Yahoo Fantasy Forecast on Josh Downs

Downs positioned to step forward as Colts' top receiver after Pittman's departure.

Matt Harmon is excited about Josh Downs heading into the season from a reception perception standpoint and believes he is in a really nice position to take a step forward without Michael Pittman. The Colts staff felt confident enough in Downs' development to move on from Pittman, and while Keenan Allen provides veteran depth, Downs is positioned as the primary beneficiary of Pittman's departure.
