Cousins upgrade from Gino Smith could cut turnovers and elevate Raiders offense.

Upgrade from Gino Smith at quarterback; Cousins represents a theoretical big improvement, though dependent on early-season form and health. Gino turned the ball over more than anyone last year except Sam Darnold, so cutting down turnovers could be a massive boon for the Raiders offense.
