NegativeRole44:09

Ron Stewart dismisses Alec Pierce as merely a 'hobbled field stretcher,' preferring Josh Downs for his superior role as a PPR underneath receiver.

Insight page

Amari Cooper

PositiveValue149:24

Ron Stewart indicates he is considering targeting Amari Cooper if he remains available during the late rounds of the draft.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

NegativeValue1:50

Amon-Ra St. Brown was a top-tier consideration for Ron Stewart at the 1.08 draft spot. Stewart notes he would likely prefer a St. Brown and Trey McBride pairing over his actual selection of Brock Bowers and Saquon Barkley.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

PositiveValue145:59

Ron Stewart targeted Baker Mayfield as a backup quarterback option, noting that missing out on him in the draft was a negative outcome.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

PositiveValue38:41

Ron Stewart expresses regret at missing out on Brian Thomas Jr., noting he was a high-priority target. Stewart argues that concerns regarding Thomas's strength of schedule are invalid, emphasizing that his talent and role as a boundary receiver make him a strong draft selection.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveValue0:51

Ron Stewart identifies Brock Bowers as the optimal pick at the 1.08 spot in tight end premium formats, prioritizing him over Jonathan Taylor and Amon-Ra St. Brown. Stewart believes Bowers is the better player and trusts the coaching staff, though he notes Bowers shares a bye week with Sadik.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeValue35:05

Ron Stewart initially characterizes the selection of Christian Watson as an early reach in the draft, but later identifies him as a great bench depth piece in home league formats, particularly for teams punting the tight end position.

Insight page

Courtland Sutton

NegativeValue53:17

Although Courtland Sutton is typically a 'fade' for Ron Stewart, he selects him to address wide receiver depth because the price makes sense and provides exposure to the Denver offense.

Insight page

Cyrus Allen

NegativeValue72:47

Cyrus Allen was a targeted player for Ron Stewart, but he was selected by an opponent immediately before Stewart's turn.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeValue8:59

Ron Stewart explicitly states he is not taking D'Andre Swift in this draft format.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeValue36:06

Ron Stewart offers conflicting views on Dalton Kincaid; he initially identifies him as a valuable target in tight end premium formats given his 70.4 ADP, but later explicitly states he does not like the pick in high-stakes draft formats.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

PositiveValue100:47

Ron Stewart intends to draft Daniel Jones as a backup quarterback, banking on the potential for a bounce-back performance this season.

Insight page

Davante Adams

PositiveValue93:12

Ron Stewart targets Davante Adams as a key wide receiver to address his team's need for meaningful draft capital at the position.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust48:12

Ron Stewart expresses disapproval of the David Montgomery draft pick in the context of the current high-stakes draft room.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeProjection11:25

Ron Stewart prioritizes DeVonta Smith, ranking him clearly ahead of other available options. Stewart views drafting Smith alongside Saquon Barkley as a strategic bet that the Eagles' 'tush push' play will decrease in frequency, which would increase the touchdown upside for both players. While Stewart acknowledges the roster construction concern of drafting two Eagles, he believes the highest-percentile outcome for the team relies on this touchdown distribution shift.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

NegativeUsage71:32

Dylan Sampson was selected in the draft by an opponent.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

PositiveBreakout16:25

Ron Stewart targeted Emeka Egbuka in his high-stakes draft, citing super positive reports and a strategic desire to add youth upside to his roster.

George Pickens

PositiveValue100:41

Ron Stewart identifies the selection of George Pickens as a strong draft pick.

Insight page

Hunter Henry is noted as a late-round draft target in this high-stakes format.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveSleeper38:10

Ron Stewart identifies Isaiah Likely as a 'damn good pick' in the context of a high-stakes fantasy football draft.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveValue0:31

Ron Stewart considers Jahmyr Gibbs a must-start in home leagues and a high-value selection, despite noting he will likely finish the high-stakes drafting season without a single share of him. Stewart expresses a strong desire to chase teams that include Gibbs.

Insight page

Jake Ferguson

NegativeValue49:12

Ron Stewart notes that Jake Ferguson's ADP has been rising, with his earliest draft position recorded at 8.04; Stewart also identifies him as a viable pivot option if his primary wide receiver targets are taken.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeUsage13:47

Ron Stewart argues that stacking Jalen Hurts with Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith is not as highly correlated as it might appear, as there is no scenario where all three players 'smash' simultaneously. Stewart notes that drafting DeVonta Smith makes him more likely to target Jalen Hurts later in the draft to complete the stack, but maintains that the team's success is specifically tied to the 'tush push' play potentially going away.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeValue8:59

James Cook is mentioned in the context of draft decision-making by Ron Stewart.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeValue18:17

Ron Stewart expresses skepticism regarding Jaylen Waddle's current ADP, explicitly stating he does not love where Waddle was selected in the draft.

PositiveValue97:06

Ron Stewart plans to draft Jaylen Wright if the opportunity arises, specifically as a counter-move to opponents rostering his handcuff.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveValue49:52

Ron Stewart strongly advocates for drafting Joe Burrow if you already have Ja'Marr Chase, calling it an easy decision and criticizing those who pass on him in the 9th round.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeValue1:50

Jonathan Taylor was considered as a primary option at the 1.08 draft position alongside Brock Bowers and Amon-Ra St. Brown, though he was ultimately passed over by Ron Stewart during the draft process.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

PositiveValue46:16

Ron Stewart ranks Josh Downs a tier ahead of Jordan Addison, arguing that Addison faces stiffer target competition from Justin Jefferson, which negatively impacts his fantasy outlook.

Insight page

Jordan Love

NegativeUsage11:42

Ron Stewart expresses hesitation about stacking Jordan Love with Trey McBride due to their overlapping bye weeks in week 13 and 14.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveValue40:42

Despite a personal strategy of punting on the quarterback position, Ron Stewart feels compelled to draft Josh Allen at pick 5.08 because he is available later than his typical 5.03 ADP and Stewart lacks exposure to him. While some in the draft room view Allen as a poor 5th-round pick, Stewart maintains he could not pass on the value.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveProjection39:42

Ron Stewart targets Josh Downs as a key PPR receiver, ranking him a tier above other available receivers at the 9/10 turn. Stewart prefers Downs over Jordan Addison, citing Addison's target competition with Justin Jefferson, and dismisses Alec Pierce as merely a 'hobbled field stretcher' compared to Downs's role as a PPR underneath receiver.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveValue35:39

Insight page

Ladd McConkey

PositiveBreakout57:26

Ron Stewart prioritizes drafting Ladd McConkey over Michael Pittman Jr. to secure a 'sexy' rookie upside swing, noting that the roster already contains high-floor, low-upside players like Josh Downs and Courtland Sutton. Despite concerns about stacking too many Eagles players, Stewart believes the offense can support multiple fantasy-relevant pass catchers.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveValue93:12

Ron Stewart identifies Malik Nabers as a wide receiver target to help balance his team's roster construction.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveSleeper38:41

Ron Stewart initially expresses hesitation about drafting MarShawn Lloyd in the mid-rounds, but later identifies him as a priority target, stating that the team should 'sprint' to draft him.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveValue32:10

Ron Stewart debated selecting Marvin Harrison Jr. over Rhamondre Stevenson, ultimately concluding that Harrison was the correct choice for his roster, noting that passing on him was getting too cute.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveSleeper51:57

Ron Stewart expresses regret at missing out on drafting Matthew Golden, indicating he was a target for his roster.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

NegativeValue57:52

Ron Stewart views Michael Pittman Jr. as a high-floor, 'sexless' pick similar to Josh Downs and Courtland Sutton. While he was a viable alternative to Ladd McConkey, Stewart opted for the higher rookie upside of McConkey instead.

Rashee Rice

NegativeBust13:11

Ron Stewart is explicitly out on Rashee Rice for the current season, despite acknowledging he was a close consideration during the draft.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveRole29:12

Ron Stewart drafted Rhamondre Stevenson as a hedge against heavy exposure to TreVeyon Henderson. Stewart rejects the narrative that Stevenson cannot pass block, noting it was his calling card at Ohio State and expecting year-two improvement to move him beyond being unusable on passing downs.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

NegativeUsage9:12

Rico Dowdle is rostered as part of a top-heavy running back group, with Ron Stewart relying on him to help fill RB and flex spots. Stewart mentions Dowdle as a late-round running back option he has utilized in other high-stakes draft builds.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveUsage8:59

Ron Stewart selected Saquon Barkley as a core piece of a top-heavy double hero RB strategy. Stewart notes that Barkley's highest-percentile outcome is tied to a potential reduction in the Eagles' reliance on the 'tush push' for goal-line scores, which would increase touchdown upside for Barkley and DeVonta Smith.

Insight page

Seth McGowan

NegativeValue146:07

Seth McGowan was selected for Ron Stewart's running back room, though Stewart later expressed regret, stating he would have preferred to draft Baker Mayfield in that spot instead.

Tank Bigsby was selected in the draft by an opponent, noting his involvement in the draft pool.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

NegativeInjury29:12

Ron Stewart maintains a positive outlook on TreVeyon Henderson, rejecting the idea that he is cooked while acknowledging the need to hedge against potential injury uncertainty. Stewart expects Henderson to improve as a pass blocker in year two.

Insight page

Trey McBride

NegativeValue7:02

Ron Stewart ranks Trey McBride ahead of Saquon Barkley in his specific draft format and notes McBride had the highest points-per-game projection (18.2) available. Stewart ultimately opted against drafting him to avoid stacking concerns with Jordan Love, though he debated a Bowers-McBride pairing.

Insight page

Ty Johnson

NegativeInjury137:22

Ron Stewart notes that while Ty Johnson would typically be a decent pick, his current injury status makes him a questionable selection.

Insight page

Tyjae Spears

NegativeUsage97:06

Tyjae Spears is mentioned in the context of draft strategy regarding handcuffing and roster construction.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeValue11:53

Ron Stewart considered Tyler Warren as a potential draft pick, noting it was a close decision against other targets.

Insight page

Wan'Dale Robinson

PositiveBust59:43

Ron Stewart explicitly dismisses the idea of drafting Wan'Dale Robinson, indicating he is not a target for his roster construction.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

PositiveBreakout66:14

0:02What's going on, man? Welcome back to the basement. Omron, and we are drafting yet another main event. Our last high
0:13stakes fantasy football draft on stream going out with a bang. Another $2,000 buyin.
0:22We are here 108 full PPR tight end premium.
0:28How is everybody doing? We are picking from the 108.
0:31We have a The 108 is tricky here. Of course, we are going to go an entire drafting season without a Jamir Gibbs
0:41share in one of these. But Gibbs goes then Bejon, then Jamar Chase, then McCaffrey, then Puka, putting us in a very precarious situation. We actually
0:51talked it out yesterday at what point we would debate taking Brock Bowers here.
0:59extremely extremely tricky. Uh we're actually going to pull up our uh tight end premium projections here on the side. Just get a feel for what we're
1:07looking at. There goes JSN.
1:10So now we're essentially between Jonathan Taylor, Aman Ross St. Brown, and Brock Bowers is kind of where we're at.
1:19>> And I don't have a good answer for which way I want to go. I know we already have a main event with um
1:26we already have a main event with Jonathan Taylor and Brock Bowers, I think.
1:35Yeah, we took Bowowers on the ship chasing draft.
1:39And we took Jonathan Taylor with Liam and Jacob.
1:48And there goes James Cook. That doesn't make our decision any easier.
2:01I think this is where we take Bowers, man. I think this is where we take Bowers.
2:12Yeah. And uh you could talk me in the Jtier or I'm on Ross St. Brown, but for me it has to be Bowowers.
2:19I think it just has to be Bowowers here.
2:21Yeah, I don't I'm not even saying that upset. It's just I think Bowers 108 is what has to happen there.
2:28I think so. I think that that was the right pick.
2:38All right. Now we see what comes back.
2:43And now we see what comes back.
2:50How does my team name offend you as an a Australian?
2:54Yeah, I don't know. I I don't know what's going on with my YouTube algorithm, but I keep getting recommended like Call of Duty Black Ops
3:012 zombie videos, and I've kind of been on a BO2 kick. I think it's because I guess it's because like the throwback
3:08game came out, but then I saw like Mr.
3:10Tlexify like he like ragged every zombies map ever. Um, I ended up watching that video. I don't know, dude.
3:18This time of year when like everything I do of every waking minute is football. I get to a point in the season where like
3:29I'm I need, you know what? I I can't I I can't do football the entire day and then go to bed watching highlights or um
3:38something or I I don't know. You know what I mean? Like, and it's also a time of the year where I don't really have
3:42time to like get invested in a show. So, I'm just on YouTube and I've just been getting fed um Black Ops 2 zombies.
3:50But, I will say a take that I'll I'll stand on and die on uh is I think Mob of the Dead is the
3:57greatest zombies map of all time. And I'm not really willing to hear otherwise.
4:12Yeah. Mudo, you got any you got any gibs in the high stakes? You have to put the 108 in your home league. Hell yeah. Wow.
4:18So this guy does the Jefferson Lamb thing.
4:22This room's going to really make us have to debate. Like please take Trey McBride before I'm up, bro. Please take Trey
4:27McBride before I'm up.
4:31Don't me. Don't make me do this.
4:41I prefer not to go McBride here.
4:48Oh, this is Theo Griminger.
4:52Oh boy. I don't like drafting here at all.
4:57Okay, so that's where we're at.
5:00Are they going to make me take Trey McBride? I would prefer if they could just take him.
5:06If not though, we'll do two tight ends.
5:08I don't give a damn.
5:15And they go, "Hn. Y'all going to really make me do this?
5:36Wow, this is not easy.
5:39No, I'm I think I'm just going to take Sequin and do Yeah, we're just going to take Squan here. Let's not Let's not get crazy.
5:54It would be kind of fun though.
5:57It would be kind of fun, but I can't do it.
6:00I can't do it.
6:16I debated it hard, but I couldn't I I couldn't pull the trigger on it.
6:37Yeah, that wasn't easy.
6:41That wasn't easy.
6:49I'm happy to get some more Seaquin. The the stuff that I I was kind of thinking through is just like McBride and Bowers
6:56both have like these week 14 and week 13 buys. Not that that's like a crazy thing, but if I take Trey McBride here,
7:02I'm hoping for Bree or Love to come back anyways. And then like we're stacking up Love and McBride. I don't really like
7:07that a ton.
7:09Um, it wasn't easy is what I'll say. It wasn't easy. I'm trying to think through like McBride by far had the highest point per
7:18game projection available. I I'll say that. Uh, not maybe not by far actually.
7:22Yeah, by far. His 18.2.
7:30Knowing that McBride gets back, I probably go Aman R St. Brown. Like, I think I prefer St. Brown and McBride over Bower Sequin, but it's close.
7:41It's close.
7:45Yeah. No, I'm I'm I'm buddies with those guys.
7:53I'm buddies with those guys. I know Theo. What's that? Scott Barrett, Shop and Theo.
8:08JS McBride is a very nice start.
8:15Yeah, that wasn't easy. But we go Bowowers and Saquon.
8:20Let's get back to crossing off players after kind of a really tough decision.
8:27Genty goes, "Um, so Genty goes, Dererick Henry goes,
8:51Lovelin goes, uh, Uh then Nico and Drake London off the board. All right, we'll see what comes back.
8:59I'm Cook not taking Swift.
9:04What do we got here, man?
9:07Um I mean, dude, I have a I have a 2K on the line team where we didn't take a running back until Bill Crosky Merritt
9:12and Rico Dao, man. Like I I've we've drafted some crazy looking teams.
9:19It didn't feel like it was too good to refuse. Like I I have McBride ahead of Saquon in this format, but uh Seaquin's
9:26ADP is ahead of Trey McBride in this format. So, it's not like a it's not like it was a McBride fall that I I
9:31couldn't afford to say no to. And I'd rather stay a little more balanced is I guess my take.
9:53I have one, two, three, four, five players I'd entertain at this pick.
10:00We are five picks away. Of course, of course that was not one of them. So, hell yeah.
10:09We're we're guaranteed one of my guys.
10:21Um, I just think Bowowers is a better player and I trust uh Kubak.
10:28I have traders in my mist. What do you mean?
10:36Just drafted your homie. My my guide was the best. Hell yeah, dude. I love to hear that. So, Pickins and Jeremiah Love
10:40goes, "That's not fun." And then there goes Bree. Okay.
10:57Two players I would entertain taking here.
11:10Really only one. I hope not to get sniped here. If I get sniped, I'm going to kind of be really upset.
11:25All right, we're going to just Oh, [ __ ] I wanted Saquon. I wanted Devonte Smith to come back, but I have to be honest. I
11:34have Dvonte Smith so clear ahead everybody else. I think I'm just going to take him even with Saquon is kind of
11:40where I'm at.
11:44That's where I lean.
11:53But I would be open to breaking the tie to Tyler Warren instead just because of the two.
12:04No, I think we're just going to take say I think we're just going to take Devonte, man.
12:25Yeah, we're going to do it.
12:32Very weird to go with both eagles there, but it is what it is.
12:50Oh, great. Someone told me what is and isn't a snipe. I appreciate it, brother.
13:00Yeah, I don't know how I feel about Dvonte Smith there at all, but I don't know. I mean, it's the Eagles offense. They're going to score
13:06points anyways. I I had Devonte Smith pretty clearly ahead of everybody else.
13:11You could have talked me into going Rashi Rice there, Tyler Warren, but it was really close.
13:33Yeah, I I I got so much flowers I wasn't debating him there.
13:39I don't know how I feel about going with the double eagles. I don't usually do that, but I think I'm fine with it here.
13:47Uh less likely or more likely to take Herz now. Um, I guess right around in time.
14:02Ron finally gets the 108 and goes double eagles. This guy is all over the shop sometimes and I love Ron, but clearly
14:07shows a lack of experience drafting in this range of the draft.
14:11Oh man, you guys kill me sometimes like talking like you know things.
14:19I won I won $13,000 from this exact range of the draft a year ago.
14:25I promise.
14:28I dare you to go put $2,200 down, draft in these, and see how you do.
14:39Clearly shows a lack of experience. Like I haven't been drafting daily on stream to you guys for 38 days in a row. Lack of experience. I
14:50don't know what I'm doing all over the place.
15:09Yeah, I'm not crazy about double eagles, but like let's not act like I just drafted like two Cleveland Browns, bro.
15:21Like, it's two players on a good offense.
15:26There goes ETN.
15:28Chairen.
15:30Lad is gone. Rice is gone. Flowers is gone. Okay.
15:41I appreciate the gas, Henry. I appreciate it.
15:47And just so everyone else knows, Henry is one of our great highstakes players out there. um with I believe like a six
15:54figure win at some point or like high high five figures.
16:00See what comes back here.
16:05Yeah, I don't know. These picks have been tough. I debated Trey McBride here very heavy. I debated Aman Rosen Brown and JT here very heavy. This Bowowers
16:12pick Dvonte Smith. I was between Dvonte and Rashi Rice, but I'm so out on Rice this year. I want more Dvonte. It
16:19doesn't feel good going Seaquin and Devonte, but also also what I'll say is that it's a Eagles team that should score points.
16:28It's actually weirdly a bet against um You know what I'm going to do here?
16:37It's like so clearly a wide receiver.
16:45The Ibuka stuff was super positive today, right?
16:51I'm between Garrett Wilson and Ibuka.
17:12Let's do a bua, man. Let's do a bua. I I know Garrett Wilson. I know Bob Fagalo wants Garrett Wilson, but let's get some
17:19youth upside on this team and go IA here.
17:24I already have I have plenty of Garrett Wilson.
17:36Yeah, Henry Henry's got accolades and Henry Henry's giving me some gas in the chat. But no, I'm just messing around.
17:42And it's just like, look, we're we're at it's September 7th now. Like, we're done taking [ __ ] from anybody, man. Like,
17:49no one's going to come in here and tell me I'm inexperienced or uh flustered or doing whatever. Like, we've done a lot of these. We've done
17:59well in these. I only I've only done so many of these damn $2,000 drafts solo um by using the profits from what we did
18:06last year is really the truth of the matter.
18:12There's Garrett Wilson. That's a great pick. That guy is crushing. H I don't love the I don't love Wadd where he took
18:17him, but James Cook, AJ Brown, Waddle, Garrett Wilson's a good start.
18:33Yeah. Y'all [ __ ] with the Ray Gun Mark?
18:35What y'all know about the Ray Gun Mark 2, man?
18:55Man, I'll be honest. I don't have I don't really have any great underdog finishes.
19:00I really don't. Those ones are a lot tougher.
19:06I I will say if you want to hop in here and talk [ __ ] that like I don't have a a
19:09big underdog win, that's fine. Or best baseball. Um I really do think like my my real trait or expertise is reddraft managed
19:20fantasy football. And at the end of the day, that's what gets us views, people buying the draft guide, whatever. like the the baseball stuff is
19:29a cool side piece, but it's definitely not my uh specialty or what I feel like I'm the best at. Um, all right. So,
19:38there goes Tucker Craft, PE Wash, DJ Moore, Ted McMillan, Garrett Wilson, Josh Allen still hanging around. Uh, what's your opinion on week 17 match up for best?
19:48Um, I I never really uh I don't really target one in particular. I kind of just do them as they come around, you know?
19:54Like, so if I end up with CJ Stout or whatever, um like a CJ Stout to Nico Collins, I might tack on a super late um
20:02Caleb Johnson on the Packers kind of deal, you know what I mean? Like I I I don't I kind of let the week 17 stuff
20:07come to me. Uh how's your 12 team PPR2 flex league?
20:13Lauren, Squan, Chase Brown, Z Flowers, Pickkins, Rowan Pwash. I mean, that's that sounds awesome.
20:20hooked to my 150 best balls done and I have complete 0% Packers. [snorts] Um, it's not great. I I kind of like the
20:26Packers offense this year.
20:38All right. So, Montgomery goes interesting.
20:44Interesting. We're up in seven. We're going to have an interesting interesting debate and conversation here at this pick.
21:05So there goes Leora Christian Watson.
21:07That's an early Christian Watson.
21:15got your draft tonight. Hell yeah, dude.
21:17You suck at this. No, no, no. I know you weren't talking [ __ ] Yeah. Who the hell is um who the hell is
21:25Quincy Doobie, bro?
21:32I don't know who Quincy Doobie is. I know Quincy Porter.
21:39Yes, sir. Jacob's court. I think essentially my expectation on Josh Jacobs is they move up the court date to kind of get it done and over with as
21:46quick as possible and then um after you get it done as quick as possible, I think that they're just going to try and get like a six game
21:55suspension up front and go from there.
21:56That that's my expectation.
22:00I don't see how this DJ Moore guy doesn't I don't see how DJ Moore guy passes on Josh Allen here.
22:07This has to be Josh Allen, right?
22:43I like Chase at three. You see any of the miss uh Louisville game? I did. Wow.
22:47So, he passes on Josh Allen.
22:51Are they going to make me debate taking Josh Allen here? Is that what's is that what's going to happen in this room? I
22:56almost prefer you take Josh Allen and don't make me decide if I want to do that, which I wouldn't mind having a Josh
23:03Allen team for the for funsies.
23:23Let's think.
23:26We got to figure out our options here.
23:30See, I got some ideas.
23:33I got some ideas.
23:37But yeah, that game was awesome last night.
23:41There goes Morning. We like to see that.
23:43So, we're up. There's only two guys. Oh, that was one of them. I was saying there's only two guys I want. That was
23:48one of them.
23:54H I don't have a clear guy that I like here at all.
24:01So, we're up at the 508.
24:32I know exactly what we're going to do here.
24:36We're going to take Josh Allen if this guy doesn't. But I if he wants to take him, I wouldn't be terribly mad. Okay.
24:42All right. I think we're gonna take Josh Allen. I I um I don't even You guys have seen that I always punt on quarterback, but I I
24:52don't think I can say no.
24:56I don't think I can say no. I don't think I can.
25:10The latest Josh Allen went yesterday was 503. We can get him at 508.
25:16Yeah, we're going to take Josh Allen.
25:17it. I I I think that it just I don't have any Josh Allen in a single managed league.
25:24Let's do it. Let's do it, man.
25:28I'd have I had no choice there.
25:46Oh, they thought I'd pass on Allen to set up the hurt stuff later. Eh, honestly, with Saquon and Devonte Smith, I'm almost betting on the tush push
25:54going away is kind of my thoughts there.
26:09You know what I mean? I think that that was the correct play. I I I I mean, you guys know me. I mean,
26:16Henry will tell you guys, I'm I'm a guy who is always like, "Okay, I'm just going to punt the hell out of
26:21quarterback." But I don't think I had a choice there really.
26:30It's not so much that I'm saying the tush push is going away. I'm just telling you that because I have Seaquan
26:34and Devonte Smith, it's a bet that if the tush push goes away, that's how both of those picks crush.
26:45So, let's just let's just, you know, I love I [ __ ] love this guy on TikTok from New Jersey where like, all right,
26:49let's just go over this one more time so that you understand what I understand what is going on here. I'm not saying
26:55the tush push is going away, but I'm saying because I took Saquon and Dvonte Smith, the highest percentile outcome this team has is if the tush push goes
27:03away. We need touchdowns going to Saquon and Devonte Smith. If I was to add Jaylen Herz to this team, it's not a as
27:10correlated of a bet as you would think it is.
27:18Actually, let's go over that one.
27:31But I think that that um I think that that explains it well.
27:37It's that there's not really a world where all of Devonte Smith, Seaquin, and Jaylen Herz can smash together. So, I don't really see that as an appealing
27:45stack.
27:51No, DJ more Ben gone.
27:55There goes Devonte. Good pick. We're up at the 605 and gonna be scrambling a little bit to be honest.
28:04Going to be up here and scrambling a little bit if I'm honest.
28:26So we take Josh Fannon goes, Pitts goes Devonte Odun.
28:32We don't like to see that.
28:37God, we're going to hate what we get.
28:39What what comes back to us here.
28:42We're not going to like it one bit.
28:46And you guys aren't going to like how far we push RB2. I don't think a This is going to be ugly.
28:55KD might have saved us a little bit, but I don't think so.
29:00There's very, very clearly two really good picks available, but I think they're both going to go here. And if they do, I'm [ __ ] Um,
29:09they both go here.
29:12They both go here. I might just go Raandre and say, you know what, if Henderson's going to be hurt, yeah, Judkins is one of the picks that is
29:17clearly really good.
29:23I might take my first Raandre share on this team just because we have so much Trevon. And if the Trevon stuff is
29:28actually bad, I don't mind hedging a little bit.
29:52I I I guarantee you I actually don't even want to say out loud what's going on, but I know who they're taking and I know who they're
30:00arguing over, so I'm not going to hold my breath that this guy's going to make it to me. Yeah, I wanted Mike Evans. I guarantee you
30:10that um Scott just pounded the table hard for Mike Evans.
30:15I guarantee you that just happened.
30:28All right. So, Evans goes, you could talk me into a receiver here, but I think I think Raandre with the Trevon
30:33uncertainty makes a lot of sense right now.
30:44Yeah, let's have let's let's take Raandre.
31:04Yeah, I wanted Evans bad. I knew Evans wouldn't make it past uh Scott.
31:11Mike Evans is one of his guys.
31:31I I don't think Trevion is cooked. Um I just think Raandre is a more appealing pick than he was a couple weeks ago is I
31:42guess what I would say.
31:48Why has Toutin been falling? Well, I would say this is a pretty wide receiver in tight end hungry room. Um, yeah, I
31:54know they're streaming.
31:58Um, [sighs] I still have Trevian over Jaylen Warren.
32:05I'm talking like I'm not really burying Trevian that much.
32:10Yeah, I also get a a free look with Raandre in this format. Like, makes sense. I debated Marv versus Raandre, but I think that that's getting
32:18too cute and you just got to go Marv there. Yeah, Marvin Tate were the two receivers I would have debated there.
32:23So, we don't love seeing them both get ripped there, but we'll see what happens here.
32:33This team's going to be really light on receivers, but we have now built this in a way where we can just hammer out
32:38receivers and uh receivers really anything besides quarterback, I guess. But Yeah, I mean you're preaching to the
33:18choir. I I love Trevian myself, but I I don't have a single Raandre. Um yeah, I I have I have four Trevon teams so far.
33:27I have zero Randre team, so I'm fine just mixing in a a Raandre team personally.
33:34What? I I guarantee you Scott was pounding the table for Mike Evans, but I'm curious who else who else were they
33:39um were they debating there. I feel like that was a very obvious Mike Evans pick.
33:47There goes Trevon. There goes Jaylen Warren because I almost wish I was watching to see who they were debating between and
33:56then take whoever they didn't take because I didn't feel like I had a clear answer on that one. Oh, they were
34:02between Evans and Arandre anyways. Okay.
34:03Awesome. Awesome.
34:06That's what we like to hear.
34:16I I think the thing is is Trevian Henderson, one of his biggest pluses as a prospect was his pass blocking. And I
34:24fully understand he wasn't very good at pass blocking last season, but running backs oftentimes get better in year two.
34:30And I don't think we're going to know if we are uh if he's a better pass blocker until the games are played and the the
34:38pads are on.
34:41I really don't I I really despise the narrative that he can't pass block or that he like like there's very much a
34:47chance that heading into year two after seeing an entire season in a Super Bowl run of like disguised blitzes and like
34:52what Raandre does on passing downs that a guy who like it was literally his calling card at Ohio State was that he
34:58was a really strong pass blocker. Um, I have to believe that he's going to improve in that category and not just stay unusable on passing
35:08downs for the entirety of his career.
35:12Now, I do say all this as the guy who just took Raandre Stevenson, but I also say this as a guy who has a [ __ ] ton.
35:17Damn, Concaid goes there. Should I have No, I think I had to hope that Concaid would come back.
35:27King Kade would have been awesome there, but whatever.
35:58Yeah, I I knew I knew uh Scott was going to want Evans there.
36:07No, Concade 72 is not absurd. He his H his ADP is 704. Got to remember it's a tight end premium.
36:14QJ goes Y'all do anything for Labor Day? Y'all
36:35got Y'all uh dipped your toes in some ps or what? [laughter] Uh, the invitational league I'm in is
37:15League 3, which I will say as well, if any of you guys are out there on the are on the Patreon and you've been waiting
37:20for your BSMT invitational invite, aka our our subscriber league, um, I emailed those out today. So, please check your inbox,
37:31join up. I also did a post on Patreon outlining the people who made it in the drawing. So, please don't make me track
37:38you down tomorrow is what I'm trying to say. Don't make me track you down tomorrow. Please join your sleeper link.
37:44Pay the league safe. Do not make me track you down. Please. Please.
37:59You labored.
38:01You dipped your toes in poo.
38:03Yeah. I don't know why I said it like that, man.
38:09I don't know why I said it like that.
38:10Damn. Isaiah like is a damn good pick.
38:17So, we're going to be up here in the mid7th.
38:27There goes Metaf.
38:32So, mid7th, there are a couple guys on my short list here.
38:41Damn, I wanted Brian Thomas. Damn, man. You could talk into Marshon Lloyd
38:53here, but I'd really prefer not to.
39:03Okay, he goes Marshall Lloyd anyways.
39:04Okay.
39:26man.
39:42I think this is where I go downs, but I I don't feel great about it.
39:51Now, we're going to take Dael.
39:55I know this sounds crazy, but look, if we're going to do a draft here where this is going to be one of those drafts
40:02where I I'm not super strong at uh at receiver and we're just going to lean into it.
40:09I doubt is pretty clearly the best pick there.
40:29They take Lamar to Flowers. That's a fun pick.
40:42Yeah. Yeah, I don't know how you guys are going to feel about that pick, but now we're kind of done at running back.
40:49I think I don't feel super tempted by anything else that's available.
41:01I like me some dowel. Yeah, we are up in three. Players are getting
41:13rattled off the board. I don't think there's any tight ends I got to worry about. Yeah. No, in this range I'm all
41:18set at tight end. Um, yeah, I'm all set.
41:22So, there goes Dobbins.
41:25Stribbling. Good pick on dribbling.
41:27Cororum, Kelsey, Michael Wilson.
42:04Damn, I was going to take Conpsion.
42:06Okay, there goes that.
42:16Now we got Josh Allen, brother.
42:22Dude, we got to start spamming receivers is actually is actually what's going to have to happen here.
42:28Very curious to see what they do. Do they take their first RB? Do they take another receiver?
42:36I think this would actually be a really interesting spot to debate Josh Jacobs if I was them.
42:56Yep. I told you guys Josh Jacobs I think made a lot of sense there.
43:04All right, let's do the Josh Downs thing, I think.
43:24Yeah, we'll go downs.
43:30Now we got to start hammering receivers.
43:47Yeah, I think Jacobs is an I think that they're crushing their draft so far. I'm not even going to lie.
43:53St. Brown, Han, Flowers, T. Higgins, Harold Fannon, Mike Evans, Lamar Stack to Flowers, and then Jacobs at RB2, very strong.
44:09Downs over Pierce. Um, I think Pierce is just a hobbled field stretcher. I think down is going to be a lot more of the
44:15PPR guy underneath.
44:19Yeah, I can't believe there's so many of you guys saying um Downs over Pierce Downs. Like I just
44:28really like Josh Downs.
44:32Yeah, I mean we're not sure how anything's going to work out in round eight, but I think that Josh Downs is
44:36upside in this range.
44:39I will say looking back the way that things went, I kind of wish I took Marv or Tate over Raandre, but I also
44:49don't really regret it. I think now we're pretty set at running back. Man, this is a wide receiver hungry room, huh?
45:00We are not getting the values at wide receiver I want.
45:04I knew we weren't going to get him on this side of the board from the Theo Scott conglomerate there, but here we
45:10are.
45:15Yeah, maybe instead of the maybe this dattle pick could have just been, you know, take your pick of Concept like I
45:21suppose looking back at this this could have been one of these two rookies between like Conpsion dribbling and then downs here.
45:30But I don't know. We'll see what gets back to us in the this 910 turn area, but I did just have doubt a tier ahead
45:37of the receivers available.
45:47There goes Harvey. Yeah. Start start eating up the running backs, please, bro. Please.
46:17I guess the thing is that I just think DS is a better player than Jordan Addison and he's not competing as Justin
46:23Jefferson.
46:26It's good to know you guys aren't big fans of um of Josh DS. I mean, look, dude, he's coming off a a pretty he's coming off
46:34like an ankle injury. And you also have Daniel Jones coming off an Achilles tear.
46:41And I also don't think that the Colts are that smart.
46:45Insanely dumb. Yeah, I'd say so.
46:48They went out there and paid Daniel Jones all the guaranteed money in the world off an Achilles tear.
46:54They also traded two first round picks for Sauce Gardner. I think the Colts are kind of insanely dumb if I'm being real.
47:00At least the decision makers, man. I'm begging these guys to spam some
47:21running backs, please.
47:25So, our next pick here is in the late nine area.
47:35Late nine.
48:01So Harvey and Hubard go.
48:04My bad, fells. I'm trying to lock in on what we're going to what the hell we're about to do at this. Uh,
48:09suppose I got a couple of ideas, but none that I feel great about.
48:25This is a very sharp room. I don't know who's in it besides Theo and those guys, but very sharp room.
48:40So there goes Bill. Bill at the 812 was an awesome value.
48:47Yet again looking at the Gibbs team wondering why this couldn't have been me.
48:52I don't love I don't love this concaid pick though or this QJ pick. But or this David Montgomery pick. I don't
49:02like any of these picks besides Jamir Gibbs 101.
49:07That goes Jawan. Okay, we're fine with that.
49:12So, Jawan goes, Bill goes, "Wow, 9:02 Terrence Ferguson's got to be damn near the earliest T Fergen in Maine, bro.
49:21Let me see. I got the data from the last day.
49:26The earliest T Fergen in one of these in the last No, not even. The earliest is 804. I'm an idiot.
49:52Wow, Burrow is still hanging around in this draft. Take Burrow, dude. You have Jamar Chase. Take Burrow here. 9003 Joe Burrow. Are you going to really pass on
50:00that?
50:02This has to be Burrow. You're out of your mind if you skip on Burrow here with Jamar Chase. Out of your mind.
50:10Yeah. I mean, get out of here drinking that much clock over a easy Joe Burrow decision.
50:24I'll get to your super chat in a second here. Let me just uh finish up until we get to this pick.
50:49Yeah, everyone's kind of banded together and made Josh Allen in the fifth not a good pick, but that's not a big deal.
51:01Titans are flying, QBs are flying.
51:06We are up in three.
51:24God, that's You just hate to see that, dude. You just hate to see that.
51:30Almost got burrow in the eighth with the guy who took Lamar. Decided he needed to double tap quarterback.
51:36Been watching you for a few years.
51:37Appreciate your announcements. Bought the draft guy to support. Thank you, man. Thank you. Damn. I wanted Matthew Golden. Oh, damn, bro.
51:58There goes Caleb.
52:04Is Icy Bird drafting from the eighth spot?
52:08Come on.
52:15Damn. Golden there would have been really fun.
52:54and then he goes Mike Washington.
53:10This is a really out of character pick for me, fellas. But this is what we're gonna do.
53:17Um, I think we're gonna take Courtland Sutton here.
53:22Yeah, we're going to take Courtland Sutton. I'm not crazy about it, but we're going to take Sutton.
53:27He's actually a fade for me, but at this price, I think that he makes a lot of sense.
53:35You could talk me through like any of these guys, but at this point we just need wide receivers.
53:41Um, and the Denver offense is appealing to me. I know that there was a Steelers wide receiver, but we already have Rico
53:46Dael. There was a Eagles receiver I debated, but we already have Devonte and Saquon. There was a Colts receiver I debated, but we already have Josh DS.
53:54Just feel like Sutton gets us a a different offense to be a part of.
54:20Like I have all those guys in the same tier and it was just a tiebreaker of getting a somebody in a good offense
54:24that isn't on my Eagles, Colts or anything else stuff.
54:39There goes Alec Pierce.
54:41Alec Pierce Gainwell.
54:49Man, I don't know what I want to do. All right, so we're going to be up here at the 10.
54:54We want to see running backs, quarterbacks all start flying.
55:03Manai goes.
55:38We like to see that Manungai. We see Herbert go.
55:45You like the people weren't liking the double eagles when I did it at the time.
55:48I I I still don't love it myself, but I think they're a good enough offense. You can do it and feel fine about it,
55:56you know?
56:00So, we're up here in the 10.
56:08Got an idea. I got We're up in four and I only got four players I want. So, this is where things get a little bit tricky.
56:23I have a backup option, but not really.
56:26It was Addison. And there was one of the guys I wanted. This could get real sticky.
56:34Oh, this is going to this is going to be Three guys I want and they're all going to go.
56:46Take a QB, bro.
56:52Take a QB or an RB.
56:58There we go. We like to see that.
57:28Yeah, I got you. I got your super chat after this pick. Yeah. Yeah, I got it. I got it. Wow. Okay. And what do these
57:35guys do?
57:46I don't see how they don't sprint to take Mai Lemon here. We're going to take Mai Lemon if they don't. If they do,
57:52we're going to take Michael Pitman. What do you guys think about that?
57:59Thoughts and feelings in the chat.
58:06I am Nate Jonah Coleman. I will say I'm certainly open to the idea that Mai Lemon with our Saquon and Devonte
58:12doesn't make a lot of sense, but I think it does make sense. I think rookie upside here makes a lot of sense. So,
58:17we're just going to go Mai Lemon. I get we have a lot of Eagles, but we're betting on this being a good offense
58:22that can support two receivers and a running back like it did a few different spots. People want Pitman.
58:29We We took the boring picks with Downs and S. I think this has to be a rookie upside pick.
58:37I think this has to be a rookie upside pick here.
58:57Yeah, we're going to do lemon. We just We need a We need a sexy um We need a sexy rookie upside swing.
59:33That wasn't easy though. I'll be honest.
59:38We already have a [ __ ] ton of Lemon and could have just taken Pitman there. But again, like Downs and Sutton are already
59:43your high floor like sexless picks there. Dude, you're you're at you're at the wrong place if you think I'm taking Juan Del Robinson in
59:53one of these.
59:59Jonah Coleman goes, Jake Ferguson goes, that was a guy who I would have pivoted to if my wide receivers went.
60:07You think I sold on this one?
60:20I I I could not tell you.
60:24Oh, yeah. Theo Theo's a buddy. I've uh I've done his show before. He's great.
60:34What do you guys think there? Mai Lemon versus Michael Pitman. I have Mai Lemon ranked ahead. I have it as very close,
60:41man. But like I said, the Sut the Sutton and the um the Sutton and the Josh DS picks are already your like high floor PPR guys.
60:51Like we're in a spot where probably like what every week it's going to be Bower, Seaquin or Mandre get a flex. Yeah. And
60:58then we're just going I don't know.
61:00Pimman's just to me like the same same bucket as those two.
61:18super chat Patreon sub here. Thanks for all the summer content. Thank you for the super chat, man. Good lord. Two wide
61:23receiver, one flex home league and punted tight end. As a result, I have guys like Watson and Dowel on my bench,
61:28but you're starting Fergan. Did I mess up or is depth better? Um, I I hate that being the question. Did I
61:35mess up? And I hate giving you buyers remorse. I wouldn't say messed up. Um, but I certainly would be looking to once
61:44by weeks and stuff hit, I'd be looking to upgrade uh my tight end spot in a format like that where tight end is so
61:50valuable. Um, but I wouldn't feel bad about it. Like Watson and Dow off the bench is is great.
61:58Wandell goes. Do goes. Jaden Daniels goes, I would agree with that, but I just feel
62:25like on a team like this where I'm not really going to feel pressure to start four receivers every week. Like we
62:32probably start Devonte Ibuka, Dow in one of the flex spots.
62:43I don't know. I just I I just thought with the the receivers we have taken so far, I think an upside rookie swing made
62:49sense. And I I it doesn't really feel great to have so many players from one team, but I think the Eagles can sustain
62:54it.
63:03But three Eagles is certainly where I cap it.
63:11I think you mean Darius Sllayton's release, not Sterling Shepard.
63:23Uh Jordan Tyson's a great pick there.
63:30I would have been down to take Jordan Tyson if he came back.
63:36All right, so Chris Rodriguez goes, Jordan Tyson goes, Kaylin Black goes. Huh.
64:00H.
64:08So, we're going to be up here in the late 11th.
64:37now we move and shake a bit.
64:46There goes Okonquo.
65:05So, we're going to be up here at the 11:08.
65:13Aaron Jones, good pick. I was actually going to have to debate Aaron Jones there.
65:40Man, this is not easy.
65:58This is not easy at all.
66:02Goes Alir.
66:14I lean Xavier Worthy, but it's close.
66:18Yeah, we're going to go Xavier Worthy.
66:19We just have to keep throwing receivers at this team.
66:27This seems like very much. Look at this.
66:30Like through.
66:32So we got one, two receiver through the flex plus two, I guess. Like kind of around the cliff here. Not not quite, but we'll
66:42take it with worthy. So we take worthy.
66:48Still have a couple of options on the board. I would not mind.
67:04Oh no, we're we've the the cliff has happened at this point, but worthy to me is like right around the cliff.
67:12They go Brett and Strange. Good pick.
67:21We definitely need to start thinking about tight end two on this team.
67:30Kobe Myers goes, Emma Johnson goes, then Dolan Schultz goes
68:19H.
68:35There goes Hunter Henry. Dang, seeing Lemon in the 10th could be the
68:49most obvious league winner in hindsight.
68:51Yeah, Kian Mitchell is a damn good pick.
69:20Very curious to see what they do here.
69:24They probably really wanted Katon Mitchell there if I'm being honest. They go tank Bsby. Praying on my team's downfall.
69:32Uh we're going to go TJ. Hawinson here just to get to me like the last decent tight end on the board until it becomes
69:40dust.
69:49They wanted Mitchell. Yeah, I I debated taking Mitchell here, but I thought Worthy was the pick.
70:02There goes Marks. Good pick.
70:12How many players I got started? I got four players I'd be delighted to take.
70:17Or actually, no, make that five. But I doubt any of them actually make it back.
70:21We'll see. But I doubt it.
70:26You crazy for being high on Trevion? No.
70:28I mean, I like Trevon myself, dude. I like Trevon myself.
70:37No, Goddard's been gone since the 806.
70:47Sadik's a good pick. I debated Sadique as well. Sadik has the same by-week as um as Bowers, though.
70:56Sadik gone. Coker gone. My Q is starting to drop like flies.
71:05Coker.
71:07Okay.
71:08Interesting.
71:10We'll see what makes it back.
71:16God, this is as this is as weak as you'll see me at wide receiver and it makes me uncomfortable.
71:23I will say if we played it back and let's say we go Bowowers McBride instead like we were debating Bowers McBride
71:30Devonte.
71:32I think we actually go Bowowers McBride Devonte probably still a Bua but I would debate a running back. Then we go Josh Allen.
71:43I guess this team could look exactly the same but instead of Saquin it's Trey McBride.
71:48And I don't know if I like it much better, but we debated that for a second there.
72:00Jacobe Lane, good pick. That's a guy I was looking at.
72:05Yeah, we're down to only two guys I want to come back to us.
72:24Yeah, I couldn't say no to Josh Allen 508. I just couldn't.
72:36What's the draft look like? Uh, we started from the eight spot here. We went in a tight end premium. We we went
72:40Brock Bower, Seaquan, Devonte Smith, Amecha Ibuka, Josh Allen, Arandre, Rico Dowel, Josh DS, Courtland Sutton, Mai Lemon, Xavier Worthy, TJ Hawinson
72:49clearly trying to catch up a little bit at wide receiver after only having two through seven rounds.
72:58Like I said, this is about as weak as you'll see me go at receiver, but thanks for all the help this summer
73:07through these streams, videos, and your draft guides. been a real help with distractions from the real world. Thank you, man.
73:13I'm glad you enjoy.
73:53Ray Davis, good pick.
74:00Man, we are running out of players I am interested in. So, we're up at 1314.
74:34All right, I got a couple options here.
74:39Hawinson over dbo's crazy. Eh, maybe goes Momes.
74:53In this format, Hawinson project for 10.3 points per game.
74:58Dolchic 9.9. So yeah, I guess it's similar to Dolich, but I'm just not into Dolich.
75:06There's somebody that I'm dying to get here, and I don't think any of you guys are going to know who it is.
75:43I can't say no to this. I can't say no to it.
75:53Come on down, buddy.
75:55Come on down, buddy. Brandon Aubrey, baby. Come on.
76:01Brandon Aubrey, round 13 on these is sweet. His ADP is 11th round.
76:08I don't have much Aubrey, but if if I ever look up and he's there in round 13, regardless of the format, I'm taking
76:13Brandon Aubrey. I just am.
76:20I don't think Henry's around to see that pick, but Y'all are out of your mind with the Fair
76:31Baron is better, bro. Just because he like outscored him last year or whatever.
76:45They wanted to get Aubrey there.
76:50I'm glad.
76:58They wanted Aubrey. That's how you know that that that it was time. It was certainly time there.
77:16First night of the draft. [laughter] Damn, I wanted Shakir. That That's what I was between. I was between taking
77:26Shakir Aubrey, but I just couldn't pass on Aubrey there. Couldn't do it.
77:33Boston and Shir were the two receivers I was debating, but I just couldn't pass on Aubrey.
77:40He goes Dolich, another damn tight end.
77:52Dylan Samson goes.
77:58So we are in 14 Um, I honestly kind of feel fine at
78:21running back. I mean, we'll take a few more, but the way we structure this team, like Raandre and Dow will have to
78:27be awesome to be honest with you.
79:00They take Chris Bell. Good pick.
79:06Oh, they take Chris Bell.
79:40I'm going to take AJ Barner here.
79:47Actually, I'm going to take Cyrus Allen.
79:52What the hell?
79:55Oh, so he got taken. All right. Am I an idiot? And Cyrus went. Oh, Cyrus went right before I went. Okay, that's fine.
80:05Give me AJ Barner.
80:19Yeah, with Bowers, I just wanted to take two swings there that I was decently happy with behind them and Barner and
80:26Hawk. Just hoping one of those guys gives me something.
80:37Uh, trades aren't available in uh in these high stakes leagues, which I honestly I prefer it like that.
80:51So, how many picks we got left? 1920.
80:55One, two, three, four. Okay, so I have five picks left.
81:00Probably want two to three of those to be running backs.
81:04Just trying to think through how we're building this thing out.
81:13We're probably done at tight end after that pick.
81:23Do I think Jacobe Lane can truly break out? I would be shocked, but I could see it. I could see him having uh
81:30he he does give me some Kelvin Benjamin vibes, but he was a third round pick, so I don't really know what the comp would be
81:37there.
81:40I don't know how truly high his ceiling is, but I think he could certainly make an impact.
81:50Like I think he could be a boom bust flex down the stretch of the season and it's kind of up to you to determine like
81:56how much utility that brings to you.
82:02No, certainly anything's possible and it's why we spam rookies late and you won't see me draft a Trey Tucker or Dontavon Wix or whatever.
82:21Man, I don't think there's even any I don't think there's even any stacking options for me with the Bills.
82:29Like, I don't know that Skyler Bell is even draftable in this format or Keon Coleman. Uh, I guess with like our last
82:36pick, if one of these two want to hang around, we'll take one of them with our last pick.
82:42Ty Johnson would usually be a decent pick, but isn't he like banged up? I guess he could still be a decent pick
82:47and just have him.
82:51What's the latest on Ty Johnson? I know he's been banged up, but Yeah, Chase Clay rookie year is a great
83:20comp. Thank you, Mr. August. Thank you, man. Uh or I guess not thank you, I guess more like of course, but yeah,
83:25I've always started with your rankings and adjust them a little bit for maxing baseball and my high stakes. Truly, thank you for the content. Can we get a
83:30JS? Yes, sir.
83:50All right. So, Malik Davis goes Malik Davis, Brian Robinson.
84:10Damn, Caleb Johnson. That's a good pick.
84:14So, Caleb Johnson goes, Kamar goes, there goes Naji. H
84:51I don't know what I want to do here.
84:53So Kadon and Frymouth go Helm. I like I like where we took AJ
85:22Barner now considering how that just went. I'm trying to think through like RBs are Seaquin or Mandre Da
85:48Let's think.
86:07Let's do I think we're going to do Seth McGawan.
86:12That's where my head goes.
86:16Yeah, let's do Seth McGowan here, I think.
86:36So, we have four more picks.
86:40We could use another rookie receiver or two. Four more picks. We're done at QB.
86:45done at tight end.
86:52What's available? Like is are any of the backup QBs even worth taking here? Eh, only if they stack. I guess we could do
86:59Baker.
87:01You know, I'll take Baker if he comes back.
87:07Oh, [laughter] they [ __ ] take him.
87:09Nice.
87:11Nice.
87:15Okay, so we're not going to take a second quarterback with Josh, which isn't a big deal. We'll figure something out by week seven.
87:43What's the week week seven schedule?
87:47Just out of curiosity.
88:24McMillan goes, Keenan Allen goes, Shuck goes.
88:28I think we're I think quarterback is out of the question for us at this point.
88:40Yeah.
88:43Well, we just hope that somebody drops one and we'll pick it up.
88:49Trey Harris goes. Keenan Allen goes.
89:00So, we have one, two, three, four more picks.
89:09take some dusty ass running backs.
89:14Goes Adonai Mitchell. I'm very curious to see what Theo and them do here.
89:32Let's see it. Let's see it.
89:46Honestly, if they don't take Omar Cooper, I might.
90:05They take Denver defense, huh?
90:35Did they just try? Are they rolling [ __ ] back?
90:46Are they rolling [ __ ] back?
90:49The clock's frozen. Anyone watching their stream, are they are they pausing this [ __ ] to roll it back?
91:15So, what's going on?
91:28I guess we're up.
91:32I suppose we're up. All right.
91:39I think with Sllayton getting released, man, give me Malachi Fields.
91:48Huh. I don't know what that was about.
91:56And RT Sports earlier you went JT, Dererick Henry. I mean, that's awesome.
91:59Devonte Smith, I burden Bri. Oh my god.
92:03Great product. Thank you, man.
92:10First round rookie in the 16th. Has to be free money. You'd think so.
92:15You would think so.
92:18So, we have what? We have three more picks.
92:25One, two, three. Three more picks before having to take a defense.
92:32I think we're done at tight end. I think we're done at quarterback.
92:37If I could have this McGawan pick back, I just take Baker instead of McGowan.
92:42But, it is what it is.
92:51Yeah, missing out on Baker or Yeah, Baker there kind of sucks, but it is what it is. I think someone will
92:58drop their backup. We'll figure that out.
93:12I think we probably take two more running backs and one more receiver.
93:16What's the running back room? Uh, Saquon Randre, Rico Dael, Seth McGawan. It's definitely very topheavy, but I'm just kind of treating it as like damn near a
93:27double hero RB where like it's Saquon, it's these two, and because of us taking these running backs, because of us taking the quarterback and tight end,
93:37like I spend pretty much the rest of our meaningful draft capital just trying to catch up at wide receiver. So, Devonte,
93:44I down Sutton, Ma Lemon, Xavier Worthy, take some tight ends here.
93:50I just feel good about these three that we'll always have two strong running backs in our RB spots and in most
93:57scenarios we're going to have three we're going to have one of these running backs in the flex anyway. So, I don't know. I I just felt like when we
94:04took D here instead of taking like a uh or no no we took Raandre here over a Marv or I guess really both. really
94:12doubt here.
94:15Kind of just relying on these three running backs to be enough.
94:22Damn, I got a yikes. [laughter] Um, honestly, no. In like a normal
94:44league, neither of those guys are worth rostering, I don't think.
94:54Has the Florida State game finally kicked off?
95:06You got to start Gibbs, Kenneth Walker in your home league.
95:11You're pissing me off with that. Must be nice.
95:16Am I done drafting in the OC? Um, I might do one more, but probably done.
95:23I might do one more as I chase um a Jir Gibbs team, but as of now, I don't plan on it. But I
95:33also might chase a Jir Gibbs team, so I don't know yet.
95:37I might chase a Jir Gibbs team, which that means really I wouldn't even stream them. I I have two drafts scheduled for
95:43this Saturday that I'm going to draft in the leisure of my own home offstream. Just me, me, myself, and I. Um, I might schedule
95:52another one or two for that day if I start getting a little impatient for a Gibbs team, but I don't know. I don't know. We're We're
96:00getting to the part where I don't I can't take on any more volume when Taylor Hampton pickings [snorts]
96:17Pwash Swift QJ Reed. That sounds nice.
96:25Yeah, ESPN can can set you up so you can get Walker uh Walker Gibbs, but that's awesome.
96:32You're in the Big Gorilla at 10 p.m.
96:34tomorrow.
96:37Tomorrow we're going to do the uh subscriber league draft, which I will say, any of you guys out there on the
96:40Patreon, please check your email. Check your email. I sent out all the invites.
96:45Tomorrow morning is going to take up like two hours of my time tracking down the people who haven't joined up or
96:50haven't paid the league safe. Please, please, please, if you're watching this, if you submitted your name, check out the Patreon post of all of like the
96:59official invite list. Check your email is where I sent all of the invites. Join the sleeper. Pay the league safe.
97:06Don't make me honk you down tomorrow.
97:07Please, please, I beg.
97:12That draft will be our final stream of the season tomorrow 8:00 PM. Uh we'll have all four of the leagues in the BSMT
97:20Invitational Tournament and we will randomize all of their orders and get it going from there.
98:12You know what I'm going to do? Since they took Tech Bsby, I'm gonna take Jaylen Wright if given the opportunity.
98:25Just I think it'd be funny.
98:28If they're going to roster my handcuff, I think first before we do that, we're
98:46going to take Claybornne.
98:50Let's take Clayborn first and have some rookie upside fun off the bench.
99:03So we do that.
99:31No, dude. I I saw and I actually like the guy. What the hell is his name? Um I think that was a Joel Smith tweet. Uh
99:40Brian Thomas Jr.'s schedule is not enough of a reason to not draft him. Now I I've long told you guys I think
99:46strength of schedule is like the most overrated analysis in this entire space.
99:50like um I don't really care much about it.
100:19See, that's that's the more important question. But I think that his first season is enough of a reason to draft him.
100:26And that's a somebody that's taken a lot of Parker Washington as well.
100:41My bad. I'm being silent. I'm trying to figure out what the hell I'm about to do.
100:47The hell am I about to do on this damn team?
101:02All right, we're one pick away.
101:34What are these guys going to do?
101:58They take George Hani. Good pick.
102:18I'm gonna take Daniel Jones just in case he's good again this year.
102:24I don't need to take a second quarterback, but I think we're just going to just because Josh down has a pretty early buy
102:34and he has a stack to Josh Down. So, that's where I'm at.
102:45My favorite part about the draft guy was being able to cosplay as a ball nor in my home league draft by using your notes
102:49to have opinions on players.
102:54No, the idea Pepper Tony is that because Brian Thomas is the boundary exceiver, he's going to see uh more of the
103:01perimeter matchup from corners that don't follow Parker Washington side to the slot. Um what I would say is that corner play ain't what it used to be,
103:10bro. like there there isn't the Derell Rivases of the world anymore. Like there it's it's essentially certain but like the Broncos defense is a [ __ ]
103:20to play against regardless. You know what I mean? Um I'm not scared of Sauce.
103:24I guess Gonzo is up there but outside of that it's like it's it's defense is not corners anymore.
103:31Those days are just kind of behind us.
103:33Also the NFL play like 70% of plays are zone coverage. Like it's not I don't know. I I think it's I I think again
103:41it's to me it's like the lowest level of analysis is giving a damn about uh matchups or whatever.
103:50I wouldn't even call Witherspoon a guy that I'm scared of as a one-on-one matchup. I think he's great. He's he's a
103:55really fun player. He he's like this thumping outside corner, but I'm more so just scared of the Seahawks defense.
104:02Like I you know what I mean? It's like the Seahawks defense, the Broncos defense, the Rams defense, not like shadow coverage from
104:12Sauce Gardner against the Colts. Like, I could not care less about that.
104:25Got super chat from Forest here. Let me get around to this. Hold on.
104:30Damn, Kron Allen. That's a good pick.
104:41Um, [sighs] so what do we got here?
104:44Forest, I appreciate the super chat.
104:45First and foremost, 14 teamer keeper, half PPPR, two wide receiver, one flex.
104:53Lamar McAffrey, two wide receiver, one flex. You have Lamar McAffrey, Breeze, Burden, Pewash, Ibuka, Lovelin. trade Burden for Christian Watson.
105:02No, I I think dude, the the Bears offense is good enough that you can just rock with that. Um like that's what I'm
105:08doing. Like the Eagles offense is going to score points, man. So I I got Devonte Smith and Saquon here. Like I I it's
105:13it's not a big deal. If it was if it was Casey Conpsion and Harold Fannon, I'd probably tell you, yeah, let's move one
105:19of those guys. Or if that was Bree Hall and Garrett Wilson, I'd say, yeah, let's let's move one of those guys. But
105:25I think you can just roster them. And like don't get me wrong, you can definitely look to sort of deal them
105:29later, but I wouldn't sell either of them for a discount just to get them off your team. Um, I'd be less married to
105:36trying to keep them on your roster, but I wouldn't be taking a discount is what I would say.
106:49H trying to debate what I want to do here.
106:56We have one more pick to use wisely.
107:45Exactly. Nobody's shadows at all. I mean, JC Horn's elite. No doubt. No doubt.
108:03What else we got in here?
108:07Yeah, Bears defense is apparently bad this year, which is good for their fantasy players.
108:13Uh, that's why Reus Island special.
108:15That's what I'm saying, bro.
108:17Rivas is my guy.
108:25We're gonna do this one. We're going to cut this guy after week one, but I'm going to take him. Give me Skyler Bell.
108:33Skyler Bell. And then we take a defense here.
108:58Yeah, the the bears do kind of give off bears vibes. Would you rather have lions or Vikings DST? Man, not quite a question for me.
109:12Let's take a peek, I suppose.
109:21Lions or Vikings?
109:30Probably Lions. The Vikings out the gate have Green Bay, Chicago, Tampa. Yeah, probably Lions. You get to play the Saints in week one and then that's kind
109:39of it.
109:42Where are the defenses available here?
109:44Let's see.
109:51I mean, I'm with you guys. I I like the Vikings defense better, but they play Green Bay, Chicago, and then Tampa three
110:00straight weeks. I don't know if they're going to be startable for a while, Minnesota, Buffalo, Green Bay.
110:24Who does Cincy play week one?
110:30play the Bucks. I don't like that.
110:34Who do you guys think I should take here for week one? Dude, I always The defenses are so tricky.
110:44I hate all of these options.
110:51So, Verdon has the Raiders as the best option among these options.
110:59I like the Jets playing Cam Ward.
111:04KC or Green Bay.
111:14You know, let's do Chiefs.
111:25Fellas, Jags aren't available, man.
111:30All right, we went Chief's defense.
111:32There is the final team.
111:35Admittedly, not my favorite team of all time, but I think it is still a strong option. We get Josh Allen. We have
111:42Saquon RB1. This Raandre projection is way too low, but we'll put Raandre in the flex. We'll put D RB2.
111:49We will put Devonte, wide receiver 1. We will put Ibuka wide receiver two.
111:56We will put Bowowers in our tight end slot.
112:01Aubrey in our kicker spot. Casey in defense. And then we'll have essentially this one flex spot to decide between every week between Sutton, Josh DS, TJ
112:11Hawinson.
112:14We'll just default to the highest projection and Josh DS for now, but we'll figure that out when week one comes. What does that put our week one
112:22projection at?
112:25132. That's not bad. It's not bad. It's not fantastic.
112:29But there's the final team. I'll be straight up. It's not my favorite team we've ever drafted. Um that's not my favorite team we've ever drafted. We got
112:38uh it was a bit of a weird room, I guess, is what I would say. Uh tough room. We take Allen and Bower. So, we go
112:45double elite onesie. Something I try to avoid, but I couldn't turn down Josh here. Um, and Bowowers at this pick was
112:51tough to turn down. If I could go back, if I could go back, I don't know that I turned down Bowowers here. I think if I
112:58could go back like I don't know. I think we played things fine. We could have done Bowowers and Trey McBride here. I
113:06don't know that I feel better about that. Still go two receivers. We still go Arandre Dael.
113:13It just essentially would put Seaquin in our flex is like I'm trying to think through how like if we did that it would
113:19essentially put Raandre instead of Seaquin. Saquon comes down to our flex and then our flex is Trey McBride here which our team probably is projected to
113:29score more if we did that. Um, but I still don't think over an entire season it's super comfortable because I imagine
113:35McBride is projected to outscore Saquon in this format, at least in week one. But that's the final team, our first Josh Allen team.
113:46Our first uh first Josh Allen team, first Reandre Stevenson team.
113:54We got Brandon Aubrey to fall late, but um we'll see how this goes. Again, not my favorite team. We had Theo, uh Scott
114:03Barrett, these guys right next to us. I probably prefer their team if I'm being completely honest. St. Brown, Han, Flowers, T Fannon, Evans, Lamard
114:14Flowers.
114:16Before Jacobs comes back, their RB2 is air, right? It's Gainwell, Jonah Coleman, Tank Bsby. But, you know, I I like a hero RB build in my day.
114:24as well. They snipe us on Mike Evans here.
114:28Don't really snipe us anywhere else if I'm being honest.
114:32The Evans snipe got us outside of that though. I did want Denzel Boston, but I I knew he wasn't coming back.
114:42But appreciate you guys watching. Honestly, I don't really have any regrets of staying as thin as we did at running back. I just think, you guys know how
114:52I'm trying to build my receiver teams.
114:53Like, I just think we rock out with these three running backs.
115:06Uh, we drafted this from the 108. This is us right here.
115:10Bowers, Saquon, Devonte Smith, Ibuka, Josh Allen, Raandre, Dael, Josh DS, Courtland Sull, Mai Lemon, Xavier Worthy, TJ Hawinson, Brandon Aubrey, AJ
115:19Barner, Seth McGawan, Malachi Fields, Deont Clayborn, Daniel Jones, Skyler Bell, Casey defense. I'd probably give this team a B+, B+, something around
115:30there. Um, they can't all be awesome, but the se the floor will be super high with Josh Allen. It just comes down to
115:37can we hit on this range of receiver?
115:41Can uh the Eagles bounce back here? Can Bowowers prove worthy of a first round pick even in tight end premium?
115:52But all right, fellas. Appreciate you guys watching. We will be back here tomorrow again. Please check your email if you're on the Patreon looking to see
115:59if you made it into the BSMT Invitational.
116:03But love y'all.
