You are talking about the Steelers defense versus the Cowboys defense.
52:17The pressure is going to be much different for Jalen Daniels.
52:21So I just don't think you should have high expectations.
52:24So one of the receivers will probably make a play.
52:27Last week we saw it was Tez Johnson, you know, getting the broken play and getting the big play down the field.
52:34You know, that's kind of what Daniels is going to try to do.
52:38Be my guess. I think this is a game where the Steelers are probably playing with a lead.
52:43I don't know how big of a lead. And then we see this, you know, bucks offense, what it looks like to me.
52:51The only safe start for, for Tampa is buck here.
52:54I said on Sunday morning stream that if I'm grumpy, it's going because I started so many guys, like I had so
53:01many tough lineup decisions and I started the wrong guy.
53:04If I'm grumpy this coming Sunday night, it's because Jeremy Bernard was, was like not involved or really bad because I, I
53:11haven't calculated it, but I think I may have spent like $3,000 in fab on Jeremy Bernard this week.
53:16So he is, I'm heavily invested. Please be good.
53:19Yeah. I mean, I feel like everyone on Pittsburgh is a tough call except Warren.
53:24I don't know how you get, well, I can see you getting worn out of your lineup because he would, you drafted
53:31him to be your number three or number four running back.
53:34So you have difficult decisions with him. And now doubt all is probably coming back, but we just don't know what to, you're not bad.
53:42No, I mean, you're not benching him, but there's certainly a scenario where, I mean, you could have, I think, I think
53:49I have, well, I think he's my number three running back on a team because I just happened to get lucky in that regard.
53:56And no flex. I don't know. I'm starting him.
53:59I don't know what the scenario would be, but.
54:02Basically, like the, I don't, I don't really like, I'm starting Pat Fryer with over almost everybody.
54:07But it's because I think they're using him more as their third wide receiver.
54:12And now with only having really two wide receivers, that usage might even go up more of a 60% of his snaps.
54:19He's lined up in the slaughter out wide. Um, he, he just is a wide receiver.
54:24He finally, last week was Pat Fryer. His first week with a target share over 13%, I think.
54:29And like, I kind of made this point that the, the guys on the, on the Steelers have really benefited from them throwing so much.
54:37If they don't throw so much, they could be flops, especially against the books who just, have been pretty solid against the pass.
54:44So, all right, let's see what the chat has to say on the buck side of the ball.
54:50Um, you know, is there any hesitation with Bucky Irving?
54:53Uh, no, no. Okay. Like how do you compare Bucky with Bejal Tootin and Woody Marks?
54:58Better. He's better. All right. So he's going to be started coming off that great game.
55:03And again, if Sean Tucker, not Trey Tucker, if Sean Tucker, this is the game that takes away an obstacle, uh, a Buka.
55:10Yeah. Buka is where, let me check where a Buka is in 30 dish.
55:15He is 29th for Jamie 31st for Heath. Dave has, is the high guy on a Buka at 23rd.
55:20He had a lot of targets last week. He had a rushing touchdown as well.
55:25Um, and Kate Otten, if you're desperate, they, they involve him a lot, but not, I don't know.
55:31Maybe that's more of a Baker Mayfield thing. All right.
55:34So here come the chat questions. Jeremy Bernard or Mecca Buka?
55:37Bernard. Bernard. Loveland or Friarmuth? Muth. Friarmuth. Friarmuth or Pitts?
55:40Muth. Yep. Jaleel McLaughlin or Kenny, or Kenneth Gainwell?
55:43Uh, a lot of moving parts there, but probably McLaughlin's the easiest answer.
55:47Yeah. Rogers, Winston, or Daniel Jones? Rogers. I agree.
55:50Warren or Swift. So that's a, that's one where Warren will fall behind Swift.
55:55If doubt a place. Unless Mononga comes back. That's for me.
55:58Yeah. Kendry, probably Warren. He did not practice. Mononga did not practice.
56:02Kendry Miller or Chris Godwin? Miller. Yeah. Jeremy Bernard, Jalen Waddle, or Luther Burden, half PPR.
56:07Burden. Yeah. You like Bernard over Waddle? Yes. I do not.
56:10They're back to back. I think Metcalf born or downs PPR.
56:14Okay. Metcalf. I'm ill. Come on, man. Like he's get it going here.
56:18Bucky or Stephen. He was going. And then last week, Evan, he was going.
56:22Yeah. He got two, two long catches on like the last drive of their second, last drive of the game against Cleveland, which was nice to see.
56:30Um, but again, that's what I'm saying. Last week is like a five yard a dot for Aaron Rogers.
56:36That's terrible for Metcalf. Bucky or Stevenson. Uh, right now it's Stevenson, but it will be Bucky if Henderson plays.
56:43I've got Bucky either way. Pittsburgh's DST is worth starting.
56:46Tampa Bay allows the most fantasy points. DSTs Baltimore and Cleveland.
56:49I don't have a stat of the game. I have a profile of the game.
56:54I want to talk more about Denzel Boston because he keeps coming through for the most part.
56:59There are 61 receivers with 20 or more targets.
57:02Denzel Boston ranks first in yards per catch out of 61 receivers with 20 or more targets.
57:07He ranks fifth in yards per target. Here are the guys ahead of Denzel Boston in yards per target.
57:13Drake London, Zay Flowers, Christian Watson, Jackson Smith and Jigba.
57:16You know who he is? Who? He's out. He's Alec Pierce.
57:20He's Alec Pierce a little bit. Yep. He's got a 16.5 yard a dot.
57:24And he also has a 16.5% target per route.
57:27Run rate. That's the most concerning thing for him.
57:30He has a 20% target share, which is okay.
57:33The target per route run rate doesn't matter all that much with him because he's one of the few receivers who runs almost every single route.
57:41But his three touchdowns, Denzel Boston's three touchdowns this year, 46, 55 and 29 yards out.
57:46I'm painting the picture of a guy who is coming through for you in fantasy most weeks, but makes me nervous as hell.
57:53He has a terrible profile for fantasy. But every week, it seems like Deshaun Watson will throw one incredible pass in the
58:00end zone on a deep ball to Denzel Boston.
58:03So, starter sit, Jamie, Denzel Boston. I'm starting him.
58:05Again, four teams on a bye, all the injuries at the position.
58:09Maybe he sees a slight uptick in targets if Concepcion doesn't play.
58:13This feels like chasing points, throwing the ball late in the game, which has happened to him twice.
58:18So, look, at some point, you just have to say, luck, yes.
58:22Is it going to stop at some point? Sure.
58:25But, how many times are you going to stare at him sitting on your bench and say, I wish I started Denzel Boston?
58:32So, you start to compare him to Jalen Waddle, for example, who's been struggling, or DK Metcalf.
58:38Steelers, yes. You like him better than the Steelers guys?
58:41Yeah. Okay. Heath? I think there's like a million moving parts for Denzel Boston.
58:45Does Concepcion play? Does Quinshawn Judkins play? And one maybe people aren't thinking about, does Lamar Jackson play?
58:51Because I think this line has moved quite a bit with positive reports that Lamar Jackson could come back this week.
58:57If Tyler Huntley is starting, I don't think this is a five and a half point spread, and I don't think the
59:04Ravens' implied point total is near as high against the Browns' defense.
59:08And if the Ravens don't have a lead, then I don't think there's a lot of Deshaun Watson Yolo bowls in the second half.
59:15So, right now, I have Boston just behind the Steelers wide receivers, just ahead of Josh Downs, Zemecka, Buka, and Terry McLaurin.
59:22I think he's like, that profile you described is the profile of the boom bust number three wide receiver that we talk about.
59:29He's boomed a few times. He could bust any week.
59:33He could boom again this week. Yeah. All right.
59:35The easy ones in this game, Derrick Henry is easy.
59:38There's not that many. Zay Flowers is pretty easy.
59:41He's a cinch of Lamar Jackson plays. He scored 14.9 fantasy points last week with Tyler Huntley.
59:47Tyler Huntley having one of his better games. It's basically the last three games with Tyler Huntley has been the exact same
59:53thing, except last week he had the 19 yard rush.
59:57It's, he's going to get you 13 points probably.
59:59But he also had a chunk play, probably like a 15 yard catch that they took off.
60:05They, they accepted a pass. It was longer than that.
60:08It was like 20 something yards. Was it? Yeah.
60:11They accepted a pass interference penalty, which you don't really see.
60:14I can sway the bet. You don't really see.
60:17I know. I was just thinking that. I was like, Oh, I hope to God that the bet is decided on that play.
60:24You don't see a team like take away stats from their player, but it was on their game tying drive.
60:30It was, it was like a deep pitch and the penalty was five yards further than the catch.
60:36So it made sense. Yeah. Great. Um, so, uh, anyway, I'm sure there are people who lost their fantasy game because of that.
60:43Yeah. Well, it wasn't me. So start Henry, start flowers at worst.
60:47That's like top 15 guy. Better. If Lamar Jackson plays Mark Andrews or Harold Fanny jr.
60:52Okay. Okay. Uh, yeah, I got this theory about the, about the Ravens defense.
60:56They remind me of the bills last year where they don't, a lot of teams are very content to just give up
61:03short passes and then make the tackle. They are not.
61:06They, they try to cover this from what I saw.
61:09Anyway, they try to cover those guys and they allow the fourth lowest completion percentage, six lowest yards per attempt on air
61:16yards on the past attempts of seven or fewer area or zero to seven yards, which is where tight ends live.
61:23Terrible, terrible Harold Vandenstead. Uh, he had a 24% target per route run last year.
61:27It's 17% this year. Wow. That's like, that's just not, if you're not, unless you're in a really good offense, that's not a starting tight end.
61:36Yeah, that stinks. Um, but he had had three good games in a row before I died against the jet.
61:42He's the, he's the touchdown or bust tight end right now.
61:45And thankfully the tight end position has been good enough that we don't start touchdown or bust tight ends.
61:51True. And I guess we don't start Mark Andrews either.
61:54Um, all right. So then the last thing here would be, well, first of all, Deshaun Watson and interest in Sean Watson.
62:01No, not with all the other guys that are like Jameis is rostered in Leslie.
62:06They'd rather start Jameis. I think he's in a similar range as Jameis, but Jameis has been a lot better lately.
62:12What did he, Keith, give me a rundown of how you're treating the, uh, Cleveland running backs.
62:18Oh boy. So we're not expecting Judkins to play right now.
62:21And so I have Jaleel McLaughlin, like right around RB 30, which is pretty bad this week.
62:26Cause once you get past the top 18 running backs, it's just pretty gross.
62:31Um, he might go up a little bit if Judkins is ruled out, but he's probably going to score around 10 PPR fantasy points.
62:38This team has thrown the ball. Like you mentioned, I think it was McLaughlin versus Kenneth Gainwell.
62:44Raheem Sanders, I think has been better than Kenneth Gainwell.
62:47So even if Judkins plays, McLaughlin might be better than Kenneth Gainwell.
62:51Um, cause they've thrown it to their running backs a lot.
62:54If, if Judkins is out, then I think Audrey Kastame is probably going to handle more early down work than we want him to.
63:01And McLaughlin will steep be in that RB 30 range.
63:05If Judkins plays, put them in the Omari and Hampton range and hope.
63:09Okay. So just one more, one more name. I'm expecting Judkins to sit.
63:13I would love to see Dylan Sampson get healthy and be the guy.
63:17Because I think he can play on passing downs.
63:20They don't have to take him off the field.
63:22So none of these guys are great rushers. And so if they give Samson the opportunity to play 70% of the snaps,
63:29but he didn't practice at all yesterday, right? Right.
63:32Uh, he, he did not. But the fact that they're talking about opening his window, again, it's hope, you know?
63:38So if we're talking about no Judkins and the choices are Samson, McLaughlin, and estimate, I want to see Samson.
63:45Adam, I think a good off season, uh, study for you, this seems like something you'd be really good at is like,
63:51I, my, from what I'm remembering, the practice window being open usually means the players two to three weeks away.
63:58Yeah. I want, I want to know how many times the practice window has been open and a guy's played that week.
64:05Okay. Well, hopefully it starts with AJ Brown. Well, Jacoby Lane also another one that sounds like he's trending in the right direction.
64:12I'm trying to think this happened at all this year.
64:15And I, I think there's a difference between the practice window opening for the public versus IR same, same timeframe, right?
64:21If I'm not mistaken, it's 21 days, but usually the IR guys are coming back from something that happened in season and
64:28they're probably a little bit more ahead, far ahead.
64:31I don't know. All right, let's read some questions here.
64:34Boston burden or Woody marks. Woody. I would go with Woody.
64:38Judkins or Dobbins. If Judkins, you're not going to, that's a Thursday night or you got to go Dobbins.
64:44Got to play Dobbins. Fannin or Higby. Higby. I've got Fannin flowers or Parker Washington.
64:48Flowers. Lamar Jackson thing. I've got flowers just one spot ahead with Huntley.
64:52So I'm going flowers either way. Jamie, you go fly.
64:55You go flowers. If Lamar was either way. Oh, you said flowers.
64:59Oh, I'm sorry. Boston or craft. Hmm. Boston. That's a good one.
65:03I have, I've got craft Ravens, DST or Seahawks, DST.
65:06Seahawks. Yeah. Ravens have been a bad DST. Ravens or Niners.
65:09Ravens for me. Um, I'll go Niners. I think.
65:12Vele or Jacoby Lane. If he plays this week, you gotta go Vele.
65:16Yeah. McLaughlin or Kendry Miller or Wondale Robinson. Wondale's floor is very safe at 11 PBR points.
65:22Three, three games in a row. Uh, Miller would be the easy choice for me.
65:26If there is no Camara, I'll go Wondale or Miller.
65:29I'll go Wondale. Probably. I mean, yes, I agree.
65:32Miller if Camara is out, but he, we've got a partial practice on Wednesday.
65:37So I'm expecting him. here's my last question about this game.
65:40Is there another Cleveland wide receiver you'd be interested in?
65:43Like Concepcion if he plays? Cause I would be, I mean, he had eight to nine targets in two straight games before last week.
65:51I mean, he 11 PPR points. If that's what you're looking for.
65:54Sure. I think I'd start him over McLaughlin. Yeah.
65:57Sure. Yeah. It's like Wondale. All right. Uh, jets at Patriots.
66:01Don't disrespect Wondo. If you want to know the history of, uh, Garrett Wilson versus Christian Gonzalez back in 2024, it looks like Gonzalez shadow.
66:09I was watching the targets and most, some of the routes Gonzalez pretty much shadowed him in, in like week two or something like that.
66:16And he had five catches, 33 yards and a touchdown on nine targets.
66:20So he struggled. The second time they played, Devante Adams was on the team and Gonzalez shadowed Devante Adams and Garrett Wilson had a huge game, 113 yards.
66:29Uh, I would not be surprised if, if Gonzalez did a really good job on Garrett Wilson.
66:34So again, if I, I don't have Garrett Wilson, but I would start him, but I just have to bring that up.
66:41We talked about that earlier during a one question for each game.
66:45Braylon Allen is a top 17 running brat back, but Ramondre Stevenson's even better than that.
66:50Stevenson is 12th, uh, top, top 14 for everyone between 11 and 14.
66:54He's just behind Chuba Hubbard. He's right there with Bucky Irving.
66:58He's behind Deandre Swift. Uh, I, what are the tough calls in this game?
67:02Cause we're going to sit Gino. There actually are some tough call.
67:06We're definitely straight may for sure. Um, let's say AJ Brown does not play Jamie.
67:10How do you feel? How do you feel about the, uh, Patriots wide receivers?
67:15Listen, somebody is going to play, give you something.
67:18And I wish that there was, here's why it's going to be this guy.
67:22So last week it was two touchdowns for Demario Douglas.
67:25It was a touchdown for Kyle Williams. It was, huh?
67:28He lost that matchup. You just made me think about Yolo again.
67:32Oh, sorry. I love Demario Douglas. I love him.
67:35He's awesome. Yeah. Uh, it, it was, you know, Chisholm with six targets and five catches, whatever it was.
67:41Uh, uh, he's got back to back weeks with kind of that.
67:44He's the new Malik Washington. Um, so if, if like we're just ranking them as flexes, I would say Hunter Henry is one.
67:52Then I would go Chisholm to Douglas three. I'm sorry.
67:55I would go Henry one Dobbs to Chisholm three Douglas four Williams five, but it was the first game without Matt Collins too.
68:02So yeah. And he's on IR now. Yeah. So it's really just a dart throw.
68:07So that league where I referenced where I'm down, like a bunch of receivers, I picked up Demario Douglas.
68:13It's bottom of the barrel. Just yeah. Somebody with a pulse.
68:16And hopefully he, uh, he comes through. That is bottom of the barrel right there.
68:21Who, which quarterbacks are you starting over Drake may Jordan love?
68:24Yes. I may hire, but that's close. Yeah. Drake may is a top five guy.
68:29You start here. All right. Hunter Henry is not like a slam dunk start here.
68:33Would you start Hunter Henry or, um, who did we just talk about?
68:37We had fan in Mark Andrews, Henry over those guys.
68:41Yep. But moose and strange over Henry. He he's, he's, you know, back-to-back games with 11 PPR points, one touchdown over that span.
68:48He, uh, the jets have actually done a pretty good job against tight ends.
68:52You know, I know it's not like, Oh, they're great because of this player, that player, but they are, they are doing a good job containing the position.
69:01The irony of all that is that Aaron Glenn is defending the position.
69:05but his former team cannot come close to it.
69:08Um, so I, I think if you, you know, kind of been riding Henry for the last couple of weeks as your,
69:15you know, de facto streamer, keep, keep him. but if you could pick up for our move or I like, he'd be better.
69:22Uh, and, and, strange as well. Okay. And then, uh, yeah, Braylon Allen, like I said, he's a, he's a really solid number two running back.
69:30The Patriots run defense has not quite been what it was last year.
69:34Not even close last week, maybe a step in the right direction.
69:38Well, their run defense is still decent. Their fantasy production allowed has been dramatically different.
69:42I mean, last year they were the best run defense in the NFL when they had, it's not, it's not the same,
69:49but even close to that, but it's not, it's certainly not a good matchup.
69:54Uh, but they do allow the fifth most receiving yards per game to running backs.
69:58We'll see if they can get Braylon Allen involved there.
70:02That hasn't really been the case. Uh, well, to be fair, he had four targets last week and only one catch from New York.
70:09That's true. He had a drop, but he was out open in space, had a drop in the rain giants, DST or jets, DST from the chat.
70:17No, go get the Colts. Um, if this is the best you have, I guess I'd probably go giants.
70:23I would. Yeah. Yeah. Me too, but not, yeah, but I don't want to do that.
70:28Bray sit one, Braylon Allen, Deandre Swift or Emmanuel Wilson, Wilson, uh, Braylon, Patrick, Holmes or Drake may, may, okay.
70:35Uh, Ramondre, Emmanuel Wilson or Braylon Allen. Who's your favorite?
70:38Ramondre. Yep. All right. Ramondre is top 12 right now are right around there.
70:42Where are you going to rank them? If Travion plays 14, 15, 18, Azar loves shadow receivers.
70:47And who's the goal line back? Yes, I do.
70:50I love the, I love it. I love a number one cornerback going up against the number one receiver.
70:56It's one of my favorite things in, we don't get it as much as we used to.
71:01We really don't, but we do with Christian Gonzalez.
71:04They don't mess around most of the time with him.
71:07He, he shadows. Adam is way smarter than Dan.
71:10That is complete. I have no idea what the context is.
71:14I just saw it and I put a star next to it.
71:17Thank you, Henry or Sam. Sam, can we show that tomorrow on the mailbag please?
71:22Get Dan's commentary. I'd like, I think next year's competition should just be an IQ test.
71:27Oh my God. Adam would kill him. No, I don't think so.
71:31Dan's very smart, but I, I do think I did better on the SATs.
71:35I will, you know, let's just go back to that.
71:38I don't want to take an IQ test. Uh, Henry or craft.
71:42I think our production staff would much rather do an inside IQ test and set up for tennis again.
71:48Um, craft for me. Last one. Uh, Brayla pick to Braylon Allen, Emmanuel Wilson, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Bajal Tootin.
71:54Uh, Wilson and Tootin for me, Allen and Tootin for me.
71:57All right. And that's it for this game. Um, let's see.
72:01We got Tennessee and Indianapolis. Sorry to keep you all waiting.
72:04Save the best for last. No, I got, I got two more after because I do.
72:09Come on. I think we get, well, look at, I don't do it by like best game.
72:15I do it by tough calls. All right. Buffalo Las Vegas is super easy.
72:19And then the last game is Kansas city and the chargers.
72:22That's pretty easy too. Right. This game is kind of tough actually with Josh down.
72:27So even Tony Pollard, right? The Tony Pollard to bounce back.
72:30Um, Wandale and Carnell Tate. And actually there may not be a single must start in this game other than Taylor, Oh, Tyler Warren.
72:38But there are a lot of guys that I think we're going to get questions about.
72:43So Heath, how do you see it? Like Taylor, obviously Tyler Warren, obviously there's a lot of fringy guys.
72:49Who, who do you like? Um, well, Taylor and Warren are the guys that we like.
72:54I think my, my next favorite guy in full PPR would be Tate and then Pollard and then downs.
73:00And then, and Wandale who apparently, unfortunately they're kind of the same guy.
73:04Um, but yeah, it's, it's in that range. I've seen some people maybe wanting to stream Daniel Jones.
73:10I don't really love that. Um, I think you're probably going to end up starting Tony Pollard this week, unless you just found gold on the waiver wire.
73:18Well, you got Braylon Allen, right? You got obviously Jalen Moore.
73:22You'd start Braylon Allen over Tony Pollard. I assume.
73:25I would. How about, yeah, I, I think the, the tough calls for Pollard would be Marshawn Lloyd because of just where he's at and touchdown potential.
73:33Um, in terms of waiver, our guys, Damien Pierce, you know, what about Woody Marks?
73:38I would start Marks over him, but I would do more of like the, the lower tier waiver wire guys.
73:44So, and if for whatever reason, you know, Kamara doesn't make it through a full practice, that back injury may, like he
73:51said, he may play, but he may not be a hundred percent.
73:54And Kendrick Miller gets the giants. There's to me more of a pass catching role for Tony Pollard, but not significantly more
74:01after what we saw last week, then Kendrick Miller and Miller may score a touchdown.
74:06Against the giants, because that's what happens. Man, I've had such a hard time with the Kendrick Miller thing.
74:12Cause he did score a touchdown, but do you know that CJ Donaldson led saints running backs and snaps?
74:18Yeah. I mean, yeah, they, they couldn't do anything offensively though.
74:21So it's hard to like, you throw that game out.
74:24Nah, it's the only reason we might start Kendrick Miller.
74:28Well, the giants are the reason, but the Colts are terrible against running backs too.
74:32The Colts give up 4.7 yards per carry. So to backs, they're giving up the six most fantasy points, the most receiving
74:39yards per game to running backs, which might be why Dave likes a tie J Spears a little bit more than you guys do this week.
74:47But if you look at who the Colts have played, they were bad against Derek Henry.
74:52They're bad against Kenneth Walker. They were bad against Jalen Warren.
74:56They were good against the Houston guys. They were good against the Washington guys.
75:00And Tony Pollard is closer to Houston and Washington than he is to Henry Walker and Jalen Warren.
75:06He's in the middle, but, um, you know, Pollard, he has what?
75:0914, 17, 16 carries in his last three games.
75:12Uh, no. And then 14 again. So 14 or more in four straight games for Tony Pollard.
75:18I believe in most weeks, he'd be a flex this week.
75:21He's right around 20th. I think you're just looking at it as comparing him to, did you, did you need to make
75:28a roster move to go get Damian Pierce or to go get, uh, Kendra Miller or to go get Jaleel McGoff?
75:34And like, that's dependent on what you, you know, have on the rest of your bench.
75:39I think Pollard is serviceable. I just don't think he's league winner without finding the end zone.
75:45He could easily score, you know, but the, the thing about Spears last week, he had five catches coming into the, the, the game.
75:52He leaves with nine on nine targets for fewer than 30 yards.
75:56So it's not like you're talking about a, like this was, this was the, uh, the poster child performance for why people hate PPR.
76:03Yeah. Do you think that, um, Carnell Tate is better than, uh, who've we been talking about?
76:09Like you wouldn't start Carnell Tate over Garrett Wilson or anything, but you'd start over Josh Downs.
76:14Yeah. I started over the Steelers. Okay. Yeah. Steelers guys.
76:17Heath would start them over them. Jamie, how about you?
76:20Tate versus Steelers guys. Yeah. I, for me, I started the Steelers guys, but they're essentially it's DK, uh, Bernard and Tate back to back to back.
76:29So, you know, two solid games for Carnell Tate where he looked like he was starting to build towards something and then
76:36has this back injury, which I think could be the reason why he struggled last week.
76:41Um, I don't know. I, I, I'd like to see a little bit more consistency.
76:45And if you're just talking consistency, Wondell Robinson has been more consistent than Carnell Tate, you know?
76:51So there's easy, there's an argument to be made that Wondell is the best receiver in this game.
76:56So, uh, I would still take Tate. I think there's more upside yet to score a touchdown.
77:02They're probably not going to be many touchdown opportunities just based on how cam Ward struggles.
77:07So I don't think it's a slam dunk for Carnell Tate.
77:10All right. Tennessee, by the way, if you look at Josh Downs, Tennessee is allowed and Keenan Allen, they've allowed 60 or
77:17more yards to six wide receivers in five games.
77:20So that's not bad. Take that from Josh Downs.
77:22Let's see if we have any, um, Oh my gosh, we have a lot of Adam versus Dan potential competition.
77:29I'll read those at the end of the show, but, uh, Tate or AJ Brown, if he plays.
77:34Brown. Hmm. I'll probably update Pollard, Kendrick born or, or, uh, Dylan Sampson.
77:38Pollard. Uh, stuff between Pollard and born. I'd probably go Pollard.
77:42Would you start? Let's see, looking for this game here.
77:45Keenan Allen, Jalen Waddle, Jeremy Bernard, who sits, uh, Allen.
77:48Yep. Um, Adam is way better at everything than Dan.
77:51Thank you very much. Tate or Waddle. Did we just do that one?
77:55Tate. Tate. Waddle, Keenan Allen or Godwin. We're going to go with, oh yeah.
78:00So Waddle, Keenan Allen or Godwin. Waddle, right? Yep.
78:02Yep. And Pollard or Bill? Pollard. Downs or Abuka?
78:05Downs. All right. Let's go. I think the one thing just to keep an eye on with, um, with both downs and
78:12Keenan Allen, like, you know, downs two very solid games.
78:15The first two without, or the game where Al Pierce got hurt.
78:19And then the next game afterwards. And then two disappointing ones last week.
78:23Is it because he can't handle being the one?
78:26We'll see. Keenan Allen, two games without Alec Pierce.
78:29He missed one. Nine targets in both those games.
78:32Um, all right. Buffalo and Las Vegas. Let's go.
78:34Can we do five minutes? Five minutes for the last two games.
78:38I think we can do it. Yep. Start Allen.
78:41Start Cook. Uh, starters at Kincaid. So he's behind the, the, the streaming guys from me this week behind strange, behind fire move behind Higby.
78:49I do think there is reason to go back to him.
78:52You did get a lot of questions for Joe Brady this week about why Kincaid's usage has been so poor.
78:58This is from the bills media. And he talked about got to do better job getting him more involved.
79:04So you could get this squeaky wheel game here.
79:07The Raiders think against that. And so there is an opportunity here to, to hope for a bounce back, but I would,
79:14I would, the way that I would approach it is if I have Kincaid and I picked up one of these guys,
79:21I would start the other player and just keep Kincaid on the bench with the hope that this is the, you know,
79:28get back to getting back on track. I wonder if he might be better if DJ Moore's back.
79:33Like they just don't have anybody else that defense, like Dalton Kincaid, your biggest concern in the passing game.
79:39If there's no DJ Moore, it felt like the Rams game was let's not take chances with this receiving core against this defense.
79:46Like that's just the, the, the way it felt.
79:49Yeah. And so conservative for Josh Allen, he ran for over a hundred yards.
79:54Like I know he's got that in his bag, but I can't imagine that's what Joe Brady and Joe Josh Allen want
80:01to do on a week to week basis. So yeah, if DJ Moore plays, I'll start him.
80:06Jamie, if DJ Moore doesn't play and then I'll talk, we'll talk about the Raiders with Heath, but if DJ Moore doesn't
80:13play, are you going to Keon Coleman to Shakir or just avoiding or what?
80:17I would start Keon Coleman in three receiver leagues.
80:20I don't think he can make a case for either of the two guys to be started in two receiver leagues, but
80:27again, four teams on a bye with a lot of big name time receivers missing and a lot of injuries at the position he had.
80:35Uh, I think it was like, I don't know, 30 yards worth of receptions taken away from penalty.
80:40So not a huge game, but you tack that on with the touchdown and maybe another catch or two.
80:46And then you're talking about 12 to 15 PPR points.
80:49So this is a much easier matchup. I mean, again, we just talked about what the Patriots did three touchdowns combined from Kyle Williams and Demario Douglas.
80:58So Keon Coleman's got an opportunity here. You kind of got a little lucky with the, uh, where he's got unlucky with
81:05the tackle, but, uh, lucky with the, uh, Khalil Shakir play at the end of the game, three for 80.
81:11You know, you take that away. It's a, it's a pretty miserable performance, but he's capable of more as well.
81:17So I think this is a better throwing game for Buffalo than what we saw last week.
81:22And that should lend to the, the past catchers, the three main ones, at least if DJ Moore is not there of
81:29Kincaid Coleman and Shakir being more involved. So not, not anything with a certainty, you know, I picked up Coleman in a
81:36few leagues where I need to start him in, in three or two.
81:40Heath, let's talk about the Raiders and Ashton Gentry real quick.
81:44So Gentry, you're starting Ashton. Well, I mean, yeah, you could be, but he's been pretty brutal and you know that in
81:50full PPR, he really hasn't been that bad, but he hasn't been great.
81:55I think he's RB 12. All right. So I was going to say like, you like the Steelers receivers.
82:00You'd like Carnell Tate is like kind of number two.
82:04You're starting Ashton Gentry over them. All right. Ramondre or Gentry?
82:07Gentry for me. Ramondre for me. It will be Gentry if, if Anderson plays.
82:11Raylan Allen or Gentry? Gentry. Gentry. I'm doing it right now.
82:15I am dropping Aaron Rogers for Kirk cousins in one league.
82:18I'm going to start Rogers over cousins in the other league.
82:22I'm going to split it. I'm going to split it.
82:25There you go. All right. You guys are cousins right around 12th.
82:29I see the appeal. Every quarterback beats up on the bills.
82:32Their past defense isn't good. They score a lot of points.
82:35They make you throw. I am a little nervous about the pressure rate because the bills can get pressure on the quarterback.
82:42The Raiders offensive line has not been very good the last two weeks.
82:46Kirk cousins even talked about that post game said that Patriots got a lot of pressure on him and that certainly affected him.
82:54Um, but every quarterback's thrown at least 34 times against the bills.
82:57And not only that, Kirk cousins, he scored the most fantasy points of any quarterback against the chargers this year, by far
83:04the most fantasy points of any quarterback against the chiefs this year, by far the most fantasy points of any quarterback against the saints this year, by far.
83:13And the saints have also faced Jared golf and they face Lamar Jackson granted without safe flowers.
83:18So cousins has had a good season struggle last week.
83:21Let's bounce back. Kirk cousins, start Brock Bowers, Michael mayor or Dalton Kincaid.
83:25Kincaid. Kincaid. And Trey Tucker is like a dart throw.
83:29Who's the best wide receiver in this game. If DJ Moore does not play.
83:33Coleman. It'd be Tucker for me, but they're all the same flex is, uh, who, and where would you rank DJ more if he does play?
83:41Um, gets in a full practice, probably around 20.
83:44Partial practice, probably closer to 28. Chargers are at the chiefs.
83:47I would guess at this point though, they're probably going to sit him.
83:51They have their buy next week. So the fact that he didn't even go through a walkthrough is not encouraging.
83:58Heath, would you start any chargers? Um, if lad gets back and is healthy, then yes.
84:03Are we, uh, man, McLaughlin over a chargers running back Hampton?
84:06I would, I'm still going to start Hampton over McLaughlin.
84:09How about Damien Pierce? If Barkley's out Pierce, for sure.
84:12You saw the report that if they fire McDaniel, who that coordinator is going to be, right?
84:18Oh, is it case? Yeah. No, that'd be good.
84:20Yeah. McConkie. You think he'll be a top 24 receiver if he plays?
84:24If he gets a full practice, the chiefs allow the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers right now.
84:30They have not faced good competition though, but they did great against waddle.
84:34Um, that's pretty much, that's pretty much it. Uh, if McConkie's out, who is the sleeper?
84:39If anyone, yeah, Johnston, Johnston, Johnston plays. Yeah. I mean, I think their next best receiver is Marcus Valdez.
84:45Can we? Yep. Charlie Kohler. Or revenge game. This is, this is a disaster.
84:49It really is. Seventh for Jamie, fourth for Dave, 10th for Heath.
84:53Why the confidence in my homes, Jamie? Well, this is with rice playing.
84:57So if rice is out, then he'll drop, you know, probably closer to, uh, to 12 and I might start Kirk cousins
85:04over him, but I would still start him. Um, his history, recent history versus long-term history coming off by weeks is much different.
85:11So he does have a very good average in his career coming off by weeks, but the last couple of seasons is not as good as you expect.
85:20Um, I think this is a game where my homes is probably going to try and, you know, be theatrical, uh, because
85:27this is the game that he tore his ACL.
85:30So just knowing the player and how he gets motivated, um, would not be surprised if there's a moment or two where he's flexing in the end zone.
85:38Um, so I, I think there's still opportunities here.
85:41And again, we've seen very different versions of my home so far this season, couple of games where he's run more than I expected.
85:49Um, to me, this feels like a Kelsey game with or without rice.
85:53So I think Kelsey is going to have a strong performance and do well.
85:57Uh, and then I, I have interest in Xavier worthy.
86:00If there is no rushy rice, he's gotten two games.
86:03He's had two games this year with seven targets.
86:06He's been double digit PPR in both of them, not huge performances when he scored a touchdown.
86:12So you're looking at no Thornton that gives him a bump.
86:15If there's no rice, I think he's a borderline top 24.
86:18All right. Kelsey is top eight for everybody. Chargers allowed the ninth fewest fantasy points to tight ends.
86:24They've basically been really good other than against Trey McBride.
86:27I don't know what the hell is going on with Travis Kelsey.
86:31He's got an 8.7% and 14.8% target share. The last two games, one of them was basically entirely without Rishi rice.
86:37So I don't know. It's, it's not encouraging after an encouraging start to the season, but I think that's going to be Kelsey.
86:45I think it's going to be pretty up and down this year and chiefs DST.
86:49Jamie loves them. Heath does not. Heath is like fine with them.
86:53Uh, I picked them up in a league. They've been great against Denver and Miami, terrible against the Colts and the Raiders.
87:00So good matchup certainly for them. and, uh, let's see if I have any questions here for this game.
87:06Uh, we've got Hampton or Damien Pierce. I think I asked that right.
87:10Pierce. I don't think you have a Pierce ladder downs.
87:13It'd be loud. If he plays. Yep. Kendra Miller or Hampton.
87:17Uh, I think I have them back to back right now with Hampton one spot ahead.
87:21So Camara's injury situation will determine if that changes.
87:24Yep. Bernard, Jeremy Bernard or lad McConkey. Be lad if he plays.
87:28Yep. Lad or Valey rest of season. Oh God.
87:31Lad. Lad. Uh, lad. Yeah. I mean, you got Jordan Tyson coming at some point, right?
87:36So. Yep. Hopefully. All right. That's pretty much it.
87:39That's pretty much it. Thank you all for watching and listening to fantasy football today.
87:43Tomorrow. We've got the NFC home games and we also have a beat the waiver wire express episode coming up later today.
87:50Dan and Adam in a rap battle. Dan and Adam in the wonder lick singing.
87:55Oh, that's a good one. That's what we're doing.
87:58Which one? The wonder lick. Yeah. The wonder. Okay.
88:01Uh, shadowing each other on 10 routes, Doritos eating competition.
88:04This one, I think we're not doing. I think we should, we should start to, I mean, is there any reason why
88:11we can't just start taking donations now for next year?
88:14No, I don't think. I mean, I think we should just do like a weekly mailbag challenge.
88:19Like we donate, we designate 10 minutes, every mailbag to wonder lick IQ test, Dorito eating contest.
88:24Like this is easy. I like this one a lot.
88:27Some sort of cooking competition and Jamie, Dave and Heath are the judges.
88:31If you think for a second, I'm eating anything that you or Dan make, you're crazy.
88:36We could be, make at least one thing that you'd like.
88:40Like. Yes. Try. No. Trust. No chance. Yeah. No way.
88:43No, I think Dan can actually cook. I think he'd beat me in that.
88:47All right. We'll talk to you tomorrow, everybody. Have a good one.
