From the episode

I'm out on Tua. It was worse than I feared. He played eight snaps. He fumbled the second snap of the preseason in shotgun like he didn't know it was coming. He's so immobile and is just helpless against interior pressure.

Tua's poor preseason play raises concerns about his starting job.

Tua Tagovailoa is viewed as a major loser of the preseason after a poor performance where he fumbled a snap and missed a check-down. He is described as immobile, helpless against interior pressure, and lacking the processing ability of veteran quarterbacks, leading to concerns that Michael Penix could take the starting job.
