Ashton Jeanty

NegativeInjury2:04

Ashton Jeanty suffered an apparent knee injury during a team period after diving for a catch and landing awkwardly; he was unable to put pressure on his right leg and required assistance from trainers. Jordan Tyson has moved him down to RB26 in rankings, noting he is no longer draftable at his previous RB5 (11th overall) spot. He should now be drafted behind players like James Cook, Devon Achane, Chase Brown, Saquon Barkley, Amari Cooper, Kenneth Walker, and Derrick Henry, or in a tier with D'Andre Swift and Bucky Irving. He is considered a high-risk asset that should only be targeted at an RB3 price point.

Insight page

Brian Robinson

NegativeDepth Chart14:10

Brian Robinson is listed as depth in a running back room that also includes Jaylen Warren, Jordan Mason, Jonah Coleman, and MarShawn Lloyd.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeProjection5:35

Despite initial plans to update his ranking following the Raiders' injury news, Mason has decided to keep Brock Bowers as the TE1. While the team's offense may become more pass-heavy, the overall quality of the offense could decline, leading to a neutral outlook on his immediate fantasy value.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeValue5:45

Bucky Irving is currently used as a benchmark for ranking tiers. Jordan Tyson would refuse to trade him for an injured Ashton Jeanty, signaling a strong preference for healthy, active players over those with significant injury uncertainty.

Insight page

James Conner

NegativeDepth Chart11:07

James Conner is identified as a potential trade target for the team that currently rosters Gentry; such a move would significantly impact the fantasy value and waiver wire priority of Mike Washington.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeDepth Chart14:10

Jaylen Warren is projected to be a week one starter in a depleted running back room that also includes Jordan Mason, Jonah Coleman, Brian Robinson, and MarShawn Lloyd.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

NegativeDepth Chart14:10

Jonah Coleman is listed as depth in a running back room that also includes Jaylen Warren, Jordan Mason, Brian Robinson, and MarShawn Lloyd.

Jordan Mason

NegativeDepth Chart14:10

Jordan Mason is projected to be a week one starter in a depleted running back room that also includes Jaylen Warren, Jonah Coleman, Brian Robinson, and MarShawn Lloyd.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

NegativeInjury5:18

Jordan Tyson serves as a cautionary tale for drafting players with unknown injury timelines; he was drafted in the eighth round of the Flock League only to be ruled out for two months shortly after, resulting in a wasted pick. Jordan Tyson is mentioned as a player Jordan Tyson failed to acquire, necessitating a more aggressive approach to other waiver wire targets.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

PositiveValue14:56

Keenan Allen is dismissed as a waiver wire option, with Jordan Tyson labeling him a "turd nugget" compared to Mike Washington, who is viewed as a superior fantasy asset to target aggressively.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeDepth Chart14:10

MarShawn Lloyd is listed as depth in a running back room that also includes Jaylen Warren, Jordan Mason, Jonah Coleman, and Brian Robinson.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

PositiveBreakout5:35

Mike Washington is a high-upside target with a 99th percentile RAS score and strong preseason performance. He is currently tiered with Jaylen Warren and Rhamondre Stevenson but would jump to the top of that tier (RB26) if Ashton Jeanty is ruled out for the season. He is the top waiver wire priority, with Mason planning to bid aggressively (up to $1,001) if the team does not trade for James Conner. He is viewed as a superior fantasy asset to Keenan Allen.

0:00This is literally the worst thing ever.
0:02Like I know we talked about this with Jordan Tyson. I know we talked about this with Jaden Higgins. I know we
0:08talked about it with Mekhi Becton. I hate injuries so freaking much for a ton of different reasons. Like the main one
0:16being is I'm just a massive fan of the game of football, right? While I am rocking the Ashton Jeanty jersey, I'll
0:22be honest, I'm not a Raiders fan. I'm a fan of football. I'm a fan of fantasy football. And what I selfishly want
0:30every single year is I want as many talented, as many fun players possible playing the game that I love. My Sundays
0:40would be better if Ashton Jeanty was out there. Uh my Thursdays would be better.
0:45This was a player that I was so damn excited to see this year.
0:52And now that it may be taken away, it just sucks beyond belief. And I want to talk about the updates that we have with
0:58my rankings. I want to talk about all the reports that have come out. And yeah, I mean it it's just freaking brutal. Uh let's
1:06go through and let's look at all this.
1:09Uh this is me just typing Ashton Jeanty into Twitter. And obviously, you can see that he is trending as is. Um I sent out
1:17my little thing, the Ashton Jeanty injury just kills any team that drafted him. Pray that he's okay. I mean, it is
1:24unbelievable. So, Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty left practice early after suffering an apparent knee injury.
1:31During the team period, he was diving for a catch and landed awkwardly. He was helped off the field by trainers and
1:39couldn't put any pressure on his right leg. The entire team took a knee and said a prayer.
1:47This is all we're working with right now. This is all the information that we have.
1:52But if we combine a couple different things here, the prayer circle from his teammates with the Las Vegas Raiders and the fact that he could not put any
2:03pressure on his leg.
2:07It It sounds like it's the worst-case scenario.
2:10It's absolutely brutal. Like again, I feel for the guy. I mean, I am I just a little goldfish in comparison to like
2:19a professional that he is. Imagine you are Ashton Jeanty.
2:24You work your entire life every single day as hard as you possibly can to get to the NFL. You're so excited about the
2:32opportunity. I mean, imagine how much he was looking forward to the season with Fernando Mendoza and it's all taken from him like that.
2:40From a human perspective, it's the saddest thing ever. From a fantasy perspective, which obviously y'all know this is a fantasy football channel. It's
2:48absolutely devastating for anybody who has drafted him.
2:53And it does update rankings tremendously. So, I'm going to go through and I'm going to update my fantasy rankings here because I know
3:01there are a lot of people that are using our rankings right now to draft teams. I know there are a lot of people that are
3:07using our draft sheets, that are using our draft assistants. And if their draft is in an hour before we get information, they can't be looking
3:17at my rankings where I previously had Ashton Jeanty ranked at 11th inside the tier with like McCaffrey, Taylor, St.
3:23Brown, Lamb, Jefferson, and James Cook and draft off these ranks. There is a 0% chance that you could take Ashton Jeanty
3:32at this cost now. So, let me pull this around. We are going to update the rankings for Jeanty, Bowers, and Mike
3:39Washington. Those are really the only three players that it is going to impact. As I get this ready though, I'll remind y'all if you ever wanted to stay
3:47up-to-date with all of our rankings, draft sheets, and draft assistants, I update every single day with every piece of news that we get. So, if you don't
3:57already have the flockfantasy.com season pass, make sure you get it. It's going to stay up to date through the entire season. And on top of that, you'll get
4:05all our fantasy tools, all those draft assistants, all those custom draft sheets for your exact league settings and platform. And when you use code
4:12flock when you sign up, you're also going to get free start sit trade questions. You can ask me in the live
4:17streams, which I'm going to be streaming every single night until Christmas.
4:21flockfantasy.com links in the description and comment section.
4:25But, now we have this up. Previously, I did have Ashton Jeanty as my running back five.
4:33There is no world in which if I had to get into a draft today, that I would draft Ashton Jeanty ahead of James Cook,
4:41Devon Achane, Chase Brown, Saquon Barkley, Amari Cooper, Kenneth Walker, Derrick Henry. No way in hell. He has to drop an entire tier at the very, very
4:50minimum. And here's the deal. You What you have to ask yourself, right now it looks bad. Right now it looks like Ashton Jeanty may be out for
4:58the season.
5:00But, it's not confirmed. There is no guarantee. So, if I was drafting today, Sunday at 5:00 p.m., and I was having to
5:08figure out Um hey, where would I be willing to take the risk on a player that may be out for the season? Y'all saw me draft Jordan
5:18Tyson in the eighth round of the Flock League draft. Turned out to burn me.
5:22Jordan Tyson got announced that he's going to be out for 2 months a couple days after I drafted him, which absolutely sucked. But, if you're in
5:28that scenario in which you can take Jeanty at a certain point before we get word of exactly what's happened here.
5:35He does have to eventually become appealing. Where I would probably move the mark down to is I think I would need Jeanty in the
5:45tier of Swift, Bucky, Tooten, Montgomery, Judkins, Scat, Henderson, Qadree Ollison. Side note, I'm going to move Price ahead of Henderson. But, I
5:55think I would draft all of these running backs ahead of Gentry.
6:00I think Gentry now becomes I mean, if you're drafting right this second, here's the deal. We're probably going to get news about this tomorrow, and we may
6:07get confirmation of like, "Oh, no.
6:09Actually, it's not the end of the world.
6:11He may be good to go." Or we'll get confirmation no, he's out for the season.
6:16So, if I were to draft right now with the only information that we have that he can't put any pressure on his leg,
6:22and his teammates had a prayer circle for him. We haven't even seen a video of the injury.
6:28Again, I'm putting him at 26.
6:31Like, hypothetically, if I was in my fantasy league and I had Bucky Irving, and the Ashton Gentry injury, I'm I mean, the Ashton Gentry owner sent me an
6:39offer of like, "Hey, I'll swap you Gentry and Bucky right now." I would tell them no.
6:46I I wouldn't do it. I mean, Vinnie also has the good point where he is saying, "Or it will be 6 to 8 weeks, and your
6:54hope is your league has an IR slot."
6:56Yeah, that's also an outcome. It's not that he's completely fine or that he's out for the season. There's a chance that this dude's out for 2 months,
7:03right? Very similar to Jordan Tyson.
7:06So, I'm going to put him here for now until we get additional news.
7:11Now, here's the other thing that we need to discuss that's going to be so damn important. It's where do you draft Mike
7:17Washington? Mike Washington has looked very good in the preseason. Mike Washington at the same time was a decent prospect. Like, in terms of
7:28his prospect profile, the number one thing that stands out is his RAS score right here. If y'all don't know what RAS
7:34is, maybe you don't play dynasty fantasy football. Um it is essentially how athletic are you? Mike Washington was a freak athlete.
7:43Literal freak, 99th percentile.
7:46So, this is a running back that I think we need to move up considerably.
7:51I think he has upside to be a top 24 running back if we were to get that injury to Jente really mattering, and
7:56the depth chart behind Jente is Mike Washington and that's about it.
7:59So, I would actually probably at this point rather have Mike Washington.
8:06I don't want to say rather, but he would be in the same tier for me as Jaylen Warren, Ramondre Stevenson, Tony
8:12Pollard, Jonathan Brooks, R.J. Harvey.
8:14I'm probably going to put him at the bottom of this tier for now. I would for sure rather have him over like
8:21Rico Dowdle, Chuba Hubbard, Blake Corum, J.K. Dobbins. Not even remotely close.
8:26But, here's the deal. If we were to get word that Jente is officially out for the season, Mike Washington probably jumps to the
8:34top of this tier for me, where he's probably sitting at like RB 26 cuz then obviously Jente would get removed from
8:41the list entirely.
8:42So, Mike Washington low-end RB2, high-end RB3 when Jente's going to be out.
8:48But, because we don't have 100% confirmation just yet that Jente is out for the season. Again, the only information we have is his teammates had
8:58a prayer circle for him and he couldn't put it any pressure on his leg.
9:02I would value Mike Washington as a mid-RB3, Asim Jente as a low-end RB2, high-end RB3.
9:08Um and then maybe we will look back at this one day from now and we laugh at me overreacting, which I hope is the case.
9:15I hope and I pray that we look back 12 hours from now and you go, "Oh my god, look at Mason
9:21clickbaiting trying to get views, making a big deal out of the Asim Jente injury and moving him down to RB 26 and
9:27overreacting." I hope that's what we're saying.
9:30I hope y'all are clowning on me about this 12 hours from now and it turned out to not be a big deal. But, if I was
9:36drafting today, this is the discount I would need on Gentry to take the risk.
9:41Very similar to whenever I drafted Jordan Tyson in the eighth round in the Flock league, he fell obviously because people didn't know what was going on
9:50with his hamstring. I took the risk in the eighth. Turned out not to be the right call cuz he was going to be out
9:55for 2 months with that hamstring injury.
9:57And if you're drafting tonight, you may have to take a risk with Gentry. I'm not doing so inside the top 24 backs. I'll
10:03let somebody else take that risk. But if I could draft him as an RB3, that's when it becomes okay for me with my risk tolerance. I
10:12see the upside and I see the play. But we are going to get so much more information as this goes. And now what's
10:18going to be interesting to note is for your leagues that have already drafted and Mike Washington sitting out there on the waiver wire. So for the Flock league
10:25specifically, maybe this is a spoiler and maybe you're going to be upset with me saying this.
10:30Maybe the league mates will blah blah blah. Um I don't care. I'm just going to fill you all in. Y'all came to this live
10:35stream. I want to give you all the deets. And this is what's going through my head just to be completely honest
10:39with you.
10:40So I made a trade at the Flock league meetup that included me getting 50% of somebody's FAB budget.
10:49So now everybody else in the league has $1,000 in FAB.
10:54I have $1,500 in FAB. And then obviously the person I traded with only has 500.
11:02I am blowing a thousand and one dollars.
11:07If Gentry's out for the season and this team doesn't go and trade for James Conner immediately, I'm going to put a $1,001
11:16bid on Mike Washington because at that point I think he does become a borderline top 24 RB.
11:22So I will make sure that I get him. If you're in a league that's already drafted and your waiver wire is going to
11:29come up this next week and you have say 100% of your fab budget, I would slam it all down on him. Of
11:38course, the risk that you have, one, the Raiders could still be garbage.
11:42Two, Mike Washington could be bad. Maybe he's a good athlete and nothing else.
11:47And three, maybe they trade for James Conner. But there will be very few opportunities that you get where it's a thin running back depth chart, a
11:55rookie with upside steps into a starting job because the three-down bell count running back of him goes down. So, I'm going to lay down the hammer on the
12:03waiver wire this week, and I'm going for Mike Washington.
12:07Now, yes, I'm sure most people in this chat, I see already talking about it, and I legitimately feel bad for him
12:14because if y'all obviously watch the Flock League, which um shout-out to everybody who does, this is my favorite thing in the world, and I hope y'all are
12:24enjoying it half as much as I am.
12:26Um if y'all watch the Flock League live stream or followed it last year, y'all saw that Danny lost the league, and he
12:35got severely punished, right?
12:38It was absolutely brutal what we did to him.
12:42And you know who he drafted in the league this year? Take a guess.
12:48Danny, the guy in our league who got last place last season, he went through, and he drafted Ashton Jeanty yet again this year.
12:58So, the ladster before we even get a second of real NFL action, already is now the favorite to lose the league. Let me pull up flockfantasy.com
13:08real quick, and I'll show y'all what the updated power rankings are in the Flock League with my rankings. Obviously, if y'all don't know this, um you can go
13:18through, and with the power rankings on flockfantasy.com, once you link your team, let me zoom out of this so it's easier for you all to see.
13:28But once you link your team, there are power rankings that you can see how your team stacks up against everybody else.
13:35You actually already had Danny at the very bottom, but that's using the expert average rankings.
13:41If I change it to my updated rankings where I just nuke Ash and Gentry into oblivion, it's going to get that much worse for
13:50Danny.
13:52Like Danny in that case is at the bottom of this league and it is not even remotely close with value. This is using
14:00my rankings where Danny is down here, so down bad. Um Danny and Sammy, Sammy has to share a team with him where his
14:10now updated running back room, if Gentry's out for the season, is Jaylen Warren, Jordan Mason, Jonah Coleman, Brian Robinson, and MarShawn
14:19Lloyd.
14:20So this dude's cooked beyond belief. He has no hope.
14:23None. None at all.
14:26His week one starting running backs are Jaylen Warren and Jordan Mason.
14:31I thought he already had the worst team in the league and now it just becomes that much worse. And if I were him, I
14:36would be laying the hammer down on the waiver wire to try to get Mike Washington cuz obviously if y'all use flockfantasy.com, you can see the waiver
14:44wire option and based on my rankings, Mike Washington now becomes by far and away the best player on the waiver wire.
14:51Like the other skill positions on the waiver wire, Najee Harris, George O'Lani, who gives a damn?
14:56Wide receiver Keenan Allen, who cares?
14:58Like Keenan Allen's a turd nugget compared to freaking Mike Washington at this point. So um I feel fortunate that I have the extra fab dollars where I'm
15:06able to go out there and target him aggressively and add him to the team of destiny and I needed that additional
15:12player because obviously we lost out on Jordan Tyson, but this is horrible. Again, what I am hoping for is I am hoping that we get
15:21positive news in the coming hours or tomorrow where what we end up hearing is Gentry's going to be fine. He's going to
15:29sit out practice for a couple of weeks.
15:32And we all can all go to the comment section and you can comment, "Mason, you're a clown. You overreacted for clicks. This was clickbait. Blah, blah,
15:41blah, blah." That's what I am hoping for. But again, he can't put any pressure on his leg. His teammates had a
15:48prayer circle for him. So I think it may be over and it just freaking sucks because this is a player I was so damn excited to see this year.
15:56You have no idea.
15:58Now, um I think that's going to be it for this live stream. I I know we talked about moving Brock Bowers in rankings,
16:04but honestly, the more that I think about it, I don't think we move Bowers.
16:06Maybe this gives them to be a little bit more pass-happy, but it also probably makes the offense worse. So I don't
16:11think Bowers gains much value. I don't think he loses much value. He's still the tight end one in fantasy about this
16:16range. But I think it's all we got for you. I know I need you to give away a last chance to enter. If you wanted to
16:22enter into win a freeflockfantasy.com season pass, all you got to do is drop a like on this live stream and then type
16:28the word season pass into the live chat. You do that and you'll be entered into win a free one. And I'll give you 10 more
16:38seconds to do it. Now remind y'all, if you don't already have your season pass, it's going to be how you win your
16:41league. Um I just updated my rankings for everybody here. So if you're using our draft assistance if you're using my draft sheets, you have the most
16:50up-to-date rankings with all injury news all year rounds. Um yeah, that way you can stay one step ahead of your league

17:53But um I'm going to look for that message from Parker in the chat. But much love, ladies and gentlemen. I will see you
