0:00We're going to be talking about quarterback, tight end, and DST rankings. And I know a lot of y'all are struggling with this as obviously Brock
0:06Powers just got ruled out. Let's go ahead and start off with quarterback.
0:10Obviously, this looks very different than our rest of season rankings, but for this week, Josh Allen's QB3. He's not in his own tier at QB1. We'll talk
0:19about why in a second. Lamar Jackson is set up to smash. The Baltimore Ravens are playing in Indianapolis in the dome
0:26environment. They are three and a half point favorites. The overunder of this game is 48 points and Lamar Jackson's fully healthy so he should have the
0:34rushing upside. So really good game environment for Lamar in this one. And then obviously Joe Burrow is in an incredible game environment as well. The
0:43overunder of this game is 50 and a half points. It should be the highest scoring game on the week. Seems like there's a
0:50damn good chance that this turns into a shootout and the Cincinnati Bengals obviously favored by three and a half.
0:55And then going over to Josh Allen, typically he is going to be the number one quarterback for us in fantasy in his
1:03own tier. But this matchup specifically going up against the Houston Texans is a much tougher spot. Right now, market makers have the projections for the
1:12Buffalo Bills only as one-point favorites. The overunder of this game's 44 and a half points. And while typically the Buffalo Bills will project
1:21to be one of the best offenses in the league right now, depending on where you're looking, the projections have them closer to like 23 total points
1:28scored. Move this over to our next tier.
1:30We are going to have the A tier being led off with Jaylen Herz. Jaylen Herz is set up in a smash spot here against the
1:37Commanders. The Eagles are fivepoint favorites at home. This is a bad Commander defense and we should see in my opinion a pretty big bounceback from
1:48this Philadelphia Eagles offense with the change with the offensive coordinator that they have this year.
1:52You're going to also see that Jaden Daniels is very low in our rankings given how the projections just have the Philadelphia Eagles kind of dominating
1:59this game. Now, moving over to Justin Herbert. The Los Angeles Chargers project to be the highest scoring team in the league this week, tied with, I
2:10believe, the Detroit Lions. Obviously, Justin Herbert at the same time does give you some rushing upside. Whereas, when we look at Jared Goff later on,
2:18Jared Goff isn't going to have a single rushing yard in that Lions game, right?
2:23But with Justin Herbert, you could potentially see him go out there and run some. Like going through and looking at his rushing from last season, you had
2:31one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine games with over 30 rushing yards. So, ton of points scored here for
2:38the Los Angeles Chargers. And at the same time, it's not like Herbert's a complete zero when it comes to his own
2:44rushing ability. Now, I will say with this, um, the Cardinals probably aren't going to be forcing the Chargers to throw the ball in the fourth quarter.
2:53So, I think it is very much going to be an Amari Hampton game. Now, going over to the B tier, Jackson Dart is way
2:59higher in these rankings than he typically will be. And the reason for this is he's playing at home against the Dallas Cowboys. The New York Giants are
3:08three-point dogs, but this is about the best matchup you can possibly ask for.
3:12This Dallas Cowboys defense is straight up garbage. The overunder of this game is 48 points. So, it's incredibly high.
3:19Very similar to what we are talking about with this Baltimore game. Very similar to what we are talking about with this Cincinnati game. So, while
3:25most weeks into the future, Jackson Dart's going to be much lower in my rankings than he is this week. Given the
3:32setup in this matchup against Dallas plus his rushing upside, I think it's a completely fine spot to go through and start him. Now, long-term with Dart, I'd
3:40say he's probably just one of two quarterbacks that you're rostering on your team, and you play him in the good matchups, you bench him in the bad ones.
3:47This is a good matchup. Now, I am shocked to see the projections with how many points we should assume that are
3:54scored in this Carolina Chicago game, but right now over under 47, which does have it as one of the higher scoring
4:00games of the week. And I'm going to assume that Kyle Manungai is going to miss this game for the Chicago Bears,
4:06which obviously doesn't have a massive impact here, but maybe, just maybe, it leads to Chicago being slightly more passy than they normally would. And with
4:17Caleb Williams, I am so damn excited to see what he looks like with Luther Burton as well as Coulson Loveland going
4:23into year two. Dak Prescott in the same game environment as Jackson Dart. If you wanted to go Dak over Dart, I'm not
4:30going to fault you for it at all. My thing here specifically is I am making these rankings for a fourpoint passing
4:37touchdown league. So when you're four-point passing touchdown leagues, you're going to be moving up the rushing quarterbacks, moving down the quarterbacks that aren't going to run
4:44the ball at all. And Dak Prescott's not going to give you nearly as much rushing upside as you get with Caleb Dart,
4:51Herbert, Jaylen Herz. And then while Joe Burrow doesn't give you the rushing upside, the Bengals offense just does project out to be better than Dallas's.
4:59And then lastly, I am going to be starting Drake May in my fantasy football league tonight. I am praying that Drake May is able to overcome this
5:10extremely difficult matchup, but it is a really tough spot playing in Seattle.
5:15Like this is going to be an insane game.
5:17I literally can't wait to watch it. I'm going to be live on the Flock League YouTube channel. Um, doing live commentary, reacting in the game,
5:25rooting for Drake May and my own fantasy team. But it's a really tough spot against Seattle. Again, most weeks I'm going to have him ahead of Dart, ahead
5:34of Caleb, ahead of Dak. But right now, the New England Patriots project to only score 20 and a half points this week.
5:41That is significantly lower than any other offense that we've talked about in today's video outside of the Buffalo Bills. So, um, based on matchup, Drake
5:50May has to be much lower than he usually is. It freaking sucks. I'm rooting for you, buddy, and I hope you play well.
5:56Now, Trevor Lawrence, this game environment is going to be very weird against the Cleveland Browns. You have the Jags as eight and a half point
6:04favorites, but the Browns aren't going to be able to put points up on the board and make Jacksonville go through and
6:11throw the ball in the second half. Now again, you could say something very similar to where we rank Justin Herbert where probably the Los Angeles Chargers
6:18aren't going to have to throw the ball in the second half against the Arizona Cardinals, but also the Chargers project to score four more points than the
6:24Jacksonville Jaguars this week. And again, I want to reiterate, the market makers, they know more than I do. They know more than you do, and we very much
6:33should be listening to their projections and respecting them as we make our fantasy decisions. Now, the Jared Goff led Detroit Lions are tied with the Los
6:44Angeles Chargers for about the most points that are going to be scored in the league this week. And this game has
6:50an overunder of 50. Plus, no David McGomery, no Isaiah Pacheco. So, I wouldn't be the most surprised if we see the Detroit Lions skew a little bit more
7:00pass happy than they have in the past.
7:02The only reason I'm going to have Goff here a little bit lower, of course, is he's literally just going to have zero
7:07rushing upside. I mean, he's not gonna run the ball for two rushing yards if we're going to be frank. Now, going over
7:13to Kyler Murray. I'm in on Kyler. I know we've showed this in the past, but again, going over and pulling up what we
7:20have right now for this Minnesota Vikings offense week one, the projections of them scoring almost 24 points, about the same amount of points
7:31as what we have with the Jacksonville Jaguars projections this week. It is so nice to see this in comparison to what
7:37we dealt with all last year where this team was a debacle with JJ McCarthy. It is going to be so much better starting
7:44week one in a good matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The Vikings are actually favored in this game by a point
7:50and a half. And yeah, I'm going to be going through I'm going to be playing Justin Jefferson with excitement. And I
7:55think Kyler is a quality streamer. It's a good matchup against Green Bay with no Mike Parsons. Like I would legit play
8:00him over Jaden Daniels. The Washington Commanders are the first team that we have talked about so far in this video that do not project to score 20 points.
8:10They are about to get curb stomped in Philadelphia. Again, anything is possible, right? But as of now, this commander offensive line with no Larie
8:21Tonsel looks extremely rough. And we go on the other side of this and obviously the Philadelphia Eagles have one of the
8:28best defenses in the entire league. And this is very clearly putting us in a spot in which it's safe to say that you
8:37don't want to be playing your commanders this week. No running backs. Jaden Daniels, I would literally rather again play Callum Murray over him. Um, right
8:46now going back over and pulling up what you have on Paul US, you have a 68% chance that the Philadelphia Eagles win
8:52this game. Now going over to Matthew Stafford. Matthew Stafford, very interesting case. 48 and a half point total here. So maybe this is a blind
9:01spot for me. Maybe I should just go ahead and trust the projections. I am always a little more nervous when it
9:07comes to these overseas games, especially a game like Australia where the Rams and the Niners literally flew across the world to play in this. So
9:16while yeah, the Rams project to score a decent amount of points, they are three and a half point favorites here as well.
9:22Um, I want to maybe again be a little bit hesitant and we know that Stafford doesn't have any rushing upside at all.
9:30Now, our next one with Brock Party, I don't like the matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Again, going back over to
9:37that right now, the Rams are three and a half point favorites and they have the Avengers assembled on defense. Now you
9:45have no Aaron Donald in this game, but still with Miles Garrett here, still with the additions that they have at corner this year, I would rather avoid
9:53Brock party week one if we can. Now going over to our Dtier. These are the quarterbacks that I don't think you
10:00should be starting in a one quarterback format. Tyler Shuck is a sneaky play in in Superflex. He's phenomenal, right?
10:06Because there's a 50point total in this game. So it could very easily be a shootout and they're going to be trailing. So, he's going to have to
10:13throw the ball over and over again in the second half. Baker Mayfield, very similar setup here. It could be a potential shootout playing in
10:20Cincinnati. These are great quarterbacks for your superflex leagues. You would absolutely love to have him in at QB2, but it would be tough to get them over
10:28these top names. Um, Jordan Love here playing at Minnesota. Tough matchup, not the best projections, but you maybe say without Josh Jacobs, they skew a little
10:36bit more pass happy. Patrick Mahomes, you cannot start him. I am rocking the Mahomes jersey. I love love love Patrick Mahomes and I am praying that he lights
10:46the world on fire this year and I want the absolute best for this guy coming back off the significant injury. But
10:52this is first week back after tearing his knee completely to shreds and on top of this he has to play against the
10:59Denver Broncos. The overunder of this game's only 43 and a half points. So two good defenses going at it. Not the game
11:07environment you want to play Patrick Mahomes in. Like again, I think having like Mahomes and Jackson Dart on the same team and then playing them based on
11:14matchups is a really good strategy at QB. This is just the week you'd play Dart and a future week is where you'd
11:21play Mahomes. And then also with Bicks, again, a game environment I don't really want much to do with. And then also the
11:28Denver Broncos are actually the dogs in this game to the Kansas City Chiefs. And then our last tier, the Superflex guys
11:34that of course, yeah, go through and start if you want. Malik Willis, the offense projects to be horrendous, but he has a ton of rushing upside. Daniel
11:41Jones, I don't know what you want me to say here. The game environment should be good, but he's coming off a torn
11:46Achilles. Sam Darnold's I team's not going to let him go out there and have 50 plus dropbacks. And then CJ Shroud,
11:55no rushing upside and tough game environment. Now, sadly, instead of Bowers in the S tier this week, we are going to have this as Trey McBride. And
12:02while maybe you may say, Mason, come on, man. The Arizona Cardinals are going to be absolute garbage. They are 10-point dogs here. I agree with that. But still,
12:12he is in his own tier. Like right now, if we look at Poly Market US, you have an 81% chance that the Los Angeles
12:18Chargers win this game. But if we go down here and actually look at what we have with some of the markets regarding
12:25Trey McBride, we can go ahead and look at his receiving yard market. And currently Trey McBride has a 41% chance to go over 60 receiving yards. He has a
12:3661% chance of going over 50 receiving yards. This is a floor that most tight ends aren't able to get to. Now, of
12:44course, if you want to check out any of these markets on Poly Market US, they're available in almost every single state.
12:50It's like 49 out of 50. And if you sign up with code flock, you're going to get $50 added to your account after you play
12:57your first 10. The link is always in the description as well as the comment section. But let's go through and let's
13:04move over to what we have with our A tier. We are gonna have Coloulston Lovelin and Tyler Warren. With Loveland, he would actually be in his own tier
13:13without Tyler Warren. If we got word that you had no Roma Dunce this week, if Roma Dunes is ruled out, Coulson
13:21Lovelin's going to absolutely smash. be a phenomenal matchup against the Carolina Panthers with a 47point overunder and the Bears are three-point
13:29favorites. Going over to Tyler Warren, I think the thing is with Alec Pierce obviously not playing really at all through camp, I I don't think Alec
13:38Pierce can have a big role. So, they're going to lean on Tyler Warren in a game in which they have to throw the ball
13:44consistently as three and a half point dogs against the Baltimore Ravens in a 48 point overunder. Now moving over to the B tier, we are going to have the Sam
13:53Leaporta experience as our fourth tight end. Sevenpoint favorite here over the New Orleans Saints. And I think that this team may skew a little bit more
14:02pass happy than they did in the past because they have no running back too alongside Jamir Gibbs. So if they skew a
14:09little more pass happy, the overunders 50 points. You want as many players in this game as possible. Um Kyle Pittz I'm
14:15going to have here at five. The offense projects to be horrendous for the Falcons, but at the same time, I actually think that Tua being under
14:23center helps Pitts a little bit more given the fact that Tua is not going to be able to push the boundary and instead
14:29it's going to be more checked down city over the middle of the field. Now, Tucker Craft at six, this is a situation
14:35in which you can just go ahead and assume he is going to start a little slower than you would like. Typically,
14:42he's going to be in his own tier ahead of Sam Leaporta and Kyle Pittz for us rest of season. And I actually think the
14:49Green Bay Packers have to skew a little pass happy at the beginning of the year with the absence of Josh Jacobs. But
14:54coming off the torn ACL, I wouldn't be surprised if they limited his snaps. You still start him, but you have lowered
15:00expectations. Now, our Titans seven this week is Jawan Johnson. Jawan Johnson is going to absolutely smash. And if you're in a shallower format and you just got
15:10Brock Bowers ruled out, then in that case, all of a sudden, Jawan Johnson is probably somebody that you need to look
15:17to pick up and you need to jam them in.
15:18You have no Jordan Tyson early in the year, so he is going to be the second target in this offense and this game is
15:24going to be a shootout. The New Orleans Saints are going to have to throw the ball a ton in the second half. There's
15:27seven point dogs and there's a 50point total in this contest. Now, Harold Fannon just projects being a garbage offense, right? 16 point implied team
15:36total. Yes, you're going to get the targets, but I mean, I just want nothing to do with the Cleveland Browns here if
15:41we can avoid it. George KD playing the Los Angeles Rams on the other side of the planet. Now, with KD most weeks,
15:50he's going to be ahead of Jawan Johnson.
15:52He's going to be ahead of Harold Fannon.
15:54Hell, maybe you actually go through and put him ahead of Kyle Pittz and Sam Leaporta by the time we get halfway
15:59through the year. But very similar to Tucker Craft with our week one rankings, we maybe want to be a little hesitant to
16:06go through and just assume that he is going to crush. Then Travis Kelce at 10.
16:10I don't like the game environment.
16:11Again, 43 and a half point overunder. Um it's going to be a low-scoring game.
16:14You're have two good defenses going up against each other. Now you can say, hey, if Rashi Rice isn't 100%, then maybe at that point Kelsey does get the
16:23expanded target share. Moving over to our Dtier, Mark Andrews. Yes, he has additional target competition with Jacobe Lane, but Jacobe Lane's a rookie
16:32and you have no Isaiah likely. There's a 48 point overunder, so I think you want pieces of this game. And Andrews could
16:39be their primary red zone target. Dalton Concincaid typically I'm going to like higher than where we have them this week, but it's a really tough matchup
16:46against the Houston Texans. And then Dallas Goddard, honestly, I probably need to put ahead of concade because if we look at Dallas Goddard specifically,
16:54like the Eagles offense projects be better than the Bills. And with Philadelphia, Eli Sters and Mai Lemon probably are going to do literally
17:01diddly squat week one nothing. So Dallas Goddard reasonably could be the second target in that offense. Now Isaiah Likely at 14. I'm not the biggest Isaiah
17:11likely guy in the world, but y'all saw my Jackson Dart ranking. I am very high on what we have with the New York Giants
17:19passing attack against Dallas. Moving over to Michael Mayer. This is the streaming name if you are desperate and you lost Brock Bowers. Michael Mayer,
17:29very talented tight end that hasn't been able to show it just because obviously he's been stuck playing behind the best tight end in the NFL. Hunter Henry at
17:3916. If you really wanted to just throw somebody in tonight, you could. Dalton Schultz don't love the matchup, but you have no Tank Dell early in the year and
17:49obviously Jaden Higgins out for the entire season and then Jake Ferguson is our last tight end. Um, and really this is only a situation where I would really
17:57get excited to play him if you had Lamb or Pickkins missing. Now, when we are looking at defenses, I am not asking
18:03myself who is the best defense in the NFL. I am asking myself, what team is going to be leading a ton in their game
18:11in the second half as going up against offenses that aren't going to be able to do much and they are going to be forced
18:17to drop back consistently. That way our DST can generate sacks, generate interceptions and fumbles. And the best spot, absolute best spot for that is
18:28going to be the Los Angeles Chargers DST going up against the Arizona Cardinals.
18:33I went through I bid aggressively in the flock league waiverwire to get that Chargers defense because they are a jam as 10-point favorites playing Arizona
18:43with the banged up Jeremiah Love and then the Cleveland Browns are the target for any defensive streaming team all season long. They get to go up against
18:54the Jacksonville Jaguars this week. So the Jags are eight and a half point favorites. I'm not going to sit here and
18:59pretend that the Chargers and Jaguars have the best defenses um on the planet, but these are the teams that are favored
19:06the most heavily in their respective games this week going up against garbage offenses. So, please play the Chargers and Jags if you can. Now, the
19:15Philadelphia Eagles really good spot as well. Again, they are fivepoint favorites against the Commanders. The Commanders don't even project out to
19:23score 20 plus points this week and they have no Larmy Tonsel and all reports are that this commander's offensive line is
19:30straight up garbage. The Pittsburgh Steelers get to play against Tua. The Atlanta Falcons also do not project to score 20 points this week. Again, I
19:39really like looking at these market maker projections because they know more than I do. And here these opponents, whether it's the Cardinals, the Browns,
19:48the Commanders, and the Falcons, project to be the worst offenses in the league this week. So, we want to be playing
19:53their defenses. The Los Angeles Rams have an elite defense, and there could be a ton of randomness that happens overseas. Now, I will say over under
20:03this game's 48 and a half points, so it is much tougher to start them in comparison to the guys that have great
20:08matchups. The Tennessee Titans. This is a very awkward spot because they are only one and a half point favorites, but the overunder of this game's 30 and a
20:17half points. They get to play against the New York Jets. They are favored at home. And this should be the lowest
20:22scoring game of the week. Going over to Ctier, we are going to have the Kansas City Chiefs two and a half point
20:28favorites against the Denver Broncos.
20:30We're going to have the Seattle Seahawks three-point favorites against the New England Patriots. And we are going to have the Houston Texans. The Texans are
20:37the only underdog that we have so far in this rankings list, but keep in mind they're going up against Josh Allen.
20:44They have an elite defense. And while Josh Allen is incredible and super exciting, he will fumble the ball. He will have interceptions. So, the Texans
20:53defense, even in a tough matchup, you play them if you draft them. Going over to the Detroit Lions, this game's probably going to be a shootout. Not
20:59going to sit here and act like the Lions have an elite defense, but they are seven-point favorites. you could get some Tyler Shuck turnovers in the second
21:05half. And then the Denver Broncos, very similar to the Houston Texans. This is also the only underdog that we have so
21:13far on this list. But um the Denver Broncos have an elite defense. I'm just worried that the Kansas City Chiefs are
21:21going to try to play it smart. They're probably going to just try to run the ball over and over again if they can.
21:25And then the other defenses I would look at playing this week, the Buffalo Bills against the Houston Texans, the New York
21:30Jets. Again, this game projects to be the lowest scoring game of the week. The Chicago Bears as three-point favorites over Bryce Young and then the Las Vegas
21:39Raiders as three and a half point favorites over the Miami Dolphins. But I think that's all I got for you in this
21:46video. Again, I really appreciate you. I am so damn excited for football.
21:50Obviously, if you want to check out any of those fantasy markets on Poly Market US, you can find the link in the
21:57description in the comment section.
